I raised a request for 2g pack deactivation for mobile no.
[protected] on 4th march 2014 in the evening around 7 PM. CCR
confirmed me that your pack will be deactivated within 1 hour and no other
information provided.
Now Airtel people generate bill of Rs.4733.73 and barred my
outgoing services due to excess usage.
When I spoke to appellate authorities I was SHOCKED TO
LISTEN that in 1DAY on date 4th March, my bill got generated to
approx Rs. 4733.73(Rs. Four thousand seven hundred thirty three rupees seventy
three paisa) against my credit limit of Rs. 1000.00 (Rs. One thousand only) and
they (Airtel India) themselves took decision to disconnect my services of their
own even without any intimation or prior warnings. Reason given by Airtel
Indian Customer care was my GPRS plan benefits are till 3rd March
which is IMPOSSIBLE because I raised a request on 4th March in the
evening around 6-7PM because I don’t want to charged for next billing cycle.
Charge Rs. 4733.73 (Rs. Four thousand seven hundred thirty
three rupees seventy three paisa) in unbilled amount in one day is baseless as
It is not possible that someone will use 2G internet for Rs. 4733.73 when there
are 3g services available in 10 time lesser amount.
And secondly, If my credit limit is of
Rs 1000 then how come my bill generate for 4733.73
If you people don't gave full Information to me then why should I
suffer or afford excess billing as a customer. Why Airtel decided to freeze my
account at Rs.4733.73 against my limit of Rs. 1000.00, why not at Rs.600, 800,
1, 000 or any other figure.
My credit limit is
Rs. 1000, I have not received any information that I have exceeded my credit
limit and suddenly next day my unbilled amount become Rs.4733.30.
I have used my internet before deactivating my services; there
is no sense of charging for the whole day usage and also Customer care
representative doesn’t inform me anything like this.
I have also attached the screenshot of message I have received
at 7:45 PM that my internet pack has been deactivated. If they have deactivated
my services at 7:45 PM than how come they stopped giving me the benefits of 2g
Pack from 3rd March.
I have used total 778 MB in a month, although I was offered
2GB internet with 80kbps after that unlimited free data with 40kbps speed.
Airtel is mentally harassing by generating fraud bills and
Stopping my outgoing services.
