I have purchased 2 sim cards from Airtel- Post paid sim cards. I have been charged the extra amount - 183 RS. When i called Airtel customer care but no respoonse so i decided to portable my service provider to IDEA. When i have requested for portability, i got call fvrom Airtel customer care. The execuitive said thatif you stoped the portability, i will refund your amount so i have stopped the portability. He said that it will be deducted from your next bill and the amount willl reflect in your Dsicount amount.. When i have checked in my next bill nothing deducted so i called again.The Customer Care Executive(CCE) lodhed my complaint and ask me to deduct the refundable amount in the bill and pay rest amount which i did. I tought that issue is resolved but i got shocked when my next bill came. The amount which CCE ask me NOT to pay , reflected in the bill stating that pending payment. Again i have called CCE and he said it will be deducted in next bill but the money is getting increased in the evey month.

I dont know what to do but this is ridiculas and annoyed. Its really difficult to call the customer care every time for such an issue.

sir,
iam kabir iam in 10th standard sir i used to live in hostel and that time i hve purchased acell and and one of my senior got extra sim so he give me one .now he has passed from the schooll and me too ..and i dont know where is he now.i was using that number ([protected])approax from 2 years one of my frnds asked 4 cell phone and however cell get switch off and then ask for pin code? he enterd wrong then after 3 times it asked puk..then he call me from another cell to know puk code i gave him but still no correction...so he bring to me and when i enter the puck it accepted and when i enter the pin its also accepted then suddenly it shown that ur sim is rejected ..now sir tell me one thing that ist my fault ..here is the puck code =98114320 and pin code was 11565 and still it was rejected.. u confirm them...sir i was using that sim from last 2 years ...the day it was rejected was 5 nov,07 was teacher day..approax 8 or 9 of morning..and i get recharge of 60 rupees same day u can also confirm that ..sir now they r saying bring sim papers how can i bring ..if i hve nt given we were in hostel and iam giving my adress proof to get new sim of same number ..but they r asking 4 paper..the fault was there but stilll....so i hope u will not dispoint me

i will wait for positive result from you ..ur the only hope i can c...

Bharti Airtel — AMOUNT DEDUCTED BUT BILL NOT UPDATED

THIS IS SASIDHAR MY AIRTEL POSTPAID NO:[protected]. I PAID MY MOBILE BILL ON 07/06/2010 ONLINE THROUGH 'EASYPAY' USING IOB-DEBIT CARD. THE AMOUNT(330.90) WAS DEDUCTED IN MY ACCOUNT IN THE FAVOUR OF "BHARTI AIRTEL" , BUT THE BILL AMOUNT WASN'T COME TO NILL ,IT REMAINS SAME TILL NOW.

This is to inform u that my cell no.[protected] has been discontinued by you. The reason provided by you was that our verification form was not submitted by us although we submitted all required thing.
Plz look into the matter n try to sort it out. Mr sunil bharti i m very old user of airtel n using it from last 6 years n hardy faced any problem. But this compelled me to come here.

    I was having one airtel mobile no [protected], I have been charged every month for value added services I have never requested never used, In the month of October I have been charged Rs.410/ for SMS other which I try to find out but they never told nor reversed. I lodged a complain and requested to refund but I have paid the bill so they sold they don't have enough outstanding in my account to reverse, there after also they charged like vise for game club and similar other charges. Even after writing to they ombudsman nothing happened and I stop paying bills and finally they stop my outgoing but not reversed excess amount charged. They did it intentionall to extract money from poor consumer like us. I recived some phone calls but I politely asked to reverse all excess charges and late fee charges so actual amount I shall pay to you. but they never come back. I want to raise the grievences of consumr like us so people beware of airtel service, even they come with correct bill amount I shall pay to them but I also need a compensation to troubling me mentalle so more than 6 months and I claim for Rs. 5.00 Lacs from Airtel. Peole should use some other service provider like BSNL or other with whom I never had any problem in last 11 years.

    Bharti Airtel Limited — unwanted value added services charged

    i am using mobile no. [protected], Accont No.[protected], issued in favour of my father in law Mr.G.L.Verma.For last few months unwanted value added servives like Hello tunes, Music On Demand, Chatting E.T.C are being charged in invoices.After checking invoice details i have to call the coustomer care people and they always tell that by mistake it has been charged in my account and they waive off with in 72 hours.
    inspite of this they have repeated the same mistake in my September Bil number[protected].
    I believe this is Not only fraud But it is also a case of Harrasement.

    Bharti Airtel Mobile — Excess bill for value added services.

    Sir,

    I am a mobile holder of Bharti Airtel (No. [protected]) since last two years.

    I have received a bill for the month of November 2008. In this bill, Rs. 2366.00 has been charged for Value added services (i.e. 2366 Nos of SMS). The call charges is Rs. 75.00 only.

    I am using this phone since last two years, and the monthly average SMS are around 50 SMSs only. It is beyond my imagination that how can we made 2366 SMS in one month.

    It seems that sothing is wrong.

    I request to investigation should be made how this mistake has been happened.

    AirTel — Complaint not resolved for Unwanted Bills

    I was having Airtel Post paid service since last 4 years (In Gujarat- No.[protected]) and it was good. Due to my job, I was shifted to Bangalore on 24.12.08. My Airtel post paid mobile was stolen on 05.01.09 from Bangalore. On the same day I informed Airtel customer care at Bangalore, but they simply told me that they can't help me for Airtel Gujarat sim card..
    Finally I contact to the Gujarat's customer care and request them to stop the services of the post paid sim card.They also told me to continue with the same no., but I denied to have the post paid service. So they stop the services of the sim card. As the sim was inactive since 05.01.09, Still I am receiving the bills from Airtel office at my Gujarat address.
    I am not going to pay any of the bills after 05.01.09.
    Please do the needfull actions..

    Airtel GSM — VAS not provided but charged in the bill

    I am user of AIRTEL GPRS since last few years.
    This time they disconnected my number as I could not pay my bill for another number on time.
    But even after paying the bill they did not started until I made a call and that too for 11 days.

    To my shock when the bill came they charged me for all those days also even when they committed me this will not be charged.

    I dont know why these companies are not questioned.

    It seems they just want to snatch things from your hand.

    Guys you to beware and be away from AIRTEL!

    Bharti Airtel — Excess / wrong Bill

    Hi,

    I am an airtel customer and using my current no. [protected] for last 9 years. I am using GPRS service on my phone and i was planning to go to US in Nov. Before leaving for USA I called the customer care on 2-3 Nov 2009 to inquire about GPRS charges while I will be on roaming in USA and I got the answer that I am using unlimited plan and there will no extra charges for using GPRS while on roaming in USA. When I came back I got the bill for Rs. 22830 including Rs 15277 for GPRS.
    Since then I have given n number of calls at the customer care executive but I have not got any resolution. This is just cheating customer.............I specifically asked the customer care executive three times that "R u sure" there is no extra charges for GPRS in international roaming and I got the same answer saying "no" everytime. After lot of efforts I got the nodal officer no. but of no use as it is busy all the time.
    Can I get a resolution please as i have been asked to pay what I have been committed as no charges.
    The height o[censored]nprofessionalism is that one customer care executive today hang up the phone as she was not able to provide resolution and she was not sure what answer she should be giving to the customer.

    Airtel Mobile — UNWANTED AIRTEL CHARGES

    I want to complain here of AIRTEL MOBILE.
    I have been charged Rs.792 in jun 2009, Rs, 50 in Jan 10 & yesterday i got a message u have been charged Rs. 50. I have requested to airtel excutives. they always asked me to ignore the message & assured me amount will not put in your bill. But always it has been charged & I will have to pay. I request you to stop such facility, phone calls from my no. [protected] immidiately.

    Airtel — Excess/Wrong Billing

    I have 5 lines with Airtel and recently have recently been faced with excessive and wrong billing on one of my numbers which is [protected]. Last month I have received a bill of about Rs 10,000 while my credit limit is 5000. In the itemized report there are a lot of numbers including six and seven digit numbers that do not make any sense and a lot of other numbers with which I have had no communication whatsoever. Upon registering the complaint many days ago now I was passed from one executive to another and was then promised by an executive in billing complaints department called Sapna that the Rs 5000 will be refunded into my account and I will receive a text confirming the same. When no text was received we called up again and were told that the amount being refunded is 2000. Then I received a notification stating that Rs 500 have been credited to my account. After this notification we called up Customer Care and are again being transferred from one executive to another stating that there is no record of discussions relating to previous promises on refunds. Then again when we have asked to speak to Supervisors they disconnect the phone. The last person to do that introduced himself as Shanku

    As a consumer this is absolutely terrible treatment where we have to spend unnecessary time trying to rectify mistakes and issues created by Airtel who we pay money to provide us with a service rather than hassle. I am extremely disappointed by the treatment given to what could be called a priority customer having transactions worth thousands every month across all lines I have with Airtel. I would really appreciate a speedy closure on my complaint and prevention of similar wrong billing issues in the future

      I have Airtel postpaid number [protected].My bill amount for the month of March 2013 is amounting to Rs.10000/- plus approx. That is an impossible figure. My previous bill amounts haven't exceeded Rs.1500/-. The bill details say i have exceeded my internet usage. I do not accept this.
      My sim was blocked without even informing me 1 week before the generation of bill and yet i had to make a payment of Rs.3150/- before the bill was generated.
      Kindly help me.

      AirTel — HIGHER BILL

      Dear Sir

      Today telephonic conversationl with Mr. Rakesh from your Noida Office, sector 57, regarding the adjustment of unpaid bill against the 599/- plan the bill was raised by your company is Rs. 4000/. monthly bill. This is very unjustified and want to check your side the DSL line is using parallel any where or other mistake. After Sevral time requesting reminder, no action taken aginst the complaint. Finally I was disconnected the Phone and DSL Line.


      Now pls do not distrub/harresh me through repeated phone calls ,I strictly avoid this type call, and unable to pay unjustified higher bill this is already pass on the msg to your Sh.Sunil Bharti Mittal -CHAIR PERSON -AIRTEL and already forwarded the complaint to the cunsumer foroum .

        My name is Arun I booked Airtel Digital Tv as on 06.04.2013 Customer ID - [protected], Transaction ID - 870349 for a rupees of 1999. After I booked I got the information which I furnished above none other response are there from the Airtel people till date they didn't provide the product and not even get a phone call till date. I called to the customer care which they mentioned in their website I can assure this is the worst customer care I ever called I called more than 7 times to 7 different people who are all repeating the same answers which is utterly useless. After a long wait some people will pick the call and they will ask my customer ID, transaction ID and phone no..... etc., then they will say we will connect to the technical persons please be on the line more than 3 min the phone will be in hold then it will automatically went to the main menu welcome to the Airtel customer care press 1,2,3 etc.,

        This 7 times when I call to the customer care I never spoke to a single technical person which means there is no technical persons in the customer service. They are running a customer care with people just to say we will transfer to the technical persons, even though their website doesn't have any options to register or inquire this kind of inquiry the website is totally designed for getting money with a convenient way from the people if they got money they left the customer unnoticed. 5 days completed still there is no response about my Digital Tv after I spoke several times to customer care for past 2 days still nothing happened.

        I decided to quit all my Airtel services and I want to punish this kind of irresponsible sector who thinks public can't do anything against their careless activities, they cut the service very next minute if we didn't recharge then why should a customer wait for 5 days? Which means they have a standard but when it for customer they say sorry for the inconvenience this should not go further. This kind of customer cares should be checked by the Government whether they have adequate technical persons are there or not and need to take severe actions against them to not do it again and again.

        If they can't achieve what they promised why should they have to be here. The government should banned this kind of fake report providers from the service. They promised me the product will be delivered with in 24 hours. 5 days fully completed not even get single phone call from Airtel.

        Please take a severe action against this kind of providers for further improvement of the country

        Airtel — poor care towards coustmer

        I have an Airtel prepaid no.[protected] (SIM no.[protected]) was taken in Chennai on 9th November 2007 and the same was activated on same day, which worked up to 22nd December 2007 till 11 O’clock. After that there is no tower in my mobile. Then I approached customer relation centre (Laser Valley Telecom) at T.Nagar in Chennai on 22nd November 2007 around 6PM, where I have submitted my documents initially and explained the issue to Mr. Ram (mobile no.[protected]), Mr.Pandian/Miss. Kamakshi (Mobile no.[protected]). They have verified their dispatch list and found that they have submitted my documents to Main office at Chennai on 23rd November 2007.
        After that on 26th December 2007, I have approached Mr.Nithin (mobile no.[protected]) at Head office at Santhome in Chennai and explained the issue. He took two days time and told me to refer their colleague Mr.Ganesh (mobile no.[protected]). I referred Mr.Ganesh over phone, he took days and finally he told me refer one more his colleague Mr.Karthic (mobile no.[protected]). Mr.Karthic has took three days and told me refer customer relation centre at T.nagar where I have submitted my documents.
        Again I came back on 2nd January 2008 to customer relation centre (Laser Valley Telecom) at T.Nagar and discussed the issue with Miss.kamakshi. She ask me to give one day time. Then again I went customer relation centre (Laser Valley Telecom) at T.Nagar on 3rd January 2008 and discussed the issue with Miss.kamakshi.
        Nobody is even trying to me helping me out or responding positively…. Every time I am even a period of time committed…
        Finally I kept my SIM card in front of Miss.Kamakshi and came out side.
        Poor customer care services :- The reply by customer executives are generally misguiding and the customers have to bear

        Airtel Customer Care service — Highly poor service of Airtel Customer Care

        I am from New Delhi. I have an airtel prepaid connection.I noticed that without my subscribing to Java Games I received that SMS on my mobile that Rs.99/- have been deducted. When I spoke to the staff of Airtel on 121 I was told that they cannot do anything and were very harsh.
        If you want, I can name the persons to whom I had spoken.
        This is not the only case. Without subscribing to Hello tunes, Airtel has been deducting charges @ Rs. 30/-per month for the last two months. When spoken at the customer case service, I was told that same answer that we cannot do anything.
        Now, When ever I called to that no: that they have given, they dont pick up the phone and other no: is not availabl.
        If this kind of service is being provided than in near future all customers will shift to other service providers.
        not just poor...VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES BY AIRTEL !!!

        Airtel Digital — non availability of recharge cards

        For the last 4 days I have been going round to various Airtel outlets in Noida to get a recharge card for the Digital TV service. I am told recharge cards are out of stock. I am trying to recharge a sum of Rs 48 only. Result is that all channels have been blocked. What does one do ? Terrible service .
        yeah but my problem in worst i am in coimbatore singanallur i dont know where to get the recharge coupons
        they say to get there here but no body even sells it

        I rechanged my a/c ([protected]) for RS 200/- through my credit card. Money is already claimed by bharati from ICICI big bazaar visa card (Bank Transaction id is - 673570, information received from icici bank) but still my digital TV a/c showing negative balance. I raised a complaint (838654) but instead of action I have been asked to submit scanned copy of credit card bill.

        I am sorry but i could not understand the logic when I have transaction id why scanned copy is required. I can submit scanned copy but I will get it by end of the month i.e. July 2009 whereas you can easily find out through transaction id (673570) whether or not money has been credited in your a/c or not.

        I am user of airtel services for last 10 years (M - [protected] Dehli no.) but instead of getting good services it is getting bad.

        I am here writing the summary of support which I got from Airtel department.

        1) After raising complain on 18th feb. One technical guys came
        next day (Tushar : [protected]) and took the setup box and made a
        promise that he will solve the issue and give back to next day. After
        doing number of follow up calls with that guy he returned the box
        after 5 days without solving issue and said Next technical person
        will come and pickup the box and will solve.
        2) After waiting 1 -2 days, I again called to customer care and
        got the feedback from them that my issue has been resolved, I was
        very much surprised how they closed the complain without getting
        feedback to me. Then customer care open new complain number and give
        assurance to me this time issue will resolve.
        3) At 28th feb one technical guy came again (Vishnu :
        [protected]) and took the box again, next day he came and setup the
        things and any how he did something and we were able to see TV that
        time, he took 100 Rs as fees and said if you face issue again then
        call me, Same day when we start TV again at next time again we faced
        same issue(Stb box issue)
        4) Since the day 1st March I am calling to call center. They
        generate one complain number immediate I got SMS regarding this and
        after some time I got another SMS that your problem has been
        resolved. This is going on in cyclic manner and I am very much
        disappoint now. Even then yesterday I had world With Mr Manish(1st
        escalation) but final result is that Still not working box is with me
        no one is coming to resolve this and I am getting SMS from Airtel
        that problem has been resolved. One number is also given in SMS
        [protected] but it is a useless number.

        Is it some kind of Joke going on? For how long I will be made fool by repeatedly sending such messages whearas in reality problem remains unresolved and my services are not resumed.

        I need to lodge the same complaint or shall I simply forget my money and opt for some another DTH service provider. I am really getting fed up and mentally harassed by the mockery that is being made out of this "Customer Care Process".

        I am a customer of Airtel Digital with customer id [protected] and had been trying to get a service from Airtel to remove my DTH connection from my previous residence and re-install at my new residential address which is within 1km distance from my old residence, but was frustrated to the core. I had called the call centers for more than 15 times in the last three days and still have not got my service done. I feels it is shameful for me to still continue as a customer of Airtel Digital.
        The call center service is the worst I have ever experienced. It takes 5-10 mins to get connected to an executive and after I get connected to an executive the quality of discussion is very very poor. After I finally converyed my message of request to shift the connection, I was given a date & time before which the service request would be completed and now its two days after the deadline that I am still complaining.
        I would like to ask one question to you all in AIRTEL organisation; " Is there a sensible and responsible person in this organisation to attend to customer queries ?" My answer to this as of now is "NO !"

        we should file a class action complaint against them in TRAI as well as consumer courts.

          Guys who came for installation , were too pathetic to hear anything . They didn't even gave the demo .
          After they installed the connection , it didnt worked. everytime the connection got lost . I have been calling the technical people , but they dont hear again . Instead they talk rude...hopeless guys...

            Dear All,

            I request every one not to go with Airtel for any of their services for god sake. We have taken an Internet connection and they have served a faulty modem which is not working from the day one. We called them atleast 24 times in the last 4 days. Finally one guy visited our office who did not even know how to use the computer. Then we again called the call center but they didnt respond and then today one guy came to our office just to sit here for an hour. We have lost about 4 lac in the last 3 days because of their negligence.

            Good thing we have done is, we have gor the call recording of all the coversation we have had with the call center and so called employees of Airtel.

            Hence, after discussing with legal adviser we have come to a colcusion to file a law suit against Airtel and their employees and to claim all the business loss we had because of their negligence.

            Therefore, I request all those who has the similar problem with Airtel to join us so that we can teach this cheating company a big lesson.

            i have activated airtel advance 90 days subscrption of hello tune in my number[protected]. from aug19 and i call customer care to change hello tune.but the call center has deleted my hellotune after 61 days on 19oct. and the call center people is saying that i have told him to delete.or deactivate my hello tune.the person in call center does not having proper information for customer and then on 26 i get the call from [protected] that i have chosen for 45 rs hellotune for 3 months and i have to pay only 15 rs monthly. then again i activate this service but on 27 iget the msg that i have been charged rs 30 for hellotune. problem is that miss information and mistake done by call center would unnecessary harm the customer. and i want that airtel should provide right information to the customer.and make121 number free.

              i have got this mail regarding non payment of airtel dues


              the following is my grievance:

              i vacated my house in October in rajendra nagar where i subscribed to the airtel broadband in mid october. i called 121 in mid october for cancellation of my service and was told that my request was being sent by the customer care executive. my phone number was [protected]. However i was at fault at not pursuing my request further as i thought the cancellation would be done. i moved out from delhi and now im in hyderabad since mid october. So my phone number and contact address has changed.

              All of a sudden i have received this mail from the cureman threatening legal actions.I called the cureman named Amit in the attachment sent to me. He told me that repeated message was delivered to me via mail,post and telephonic calls very frequently. He was however not attentive to my grievance.
              the following is my case
              - the airtel due received is a whopping 4766
              - Since october this mail was the only communication i received . Since obviously my phone number and address has changed i wudnt have responded to their calls.
              - Why was my bill continued even after i didnt pay nor use for so many consecutive months.
              - the cureman told me that even personnel were sent many times to the house. But did the information that i shifted that place not reach the airtel office. And even if it did not, the broadband billing for successive months was still continued.(monthly charge of approx-1100)
              - on saying this the cureman told me that even repeated mails were sent to me regarding the same. But when i asked him to remail me the copy of those mails which he could not. This is the because this is the only communication i received via mail for the first time.
              the fact was even after non payment and no response for a month, the bill was still continued for several months knowing well that i still didnt use the connection(since personnel were sent to the house enquiring abt me wudve known that i vacated), tells me that there was a attempt if not deliberate to inflate the dues bill and push the burden onto the consumer.

              As a civil servant I do accept that i was at fault at not persuing my case for cancellation of service. This is the third airtel connection i had and was always satisfied with the quality of service or the customer care rendered.In fact, i have been planning to take another airtel connection in hyderabad. But i would ask the Airtel office to Kindly differentiate between a bonafide error and malafide intentions of the consumer. Also if you look at my timely and prompt payment over the years of the respective connection, you will understand that i have always been a sincere payer. Hence i would ask for atleast partial remission if not full of the fees .

              i have faith that the airtel office would look into my case with due diligence.

              AirTel — Telephone threats

              Hi,
              My wife was using airtel telephonic services few months back .Presently i am in USA . We received a huge bill in 2007 end with my wife's number written on it .We discussed with airtel department and informed them of erroneous bill.
              We were told by airtel department to submit the exact bill which belongs to us and They sent a guy to collect the bills and got our sign as well for termination of the service .
              We were told that our number has terminated now .
              We did not get any call from airtel dept for long and now suddenly their recovery agents have started calling our parents, relatives and whatever the number we might have called in that period . They are threating us with dire consequances in case we do not pay the bill . Now i really dont understand why should i pay this bill which does not belong to me . can anyone suggest me what action i should take ? . Although bill is very meagre but i want to teach this department a lesson now .They keep doing this to all their honest customers quite often .

              My problem was not solved since 4 months with airtel
              I am the user of mobile no [protected] and I am paying every month bill, the connection is in the name of my company, I requested airtel to change the name to my name from company, they ask me to submit so many documents for new plan, new address and etc, I explained them that only the name has to be change remind the address and other plan will be the same as previous, then they ask me to submit the NOC from the company, I did, but they never change the name
              when I check with them, again they ask me all the documents for address proof and etc, again I explained them that only the name has to be change,

              Later on they inform me that they have changed the name and they given me the ref no for the same,
              As per the ref no. the name has been changed, but it has not reflected on bill,
              when i check with them they replied that It will be reflected from may month, but actually not,
              again i talk to them and send them several mails, they said it will be re solved within 48 hrs, like this way I passed 4 months, Finally they ask me to provide the date of birth, new name required on bill, driving licence no ect. I did all, still it has not done,

              like this way four months has gone, When I check with them now they are coming from the begining and asking the same documents what they asked four months,

              I have been irritated by airtel a lots, I made around 80 calls to them and sent them so many mails, but no use, I have all the ref no, evidence about all the interaction had with them,

In March 2009 I was told to send fresh form with address as the same is not found with Air Tel office at Chandigarh/Shimla/Dharamsala.               I am holding Airtel Mobile prepaid connection No. [protected] since last 7yrs or so. On 3 2 2010 I visited M s Super Technosys at Laxmi Nagar Vikas Marg Delhi being your authorized Airtel relationship center for seeking additional Airtel prepaid connection for my wife. I had purchased the new connection of Airtel bearing No. [protected] on 03 02 2010 but till date the number is not activated. I have already contacted the above said agency for activation of the said connection and they have assured to activate the same within 2 days after verification but no one came from the authorized Center to my residence till date. Ironically on 5 2 10 evening I personally visited the center and was informed that some executive might have visited my residence on 3 02 2010 at 4:00 PM at Sita Ram Apartment Patparganj and apparently found the house locked. When I asked my wife about the situations she told me that nobody had visited us. Infact that day my wife was very much at our residence and he might have visited the adjoining flat No. 433 which is locked for quite some time.               Today also I enquired from Ms Geeta sales Executive M s Super Technosys Telephonically and was told that even today some executive visited my residence with a negative report . Incidently upon enquiry from My Wife I was told that only for 15 mins she had gone downstaires to pick up my kids from the school bus .Even the security guards of the society deny any such visit by the airtel executive.


              May I request you to take stern action against the irresponsive and apathetic attitute shown by the staff of M s Super Technosys and other field staff due to which my new Airtel prepaid connection could not be activated despite my best intentions and as a credit worthy Airtel prepaid customer for last 7 yrs .

                My fone SIM expired on 3rd of this Month, and I have been trying hard to get it back. There are ways I am sure, but no one tells me exactly what has to be done.

                I have mailed AIRTEL PRESENCE, AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE and even your NODAL OFFICER in mumbai but to no avail.

                After 3 years of brand loyalty, what I get today is 7 days of complete disconnect from my fone.

                You have so many numbers, so many teams. You also have figures to quote that you are the best. So then why is it that a customer has to almost beg you to get simple things done?

                All that i want it extension of my SIM validity, or atleast the EXACT PROCESS to be followed to do the same.

                Kindly do the needful immediately, if you truly are the brand you claim yourselves to be.

                  I am very disappointed by the service offered by Airtel and the worst is that no body is there to listen; all gives you the false statements.
                  I took my internet connection (SEF NO. 1564876) on 19.12.2008 and Airtel sales representative Mr. Ankit had committed that my service will up on 22.12.2008, when my service was not activated on 22.12.2008. I have called more a dozen times and have spoken to as sale representative Mr. Ankit. But I must confess that only my calls were attended to and not my requests. After that I had called to Mr. Gaurav (T.M.) Bharti Airtel, B-38/C1, Sec.-57, Noida (UP) but the result was same as before.

                    Have give complain long back for the disconnection of the inter-net connection. They had taken the complain after one month and now asking me for payment of that unused service.                       Hi,

                      I am Arun kumar S. I have changed my airtel prepaid number to postpaid when a offer from Airtel came. The offer name was "Future value 299 plus plan". The offer was 30 paise to airtel local and 40 paise to other local mobile. However after taking the the offer, Airtel changed my bill plan without informing me. When I raised a complaint and after a long fight they gave me 10% discount which I agreed. Now they have stopped even with the discount.

                      They did the same thing with my airtel broadband. When I asked the reason behind this, they say we have changed for all customers, so changed for you too. They didnt even try to inform before. I came to know when my bill was generated.

                      While I was taking new connection for my airtel mobile and broadband, I had asked them whether the plan will be changed or not. They said happily that we never change plans once given to a customer.

                      I am fed up by there service and the way they answer. Please help me regarding this issue. I have nowhere left to go.

                        Hello,
                        I made a 3G Recharge on my Airtel number(9/4/2013) using NetBanking as my 3G Balance was low and was about to Expire(on 10/4/2013). Everything was going well till I Finished my Payment and all of a sudden a Message Pops up which says "Recharge Failed". Checked my Bank Statement and the transaction was successfully made. So called their customer care. And a guy received on the other side. So I stated my problem and When I asked for my Refund, he said it CANNOT be done. So I asked him if he can update the 3G balance for the same amount and this is what i get in return "ANY RECHARGE ON 3G BEFORE THE SERVICE TERMINATES IS A VOID".

                        I have made several Recharges like this on Reliance and Docomo and what they do is Add the new balance to Old or at-least update the new Balance clearing the old balance.


                        And here I was thinking Airtel has finally moved on from the "Scamming/Robbing its customers", Maybe I was expecting too much!?

                          We have purchase a Airtel postpaid 3g data card[protected] on the name of Company but the number was missed by the emp so we email to [protected]@in.airtel.com for disconnection on 31st Oct 2012(ref[protected]

                          we get the reply final bill will be generated on 23.11.12 . and we have paid that amt on 10th Dec to cheque no. 006419 rs. 1068 but they didn't disconnect the number and send us continue bills.

                          For getting full and final settlement we had a conversation with the executive (Airtel) they tell us to pay final payment Rs.2237 they also send us sms on 5th mar for paying the same amount BUT AFTER PAYMENT THEY RELEASE ANOTHER BILL FOR PAYMENT .

                          THEY ARE JUST ANNOYING US FOR PAYMENT BY CALLING AGAIN AND AGAIN.

                          When I again sending them a cancellation request on 4.4.13, they send us reply for paying again Rs.1586.98 (Reference number[protected] and next bill generate on 23.4.13.

                          AIRTEL IS SUCH A FRAUD THEY PROVIDE U POSTPAID AS IMMEDIATELY AS THEY CAN BUT AFTER IT NO ONE CAN LISTEN YOU. NO ONE GIVE THE PROPER RESPONSE.

                          THEY JUST CHEAT THE CUSTOMER WE HAVE SUFFER A LOT BECAUSE OF THEM.

                            I have purchased a mobile on 17.03.2013 (Karbonn A9+). There was an offer for customer i.e.

                            Customer Offer:- 500 MB of 3G data per month and unlimited data usage, for 6 months. Valid for both prepaid and postpaid

                            Note:- Offer applicable on the first active airtel SIM inserted in Karbonn Smartphone purchased before 31st March, 2013, for prepaid and non-data pack retail postpaid customers. Post 500 MB of 3G data usage, customers can avail 2GB data at 2G speed. Beyond 2GB usage, speed throttled to 40Kbps and download will continue to be unlimited during the remaining validity period. 3G and unlimited data offer not applicable in Punjab and Orissa. Post offer period, charges at 3p/10Kb (10p/10Kb in 2G circles) will apply. Text 3G to 121 to start 3G.

                            But till date i have no get any data/ offer. So i called to customer care No. 198 than he talk with me said he transfer my call to his senior officer and than my call has been disconnected & blocked my mobile no for calling to customer care.

                            thereafter, i called to customer care no. 198 through other mobile number and there was same problem with me. Please sir help me.....


                            Kindly take my complain seriously and solve my problem as soon as possible

                                I purchased an airtel digital tv on April 21, 2013 in my name (Vikrant Sharma – [protected], [protected](brother’s number- alternate contact)) for Rs. 2290. My id is [protected].

                                At the time of purchase, I was promised the following:
                                1) I will get a 250 cash back in my airtel digital tv account for future recharges.
                                2) I will get free naaptol and ebay coupons.
                                It’s already been over 15 days today, still there is no credit made in my account.
                                I contacted the customer care at [protected] to register a complain for the same on Apr1, 2013. The agent told me that a complain has been registered and the case has been forwarded. It will be resolved soon. But nothing was done till now.
                                Then, I contacted again yesterday (Apr 9, 2013) at around 12.45pm. I was told that within 1 hour some senior fellow will contact me to resolve the issue. I waited till 2pm, but no call !! I again contacted at 2.15pm and asked why was there no call and why is there no credit has been made. The lady said “Please stay on line, I’ll be back”. SHE NEVER CAME BACK and then after around 8-9 minutes on hold, the call was cut by them !!
                                Then I again called, again explained the issue to the guy. He said I’ll arrange for a call within 2 hours and then said, “Please be online, I’ll connect you to some senior guy”. I don’t where he connected me, but, actually the phone was disconnected !! And still, those 2 hours are not completed !!

                                Till now, I neither did got any call from these fellows nor did I get my deserved cash back !!

                                I guess, they promise anything to make the fool of customers thinking “who will come to fight for a mere 250 !!”.

                                  Hi, i had taken a number [protected] from Airtel past 7 years and suddenly they activated internet to my number without even informing me and claimed a bill amount of 5000+. As i am using dual sim phone and one more number of Idea is having internet i was thinking i was browsing with Idea number as Airtel didnt had internet. But all of a sudden they came back with huge amount of bill which i cant pay. Also no one will be mad to use the internet without rental package, which they are not understanding. And they are threatening that they will take action on me on mails. Request to kindly help on this.

                                    My Complain is that I had purchase a Air tel prepaid connection([protected]) in July 2012 after three months in Nov 2012 Air tel customer care called me and say sir please convert your prepaid connection in postpaid your monthly cheapest plan will be Rs.249/- and maximum Credit limit is Rs.2000 , so i had agreed with this . they send a executive at my home and he is taken my ID, photo, signature and Rs.300/- as a security deposit and fill up a Customer Application Form . after one month complete my bill is Rs.3880/- i am shocked with this bill. i called customer care that i am not agree with this bill and please convert my connection in prepaid they said me sir first you pay the bill than we will convert your connection in prepaid. After that i am not paid the bill in this dispute second months is also over and second month's bill is mail me i had check my e-mail there is Rs.3,025 bill is come. i am again shocked. Now my Question is that when my credit limit is Rs.2000/- then why company is not stopped my outgoings calls when i used Rs.2000 of my limit? Now Company's recovery team say me pay the bill otherwise FIR filled with regards section 420 against you. Sir i had paid Rs.1800/- (Rs.300 security + Rs.1500 bill ) . Now sir i request to you please help me i am a student and not pay this bill but some bill i will pay so please solve my problem.

                                    i have 10 connection thru corpprate plan from airtel.i am not receiving proper bill every time.also last two month i have received mobile bills from airtel.last time they have disconnected my connection without informing us @ the bill.now also they have not given me bill.every time i am loosing my business due to airtel bad servcices. also they are not providing details bill after giving request many time.

                                    Airtel services are getting pathetic. I have changed my billing address & updated it with the Airtel customer care. But I m still not getting my bills on my new postal address. Also whenever I complain, I have to update the same postal address & email information again. ppl working for airtel call center are pathetic, they don't have product information nor updates the information properly. 2nd thing I asked for a detailed bill for my usage so to cross check why am I billed soo much, m not getting the detailed bills, nor on my postal address and not even on my email id. though I have requested for n no. of times. Plus the login details keeps getting blocked on the website. its really frustrating to attain customer calls, where they don’t have proper info nor updates the details. Its bugging. Is Mr.Mittal listening? This may lead to customer dissatisfaction & loosing customers.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I recharged a SMS voucher worth Rs.52/- on 06/05/10.
                                      Till now that card has not been activated and I am being charged Rs.1.50/- for every SMS even after paying Rs.52/-.

                                        I'm a prepaid user of 3g broadband on my phone..before this I am subscribing a 4gb data plan/rs749 and a weeks ago my data plan my data plan already reach its limit..when I want to renew my data plan, the message always keep telling me that I cannot renew the data plan since the capacity exceed 50mb even though my data plan already reach the limit..what should I do?
