I am talking with airtel customer service through mail and phone over exorbitant charges for Internet exceeding the basic 1gb limit for more than ten days. I have registered as a dnd customer three years back but i receive unsolicited calls and messages daily on my airtel mobile.

Even though i have raised several complaints with airtel, no appropriate action is taken.

I am also receiving promotional messages from airtel (Ad-alerts) even though i am registered as a dnd customer.

Does airtel have any ethics as an organization???...

I recharged my airtel prepaid phone ([protected]) online on 01/02/2014 on airtel's online recharge site (www.airtel.in). I did a full talktime recharge of Rs. 300/- and made the payment with my Visa ICICI debitcard.
