For verification purpose i call customer care they said to me Your number is activated but my number outgoing is barred.when i call again customer care they said after 24 hours your number is activated.i call eveyday customer care but they are not solve my problem. Kindly Solve my problem soon please.

    Please note that bills for telephone numbers [protected] and [protected] are missing from the zipped files.
    Moreover, as very clear from my bill for [protected] there remains a security deposit of Rupees Three Thousand Only which has not been shown as adjusted in the billing.
    I have already lost Rupees Seven Hundred Only by way of irrecoverable amount from my Airtel Money Account on [protected] and in this regard I wish to make it explicitly clear that I will proceed through all possible legal avenues if M/s Bharti Airtel intends to harass me b y way of intimidating phone calls emails or whatsoever without providing transparency in billing and invoicing.
    This mail is being copied to all concerned in advanceso that my right tolegaljustice is not mitigated in anyway whatsoever.
    I will also go on record and state that I require my bills to be sent to me within a maximum of forty eight hours from the time of this mail since all these ten connections in question; listed below once again for your reference have been ported out on or before 09 May 2014 and I am liable to make payments only after receiving proper LEGITIMATE invoices showing full and final settlement of accounts for the same.
    I will also state that the harrasment is continuing with no abate the latest call being made at 15:34 from number [protected]

      Hi I eve recently shifted from TIKONA broadband to AIRTEL broadband . My Internet usage is basically emails and once in a while web surfing, nothing heavy duty .I had a 8GB plan with tikona for several years and i ve never used my 100% data .usage was hardly 3-4gb in a month .my usage still remains the same and after shifting to AIRTEL and that too with 15 GB of plan .within 5 days it was showing consumption of 9GB of data though in reality my account was not even activated and i had not even used the Internet but in their records it was showing. I got a call from AIRTEL that I ve used 100% of my data within 15 days . I had made a complaint but their was no serious follow up to resolve the issue .I let it go thinking it could be a technical problem, but again this month with good 12 days for the billing cycle to get over I got a call that I ve consumed 100% data .and I can pay Rs99/- per GB to get more data .my Internet usage has not changed a bit .I fail to understand where my data is going . I feel very disgusted and cheated .This is outright stealing by AIRTEL .The matter needs to be investigated by police .after doing thorough research on the Internet I ve found that I am not the only one their are many many more .besides the broadband I ve got two more mobile connection. I have been a very loyal customer of airtel for long . Now I am planning to switch over to another service provider .shame on you AIRTEL khurram Qureshi Airtel fixed line[protected] mob -[protected]

      We have the same issue and I'm sure airtel cheats with its broadband plan.
      We had 50GB connection and within 20 days it is over we changed to 60GB and even that got over in 20 days.
      We are sure we are cheated by airtel. we dont stay at home and we work outside hoem for aroung 12 hrs and use internet to check emails and dont watch videos.
      We also have the same issue. I was having 9GB data at the earlier time one year before but now even before 20 days 100% of my allocated 26GB data gets consumed as provided by alert message from airtel. I m using internet for mail purpose or whatsup. Never watch You tube video etc. We are sure we are being cheated by airtel. Birender Kumar Pal Fixedline:- [protected]; mob [protected].       Fcuk Airtel. They regularly cheated on me too. I spent upto ₹4500 p/m on data alone for nearly 2 years. Im gonna bury this airtel SIM for good. Lets see who is smarter. Pathetic cheaters.

      Airtel is cheating ...I have recharged 398 plan ...and after checking my emails my daily data limit have crossed 50%...what is going on...just 764 mb left for daily 1.5 GB data just after checking the emails...
      This is is morning 12:00-12:01 i didn't used a single app in between this 1 minute but every day airtel sim will shows that i have been used 160 mb 250mb some time on 12:00 it will shows that 90% data usege as been completed
      What it means is it airtel internet browsing faster like it will get browse 1.3 gb within 30seconds

      I've faced the same issue in my case I have changed my password thrice, in my case I monitored some 4GB data got consumed in 45min without usage . I just scared to turn on my modem, the moment i turn it on data starts decreasing in GBs, I lost 800GB in a month with same kind o[censored]sage few months ago this same usage used to consume some 20GB per month now it's 800GB.

      This is attrocious, Airtel shame on you

      Airtel steals and cheats data from mobile users as well...

      You are entitled to 1.5GB, either it'll start cutting into your data 10-15 mins before the start of the day if you are using airtel data the night before or it'll not given you the full quota of whatever data pack you have.

      You'll always end up with less used than what Airtel actually claims - this way they force you into another recharge.

          The website is down ever since 2 months and because of this I'm unable to view/pay my bills and god knows where should I have to go to pay. The Airtel showrooms are equally terrible, the shutters of the shop go down at the same time as the Sun. Pity your company and your pathetic customer support. Because of your incompetence i'm being charged for the late payment fee and tax on that. You guys are fleecing and causing distress to the honest customers who are paying for the services that they have availed and unfortunately not getting the same kind of response from the company.

            CHEATING PEOPLE IN ALL THE WAY! i am using [protected] from 2001 and [protected] from 2008.Day before yesterday i lost my mobile and both the No. .I called customer care day before yesterday night they told me to drop in nearby Airtel showroom even i went yesterday morning to saidapet. There i am shocked that they are telling that both my no. is not in my name.They not even showing and i came to know that they are simply planning me to push to post paid so they made a drama.I can't able to leave my no. so recently in 2011 again i gone to chormepet office and i submitted my ID proof.So many years i called customer care and they verified my name and address.They came to know that i cant leave my no. so they insist me to go for postpaid and also they gave a prepaid sim totally 4 sim and they charged Rs.1100. saying that the pre paid will get activate in 4 hours.But still that 4 hours is not over and till my sim is not activated.                 i hv data left in my 2g pack and the company deducted 90 rs from my main balance. The question is when the data is not 100 percent utilised then how can they deduct the amount from main balance. Who has given them such an authority? this is clearly fooling around people. the answer given by customer care support was of third grade. the customer care person gave me a logic that when the downloading is in process and i[censored] r running low on internet balance then automatically amount gets deducted from main balance so as to avail uninterrupted service. this is how telecom companies are fooling around and minting money. when i asked him to email his source of information then he diverted my call to someone else who gave me another number to call and enquire. whosoever is reading this complaint should make it a point that people on the other side are not fools. customer care is not for doing namaste n aapka din shubh rahey...it is for providing better services which have failed to provide.

                    Airtel Connection (corporate – KPIT Technologies) & Relationship number is [protected]
                    Billing tenure - 2nd of every month to 1st of coming month.

                    Plan details -
                    INR 299 Monthly
                    1500 local calls
                    500MB data
                    And around 600 local sms

                    Issue briefing – On 7th April 2014 I have utilized 125MB of the provided data & suddenly on 11th
                    April 2014 it shown I have consumed 880MB data & again on 12th April 2014 it was shown that
                    I have consumed 1.1 GB of Data (sms were received postcompletion of my data plan). Airtel
                    provides me with 2G connection with a max speed of 70 Kb/Ps in which I cannot download more
                    then 100MB data in a day while as per customer service records I have downloaded more then 650 MB
                    in 3 days which is bizzarely possible.

                    My bill generation date is 3rd of every month but I have'nt received the bill neither its showing online.

                    Bill amount of INR9, 219.44 is just posted yesterday while the details are still not available.

                    There is a technical glintch as per my understanding I want it to be rectified at the earliest.

                    Please help me in this

                      I bought Xperia C on 3rd may 2014 and the offer was that on airtel connection i.e. 3g data every month for 2 months I inserted airtel SIM No.[protected] on first time on phone first slot but still no offer massage was received even went to airtel customer care office Udaipur Raj. they suggested to call customer care but when they transferred the call to senior officer the call became blank, nothing was done from airtel. Please help me what to do

                        | am using Airtel No. [protected] from the last many years. Currently, Myplan 999 is activated on my number. During the last bill cycle (i.e. 23 March, 2014 to 22 April, 2014) my internet usage was expected to exceed the free internet data activated under the above plan. On 9th or 10th April, I had around 800 MB of 3G data available. I called customer care to know about other options to increase the data limit. I was informed about INR 175 plan in which I would get 500 MB of 3G data. Based on the information provided to me, I requested for activation of said plan. I have received my bill for the above bill cycle, in which around INR 500/- have been charged for data usage. The total data available to me during the said bill cycle after activation of INR 175 plan was around 3.3GB and I only used around 3GB data out of the same. Accordingly, no amount for data usage should have been separately charged in my bill. When I called up customer care, I was told that on activation of INR 175 plan, the data available to me on said date i.e. around 800MB lapsed. First of all I was never told by customer service executive before activation of plan and while I was asking him/her about the plan, that the existing data would lapse. The company through its customers service executives is expected to provide complete information to the customer. Thus, it is a fault on the part of company. If complete information would have been given to me, I would have never activated such plan, to have my 800MB lapsed and pay INR 175 to get lesser data i.e. only 500MB. No prudent person would do that ever. Logically, also this is an incorrect policy of the company. The company should not activate a plan in a situation like I was in. If the company does so, the consumer is actually being cheated. I now want that Airtel should revise my bill to waive off the internet data charges as usage was well within the limit which I was legally entitled to during the above bill cycle (under Myplan 999 and INR 175 plan, together), as the said situation has arisen due to faulty policy of the company and mistake of the company's employee who provided incomplete information.                             I have been a very old customer of Airtel. My Account number is : 15795114 This is the second time airtel is increasing my Tariff. In September 2012, my tariff was increased. This year again they again have increased the Tariff. This is not acceptable to me. I gave a written complaint to airtel in March expressing my discontent. I got a call from Airtel on April 2 and the lady confirmed me that my plan will not be changed. My Invoice for month of May has been generated and i see that the plan has been revised. I am very upset at this and i will not be paying the bill till this is corrected. @Airtel : please contact me on my registered email id

                              I have an Airtel Prepaid card with over 8 years o[censored]sage. Since Last renewal of my Data booster for Rs.155 with 1GB Data for 28 Days, there has been continuous deduction of amount ranging from 0.05 Ps to Rs.18.53. When I call the call centre on VO, after pressing option of speaking to Customer Care Officer, it gets disconnected even before they take the call. It has happnened numerous times. Pathetic service. They have even added a 0.49Ps charge for the 1st message, despite having a National & Local SMS Booster. Totally unpredictable. They shud clarify this and make refund of all these cuts. Their sensex statements says that to improve their bottom lines they have increased the tariff but atleast inform the customers so that they can select alternatives.

                                  I had applied for a broadband connection on 30th (Application No.:ONBANGA[protected]. The website promises that someone from Airtel would contact me within 3 working days otherwise they will refund the money. However no one contacted me. Later on filed a complaint with customer care (Complaint no.[protected], I was assured that someone will contact me. However no executive contacted me. I have been following up on this complaint and apart from empty assurance I am getting nothing. Even raised a complaint on Facebook, and was assured that this matter would be prioritized, but still everything is status-quo. What the hell is wrong with Airtel. if you cant give me a connection atleast have the courtesy of issuing me a Refund. And what about the top management, do you simply sleep when the rest of your department is busy harassing customers like this. Shame on you.

                                    I had applied for a 199 postpaid plan, airtel in turn activated a 499 postpaid plan without my concern. On reporting the issue airtel customer care said that the plan would be changed if i send a email to customer care. I sent a email but airtel never responded. They said i would have to pay pro rata till the plan is changed which i refused to through a email. Airtel is trying to fool customers and activates high monthly rental plans without customer approval. Later they take their own sweet time to resolve the issue trying to burden the customer with inflated bills. Trai to take note of such actions.

                                        hello sir/mam, I had Airtel sim on name of FATEMA MEHBOOB Mobile No. [protected] (State Rajasthan) I had recharge of Rs57 as special recharge on Airtel of internet 1GB 2G for 30Days. IN that 200MB & 824MB has given differently. In that after 200MB, MB was deducted from 824MB obivously. But After 200MB my Main Balance is charge by Rs 52.43 (that time my balance was 52.63) after deduction it was 0.23 paisa. So then i call to customer service he says that after 200MB you have to restart your mobile to use 824MB but when i recharge 57rs. (special offer recharge) they didn't give any instruction about that you has to restart your mobile after 200MB but then also i said ok and restart my mobile to use 824MB but then also amount is deducted from main balance by 0.21 paisa. so, now you know that he was lieing to me. And after that i again call to customer service that time ther was another person she says you have to select GSM only in setting to use that 824MB that time in my mobile (Auto CDMA/GSM)is selected like all mobile phone had select by default, if you had ther is any 2G or 3G recharge its was selected automatically by mobile and i had uses several communication services like (Docomo, Idea etc.) and ther is nothing about that you had to select GSM only on setting when you had recharge of 2G internet it work properly whether you had recharge 2G or 3G all think is that customer service was lieing and deducted my main balance 52.43 paisa. and if ther is any rules regarding usage of 824MB by selecting GSM only they has to give instruction about that to consumer. but all i want to says that ther is no instruction given by Airtel service to how to use that 824MB so, i want to complaint about that i want my RS 52.43 back from Airtel
