Hi,
My Name is Sharad Patel, I was using an AIRTEL POSTPAID CONNECTION [+91-[protected]].
This is regarding continued Harassment from AIRTEL over time. Airtel had manipulated my bills in Past and charged outrageously which i had to get reverted after series of complaints, registering in national consumer helpline, mailing Airtel Nodal Office (Who never replied). This time i Applied for Migration of my post paid connection to pre paid on 5th April, 2014, I Went to AIRTEL Head office in Bangalore [Bannerghatta Road] and applied for migration . The Airtel Executive asked me to pay 621.00 INR to clear all bill and an additional 100 INR for Migration, which i did at the same office and submitted my Documents and collected my new card. I was told the card would be activated in 3 days time. On completion of 3 days i called customer care to check for status, they say the card is still not taken up for processing because the Airtel executive did not do the Security Deposit adjustment and i would have to visit the branch again and make the payment. I visited the Branch again on 8th April, 2014 and made the payment. At the Airtel office i was told that it will be done by end of day (8th Arpil, 2014 night) and my post paid connection will be disconnected. On 9th April the post paid was not discontinued and my new connection was not activated. I called customer care again for explanation, they said that the Security adjustment was still not done and i would have to visit the branch again, which i refused and registered a complaint . I was promised that my pre paid card would be activated by 4 PM on 9th April.
By 6 PM, 9th April, the Post paid connection got disconnected and Prepaid connection started getting signal bars. But when i called 59059 for verification, i was told to call again after 4 hours. So i called again at 7 AM, 10th April, and found out that my details were not updated in system and my connection was a blank entry.
Now i am not able to call anyone, nor receive any calls not even reach customer care for a resolution.
I have faced series of such Mental Harassment from Airtel.

I demand a detailed explanation of the harassment and demand compensation for the Time, Money and Mental Harassment faced in Bill Manipulation, Incorrect information provided by customer care executive, migration not done, number suspended, customer care executive not addressing the issue and acting arrogantlly and rude.
