    Airtel have one offer called "Happy Hours Pack" 30 mins for RS 5. I have activated that plan. I got message from Airtel that the pack is activated. But when I Call I am charged 90 paise per call. When I called customer service they said that you have taken "LOAN" that's why the balance is deducted. This happened Two time with me second time also they have deducted bala nce I got the message that plan has activated but still they are saying that you have taken loan.

      My Airtel Number is :[protected] User Category: Platinum Years with Airtel: Atleast 6 years. Issue: International Billing Issue Issues Since: December 5th 2013 Credit Limit before I left for US: 13000 INR Background: I was to travel to USA for three weeks from November 22nd till December 13th 2013 and hence I contacted airtel to activate basic international package of 3500 INR. I started my travel and within a couple of days, I was told that package does not contain data option and hence for cost saving you can activate a 999 INR basic data plan. I activated that. After few days o[censored]sage, Airtel notified me through a SMS that my usage has reached 8000 INR and asked me if I wish to continue. I said replied YES. I got an SMS again after a couple of days that my Usage is touching 10000 INR and do I wish to continue and I said yes. I got an SMS again after a couple of days that my Usage is touching 13000 INR and do I wish to continue and I said yes. Post this, I stopped getting any notification or confirmation. After 3-4 days, I asked my wife to check with airtel only to know that a bill of 36, 000 INR. I was shocked. The amount was 3 times my credit limit and I was told that data usage was high. I immediately asked airtel to block data package. And this does not end here, the amount was only tll 4th December and hence another huge bill was awaiting me going by what Airtel did with my this bill. No one proactively informed us about high usage of data given the fact that I had only a basic package of 999 INR was activated. There was no message or call to ask me for confirmation on usage. The SMS that I received til 13000 was to inform me about my unbilled usage and I replied yes till 13000 knowing that once bill is generated discounts will be applied. My wife opened a ticket with airtel in first week of december, our questions to airtel were the following: 1) How come the usage reached 3 times and Airtel did not barred my services? 2) Why in the world was I not informed that my data usage is going higher and that my basic package limit has been hit? 3) Why did Airtel made a decision to continue with my services when I did not respond to their confirmation message when my usage went beyond 13000 INR? 4) I actually never received messages beyond 13000 INR and hence could not reply. Why was a no response from me was interpreted as a YES response. 5) Why was there no attempt by Airtel to call me and inform me that my usage is too high and we need your confirmation? 6) When the usage reached 3 times for the bill period of 4th Novemeber to 4 December 2013, why did Airtel continued my services without seeking my approval? I was told on 2nd February 2014 that though system sees that a lot of calls have been made on issue to Aritel but no ticket has been generated. The CSR that time told that all the previous CSRs have for some reason not created a ticket for your issue. This guy also told me that in December he sees that system increased my credit to 50000 INR which according to him has caused all problems. I have been using airtel for years and whenever credit limit has increased, it has taken 3-6 months to gain additional credit based on last few months usage. How in this case the system updated limit by approx 5 times when never in the past my usage has been this much. I smell foul play here and I think airtel CSR must have increased my limit and now they say its regular system action. Its been more than 60 days and I get daily reminder calls for bill but no one has called me to discuss my issue. Every call they tell someone will call for first 45 days and now they tell me to send email, call this guy call that guy. Tickets have been closed saying everything is right without even talking to me. Now my outgoing has been debarred. I have told them multiple times that you cannot force me to pay and cannot threaten me. Airtel is trying all it can to ignore my issue and force me to pay. They are harassing me by calling every day and when I tell them that you first fix my issue, the person who call every day fo not even know that I have an issue. I am not saying that I will pay a meagre amount. I know my usage could be 15 to 20 thousand but not what Airtel says. They forced me into this position by not acting responsibly and now they are shedding their accountability. I need help. Airtel has all records of my calls and history. Please let me know if you need additional information. Thanks in advance.

        I had visited airtel office at kadvantra (Kochi) kerala in aug 2013 for disconnection view change of location. On contacting customere care number from airtel office in kadvantra it ws told that technical perple will inspect and will call u.
        Till 04 days there was no call, i again visted the office and again was told to contact customere care (5555) and was told it was not feasible. I told thenm to disconnect as i have to shift to new location. No response for few days agian i visted and was told to contact customere care.
        However i cleared my bill (Airtel account id [protected]) till 03 nov 12 vide e receipt no [protected]. I told them to close my account as this will be my last bill payment, however the response at airtel kadvantra office was very lackasiadl and was told agin to contact customerecare. I couldn't understand the response was so poor .
        It is therefore requested that i will not pay any bill after last payment and request your airtell office not to disturb me again and again by remeindingg for non payment of bill as that is not my mistake.

          I am so shocked that he has my call details like which no. what time i called and what time i messaged and got reply and everything.

            Sir, I have been using an Airtel broadband connection, account number- [protected], contact number- [protected]. A complaint had been recorded for a malfunctioning Internet connection on February 10, 2014. The complaint number for the same was: 43324654. On the same day, I was contacted by an Airtel executive(contact number- [protected]). No one visited my residence to correct the problem. On February 13, 2014, another Airtel executive, Mr. Tarun(contact number [protected]), had visited my residence to correct the problem. Instead of correcting the problem, he changed the settings for the wireless connection and removed the password without consult and left without informing. The problem still remains unsolved. Another complaint was registered with Mr. Ankit, the floor manager. The complaint number was 43424968. We pay for proper internet services and yet Airtel has failed to provide us with that. Please do the needful.

            My AirTel Broadband on[protected] was abruptly dsconnected on 24-03-15. I was told some payment is outstanding. I checked my records and mailed Nodal Officer Excel Sheet with details of all Bill received and all payments made since February 2013 (the date which AirTel claims is outstanding).. Even thereafter, my line has not been reconnected nor have I received any reply from AirTel.

            I also gave them the option of permanently disconnecting / removing my connection but that too was not complied and here also silence.

              I was using 199 unlimited 2G plan. But one day they barred my gprs facility saying that " Mobile internet usage for my Airtel mobile [protected] as on 12-Feb-2014 is Rs2989. Please pay Rs2989 to enjoy continued mobile internet services." If I am using unlimited data how can you bill me this much amount. I called customer care regarding this matter. Then I came to know that my data plan has changed to 2GB 99 Plan. I dont understand how can a service provider change a plan without the consent of the customer. And now I am not able to access internet on y phone. All my transactions are through internet only. Not only that. When I asked for 3G facility once, they told me that 3G service is not available. I ported my number from BSNL only to use this unlimited Plan. Now I am thinking of porting back to BSNL if this issue is not rectified . BSNL also providing unlimited data plans. I want to waive off the above mentioned amount and change back to 199 unlimited 2G plan.

                Hi, I stay in Urapakkam, Chennai & have applied for Airtel broadband connection on Dec 26, 2013. I gave a cheque of Rs 500. Airtel called me back on Jan 06, 2014 and told that connection is not feasible. But till today I have not got my refund amount. I have followed up with them multiple number of times. Then finally they said they have couriered it and the cheque no is 190470 and blue dart courier ref no is [protected]. Blue dart courier guys are saying that they do not have any courier with that reference number. I already spent more than 60 minutes over 2 months for getting my money back. Requesting you to please get back the amount in spending time over 60 minutes in calling airtel customer care. 500+100 = Rs 600. Requesting you to please help me.

                  My airtel fixedline installation request number is 20805336 and I was supposed to get the brodband connection along with modem within 3 working days. As of now the broadband connection is not installed and 3 days are over, I am in a desperate need of internet connection and this delay is costing me a lot. I have already paid 600 INR in advance for modem.

                    Am not able to receive an incoming calls and sms for my airtrel number [protected] Also not able to send sms from past 1 week. I even called up the customer care for more than 7 times no response had been to airtel outlet still no response. This is very annoying the customer executive says you will get an call from technical team but no response and outlet care says it will sort by end of the day. Very bad service and torture.                     Am problem is not yet resolved am still not getting the incoming calls and SMS & no outing SMS. Airtel says they have solved but its not yet solved am so frustrated with them please so consider this problem as high priority.                       My Airtel Money No-[protected]. An amount of 150 (50+50+50) BLOCKED in my Money a/c since 6.2.14.                           what is the guide line to extend temporary expiry date for prepaid Airtel ? Why are customer service asking to charge in spite of balance is above Rs 200 in the a/c?                             Airtel is not interested in improving in their signal range in this locality. it has become very difficult to use the mobile phone for calling while at home. even after repeated complains I am still facing the same problem for many years. about 90% of the people living in the same locality and using the same service provider would be suffering from the same problem.

                                    Hello, I have submitted my documents with initial deposit Rs 600 for a new broadband and landline connection on 27th Jan 2014. The guy who had come to collect the documents assured me 100% about the feasibility of the connection and promised to be installed it within 48 hrs. Next day I received a message on 28th saying installation will be done within 3 working days. After waiting a week, when I called customer care they said your request has been rejected since there is no feasibility in your area and you will get the refund amount in next 21 working days. On 10th Feb another guy came to my place to collect my documents and the installation amount again and was saying 2mbps plan is currently available in my area. My question to airtel is now how you are promising customers and taking documents and money while you are not sure about the feasibility. This is very disappointing to submit documents and the initial amount again and again. The same thing happened to me previously also and I didn’t get the money back as they promised. Airtel gives priority on sending people to collect documents and money only, not on giving connections as they use to promise. This is really very disgusting. My TBLR: 6787066 Request : 20484563.                                       Hello I am using my mobile no. - [protected] from Airtel since 6 months. I was paying all my bills well due before due dates. But about two weeks back Airtel offered me a Plan for 3G with advance payment of 9200 for 12 months which I confirmed from the executive that I had to pay in my coming bill cycle with its due dates. My credit limit associated with the number was Rs.1400 which was supposed to be overruled by this plan for this month. My Bill generation date is 05th Feb and due date is 24th Feb but Airtel despite o[censored]nderstanding this that I am suppose to pay this as a advance payment to them, Disconnected my services claiming that this exceeds my credit limit.When(10 Feb 2013) I called customer care, first said they will not let me talk to their senior and when I insisted they disconnected my call saying will forward this to their senior.Second time when I called they were demanding me to commit that I will have to pay this money within 48 hrs. and only then they will re activate my connection. I told them clearly that this has to be dependent on the due dates of the bill within which I will pay and you can not hold me liable/defaulter before this and tried to explain that this would be an advance payment and not after usage but they did not accepted for which you can not disconnect my services before due date.Also to be noted that I have already paid INR 3, 630.12 out of total bill 10630.12 after which they did stopped my services(due to my credit card billing cycle).I need compensation for this unacceptable action taken by a service organization towards its customer and my services to be reactivated.                                         I used INR 125 plan for data - 1GB.. I got details about a new 199 2GB plan through airtel marketing team. So I changed my plan to INR 199 on 27th of previous month.. My Billing cycle is 7th of every month. When my bill was shared, Airtel charged me INR 125 for entire bill period 8-Jan-2014 to 7-Feb-2014 and INR 199 for 27-Jan-2014 to 7-feb-2014.. This is unacceptable as the same needs to be Prorated!
