To whomever its concern I was promised by your floor supervisor named Vinith and for god reason she might have lied to me, As its common with your Airtel Corporate People. You are absolutely fit for nothing, I don't see any productivity from you guys apart from warming up your seats… You don't justify the position what has given to you. My 4G no is :- [protected] You have billed me for something which i haven't used it… On top of it some promises made for waiver.     I requested for a new Internet connection on the 16th of April, 2014 and made a deposit of Rs. 500 online. For over 2 weeks there was no response from Airtel regarding the new Internet connection and no representative from Airtel even took an effort to contact me or to collect the documents as required by the service provider. After losing my patience, I called up airtel customer service to check on my application and I was repeatedly promised by the representatives for 3 consecutive days that someone from airtel will contact me for sure and will be made sure that I get the connection as requested, ironically no one called or showed up. On the 4th day I called up Airtel, cancelled the connection and asked for the refund of my deposit. New connection details below: CAF No - ONCHENN00734558 Transaction ID[protected] Transaction Date & Time[protected]:27:05.711072 Amount - 500 After 2 days, which was 23rd of May... A representative from Airtel called and promised that he will collect the document from me on 24th, which actually the only thing he did and promised me once again that the connection will be made secure and installed at the premises on the 26th of May. Despite asking him several times whether they'll be able to make sure of the connection definitely on 26th and he did promise, took an advance amount of Rs. 2000 for the connection and gave me a receipt with Serial No. TNPB312605. Ever since I've been following up with this representative named Mr. Senthil Kumar. R, until today and this representative and his manager have been promising all over again to get the connection sorted out and its been 5 days from the day they promised and no sign of connection yet despite telling them that my work depends on the Internet connection. I deeply find this intimidating and taken for granted just because I've been patient enough with the service provider. I sincerely hope this would shed some light on the poor customer service by airtel broadband and would like to know if there's anything can be done to escalate this issue to get some justice.       Dear sir / Madam, This is Hasan Umar Sarvaiya n my mobile number is [protected] I have a complaint that I am using internet of airtel from the past 6 to 7 years and I know how much MB is consumed if I surf online and if I download... So today morning what happened is I had a 3G balance of 315 MB and to my knowledge I played 1 online game for 1 hour and I am very much sure that it shud not consume more than 15 to 20 MB but when I closed my mobile data n saw the 3G balance ther was nothing and on top of it my mobile balance was also deducted near about 20 Rs...At that time I thought there might be some mistake from my end so I did the 3G recharge today morning at 7 am again and I got 1024 Mb balance but after playing that game (3 patti) again for 45 mins I checked the 3 G balance again and I was surprised to see that more than 150 Mb has been used which is totally ridiculous... I have been using 3 G from the past 6 months n if i play an online game for 1 hour it takes 10 to 15 MB but in just 2 hours you people deducted more than 450 Mb which is baseless...So I want an answer for this ASAP... So I request you to kindly look into this matter and settle the Mb back into my account along with the money deducted otherwise I will have to take some other steps...         I already wrote to Airtel about the billing discrepancy and Reference number provided is 55056718. 1. I had taken the MY PLAN services on March 2nd or 3rd 2014 and took the rental pack of INR 799 which gives me 35 packs. 2. Looking at my previous bills I had selected the various packs on my number. 3. However it seems that the packs never got activated and the 799 rental was applied to my account (immediate effect). 4. Which means I was paying 799 but was not getting any privilege because Airtel online system had some error. Obviously I am not a fool to take 799 rental and not take the benefits, so it is clear that your system has some fault. 5. I realised this only when I saw my April month bill being as high as ever plus there are booster charges of 499 even when I had taken only one booster of 199 (Internet Pack). 6. Now the VERY strange part is that a customer can select MY PLAN only online and Airtel servers are always down. 7. Since after I spoke at customer care on April the 24th I have been trying to change my plan online to avoid further charges but it always says "CONNECTIVITY FAILURE" I have still not been able to change my plan and have not heard back from Airtel yet. I wrote and email to Airtel on April 27th to which I received a reply that I shall get the resolution by April 30th 11:51am, but I did not get any call nor any messages from Airtel.

          I am a customer with Airtel and as per my reqiurement i wanted details of my incoming and outgoing call details records for my offical purpose, but from past 10 months this coming is been harrasing me by sending me to their outlet or to police stations as it seems it is neccessary for them that i should lodged a FIR in police. but to my dismay police told that it is not required and i should get it dierctly from Airtel. but under different evasive verbal replies the company is not bothewr tro resolve my issue. As u are the regulatory body, pls. intervene and try to solve the complaint. my written complaint is pending with them at circle officew at malad(W). Regards Parvez.

            Hi team, My name is Meenakshi Bhat and I have 2 cooperate numbers from your services. I wanted to tell you how helpless and pathetic I feel being customer of you. I received a message few days earlier regarding plan changes on both of my nos. I was not sure what it is all about. I talked to the person in my office who provides us connection abt the same. But he said that he is not aware of the same and told me to contact customer care dept for the same. I called customer care dept and talked to someone asking abt the changes of my plan. The rep said that there are no changes made and will not be made as well as he could see any such update. I asked abt the message that I received. He told me to ignore that and I did. But my mistake came into picture when I got the bill for this month. I was charged for all my calls and messages whereas according to my plan on which I thought I was there were 300 local and STD mins free and 300 local and STD messages free on my plan. But with the new plan changes it got changed to 100mins free and 100 messages free on local only which end up added a good amount in my bills. I called up your dept. and what they told me was shocking for me. They blamed me that I am saying false things and I have never called before as well for any information according to their system and its not fault if in case a message was sent still I didn’t get it checked. And it all was my fault. This is not for the 1st time I had any such conversation with your dept. Before this also I was getting charged for 2 internet plans on my number. And when I checked it I called and asked to return it back it was so difficult to talk to your dept for the same. I have wasted my 2months getting it all cleared. Now again I am really pissed off because of your services. I wish I would have never opted for Airtel. You used to be one of the best service provider but now I guess Idea and Reliance are better than you. And once all this gets sorted out I will make sure your connection supply from our company gets stopped because you have provided all the inconvenience that you can provide to us but not now. Vodafone is giving much than your services so would like and suggest them for my company to make sure you don’t get any cooperate business from our company. I would like to get my issue checked and remove all the charges which I got in my bill because of wrong information provided by your dept. And if possible I want the same plan on which I was earlier or give me the same kind of plan in which I would get less rental and more free minutes and messages. And if still you believe that customers are really important for you please try to revert back and get this sorted and break my trust that for you customer’s concern doesn’t matter.             SAME PRBM. THAT I'M FACING WITH TATA DOCOMO FRM LAST 2 MONTHS. ITS COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE & CARELESS SERVICES THAT THOSE COMPANIES ARE RENDER TO THE COMMON CUSTOMERS. I CALLED THEM & RAISE MY ISSUE MORE THAN 10 TIMES BUT MY ALL EFFORTS GOES IN VAIN. NOW I DECIDED NOT TO PAY BILL & STOP USING THE SERVICE OF THE WORST TELECOM OPERATER.

              I have switch from idea to airtel but i highly unsatisfied by airtel. Airtel just make us fool... No proper speed of internet even in 3G service. i am not getting response of *121#, *129# there is no offer in bucket. Nothing proper in UP(W) dehradun. Registered a complaint but no resolution given.

                I was billed excessively from Dec 2013 saying that my data usage was high. I had subscribed for 1GB 3G data pack and was using for quite a long time. When made a complaint in [protected]@airtel.in got reply saying that I activated the 3G pack just for a month and deactivated after a month's time which wasn't true. I was using this pack and that shows in all my previous months bills also. So get the bill deduction for Jan, Feb and Mar 2014 months.

                Have logged the complaint here three days backs and it is yet to be resolved. I am suffering because of a fault done by airtel as they blocked my outgoing calls from donor account.
                2 weeks gone.. Still no resolution.

                  I am using Airtel prepaid number. My phone number is [protected]. While checking my 3G balance. I got additional information. " Unlimited 3G @ Rs . 655". I called customer service team on same day to confirm about that deal and specially about the Internet speed and if there is any limit of 3G data and speed . The customer service representative informed me that I will get unlimited 3G data for 28 day at same 3G speed. After confirm with customer representative I made a recharge of Rs. 655. The internet speed was fine upto 3gb data and then speed was getting very low even I was not getting 2G speed. I called customer service and informed about the same. The representative informed me that the 3G data limit was only upto 3gb only and then speed will be down @80kbps. I asked him then I was told that I will get unlimited 3G data speed for 28 days. Then the representative told me in very rudely way that this is the speed this plan and he can't do anything in it and cut the phone. I called 121 team again but got same response. Then I called 198 to complaint about the same but they also told me that in Rs 655 recharge I will get 3G speed upto 3gb data and after that unlimited internet @80kbps and did not registered any complaint. After that I send mail to nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com about my query. They replied also I received a call from [protected]. A person Manoj called me an told me that I need to maintain at least Rs 5 Balance in my Airtel number and then I will get proper speed. And if I face any issue I can call on that same number.

                  After this conversation I made a recharge of Rs 100 and then I also got very worst speed even a Web page can't open in my phone also no internet connectivity with my apps. I called back on same number but I was unable to connect with Manoj. His colleagues picked up the phone and told me that they will inform Manoj and I will get call back within 10minutes but I never got any callback I tried multiple times on different days but I got same response that I will callback within 10 minutes and then they cut off the phone and did not hear my query. I also sent mail on same email address but did not get any reply of that mail and never got callback from Manoj.

                  Then I called 121 customer service again and informed that I am not getting even @80kbps speed as they later promised me. The customer service representative informed me that he will transferring my call to their technical department but they cut the call. I called back again and they registered my complaint about low internet speed. I was just getting 2-10bps and even none of my apps unable to connect to internet. On same day I got message.

                  "Ref.no.C3GSP[protected] ka update:Aapke airtel mobile par data browsing samasya ka samadhan kar diya gaya hai.Seva shuru karne ke liye mobile ko switch OFF/ON kijiye.Samasya rehne
                  par, SMS kijiye MO 54321 par"

                  I did all the steps as mentioned above. Bug there is no any improvement in my internet speed.

                  Again I called customer service and they registered my complaint again. And I got same message again after few minutes.

                  "Ref.no.C3GSP[protected] ka update:Aapke airtel mobile par data browsing samasya ka samadhan kar diya gaya hai.Seva shuru karne ke liye mobile ko switch OFF/ON kijiye.Samasya rehne par, SMS kijiye MO 54321 par."

                  I did the same as mentioned above but still the Internet speed is worst about 10bps.

                  I again called to customer service THIS TIME I GOT 1 MORE INFORMATION THAT IN MY RS.655 RECHARGE I WILL GET 3G SPEED UPTO 3GB DATA AND 80kbps SPEED UPTO 3GB DATA THIS IS THE LIMITED DATA WHICH I CAN USE IN THIS PLAN. MY MAIN CONCERN IS THAT WHY DIDN'T THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE INFORMED ME ALL THE INFORMATION WHEN I CALLED FIRST TIME WHEN I CALLED THEM TO GET THE INFORMATION ABOUT THIS PLAN.                   Again the customer representative registered my complaint. And after few minutes I got same message.

                  "Ref.no.C3GSP[protected] ka update:Aapke airtel mobile par data browsing samasya ka samadhan kar diya gaya hai.Seva shuru karne ke liye mobile ko switch OFF/ON kijiye.Samasya rehne par, SMS kijiye MO. 54321 par."

                  Still same worst speed after followed all the steps again BUT SPEED STILL WORST. HOWEVER I SHOULD GET 3G SPEED AS INFORMED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE TO ME WHEN I CALL ED FIRST TIME.

                  VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TALKING VERY RUDELY TO THE CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDING FALSE INFORMATION.

                  AIRTEL SHOULD REFUND MY MONEY BACK AS THEY PROVIDE ME FALSE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PLAN.

                  Hi Saurav Ahlawat,

                  I would like to inform you that my issue is still not resolved, I am still not able to connect to the Internet through Internet through my phone as the Internet connection speed is worst and any of app unable to make connectivity with Internet. I have tried multiple times to get in touch to resolve my issue but they register my complaint and the after few minutes I got message that my issue is resolved. However my issue was still same.


                  Also I would like to inform you that I made a 2G recharge for 1 day validity and during this period My Internet was working fine. If there is any issue with my phone then the 2G data should also not work. And as soon as my 2G data plan expire my Internet speed again get worst. Now it's about 18-19 days I am facing issue my Internet connectivity and it's still not resolved.


                  If you guys can't fix my issue then I request you to refund my money back so that I will be a happy customer with airtel. I am using my Airtel number about 5 Years and this co-insidance is forcing me to change my network provider as because during the whole month I did not get the Internet connection speed as promised by your team.

                    I am an Airtel prepaid user. Yesterday, I recharged my account with Rs. 90. In one day, the company automatically deduced my balance to zero. When I called the customer care, no one was receiving the call. I tried their paid number for three times, they kept me on waiting. In the process I lost my ten rupees. Very pathetic customer care service. Also, While trying to call their customer care, for every 2 minutes waiting, my phone showed 50 paise has been deduced but when I actually check, it was 2 Rs deduced for every waiting call. So I want an explanation why did airtel cut my extra 1.5 Rs on every call.
                    Finally I got their toll free no., After a lot of attempts, I could finally speak to a customer care executive. She told me that my charges per minutes are increased from yesterday. But when I asked her that the company is supposed to inform the users before implementing such huge hikes on charges. She said Sorry and denied to repay my balance. I want to know what is this. This is kind of loot. Airtel also voluntarily activates the unwanted services like 'hello tunes and all' on its own and deduces charges for it. When complained about it, the customer care do deactivate these airtel services but they refuse to pay you back. What is this? Airtel is stealing from people. It increases the tariff on its own without informing. Airtel activates its unwanted services and steal your balance on its own. It has a pathetic customer service which keeps you on waiting when you want to register your complaint. I am sick of airtel. Please dont use airtel cards. It sucks.

                    I am a airtel subscriber and my no is [protected]. But unfortunately airtel deducted Rs 66 from my main account without any reason. When I tried to contact airtel customer care they replied me that for use of GPRS there is deduction of Rs 66 from my account. But I had reharged Rs 43 as data pack for using whats app and they are saying that this pack is not working, If it is so then they should return my Rs 43 as I have not availed this facility and there was already deduction of Rs 66 from my account.

                      Im using AIRTEL fron last 2 yrs. approx. My no. is [protected]. Mumbai Zoze. My validity finished on[protected]. I refilled Rs.215/- on 17-06-08. now after one hour of refill still the phone is not working. Now I have to inform an urgent & important message on the same no. but Im not able to make it. I called customer service thrice, but not found suitable response from them. Firstly I was told to wait for 15 min. then after half an hour I called I was told to wait for half an hour. This is noncence.
                      When u diconnect the line immediately, it should be activated immediately after the refill. My sister had an accident. I have to inform home, Im not able to contact them. I want an explanation for this. who is responsible for this. The customer service people are not satisfying. they never satisfy customers.

                          I am Jay Patel. I am using airtel DTH service. My ID number is [protected]. I want to say that it is a worst service. they never solve any problem even after registered a complain. Two times they have cheated me. once they had offered me a plan...recharge with 6 month and get another 6 month...that mean if i pay for 6 month, I get total 12 month. So, i had recharge my acc. at that time. and after 6 month airtel said that you are not eligible for this offer. So, i lost my benifit of 6 months...I had given so much complain about this but no one solved it... Second time they offered me 3 months free on 6 months recharge...this time I have verified recharge amount, offer and all things at least 3-4 times. I have recharged with 1370 Rs. on dated 27th april, 2013. Now, again after 6 month...airtel is saying "I am not eligible for getting 3 months benifit...the offer was not for you"...Though I have confirmed after recharge also, my problem has not been solved...I have registered a complain too. I have talked with SUSHMA MADAM in NODAL OFFICE too. Still the problem is there... I have also list with all person to whom I have talked regarding this matter... AIRTEL==all our TELL will in AIR after 6 months...shameless and worst company

[protected], due to network problem i have applied to port it in airtel with UPC & proper documents on 10-APR-2014, next day of submission I have received a massage "Your request for porting the [protected] to airtel has been received" from the sender "AD-AIRFTA". And after 7 days of submission in morning the no. has been deactivated without any information. More than 10 time said issue escalated to Airtel customer care & distributor. But issue is not resolved. FROM LAST 15 DAYS MY NUMBER NOT WORKING. NOT PORTED AND DEACTIVATED. So please suggest me what I should do.                                   Hi My Name is Amit Dube I am using your services and having this account number [protected]I am not using your services since 1st April 2014 and I called up customer care on 3 rd April to deactivate this connection but not able to do the same. Since now I have made few more call to customer care regarding the same. All customer care person were giving different different information and forcing me to continue this connection and request me lot lots of time and revert with your decision now on 18 I got ready to put the connection on hold but today i got the bill for the whole month but as mentioned earlier i was not using this connection since 1st April which can be confirmed from your system. Now today when I called up customer care executive Naem said that he can not close the connection until i make the payment. I wish to close the connection all the charge mentioned in the bill after 1 are not valid. A deposit of 500 Rs are already with you. Please adjust the amount and close the connection.I came to know that last month you raise the monthly rental by Rs 100/- without prior informing which is also a big issue and i would like to seek a legal opinion on that. But for now request you to please stop mental torturing and close the connection and confirm me the same.

                                    I have been trying to get airtel broadband from last 3 years but airtel is not ready to give they just say that there are some technical problems in you area and say that you have to wait for 1 month and from the last 3 years that month had not come till now. I want the service as there is no other service is also not available (leaving mtnl which are the worst). Airtel is always refusing. In my near by area airtel is available and in our area it is not. It is just about 50m away from my house and my friends staying there have airtel. There is a lot of demad of airtel broadband. Please look in to the issue and provide me a connection.                                       Hello Sir, i am Nesar Alam, my airtel postpaid no is [protected] My problem is this my Credit Limit suddenly increased by airtel from 1300 to 2600 without my concern, and they generated my bill 2, 133 ( A Customer care person called me up and said he want me to talk as per my Credit Limits then i said i am very busy right now and please call me at evening. and still i am waiting for that call ) i called Airtel Customer Care On 27/04/2014 at 12:29 PM and they said i am not legal person to resolve your problem and then he transferred my call to senior executive Mr. Shankar Sai. and he said to go and read Airtel Term and Condition on airtel Document where you have signed. he said also that they are liable to increase my credit limit as per my uses and without my concern. and now my outgoing call is bared and when i asked them why this happened they said coz your cr limit is 1300. (Some time earlier i called C.C for some other reason then i decrease my CR. limits. Before date of bill generated) now i am not getting what to do. and where is my fault. and if this held then why is Cr. Limits. Sir please do something please. Regards: Nesar Alam.

                                        My airtel prepaid number is [protected]. Last night 26th Apr 2014 I received some messages from airtel customer care and they tell me that my cell number switch to postpaid. I also called airtel customer care([protected]) and they told me that they dont have any such information regarding me migration.
