hello sir/mam, I had Airtel sim on name of FATEMA MEHBOOB Mobile No. [protected] (State Rajasthan) I had recharge of Rs57 as special recharge on Airtel of internet 1GB 2G for 30Days. IN that 200MB & 824MB has given differently. In that after 200MB, MB was deducted from 824MB obivously. But After 200MB my Main Balance is charge by Rs 52.43 (that time my balance was 52.63) after deduction it was 0.23 paisa. So then i call to customer service he says that after 200MB you have to restart your mobile to use 824MB but when i recharge 57rs. (special offer recharge) they didn't give any instruction about that you has to restart your mobile after 200MB but then also i said ok and restart my mobile to use 824MB but then also amount is deducted from main balance by 0.21 paisa. so, now you know that he was lieing to me. And after that i again call to customer service that time ther was another person she says you have to select GSM only in setting to use that 824MB that time in my mobile (Auto CDMA/GSM)is selected like all mobile phone had select by default, if you had ther is any 2G or 3G recharge its was selected automatically by mobile and i had uses several communication services like (Docomo, Idea etc.) and ther is nothing about that you had to select GSM only on setting when you had recharge of 2G internet it work properly whether you had recharge 2G or 3G all think is that customer service was lieing and deducted my main balance 52.43 paisa. and if ther is any rules regarding usage of 824MB by selecting GSM only they has to give instruction about that to consumer. but all i want to says that ther is no instruction given by Airtel service to how to use that 824MB so, i want to complaint about that i want my RS 52.43 back from Airtel

hello sir first i would like to thank you for resolved my complaint firstly i had reseved call from airtel head office but that time connection was low so it call disconnected then i had reseved call from this NO.91-8130419700 and she say amount would be creadited to your account and after few min. i got my deducted amount back.

    Hello Sir, I had requested for a new broadband connection on 22nd April '2014 from the online system of Airtel. I didn't get any call from Airtel office on the same. I called them on 24th April to know the status. The executive told that some person will contact me within 1-2 working days. I waited for 3-4 days. No one called. I called again on 28th April and requested them to log a complaint and give me the tracking number of my request. They logged a complaint and promised that person will call for further process. Nothing happened till 30th. I again called customer care on 30th to know the status . I had got the Lead ID till that time by customer care. Executive told that your request has come on 30th May. For me I already lost my work for 9 days. I had requested on 22nd . Then again executive told same stuff that person will come to collect the documents. I called them for next four days daily for 45 minutes to know who is coming for further process. After so much tracking and so many calls to customer care, 1 person came in to collect the documents on 3rd May'14 and installation charges(Rs 500). This guy also promised me to install the broadband the same day. No one came till date for installation. I have been calling customer care daily twice thrice for this. Everyone asking/telling a new thing. But no one is processing my request.I have been spending my precious time 2-3 hours either calling customer care, thinking over this, etc etc. Its giving me a high mental trauma. I have been asking for Area Service manager number for escalation and to find out a way/bottleneck whatever. No Customer Care executive is giving that number. Instead of helping me out, Customer care executive on 9th May'2014 told me indirectly to go some other operator. He should have told me this long back. I would not have wasted my time and mental peace on this.

      This complaint is regarding overcharging by Airtel. I am an Airtel customer and have an Airtel mobile connection in Delhi ([protected]). My call charges were 50 paise per minute for local calls and 60 paise per minute for STD calls. Airtel, without any request initiated from my end or without any prior intimation from their side, increased my call rates to 1.8 paise per second, which is double than the earlier call charges. And when I called the customer care center of Airtel, their representative told me that for two months the new call rates have been applied and if I wish to reduce my call rates I will have to pay extra for a special recharge if I want low call rates. This is a clear case of harassing a customer arbitrarily and is intolerable. I thereby request you to instruct Airtel to pay me back 150 rupees deducted as call charge and 50, 000 rupees as compensation as it is only the consumer who knows the kind of embarrassment and inconvenience he/she has to go through when arbitrary money deduction leaves him/her with insufficient balance. I hope a quick action will be taken against Airtel in this case.         Dear Sir / Madam, On 30th April i have received the message from Airtel saying that Rs. 255 for 1.5 GB for 28 days as per attached one. Based on that 8th May i have recharged for Rs.255 for 1.5 GB. but i have got only 1.25 GB for Rs.255. i have tried to call customer care saying that they have made wrong. but they said on 1st may or 2nd may they have sent a msg against the reverse proposal. this message is not received by me till now. So i tried in Twitter saying that the same complaint and got a call from customer care saying that, though i am a genuine customer, will repay the balance 250 MB within 24 Hrs. i request your attention in this matter. kindly have a detailed attention on this similar issues happened to other Airtel Customers. (Attached Screen shots for your knowledge) They have got millions of customers and if this is happened to at least 1% it will cost lakhs together money have cheated from public, without our knowledge. we are awaiting for your reply and action against the same for all. regards, Jagadeesan K

          Range and connectivity issues at the following address since the last 2 and half years:- D 701, solitaire residency, Jagtap Dairy - Rahatni Road, Rahatni Pune. 411017. The numbers used are as follows :- [protected] [protected] [protected]. Complaints have been lodged previously, but again due to lack of connectivity and call drop issues the engineers couldn't connect . So the complaints were closed, comparatively Vodafone and idea we're prompt to our neighbours connection issues, they visited the place and took proper measures to sort all related issues.             Very disappointed for airtel services. Its really very very poor. I have registered a compliant for shifting my broadband/fixedline connection on 30th Apr. 2014 but still its pending and there is no update/followup/intimation at company's end. Regularly i called but still facing the same problem. Now i am very frustrated at last plz disconnect my connection. I dont want Airtel connection anymore.

              This is to bring to your notice regarding the Airtel Broadband(Fiber) issues going on with me from March 11th 2014 to till date, it became unsolved mistery for the crime I did from migrating to so called Airtel Fiber from Copper. I am Rajesh Venkatanarayana having an Airtel Account number [protected] using since Jun or July 2011 with 2 MB broadband plan and then upgraded to 8 MB Plan in early 2013 I am not sure when I migrated. I live in E801 Ajmera Infinity, Electronic City Phase 1, Bangalore and my contact number [protected](Cell). One fine evening 6th March 2014 I got call from one of your sales person named Mobin having the phone number [protected], He informed that in Ajmera Fiber network is available and I can avail the facility he insisted that he will come and visit and explain me in detail. He came and sold the plan to me. Before migrating to the new plan I specifically informed my concerns Concern I have is 1. My older landline to be retained.[protected] 2. Intercom (48801 as I reside in E 801, Ajmera Infinity) facilities should be active again without change in intercom number. He informed that I have to pay 100 rupees more for the old number, I was ok with that He said I have to pay 600 rupees for new modem, initially i hesitated because he said we don't charge anything for the migration but finally convinced and gave the 600 rupees. He suppose to take it on 7th March for migration but he did not do until March 11th after repeated calls from me he initiated the process 21467520 on March 11th 9:21 PM. I am not sure when your Airtel technician came to my place may be on 13th or 14th March Visited my place and changed the wiring and said one more person will come and visit me in the evening and then activate the connection. He came late in the evening at around 9:30 PM and activated the Broadband connection and my existing Phone number[protected], both were working for all the night. Next day morning around 10:00 AM both my Phone and Broadband went off, I called Airtel to raise a complaint [protected] March 14 they came in the eveing and fixed it and left my place. Until here this is negligible issues, We didn't noticed until next day morning i got a call from the number[protected], this is my new number which i don't have any information. Then i tried to reach my old number[protected] it was ringing and no response and i called your helpdesk again no response initially finally i could able to establish the connection and raise complaints you want t [protected] March 15 [protected] March 15 One of your customer care representative informed me that we cannot provide your old number, if you want to report you can go and raise a complaint once number gone is gone, such a pathetic reply i got from your front end technician. Again after some heated exchange of conversation he transfered to the escalation manager, he/she after reffering everything he said this is an issue called as cross connection and told this will be resolved by tomorrow and he asked me to provide the phone number of the sales person so that he will talk to him and comeback again. I gave the same to him and also called the sales person Mobin, he told/assured me again very clearly that old number can be retained and that was his duty to give me the number back. He was doing the same for all our inmates at Ajmera. Mobin called me next day and said he informed Airtel backend team and they will rectify the issue by End of the Day. I have his SMS details he sent me on Mar 18th Next day again I called your representative and discussed about the issue, he said don't raise new ticket we will work on the issue with your existing tickets so that issue will be resolved soon i said ok fine . After that no response from your team, when I called Mobin he delibrately not attending the call. i stopped calling him again After couple of days I received a SMS from Airtel which i didn't noticed until a retention manager called me that weekend. " Namaste! Thank you for contacting us. The reference number for your airtel fixedline [protected] is 44370686, registered on 19/03/2014 17:57. The cancellation shall be processed within 7 days and any applicable refund shall be processed by 03/05/2014 17:57. To get status of your request, SMS SRFL to 121" I spoke to your retention manager and told him this is my issue and I never asked you to disconnect and even told do you think I am an to disconnect after paying so much of money for migration. He pretended that he understood the issue and said he will send an technician to my place and fix this issue at earliest. one more ticket is raised 44558980 After that there was no response from Airtel.So I decided to call Mobin on Mar 26th again he was not taking my calls, I felt somehow these guys are cheating and then sent SMS to Mobin, I posted the discussion in our Apartmentadda.com "#3486 Facing issues after migrating to Airtel Fiber Broadband " Think twice before switching to Airtel Fiber Broad band from existing copper broadband Shared my entire experience in the adda, My good many people faced similar kind of issues at Ajmera then everyone started talking about the issue. Immediately this guy Mobin might have heard about the adda discussion and immediately calls me in the evening and told sir i told you right i am working on it why did you gave negative feedback on adda this will atleast stop people moving from copper to Fiber until you give good feedback, I promised him to give good feedback if you resolve my issue. Next days he called me and connected to his manager and promised me to solve the issue by next day at any cost. But unfortunately no one is bothered. After that I called 121 again on April 2nd 44758962 this ticket has been taken as number change request, This is so pathetic and unfortunate that to get my old number back i have to raise so many requests. Your representaive told me that I will get a call back within two hrs and issue gets resolved in 8 hrs, she gave me Interaction ID no :[protected], i was waiting for the call back but as usually No response Again i called on April 8th and enquired about 44758962, they said ticket got closed i asked what was the resolution they said could not able to reach user[protected]. I asked the person how can you call the above number my complaint itself is this number is not working and you people deliberatly disconnected and asked why you did not called my mobile and asked to reopen the ticket and they said they cannot reopen the tickets and assigned new ticket 44934176 and this time i realised how Airtel support team is working and told them very clearly not to close the ticket until you get the feedback from me. This call was taken by a escalation manager and after 30 min of discussion she gave the number[protected] and speak to Hariharan between 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Mon to Fri, when ever I call i have to feed in my tel number but it says my connection is not active and disconnects the call. Again on April 9th below are the interaction Id's [protected] [protected], Ravichandra [protected] Escalation ManagerChandrasekhar ) Everyone from your team will promise me to give a call back and promise this will be high priority ticket and no body cares later and finally you people will close the tickets without solving the issue On April 10th i received a messagge in the early morning 4:30 AM, Account No [protected] has been started. I was happy that my service got resumed, to check i called my number it rang and someone answers my call and said this number[protected] is assigned to him. Now i am totally frustrated and called 121 again [protected] April 10th 8:30 AM,[protected] Call Back Number reference) [protected] escalation manager Sangeetha. April 11th Again got the same message that my ticket got closed. Finally i called 121 this is the new ticket 45051104 April 12th 9:01 AM Nagarjuna Reddy, he gave me this email id and send details they may help you. I am trying my last chance today, please help me to get my phone number back This number is attached to my Gas, if Connection and my Intercom is attached to this connection, if this number doesn't work everytime i have to pick my guests from the Ajmera infinity security area it will take 10 min atleast from my apartment to security it is becoming very difficult to our family. During on of the calls with escalation manager I informed about my due amount 31/3/14 i got to pay 1976.16 Rs and i told that I am going to hold that amount until my phone number works they accepted but in 1st week of april some one calls me informs that i have to pay 2768 Rs i don't know why i have to pay so much of penalty. If this is western countries your organisation have to pay me hefty money because of my health issues occured due to your negligence from Airtel Last two weeks wheenever i raise a call, I will get a call from Airtel Mobile number [protected]( Getting calls and disconnects Immediately) When i call next day they say our representative called your number and you didn't responded this is the resolution comments you guys are entering and closing the ticket. I am not going to raise any tickets my latest open ticket is 45051104. if i am not wrong go and check this ticket from your end, it will show up either resolved or closed. One thing is for sure Airtel will never miss the SLA's. If it is hitting the deadline you will close the ticket. Hope you are one of the senior person who can take forward my issues and give me an much awaited response You can reach me at [protected](Cell) After struggling for more than month I have a question, if Airtel is not able to provide my old number why should you promised me while upgrading. If you had told me that we cannot assure you to retain the same number in that case i would not have moved to Fiber. After struggling for 2 months, Airtel technicians visited my premises and damged my internal wiring and trying to push the fault on my side. I am still trying to coordinate with Appallete South, but no response now a days everyone want to wash their hands. These so called technicians have any knowledge..

                Hi, I'm writing this complaint out of frustration now. I have been struggling with Airtel customer care from the last FOUR(4) months now and they are not reversing the WRONGLY charged bill on my AIRTEL mobile post-paint number. Sometime in the beginning of January I called Airtel customer care and requested them to activate a Rs 100(300MB) data plan on my number. (At that time I had Rs 250(1GB) plan activated.) They did activate a Rs 100 plan but instead of activating 300MB that person activated 100MB plan. I usually track my data usage using my phone and it is pretty accurate. I kept on using my data till 300MB limit. And to my surprise at the end of the month(Jan.png) I got a bill of Rs 3400 which usually at that time used to be of the limit of around Rs1000. I called Airtel customer care and told them the story. The person at the other end told me that he will have to hear to the convesation that took place between me and the guy who activated the 100MB plan. He did hear the conversation while he put me on hold and confirmed that it was a mistake on the part of Airtel customer care representative. He told me that an excess of Rs 1823 hundred have been charged and it would be waived of. I cut the call thinking everything is good and fine. Next month the bill came(Feb.png) and to my surprise only Rs1123 had been waived off. I have no idea why the rest of Rs 700 have not been waived off. I called Airtel customer care again. Told the whole long story for about 15-20 minutes to the next guy. By the time he realised the mistake he told me that he would not be able to waive off whole of the remaining Rs 700, but will only be able to waive off Rs 500. The rest 200 I will have to pay. I was almost frustrated by that last statement of his and I asked him to transfer my call to some of his Managers who has the power to waive my 700 rupees. I was put on hold and then I waited. Waited for another 5 minutes after which I was told that I would be called back. THAT CALL NEVER CAME. I refused to pay the excess amount bcause I know that its not my fault and the Airtel customer care knows it. After a few days I again called (3rd time). Some very intelligent girl picked up. It took me some 20 minutes to explain it to her about my problem. But the intelligent girl had no idea how to handle it. Another 20-30 imprtant mintues of my work day wasted on something which Airtel is not ready to oblige. She could not help so again I asked her to transfer my call to some senior. No body picked AGAIN. And the best part, my call was cut. By that time I had no idea what to do. Call number 4 to Airtel: I called after I recieved next bill. Because I had refused to pay the excess amount which Artel charged me, this time they charged me a LATE FEES of Rs 100. For not paying the extra money which they promised would be WAIVED OFF. BRILLIANT!! The guy who took my call understood the problem this time(Only after 10 minutes of explaining). He again refused to waive off whole R700 but promised that Rs 500 would be waived off and the remaining would be done in the next Bill cycle. I cut the call thinking it is done now. But no!!! Nothing happenend. I still owe Airtel Rs 700 and the excess late fee for not paying it. Awesome!! Call number 5 to Airtel: Another random guy picked. Another 15 minutes wasted in explaining and this time this guy told me that whole of 700 would be waived as he has confirmed from his Manager. BUT, today still after seeing my latest BILL those Rs 700 are due on me plus there is an excess charge of Rs 300 as LATE FEE!!! Now I'm not going to call Airtel. I'm done with that. The only way out for me is to go to the court and that's what my plan is if Airtel does not respond to this complaint in the next 1 week.                     I am using Airtel broadband service. I faced lot of technical issues. I complained many times and it took months sometimes to resolve the issue. Finally I fed up and stop making the payment and told will make payment only after resolving the issue. Now the service is barred from 20 days by Airtel. But they generating the bill and asking payment for the "barred period". As per them, even service is not provided by Airtel for another 2/3 months, I have to make complete payment for that period. Don't know how to solve this issue. If I will make payment, technical issues will not be addressed. Even if I will not make payment, anyhow they are generating for that period and asking for payment, So without using the service at all, I need to make payment to them for "FREE". What a pity.

                      I am an Airtel user and received a call from [protected] and told me that I won 25 Lakhs lottery... He has given me one no. [protected] and asked me to call on this no. who is the bank manager. He will tell me how to get lottery amount. I immediately call to Airtel customer care and report them for the same. I suggest that there should be some kind of banned on these nos. BEWARE OF SUCH KIND OF FAKE CALLS...GOVT SHOULD TAKE SOME ACTION ON THAT

                        Haii bought my airtel sim around four years back that time i was staying at yelahanka airforce bangalore with family and my airtel number is [protected].Few weak back i took a duplicate sim micro because of my new phone that time submitted my current address proof like passport because i changed my old address. And because of that after bared my sim with any intimation . Then again i resubmitted my documents to reactivate . But past two week my sim is not working and from airtel office nobody is taking responsibility . Such a bad experience i am facing now. kindly do the needfull .

                            Hello I want to give a complaint around my Landline/Broadband number: [protected] /// [protected]. In the month of Feb 2014, I've an Internet broadband connection from Airtel and as per the prorata- I got my fist bill in the month of March for Rs 522/- which I paid on 17th march 2014 with my sister's credit card online to Airtel. Details of the Payment: - Date of payment -17th march Credit / Debit card number Bank Statement showing debit if applicable Transaction ID / Snapshot of transaction page-74766514076410499457157 However Airtel stated that they have not received the payment. I gave them all the necessary details like credit card number, transaction number etc. I again called the help desk and this time they have asked for credit card statement scan copy & aquirer number from the credit card company which I forwarded the same on 20/04/2014. The helpdesk person also stated that do not make the payment as firstly this issue needs to be resolved and later they disconnect my services. Now without using wifi, I have received 3 months bill for Rs 2846.10. I called them to stop my billing but they denied.I have been receiving threatening calls from Airtel collection department to pay the bill and they are using unethical language and even they have send executive at my place to retrieve the amount. I have already lodged a complaint @ [protected]@in.airtel.com ticket number (Qrc122041423044734313372) but resolution date is passed and I have not been contacted. Please look into the matter at urgency and we would not like to continue the services. If you can help in some way or the other to resolve my issue then i would appreciate.                               My name is Shivakumar Sunkar, with the below mentioned person, applied to postpaid connection via MNP on Feb 11th with all the required documents after getting rejected for 3 times before.

                              One customer executive of Airtel named Jalani or Jilani(Phone No. [protected]) called me and said that he'll be converting to postpaid for sure this time.
                              On Feb-11th-2014, he sent one person to BanjaraHills road no.12 to collect all the required documents, written my details in a notebook and gave one Airtel postpaid micro SIM.
                              (Micro Sim No.[protected]H-2). As he asked for security deposit, i have given 300/-.


                              Later he called and said that in 15days it will get converted to postpaid. Also he had given assurance to refund the entire money if it gets rejected.
                              And this time also application got rejected. As i was calling him since many days, his number is getting switched off.
                              So please let me know how and where i can get may money back and return this SIM.
                              Later Airtel representative called me and said that he is helpless.
                              They has to know and to track using micro sim number from where they has processed my application.

                                This is regarding Issues with my Airtel Ac No - [protected] AND Landline/Broadband[protected]

                                To begin,
                                I had applied for a connection in DEC-2013, first week,
                                I had to go out of Pune, for 15/20 days, due to which, the actual Installation/commissioning of the Landline/Broadband was delayed and done on 1st JAN 2014.

                                I had initial problems like my Devices were NOT getting connected, if 1 device connects - the other device - already connected was getting disconnected.
                                I had the No. of the Installation Engineer - Mr.Namdev - Mobile:[protected], Whom I contacted multiple times to resolve this, He did visit – after about 4/5 calls and checked..
                                However, it took few days to stabilize – ALL my Devices got connected to WIFI without issues,
                                I also called in Customer Support, So, I could connect more than 4 devices. I have a total of 7 devices.

                                On 12-JAN-2014,
                                I noticed there was NO Internet - I waited till 13-JAN, afternoon - even then - there was NO Internet connectivity.
                                I called up customer care on 13 JAN - and raised a Service Request.

                                You can find that, I have made multiple complaints in following days and weeks, regarding this…

                                From 12-JAN, 2014 – the Landline and Broadband Service’s are “DOWN”, even till - 4th MAY 2014. I have requested Cancellation of this service on 4-July.

                                Initially, I called the Customer Care - I was informed - it will be resolved in 3 days, next time, it become 1 week.
                                After multiple followup's - even after 1 month of Outage - they informed there was some cable Issue and NOT yet resolved and worst there was NO fixed timeline as well, to resolve the Issue.

                                Same situation continued for 2 more months, till about 20/22 days back, when, I started receiving calls to make Bill Payment.

                                On multiple occasions - I had to narrate the situation, and informed that, I will make the Payment - Once the Service is Restored.
                                I even had Airtel Customer Care promise that- they will Update their Billing Department – NOT TO CALL ME FOR PAYMENTS, - Because of NO Service..

                                However – it did not stop, ,
                                Every time I was called for making Payments – I REITERATED THAT I WILL Pay – full outstanding amount – Immediately - after - the Services gets Restored.

                                I have made it very clear to the Airtel Customer Care and Airtel Billing department, that, I have NO Problems paying the Bill/Outstanding - PROVIDED THE SERVICES ARE RESTORED.
                                The service was NEVER restored. It’s still Down - as of 4-july. Almost for 4 months.

                                After this, on 26th APRIL,
                                A COLLECTION AGENT turned up at my House - Demanding the Payments to be Made.
                                I could not Believe that, AIRTEL was sending this guy to my house - despite the Issue being present and my services being DOWN from last 3 months +.
                                The Collection Agent - says, He is NOT aware of my Case - and it’s not his Job. He said I have to pay up that’s all. I had to explain the situation, He called his department and confirmed himself that there was NO service for my Landline Connection.., The Agent promised, He would send an Engineer to Check on the Problem - but, Nobody has turned up, nor, has anybody called up and check to check/verify.

                                Even that day, I called up Customer Care, and reiterated that, I will make the ALL Payments – the moment My services was Restored.
                                I have to call Customer care - every time, and listen to the same story – on why there is NO resolution to the Problem - but, that did not stop Airtel, from asking me to make Payment- for a Service - WHICH IS DOWN FROM LAST 3 MONTHS..and to top it, send a Collection Agent to my house.

                                I did get 1 call – from Billing that – I think on 27th – not sure, informing that they have wavied the Amount for the time – the service was down.


                                It doesn’t end here, ,
                                Yesterday - 29th April, afternoon 1 PM,
                                I went to AIRTEL Relationship Center - at PARIHAR CHOWK - AUNDH - Pune, to make the Payment.
                                I had an argument regarding this and after which, Your representatives said, why have I not come to the Center to Complain, and they are NOT aware nor is it their responsibility that, I was having problems.
                                Finally - When I tried to Pay - the Person in BILLING Section REFUSED to take the Payment.

                                HE DID NOT ACCEPT MY PAYMENT - POINT BLANK. I had to make payment over Internet.
                                Instead of listening to customers issue - they are arguing that, it’s not their job, nor, their responsibility that, I was having this problem.

                                AIRTEL BILLING PERSON IN THE RELATIONSHIP CENTER “REFUSED” TO ACCEPT MY PAYMENT, AND SAID I CAN DO WHATEVER I WANT. This was around 1 PM afternoon, , 29 April, 2014.

                                For me, AIRTEL Relationship Center employees are Airtel.
                                I don’t care - if they are in Support, Care, Billing Or any other Departments. It’s their job to listen to the customer’s problem/issue ATLEAST – even if they cannot help/resolve the same, or – even if they are Not responsible for it.

                                Everybody - from the Customer Care, to, Tech Supprt, to Billing, to Relationship Center associates, to Collection Agent – ALL Just claim, they don’t know, and they are NOT responsible, NOBODY IN ANY DEPARTMENT SEEMS TO HAVE ANY IDEA OF WHATS HAPPENING, I HAVE TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION TO EVERY PERSON THAT I SPEAK WITH - EVERY TIME.
                                AND WORST - THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME ON MY FACE - THAT, ITS NOT THEIR RESPONSABILITY OR PROBLEM. I CAN DO WHATEVER I WANT..

                                Does Airtel expect me to try to reach out to Airtel CEO of Airtel regarding my Issue??,
                                What are the Customer Care / Relationship center associates for?? Nobody is willing to take ownership of the problem, , at-least to listen to customer compliant.., this was never there in all my interactions – in the last 4 months – and was to my dismay – It was followed by utterly callous and negligent and DON’T GIVE A DAMM attitude of EVERYBODY, I have interacted.

                                Airtel AUNDH – PUNE, Relationship center Employees/Associates are not even willing to listen to their Customer – and blandly retort, I DONT KNOW, THATS NOT MY JOB, to anything and everything I had to say them ????

                                Yesterday - Tuesday - 29th APRIL,
                                Morning about 10, I get an SMS - from One Mr. Manoj Shinde – Mobile[protected] Who claimed to be a LAWYER for AIRTEL, informing that, there is a CASE against me, for NON Payment of Dues !!!

                                I called him and spoke to him, and was informed that Airtel has put a case against Me, I asked him to give me some time so I can check with Customer care.
                                When, I called – Customer care does not seem to know about this, I was informed that, there is a Waiver of some Amount - Due to NON service - and My Outstanding was Rs.666/-and I could Pay that amount and revert to that Lawyer informing that, Outstanding Payment was Done, and there would be no question of any Case...

                                I made this Payment ONLINE, , BEACUSE AIRTEL EXECUTIVE IN BILLING IN AUNDH - PUNE, Relationship center REFUSED to take my Payment. As I had explained earlier…

                                Now,
                                After paying this Rs.666/- and confirming again from Customer Care – there was NO Outstanding amount to be Paid, I contacted Your Lawyer back, and informed that, I have made the Outstanding Payment, ,

                                However, to my utter shock and surprise - He insisted that I MUST make a Payment of nothing less than Rs.3000 – THREE THOUSAND RUPEES, ,
                                Or,
                                I have to come to Court – Lok Adalat at Shivaji Nagar Court..

                                He is giving refrence of

                                SHIVAJI NAGAR COURT CASE – AIRTEL/APRIL 2013/12854

                                I tried explaining that - I have made FULL Payment of Outstanding Amount, But, He was NOT willing to listen and told me attend to Court case. His language was Rude, He cut off my Phone - twice, and Later sent me another SMS asking to Pay up.. This is literally, THREATINING, to make payment of Rs.3000/- else, there will be case and I will be fined, and etc etc..

                                This is nothing short of EXTORTION, , trying to INTIMIDATE people into paying an amount much more than - whatever outstanding, Despite the problem not being resolved by your end in more than 3 months...

                                This has been my Harrowing experience with Airtel, from last about 4 months now., , Just, for making a mistake of trying to subscribe to your Landline/Internet service..
                                I finally decided that, I would NOT continue to have any relationship / services from AIRTEL.
                                I have put a request for CLOSURE/CANCELLATION of this Landline/Broadband - AS WELL AS CLOSURE/CANCELLATION of My 4G Internet Dongle/Service.

                                I am not going to avail of any services of AIRTEL in future.
                                I am going to provide this feedback to all my friends/relatives/contact on the horrible experience and pathetic, negligent, totally Callous and DON’T CARE attitude of AIRTEL, its Employees - specially in Airtel AUNDH - PUNE, Relationship Center.

                                have very keen concern regarding call I am and my office colleagues from him.


                                1)He
                                is calling to all my relatives, office colleagues and my Fiancé by asking and
                                threatening for information for mobile number : [protected] which belongs to one
                                of my Exteammate by saying he have a airtel courier for Vinaya Khedikar. But
                                Vinaya is not in contact with anyone since 2 or more years..IF HE is an
                                ADVOCATE HOW HE GOT HER AIRTEL CALLS DATABASE YET FROM 2011..because she
                                is not in contact with any of fro that database.


                                2) On
                                true caller app I found he is fraud, and on consumer Forum Portal 1000+ complaints
                                are registered against MANOJ SHINDE. many people have mention that this person
                                calls them and black mails them to pay him money. He is telling various reasons
                                to every one every time he calls. and hiding his identity.

                                threatens us if we don’t give him 10000rs for Airtel bill or Vinaya's
                                contact he will raise court case against Vinaya and then she have to go in
                                jail. when I asked him to provide me Court case Number, he said he don’t have
                                any court case number. and dropped my call 2 times.

                                Today I called to Airtel customer care centre because that person is calling me
                                and many people for other people's contact, Airtel people TOLD ME THAT THEY
                                DONT ALLOCATED ANY PERSON FOR BILLING AND THERE EXECUTIVES NEVER CALL ANY
                                CUSTOMERS FROM ANY PERSONAL MOBILE NUMBER..airtel has escalated that person.
                                also they have recorded my call for future help.

                                WOULD REQUEST YOU TO TAKE HIGH PRIORITY FOR THIS CASE AS this MANOJ SHINDE is
                                realy giving mental harassment to me and my colleagues.

                                more information I would like to mention when I block this person he massaged
                                for the same concern. I wonder if airtel company does such a foolish things
                                with there customer.

                                please take a look on this issue as this person is blackmailing to all the
                                people he calls. By low even is dont have any rites to reach and black mail all
                                related people of that customer.
                                The same problem I am facing from Airtel. One person is continuously calling to pay bill. I had taken Broadband + phone connection. Brodband service was very poor and I had paid 1000 rupees as installation in which they had promised they will adjust rupees 500 in 1st month bill but when I contacted Airtel they completely denied. Customer service is very poor. They keep calling whole day to bay bill but they dont bother to resolve internet issues. I used Airtel(my plan was of 999/-) for 40 days and got bill of 2800/- . I asked Airtel to send me correct bill so that I can make payment but they are not resolving issue and completely harassing me.

                                  Hello, I purchased an Airtel 4G router connection (no [protected]) on Friday, May 2, 2014 from a vendor and the physical verification was completed on Saturday, May 3, 2014 morning. I have been following-up with the vendor as well as the Airtel customer care on activation of my connection and both of them are blaming each other to check on verification status.                                     I recently moved to Chennai, I was in need of Internet so I booked for Airtel broadband connection online. I paid 500 for the booking. Waited for 2 days as they said their executive will contact me with the details within 48 hours but no, I had to mail them back to enquire about the matter.They replied my mail saying the usual and my case being registered, told me to wait again. Sure, I waited again: lost in vain. Mailed them again, same reply with a word or two added/remove, same-same and it goes on. Eventually, I mailed them seeking refund and I got a reply, it was a usual reply but this time a line added to it "We seek your kind co-operation in this regard" (seriously?). I don't know if it's the word refund or a miracle, someone from Airtel called me up(finally)saying he's calling from his office( must be big), he asked for my address. I said I'd text him the address in his number, I texted twice the address to his number. Since I was aware of them I knew I had to wait so I waited 3 days. No reply, no signs of that someone too so I called him up. He was speaking tamil at first, I told him about the broadband then he realized it was "Job" so he told me he'd call me back after 10 minutes. Funny thing is, his 10 minutes is not over yet. Good Grace! Someone tell him it's going to be a week.
                                    p.s- I don't need the connection and the refund too. 1 Thumps down to Airtel, hope they start treating their customer right else another thumps down might follow.

                                    Bharti Airtel Chennai — Extra Charges on bill

                                    Im using Broadband connection of Airtel[protected] for the past 4 months. Intially i had lot of connections regarding disconnection. But now its okay but speed of the connection is still slow.

                                    The real problem is " The have charged for a landline connection which im not atall using ". I have done everything promptly from my side by giving a mail regarding the bill immedieatly after receiving the bill.At that time they said this will be sorted in a stipulated time frame & the time frame was also given. But no one contacted either by mail or by contacting me by phone.Even i asked them to provide the telephone numbers to whom the calls were made.Now when i gave a mail as the delayed charges comming into play, they reply stating that they have sorted the issue.

                                    Im really fedup writing to them & i have all kinds of proof regarding my writings to Airtel.
                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    This is with reference to the bill number[protected] bill date April 7, 2011 for my Airtel Mobile No: [protected] - Relationship Number[protected]

                                    I have been holding this particular number since the year 2000. I have never faced any Billing issue for the last 11 years. This current month's billing has come as a shock to me. My amount has been arrived at 4793.31 as opposed to my average bill of around Rs. 1500. I had activated the 3G facility on my mobile phone a couple of months back. My first billing after the 3G PLAN of Rs 100 rental a month was activated was Rs. 2346. This amount was justified as I had used the services when I was on roaming usage in Kerala.

                                    This amount of Rs. 4793 is totally not justifiable, as I am always 99% on WI-FI connection at my office as well as my residence. I had activated the 3G service only to use it as required whenever I do not have access to a internet connection. I was prior to this using a 2G service. I am at my office from 11:00 in the morning to 6:00 in the evening. The moment I reach office, my connection automatically changes to WI-FI and so I will not have to use the 3G service at all. Once I reach my residence, I again have my WI-FI activated as I have an Unlimited Broadband plan at home too. Infact my WI-FI at my residence is switched on almost the time round the clock. My residence number is 42642129. You can have this checked at your end.

                                    I would like you to have my bill checked as there is a huge discrepancy in the billing. There have been amounts mounting to around 500 to 600 on certain days and that too around late evenings to midnight which is next to impossible. Whenever I browse the internet at home, I make it a point to check if the WI-FI is switched on before I even attempt to make a browsing. In such circumstances how can I be billed for the 3G usages of 344578 duration/volume costing 5277.90, and in fact I use my laptop with the WI-FI connection for any of my work. The phone is not used for any major browsing, except for checking my official mails, for which anyways, I always check if the WI-FI is activated always to avoid using the cost of the 3G service.

                                    This is a very very big discrepancy in the billing, and is not justified by any cost. You have to check my residence number of 42642129 in which you can verify that the WI-FI is always on. It is very difficult for me to make such a huge payment. I request to you to investigate into this at the earliest and provide me a fair and justifiable answer to my problem. I had a very high regard for Airtel and wanted to always use the 3G services, but after such a unjustifiable billing, I was forced to cancel my 3G services yesterday afternoon with immediate effect.

                                        I paid Rs. 2, 690/- on 06th November, 2012 for
                                        installation of Digital TV HD (Economy Sports Pack) at my residence No. C – 3 /
                                        261, Lodhi Colony, New Delhi – 110003 vide “customer relationship form Serial
                                        No. DL 10393073”. The payment was received
                                        in cash by Shri G. C. Tripathi (Mobile No. [protected]). However, the DTH was not installed at my
                                        residence. I contacted the Airtel for
                                        further necessary action in this regard, but they ask for the customer ID but
                                        as the DTH has not been installed, no customer ID was generated.

                                        Further, I spoke to the Airtel. One Sr. representative attend the call and
                                        made a conference between me, Airtel and Shri G. C. Tripathi. Shri G. C. Tripathi accepted that he
                                        collected the money and will not return the money now (I have recorded the
                                        whole conversations). Afterward, the
                                        Airtel sent me a mail conveying for log a FIR agaist Shri G. C. Tripathi.

                                        I am frustrated now. My question is, if I have paid the money to
                                        an agent in the name of Airtel, Airtel should take all the responsibility
                                        regarding the agents & should take action against the agent / dealer, not
                                        by the customer.

                                        In view of the above facts, I requested that the Airtel may
                                        kindly look it in to this matter. An
                                        early action in the matter will be highly appreciated.
