I have a complaint on behalf airtel connection number - [protected]. *after mid of FAB we stooped using this broadband connection. and i went out of city by telling that cut the connection as i will not be using it anymore.* *though i am not using it they were calling to pay the bill amount of full month of FEB. and i have paid the 2 month bill (3000- Jan and FEB).* *now it is showing the bill of March **month. according to your customer care executives and agents it will be enough if i pay that 3k bill of 2 months.* *and they have also stopped the service after that.* *now i am getting a call for MARCH month. what is this??? though they have stooped the connection and service they are charging one extra month bill with late fee. * *I am requesting you to take this compliant seriously and cut the connection and if they will call me for March month bill i will not tolerate and go to consumer forum.* *I have changed my address and i was planing to take the airtel new connection but if this is the case i will stop using your service. and make compliant in online forums as well.* *please call me for any clearance. my mobile number is - [protected].*

        From 9th February 2014 to 12th April 2014, without my consent Airtel DTH added two HD packages: Colour HD(45 Rs per month) and Sony HD(45 Rs per month) in my account. They did not even informed me about this. Today I checked my previous recharge date and came to know that Airtel DTH is deducting 320 Rs per month instead of 230 Rs per month(which is my actual package rate). I want reimbursement of 200 Rs per month from Airtel DTH, which they deducted from 9th February 2014 to till date from my Airtel Account(Id: [protected]) unjustly.

          Dear Sir / madame I Sk Shabeer Ahmed customer of airtel service from may 2005. I applied to port for my number [protected] and regarding this i have received a call from a female customer care on 12/04/2014 at 18:35 from this number [protected] and i explained my problem against call cost sms and net pack are higher side so i cant effort for it so and i told i want offer only my call cost reduction i even explained other service offer to her she replied that we can give 36 p/min but i asked only 10 p/min for airtel local and other as 30 p/min she said she can not give the offer and i replied that I don't your offer she replied will you continue in airtel service then i said its my wish. Then Here she asked my district and pin code, when asked why you want these details then she started threatening me that she will disconnect my airtel connection within one hour then i said its my wish to continue in airtel or i will keep my airtel number for incoming calls only or dummy in my mobile in raised voice then she disconnect the call is this fair I am asking is this fair way to talk the one of old customer who is using your service from may 2005 and i will lodge a compliant in consumer court. I want answer and action for why she was threatening me that she disconnect my connection

            Few days later I have posted complaint that I am getting too many messages Airtel called me and said this is due because I have recharge my digital TV last day and he said any other issue I told him that my account is deducted with RS 60 with pocket TV he said we will remove service and we will credit RS 60 to Airtel digital TV account. Then they removed two month service of which I have paid for and also removed that service but I don't recieve my balance.Now I can not use that service and money is deducted also.

                i have paid the full bill of my airtel number and submitted an application for converting my number to postpaid to prepaid in the airtel outlet Samanyu Telecom Service, Shop No 16, Near L B Stadium, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad - 500029...after 3 days i called airtel c care they said that there is no application given by u for conversion... and even he charged rs 100 for migration...

                  I have purchased Airtel dongle for internet plan plan with monthly 8gb as download limit in Feb, but after testing in Month of February, i felt as the download limit is less and the monthly charges is more (Rs.1250/-) I thought of going for disconnection.

                  Then on[protected] i requested for disconnection then one of their customer care executive by name Ms.Suryakala called me saying that as the AIRTEL does not want to lose the customer she requested me to change to prepaid card then at that time I said OK.

                  But as I could not find time then i requested calling customer care saying that i could not go so raised another disconnection[protected], again the same customer care executive Ms.Suryakala called me and requested me again to convert to prepaid as she has done followup twice it will be a remark for her. and she made false promise that i will be given a full waiver of one month bill if i convert to prepaid. Believing her false promise I went to the Airtel Outlet at Kukatpally, Hyderabad and when i asked them they told me i have to clear my bills which is amounting to Rs.666/- then i did the same and more over the customer care executive has promised i will be given a free sim if i migrate to postpaid to prepaid but i have been charged Rs.25/-.

                  Added to completely paying and migrating to prepaid they sent me bill of Rs.140/-, when i spoke to one of their executive Mr.Vivek and explained him about the situation he transformed me to their Floor Manager, she tried to explain about the prorata bill and all those stuff. When I asked for the Disconnection it is their mistake they took 1 week extra time and charged for that too. This is absolutely fooling the people around.

                  In my life time i dont use airtel services and tell all my friends to disconnect from airtel and better to switch to any other services as they are bound to fool the people. When there is no proper cordination between the employees and the management and the franchise what service they are providing.

                  I HAVE BEEN FOOLED BY AIRTEL WITH THEIR FALSE PROMISE JUST TO SAFE GAURD THEIR JOB. THE PERSON WHO FOOLED ME BY FALSE PROMISE IS SURYAKALA (EXECUTIVE)

                  FRIENDS NEVR GO FOR AIRTEL SERVICE OR ELSE U WILL BE FOOLED FOR SO MANY TIMES.

                      I am an airtel postpaid customer . I have 1GB free data usage free under my plan (67 CUG 199)but in between they activated 3G, I called up customer care to deactivate 3G and reactivate 2G but they activated generic 10ps/10kb plan and for 2days I was charged 2500Rs for using around 250Mb . This amount was added to my unbilled usage, it crossed my credit limit. But my usage was not crossed 1GB limit under 2G bandwidth.and whatever they calculated was wrong. I started getting calls as early as 8AM in the morning to make an interim payment of 2000+Rs otherwise my services will be barred. They barred my outgoing services along with GPRS. However I raised many concerns and sent mails as complaints .For one or 2 days I was able to get the connection back. I asked to waive off this wrong unbilled amount and asked to reactivate my services but the airtel support team kept on replying the same that I have to pay 2000Rs.So my outgoing services were barred. Even after sending sending 10s of mails they kept saying I have to revert after the bill generation.I even escalated it to appellate Mumbai team . Got the same response. If they dont have the details of our usage then who has it ? If they dont have the details and cant analyze before bill generation why barr services of customers instead? I have lost my time and services over this.and I have to pay for not using services for 11 days also for the mistake of airtel system. After bill generation, I mailed again to waive off the wrong amount. They waived off 2247Rs and saying to pay 831Rs ..Actual bill was 3083Rs. In the bill its clearly mentioned that I have used around 810-830Mb data, even then they replied me that I have used 25000Kb more than the limit . How come ? Is it not 1Gb =1024Mb ? They still need to waive off 550Rs more .

                      Thanks for noticing here at least.
                      Its simple adjustment you have to make in the bill .I had got the mail saying 2247.2Rs was waived .So additional ~252 Rs has to be waived off plus the incurring tax also has to be revised.

                      Then my bill would be 280.255Rs. (this includes revised tax)

                      I had got a call from a lady with number[protected] on saturday.The lady was rude, she said the waiver will be considered next month and hanged the call . She dint let me speak properly even though she called me twice.

                      As of now I have made a payment of 285Rs .

                      So there should not be any late fees to be calculated in the coming month.

                          Wrongly Payment made of Rs.4950/- at M/s Airtel Payment Mumbai from My HDFC Bank credit card on Dtd.11.03.2014 after many times discussion with airtel (after instruction by HDFC Bank for directly contact to the merchant) but Airtel not refund my transaction amount to till date i send all document proof to airtel as required by airtel like bank statement, transaction settlement details who received from Bank now airtel saying we are unable to trace the payment from our end they are not try to refund amount.

                          I already complaint to consumercomplaint.in from my 2nd email id ([protected]@gmail.com) on dtd.13.03.2014
                          for this fraudalant case who had on dtd.11.03.2014, fraudalant case details given below.

Since today afternoon the kind of behavior I got from your customer care representative is not at all acceptable. Please consider this mail on a high priority complaint against one of your customer care representative Ms. Aditi from Interface, 7th Floor, Building No. 7, Malad West. Mumbai Office. I would try to enlighten the incident happened with me. A small introduction here. I, Shees Gazdar is running my own food service business in Mumbai. I do have a large chain of outlets of a reknown International brand all across Mumbai. Today afternoon at 4:16pm, I got a call in one of my outlet’s landline from the number[protected], and co-incidentally I was present right there and in some consequences I attended her and the moment I started with my introduction with my name, she started abusing me very badly. The kind of words she used on the reply of each and every sentences of mine is not on a level that I could depict it in this mail. Coming from a minimal cultured background people would at least never think about behaving with an unknown person like this way. I would better say, I have never been abused even from a lowest level categorized people in this way ever. She talked rubbish, I hardly could believe she is a lady, cause in our country being a woman means self respect and self dignity, she lacks everything about it. Without knowing me, she was coming up with my parents, my background, my level and so many things. I was as surprised as shocked as well as irritated as nobody till date would dare to talk to me like this. Moreover, I couldn’t understand what my fault was. It was an employee named Mr. Israil Khan, an employee of my company, who got your post paid connection and somehow the bill amount was pending around just Rs. 1825, (which I already paid today-receipt no. 11286, Transaction ID [protected] after this issue). To be very honest, with the grace of Allah, I do run a level of business that I hardly could care of these small things and specially when nowhere I am related to all these things as I am so busy in my own work. My question to your team is how could you provide a post paid sim to anyone without any proper verification and address proof, ID proof etc. I have thousands of employee, I can’t look after each one’s personal care. I didn’t even know that guy got Airtel connectivity. Please give me a proper clarification why should I suffer of your irresponsible services. The call came in the morning regarding the same and the lady given the call to talk to my employee in my work place. I was constantly keeping my patience and tried to cool down her stating that I am the proprietor of the whole business chain. But she was not listening anything and abusing with my name, my business, my parents, self being and so on. I was hell busy with my own work but the call was so disturbing that I had to go to your Peninsula Chamber’s office and met Mr. Nilesh Rane. With all patience he listened to the whole matter and given a back call to that lady. Mr. Nilesh cooperated me though I didn’t see any step taken till now against her. Neither did I get an apology mail, nor a call. I would like you to check the recording of the same call and take the appropriate action against her. This is not a kind of service which customer expects from such a big organization like Airtel. I am very sure if this service will continue then nobody will stop you from gloom. I donot have any problem with whoever she is. But I have serious problem with your employee who could behave beyond imagination. I wouldn’t stop here if I do not get a prompt response from your side. So, keep your eyes in this matter. The consumer court’s door step is not very far. Really a shame ! On a serious note, I need a reply from your side as early as possible.                                 My Airtel mobile number is [protected]. Issue: I am having Network coverage issue. Coverage is extremely poor and fluctuating continuously at my billing address. I have complained couple of times, they come, take some reading/survey and goes off. No update to customer and closing off Incidents without consulting me and my confirmation. Is it a correct way of handling Incidents? After that I stopped making payment and eventually their billing team calls me up and requesting me to make the payment, but I clearly told them nothing going to be paid/made from my end till the time Airtel fix ongoing network issue. Issue is since very begining, day one issue. Problem is that I am having 3 Airtel connections, 4g Dongle (not working because of Network issue, have to keep in the box itself!) & Other BB-Airtel partially working, depends when that receives signal. Kindly, let me know how can I come out of this issue, will it be ever going to be resolved? All the complaint numbers should be with Airtel against my number. They should have recordings for conversation which took place between their call center agents and me. One word - Pathetic commitment level, pathetic customer service.. (seems customer care agents sit there just to activate and deactivate caller tunes, indeed very issue, but when something serious issue comes, like network issue, they are useless. even nodal team and network team) Now, I want to go with MNP and switch to SP. So, can I do that without making any payment to Airtel because I don't feel like paying any amount to Airtel now, they are already cheating me since so many days, .. since day one, Cheers! Jeet

                                  Hi, I am working in MNC Company and availed Airtel H32 CUG 150 plan on 26th Mar’14. During the commitment the roaming charges for both Incoming & outgoing calls as per the above plan is 0.60/min and this confirmation I have received through SMS also from Airtel. But the 1 st month bill is generated and received through email. The above committed plan is not reflecting in bill. The roaming charges mentioned is incoming 0.75/min & outgoing is 1.0/Min. When I had called to customer care they are not ready to accept this and they are saying the plan got changed more than 1 month and are not ready to revise it as per the commitment. This is totally cheating to customers. Please help out to me and take the necessary action on the service provider. If you need any necessary information I am ready to provide the same. Since last two months they added some bills on internet usage even if i not used that much amount in a day. They are earning in this cheating way from customers. The first bill has generated on 6th Jan 2014 and the bill amount they told that Rs.860+ for that i used all calls and data also in my limit, whatever the agent explained. From Jan-2014 onwards they are not able to solve my problem and my number is disabled by them on Feb-2014. Totally i used that number full pledged only for 40 days. They are not able solve the first bill issue, and totally Rs.1650+ bill has been send now. Why should i pay that much amount as i used that mobile in my offer limit for 40 days only.                                       Hi, I have been using a Airtel wireless internet connection(3G), recently I have requested to suspend the service on March 2nd 2014. I thought the service was suspended. But, Today, I got a bill for the period Mar 5th to Apr 4th. Please suggest me what to do now? Thanks, Anil

                                      The Billing Issue has been resolved. Customer care people did well in this regard. thanks alot!!! Anil k Hyderabad
                                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I have communicated the issue to Airtel customer care via email along with proofs. They agreed to recall the bill by adjusting the billed amt in next cycle.
