I was called for a demonstration of Airtle 4G connection and the demo was arranged on 28th April. Airtel representative told many misleading and fraudulent information which led me to convince that I will be getting all the services that I desire. However it was not the case. Even, when I realize everything after taking the service, then I contacted to Airtle support center and after many communication via mail, it seems they are not willing to help me at all. Main grievances from my end are as below I have been offered 5GB unlimited plan and I shall get 128 Kbps speed after 5GB. Though, I think, "Unlimited" tag is misleading and cheating because 128Kbps speed is useless. This is like traveling across the world on Bullock Cart. Airtel representative told me that I shall get 3G+ coverage where 4G is not available but 3G is available. But this is totally a wrong statement and I am getting only 2G service with very low speed. One page is opening in 3-5 min. Airtel representative told me that dongle will support calling while connected to internet and I can talk using laptop's speaker and microphone. This is another wrong statement. Dongle does not even support local usage statistics like other vendor's Tata photon, Relience, MTS etc. I have to repeatedly log into the online Airtel site. The site even does not give me detail connection by connection usage statistics. This is not expected from client perspective. Airtel representative told me I can use other vendor's SIM card in this dongle as well. This is also a wrong statement. I asked to do my bill generation date on the last day of every month as I requested to start my service from 1st May'2014. This is also not full filled. I asked to provide me a xerox copy of filled form. This is not provided. Airtel representative did not inform me about two options, i.e dongle & router. I would prefer to have router but I have realized that you provide two options after purchasing the dongle. Even, speed during demonstration was 13 Mbps whereas I am getting 4 - 5 Mbps which is way lower. I have long mail communication with Airtel representative and I also recorded Artel's representative's conversation for reference. I alslo provided below options to allay my grivances which were ignored by Airtel customer support team. Option 1: I am completely dissatisfied, hence I seek total refund of payment Rs. 2124 Option 2: Replace my dongle with a Router without any additional cost Option 3: Replace the ZTE dongle with Huawei dongle which has more features than ZTE Option 4: Provide a real unlimited plan with minimum 256 kbps speed after 4G data cap limit, 5GB my case Option 5: Ensure 3G service out side of 4G area, e.g specifically at Naihati location where I stay 3 days per week Kindly take necessary action against Airtel 4G team.

I have not received any response after providing my Airtel 4G number on 23rd May'14. I am forced to discontinue the service You can refer Airtel's internal customer care Service Request number 57285684 for detail. Hope, I will not have to deal with Airtel in future. Thanks.

    I had 2 Airtel Digital TV connections. One connection was normal connection and other was HD connection. Due to their increased expensive charges every now and then, I had discontinued their connections for some time. Around 2 months back, I got a call from Airtel agent (Supriya - [protected]) to either recharge in order to keep connections activated and ongoing. Or, asked to return Airtel Setup Boxes (STB) for availing refund. Airtel agent mentioned Rs. 1000 refund for normal STB and Rs. 1500 for HD STB in 20 to 25 working days. I agreed for refund and asked them to collect STBs from home. Airtel Agent (Rahul - [protected]) came to house and collected 2 STBs and provided original Airtel return receipt. He said that he will come after 20 to 25 days to deliver refund cheque. Now, it's almost 2 months over and there is no response from Airtel. Nobody is picking up phones provided above (switched off). When I called up Airtel Call Center, they disagreed on refund. Also, when I asked to return my 2 STBs back then they refused. This is a big fraud from Airtel and using unethical methods to get STBs back. I am totally against it and want action on such illegal practices from Airtel.

    Person from Airtel DTH called just to explain their unethical practices. I am surprised that how this such corporate business is running on over such illegal practices and their is no one to stop them.

      respected sir i recharged my airtel number using airtel money on 20 5 14 morn...i recharged for 101 3g pack 14 days pack but it is not activated on my number but the amount is debited from airtel money..i spoke to customer care morethan 10 times but the didn't give any response...to me...so pls take necessary action to my num to activate the pack otherwise pls credit the amount to my airtel money num

          Hi, I am from pune. i was an airtel prepaid user, wanted to take airtel postpaid corporate connection. An executive named rajesh bhagwat (business development executive) from A.R. teleservices, pune came to me for activation of airtel postpaid services, he took all the documents and an amount of Rs. 300/- from me, which he told, will be refunded back once i opt out of postpaid service. it has been 2 months, i neither got the postpaid service and nor my money. i kept calling airtel office for the same but nobody paid attention. That executive never received calls after that and changed his number. AIRTEL HAS BEEN A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME!!

              I have purchased new Airtel 4G connection ([protected]) on 17th May, 2014 in Bangalore. I was promised that my number will get activated after physical verification. Airtel Person Name Anil came to my office on 19th May, 2014 for verification and completed around 12:00 PM. Since last 24 hours i am calling the customer care for activation and i am constantly getting only one answer that verification is pending.I am also calling that person but he is not answering my calls.               I received a call in the morning from Airtel customer care and I was told to send an email to this email id: [protected]@gmail.com (Mob: [protected]) stating the issue, the issue being that I received my Airtel 4g router and the 4g sim card on Saturday and the activation is still pending. I was promised that the sim would be activated in an hour. This was at 12 PM and it is 09:30 PM now and the sim is still not activated. This is horrendous on the part of Airtel and issues like this mentally harass a person. The amount has been spent, forms have been filled and yet no action has been taken. Is this what you promise your customers, customers that your promise to tend to on a daily basis. It has been 48 hours since the physical verification by a person named Mr. Anil (Mob: [protected]) and the details haven't been updated, yet. He is avoiding all calls made to him on that number mentioned above. I want a detailed explanation as to why the sim has not been activated even after the physical verification.

                Hi Airtel, Some guys called me from the +92 number saying that I have won 75 lacs or some thing and asked to call bank manager Sunder Singh at[protected], I am sure this is fraud trying to dupe people. Urge Aritel to take quick action on this as it might escalate into bigger problem

                  my No is fully DND activated but still i am reciving more than 10 sms per day from a number called DT-INFORM. having a FADU CALL (STOCK MARKET TIP). There is no contact detail of this company so i cannot unsubscribe to these sms. This no cannot be added to spam list also.

                    Hi, I have been receivng multiple unsolicited calls or SMS from either registered or unregistered telemarketers and have been complaining to Airtel email ids. Airtel has not responded in the last one month and no acknoledgement from Nodal Officers or Appelate Authorities. I have been sending them all the details and sending the reminders too and still there is no response. I dropped a mail to Mark Tavares (Appelate Authority) and still no response on this.                       With reference to the Mobile number [protected] i have purchased from Airtel, I am eligible for an offer from Airtel provided by Sony mobile. But Airtel clearly refusing me that you are not eligible for the same and there by Airtel advised me to speak to whom ever you want to raise the issue.                       With reference to the Mobile number [protected] i have purchased from Airtel, I am eligible for an offer from Airtel provided by Sony mobile. But Airtel clearly refusing me that you are not eligible for the same and there by Airtel advised me to speak to whom ever you want to raise the issue.

                        Dear sir, Last night I am having Rs. 66 balance but in the morning when i checked the balance it was Rs. 0.07 When i called to Costumer care Airtel they told its due to net used by my mobile at 00:30 AM, but I am sure that I slept at 11:00 PM, and I I even does not get the balance deduction massage. Even I am not having any smartphone to use the internet I am using this sim in Samsung 2125 dual sim phone and never connected to internet by this phone earlier. The AIRTEL Costumer care does not accepting my complaints so please help me for the same.

                            I have airtel postpaid number. My bill plan is "airtel 249 postpaid plan_2014 - mh bill plan". According to this plan i used to get 1000min free for local call. The bill generated for 6th May has given me 500min free. If the plan has changed its airtel duty to inform previous customers. I did not receive any message or mail from airtel that plan is changed. How can you change your plans suddenly? Really disappointed with this. Its headache for us.

                              I went abroad and didn't use my Airtel mobile [protected] for few days. I came back and saw Airtel SIM still showing service and on 30th April, 2014 I went ahead and recharged with Rs. 103 3G plan and Rs.50 talk time plan. I started using the service (accessed Facebook, checked mails and accessed browser) on the same day and dialed *123# and it showed Rs. 59.67 as balance but from next day onwards my iPhone was showing "No Service". I'm using this SIM from past 7 years. I wrote a email to Airtel 121 service and expressed my concern. They replied below response that, my number has been has been permanently stopped on 01-MAY-2014. My question is how come it accepted the ERecharge on 30th April, 2014 (see attachment of screenshot of sms received on the same day) and when it is about to be stopped next day?. And according to TRAI rules If, there is a balance of greater than Rs 20/- validity will be getting extended for Rs.20/30days as auto extension. My balance amount was clearly more than Rs.20, i.e. Rs. 59.67 as on 30th April, 2014. After few days, to my surprise my number was assigned to someone else. Very sad, anyway, I want my recharged amount back. "Email response from Airtel: [protected][protected][protected][protected] From: [protected]@in.airtel.com To: [protected]@gmail.com Date: Fri, May 9, 2014 at 12:41 PM Dear Shankarling Alandkar, This is with reference to your email expressing concern regarding the stoppage of your airtel mobile [protected].Your number has been permanently stopped on 01-MAY-2014, as there was no usage of your account for 90 days or no balance of greater than Rs 20/-. As per our policy, this leads to stoppage of the number.The below mentioned criteria are necessary to retain the number in active status and to avoid automatic deactivation:There should be Incoming, Outgoing calls, Video call, Outgoing SMS, Data and Value Added Service made within 90 days.If, there is a balance of greater than Rs 20/- validity will be getting extended for Rs.20/30days as auto extension.You can get the same number reactivated within grace period of 15 days from the date of disconnection by paying reactivation charge of Rs 20 at ARC(airtle relationship centre).Please find attached the details of airtel relationship centre for your reference.T Thank you for choosing airtel. This is my first day in Airtel and worst day. I regret for choosing Airtel over vodafone. I was using vodafone for a long time, and i used to top up for Rs.1000 atleast a month as I use 3g much. Today(05.18.2014) ...MY AIRTEL SIM GOT ACTIVATED AND I RECHARGED FOR 300 rupees and activate 127 rupees 3g plan of 1GB for 21 Days, I received confirmation msg from Airtel too of 1GB data activation. Everything was working fine, I wanted to apply for new micro sim and the sim I was using is a mini sim which was not cut properly for using it as a micro sim. The problem started now, when these people started migrated my data from mini sim to new micro sim, I was charged 228Mb thrice at different time intervals, which should be a technical issue, but they claim, I was using the data. But I did not use so much data, though I was connected to internet. The mobile I am using is Samsung S4, which clearly shows the data usuage as 114 mb by night 09:16 PM 05/18/2014. I have attached/uploaded screenshots in the below link. The WORST THING IS WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE, REGARDING THIS ISSUE, THEY WERE CONSTANTLY SAYING I WAS USING THE INTERNET, THAT IS VERY FRUSTRATING, 1. WHY THEY THINK THE CUSTOMERS ARE SO CHEAP THAT THEY WILL USE THE INTERNET AND SAY THEY DID NOT USE IT 2. HOW COME 228 MB EXACTLY DATA HAS BEEN USED THRICE AT INTERVALS… IF I WAS USING THE INTERNET, IT SHOULD BE LIKE 100 MB ONE TIME 115 MB NEXT TIME AND 325 MB NEXT TIME, , , AND SO ON.., ARE THE AIRTEL PEOPLE SO TO UNDERSTAND EVEN THIS SIMPLE LOGIC AND ADMIT AND RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, INSTEAD OF FIGHTING WITH THE CUSTOMER 3. Rs127 is not a big deal, but how they responde to the customer is very important. Next day if I top up again, they will charge all my amount, and say I HAVE USED IT…. WTF…. THAT’S REALLY STUPIDEST.. I SPOKE TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE FROM MY MOBILE NUMBER [protected] AT 08.37 PM first a lady spoke to me, later a guy… but ITS WORST DAY … SO STUPID OF ME TO CHOOSE AIRTEL…’ 4. I want to quit from Airtel but since I only got migrated today, I have to suffer this stupid service for 3 more months, as mnp cant be done for nxt 3 months… ;-( I have attached 5 Screenshots from my phone 1. New sim activation msg 2. 3g 1GB activation msg 3. Msg after using data msg as 90mb 4. Time I called to customer care 198 and complaint.. 5. My android mobile data showing 114MB usuage only on 18th may(which is the correct one) 114 MB – I actually used 228 MB – Techical issue deduction 228 MB – Techical issue deduction 228 MB – Techical issue deduction 90 MB – Bal., , , , , Still I wonder were the remaining 100MB gone …L

                                    Number - [protected] it says you are not registered for airtel money services. Whereas i have registered for airtel money 4 days back and have 1500 balance. I have also sent 2450 Rs to a bank account from this airtel money account using airtel money yesterday afternoon. I have the SMS as proof. So if i dont have a registered airtel money account associated with this airtel number, how come i could transfer money to bank account from the same number on 17th may? I called customer care four times, but they check records and say that i dont have a registered airtel money account. So now airtel just took the outstanding 1500rs from the airtel money account and gives it a status of NOT Registered! So airtel started a cheat fund scheme it seems, wherein customers will load cash to their airtel money account and then airtel will say that he/she is not registered user of airtel money. Wonderful!

                                      very bad responce from airtel customer care about 54999818 sms deduction daily 3 rs there is no status about which service is that...even i checked my mobile and reset but no use daily same time money will deduct...this is all airtel company doing such cheap tricks playing...y u guys doing like this do one thing beg ur self on roads...already spoiled half of the reputation balnce 25 percent for this issue is enough to close completely pls dont treat as small issue this will spread big issue in social media...

                                        I have been noticing irregular deliberate deductions in my a/c recently it was 81 Rs. To talk to the call center to settle this, I need to pay 50p for 3 mins and these calls last for half an hour. I want to know who has so much time to settle such issues + why should I bear this call center call cost each time ~10 Rs??? Also, they reduce the data pack and validity any time they want to i.e. I subscribe for 650 MB plan of 129 Rs. Valid for 28 days and just now I received the message that the validity is only 21 days.
