I called to customer care executive five times back for every time he talk two or 5 secount then put in hold and finally after five minute not to talk with me and cut my phone as as like i m not to customer like a bull man...
I have recarded five time recording of air tel customer guy i m suffring from last two days please do need full

And i m also esclated to this problem in face book, link in, you tube, and write it to every customer who buy airtel new connection

And shame the custemor executive from airtel who never knows customer problem
Sir and give me to airtel email id mr.Bharti

    I subscribed for a new airtel digital TV HD connection on tuesday[protected]. It has been 4 days and the installation of the dish and the set top box is yet to happen. I contacted the following airtel numbers. [protected], [protected], [protected]. Whenever I call the customer service the reply I get from this is, that the issue has been escalated to the next level. Till now I have neither received a call from technician or the dealer. I am utterly disappointed by the service provided by airtel and deeply regret my decision to go for this subscriber.

      To protect all our mobile subscribers from malicious activities which may result in substantial increase in their phone bill, airtel would like to advise the following:
      » Do not respond to any unexpected calls from a number with the +92 or +375 country code.
      » Do not respond to any suspicious missed calls from unknown numbers.
      Do not get lured into any financial transactions or divulge any personal information like IMEI, Bank Account number and other information to callers offering prize money or lottery winnings. Also do not respond to any instructions to dial an international number to get the prize money.
      » This luring may also be done through SMS messages offering prize money and seeking personal details on a specified email ID. Please do not respond to these.
      » Do not respond to any SMS/Email from unknown sources prompting you to call on a number or go to a site offering free download of content/movie clips/pictures.

        I was an airtel costumer. i have anaccount created for airtel money services.My mobile number for airtel money is [protected] . I have transacted an amount of Rs 3000 /-. From airtel money to my personal bank account on 28th January . the money was not credited . Airtel department shows irresponsible gesture on this issue . below are bank details Name : lokineni sai Krishna Bank : ICICI Account no:[protected] I haven't received the amount to my account till February 16th 2014. I have contacted the costumer care but haven't got any response. My transaction ID for airtel money is[protected]. Costumer care said they are looking into the issue.hoping the issue will be resolved .Later I have applied for number portability. I haven't got money then also. So on 11th February 2014 I have escalated the issue with the help of costumer care. On 11th they processed my portability with out any prior SMS or call confirmation . Now as my number is not airtel they were not replying. This is not fair. So please look into the issue and resolve it. Even I have balance in my airtel money .please make sure that both the transaction amount of 3000/- and balance of 248 /- is credited back to my bank account or to my credit card from where I have loaded the money. its today feb 21 and till date they were not responding to my emails, calls .they were trying to loot amount of[protected] + 35+ 248) .I have reached all the airtel office but was, they were not responding well. i would like ti initiate a case on airtel network ( Airtel money department )to get this amount i have wasted my 28 days of time and fuel expenses. please file a case against them in voilating the rules to safegaurd public interest. even i want a fine to be imposed on them so that they would be carefull in case of other costumers. please look into the issue.

          Consumer name - Jaiminkumar Shah Mobile No - [protected] Relationship No - [protected] I am using iPhone5s having Airtel 249 Postpaid Plan. In this Plan I have 200MB of Data Usages Free. I have received bill of Rs 2133.56 with data usages of 344.999 MB for the Period of 23-Jan-2014 to 22-Feb-2014. I have WIFI facility at my Office and Home also I am using Data Manger in My iphone5s, which continuously posted me about my Mobile data usages and As per my Data Manager i had used only 186MB of my Mobile Data. Also As per Airtel company policy they are sending Messages to their customer about their Data Usages but i didn't any messages specially if i am crossing my free data limit, they must intimate me. I complain on Airtel website (Complain No - PO[protected] and on 198 also but they didn't give me satisfy answer. They told me that Company had sent me messages three or four time but u didn't receive those, i mean how can this is possible? I have received only One Message on 31/01/2014 that You have used 122.95MB Data and not received any messages after that.. Also they said that it is Customer's duty to keep track of data usages and they advice me to use their data packs so that Ican cut my Data Usages Bill, also they told me that their was some mistake in my Data Manager Software. How can this is Possible, I mean if I am using iPhone 5s(such a high end Phone) how can Data Manager make mistake? and for all my previous bills my data usages tallied with Data Manager Usages then how can this month bills doesn't tally? I am totally shocked after this type of things happen from Airtel like company, Please Help to Solve this matter. Jaimin Shah Mumbai

              I have taken airtel corporate sim (bill plan charges -c49 cug 299 ) on feb 10th. I got a bill on 27th asking me to pay Rs 942.37. My monthly charges are Rs. 299 which includes 600 min std/loc, 1GB 3G data, 250 sms. But I have used around 180 min, around 850 MB, 30+ sms, which means I have not exceeded the complete usage limit. This is how airtel is making profits by billing falsely. Im not going to pay until they charge me for 1 month - Rs 299. Indra Chintakayala [protected]

                I Aravind S have been an Airtel Customer for nearly 10 years. I'm facing AIRTEL network coverage problem in the below given address Flat # D-03 Ranka Aquagreen Aparrments, Harsha Layout, Off Mysore Road, Opp to BMTC Bust depot (Behind Kengeri Lake) Banglaore - 560060 The problem Im facing is that whenever I enter my residence Airtel connectivity is disconnected. That is, Im unable to make or receive calls or SMS. Hence I cannot use my 3G as well. This is happening for the past 1 month I have raised the same with your customer care agents repeatedly where the following service tickets have been raised. Ref#[protected] Raised on 03 Feb 2014 Ref#[protected] Raised on 06 Feb 2014 Ref#[protected] Raised on 12 Feb 2014 Ref#4 - F[protected] - Raised on 20 Feb 2014 An AIRTEL executive visited my residence and confirmed the fact that the ARITEL connectivity is either weak or does not reach when inside the house. Subsequent to that I have received any update from AIRTEL but without further communication the service ticket has been closed and I needed to contact the executives to open another ticket thus making it 4-5 tickets open for the same issue. Since I have not received any sufficient response from AIRTEL, I raised the complaint to a NODAL office in Karnataka via email and surprisingly there not feedback on the same untill 1 week after which I raised the complaint to AIRTEL appallate authority. Today Im receiving a feedback from the appellate authority that the network coverage is adeqate that there should be an external factor affecting the network like - Building, climate, location of the building etc. My question is - 1. When an AIRTEL Executive confirms that there is a problem with the network at my home, how can this all of a sudden be adequate? 2. I'm still facing this problem at my residence and still ARTEL chooses to ignore. 3. Does adeqate network mean that I need to be in a open air environment to use my phone, shoud there be no buildings to make calls?, should i look at the weather to make calls?

                  I took postpaid plan two years before for Rs.249.. whereas they have given 600 std+local mins free and 300 std+local sms free... I used to get a monthly bill of around 350 to 450 rupees... but last month i got a bill for 1100 rupees.. when i checked with their customer care.. they said that your plan got changed and will give you only 200 std+local mins free... also they informed me that my plan is not available anymore in airtel... After that 26-feb-14 .. i met Airtel representative in my office and enquired about postpaid plans.. he explained the same plan (Rs.249 -> 600 local+std min) which i took 2 years before.. so still the plan is available... It seems like Airtel cheating customers like anything... simply changing plans them self without any notification and asking customers to pay more... I clearly told them that i am not going to pay until it gets clarified... Regards, Sundar.. [protected]

                    i am recharge my mobile [protected] on 21 FEB 2014 for gprs it give me 120MB data for free use then 10ps for 10 kb is charge but they are charged approx RS 72.00. from my account and my mobile is showing the the total 124 MB data is access.the extra charges for 4 mb i accept but not hole. i contact to 198 for total data they told me your access 27100 KB data means approx 27 MB data.

                      I am getting calls from repeatedly from this number ([protected]). He is using abusive language and very slang tone. Please register my complaint . Its really very disturbing and insecure feelings.Please take an immediate strict against such people. This number is from Tamilnadu, Airtel.

                        This is in reference to yourletter vide number: Airtel/LetterR1/February14/400/R1 dated on 11.02.2014regarding the payment intimation of the overdue amount of Rs. 9855.18 (Ninethousands eight hundreds fifty five rupees and eighteen paise) on my Airtelmobile number [protected]. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I regret to inform you that inseveral discussions I had with Airtel’s customer care executives and with Airtel’sdesignated officials, I have had requested them to change the tariff plan to Rs.250 data plan only but the changes were not implemented at Airtel’s end andAirtel was charging me the based on the older tariff plan for the last one and half year. I have alreadyraised an online compaint with complain reference no. PQ[protected]. During the discussion I have hadwith Mr. Deepak Jain, he has requested me to pay Rs.1000 and Airtel will waveout the outstanding as well as the tariff plan will be changed to Rs. 250 dataplan. I have paid the same on 25thMarch, 2013 using the HDFC Bank DD with ref. number 910827 but still the tariffplan was not changed and Airtel was charging me as per the old tariff plan. Theentire outstanding that has been generated because of this “no tariff planchange” even after the commitment given from Airtel’s executive portraysserious negligence and customer which isnot at all acceptable from conglomerates like Airtel. The photocopy of theletter from Airtel which was given to me by 3GZone Garia with the consultation of Mr.Deepk Jain of Bharti Airtel Limited is enclosed herewith. I shall be highly obliged ifAirtel can provide due considerations on the overall situation and waive out the outstanding which was occurred because of their negligence and mishandling.                             I was promised a high bandwidth internet connection with Airtel 4G LTE. they said that the tower is right opposite my home . In two months I have placed 4 complaints regarding speed, it goes down to 0 or a few kbps . They have a site for checking 4G usage, the site does not have a valid certificate and does not open in either Chrome or Firefox. So, I do not know what I have used. in the first month, within 20 days, I started facing the problem of speed and complained . I was told that I had used up my 10 GB limit, which is false, as I used it for some length of time only in the 4th week & that too at speeds of 20 - 50 kbps. It was only on the third call was I told that my billing cycle is from 11th to 11th of each month and even if i make a payment of outstanding bill, I will not be eligible for the speed that I have signed up for. They deal in part information and the service is unreliable.
                            When we call customer care, they do not understand the frustration of the customer. They do not even write the complaint as placed. they do not represent the voice of the customer . They ask if I wish to give any feed back and transfer to some extension for the same. Nobody picks up the line and is disconnected without response.n average complaint call takes 15 - 20 minutes of persistence and yields nothing.

                            They close complaints without resolving.

                            I have seen that everytime I place a complaint, the speed improves for some time to drop again.

                            Airtel is the lousiest service provider that I have come across. They sell untested and unreliable technology, wrap it up in marketing gimmicks and cause customer rage!.

                            I get a feeling that Airtel is playing games, using the same bandwidth to higher revenue customers and cheating retail customers like me.

                              Thanks for responding quickly.. I am getting so many calls which are disturbing me a lot.

                              Sales person told me that I can avail free service for 3 months but as per the bill it was charged but those 3 months also.. when I asked customer care executive they didnt care about the issue and told that they didn't care about the wrong comittment by sales person. It looks really unfair for me so please do the needful.

                                I want to resister a complaint against Aitel for Illigal Business Practices.

                                On 18th of Dec I requested to activate GPRS one of my airtel number [protected]. I paid all my dues on the same date as I pay as usual.
                                They are looting extra charges, although I have a GPRS 125/- plan.
                                Extra charges in Jan 2014 was 250 and in Feb was 743. though they arranged a small reversal around 500/- after wasting my whole month's valuable time.
                                I'm struggling with Airtel since last two months. But these airtel guys didn't listened to me and till now no resolution provided by airtel.
                                It’s an shame that Bharthi Airtel does not have a proper escalation matrix nor proper response to the customers.
                                I have all documentary proofs, neither they sent any intimation of extra uses nor their system reverted back of my SMS DATA USE to 121. airtel auto reply of this sms attached with this email.

                                I couldn't see my data uses due to Airtel's system error. Than why should I bear the hit, it’s totally Airtel's fault or possibly could say FRAUD!!.


                                I talked with airtel guy Ranjith Kumar Reddy, Komal, Ankita, Nitesh, Kunal so and so... long list on dated 8th Jan 2014 to till date and thier commitment was" such blunders will not happen again" than why I'm still facing the same.
                                Every time I'm getting a call from a different airtel guy and they are doing same exercise. It took my 30-45 minutes every time to explain the matter to them which is very pathetic.


                                I, as a customer is extremely disappointed that such a reputed company like Airtel is not as prompt in refunding the money as it is in taking. I am going through such an ordeal to get back the money I so rightly deserve I wonder what happens when bigger amounts are involved. It is sad that when our payments are delayed even by a day we are bombarded with calls and when it comes to refunding there is no sense of responsibility or ethics!
                                Hope some responsible executive at this stage at least wakes up and response to me with satisfactory solution ASAP.

                                  I called Airtel Customer care number and cancelled my Airtel 3G dongle([protected]) on 25th January, 2014(4.30 PM) itself. Customer care representative responded that the cancellation is confirmed and the usage amount till that date was Rs.136.Since security deposit Rs.500 is there, they would deduct Rs.136 from Rs.500. He further replied that he would send remaining amount by cheque to my address.Since I needed to travel to US next day I completed the process.But I received a mail on 22nd February for the period 20-Jan-2014 to 19-Feb-2014, asking me to pay full amount Rs.955.06.I sent a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com. Customer care person called Varsha replied that i have to pay the full amount and they will cancel it now.Is Airtel Customer care number a big joke? Airtel is doing this purposely to generate revenues.They won't check details even.Please mail me for the further follow up ([protected]@gmail.com).(I am currently in US and don't use my India number). Airtel - Escalate this issue or close down your customer care number.

                                        I deposited security amount of INR 3000 for activation of International Roaming on July, 2013 and the same has been de- activated on 27/12/2013 and I have asked for refund of my security deposit to Airtel on 27/12/2013. But I still today, I did not receive my money. Airtel is giving excuses that my residence is closed whenever they want to deliver my cheque. However, I am or my spouse/ parents are always there at same address. One more thing, all others correspondences of mine like postal/other couriers except Airtel refund cheque, I am receiving at the same address at any time. So, Matter is not solved. Then I asked them to inform their office address from where I can collect my cheque but their answer is that as per Airtel Internal System, this option is not possible. Then I asked them, please deliver this cheque to my office address, this option also they have refused. Then I have understood that Airtel want to digest this money. Hence, who are reading my blog, please be careful whenever you are choosing any telecoms company just like Airtel in this case and be careful to deposit any money as they will never refund back this.
