Hi Its Ashutosh, new victim of Airtel and its fraud customer services. Its my 6th experience with Airtel customer care team. And this time it is for Airtel 4G connection. I am having Airtel 4G device since last few months. Connection was running fine and smooth for some time and one day Internet connection stopped working. From Airtel I had broadband connection, From the day broadband was installed there were continous outages, for this reason I asked them to close the connection, they promised to improve on the same and I paid them two month bill.

But things did not improve, and continued as before, the connection will be on for some time and them will go dead.
