I am K.Harishwar reddy bought a airtel 4g router in Banglore. on 8th july. Physical verification was done on 9th july. But, the connection is not yet activated and the executive who supplied it is not responding to my calls. Please help me. The executive number is [protected], [protected]. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

    Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am facing so much of issues with my broadband connection from last more than one month. Net connection is going off frequently on definite intervals like 5-10 each for long time.And even it's not working at all from last week. I have raised this concern with Airtel support team and their Technician/Engineer tried to look into this but they not able to figure out the issue yet and nothing is working as of now. I have sent so many communications to the team but nothing done as of now. I got really frustrated with this & I asked them to cut my connection make it off completely but they are neither able to resolve it and nor doing connection cut.So I would request you to please help me if possible.       Dear Sir, I am an Individual living in Moosapet, Hyderabad, Telangana state, I have been using Airtel post paid connection since 1year 6 months, bearing the relationship number [protected] and the mobile number [protected] .Was been paying a bill amount of 800 to 900 rupees per month consecutively, first time for my surprise I received a Bill of 12000, I was been unable to understand this bill error which I hope your team might able to investigate and assist me with solution . With out my knowledge service has been disconnected and no communication on disconnectivity .Tired by speaking with customer care executives by phone and in person visited their Airtel customer care centers, all has got their own way of empathising for my issue and could not gain a confidence that I would able to get a solution and the phone can be activated by correcting the bill error by their finance department .       Dear Rakesh and San deep,

      Even after reaching your 2 to 3 stores issues was not yet resolved after that i visited Head office at Begumpet and spoke to Floor Manager after 24hours my services got activated, due to this my revenue loss to my company is 20, 000/- who is suppose to answer.

      Now my services was active but my bill amount pending is 1200/- but still i am receiving a calls from call center to pay 12911/- urgently.

      In a day i am getting almost 2 to 3 calls. I am clearly informing that this month bill need waver for July 2014.

          Hi, on first day when i am ported my no to airtel, i am facing the network problems. when i am outside the house network is ok but 3g services not working. but when i am inside the house network has been gone. please restify the issue because all of guys which lived in my buidling facing the same problem. please resolve it ASAP...

          Attention Airtel Service Representative: Many o[censored]s in our Apartment complex (Prestige Langleigh, ECC Road, Whitefield, Bangalore 560066) have been suffering for the last 9+ months, with little to no Airtel wireless coverage (2G/3G). I and my wife, as well as at least 7 others have lodged complaint individually, with no outcomes. Adding details of myself and my wife, Sreerupa (living in 102 Phase-1) a) Shibashis Sen - personal[protected] postpaid) & corporate[protected] postpaid) b) Sreerupa Sen - personal[protected] postpaid) ... she is apparently a "platinum grade customer" however this did not make things any better c) other: Mamata Biswas[protected] postpaid) If you cannot do something about it, thats fine - please say so. The last thing that you can respond back is saying "We are actively looking into the matter" - because you know, as well as I do, that your words are a big lie. -Shibashis Sen (Dissatisfied Airtel customer for the last 9 months, happy customer prior to that, since 2005).

          Same is in My case, using airtel for more than 4 years and they dont care to serve after giving complaint to them. This is crazy. Thinking of porting to BSNL.

            Im using Airtel services from a long time. However recently found out that Airtel is looting its Prepaid subscribers through some recharge plans. I have recharged a pack of Rs.198 = 33500 loc + std per month. When I recharged on 26/06/2014 my balnce was Rs.26. As I made a call after recharge first my balance of Rs.26 got deducted to Rs.0 after that my 33500 loc+std offer started & For Gods sake there is no way you can find out how many seconds are remaining in your 33500 loc+std offer. Whenever you make a call first operator will say "Your balance is too low to make a call, Kindly recharge on time" so you have to disconnect the call & have to dial again to get connected. When I wanted to inquire about this with the customer care representative, I'm unabel to connect as my blalance was showing Rs.0. Over that my offer was over by 22/7/2014 which is 4 days prior to the month. This is a kind of cheating a well reputed company is doing in this country & stealing its subscribers money. Airtel is working on a concept that it will steal few Ruppes & Paise from every customer & customer will not bargain & sue company for few paisas or rupees. But people should understand that Airtel has more than 200 million customers in India alone. If they steal One Rupee from one customer per day they will make "200million Rupee's" per day. I felt Airtel is not just cheat me but Raped me & Its every Customer!!!

            I had a very bad experience with Airel, when I recharged my mom's prepaid phone on 17th Oct 2014 with Rs 41 "WhatsApp plan" (175 MB whatsapp+25 MB 2G data for 30 days), immediately after recharging when my mom started using the whats app, her balance started reducing. When I called the Pre-Paid customer care in Himachal ( it's too pathetic customer care, they don't bother to take your calls, if bichance they take call will disconnect soon), One of the executive girl told me that you can only chat but no upload and download, so my mom just messaged and balance reduced. Then she told me that this plan is just to be able to use whats app, however balance will still be deducted and eventually so was confirmed by her so called lead. That was not satisfying considering Airtel's claimed plan (175 MB whatsapp+25 MB 2G data for 30 days) which means that we can do any thing up to the limit of 175 MB on whats App. My mom donsn't use internet any ways. I do rememer that during the month of Sept 2014, when I recharged same plan, no amount was deducted.

            Today on 20th Oct, again I received a call from my mom that when she clicked a pic on whats app, 53 Rs got deducted immediately. Airtel is unecessarily deducting money from prepaid users to fool them as we can generate any records of this. Can they provide all details of prepaid number.
            Today I tried to reach them from my post paid mobile by calling to their said prepaid helpline [protected] I called them around four time to get to the customer care line and spend about 40 mnts of talktime in order to convey my message then they transferred me to Pre paid service saying that this number ([protected]) is not prepaid service number, and at last when I conveyed my concern, the so called platinum service associate confirmed to me about above plan that no balance should be deducted, he asked me to wait online in order to check the records, however to my surprise again the lines got disconnected.
            Is airtel doing this cheating because of it's monopoly and never bother to care about customers Or want me to take an action in consumers court.
            Can any Airtel senior executive respond on this

              1. We hav 31 cug airel numbers from last 3 years under mod plan airteladvance rental but airtel is charging excess on all bills till jul 13. After repeated reminders to airtel represetaives mr sanyal, mr vishal and mr raj issue is not resolved and outsatanding is amount is increasing in bills which is excess charged. Details are demanded by airtel representaative many times in last one year but they behaved casually and outstading amount is increasing which is not actual amount whereas excess charged.

              2. Advance rental paid in oct 13 but number[protected] is not inculuded in advance rental airel 300 aces plan as advance rental already paid along with other numbers vide cheque no 864783. All the numbers put in plan but due to miss simran gandhi mistake number mistakenly left and till date rs 298/ pm excess charged on this number.Approx 2000/- to be waived off in this regard. Complaint lodged many times with above airtel representatives but after repeated reminders till date number is not inculded in this plan.

              3. From the last 1 year this office regulary this office sending mails, corrospondence and daily telephonic conversation with above repersentatives. No result is achieved till date and casul attitute from airtel has been noticed.

                  Dear Sir/Mam, My Airtel no is [protected] during no purchase my rent is 100rs and 0rental of internet, company has changed my plan without informing to me from 0rental to 500+ of internet last month i called to customer care for the same they insure me for waiver but no waiver was given by them i paid whole bill this month i got same prob, today I go to Airtel office at kitchlu Nagar Ludhiana punjab to pay my bill and to stop my all services and disconnect my Phone no, but they says come in evening and in evening they refuse to disconnect my no.kindly help to solve the issue.                             i am using airtel mobile number [protected] for the last number of years. i am using internet plan with 1Gb data per month. but my bill of month june is nerly 2600. there was a msg from airtel that upto 21st june that i have used aproxx 1034 MB of data which is in my limited plan, but no msg has been delivered that I have used more data than that. my bill cycle is from 22nd to 23rd of month. if i used more data than 1gb then it should be counted in the next bill cycle. but after taking with your customer care no. of times and with senior executive regarding bill on dated 18/7/14 which he says that they will wave of the uses. As nothing has been done. i am using four airtel numbers in my family and i am your regular customer for the last no. of years. if nothing has been done then kindly stop my services. OR i have no other option to port all my four numbers from airtel. Kindly do the needful. regards jasbir singh

                              I had reported this issue earlier also but it was not resolved. Just now, I have forwarded the past email in which, i had mentioned this issue to airtel.[protected]@in.airtel.com.
                              Also under Data Services i can see "activated pack :Rs. 400, 2GB Free, Aft 2.111262GB 100%Free_80kbps, [protected]@3Ps_N2" (Check the attachment)
                              which contains the clause "Aft 2.111262GB 100%Free_80kbps".
                              Though this plan is unlimited corporate plan from where this 2.111262GB is coming?
                              This is wrong in your application. Request you to rectify the issues in your application.
                              Also customer care executive on 198 does not have any knowledge of corporate plans and they are expert in confusing the consumers.
                              Also complaint description is not displayed in complaint module and many times complaints status are changed to resolved without actually resolving the complaints.

                              I have visited Airtel Goregaon Relationship Office twice but they denied to convert my no. from postpaid to prepaid saying it is posible only after bill is generated and now they have sent me 1045Rs Bill which is overcharged for internet Data Plan which is Unlimited and still they charged me after the limit.

                              I have visited Airtel Goregaon Relationship Center again on 13-Aug-2014, they told me that if i want to convert into Prepaid then bill adjustment will not be done and if i will pay the bill they will convert my postpaid connection to prepaid connection within 24hours, so to get rid of all the torture, i have paid Rs.[protected]bill+extra unbilled amount as they told me) and i have paid Rs.25 cash for prepaid SIM Card. They told me that my postpaid to prepaid will be done within 24 hours, but even after many follow-ups and personally visiting the Airtel Goregaon Relationship center my postpaid connection is still active and my new SIM No.[protected] [protected] HLR-2 is yet not active.

                              Each time Airtel Customer care is telling me lie and i have all the proofs for the same in my call recorders and also the email communications of charging unethically for Rs.401 unlimited plan.

                              Kindly look into the matter.

                              (GOD will never excuse the cheaters in Airtel)
                              Finally, postpaid to prepaid migration is done and got refund of extra paid amount from airtel appellate authority.

                                This is the worst customer service. Even after giving the complaint also the amount is deducting the more then the call rate. Last Sunday (13.7.14)I was called to customer care regarding the higher call rate. I have recharged with RC17 but the amount deduction is more than the call cost. To day(19.7.14) for 10:56 min Rs:16:40 is deducted. Please take the necessary action.

                                    I am holding two post paid connection bearing nos.[protected]/[protected]. The network in my residence area had totally dead since 26th May 2015 evening. As it was not possible for me to lodge a complain the same day due to unavailability network I had forwarded a complaint to 121 the next day and request them to sort it out immediately. Since there was no response from their end I again called them up in the noon and they had only the pre recorded answer which says the complain will be forwarded. For them it was a routine process. On my insisting they assured of a call back in two hours from their higher ups. It was around 3.43 pm they called me but I could not pick the phone as I was in an official meeting. They call us up from such number wherein we cannot call back. So again I called 121 and approach from their end was indeed very dull. They wanted 48 hrs to get back to me. After getting back home I found the situation the same and as such I had to use email option to follow up the issue. The response to my mail was that they needed 4 days to sort it out but there was not mention as to what I should do with my mobile which is almost a toy for now. This morning finally a gentleman called me up only to convey the time they require to sort the issue out. His argument was that the customer is bound to wait for periods the company put forth irrespective of the loss he may incur.The person who spoke to me and the ones who spoke via 121 were sitting in another part of the country and hence they are unable to give me a concrete reply about a problem that has cropped up in my city. My place is about 12 kms from the heart of the city and it would take less than 1/2 hour for your technical person to visit the spot and ascertain the situation. The most important factor in your service package is network without which the customer nor the company exists. So time should not be sought for such issues and the same has to be set right immediately like water or electricity supply. Anyway now that the company is still insisting on more time I am left with no other option but to opt for another service provider.

Sir here i wish to inform u that, I dont know the meaning and uses of this super combo pack, then how should i activate this pack.When i called to ur executive about, dEduction they replied me that we are not able to refund ur amount, but herE i reMind u that im using aIrtel internet, for which i paid amount for accesing internet, not for paying any stupid subscription, i want to ask u that who is resposible for deduction, ???? IS iT airtel oR any other party Through airtel who looted the customer.Indirectly by airtel or directly third party?                                       same thing hpnd with me today. and same revert given by Airtel executive, but i did not give up them and finally they gave me a waiver against this stupid super combo pack. Government should take some stern action against such looting act .
