Sir, I am regular payer of Post paid Airtel plan. My monthly usage is less than 600 always. on 22/3/2014 bill sent to my by email contains full of errors.They have shown my bill amount as Rs.553.67 but outstanding amount as Rs.1961/-.Further, in their records a transaction of Rs.2467/- which I have never made is shown and I sought details of payment.But all my emails are unanswered.     Airtel executive named soumya provide me fake details of a postpaid plan before three month and his senior executive made a confirmation call of my plan.I gave 250 rs and took my new sim .i was using aitel from last 6 years and they did such kind of thing.i am mentioning the offered plan by her: Std min:525 min local:200 min one Airtel 2 airtel free: without any cost 500mb net local calls rate:30 A2A, 40 for others std calls rate:50 /m sms: 50p roaming: 75/m all incoming/outgoing and what i was getting is: std:300min local:300min no number is free its payable of cost 99 250 net local calls:50p/m and std:60/m sms: 1rs or 1.50 rs roaming : 75 incoming, 1 or 1.50 outgoing. And the number is : [protected](which turn to prepaid to postpaid) From start date to till date i am continuously compiling to airtel customer care, senior executive but nobody doing anything on this matter.pnly they want me to pay all bill as per their provided plan.At the starting when 3-4 times i were complaining them for my plan they stopped my number for full week and said number is active from our side dont know what is the problem.when i call to soumaya and said why you are giving me such fake plan then she said you can complain i dont care that mean she know if i will complain no body will take action against her. Now airtel customer care are facing problem when i am not paying the payment.i got 10-12 calls and all time i explain the problem and want a bill according to the plan which offers me they said ok we will do that.but again i got call from another cc and still i have to repeat all the story.they are sending me final reminder i don't know why they are solving customers problem.At the staring i called them more than 20 times they didn't take action against that executive girl who sold me that plan and always cut my call i have many complaints number through phone and i made complaint through mail also but still they are saying its own problem .i don't know how many people suffering same problem i think this is the business to sell the plan .After that only customer will suffer they can make payment in their way. I have lost my phone before 1 month and called them and give my number don't know why still they are calling to my friends/relative to submit the payment.they are not able to solve my problem or they don't want to solve .every time they are calling me again i have to repeat the whole story .At the last i am writing here because i don't think they can do something regarding my problem.       Good Evening Sir, This is in regard to the misleading information provided by your website because of which I lost Rs.102. I was looking for a 3G recharge on your site and through your site I came to know about the Rs.102 offer (balance: 300MB, Validity: 30 days). I recharged the amount to my number after which I came to know that my INTERNET balance is still being cut from my main balance. I called the customer Care and they told me that the offer had been closed from 1st March. When I gave him the link at which I came to know about the offer he was clueless. This instance has made me lose my trust in Airtel. I am attaching the screenshot of the site. Please look into the matter ASAP.

        I have a Airtel broadband cum land line connection at thiruvengadam street, adyar, chennai. The connection is vide a scheme for a rental of rs.1999 per month and speed should be 24mbps upto 40 gb and 512 kbps beyond 40 gb. After lodging multiple complaints with the service department of airtel, there has been no improvement in the speed promised by the company vide the plan provided. This issue has been lingering since last 1 & 1/2 months without any valid reasons being shown by the service provider. Since last 3 days i have been following up with airtel customer care to look into the issue because the speed i have been receiving is not more than 2mbps. They have been advising that their service engineer shall be attending but since 03days no response from their end and the very slow speed is still continuing. This kind of a service was never expected from such a reputed service provider.

          using airtel postpaid with 299 plan in this plan I have 600 local minutes, 600 smsand1gb 2g data.
          but
          last month I am using 650 MB data bare t they are given 1300 rupees bill for net using.

          nearly 10 to 15 times I spoke to custmor care. They r not responce proparly

            I am Upma Chandra user of Airtel postpaid number [protected] (Delhi circle). On 15th Feb 2014, I asked the Customer Care to activate International Roaming (as I was travelling to Indonesia) on my phone. At that time, the outgoing call rate to India were in range from 80-150 (Max was 150), the rate varies for each operator.There at every hour I used to get SMS (even when I was not using the phone) that my credit limit has been increased. At the end of the month, I got a whopping bill of 6170 INR, where rates as 215 INR per minute were charged to me for making calls to India. I don't understand why they are not charging me as per the rates prevelant at that time when I used the services. I tried reaching customer care folks, but they are hardly understanding. I registered a complaint no 55551610 and got a call back from Airtel, where the guy after listening to my problem said he'd get back again. But It did not happend. I again called the Customer care referring my complaint no. They said "Mam your problem has been resolved, your bill is just fine". How come they mis charge like this and how come they react to my complaint and close it without acknowledging me. I haven't paid the bill yet and now the due date has already been passed due to their delay in response. I want Airtel to recalculate the bill as per earlier rates.

                I have not used airtel [protected] for 6-7 month..i have applied for it cancellation many time..gone to customrcare they say dial 121.they say your no is closed...after every two month the charge..the have not send bill to my email, nor to my home address..they are cheating frawd..How would a customer know about his bill if dey do not send...i want my whole money back not...

                    sir, 2nd march, I hv purchased 2 postpaid connection of airtel, but today[protected], only one sim has been activated. and when I am complaining to customer care ...they are telling me that they are not responsible for this.I am an engineering student of J.L.D. COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING & MANAGEMENT .PLZ do some thing. Mr . Souvik Mukherjee's contact no- [protected]. this man's behaviour is very poor.                       My no is [protected] on dialing the code *567# from my cell a list of internet packs came and i opted for 149 recharge in which 1 gb 2g net was to be given so there was no information about that this plan is to be activated from cell only so i told the shop kepper to do the net recharge of 149 but i got 295 local minutes on my number which is of no use ...kindly refund my money or cancel my plan of 295 local minutes and please activate the internet pack

                        Im using Airtel 3G connection & my number is [protected].My plan is unlimited 5GB(corporate plan) with fair usage policy which means after 5GB usgae my speed restricted to 2G speed . My billing period is 26th of first month to 25th of next month. On 26th march 2014, my next billing period was started, also my next data period for 5GB also started, but still my speed was not updated to the usual speed of 3G connection. I called many times to the customer care to check what's happened? but i received an answer that my usage shows that i crossed my 5GB limit. i asked bacjk that how 5GB can be used completely within two days, so i asked them to send the usage details that i used in the period of 26th march to 28th march, There is no response from airtel & still my speed is very below average of 2GB speed, i can't open any sites & as an equity trader i can't use the internet to trade my account, so which caused a loss in my trading account.

                          I have taken a Airtel corporate Postpaid Plan on 11th August. But till now my SIM card has not been activated as they told me in 72 Hrs it will be activated. I have called that person from whom I have taken this SIM card, but he is not taking my calls also he has given me his manager no. but no one was taking call . What we should do as a customr?/?/

                            Dear I had post paid connection no [protected] at pune I have 299 plan in which I got 1200min for calling .some sms and 500mb Data usage And one 199 Internet plan which a have already intimated to airtel executive for closing . after a verbal communication with airtel . they said that they will make it closed and no amount will be charged from me after that also you send me a bill for 199 additionally October & November may be its human error but in December company did the hike and send me bill like 299 rental +199 Internet +150mb charges as 1500 After that many times airtel executive talk with me but not received me corrected amount of bill on my mail Now you suddenly demand me for bill of actual amount without any correction So send me corrected bill so that I can clear your dues

                              Hi, I booked for a new digital tv connection by paying online and it has been more than 48 hours that the installation has not been done and neither any engineer has contacted on my registered number. I have called the customer care 10 times till now but still no further process has taken place. Every time I call a new excuse is made. I have even mailed on the customer support id but then also no positive process has taken place. Please see that this issue is taken care at the earliest on high priority.                                     Myself Nirav Oza, I was using [protected] airtel
                                    postpaid number from last 2 years and I was privileged customer. From
                                    last 4 months I am passing though some financial problems so that I am
                                    paying my outstanding amount in installments. But from last few week

                                    I am getting calls from one collection agency and They are using very
                                    abusing language with me and my family members and they giving threats to them. My wife is in hospital as my daughter is admitted. And one guy
                                    (Mr.Sharma) told me that ….“TERE KARMO KI SAZA TERI BETI BHUGAT RAHI HAI”,

                                    I mean he takes it personally and he also told me he come with police officer also.

                                    I am also escalating this matter to TRAI and Consumer court also.they don't have manners how to talk with privilege customer and how to talk with females.my family members and relatives are getting calls from mentioned number :

                                    Kindly find the whole meter as below:

                                    "For the last one week me and my family members receiving calls on from
                                    various persons claiming themselves to be officials/Channel partners of
                                    airtel for some outstanding dues on mobile no.[protected] for the last
                                    three days I am getting threatening calls from telephone number and who
                                    have been calling me at odd hours, either late at night or at wee hours
                                    of morning. I informed the caller that I will deposit the amount at the
                                    airtel outlets, the caller insisted that the amount should be paid
                                    through the collection agency the caller told me that the company has
                                    assigned him to collect cash from me personally, and I am bound to pay
                                    through him only. I have been receiving calls every second minute since
                                    morning starting from 1020 hrs, since I was busy in meetings, I DID not
                                    pick up the phone. At 1157 hrs, I received a call the moment I said
                                    hello, the caller started using abusive language and started threatening
                                    me saying how dare you DID not pick up the calls. On my insisting
                                    he disclosed his name as one mr.sharma, officer of airtel calling from
                                    their office located. When I objected to his abusive and threatening
                                    language, he further started calling me names and told me that within
                                    ten minutes he will come with his musclemen to where I am and forcibly
                                    take money from me. He even warned me to dare complain to police or
                                    authorities as he is not scared from anyone. He also told me that they
                                    have number of persons having criminal record, on their rolls and they
                                    are fully competent to effectively deal with people like me."Airtel staff forgets the fact that their salaries are paid by their customers and they need to respect their customers.Is this the code of conduct for collection that you people have mentioned on your website. Thats
                                    totally unprofessional on behalf of airtel as the agency is using your
                                    organization name only. If you will search net then probably will come
                                    to know what state of complaints come for airtel, which of course you
                                    will never come to know because good NPS would be projected in front of
                                    you.I am not going to let this harassment continue and am raising my voice to TRAI, newspapers and TV med I
                                    can share the mobile no.'s from where me and my relative have received
                                    the calls. I need solution to this ever increasing menace from Airtel
                                    even if it requires me to go to any extent.I am requesting you to
                                    kindly allocate someone from your office to call me and I will explain
                                    everything. Another major problem in Airtel is that no one raech higher
                                    authorities in Airtel.ia to let know everyone that so called one of the
                                    biggest conglomerate runs what kind of business.Kindly find the attachment and refer 5 (b) in Guidelines to Telecom Service Providers regarding collection of dues by outsourced agencies engaged by themb. Expected Conduct from agent of outsourced agency : i.
                                    Agent of outsourced agency shall conduct himself while undertaking
                                    collection of the outstanding dues as per the laws of the country and as
                                    per the Code of Conduct for outsourced agency and agents. ii. Agent
                                    of outsourced agency shall be polite towards the customer so as to
                                    avoid allegation of bad behaviour. Security deposited as per agreement/
                                    contract shall be forfeited by the telecom service provider and
                                    agreements cancelled for such acts. iii. Agent of outsourced agency shall not threaten the customer by using abusive language or following criminal means. iv.
                                    Agent of outsourced agency shall call the consumer only from the
                                    telephone numbers published on the Website of the Service Providers. The
                                    agent of outsourced agency shall not make calls from any other
                                    telephone number to consumer. v. Agent of outsourced agency shall
                                    make calls to the consumer or visit the premises of consumers for
                                    collection of dues during 8:00AM to 09:00 PM only or the appointed time.
                                    Sir, i want to pay all my dues and want to continue the services but its not a way to behave.i assure you to clear my due by 15th april 2014.need your help and do some strict action against it

                                      I Tony Wilson my customer is [protected], I raised a complaint regarding my airtel dth is not activated even after recharging my account. From past one week I'm calling airtel customer care. Airtel Agent is confirming it will be activated within 20mins, 24hrs, but nothing is happening and non of the airtel person is ready to resolve my problem. Only my currency and energy has wasted calling those people. Very bad service they are providing to the customers.

                                        I Shruti Bajaj lodged a complaint regarding set top box on 24.03.014 the reference number given to me was 3675272 the technician visited and said that there is no problem and charged me 150 for the visit and asked me to call him if the problem comes.Next day morning I called him for the problem that the set top box is not wroking he send another technician around 4 o'clock in the evevning the other one came with set top box wtih poor picture quality which he charged me 400 rs. and i deny to accept that set top box .so till now no other set top box has been insatlled and the existing one is also not working call in the the airtel customer service says your complaint will be resolved shortly but god knows when ...
