Hi, I am really disappointed with the service from airtel customer care. I submitted the required documents on[protected] at Palarivattom Airtel Office to port from Tata Indicom CDMA number to Airtel. From[protected] morning my Tata indicom connection got disconnected( No incoming and outgoing was possible) and I realized i need to start using Airtel Sim now. I completed Tele verification by calling 59059 and they confirmed like i can make calls after 15 minutes. But i was only able to receive calls not able to make outgoing calls until now. I contacted customer care later on[protected] evening - approximate to 4.00 PM) They mentioned like there is some fault in system and hence the televerification completion was not updated in their system to make out going calls. But they confirmed like since it was already completed from my side i may not be able to make televerification again. They ask me to wait for 24 hours since this cannot be handled by customer care and tomorrow is sunday :( . It was one of the finest reason one can get for not able to make calls. I waited for 48 hours now until now the issue was not solved. In between i contacted many times each time they wil l say it will be transferred to senior department but of no use. From today onwards they started calling to my number and telling like since we are contacting them for the same issue multiple times they are not going to fix the problem. That communication came from the listed number ( +91 [protected]). The kind of communication he gave reveals the poor strategy which they can shouw if they are not able to solve the issue. By the way I already send complaint email to Keral circle Nodal officer but of no use. I should say it was one of my biggest mistake to port towards Airtel. I am not sure what will be the outcome but i am planning to go to the nodal office right away.

I have port my no [protected] from bsnl to airtel it ported on 13.10.15 at 23.31 hrs, after that i have charged Rs.130/- on 14.10.15, though it charges successfully but shows nil balance. as per advice of customer care, I have attend at Airtel relationship center at chiriamore, barrackpore, W.B. As per their advice i wait for 2 days, then successfully charged Rs.62/- and Rs.1/-on 17.10.15 further, it shows through sms talk time for Rs.62/- and validity for 90 days . but still i can't able for any outgoing calls, I further attend Airtel Relationship centre today i, e. 19.10.15 but they just advised me for waiting, it ported 7 days past, but no outgoing calls can be made. i think is is my blunder to part in airtel. in this festive session i am communication less.

        What are the minimum condition to revert to the original life time expiry date from the temporary expiry date on account of 60 days inactivity for Airtel prepaid life time mobile. Pls confirm an out going SMS during the temporary expiry date will be sufficient or any other condition prevails.

          I had paid all my airtel landline bills and had requested for disconnection of my landline. Here are the cancellation details : CANCELLATION REQUEST NO. : 41063032 I don't understand why I am being harassed by airtel now. I was informed that my connection will be cancelled within 7 days and I had opened the cancellation request in November 2013. Kindly stop harassing me with any further emails. Also I tried to make payment for the landline for the amount you quoted in the email and it shows incorrect number in your database (attached is a snapshot) when I try to make the payment which shows that the number has been cancelled. Hence stop harassing me for no reason or else I would have to take strict actions.               Sir,
              from the day 15th of feb.2014, i am receiving a blank call from the mobile number [protected].
              The person calls 8 to 10 times a day and do not speak anything. Actually someone is trying to
              irritate my sister.
              please its a humble request to you to command over this number and stop this kind of activity as soon as possible.

                Dear Airtel, I am writing this message your Customer Care Team has failed to services my request. For Airtel Account No : [protected][4G LTE Connection], which was taken on 8th of Feb, there is Wrong Bill that has been generated. As my connection is on 2 Month Advance Rental Plan of 2999, The Bill Generation at this moment is irrelevant and is void. I would request Airtel Team to Look into this strictly and provide my the proper resolution this time. Below is the Brief History of the Complaint and Problem that I have face since i have taken the Connection : 1. My Connection was activated with Rs 650 Plan[3GB] Instead of 2999 Plan. 2. Had to Log Multiple Service Request to resolved this issue; and After Continuous Followup of 1 week with Airtel Team[Rajeev ; Mb No. [protected]], it was rectified to proper plan. 3. But, Plan was again wrongly updated back to 30GB Plan after 2 days post rectification. 4. Again Need to Log SR to rectified it proper Plan[SR is 55166331] 5. Post log of later SR[55166331], My Plan is updated properly, but there is a also a wrong Bill Generation 3782.77 immediately after the updation of Plan. In reference to this, I have contacted Airtel Customer Care, namely Sunil and Rajeshekar, but they had objected me to take any SR against this asking me to wait for 24 hrs inspite of the fact that there is a problem in the Bill, and also denied me on transferring call to their Managers saying that there are no Manager at the floor at that time and they are operating without any Manager and Supervisor. So, Airtel Team, I reminding with this message to your Team that, Customer pay money for the service; and if the service is not good and do give value for their customer, that organization will never flourished. I am attaching the snapshot of my bill and the Application with this complaint.

                  I just received sms from AZ-ARWTRC - "Eff. 9-Mar-14, rent for airtel digitalTV ID [protected] will be revised to Rs 235/month with addition of Rishtey, Movies OK, Sony Mix, Nick Jr, Discovery Kids&Sonic" - I never requested these channel I don't want subscription of these channel. This is happening second time Airtel increasing rent as per their will. Idea behind set top box is "pay as you need" I don't want this stupid channel Airtel forcing me to subscribe these stupid channels with increased rent. I don't need these channels I don't want any change in the subscriptions.

                  Thanks for quick response though what was shared is option it’s not resolution. I explored airtel.in/myaccount, my question is if I already selected my requirement why should I do it again? Selecting individual channels will take lot of time and my time is precious. My expectations are very simple I don't want addition of any new channel(Rishtey, Movies OK, Sony Mix, Nick Jr, Discovery Kids&Sonic) since no channels are added to my subscription hence on cost burden on Airtel and there will be on change in rent.

They increased monthly rental unsubscribe English new channel all without informing me. A live example of how Airtel cheats customer. Once you purchase Airtel service or product you have only 2 options pay what they demand or opt out.

                      hi this s shalini Just 2 months back i took post paid connection into this nu [protected]... im not at all happy with the servie, 1st month i got a bill 2800 Rs and my call charge is 35rs and rest the of the amount they charged for message according to my plan 200 sms free but i haven't utilise the sms facility.. but customer care blaming i send 3500 sms i send to one number, but i havent send the sms but still i paid the bill, again this month i got a bill 3500Rs same reason my call charge is 42 and rest of the a, amount they charged for sms again this month i send 4800 sms to same number how it is possible, seriously im very pissed off there is no proper clarification regarding my bill they suspended my incoming & outgoing calls... please solve my issue.

However he explained about a seeking money option to get back the amount from that account as a gift. However its is not working. I called up the other person and he seems to be unwilling to give back the amount. How do I get the money from the other phone account?

                              here is a copy of my letter to airtel regarding it shamelessly stupid service and money-mongrelling tactics Subscriber ID[protected] Name - XXX City - Ahmedabad Airtel DTH is the worst I have experienced in terms of technical issue resolving and services. Inspite of paying 4 times for the same "video"problem, which occurs every few days, Airtel demands I pay service charge of Rs. 150 almost 2 times a month. Since you people are not competent enough to solve my problem. During 5 complains this should have been solved. Nowadays I end up paying double the amount for DTH services - 430 monthly rental + about 300 every month for solving of "video" problem, where a select few channels blackout.It seems airtel has no regards or respect for its customers. or the company is going bankrupt so fast that they have to play these kind of tricks to cut off signal of a few select channels and then charge Rs. 150 for solving them. THIS IS OUTRIGHT CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS OF THEIR MONEY.I DEMAND this problem be solved immedietely as i PAY FOR THE SERVICES AND AIRTEL IS NOT PROVIDING ME THEM to me FREE IN CHARITY. GIVE ME WHAT I AM PAYING FOR. ONCE AGAIN, THIS IS NOT A REQUEST, IT IS A DEMAND!!! !AND IF YOU DO NOT THAVE THE TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES, I DEMAND A FULL REFUND FOR MY EQUIPMENT WHICH YOU CAN COLLECT BACK AT ANYTIME. i DO NOT NEED SUCH A POOR COMPANY FOR MY DTH SERVICES.                                     Last year I bought airtel postpaid connection number [protected] only to use 3G service & paid Rs. 800/- well in advance as rental for a tenure of 10 months of service. Activated 3G service & used for 5 months. Due to non coverage of 3G service outside Surat city, discontinued use of it after 5 months. I was given the understanding that after 10 months, the services will be stopped. Now, Airtel is demanding Rs. 1600/- as unpaid bill amount. They are arguing that I am expected to go to airtel stores to stop the services. Ridiculous !!

                                      Hi, Respected AIRTEL Team, My self Amit Sinha and this is very embarrassing and sad to inform you that today i am fix in very critical condition. this is a complain from my side to your relevant store person.On Saturday in evening i was purchase a new prepaid connection on 15th FEB 2014, on that day the person who was sitting over there he told me that up to 10 PM your number will be activated and you also got the 200 rs/- talk time at same time then i came back and wait for activation and up to 8:30 PM my no got activated but balance was not in number, so i worried about balance then i wait for balance up to Monday full day.still i not received any balance so then after next day i reach up to same Airtel outlet and talk to the person then he told me that by mistake he haven't balance in his cell so he recharge within 1 hour so just listen and come back home. Now again i wait the whole day no any balance were come in my account, so now i feel so embarrass and also for few moment i also got angry to the concern person.this number i purchase for my mom and at the same day my mom wants to call in family member so in emergency base i recharged on the same new number of 50 rs/- + tariff of 65 rs/-which reduce the call rate of 40paisa/mint.Still i haven't got any balance from store person side however he takes me 225 rs/- for new connection and told that you will got 200 rs/- of balance.Now to complain about the whole concern i again reach the same store and met with same person now he told me that i am very sure that i have recharged on number so kindly go and check the message details and inform me back, so when i came back home and i check sms the i got that i received 3 messages which says that recharge not successful with 2 transaction id- ([protected]/[protected]), so i inform the same thing now he told me that i forgot to told you that don't recharge on your number from any ware otherwise this 200 amount you not able to received, so up to here i reached continuously 2 days by quieting 1 hour before from my office to talk and resolve for my concern to Airtel store.Now when i say that after waiting for long time at least 72 hrs, when i have same emergency then i recharge then he told me that don't worry, take another Sim card and now this time i recharge on that number and you no need to pay any more just you need to submit the id proof once again but in previous number now it is not possible.but my concern is that as simple as if i am already purchase a number and also distribute in all family members why again i purchase the number just because i wait and also got panic feel embarrassing, is this a Airtel services when i told that i am going to complain for this concern then he said me that you cannot do any thing because if i got any call regarding this concern.i just say that i have verbal proof with me and and will tell them that i have inform each and every thing and i also recharged on the same number, but customer is not agree. so simple . Now my question is that is this a way to deal with a customer or handling or treating the customer with lot of panic--his name i don't know but contact no is -[protected].After that today when i call for complain on customer care from my no which is [protected] and try to talk with agent then he also talk in very pathetic way and also disconnect the call 3 times i have recorded call with me kindly resolve my concern with balance and also follow up with customer care agent i am going to attached the complete recorded call with Airtel store address which is in my location...RZ-77C, Vaishali Palam, Dabri Road New Delhi-110045...My new number is --([protected]) . See i am not a VIP Customer for you as well for any body i am just a simple and normal private working person with very low salary in just 5 figure in seance-12000/-PM.Please this a humble request that please take as a high priority base. my office working time is 9:30 AM- 7:30 PM so on sat & SUN i am always free so for any confirmation i am not able to receive your call because of i don't allow to pick the call in office premisses...i am waiting for your best response... sorry sir but i going to send and use the first time this step in my life so all proof i have as a verbel so i don't have any photo proof...give me any other option to attache the audeo clip...
