I had by mistake recharged a different number online [protected]. My number is [protected]. The cust.care person at Airtel said that there is no way to get it back. However he explained about a seeking money option to get back the amount from that account as a gift. However its is not working. I called up the other person and he seems to be unwilling to give back the amount. How do I get the money from the other phone account?

      Dear sir, I have using a airtel prepaid number([protected]) since 2009, now on the date of 19/02/2014 the number was showing registration fail, so i went to the airtel office to buy a new sim in same number, but coustmer service said that the number was postpaid it could not be alloted by the same number in prepaid.

        here is a copy of my letter to airtel regarding it shamelessly stupid service and money-mongrelling tactics Subscriber ID[protected] Name - XXX City - Ahmedabad Airtel DTH is the worst I have experienced in terms of technical issue resolving and services. Inspite of paying 4 times for the same "video"problem, which occurs every few days, Airtel demands I pay service charge of Rs. 150 almost 2 times a month. Since you people are not competent enough to solve my problem. During 5 complains this should have been solved. Nowadays I end up paying double the amount for DTH services - 430 monthly rental + about 300 every month for solving of "video" problem, where a select few channels blackout.It seems airtel has no regards or respect for its customers. or the company is going bankrupt so fast that they have to play these kind of tricks to cut off signal of a few select channels and then charge Rs. 150 for solving them. THIS IS OUTRIGHT CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS OF THEIR MONEY.I DEMAND this problem be solved immedietely as i PAY FOR THE SERVICES AND AIRTEL IS NOT PROVIDING ME THEM to me FREE IN CHARITY. GIVE ME WHAT I AM PAYING FOR. ONCE AGAIN, THIS IS NOT A REQUEST, IT IS A DEMAND!!! !AND IF YOU DO NOT THAVE THE TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES, I DEMAND A FULL REFUND FOR MY EQUIPMENT WHICH YOU CAN COLLECT BACK AT ANYTIME. i DO NOT NEED SUCH A POOR COMPANY FOR MY DTH SERVICES. THERE ARE BETTER ONES IN THE MARKET THAN THIS STUPID COMPANY that has no regards or respect for its customers, because of whom the company is surviving

          I have logged the complaint earlier but still not got the data plan back which I lost due to Airtel technical issue. Or because I have done the recharge online. Its totals not my fault Airtel is detucting my main account balance even when I have data pack activated.             I had bought an airtel sim [protected] on 19/01/2014. Its been a month and the number is still not activated. The retailer did not provide any proof such as receipt or xerox copy of the submitted form or anything like that. he is just not willing to activate it. Please activate my sim on a priority basis. It has already been a month.

              Last year I bought airtel postpaid connection number [protected] only to use 3G service & paid Rs. 800/- well in advance as rental for a tenure of 10 months of service. Activated 3G service & used for 5 months. Due to non coverage of 3G service outside Surat city, discontinued use of it after 5 months. I was given the understanding that after 10 months, the services will be stopped. Now, Airtel is demanding Rs. 1600/- as unpaid bill amount. They are arguing that I am expected to go to airtel stores to stop the services. Ridiculous !!

                Hi, Respected AIRTEL Team, My self Amit Sinha and this is very embarrassing and sad to inform you that today i am fix in very critical condition. this is a complain from my side to your relevant store person.On Saturday in evening i was purchase a new prepaid connection on 15th FEB 2014, on that day the person who was sitting over there he told me that up to 10 PM your number will be activated and you also got the 200 rs/- talk time at same time then i came back and wait for activation and up to 8:30 PM my no got activated but balance was not in number, so i worried about balance then i wait for balance up to Monday full day.still i not received any balance so then after next day i reach up to same Airtel outlet and talk to the person then he told me that by mistake he haven't balance in his cell so he recharge within 1 hour so just listen and come back home. Now again i wait the whole day no any balance were come in my account, so now i feel so embarrass and also for few moment i also got angry to the concern person.this number i purchase for my mom and at the same day my mom wants to call in family member so in emergency base i recharged on the same new number of 50 rs/- + tariff of 65 rs/-which reduce the call rate of 40paisa/mint.Still i haven't got any balance from store person side however he takes me 225 rs/- for new connection and told that you will got 200 rs/- of balance.Now to complain about the whole concern i again reach the same store and met with same person now he told me that i am very sure that i have recharged on number so kindly go and check the message details and inform me back, so when i came back home and i check sms the i got that i received 3 messages which says that recharge not successful with 2 transaction id- ([protected]/[protected]), so i inform the same thing now he told me that i forgot to told you that don't recharge on your number from any ware otherwise this 200 amount you not able to received, so up to here i reached continuously 2 days by quieting 1 hour before from my office to talk and resolve for my concern to Airtel store.Now when i say that after waiting for long time at least 72 hrs, when i have same emergency then i recharge then he told me that don't worry, take another Sim card and now this time i recharge on that number and you no need to pay any more just you need to submit the id proof once again but in previous number now it is not possible.but my concern is that as simple as if i am already purchase a number and also distribute in all family members why again i purchase the number just because i wait and also got panic feel embarrassing, is this a Airtel services when i told that i am going to complain for this concern then he said me that you cannot do any thing because if i got any call regarding this concern.i just say that i have verbal proof with me and and will tell them that i have inform each and every thing and i also recharged on the same number, but customer is not agree. so simple . Now my question is that is this a way to deal with a customer or handling or treating the customer with lot of panic--his name i don't know but contact no is -[protected].After that today when i call for complain on customer care from my no which is [protected] and try to talk with agent then he also talk in very pathetic way and also disconnect the call 3 times i have recorded call with me kindly resolve my concern with balance and also follow up with customer care agent i am going to attached the complete recorded call with Airtel store address which is in my location...RZ-77C, Vaishali Palam, Dabri Road New Delhi-110045...My new number is --([protected]) . See i am not a VIP Customer for you as well for any body i am just a simple and normal private working person with very low salary in just 5 figure in seance-12000/-PM.Please this a humble request that please take as a high priority base. my office working time is 9:30 AM- 7:30 PM so on sat & SUN i am always free so for any confirmation i am not able to receive your call because of i don't allow to pick the call in office premisses...i am waiting for your best response... sorry sir but i going to send and use the first time this step in my life so all proof i have as a verbel so i don't have any photo proof...give me any other option to attache the audeo clip...

                  Hello, My Customer ID is [protected] and my account balance is Rs.120, but still since last 2 days my services have been deactivated with an error message saying "Account is suspended due to low balance". I have spoken to customer care executives a multiple times but still nothing has been done so far. Is this the quality of service Airtel is known for? Please resolve this issue ASAP and help your customers leverage the services or else unwillingly we have to go for different service providers and take harsh actions against Airtel.

                      I wish to inform you that, I Mr. Shiva D Thakur had been using a airtel no[protected] since 22.10.13 to 20.11.13, as per bill detail its seem either it is wrongly calculated by you or have any mistake, i had received more than 50 calls regarding bill payment but I told your customer care officers what is the matter everyone told that we will check it and revise the bill but neither bill is rectified nor received any feedback from Airtel and after all this they have registered a legal notice. But I didn't have received any physical Notice. On 23.01.2014 I talked with Mr. Manish and told him that as per my usage I will pay Rs. 1376 (Details also have mail to Airtel Customer care on 21.12.13) than he said that if you pay Rs. 1500 instead of Rs.1376 than it will be fine. So I told him that I will pay Rs.1500 if they give me a Acknowledgment of Full & Final Payment. But he didn't tell anything so tell me what to do if ill pay Rs. 1500 and after that i will receive another bill. so who will be responsible

                      today 19.02.2014 Again i received a call at my alternate no and the person was saying that he has going to file a FIR against me / mine if i will not pay Rs. 2800. i told him all the matters but he didint want to here what i want to explain him. i only want to know why i have to pay Rs. 2800 and Rs 1500 if i didnt use the serivce for the same. kindly tell me what to do in this matter. and what is my fault... reply me urgently

                        I had booked a new broadband connection online from airtel's website in Pune with CAF Number ONPUNE[protected]. It has been two weeks and my documents for verification are yet to be collected. I have already paid the booking amount of INR 500/-. Whenever contacted, airtel executives promise that the documents will be collected in 24 hours but it never happens. I had also lodged a complaint 43513514 but the situation remains as it is. If airtel is taking this much time in only documents collection, I wonder how much time you guys will take during installation. Please let me know when the problem would be resolved. I need a connection on immediate basis. If airtel is not able to provide the connection, please let me know. I will go ahead with some other service provider.                         I did write to them a number of times. Even wrote to Nodal Office but the problem remains as it is.

                        Airtel has not given any direct contact numbers for Nodal Officers anywhere. I am not able to connect with them on telephone.

                          Applied for Broad band connection with AIRTEL after they confirming me so many times on phone. Feasibility check was completed and they money Rs.550 from me. After 2 days, i got call saying connection not available and amount will be refunded. They asked me so many proofs for it and i provided the same. I got cheque on wrong name and for only 500/-. Later again i mailed them and gave again required ID proof for correct name and provided receipts for Rs.550/- Even second time i got same cheque with same incorrect name and amount. Shame on AIRTEL that they dont care upon customers. Not even one proper response was given to me from Airtel. I have begging them for response and they dont care about that. Daily different people call me and ask for same details again and again. i am spending so much time almost 2 months for getting back my money which they dont care about.

                          Where have you people registered my concern? Do i need to plead you people for
                          getting proper responses also? I have requested for different mode of payment
                          and i do not want cheques to be given to me 'N' number of times with mistakes
                          again and again? Where is the response for this?
                          Isn't there at least one responsible person to provide proper response to
                          customers?
                          Do you people need 2 months to give proper response and 1 just one day to
                          collect money.
                          Why don't you take these 4 working days to enquire about connection before
                          collecting money from me? Why the hell i should beg you people for my hard
                          earned 550 Rs.

                          Is above incident true? Refund cheque sent twice bearing wrong name? Deliberate or due to technical glitch? Will Airtel look into problem?

                          To Swapan (Victim),

                          1. Escalate the matter to nodal officer level along with the proofs and copy of correspondences you had so far with Airtel. (Use google to find email ID. If you are not able to do so, let me know, I will help you.)
                          2. Share your experience with your friends and relative verbally and through emails requesting them to forward the same to their friends
                          3. Post your experience on Facebook/Twitter.
                          4. As a last resort you can approach customer relief forums of TV channels like Zee (Zee Helpline), CNBC Aawaz (Pehredar), UTV Bloomberg (Fightback)

                          My belief is that Airtel is deliberately doing all this.

                              Airtel is not processing my shifting request for broadband connection (airtel fixedline no is[protected] Hi, My airtel fixedline no is[protected] I have made shift request for my airtel broadband connection on 1st feb 2014. Someone from customer care told me at the time of request that I would have got the connection within 5 working days. Nothing happened But, I got an SMS on Feb 10th stating that I would have got the connection in another 5 days. I waited for it but again nothing happend. Then, I myself called customer care again on 15th Feb, they told that Connection is not feasible at the new address. Hence, I made a cancellation request immediately. The next day(16th Feb), a guy called Sugumaaran from customer retention team and he said the connection is possible at the new address now and I would be getting the connection the next day which 17th Feb. As usaul, I didnt get the connection on 17th too. Nothing happend on 17th, I got a call and was requested one more day for connection. Nothing happend on 18th, I got a call and was requested one more day for connection. Nothing happend I got a call today from a person called Vaani, She told me that I need to wait for another 3 days. I am really being annoyed by your customer care. Please do the needful. I have a strong believe that Airtel will be providing me the required help. -Tamilselvan

                                I have been with Airtel for almost a decade now and for the first time I needed some help from them but has been a trauma looking for a solution for 3 weeks which they claim to solve in 72 hours.

                                I hold an Airtel prepaid number [protected] which I have requested to transfer to myplan 3 weeks back. There are so many un-monitored agencies started by Airtel who come and collect the documents.

                                They collected the documents on the promise that they will give me a microsim replacement the next day of submission of documents. However, after calling them for three days finally the agency says we can only provide you the normal sim and you'll have to collect the micro one from the Airtel showroom. I then asked them to cancel my request and he promised that i am tearing the documents and you can take the connection from showroom.

                                And the moment I went to the CP, Delhi showroom, the misery started. They took the papers and requested that since we are moving showroom so if we take 5 days will that be ok? and I agreed. After 5 days i get a call that your number is blocked by the agency and we're trying to solve it. They have now stopped picking up calls and I am so upset with their service and facing constant network issues as well.

                                I am now going to change my service provider to Vodafone. Airtel literally sucks and don't care for their long standing customer. It has been so much difficult to get through the stupid customer care and they only suggest to visit the relationship centre and relationship centre never responds.

                                  I registered for new account for airtel money. Paid my Airtel Landline bill in the next 2 days. I did this to receive 10% cash back but they are now saying that it is valid for 3 months consicutive payments. When i insisted and showed them link, they are saying it is for payment via online method and not via *400#. This is absolutely not acceptable behaviour for not credit cash back. I was talking about offer 1 in attached screen shot and if we go via its terms, cash back should be made available for both modes of payment. I am their Prepaid mobile, land line, broadband and now money customer and they are doing this with me. I am associated with aritel for last 1 year and still its happening.                                       You guys have pathetic service in the broadband sphere. The executives are proactive in collecting money but when it comes to installation they end up frustrating the customer. I had applied for it on 7th Feb and till date neither did i get the money back nor the connection. I[censored] are just concerned about the money and not services then i would request sit on the road and beg rather than cheating the customers like this. PATHETIC! stop playing around with dates and start taking care of your customers or soon the company will see its demise.
