I purchased an airtel digital tv on April 21, 2013 in my name (Vikrant Sharma – [protected], [protected](brother’s number- alternate contact)) for Rs. 2290. My id is [protected].
At the time of purchase, I was promised the following:
1) I will get a 250 cash back in my airtel digital tv account for future recharges.
2) I will get free naaptol and ebay coupons.
It’s already been over 15 days today, still there is no credit made in my account.
I contacted the customer care at [protected] to register a complain for the same on Apr1, 2013. The agent told me that a complain has been registered and the case has been forwarded. It will be resolved soon. But nothing was done till now.
Then, I contacted again yesterday (Apr 9, 2013) at around 12.45pm. I was told that within 1 hour some senior fellow will contact me to resolve the issue. I waited till 2pm, but no call !! I again contacted at 2.15pm and asked why was there no call and why is there no credit has been made. The lady said “Please stay on line, I’ll be back”. SHE NEVER CAME BACK and then after around 8-9 minutes on hold, the call was cut by them !!
Then I again called, again explained the issue to the guy. He said I’ll arrange for a call within 2 hours and then said, “Please be online, I’ll connect you to some senior guy”. I don’t where he connected me, but, actually the phone was disconnected !! And still, those 2 hours are not completed !!
Till now, I neither did got any call from these fellows nor did I get my deserved cash back !!
I guess, they promise anything to make the fool of customers thinking “who will come to fight for a mere 250 !!”.

sir,iam kabir iam in 10th standard sir i used to live in hostel and that time i hve purchased acell and and one of my senior got extra sim so he give me one .now he has passed from the schooll and me too ..and i dont know where is he now.i was using that number ([protected])approax from 2 years one of my frnds asked 4 cell phone and however cell get switch off and then ask for pin code? he enterd wrong then after 3 times it asked puk..then he call me from another cell to know puk code i gave him but still no correction...so he bring to me and when i enter the puck it accepted and when i enter the pin its also accepted then suddenly it shown that ur sim is rejected ..now sir tell me one thing that ist my fault ..here is the puck code =98114320 and pin code was 11565 and still it was rejected.. u confirm them...sir i was using that sim from last 2 years ...the day it was rejected was 5 nov,07 was teacher day..approax 8 or 9 of morning..and i get recharge of 60 rupees same day u can also confirm that ..sir now they r saying bring sim papers how can i bring ..if i hve nt given we were in hostel and iam giving my adress proof to get new sim of same number ..but they r asking 4 paper..the fault was there but stilll....so i hope u will not dispoint me
