i have taken a fixed line connection for 3 months n paid a sum of 1900/- on the day of registration itself... for the airtel executive named ALI ([protected], [protected]).. But i dont know why i got bill of rs 806/- for the first month. how can i get a bill if i had paid for 3 months in advance. When i made a complaint for 198, they are saying that the complaint is forwarded for higher authorities and you will get a call very soon... there is no call since 7 days when i call them again they always say that you will get it in 24 hours. how long should i wait for your mistake and i dont know why do you cheat customers with these type of things CEF no. 480554 account no.[protected] contact no.[protected] fixed line no>[protected]

      My prepaid mobile number is [protected]. On[protected] my phone stated showing "SIM Card not Inserted" error, I checked this SIM with another phone but same message was there. On[protected] I contacted Airtel Relationship Center and told those guys about my problem. They told me that your SIM is blocked and this number is out of stock. You can retain the same number only in Postpaid Connection. Then I submitted all the required documents and apllied for the Postpaid Connection. Next day my address verification had been completed. But my mobile number was not activated. I called again to A.R.C. Now after 2 days of delay they are saying your photo in ID's xerox copy is not clear. You will have to submit it again. Now my point is that why my prepaid connection was blocked? Why I was forced for Postpaid connection to retain the same number?         Dear Sir/Mam, Myself Dheeraj Sethi(Ms.) Customer of airtel for past 3.5 years. Always use 3G data. I have bought new number [protected] almost 3 months before and on this also always used only 3G. Problem started when my all the MB got over on 27th may night. I did not realize the problem and made online recharge or 255 got 1024 MB on 28th is used Internet for just around 1 hour and next use was made at 2 am on 29th may. i found within 20 minutes my all the MB got over Immediately called customer care. registered complain. I was told that complain will be sorted out by 30thmay, 6pm.As i had to use internet again mad another recharge on 29th morning that also got over on 30th Evening where whole 1GB i finished with in use of max 1 hrs(had breaks in between).Now when problem was not rectified till 30th evening i called customer care. And executive transferred my call to Supervisor Mr.Balasubramaniam.I told him that i have already registered the complain. He was not ready to accept my problem. As per him MB are deducted as per my use. I was keep trying to make him understand but he was not ready to listen to me. Kindly have a check on my data consumption and deduction. from 27th may Now i need to use Internet but again same high consumption. I am in a big problem. Please do the needful on the same.             Hi, My Customer ID: [protected] MY Complaint No: 37885368 In the month of March, Airtel increased my rental plan 160+ to 185/- I am not aware about the rental revision. Your customer care support team told me they send an SMS. 1. My First question to Airtel: If any financial implication, Always Airtel should take a confirmation from the customer about the revision of rental, if customer agrees then you should activate otherwise it is customer choice wheather he will continue with you or he will choose alternate. 2. You are charged higher rental from March 2014 onwards, but you are nor increased the number of channels which i was supposed to receive from March 2014, when I made a call to customer care, some agent activated 2 free channels (MAA gold and V6 channel).. You are charged extra money from me without taking approval and not provided the service which i am suppose to receive... 3. On 26 April 2014, when I had discussion with customer care he promised me that he will arrange a call back with in 48hrs. But till yesterday I didn't received any call from your team 4. Once again I am tried to call Customer care, first time I spoke to purushottam, then saifulla and Rakesh.. I had a discussion with Rakesh and he told me that he is senior (team lead) and he is not ready to provide the ticket no.(call was disconneted abruptly) He said bluntly Airtel cann't do anything and he is not willing to transfer to senior manager. If Airtel not providing the compaint ticket to customers, then what is the point having Call center ... ??? 5. Once again I called to CC center, I spoke to Narsimha and he provide the ticket no and he arranged the call back today. Ms. Ammulu called and promised some kind of refund.I am expecting decent penality from Airtel because of all above issues and they will not repeat the customer. There should be some kind escalation matrix for every customer to their issue. Otherwise Why should I continue with AIRTEL despite facing all issues..Expecting quick solution from AIRTEL Team Ravi [protected]

            Yesterday I received the call from Airtel CC executive, (Viswanath).. I explained about the issue, he said he will get back to me.. after few min I got a message says that issue RESOLVED. The worst kind of service from Airtel.


            My Basic question here is How come DTH Companies increase the rental by sending SMS . ( One way communication)... Any financial transaction needs TWO WAY communication means confirmation from customer either phone or mail.

              27-May-2014 I took my data cum voice SIM having mobile no [protected] along with a dongle only about 45 days ago. I understand as I took this there was a scheme for Rs 102/- for 300 MB data usage with validity 30 days. Accordingly on 26-May-2014, I topped up Rs 102/- through ICICI bank online recharge facility. I got a msg indicating Talk time Rs 1.00, PF Rs 89.78 ST Rs 11.22 Current bal Rs 0.00 Validity 14-Jun-14. None matched with the scheme I wanted to recharge. No data usage was allowed, validity was different etc. Moreover when I contacted Airtel, I was told that I can make ISD etc. and the scheme is now amended and made presently there is no scheme for data usage of amount Rs 102/-, rather there is now a different scheme of Rs 101/- for data usage with a reduced validity. All these have a little sense to me. I had to again recharge Rs 101/- for data and Rs 60/- for talk time. Kindly take up with Airtel for this unethical business practice and insist them to revert/refund Rs 102/- that went waste of no use to me as allowed data usage with appropriate validity.

                Hi, Recently I made up my mind to switch over my mobile service provider from Bharti Airtel to some other, after using it for more than 10 years. I already have my 2G Internet plan active on my mobile. On 8th of May 2014, I renew my 2G plan of 625MB for 25days with recharge of Rs.125 On 12th of May 2014, I left for Himachal. On 22nd of May 2014, I returned from Himachal, at around 10pm in Tarapur. On 23rd of May 2014, my Airtel balance was 0. So I took a credit of Rs.10 from Airtel and in return they are going charge me Rs.12. On 25th May 2014, I can't able to access Internet for making payment of my bill. On same day, I recharged with Rs.120 twice with full talk time. My balance was showing Rs.240. But after few minutes I received a sms from Airtel stating that they have deducted Rs.12 for my advance of Rs.10. But when I checked my balance, it was showing Rs.223. So I made an enquiry regarding my additional deductions of Rs.5 at customer care @198. But they said, they don't have any details regarding the extra deduction. But they gave me an assurance that they will contact me within 4hrs for explaining the same. So later I requested for 3G activation for 250MB @ Rs101 by smsing on 121 with "3G". I received a sms stating that your 3G service will get activated in 30mins. But didn't receive any confirmation from Airtel. Later when I checked my balance, it was showing Rs.84. Again I tried to contact customer care for same purpose but they are unable to explain it clearly. So I requested that I want to talk to their superior. They told me to hold on the line as they are transferring the line to superior. But after waiting for more than 2minutes they drop the call. This happened more than once when I tried to talk to their superior. Lastly when I got to talk to superior at customer care, he told me that your balance got deducted due to using of 2G and it was using my main account for deduction. But I told him that I already have 1 more day to get expire my 2G plan and I also applied for 3G plan after my recharge. But he told me that your 2G plan was expired on Saturday. I asked him that I didn't receive any sms regarding this. He told me that they informed me through message. But I didn't receive any sms regarding this. I also requested him to please check my sms log which they use to inform customer. But it was all in vein. He told me that you use net, so there was a deduction. But I hardly surf the net for the payment of my bill. And they deducted total Rs.144. And when I asked him to explain the Internet data usage for the same. He clearly denied to explain anything. But I can't understand, why they don't inform me in the first place that my 1st additional deduction was made for using an Internet. If they had informed me in first place, I could able to deactivate my data usage and able to save my main balance account at the same time. I told to superior @Airtel customer care that they make this kind of loop holes to extract extra money from customer without prior informing the customer. I told them that they should inform the customer through SMS that "now onwards your main balance will be used for your Internet data usage". I also mentioned that this kind of activities looks like theft. He said "its your point of view not our". So I can't understand how to deal with this kind of situations. I know this kind of situation also going to happen again and again with me or with someone else in near future, with the same mobile service provider or the other.

                  I have been using the airtel mobile service since few years, It really not acceptable from one of the leading provider like airtel to cheat customers by charging extra without knowing customer or asking customers I have been charged for mobile Internet fee for few months without my request.Many times I called up to customer care & appellate but no use, I want my money back ASAP

                      Airtel is just pathetic, its absolute , a customer care executive is the face of the company, they represent the company and as per the training they should be patient and polite to the customers, I actually Pity Airtel that they have hired such ridiculous people in their company.its a absolute shame. i agree there was a delay in paying bill due to some sad demise in home. but your executive was so inhuman and cruel. I am warning you to write a apology and give, i know consumer rites and according to that i can file a case against your executive who had been continuously abusing my mother and father also my sister in law. Airtel was anyways not very satisfactory in its services and with such gesture you have shown the class of your company. I have made the payment of my due amount online reference id is 996731 and i want a strict action against your executive. kindly note the number i have been receiving calls from, [protected]. hope you understand in maintaining the standard of your company. I will file a police complaint against your executive for harassing and abusing my family members.you have no rights to threaten your customers.

                              30 re has been deducted from my no. [protected] and when i called customer care they told me that i have downloaded from one link .however never downloaded any such thing. this is realy shamefull that airtel now deducting balance giving fake reasons. this is not happening first time with me..but this time the reason is new.Might be now they airtel is aware that if they will deduct balance for activating service, they have to refund it. so they are now using new tricks to deduct balance. and the csr in airtel...they dont have even that much sense how to talk with customers. anyways please accept this compalint and please kindly return my balanece as be considered that i have not down loaded any thing from anysite like your system is showing. please return my money back as every time i recharge airtel cut my balace giving one reason or anothet. I have purchased sports value pack @rs.4990 which contains 124 channels pack for the duration of 2 years. I felt cheated by airtel when i came to know the channels airtel site mentioned wasn’t there in the pack i purchased. Thus i called up on one of your customer care number and your representative told me that airtel will not change the channel pack.                                     I am using Airtel pre-paid number [protected] for past 11 years. Since the phone was not under my ownership I have requested to transfer the ownership to my name. I approached the service center near to my home town which is bharati airtel service limited, bharati towe, s a road kadavanthara, cochin, kerala. As instrusted by the manager Reshma C R, i submitted all the form and ID proof. She promised me that they will change the ownership in 3 weeks. I collected acknowledgement letter form her as well, since I previously have experienced the same thing. So I request honourable court to take my case seriously and take some action on behalf of me.

                                        The airtel Area manager of Ayanavaram saying he cannot remove DP box.


                                        This is regarding a request to remove DP box AYN0709 in front of my house.


                                        I have been following up with Airtel for past 6 month to remove the DP box
                                        AYN0709 which is located in front of my house, but I am receiving very poor

                                        response from the customer care.


                                        The 1st request raised in the month of January 2014, during that time an

                                        engineer came to our house & threatened that Airtel having dedicated lawyer
                                        and

                                        we cannot remove the DP box. After our request he asked 3 month time to shift

                                        the DP box and we also accepted for the same, when we followup with him he told


                                        to contact 121.


                                        Airtel does not tract the unresolved issues I believe.


                                        When I contacted customer care on May 12th, the respected customer care

                                        representative told me that the earlier request is closed. I asked them why the


                                        issue is closed without providing the resolution they argued and asked me to

                                        create a new request reference # 45904818.


                                        The person in the escalation department Mr.Balaji agreed to remove DP box on or


                                        before 18th of May 2014 & even some people walk-in to our house asked the

                                        reason for shifting. We also explained and the same was agreed between us.


                                        But yesterday I received a useless call from the customer care saying your

                                        issue regarding landline is resolved. I told, this is regarding DP shifting

                                        issue & I requested the person to check and call back. But I only received
                                        a

                                        message saying ¿ Update on Ref.No.45904818, related to DP shifting has been

                                        closed for your Airtel fixed line [protected]¿.


                                        I was shocked and called the customer care 121, they said the issue is closed

                                        and u need to raise a new ticket only. I don¿t know what is happening in Airtel


                                        customer care. VERY VERY VERY VERY POOR response.


                                        Then I spoke to Mr. Nareshkumar store supervisor, he again started the

                                        conversation from the 1st and negotiating for 3 months & etc¿¿.. I don¿t
                                        know

                                        what to do¿.. they are trying to cheat me¿¿.. But we are unnecessarily

                                        suffering due to lack of parking area.


                                        We are having just a 15 feet frontage, in that your box is occupied around 5

                                        feet. We need your immediate attention in removing the DP box AYN0709 which is

                                        placed in front of my house.


                                        Note: without consent they have placed the DP box in front of our house and they are creating unnecessary mental pressure and nuisance.
