Mr.Gopi (Custormer service officer) has promised to revise the amount and sending the closing letter to my home. But nothing has been done till now. I am getting calls from airtel customer care, they tourchering me and giving mental stress for payment, for the not working 3g dongle why should i have to pay ?
.Why these people not understanding customer complaints and giving me a proper responses.I am not getting any proper updates and feedback from any customer care executives. I need a proper person to help me out of this and to be solved asap. Or else i will take this to leagle action.

where is custormer service officer, pls check four five month complants, affter post the updated,

NO REPLY FOR MY LAST COMPLAINT MADE HERE.MR.GOPI (custormer service officer) HAS PROMISED TO REVISE THE AMOUNT AND SENDING THE CLOSING LETTER TO MY HOME. BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TILL NOW. I AM GETTING TOO MANY CALLS TO PAY THE BILL FROM LOCAL CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE. THE TORCHER ME LIKE HELL. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY THE AMOUNT. ITS GOPI'S MISTAKE WITHOUT INFORMING CONCERN DEPARTMENT AND PROMISED ME BLINDLY FOR CLOSING THIS. I WONT PAY THIS AMOUNT. IF YOU DIDNT TAKE ANY ACTION FOR THIS PROPERLY. I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT.

    We are connected with Airtel Digital TV ( Customer Id: [protected]) from past 4-5 years. But have never seen such a degrade of services that we have faced in the last year. Set top box, depending on its mood, starts on its own giving an error and asking to re-insert the top up card. A complaint was lodged with Ref No. 36303190 on 25th Feb, 2014. We were given the contact number of the assigned service engineer named Anil (contact no--[protected]) by some lady from service center ( contact-- [protected]). Engineer confirmed on call that he will be coming in 20 min but for the whole day, he was just be-fooling us, giving his location details and telling that he will be available in the next 20 minutes and till EOD, no-one showed up. Everybody has got his work to do. My father took an off for the day and the time was all waste. Is this called the commitment from company? After 2 days, same guy called up at 16:37 on 27th Feb, 2014 saying he will be coming by evening. My father was out of town. Nobody was home. So he told the same. And today we got a call from your customer care and we were told that the assigned engineer has reported the complaint as ---" subscriber not willing to get resolution for the complaint". on 2nd march, again we were given a reference no. 36387989 detailed as WRONG RESOLUTION and same thing was conveyed by the care executive that engineer will be available by evening and we didn't even get a call. On 13th march we called up the technician( Anil ) again and he assured that he will come next day. So on 14th march, the very busy guy arrived at last. But with a surprise that we will have to pay a 400/- Rs. for changing the STB as the warranty period, that was 6th march, 2014, has crossed. I called up the customer care same moment and the executive lady on phone also confirmed on phone that complaint filed in-warranty will be entertained as free. He even misbehaved her on the phone saying -- "BAKWAS MAT KAR. TU MERI BAAT SUN". She escalated this issue to someone at higher position who called us back from No. [protected] He talked to the technician and the rude guy also confirmed him over phone that he will replace it without charging the fee. After hanging up the phone, his voice changed. He said i am replacing the STB but you need to call up the customer care number again and they will give you an SR number( the third time) and then it will be activated by main office. Don't know what is this main office? and what do they work. After this ruthless guy's departure, I have called up on customer care number 4-5 times, someone keeps on hold for 10-15 minutes and phone hangs up itself, someone says she is giving an SR number through SMS but nothing comes up. Some one launches a Complaint and says Engineer will come next day. But he came today it self and said he can not activate it. We are really dissatisfied and disappointed with the service either you call it from service center end or the technician or company itself. Please help.

      Poor Customer service, they don't even have their customer service no on contact us page, we need to use justdial for that. When I called, the executive cut the call after putting me on hold for long time. When you click on View bill in the bill, it takes you to a logout page where you can't login ... the list goes on and on, seriously did not expect that from airtel.

        My mobile no [protected]. I had been using airtel mobile services till Jan 3 2014. The
        billing cycle of my postpaid no was the 27th of the month. I made the
        payment of the last bill received by me before shifting the services to
        Vodafone on the 3rd of jan 2014 due to poor network in my area in
        kandivali (w). The bill for the period frm 27th dec to 2nd ofJan has not
        been received by me till date ( earlier I used to get all my ebills ).
        Now airtel is asking me to pay rs. 536/- for the billing period of 28 th
        dec to 27 jan... I have already paid my bill to Vodafone fr period
        starting from Jan 3rd... How can i make payment to two operators for
        the same period ?... Again why does airtel not send me a bill... I
        have tried calling airtel many times, but there is nobody to resolve
        the matter.
        I have spoken several times to your officer Mr. Devendra yadav cell no [protected] but even he has not been any help .

          Dear Sir, I had made payment for Rs.655 for my Airtel datacard [protected] on18th June 2013 through their website www.airtel.com online . However, my internet was not recharged and the amount was deducted from my bank account. I made continuous complaints to their customer care/grievances division for 6-7 months. Every time they asked me to provide the copy of my bank statement from which the amount was deducted . I shared my confidential bank statement with them around 8-10 times . Later there was no response from their side. Now, finally they are giving this lame excuse that they cannot find the transaction. So, they are closing this complaint. I am surprised by the attitude and the response of the entire team of such a reputed company in dealing with their customers. I have been following up on this issue for the last 6-7 months and the company has been just giving me never ending excuses with no proper customer care/response adding to my grievances. I dont think there is no other proof required other than the bank statement proof which clearly states that amount was paid to Airtel for Rs.655 on 18th June 2013 and later there is no automatic refund from their side due to the recharge transaction which was unsuccessful. I am looking forward for resolution to get my money refunded. Thanks, Tina [protected]

            I reside in Chennai and my consumer ID is [protected]. My plan is South Mega Plan.I see in the airtel website that certain channels like Romedy Now, & pictures etc have been added for the plan, but I dont get any of these channels. I have raised a complaint with them(Reference no: DT[protected] and also called customer support a number of times regarding this issue. I raised the complaint on Feb 22 and there has been no response till date. Im utterly disappointed with the service and hope someone will look into this. Thanks, Ramkumar VM

              The Airtel network is very weak In Plot 150, Sheel Seasons, Matrusri Nagar, Miyapur Hyderabad-500050. The signal is very weak and we do no receive calls.Also calls are dropped continuously . In the house the sound is garbled and you have to run all around to hear clearly. It keeps on searching for Network every couple of minutes and calls get cancelled all the time this has been happening from so long and is getting worse. The signal is very weak in this area. Please rectify this problem immediately or let us know if it is not possible so that we can Change the service provider.Hoping for a quick solution and better network Regards Venkata Rama Raju B.

                  Hello Sir, I purchased an Airtel no. from my classmate Amit Kaushik and the no. is [protected] for Rs. 12000/-He told that the ownership of this no. can’t be changed if I am not in his blood relation, so he suggested me to port this no.out in vodafone on my name. He went to Vodafone store with me and submitted all documents with porting code i.e. AD137848 on 31st May, 2013 for port out formality. After 7 days this no. activated on my name and I distributed this to my business circle but as approx 3-4 months passed my no. got disconnected in a sudden, when I inquired to vodafone store they told my no. has been deactivated permanently, they told me that old owner of this no. wrote to vodafone that it is a fraudulent case, I don’t know how this no. got ported out from Amit Kaushik to Deepak Rawat’s name.Now this no. has gone to Airtel back so go to Airtel store and ask for the same. He used your Consumer Complaint website to do this fraud while he himself went with me to get his no. port from Airtel to Vodafone because he took 12, 000 Rs. from me for this no. Then I went to airtel store they told this no. is on the name Mr Amit Kaushik, He is my classmate whom I purchased no. from, But when no. is again activated on his name he is not attending my call and not responding by any source of communication. He is neither giving my money nor giving the no. Both the things has gone from me, he is speaking you can’t get this no. back from anywhere. I have bills of above mentioned no. on my name(Deepak Rawat) for more than 3 months. I[censored] ask I can send you those bills as attachments. He also threatened me getting me called over phone by a policeman that don’t call him again and again regarding this no. otherwise I’ll get you apprehended. Please help to get my no. back because it is a financial loss to me as I distributed this no. in my business circle and also have this number printed on my visiting cards. He betrayed me playing such a trick while I never thought he could have done it with me.                     My mobile no- [protected]
                    I’m an Airtel prepaid 3G mobile Internet user. I was recharged with Rs 655 Plan and was enjoying a proper 3G speed but after My 3G plan (3GB data ended) suddenly it slowed down to below 0- 2 kbps. I’m using Rs 655 data plan, got 3 GB 3G data and After I should get at the speed of 80kbps (unlimited). I used 3GB data at good speed. But as the 3G data ended the network is lost and speed slowed down 0-2 kbps. Please solve this problem, I’m not able to use Internet even Cant open Google and also Network is too slow sometimes all signal were lost.

                    I am facing this problem since last 06 days, I also have registered complaint regarding this on customer care 198 ( complain ref no. 88361 & 48121) and talk to Mr Gaurav (Senior Supervisor) but nothing has been sorted till date.

                    This type of problem I also faces 04-05 months before in this Rs 655 plan and that time also the complaint was not sorted and they send the msg of complaint has been resolved. I also communicate through mails but the whole process takes the 1month time and my plan got ended.

                    AIRTEL SERVICE IS KNOWN AS GOOD NETWORK ACROSS ALL OVER INDIA.
                    BUT THIS TYPES OF ISSUES MAKE THE POOR EFFECTS

                      Another worst execution from Airtel. Surya([protected]) is the guy who called me several times from Airtel and explained about 'My Plan'. After several call, I've agreed to migrate my Prepaid SIM to Postpaid. Next day(6th March 2014) some sale's guy(Bhagyaraj - [protected]) came to my office to collect the ID proof and Security deposit money (Rs.300). He didn't give the SIM card but he promised to give the card on next day. Without getting any confirmation from me they've blocked my Prepaid number. Last one week my business and personal calls got blocked. Who is responsible for this? I need clear response on this. And I've lost my business because of this.                         My Airtel data card, despite the Connection Manager showing full signal strength, doesn't stay connected to the Internet for long. And this happens on a daily basis for a good part of the day, mostly during working hours when my Internet necessities are higher. I have contacted the Customer Support toll free number numerous times. They always provide the same solution: delete temporary files using the Run command and then clean files using Disk Cleanup. If that doesn't sort it out, they redirect the call to some kind of 'senior', who tells me to change the Network preference (WCDMA only) in Connection Manager settings and then do a manual search for networks, and select 'Airtel 3G' from the list. This has happened more than four times. Then the 'senior' would tell me he can't help any more, and that a complaint has been registered, and that I will be getting a text message and a call in the next 24 hours. Neither the text nor the call ever came. To start with, this is how the Connection Manager looks like. Notice the signal strength. Also notice the Error 500 on the left pane, which is the advertising pane.                             My airtel number is [protected] & balance has been deducted by Rs.100 2-3 times even though I have not used for any outgoing/incoming calls or messages in the last 2 weeks. Today I got a airtel service message mentioning "Last call cost Rs.100". How the hell can you make such a deduction? Is Airtel run by a bunch of Burglar ???? Go sell your company to some good businessmen if you cant get profits from operations. On what basis have you deducted the amounts. I need an explanation and I need to receive my INR 200 credited back to my account? Just because I am on International roaming, does that mean you at airtel begin to loot customers like me who have balances in the prepaid accounts???? REFUND all the money you have deducted by way of such nasty looting immediately.

                              Arround 1 month ago i have dropped many times a request for restallation and after restallation i am facing no signal problems. i called your customer care a lot of times but they are telling different 2 types solution like just on- off the set top box, and so on.in starting the problem was not more but recently its become very big. i again called to customer care but they told your address is not update so it will take time. i am very much dissappointed from the service.                                 No refund of Security deposit for postpaid connection

                                I changed from Airtel prepaid to postpaid in November 2012 by paying a security deposit of 500 Rupees. When I asked for a bill, the representative in the airtel relationship center(Pedda Waltair, Visakhapatnam) said that they will refund it back either as 100 each for three consecutive months or when I exit. Ok, Fine looks good I proceed to take a connection. So far so good, I got the first bill with no refund in it. I called the customer...

                                Hi, While doing multiple online transaction i was trying to recharge Rs200 for my airtel prepaid number.
                                By mistake i changed the number and transaction also was scussfull, after realizeing it, i called customer care from my postpaid number([protected]).
                                Post paid customer service representative explained the procedure that he will transfer the call to prepaid customer service where i can able to cancel the transaction.

                                But once i get transfered, customer service lady simply shouting that sorry we can not do and i have to contact to the number which i recharged and simply cut the phone. What a business ethics she is having, unfit for the job.


                                Here is my two transaction i did simultaneously
                                There i did STD pack recharge to right number where as that Rs200 was wrong.
                                I supposed to recharge to [protected], but i recharged to[protected] wrongly.

                                As it is a online transaction, they should give option to revert back or cancel it as long as we have proper transactions.

                                  I would like a file a complaint against Destiny Infotech a branch of airtel situated at bhishmapitamah marg, kotla mubarakpur, delhi-110003. They have not delivered the sim card order placed to them on 03/02/2014 . Receipt number:001156. The employee with mobile number [protected] has been rude and has been avoiding my calls for the past two days. The branch has also taken a security of Rs:250 and have done nothing to resolve the matter. All they keep saying is that it will take time. I hope this matter gets addressed as soon as possible.

                                    I have been using airtel mobile service since 2008 where inthe bill plan was airtel advantage 99 with GPRS 199(Unlimited plan).
                                    But the bill plans were changed without any kind ofinformation to me which has resulted in heavy bill.
                                    1:- The bill plan was AIRTEL ADVANTAGE 99 when i opted forthe connection till the september (2011) billing cycle of 17th aug 2011 to 18thseptember. But suddenly airtel has changed the bill plan to Bajaj Allianz CUGplan without any intimation from 16th oct 2011 onwards.

                                    2:- I had been using the 199/- GPRS unlimited plan since Iopted for airtel mobile service in 2008. But on 8th Jan 2014 airtel changed theGPRS plan to 98/- (2gb)plan without any information. I came to know about thechange in plan when I called up the call center around 10th feb to enquire whymy GPRS connection was not working. There also they informed that the internetusage has gone up to around Rs 8000/- so the net connection has been blocked.

                                    I have raised my query with callcenter person how the billplan has been changed without any information and if my credit limit per billis 5000/- howcome the precent bill has gone upto 8864/-.

                                    I have been writing mails to airtel since 24th Feb 2014 butthey always revert as "we are looking into the matter and the same wouldtake time.

                                      I have airtel postpaid connection with me and already i have been informed abour MNP but all time Airtel is denying MNP request by saying wrong MNP cod and or Contractual Obligation. Now today 11th March 2014, i ring up to customer care [protected] but executive said that we have not any data of your connection and you need to call 59059 but thats wrong number by him. Without using sim card i am getting heavy bill. all time denying MNP request. Idont want Airtel services and want to stop the same immediate to avoid loss in future.
