what is the guide line to extend temporary expiry date for prepaid Airtel ? Why are customer service asking to charge in spite of balance is above Rs 200 in the a/c? If need to be charged what is the minimum amount to be charged.? If the charge is done what will be the new Temporary expiry date? How come number locker facility is not known to Help desk? How This facility can be availed. Is there any special Charging code either on line or with vendors

    Airtel is not interested in improving in their signal range in this locality. it has become very difficult to use the mobile phone for calling while at home. even after repeated complains I am still facing the same problem for many years. about 90% of the people living in the same locality and using the same service provider would be suffering from the same problem.

    hope this complain forum will do something about it.

        I complain about no cash load in my a/c but bal debited. After few min I got a call of coustmer care mohit. He receive all information of debit card and now all bal debited from my a/c. It is about 2500 re's. What is this done by you. My cont no.- [protected]

            Hello, I have submitted my documents with initial deposit Rs 600 for a new broadband and landline connection on 27th Jan 2014. The guy who had come to collect the documents assured me 100% about the feasibility of the connection and promised to be installed it within 48 hrs. Next day I received a message on 28th saying installation will be done within 3 working days. After waiting a week, when I called customer care they said your request has been rejected since there is no feasibility in your area and you will get the refund amount in next 21 working days. On 10th Feb another guy came to my place to collect my documents and the installation amount again and was saying 2mbps plan is currently available in my area. My question to airtel is now how you are promising customers and taking documents and money while you are not sure about the feasibility. This is very disappointing to submit documents and the initial amount again and again. The same thing happened to me previously also and I didn’t get the money back as they promised. Airtel gives priority on sending people to collect documents and money only, not on giving connections as they use to promise. This is really very disgusting. My TBLR: 6787066 Request : 20484563.             My name is Anuj Aneja. I got my document verified for new broadband connection and i got the message saying ur connection will be installed within 3 days. Three days are already over i haven't heard from anyone yet. I called the customer care they said connection cant be installled due to feasbility issue. Now, my question is first my you double check before making any promises. And for your kind information my neighbour house no. 111 is having a broadband connection.               Hello I am using my mobile no. - [protected] from Airtel since 6 months. I was paying all my bills well due before due dates. But about two weeks back Airtel offered me a Plan for 3G with advance payment of 9200 for 12 months which I confirmed from the executive that I had to pay in my coming bill cycle with its due dates. My credit limit associated with the number was Rs.1400 which was supposed to be overruled by this plan for this month. My Bill generation date is 05th Feb and due date is 24th Feb but Airtel despite o[censored]nderstanding this that I am suppose to pay this as a advance payment to them, Disconnected my services claiming that this exceeds my credit limit.When(10 Feb 2013) I called customer care, first said they will not let me talk to their senior and when I insisted they disconnected my call saying will forward this to their senior.Second time when I called they were demanding me to commit that I will have to pay this money within 48 hrs. and only then they will re activate my connection. I told them clearly that this has to be dependent on the due dates of the bill within which I will pay and you can not hold me liable/defaulter before this and tried to explain that this would be an advance payment and not after usage but they did not accepted for which you can not disconnect my services before due date.Also to be noted that I have already paid INR 3, 630.12 out of total bill 10630.12 after which they did stopped my services(due to my credit card billing cycle).I need compensation for this unacceptable action taken by a service organization towards its customer and my services to be reactivated.                 I used INR 125 plan for data - 1GB.. I got details about a new 199 2GB plan through airtel marketing team. So I changed my plan to INR 199 on 27th of previous month.. My Billing cycle is 7th of every month. When my bill was shared, Airtel charged me INR 125 for entire bill period 8-Jan-2014 to 7-Feb-2014 and INR 199 for 27-Jan-2014 to 7-feb-2014.. This is unacceptable as the same needs to be Prorated!

                  I have applied for MPN from Idea to Airtel. All my verifications have been done and my Idea SIM is deactivated but my AIrtel SIM card is not getting activated from last 10 days. I have tried all possibilities for getting my number back. Airtel people are now not taking my calls, customer care is saying its a free number now so they cannot raise a complaint for this number. Also mailed to Airtel Nodal officer, 121 but no response. Not sure what should I do now. All my bank transaction everything is held up for this and I am completely disconnected from last 10days. This is a horrible experience. Can anyone please suggest me what should I do now. The application is with Airtel RT Nagar, relationship centre.

                    I am N.Srinivasa Phani Kumar, have an account with Airtel Digital TV with cust ID:[protected] on the name of Mr. Nisanth Guru. I had worst experience with the customer care of Airtel Digital TV. I have recharged my account on 9th of December and came to know that there was some problem with the set top box after recharging. I don't remember the exact date, but I have spoken with one of the executives (lady) and asked to hold the amouont for 1 month as I will not be home for 1 month and she forgot to do it. I came to know that she forgot to hold the amount in my account when I got a message that the expiry date is within 5 days. On that day I started calling Airtel C.Care and got a promise from supervisors that they will return the amount by the Time when I repair the equipment. And, from the day when I got the equipment repaired, I have been calling the C.Care and they are least bothered about the problem. They promised me every time I called them stating that they will get back to me within 1 hr, 2 hrs, 24 hrs and even 2 mins and 5 mins once. But out of 31 times I requested them for a call back, they called me only twice and in that calls also they said that they will check the records and will get back to me. Nobody care if I don't call and everybody will just try to escape from the call. Some rectless supervisors with names Parthivan, Naveen even have disconnected my calls and also some of the agents put me on hold and disconnected the calls. This happened for 8-10 times atleast. Every supervisor: Hrace, Supriya, Parthivan (2), Venu, Srinivas, Naveen assured me and fake promised me. Why do I have to beg for the money for which I have paid? Please think on my part and please look that My amount will be refunded to me. I too work for a customer care and have never seen anybody around me in the 4 companies I have worked for behaving so irresponsibly like this. I demand a strict action against the agents and demand the immediate return of the money I have paid.

                      36 Rupees was automatically deducted for sms pack from my balance. I already recharged for the sms pack this
                      morning. Refund my 36 rupees immediately. Customer care is not reachable. As usual poor service from airtel. I will have to use the worst abusive words in this forum if my request is not processed within 3 hours. I dare you.

                        MY Mobile no is [protected]. recently i have bought this new connection. since the day i have purhcased this connection from the very next day i regulalry receiving miss call from number starting with 54321. When i inquired about this at Airtel Gallery, they informed me that that is a fraud call. Due to some of message i need to received from coaching classes etc, i cannot activate DND on my mobile. Please help me. How can i stop receiveing miss call for such fraud calls.

                          Hello, This is regarding my no. 991059XXXX. Its with great pleasure to say that Airtel site is not working well... AGAIN... I am really sick of this Airtel site and not able to pay my bills 99% of times. Either you don't like your customers to pay bill. You can do one thing... Just shutdown it down... that will be good for you and your customers.. Is there any special settings we have to do in our browsers to open Airtel great site. I don't think so. Please don't mind my words its just because of the Airtel Services everytime. I complained previously also for this. Can i get the personal mail id of your manager who is looking into the customer complaints???????? Its better to get it resolved... otherwise i have the solution with me to switch to the great VODAFONE.. At least it works... Thanks a lot for your patience and promt reply on my mail.

                            I had purchased from airtel online website airtel DTH 12 month platinum pack on 5th Feb 2013. I had paid Rs. 5450 for the connection and was given connection number [protected].

                            Before purchasing the connection, I contacted several other providers. I was informed twice by the Airtel representative over phone that the connection would be installed the same day or latest by next day of the payment and after installation the connection would be activated within 1 hour. I was also told that after making the purchase online I would be given a gift voucher of Rs. 750.

                            After making the online payment I didn’t get the gift voucher. The connection person called on 7th and promised to come in the evening after I am back from office for installation, which he never came. I spent the entire evening at home thinking he would come. Next day, the connection person came at around 10:00am and I had to come back to office so that he can make the connection. I spent more than Rs. 100 in to and fro travel and had to stay late in the office to make up for the lost time. After making the connection, the person told me that the TV would start working in 1 hour. I came home from work at around 8pm but the TV wasn’t activated. I then called up the person who had installed it. He told me that he would resolve the issue within 5 minutes. I tried calling him for 30 mins but he didn’t pick up the phone. After this I called up the airtel helpdesk. During the first call my connection got terminated after I was holding the line for around 10 mins. During the next call I got connected after which I was first told that the activation takes 24 hours and as it hasn’t been 24 hours my connection cant be activated. When I insisted that this was wrong, I was passed on to the supervisor. To my great shock, the supervisor passed the blame onto me. He said that since I hadn’t called up the activation number my connection couldn’t be activated.

                            When I told him that this was wrong as I had used DTH connection in other cities he said I was wrong. Then I asked him why I wasn’t told about this by the person installing the connection or by the previous person who said I had to wait 24 hours, he didn’t give me a response. I asked why anyone hasn’t said sorry for the delay and he didn’t respond. I then called up the number given by him. I waited for close to 30 mins on the phone but no one picked up the phone. As a result of all this I picked up a fight with my girlfriend as she couldn’t watch TV and we ended up with a broken phone of over Rs. 15000.

                            On 9th Feb I got a call from them saying that the connection has been restored. I told them that this isn’t acceptable to me as they have caused me significant harassment. I asked them to either (a) take away the instrument and pay me back my money of Rs. 5450 and pay 15% interest p.a. for any delay for making the payment or (b) compensate me for the loss of phone and trouble and money I spent to get the service and send me an apology letter signed by all those people who have talked to me.

                            I got a call from them on 10th Feb. The executive agreed that they didnt deliver the installation as promised. They also didnt activate the connection as promised and that the service wasnt as per Airtel standards. They said that they won’t accept either option and they wont even refund my money of Rs. 5450 and that I can do what ever I want.

                            This isnt acceptable to me, this is a clear case of a company selling a product while making false promises, then harassing the customer once they get the money, and then when they customer raises serious issues and says that he will go to court …saying a simple sorry and getting away.

                            I want them to take back the connectiona nd refund me Rs. 5450 I had paid for a service that isnt as they promised.

                              Dear sir, This is really very rediculous the way you pepole treat an issue related to service, I have been writing about my problem but still can't get a proper response from you lest the solution of the problem . As I have written numerous time that my 755 pack of 3g which provide 4 gb 3g data and after that unlimited data @80kbps is not working since 2nd of february 2014 although I have taken the plan on 24th of january 2014 . I contacted your customer care so many time on this issue but they are not helping, today i talked your customer care executives mr. Virendra kumar who was by the way a rude and irresponsible person and doesn't know how to talk a customer was trying to force me down by saying the problem has been resolved I tried to reason with him but he was a impossible man . This is 3 months in a row with the same problem . I have been told by your side that my problem will be resolved by 9th of february 2014 from your side but some how I dought your sincerity .                                 I recharged my mobile through a online recharge website( www. freecharge. in). Though the recharge was successful from the online website but my mobile was not recharged and money was deducted twice from my bank account. On registering a complain on the online website, they simply said that the recharge was successful from their side and hence I have to talk to the operator. In a single week I called thrice to Airtel customer care and they said that the money will be refunded in a day or two. But it never happened. After a week I got a call from airtel, saying I have to go to the airtel office to show my bank statement and then only the money will be refunded otherwise forget about the money. This is how Airtel and freecharge. in is handling their customer; by keeping their money.

                                  Dear Sir, I karan Manchanda purchased a SIM card (Post Paid Data Card)from Airtel Store, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi on dated 16/17 January. They told me, within 48 Hours, our executive will verify your address & and after ur SIM card would be active than you dial 59059 for te5lephonic verification. Once these process would be done than your SIM card will be activated. But till now my SIM is not activated. In this regard, i contacted so many times to customer care(121) of Airtel but every times i got wrong commitment from them. Today i got an SMS from Airtel i.e. "we have received your document for ur Airtel Mobile Number-[protected]. confirm ur details by calling 59059 & ur service will be started after that verification.". i done same things, & verification done accordingly. They told me, "your verification is done. you can start your services after 15 Mins." After 15 Mins, i insert the SIM([protected]) on phone, i would be surprised, the same initial problem persist. i.e. the message "Invalid SIM Card". In this regard, again i call to Airtel customer care(121), and again they are helpless, they told me you are not purchase that SIM card from customer care, If the SIM card shows "Invalid SIM" than what we do. You go to that store and ask to them. My question: Is Customer care sale the SIM Card ? As a customer, i purchased a service from airtel, than these responsibility of airtel. I have no time to talk always Customer care & store without using any services and spend 250 Rs also. Finally as a customer point of view, they make me fool. Because i purchased the SIM from Airtel store, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. Kindly help me. I don't want to use the service of Airtel.I want to refund my deposited amount back & also the compansation of my dificulties & mental trauma. Pls help me... With Regards, Karan Manchanda

                                    I am talking with airtel customer service through mail and phone over exorbitant charges for Internet exceeding the basic 1gb limit for more than ten days. Ref no [|BAL|Qrc102021421023526679651|]:have not received a basic SMS to say that the limit has been exceeded and they started charging for the extra data usage. This phone is used only for call purpose, only for limited purpose it's used for net. I don't know how it can exceed 1gb, and even in rare case it has been done, I don't see why they can send a basic alert for exceeding by which customers can be aware. I will be unwilling to pay for the extra data usage. I am yet to receive a favourable reply from them Please take this a a complaint and let me know the way forward

                                      airtel digital tv login in airtel website account ... it very poor. mostly it is not working.. i was tried 100+ times its error error west of times. some time conected. but most of menus not working. says many times error. add pack, modify pack, remove pack recharge amount also not working... then why this option put in website.. please remove net login or modify it. i was try last 2years same broblem untill today.

                                        I have registered as a dnd customer three years back but i receive unsolicited calls and messages daily on my airtel mobile.

                                        Even though i have raised several complaints with airtel, no appropriate action is taken.

                                        I am also receiving promotional messages from airtel (Ad-alerts) even though i am registered as a dnd customer.

                                        Does airtel have any ethics as an organization???

                                        what is the guide line to extend temporary expiry date for prepaid Airtel ?

                                        Why are customer service asking to charge in spite of balance is above Rs 200 in the a/c?

                                        If need to be charged what is the minimum amount to be charged.?

                                        If the charge is done what will be the new Temporary expiry date?

                                        How come number locker facility is not known to Help desk?

                                        How This facility can be availed. Is there any special Charging code either on line or with vendors
