You guys have pathetic service in the broadband sphere. The executives are proactive in collecting money but when it comes to installation they end up frustrating the customer. I had applied for it on 7th Feb and till date neither did i get the money back nor the connection. Hi i have been using AIRTEL INTERNET PACK 198 PLAN, in HCL corporate plan pack. Internet speed seem to be very slow, i have called customer care to clarify the slow speed issue, They have provided information that 2GB has been already used in my airtel account (my Airtel number: [protected]).
