am using airtel mobile :[protected].am getting call from unknown number [protected] more than 50 times per day.i was blocked tat no in my phone.but i got missed call alert more than 20 times per day..if i call that number..he just picked up and keep silent...in night time he called my ph no..and heared busy tone.he called my friend number who r closed to me..they are also getting irritating about tat.am always hearing beep sound while talking with other.ie he called me tat time also..i called customer care and they said u just block the number or else go and complaint police station.

    my mobile no is [protected]. 18 rs deducted from main balance .when i contacted with CCE, they said that your balance deduct instead of internet use..when i asked that how much kb data used by me then they only said this is junine deduction..what the service ???????????? bhaad me jaaye ye service... now i will abuse ...many time i faced this type of problem but they didn`t solve issue

    Agents was not talking is politely and i'm facing issue that my airtel network does not work properly. Then what can I do?
    So plsss airtel
    Phle apna network thik karo Aur phir baad me daave karo.
    Aur apne agents ko samjhao ki acche se customer se baat kare.
    Airtel ke agent hai jinka naam hai omdevi gokhe and unki senior mam kese company ne unhe senior bna diya.

        Hi - My name is Srikanth. This is regarding my wife airtel number [protected]. She lost her phone on 27th Oct 2013 and for this we have already filed a case of mobile theft at Narsingi Police station, Mehdipatnam on 28th Oct 2013. The number was blocked by calling the Airtel Customer Support immediately. We had never taken a new SIM for the same number from the Airtel office as we have relocated to Bangalore. The Customer Support was bugging us very frequently to pay the due amount on the Number and after many conversations with the Customer Support we have settled the amount of INR 2600/- (Reference number 861543) on 26th January 2014 and told that lady who spoke in phone to close the account on that day and never call us again and also requested her to refurbish the number for new issue. But Airtel is still generating bills even after many complaints and also after blocking the SIM we never used the number after 28th Oct 2013 and the number is INACTIVE and was out of service or barred. My concern is 1. Why are you generating the bills even after final settlement? 2. Even after SIM block and informed after the mobile theft, you are still generating the bills. Dont you follow some rules/ethics etc? 3. When contacted airtel now your customer support is lying that we have not closed the number. Don't you understand why will any sensible person retain a number which is lost, dont have sim and which is out of service and barred for 6 months and final settlement done before 3 months. 4. It only shows how fraud airtel is to generate bills for a number which has been inactive for 6 months and after several complaints to close the number. 5. Calling from Airtel office as DTDC courier and trying to get our personal details is pure case of cheating/fraud. I'll file a case with the number at same PS where I have filed a complaint on lost phone. Please someone respond to this query as priority. This is very frustrating as i have been a loyal customer of airtel for more than 10 yrs. I have around 12 airtel numbers within my family and im going to close them all and port them to other genuine service providers who are not fraud as AIRTEL. Fraud calls phone number :: [protected]

          Airtel have deducted Rs. 350 from my main balance. When I called customer care so they said your internet pack was finished and for that your balance is deducted, for which they have not informed in earlier. And without my notice they started deducting my balance. And they were not even registering my complaint. Please help me out.

            Hi, I have recharged my airtel digital tv with customer id [protected] in august 2013 with 1 year subscription of value sports hd package with around Rs 2900. Now in month April 2014 I am getting alert from airtel stating that my account is going to be suspended within 5 days. When I called customer care they told that I didn't called them at the time of recharge, though I have called them and activated the same but now they are not admitting the same. They have activated some top up packages (star cricket) which I have never asked for. There are no tools provided by airtel where I can track all my transaction.Due to that they are taking unwanted advantage by deducting money for no reason.Last year the same thing happened and after calling many time to customer care and putting complaint on this forum the problem was resolved. Again this year, the same problem started. I request corresponding authority to take strong action against them. Regards, Nilalohita Panigrahi

                Respected Sir,
                my airtel mobile number is[protected]
                On 31/12/2013 I loaded the cash using my debitcard the amount deducted from my banka/c but it not loaded in my airtel moneya/c
                later I called them for refund. they told it will come with in 6to7daysbut it not refunded.
                again I called them asked for refund (or for load cash in my airtelmoneya/c)
                They told me that take a bankstatement and send it to their mail.it will take the cost of Rs.50/- for me that's why i didn't sended the mail.

                sir it is their system wrong why i have to lose Rs.50- for refund of Rs.100- for their wrong

                  Hi Sir/Mam Today morning at 10:38am 04/04/2014 a guy name Sandeep from Airtel called me and even he called my friends and relatives threatening and saying that you will receive a Parcel and make sure that you open it at 4o'clock evening today and you will get to know what you will see, and he even said that I will be sending 10people to your house and if we see you there we will hammer you badly and even who ever is in the house will also get hammered which means my mother my sister will also get hammered and he says that I do not care what happnes to them. And he says that I will make sure that you will end up in jail and will make sure that you will never come out from jail. Is this what the company called AIRTEL threatens they customers. As it was Airedale's fault that they did not help me out. Every month I used to get a bill of 6000/- where my limit was only 2000/-. And when I called them they are never helpfull. Please I request you to take a serious action with them. If this does not stop AIRTEL then you people are forcing me to file an FIR against your company for the way you people are threatening me illeagly.

                      Hi this is Gaurav Arora
                      MY airtel Digital id is [protected] my Mobile no is [protected]
                      .

                      I recieved so many calls to reactivate my Airtel Digital from Customer care. So finally i agreed with the offer

                      2450 for 11 Months Value Sports+18 HD Channels.

                      and My old Set top box was not working So they offered Set Top Box swapping in Rs. 50.

                      Total amount i paid was 2500. and i got my set top box replaced but my validity of Value Sports Pack is not 11 months.


                      Airtel lied to me and be-fooled me and my 2500 rs gone wasted.


                      I will go to consumer Court if i will nt get the offer.


                      I called 12150 so many times but didnt got any response.

                      I have all the recorded calls in my mobile where i was given the offer.

So finally i agreed with the offer 2450 for 11 Months Value Sports+18 HD Channels. and My old Set top box was not working So they offered Set Top Box swapping in Rs. 50. Total amount i paid was 2500. and i got my set top box replaced but my validity of Value Sports Pack is not 11 months. Airtel lied to me and be-fooled me and my 2500 rs gone wasted. I will go to consumer Court if i will nt get the offer. I called 12150 so many times but didnt got any response. I have all the recorded calls in my mobile where i was given the offer. Ressolve my Concern or i will go to Consumer Court

                          I am an Airtel Customer. Day before yesterday (1st April 2014) my Mobile stopped working at about 8:00 PM. There was no problem with the Device and I contacted Airtel Customer Support and I was told that there could be a problem with the SIM card and directed me to go to the nearest Airtel Customer Relationship Center to get a new SIM. As directed, I went to ITPL Airtel Customer Relationship Center and got a new SIM, where they promised activation of the SIM within 4 hours. This happened at 11:00 AM yesterday (2nd April 2014). But until now(3rd April 2014, 7:30 AM), the SIM is not yet activated. It has been more than 24 hours downtime and its very difficult not to have a mobile number. Even in case of emergency no one is able to contact me. When I contacted the Airtel outlet, I was informed that the Server was down throughout Karnataka and it would happen by yesterday (3rd April 2014) evening.                                   I successfully recharged my Airtel mobile no.with 252/- 1GB 3G recharge. But now I can only use the 2g data and I'm unable to use the 3g. I tried manual registration mode but it failed to register on the Airtel 3g network(3G network is not available from many days) .I tried the customer care helpline.. But they asked me to manually select the 3g network which failed.I also checked my Access point settings in my mobile, but I am still not getting any 3G network. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

                                      Hi Team, I have tried to do recharge Rs.110/-(talktime recharge) using my airtel money account through airtel website(www.airtel.in/money/...) I have recieved the OTP password and completed the transaction through the website. But for some reasons the amount got debited from my account(airtel money) and it is not showing in my main balance. (It doesn't seems that any other services also got activated for that Rs.110/-) I called airtel money service & spoke to agents of your's (Ticket#'s: 19353157, 19353151 & 19354301 created by Bala, Gangadharan & some other guy regarding the same issue. But no one was able to help me on this. they want me to speak to the prepaid recharge team. It's really ridiculous they don't know how to do that/ how they want me to do that. They did not guide me how to do that. Why does airtel has pathetic bunch o[censored]ncapable agents like the above mentioned ones, when they could not guide the customers. It was terrible experience speaking to these guys. The first guy with whom I spoke to Bala, completetly useless guy who doesn't know even how to speak(even in Tamil, his native language), he transferred the call to some other extn & disconnected the call.. I would like someone to help me with my issue of Rs.110(which got debited from my airtel money account for nothing) as soon as possible.                                         Request you to not to encourage phone numbers to anonymous persons with fraud calls. Seems fraud persons.
                                        a person from phone number [protected] is calling unknown numbers especially married females.
                                        he saying that he is from MAATV research group. He is doing research on couple sexual relation ship.
                                        He is asking all private information.

                                        i have couple of requests.
                                        1. Can you record his calls and lodge a complaint to respective authority. It will be clear of what kind of queries he asks and how he is torturing married women to provide other married women phone numbers.

                                        2. Request you to find out this person complete background details of how he got approval to have airtel number.

                                        3. Request you as a human being imagine how many families (married women) he is cheating with collecting private information. As indians we should not encourage such fradulent calls.

                                        4. Provide me information of whom we can complaint on such numbers to stop things going worst.

                                        5. Please reply to my request.

                                        Request you to protect females getting cheated or abused or tortured like this. Please do your best against such persons.
