I have use airtel postpaid number airtel postpaid number is [protected] .I have use Internet plan 0 rental 2 gb plan without any month ly rental this promopromotion offers. Internet pack active since 09/03/2013 but company charge 899 . Hi Anurudh,

Even I am a airtel postpaid customer .
I have 1GB free data usage free under my plan but in between they activated 3G, I called up customer care to deactivate 3G and reactivate 2G but they activated generic 10ps/10kb plan and for 2days I was charged 2500Rs for using around 250Mb . This amount was added to my unbilled usage, it crossed my credit limit.

But my usage was not crossed 1GB limit under 2G bandwidth.and whatever they calculated was wrong.

I started getting calls as early as 8AM in the morning to make an interim payment of 2000+Rs otherwise my services will be barred.
They barred my outgoing services along with GPRS.

However I raised many concerns and sent mails as complaints .For one or 2 days I was able to get the connection back.
I asked to waive off this wrong unbilled amount and asked to reactivate my services but the airtel support team kept on replying the same that I have to pay 2000Rs.So my outgoing services were barred. Even after sending sending 10s of mails they kept saying I have to revert after the bill generation.I even escalated it to appellate Mumbai team . Got the same response

After bill generation, I mailed again to waive off the wrong amount.
They waived off 2247Rs and saying to pay 831Rs ..Actual bill was 3083Rs.

In the bill its clearly mentioned that I have used around 810-830Mb data, even then they replied me that I have used 25000Kb more than the limit . How come ?

Is it not 1Gb =1024Mb ?

They still need to waive off 550Rs more .

    Wrongly Payment made of Rs.4950/- at M/s Airtel Payment Mumbai from My HDFC Bank credit card on Dtd.11.03.2014 after many times discussion with airtel (after instruction by HDFC Bank for directly contact to the merchant) but Airtel not refund my transaction amount to till date i send all document proof to airtel as required by airtel like bank statement, transaction settlement details who received from Bank now airtel saying we are unable to trace the payment from our end they are not try to refund amount.

    I already complaint to consumercomplaint.in from my 2nd email id ([protected]@gmail.com) on dtd.13.03.2014
    for this fraudalant case who had on dtd.11.03.2014, fraudalant case details given below.

No.33667777 and he had presser me for know my existing credit card details and warn if you not tell me i blocked your Credit Card, we have authorization for blocked credit card, i have loss from this person for Rs.4950/-

    i tell u this issue regarding many people can be safe, if you take strict necessary action against this group.

        Hello, Whoever it may concern, trust this mail finds you in true spirits. Since today afternoon the kind of behavior I got from your customer care representative is not at all acceptable. Please consider this mail on a high priority complaint against one of your customer care representative Ms. Aditi from Interface, 7th Floor, Building No. 7, Malad West. Mumbai Office. I would try to enlighten the incident happened with me. A small introduction here. I, Shees Gazdar is running my own food service business in Mumbai. I do have a large chain of outlets of a reknown International brand all across Mumbai. Today afternoon at 4:16pm, I got a call in one of my outlet’s landline from the number[protected], and co-incidentally I was present right there and in some consequences I attended her and the moment I started with my introduction with my name, she started abusing me very badly. The kind of words she used on the reply of each and every sentences of mine is not on a level that I could depict it in this mail. Coming from a minimal cultured background people would at least never think about behaving with an unknown person like this way. I would better say, I have never been abused even from a lowest level categorized people in this way ever. She talked rubbish, I hardly could believe she is a lady, cause in our country being a woman means self respect and self dignity, she lacks everything about it. Without knowing me, she was coming up with my parents, my background, my level and so many things. I was as surprised as shocked as well as irritated as nobody till date would dare to talk to me like this. Moreover, I couldn’t understand what my fault was. It was an employee named Mr. Israil Khan, an employee of my company, who got your post paid connection and somehow the bill amount was pending around just Rs. 1825, (which I already paid today-receipt no. 11286, Transaction ID [protected] after this issue). To be very honest, with the grace of Allah, I do run a level of business that I hardly could care of these small things and specially when nowhere I am related to all these things as I am so busy in my own work. My question to your team is how could you provide a post paid sim to anyone without any proper verification and address proof, ID proof etc. I have thousands of employee, I can’t look after each one’s personal care. I didn’t even know that guy got Airtel connectivity. Please give me a proper clarification why should I suffer of your irresponsible services. The call came in the morning regarding the same and the lady given the call to talk to my employee in my work place. I was constantly keeping my patience and tried to cool down her stating that I am the proprietor of the whole business chain. But she was not listening anything and abusing with my name, my business, my parents, self being and so on. I was hell busy with my own work but the call was so disturbing that I had to go to your Peninsula Chamber’s office and met Mr. Nilesh Rane. With all patience he listened to the whole matter and given a back call to that lady. Mr. Nilesh cooperated me though I didn’t see any step taken till now against her. Neither did I get an apology mail, nor a call. I would like you to check the recording of the same call and take the appropriate action against her. This is not a kind of service which customer expects from such a big organization like Airtel. I am very sure if this service will continue then nobody will stop you from gloom. I donot have any problem with whoever she is. But I have serious problem with your employee who could behave beyond imagination. I wouldn’t stop here if I do not get a prompt response from your side. So, keep your eyes in this matter. The consumer court’s door step is not very far. Really a shame ! On a serious note, I need a reply from your side as early as possible.           My Airtel mobile number is [protected]. Issue: I am having Network coverage issue. Coverage is extremely poor and fluctuating continuously at my billing address. I have complained couple of times, they come, take some reading/survey and goes off. No update to customer and closing off Incidents without consulting me and my confirmation. Is it a correct way of handling Incidents? After that I stopped making payment and eventually their billing team calls me up and requesting me to make the payment, but I clearly told them nothing going to be paid/made from my end till the time Airtel fix ongoing network issue. Issue is since very begining, day one issue. Problem is that I am having 3 Airtel connections, 4g Dongle (not working because of Network issue, have to keep in the box itself!) & Other BB-Airtel partially working, depends when that receives signal. Kindly, let me know how can I come out of this issue, will it be ever going to be resolved? All the complaint numbers should be with Airtel against my number. They should have recordings for conversation which took place between their call center agents and me. One word - Pathetic commitment level, pathetic customer service.. (seems customer care agents sit there just to activate and deactivate caller tunes, indeed very issue, but when something serious issue comes, like network issue, they are useless. even nodal team and network team) Now, I want to go with MNP and switch to SP. So, can I do that without making any payment to Airtel because I don't feel like paying any amount to Airtel now, they are already cheating me since so many days, .. since day one, Cheers! Jeet

            Hi, I am working in MNC Company and availed Airtel H32 CUG 150 plan on 26th Mar’14. During the commitment the roaming charges for both Incoming & outgoing calls as per the above plan is 0.60/min and this confirmation I have received through SMS also from Airtel. But the 1 st month bill is generated and received through email. The above committed plan is not reflecting in bill. The roaming charges mentioned is incoming 0.75/min & outgoing is 1.0/Min. When I had called to customer care they are not ready to accept this and they are saying the plan got changed more than 1 month and are not ready to revise it as per the commitment. This is totally cheating to customers. Please help out to me and take the necessary action on the service provider. If you need any necessary information I am ready to provide the same.             Hi, I am Raman using the airtel number [protected] post paid for last 3 years. I don't see any issues with the bills before last two months. Since last two months they added some bills on internet usage even if i not used that much amount in a day. They are earning in this cheating way from customers. There is no proper response from customer care also and they have been trained to support this company cheating. Please help me out to fix this issue.

              Dear Sir/Madam, One of the airtel agent has provided a post paid mobile number([protected]) in Dec-2013, and the number has been activated on 25th Dec 2013. The first bill has generated on 6th Jan 2014 and the bill amount they told that Rs.860+ for that i used all calls and data also in my limit, whatever the agent explained. From Jan-2014 onwards they are not able to solve my problem and my number is disabled by them on Feb-2014. Totally i used that number full pledged only for 40 days. They are not able solve the first bill issue, and totally Rs.1650+ bill has been send now. Why should i pay that much amount as i used that mobile in my offer limit for 40 days only.                   Hi,

                  My Name is Sharad Patel, I was using an AIRTEL POSTPAID CONNECTION [+91-[protected]].
                  This is regarding continued Harassment from AIRTEL over time. Airtel had manipulated my bills in Past and charged outrageously which i had to get reverted after series of complaints, registering in national consumer helpline, mailing Airtel Nodal Office (Who never replied). This time i Applied for Migration of my post paid connection to pre paid on 5th April, 2014, I Went to AIRTEL Head office in Bangalore [Bannerghatta Road] and applied for migration . The Airtel Executive asked me to pay 621.00 INR to clear all bill and an additional 100 INR for Migration, which i did at the same office and submitted my Documents and collected my new card. I was told the card would be activated in 3 days time. On completion of 3 days i called customer care to check for status, they say the card is still not taken up for processing because the Airtel executive did not do the Security Deposit adjustment and i would have to visit the branch again and make the payment. I visited the Branch again on 8th April, 2014 and made the payment. At the Airtel office i was told that it will be done by end of day (8th Arpil, 2014 night) and my post paid connection will be disconnected. On 9th April the post paid was not discontinued and my new connection was not activated. I called customer care again for explanation, they said that the Security adjustment was still not done and i would have to visit the branch again, which i refused and registered a complaint . I was promised that my pre paid card would be activated by 4 PM on 9th April.

                  By 6 PM, 9th April, the Post paid connection got disconnected and Prepaid connection started getting signal bars. But when i called 59059 for verification, i was told to call again after 4 hours. So i called again at 7 AM, 10th April, and found out that my details were not updated in system and my connection was a blank entry.

                  Now i am not able to call anyone, nor receive any calls not even reach customer care for a resolution.
                  I have faced series of such Mental Harassment from Airtel.

                  I demand a detailed explanation of the harassment and demand compensation for the Time, Money and Mental Harassment faced in Bill Manipulation, Incorrect information provided by customer care executive, migration not done, number suspended, customer care executive not addressing the issue and acting arrogantlly and rude.

                  Dear Mr. Saurav,

                  As instructed by you I have dropped a mail to the above mentioned email id, but so far neither the Nodal Office, nor the Airtel Presence (Airtel Customer Service Team) has reverted. In addition to this I went to the concerned Airtel branch (Bangalore Head Office Branch - bannerghatta Road ) and again I was not offered any solution but to wait it out till services are resumed.

                  I was told that NODAL OFFICE will revert to me within 24 hours . So far it has already been 28 Hours and I haven't received any reply from Airtel authorities.

                  I have already run around like a mad man from one Airtel store to another wasting my time, energy and mental peace.

                  The next step I am doing is file a police complaint against AIRTEL for Mental harassment and file a case against airtel in consumer court for mentally harassing customer time and again with formal police complaint attached.

                    i recharged of money of Rs 110. i had outstanding loan balance was 33. In night same day, my balance got 0 rupee. when I called to customer care, they told you used Internet but i did not used internet. In my mobile data pack was also off and i was out of bangalore, so my number was in roaming i didnt call any one because of my mobile got switched off.still they deduct my balance from 110 to 0 rupee. and it was wrong deduction from my account. worst service provider, I am planning to switch to the other service provider.

                      After the mail I have sent on 30th march 2014 for my disconnected connection of airtel I got a call from airtel customer service authority i.e([protected]) rajesh was from there side he said to visit authorised centre of airtel again and to get a new sim no. and he will activate my no. i.e [protected] at that sim.. today(8th April 2014) I went to airtel authorised centre (sheebatel PVT. LTD jail road, tilak nagar) they said that this is not any of our policy and we cant activate this no. and the no. from which I get call was fake... I just want to ask what the hell is doing this company... are these the policies of airtel to befool their customers... I am really very disappointed with this company... now if they will not solve my problem then I will file my case in consumer court... TUSHAR GULATI

Suddenly on 20th march my sim was showing no networks and sim card is invalid was showing on my mobile screen. I visited airtel authorised showroom in tilak nagar, jail road (i.e. SheebaTel) they told me that this no. is inactive and the company have launched it in market in just one day...                           HI, I have put airtel 3G pack and i am getting 2G speed.Actually until previous month m getting 3G speed.But now, I am getting only 2G after recharging 3G data pack for Rs 255.Customer care didnot respond to me .Even i called many tims, they are not attending.I need 3 G speed since i spent 255 on this one

                            Respected Sir/Mam, I'm M.G.Balamurugan using airtel prepaid for more than 5 years, last week i got a call from your postpaid team that in postpaid so many offers available and so i accepted to change the plan from prepaid to postpaid.The Next day your sales executive came to my office i.e in Thoraippakam and given the sim and i have given him 300 rs to activate the plan. I have mailed him the documents for activating it but still today i did'nt get any response from your team still my Postpaid sim is not activated. Pl activate my postpaid sim as soon as possible.                               Im using Airtel Broadband [protected] my landline number...few months back airtel increased my broadband plan from 499 to 550...then after 3 months again he increased to 799...d plan was 25gb internet...though he gave discounts im not satisfied now im using 599 had no other option im financially weak now...will airtel return d 499 25gb plan..my number is [protected]

                                I have recharged my Airtel digital TV they have sent many messages that tv is recharged with rs 220 same Messages more than 20 times .Even they have not stopped sending messages after 11 pm.                                   this is shaikh muktarul islam. i am using airtel postpaid no. my no is [protected]. from today(7/4/2014) morning onwards its stop working as no network singal was there and whenevr i switch on my mobile it said sim registration failed.
                                  kindly resolve my issue asap as i am working in a corporate company.its really seem very tough to cope up with the situation as that no is the only source of communication through out my dealer network.

                                      Hi, My name is Nilesh Kumar Singh and am living in Bangalore. I have been using a prepaid airtel number [protected] since 2010 and decided to convert this number to post paid In February 2014. I submitted all related documents to get the connection and airtel representatives did all verifications(Address-home as well as office) long time ago. They still took more than 20 days to activate my post paid number. Somehow the activation done. After the usage of that number for 4-5 days, the outgoing calls got blocked. Then I called 121 to know the reason and they said I need to resubmit the documents in any airtel office. I visited to Koramangala office to submit the documents but they said the documents are already with us and I don't need to resubmit. They require address verification again and they will trigger the request for the same. I have been running to their office almost on a regular basis from past 2 weeks and they are giving me the same status. Whenever I am calling 121, they are also saying the same that I need to resubmit the documents in airtel office which they are not accepting. Not I get frustrated with this exercise of daily run. Now the issue is I have lost my number which I have been using since 4 years which I cant go for porting as well. I don't want to loose that number and I don't have a place to complain as well. My sim is completely blocked now. Please help me out in this regards. It has been very frustrating for me to go over this.                                         am using airtel mobile :[protected].am getting call from unknown number [protected] more than 50 times per day.i was blocked tat no in my phone.but i got missed call alert more than 20 times per day..if i call that number..he just picked up and keep silent...in night time he called my ph no..and heared busy tone.he called my friend number who r closed to me..they are also getting irritating about tat.am always hearing beep sound while talking with other.ie he called me tat time also..i called customer care and they said u just block the number or else go and complaint police station.
