Don't go with Airtel direct sales, buy Airtel services Online to get offers. Either Direct Sales Person don't know the information correctly or untruth. Direct sales comes to door step with pamphlet. my Airtel customer care service has been blocked. i am unable to call 121.since last 3 days I was calling to know about the status of my previous request. Every time I got a message that your request has been resolved but still it has not been resolved. No one in airtel customer service has given a satisfactory feedback and now they have blocked my 121 care also....
