Hi, Recently I made up my mind to switch over my mobile service provider from Bharti Airtel to some other, after using it for more than 10 years. I already have my 2G Internet plan active on my mobile. On 8th of May 2014, I renew my 2G plan of 625MB for 25days with recharge of Rs.125 On 12th of May 2014, I left for Himachal. On 22nd of May 2014, I returned from Himachal, at around 10pm in Tarapur. On 23rd of May 2014, my Airtel balance was 0. So I took a credit of Rs.10 from Airtel and in return they are going charge me Rs.12. On 25th May 2014, I can't able to access Internet for making payment of my bill. On same day, I recharged with Rs.120 twice with full talk time. My balance was showing Rs.240. But after few minutes I received a sms from Airtel stating that they have deducted Rs.12 for my advance of Rs.10. But when I checked my balance, it was showing Rs.223. So I made an enquiry regarding my additional deductions of Rs.5 at customer care @198. But they said, they don't have any details regarding the extra deduction. But they gave me an assurance that they will contact me within 4hrs for explaining the same. So later I requested for 3G activation for 250MB @ Rs101 by smsing on 121 with "3G". I received a sms stating that your 3G service will get activated in 30mins. But didn't receive any confirmation from Airtel. Later when I checked my balance, it was showing Rs.84. Again I tried to contact customer care for same purpose but they are unable to explain it clearly. So I requested that I want to talk to their superior. They told me to hold on the line as they are transferring the line to superior. But after waiting for more than 2minutes they drop the call. This happened more than once when I tried to talk to their superior. Lastly when I got to talk to superior at customer care, he told me that your balance got deducted due to using of 2G and it was using my main account for deduction. But I told him that I already have 1 more day to get expire my 2G plan and I also applied for 3G plan after my recharge. But he told me that your 2G plan was expired on Saturday. I asked him that I didn't receive any sms regarding this. He told me that they informed me through message. But I didn't receive any sms regarding this. I also requested him to please check my sms log which they use to inform customer. But it was all in vein. He told me that you use net, so there was a deduction. But I hardly surf the net for the payment of my bill. And they deducted total Rs.144. And when I asked him to explain the Internet data usage for the same. He clearly denied to explain anything. But I can't understand, why they don't inform me in the first place that my 1st additional deduction was made for using an Internet. If they had informed me in first place, I could able to deactivate my data usage and able to save my main balance account at the same time. I told to superior @Airtel customer care that they make this kind of loop holes to extract extra money from customer without prior informing the customer. I told them that they should inform the customer through SMS that "now onwards your main balance will be used for your Internet data usage". I also mentioned that this kind of activities looks like theft. He said "its your point of view not our". So I can't understand how to deal with this kind of situations. I know this kind of situation also going to happen again and again with me or with someone else in near future, with the same mobile service provider or the other.

    I have been using the airtel mobile service since few years, It really not acceptable from one of the leading provider like airtel to cheat customers by charging extra without knowing customer or asking customers I have been charged for mobile Internet fee for few months without my request.Many times I called up to customer care & appellate but no use, I want my money back ASAP

      Hi, My Name is Vilas Rao Kulkarni i am from hyderabad. My SBI credit card was used for fraud transaction of Rs.5000. the transaction id is 031885 please stop this transaction.and in the online statement of bank its showing airtel bill desk from delhi. The call i got from two numbers are as follows : [protected] [protected] and as i have searched for the address in the internet with the help of truecaller application it gives me the address as: 4639, Katra Raiji Street, Main Bazar Road, Aram Bagh, Sidarth Basti Paharganj, newdelhi, 110055 please do the needful as soon as possible.

        Airtel is just pathetic, its absolute , a customer care executive is the face of the company, they represent the company and as per the training they should be patient and polite to the customers, I actually Pity Airtel that they have hired such ridiculous people in their company.its a absolute shame. i agree there was a delay in paying bill due to some sad demise in home. but your executive was so inhuman and cruel. I am warning you to write a apology and give, i know consumer rites and according to that i can file a case against your executive who had been continuously abusing my mother and father also my sister in law. Airtel was anyways not very satisfactory in its services and with such gesture you have shown the class of your company. I have made the payment of my due amount online reference id is 996731 and i want a strict action against your executive. kindly note the number i have been receiving calls from, [protected]. hope you understand in maintaining the standard of your company. I will file a police complaint against your executive for harassing and abusing my family members.you have no rights to threaten your customers.

              Hello Airtel Team, Our number is [protected] Our airtel speed is very slow from 2 month. Engineer visit our office at 4 times but they were unable to resolve this issue. Name of Engineer is Kushal Bhawsar and contact number is [protected]. Please consult from this person and please provide the necessary waiver of 2 month our plan is 2mbps but we receive only 512 kbps. We are going to cosumer forum because we are so much irritated from your third class service. I will pay my bill after you provide the necessary waiver. Please arrange the call so that we can disscuss about issue in a much better way.

                30 re has been deducted from my no. [protected] and when i called customer care they told me that i have downloaded from one link .however never downloaded any such thing. this is realy shamefull that airtel now deducting balance giving fake reasons. this is not happening first time with me..but this time the reason is new.Might be now they airtel is aware that if they will deduct balance for activating service, they have to refund it. so they are now using new tricks to deduct balance. and the csr in airtel...they dont have even that much sense how to talk with customers. anyways please accept this compalint and please kindly return my balanece as be considered that i have not down loaded any thing from anysite like your system is showing. please return my money back as every time i recharge airtel cut my balace giving one reason or anothet. Pleae kindly return ...

                  I have purchased airtel dth on 27/5/14 from airtel dth internet site. I have purchased sports value pack @rs.4990 which contains 124 channels pack for the duration of 2 years. I felt cheated by airtel when i came to know the channels airtel site mentioned wasn’t there in the pack i purchased. Thus i called up on one of your customer care number and your representative told me that airtel will not change the channel pack. He also stated that i should disconnect my live connection and also gave complaint number which is[protected].


                  Kindly provide me with the channels for which i have paid you.

                    Sir, I javid Ahmad Khan from Lal bazaar Srinagar is using postpaid airtel sim from last ten years.It is painful to tell you that you hardly care for your customer satisfactions. I from Last Two months was contacting airtel showrooms to get the plan that will reduce burden of my bill amount but unfortunately no one paid attention to my request. I am an old customer of airtel but highly dissatisfied with your services. You have disconnected my cell before intimating me though being your valuable customer. I will pay the outstanding and will reuse your sim if given waiver on my bill.Otherwise I will left the bill unpaid and will move towards Vodafone and will use their services in future.                       I am using Airtel pre-paid number [protected] for past 11 years. Since the phone was not under my ownership I have requested to transfer the ownership to my name. I approached the service center near to my home town which is bharati airtel service limited, bharati towe, s a road kadavanthara, cochin, kerala. As instrusted by the manager Reshma C R, i submitted all the form and ID proof. She promised me that they will change the ownership in 3 weeks. I collected acknowledgement letter form her as well, since I previously have experienced the same thing. So I request honourable court to take my case seriously and take some action on behalf of me.

My no is disconnected by Airtel as it is showing pending bill amount. However I have made the payment already on 30th April 2014 still my no is disconnected. The payment was done online in my LAPU no which as requested by Airtel collection center. Due to their system glitch and communication failure I am suffering from all the losses as my no is disconnected.Airtel company is asking me to make one more payment which is illegal. I have made the payment in LAPU no as being informed by Miss. Kavita (Airtel collection center). Her mob no is [protected]. I am not getting proper response from Kavita and 121 customer care.                           The airtel Area manager of Ayanavaram saying he cannot remove DP box.


                          This is regarding a request to remove DP box AYN0709 in front of my house.


                          I have been following up with Airtel for past 6 month to remove the DP box
                          AYN0709 which is located in front of my house, but I am receiving very poor

                          response from the customer care.


                          The 1st request raised in the month of January 2014, during that time an

                          engineer came to our house & threatened that Airtel having dedicated lawyer
                          and

                          we cannot remove the DP box. After our request he asked 3 month time to shift

                          the DP box and we also accepted for the same, when we followup with him he told


                          to contact 121.


                          Airtel does not tract the unresolved issues I believe.


                          When I contacted customer care on May 12th, the respected customer care

                          representative told me that the earlier request is closed. I asked them why the


                          issue is closed without providing the resolution they argued and asked me to

                          create a new request reference # 45904818.


                          The person in the escalation department Mr.Balaji agreed to remove DP box on or


                          before 18th of May 2014 & even some people walk-in to our house asked the

                          reason for shifting. We also explained and the same was agreed between us.


                          But yesterday I received a useless call from the customer care saying your

                          issue regarding landline is resolved. I told, this is regarding DP shifting

                          issue & I requested the person to check and call back. But I only received
                          a

                          message saying ¿ Update on Ref.No.45904818, related to DP shifting has been

                          closed for your Airtel fixed line [protected]¿.


                          I was shocked and called the customer care 121, they said the issue is closed

                          and u need to raise a new ticket only. I don¿t know what is happening in Airtel


                          customer care. VERY VERY VERY VERY POOR response.


                          Then I spoke to Mr. Nareshkumar store supervisor, he again started the

                          conversation from the 1st and negotiating for 3 months & etc¿¿.. I don¿t
                          know

                          what to do¿.. they are trying to cheat me¿¿.. But we are unnecessarily

                          suffering due to lack of parking area.


                          We are having just a 15 feet frontage, in that your box is occupied around 5

                          feet. We need your immediate attention in removing the DP box AYN0709 which is

                          placed in front of my house.


                          Note: without consent they have placed the DP box in front of our house and they are creating unnecessary mental pressure and nuisance.

                            In my current bill for Airtel Number [protected], I have been charged for the monthly charges of myplan799. Bill No.[protected]. I am out of India since 20th April .Please note that I am not using the phone for anything. So I wanted to change my plan and when I try to change myplan to the lowest possible monthly plan (many times after 20th April) your website won’t let me change it and says "Previous Order already pending". I have tried to contact the Airtel customer care and all i got was a reference number Ref01267321. I have asked them to change my plan but they haven't replied yet. So can you please change the myplan to the lease possible monthly plan ( I guess its 99 or 199) ASAP? Thanks, Gaurav Saxena

                              Around two months back I applied for a new Airtel post-paid connection through the Airtel agent Shekar(Mob No. [protected] ). He collected my photo and address proof but after 2 weeks he told me that there is some problem acquiring a corporate post-paid connection (CUG). He said it is better to get a regular sim with "myplan" and then convert it to CUG after a month. For this purpose he took another copy of photo, address proof, Rs. 400 as advance(which he said would be paid back to me in four months as a reduction in bill) and Rs.50 for the sim card. A week after that someone from Airtel came to my home for address verification. But after that there was no news about the activation of the new connection. I used to telephone this agent almost every day to get the status for which he used to replay that it will get activated the next day! After waiting for 3weeks, I told this guy that I no more need the connection and requested him to return me my address proof letters, Rs. 450 and the photographs. I waited for a whole week and nothing happened the agent stopped attending my phone calls and started to put it in busy mode. When I called him from a different number, he answered the phone and told me that he cannot return the id proofs and the photographs, but he will return the money. I insisted that I needed both the photographs and the ID proofs. He said he will look into it and after that I have not heard back from him.                                 I'm Gaurvendra Verma and this note is to lodge a complaint against undue billing for my number [protected], which has been recently ported out to another service provider.I have not received any bill till date but only an SMS today mentioning the bill amount as Rs.592.Upon calling the customer care, I have been told that the bill amount is for period dated 23rd April, 14 to 18th May, 14. Actually, as per my bill plan, the monthly bill plan is Rs.149 and the bill plan for 2G mobile internet data plan is Rs 125 for 1 GB.The total amount comes to Rs 274 as fixed charges and when taxes are added the total bill comes to Rs 314.61 every month. Now the issue is that during my conversation with the Airtel customer care executive named Aamir Dalvi from Mumbai, today, I was informed that this inflated bill amount is due to another data plan that was activated for the period dated 3rd May, 14 to 18th May, 14.This plan was forcefully activated against my will on 3rd May by an executive named Shweta, who was offering me a data plan of rental Rs 199, to which I refused immediately, but after the conversation ended I got a SMS from Airtel which said"'Namaste! Update for [protected].Service updated:GPRS .effective date: 03-MAY-14.".I then contacted the customer care immediately and the executive told me that that new plan is showing as activated in her system against my number.I requested her to deactivate that plan which has been activated despite my refusal and resume my original plan, to which she told me that the original plan has been reactivated and she has also waived the undue charges if any.After the conversation with her I got the same service SMS as before.Now today I came to know that all this while I was kept in a loop and I really don't know what all plans got activated and deactivated during this period.And the most frustrating fact is that the executive Mr. Aamir kept on repeating that he could not help me in this case as my number has been ported out and neither can he send me the statement of bill, which I have not received as mentioned earlier.I then asked for a senior to talk to, to which he replied that none of the seniors' is available, which is extremely pathetic if we talk about customer service standards of our country's largest cellphone service provider. Now, one thing is clear, the charges are not as per the bill plan chosen by me originally and if your executive Shweta activates some plan without my consent then its an extremely serious issue and should be addressed in a very sincere and stringent manner.

                                  Dear Sir/Mam, i am Mahammad C Naikwade, working in pune.i am Using Air Tel Mobile No.[protected] from five years.from some days(probably 5 days)i am facing problem with my air tel No.my number is off. after realising the same i visited air tel office in Kharadi yesterday(26/05/2014) evening and asked to take complaint and take corrective action accordingly, after this communication executive told that he send mail to his senior and no.will be started in 24 hrs. again after sometime(yesterday) i called customer care from other no.and discussed with representative regarding problem.after discussion i get answer like within one hour my no.will be start.but no.not started. today morning(27/05/2014)again i discussed with customer care executive and get answer like still my complaint is not registered and now they are taking complaint.and they taken my alternate no.and informed like your person will call me on my another no.but still i have not get any call regarding this. again forth time i visited today (27/05/2014)evening for find solution but again executive told like i need to submit my documents.i asked for reason as i am using this number from 5 years, but no any satisfied answer get.and he give this E mail ID. this is fifth communication to you, as from last 7 years i am using air tel, but such kind of problem i never faced. in my every communication i clearly explained that -i applied for pass port and my appointment is on Monday(02/06/2014), also i applied for Personnel loan.but i am not getting any call from other no.it will create trouble for me. i trust Air Tel.so i request you to start my service immediately after receiving this Mail. After that I call to customer care on 198 they also suggest me Yes this recharge only for you with speed 500 to 600 kbps no data limit . You would be recharge and enjoy 3g unlimited plan.no existing plan apply (i.e. 3gb 3g unlimited) for you. On same day I recharge my account with Rs. 655 massage receive as Recharge Successful on[protected] at 05:11PM, MRP: Rs 655.00, STax: Rs72.05, TransID [protected].                                       Around two months back I tried to port my mobile from Vodafone( prepaid) to Airtel(Post paid). I contacted an airtel agent Shekar(Mob No. [protected] ), to get a CUG sim. He collected my photo and address proof but after 2 weeks he told me that there is some problem acquiring a CUG sim. He said it is better to get a regular sim with "myplan" and then convert it to CUG after a month. For this purpose he took another copy of photo and address proof and also Rs. 400 for the sim, which he said would be paid back to me in four months as a reduction in bill. A week after that i got a message telling that the sim cannot be activated as there is a difference in address proofs submitted. The next day i got a call from airtel customer care telling that there was a mistake from their side and asked me to generate another Unique Porting Code. I did that then and there and messaged the generated code. I was told the sim will be activated in 4-5 days . I waited for a whole week and nothing happened. The agent was not picking up the phone when I called him. When I called him from a different number, he answered the phone and told me that he cannot return the id proofs and the photographs, but he will return the money. I insisted that I needed both the photographs and the ID proofs. He said he will look into it and after that I have not heard back from him. The Sim no which he had given me is[protected] H2-WD

                                        I have applied for AIRTEL broadband connection (2Mbps plan - 1149 + tax). They took Rs.500 as a deposit and with in a day I got a message, connection will be given within 3 working days. After 4 days I got a call from AIRTEL customer care to confirm that whether I have paid deposit amount or not. Then for the next 10 days I did not get any response from the AIRTEL. When I have called to a customer care, then they are saying that "we are not able to provide the connections as the ports are not free in your apartment. We will return back the deposit amount within 21 working days". The problem here, I was in urgent need of broadband Internet. If there is no feasibility they should immediately inform me. But till I have called them I did not know the information. If they come to collect the deposit after the feasibility study I would have gone for other vendor. Very irresponsible behavior from the AIRTEL staff. Please do the needful for the consumers like me. As a proof I have the SMS and Receipt of deposit amount paid.

                                        I did not get any call or connection from AIRTEL till now. This is my mail id: [protected]@gmail.com. I am surprised that you are not having my contact details. I am holding two AIRTEL post paid connections from last 3 years, which I am thinking to withdraw based on the current service.

                                        I had applied for Airtel exactly on 22nd june. the so called executive Arun came quickly to collect my voter id and my photo. since several days my account has not been activated but, suddenly on 25th a message came that my account has been activated and my account num:[protected]. the Airtel engineer called me on 26th and said that he will come to my house but he was no where to be seen.I called the customer care several times that day but they said that the engineer will come within 3 working days. but today 27th when i called the customer care they simply said "U HAVE PERMISSION ISSUE, YOUR CONNECTION HAS BEEN REJECTED" what the hell u people think about yourself I will post this in each and every website. i had also purchased a chordless telelphone for this. I had now applied for refund. plzzz change your template from "QUICK INSTALLATION" "QUICK SERVICE" TO "QUICK MONEY COLLECTION AND BAD SERVICE" IF I HAD TO GIVE RATING FOR YOUR LAZY SERVICES THEN I WILL GIVE 0. FORCED TO ADD 1
