very bad service

I was promised a high bandwidth internet connection with Airtel 4G LTE. they said that the tower is right opposite my home . In two months I have placed 4 complaints regarding speed, it goes down to 0 or a few kbps . They have a site for checking 4G usage, the site does not have a valid certificate and does not open in either Chrome or Firefox. So, I do not know what I have used. in the first month, within 20 days, I started facing the problem...

Not providing online account but asking for payment
