Hereby insertion a plea to revolutionize back my no:[protected] to prepaid itself.
On 10th of June I called a customer support executive (preethi her no is [protected]) and asked her whether possible to change my prepaid sim to post paid sim in the same no. She said can change and asked the niceties and on 12th June she sent a boy to collect the same from my home Rs 300 as advance deposit .Then again I called the same customer support executive preethi (care agent) through the person who came for collecting the documents and cash INR 300 and informed strictly her only after my confirmation to you, you can activate to postpaid, until then you can keep aside and also i said will call you 1st week of July .So the customer care agent gave her no to contact -[protected].
On 27th of JUNE Early morning 00:25 received 2 SMS that Address verification for prepaid to post paid conversion of your airtel mobile has been completed, the conversion will start immediately. and continuing another sms received services on your airtel mobile is being changed from prepaid to post paid .This will be completed in 2 hours Use new sim to start the services.
As i was in deep sleep i am not able to found the arrived SMS in my phone, only at the time of 10 Am and immediately I called preethi from my mobile, when called preethi in my phone, I was shocked to receive the welcome call for verification and Confirmation said pls deactivate i did not gave any confirmation till this time no person came to my home for the address confirmation. They said nothing cannot be done from our side pls call the customer care /Support.
Then i called immediately Preethi -customer care support unit, which i already had, called no of times, but no responses. Then immediately i rushed to the airtel shop which is in the arcot road next by Tyre shop and Chandara Bhavan Hotel. Unfortunately it was under renovation and they guided me go directly to either T.nagar Office or NungamBakkam office. again rushed to the nearer office which is in T nagar, had a response with the office Manager Babu or balu, he said will give complaint to Santhome office and given in front of me to his superiors and also he said they will call you, you can talk to them directly, from this office we cannot do anything .But they gave me the person Id And the channel No . thanks for that .
I was waiting until evening there is no single call from santhome office, when called unable to reach the customer care support unit directly. Depressed much.
Totally one day shattered including my salary, my time and restless nomadic in my vehicle. And the most important is incoming calls to my mobile (Totally Cut).
It is absurd, No one can call me and also I cannot call any one from my mobile.
And today completely jumble with the customer care unit, the details which i got from the Tnagar office, and i recollected the collection boy mobile no and the unit office no, but when called all these nos no response till noon, made continuously eventually the same customer care executive preethi spoke to me that i have kept aside but i dont know how it was happed, and again someone called and forced me to activate the post paid. .
Now I dont know where i am standing ..., my wish is, i need my no as prepaid with the same old no [protected], and credit my cash either to my land line account or to my airtel money account. If this is not cleared i thought of going to consumer court .

preethi collogue no is [protected] don’t know the name, being a girl talked very rudely, and two more associate also talked with me in dim-witted manner .
Already i am Airtel customer for the foll nos[protected], [protected], and my land line no along with 9Gb unlimited internet usage.
