I bought new SIM card from vender(airtel). It's now 15 days have already lapsed. I gave my identity card and photo against the new SIM card. I gave my previous number as reference number but my previous card was not getting coverage. After 5 days when I asked him why don't you start my new sim, the he told me that the reference number was not reachable, and I gave him another number of my brother as he was holding the card from Delhi. Still he is not able to start that card after 10 days.
It may possible that he can use my detail for any wrong work. Hence I asked him to give back my identity card xerox and photo, forget about money what I paid for the new SIM card. But he refused me.
What should I do now?

    All,

    I am sharing my bitter experience with Airtel Land line and BB connection. I had applied for LL/BB connection in January 13 by paying 6 months advance rental of 5250/- and after a month Airtel generated one bill for 5900/-odd and disconnected my LL/BB connection for non payment. I had tough time making even higher level people understand - how can it will be non payment when I am made the 6 months advance rental. Customer Care guys, Gosh! Now every day they are harassing for bill payment. I surrendered my airtel mobile connection as well for Airtel's such pathetic behaviour.

      AirTel — AIRTEL IVE

      I HAE CONTACTED TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE FOR AIRTEL LIVE SETTING. THEY SAID ME TO SENT "LIVE" TO 54321. I HAVE SEND REPLY COME THAT MY HANDSET IS UNABLE OR IT. I AM USING NOKIA 5130. I WANTED TO AGAIN CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY NOT MADE ME TO CONTACT.

      Airtel Service — losing 30 R.S

      On 16th september 2009. I was surfing tagtag.com. In that web page i assume there is no any charges to click any site. But when i went other pages i saw one add it was just icon no discription no information thats why click that link and suddnly i got msg that thanks for using wapsubacctress service on airtel live. i didnt went on airtel live wep page. I m sure something wrong with airtel gprs. maybe somebody haking them and airtel coustomer loosing their money.
      Sir,

      I have airtel sim with no [protected]. On 19th July I reacherd 50 Rs. I saw the balance came
      42 Rs.Few minute later I saw 27 rs has been deducted from my balance.
      1.Now I tryied to contact Customer care hole day but couldnot.
      2.I contact customer care from anotther phone I got. he kept me on line 5 minute
      then he disconnect the phone without giving any solution.
      3. I contct from another once more she also kept me on line more than 20 minutes without any
      solution and finally I contact another number supervisor same thing happend.
      4. I asked her to give the head office phn number she denied to give and disconnect the number.
      None of the told me their name when I asked.
      I had very bitter experinec with Airtel since long time back.
      All togeather I have 8 airtell sim in my family. If you give me any solution then OK
      othewise tell me how I will change these no to BSNL or any other service.

        I have activated the Rs.125 Internet package on 8th April, 2013. Still my talktime balance is getting deducted on Internet usage.
        Before 8th April I had the Rs.98 Internet package as well. But still since 4th April, 2013 my talktime of almost Rs.240 has been deducted for Internet usage inspite of activating the provided internet packs. When I tried calling the ustomer care yesterday, they said the deduction is not due to GPRS usage, it might be due to some value added service activated but I have also verified that no value added service is activated no my number. Though, when I recalled the customer care today, they accepted that the deduction is due to Internet usage.
        I wonder if the Support system used by customer care is the same for all. I want my deducted amount to be refunded.

        AirTel — EXTRA BALANCE DEDUCTION

        Respected sir /Madam

        Today I activated my daily my mobile office whose rent is Rs. 25

        But my balanc dedtced Rs. 59.
        when i activate my service then my balance was Rs. 152 after 10 minutes my balance was Rs 93.
        When i call customer care there is no responce if we call customer care more than 2 times then customer care blockes our services for CC.
        What is this ?

        vodaphone Customer care is excellent but your is so bad.

        if you can return my money so pls...

          I am frustrated from getting many calls from this number late at night when my kids are asleep, I cant keep my mobile on silent mode as I am on call from my office. Its disturbing my kids and my family. please help, I would like to know the name of the owner of this mobile number [protected].

          I Mr.Shailesh Rai using airtel no. is facing problems of constant calls by their call centre executives for activating various stupid services like caller tunes n etc.....Not only that the illeterate executives hired by the company shows the status of the company and kind of service they can afford and give users....To add they also deduct money from my prepaid card for the services i have not activated in my whole life and when i call their , so-called , helpline service first i cant get thru the no. , than i get a reply from their unprofessional executives that they dont have any powers to help customers ....so what are they paid for ? if they cant help customers wat are the helplines for ? A very wrong and unprofessional attitude by Airtel not only mentally stress a customer but also shows how bad service can they provide and how low their status can be ....

            Hi, I get news alert messages from the service NDTVLATNEWSCOMBOW_20. Its a service I never subscribed to. As my DND is On since 2009, and there is actually no value added service activated, why I continue getting disturbed by such undesired sms? Is it nor a clear violation of the dnd service?
            I have contacted the customer care many many times, they say my complaint is resolved when actually these messages don't stop.
            I am getting sms continuouly since 24th feb 2013 from the sender, AD- NDAROT. My mobile no is [protected].
            Please somebody help me out of this unnecessary botheration.

              Without taking any service the service provider has charged 10 INR. It happens most of the time the service automatically starts and there is no refund and we have to manually stop a service.

                One of my friend tell me that the site Pay4Users.com will pay for every refers. I joined this site and earned $ 84. For payment they want to take a survey. I go to the survey and that page goes to Airtel hello tunes and I subscribe and my a/c debited Rs. 45. But still my payment is not unlocked.
                Now I search on Google about this site and found that this a pure Scam site.
                Because of Scam site How our companies like Airtel, snapdeal.com, shadi.com are links with this site and stole our money.

                  Dear Sir
                  In year 2011 around June, a sales girl from Airtel entered home for the promotion of the post paid plan. As per the plan, i had paid the advanced payment of Rs.999/- and i got the number airtel Number : [protected] Account Number : [protected]. Though i paid the advance bill , i was getting the bill every month. Then called up the customer care, they said as you have already paid no need to pay again.
                  I had hardly used the card and i was sure that i will no longer use it so i had asked the sales girl if i could cancel that card. She said when you won't pay advance payment for next year, your connection will no longer active. Whatever bill was charged is advance for one year. The year 2011 passed and in year 2012 July, i received new bill with the 999. I had asked them to cancel the card then also they were sending me the billls.
                  One fine day they call up and threaten to pay bill and one day they send a legal notice. On 11th April 2013 , i had received a call from [protected] and the person said he is Mr.Ramesh Gupta, Advocate from Delhi High court and a case will be filed against me for non payment of the bill.
                  So to avoid any problem, i paid the amount.
                  Here i wish to lodge a complaint against Airtel, because their sales people overcommit and the customer has to suffer. I was not in need of the card but i due to the sales call at home , i had purchased the card. Then also the wrong commitments made me suffer.
                  I would like to know , can't be the card cancelled through customer care?
                  If the sales is through the direct way , it should also have direct cancellation from phone.
                  Why i am penalised for the carelessness of the company

                  i have paid the amount of Rs, 834 which i am not supposed to pay,
                  The threatens from the legal team to my wiife and me during working hours were very bad.
                  It disturbed our lives so we unwillingly paid that bill to get out of this mess.

                    One of my friend tell me that Pay4Users.com is give dollars for referring people. I also joined this site and referred some 70 people and I earned $82. But when I ask for payment they give some survey and after successfully finished your survey the payment will be released. I take one survey, and that goes to Airtel hello tunes and my a/c is debited some 45 Rs. for that. But the payment not released and the web site says that your survey not finished. I have take more surveys but still the same thing happened.
                    Now I search on google about this site and found that the site is Scam site and many people told that this site is bogus.
                    What my complaint is if Pay4Users.com is scam site then how Airtel and snapdeal.com and others in our country joined this site and steel our money?

                    I signed up for Google Adsense last year in the beginning. In the month of november i completed more than $100 by displaying ads on my websites. On nov 26, 2008 Google issued me a cheque to my house address. It was for more than Rs. 6500. Today is April 7, 2009 and till date i have not received any cheque or any kinds of payments, letters from google. I am a student and i need money to purchase some books. Please help me.                       Dear Sir,
                      I own an airtel prepaid 2g gsm sim card. I was having terribly slow 2g internet speeds(3-4 kbps) and connection failures while connecting to the internet for a whole year. On 13 April 2013, I had a phone call from airtel saying that if I want to increase my net speeds to 60-70 kbps then I must purchase the Rs. 98 data plan with 650mb free internet for 21 days. they said this is a special offer for those consumers who are having slow speeds and that they will increase my speed to 60-70 kbps if I purchase this offer. I did purchase it and they promised me that they will increase my browsing speeds. However, although I received 650mb data for 21 days, my browsing speeds did not increase nor did the connection failures stop. They still give me only 3-4 kbps speed. I demand to airtel that my internet speeds be immediately increased to 60-70 kbps or else my full money (Rs. 98) refunded within the next 48 hours. I will not wait for more than 48 hours and I will throw my sim card and move to vodafone for ever, if they don't increase my net speed or refund the money. My connection failure problem also must be solved within these 48 hours without fail. If my problems are not solved by the morning of 17 April 2013, I will start protest against this fraud company and post complains on all consumer forums.

[your subsscription to the On demand Service has been renewed(30Rs. 30 Days, 30 Min Free) Call 543213 (toll-free) to enjoy your favorite Songs in 17 languages].This SMS I recevied on 10/07/2008 08:01 AM and cuted chares of Rs.30/- from My prepaid Mobile.
                      But Sir, I have not activated Mobile Radia and I no call to your custome care for talking this typ of service then why you active Mobile Radio in My mobile without infomed me?
                      I have no requerment any other services of your mobile company and I am not Inrested this typ of services. So why you charging per month Rs.30.00 without infomed me?
                      I request to custome care of airtel please refund My Rs.30/- in my prepaid mobile as soon as and closed this typ service who start by you without apply and without infomed me.

                      airtel prepaid offers — scam offers

                      airtel is the worst service provider on earth. they recently launched an offer saying tht - u get 200 minutes talktime on easy recharge of rs 100/-. rs 125min talktime(tt) wil b given immediately and the remaining tt wil be credited within 48 hours.but i havent received the 75 min tt even though its been a week. and when i checked wid the "customer care executives", they telme tht u ver never entitled to such an offer,although i checked several times with the customer care executives before recharging.i think smething should be done against this unethical,expansin greedy company.

                        I took a new 3G dongle from Navjyothi Electronics on 5th of April and so far this is not activated.

                        When I took that connection, the retailer promised that it will be activated in two to three days. When I got in touch with AirTel, I got a very dry and negative response from AirTel in resolving this incident. I have escalated this couple of times with the escalation manager and even he was not able to show up a better behavior.

                        Its been close to 11 days since I took the connection and there was no positive response from the AirTel CC. I am extremely dissatisfied about the service Airtel (may be with the retailer) has provided to me, if you ask me.

                            Airtel is worst company, they Wasted my Precious time and as well as Internet pack, Few days before I did a call to Airtel Customer care and I ask them I have Internet coupon of Rs. 97 which gives 2 Gb night and 2 Gb Day. And they changed the plan recently. I have used that coupon but gives 650 MB's. I did call to Customer care and they rudely behaved with me and said it si plan we cannot do anything I said them then why you publish coupons and they said it is company rule and they changed. after this I told them who can give me money back which I spend for the net pack Which I bought before 2 months. He said we are not responsible and said do whatever complaint you can do just do it we don't care for your complaint. And when I publish Complaint in Facebook Airtel Page they closed my Port for internet and also they blocked my 121 Service which is very bad for the customer. I can say they didn't satisfy me they ruled just like dictators. Today I again recharge Rs. 124 for Nett Pack but again shows same problem, When I call the Customer care few hours before they said we will register the complaint for mobile no. and it will work within 26 Hours, I said them I used this nett pack for my business but they said we don't have any facility to resolve your complaint before 24 Hours. I lost my Rs. 40000 Package due to the problem from Airtel. And I ask them Penality of Rs. 40000 which I lost from my client. My mobile no. is [protected].                             i used aritel postpaid connection, my mobile were used to very high so i changed airtel scheme, before Jan 2008. but this time airtel charged 3 times payment from my credit card when i ask so airtel empl. told me sorry and they said they had my payment in airtel a/c for december mobile bill. they told me that they will deduct this amount in next billing cycle. But After my complant they cut my connection instead of rectifying there mistake and Now they are note giving response and they have very rude behavier

                            Airtel Broadband — Airtel Broadband :: Zero cutomer service, harrowing experience

                            I’m a corporate customer for Airtel Broadband(phone[protected] since almost last 1 year. I have always been paying all my bills on time though the airtel’s online interface.

                            Since Aug 09 suddenly my online interface stopped working, I tried resetting the password but it did not work so I got in touch with Customer care and was told there was some server maintenance going on so nobody was able to access the online account. I requested them to have the payment collected from my home for which they raised a request but nobody turned up or even gave me a call. When I called customer care again to know the status of payment collected from home they said that the previous request was closed and the remarks said the customer could not be reached, this got repeated on several instances. I got bugged up as I wanted to pay my bills on time and frantically requested airtel to send somebody across which finally happened and I handed over the cheque.

                            Despite my complaints and request at the customer care I was slapped with the late payment charges which were never reverted back and on the top of it my connection was disconnected in Aug on the pretext of non payment of the bills. I called up customer care to inform them that the bill was
                            already paid and have the connection restored. The connection was restored after my call.

                            In the month of Sept again the same thing happened, I requested for the executive the come to my place to collect the bill but he never came never even called me up and had the call closed saying I was not reachable. I was again slapped with late payment charges which are not reverted till date despite my request. Finally the executive came and I handed him over with the cheque of 1570/- ( Total bill was 1619 (1569 -broadband bill + 50 –Late payment charges ). I also, requested for some body to come to my place to pick up the oct bill which was again ignored saying customer was not
                            reachable. My connection was again disconnected on 10th Oct. I called up airtel and gave them all the details like the cheque no, receipt number, payment date etc but they the supervisor AKASH SAXSENA was very rude and impolite. I made frantic calls at the customer care and tried making them understand that make them understand that I had already paid the bill via cheque handed over to the airtel’s executive and can make the payment again after the request me to make the stop payment for previous cheque and raise a new cheque but all in vain the unhelpful and un-understanding staff in customer care did not understand anything.

                            My connection is still disconnected and I have had harrowing experience with airtel. Please get all details though the call logs made at customer care.

                            AirTel — Airtel the worst company and customer service...

                            I have to say that Airtel is one of the most unscrupulous company I have met. They have no qualms about troubling the customer and causing grief...Here goes my story...

                            Story #1: Mysterious closing of complaints without resolution
                            I have Airtel Broadband & IPTV in Gurgaon. Initially I had no problems and I was happy with the service. Then my work required me to have uninterrupted internet which can only be possible in Gurgaon if you have a UPS installed otherwise, you are hosed (thanks to the wonderful Haryana Govt that is happy to compare itself with Bihar and UP, per the CM in a recent meet). So I went ahead and installed UPS and all was well...Recently I started getting into this problem, whenever the lights switches from primary to backup and few minutes later back to primary I lose the internet connectivity. So obviously I checked all my electrical connections and devices, they all remain on during the power switching...I also did a test by turning off power to my UPS from the mains and then turning it on, to simulate the issue. There was none, this made me think that there is an issue with the Airtel equipment sitting outside my house (i.e. where they aggregate all the connections from the various complexes). Knowing this I started filing complaints about this behavior. It's been nearly 1.5 months and 4 complaints down and nothing has happened. The most funny part is one of these four times (I think the second complaint) a physical Airtel-Alcatel employee showed up at my house to debug the problem. When I explained it to him he understood the problem, then he did the same test as I did (turn off the power to the UPS and back) and nothing went wrong...so he concluded that there is NO issue and closed the complaint even when I told him that I had done this test and the actual problem may be outside my house (in some airtel equipment). I also told him he should wait for the problem to happen i.e. wait for the power to switch, to which he said he didn't have time. He in fact told me I'm the only one with this complaint so I shouldn't be complaining. And being adamant , he decided to go ahead and report "no trouble found" and the ticket was closed. Since then he keeps closing the tickets I have filed without calling me or coming to my house. And guess what the problem is 100% reproducible, only thing being that they have to wait at my house to see if happen...lights go out in Gurgaon 3-4 times a day...so the wait could be longer or short depending on when they come, IF they come. With this frustration, I have decided I am not going to pay my monthly dues till they fix this problem. With all the complaints I have filed I have asked the exec to make a note in the complaint that I am not going to pay the bill. In fact, I also sent email at [protected]@airtel.in and they have not responded either. 4 complaints down and 1.5 months later I continue to suffer....

                            Story #2: Mysterious phone bill despite being cancelled one month ago
                            I had a mobile from Airtel for my office purposes. I left the company and being an exec of the company the company paid for my mobile. So on the last day my admin called Airtel to close my account and tell us what the due was so we could pay it off and the close would happen immediately. We paid the amount that was quoted to us and asked them to go ahead and close the account. However, every few days Airtel customer execs started calling and saying please keep this line, etc. To which I had told each one of the categorically that I already have another Airtel number (personal) and I don't need a second one, I am no longer with the company. Finally I started getting mad at them and they kept hanging up on me...Recently when I was paying my bill for my landline & personal mobile phone I see that the company phone (taken on my name) was still active and not cancelled and in fact they had an outstanding charge. So as usual I wrote to them at [protected]@in.airtel.com (this is another funny thing, how many email addresses do they have) and said I was unwilling to pay for this bill and that why had they not cancelled the phone as per our instructions and that they should talk to my admin in case they needed help? To which they kept writing back with their standard reply that the phone belonged to me and that the phone was having dues. When I asked why they had not cancelled it, they said it was cancelled but there was outstanding dues, we verified the credit card and we had paid for the amount on the day of the closure. So it looked like they had kept the phone active in the hopes that I will keep it and now were looking for me to pay for it as well. After 5-10 emails, I told them if they want their money they should talk to my admin or forget about their money. To which they replied saying they had changed the communication email and phone number...what silly behavior...I frankly don't know if they have bothered to call my admin to clarify or gain the money...but I can tell you this is yet another harrowing experience!

                            Story #3: Mysterious SMS'es to a DND number
                            This story is also very interesting. I have lived in the US for many years, they had DND service for phone, email, etc. And I had registered for it and it worked beautifully. So when GoI announced DND service for mobile phones, I was excited and probably the first one to register (smiling)...And lo and behold, few months later, I started receiving spam SMS'es and now it has reached to a point where I get at least 5-6 SMS'es in a day (probably more). So one day I decided to call 121 and complaint. The customer rep asked me if I could give her details of the SMS'es I was getting, so I said sure what do you need? She said, oh please give me the name of the sender (some characters usually), content of the message. Imagine once you have got 50 such messages what will be your plight if someone asked you to dictate these one at a time. Do you know why she was taking down the details one at a time? Because she was going to send a written note to each of these service providers that I was on DND and I should not be disturbed...great solution....Finally I got tired and went to the Airtel office in DLF Galleria, Gurgaon. I waited patiently and they exec told me I have to re-register for DND a new process was in place and his supervisor to him to do so. So I said that's great, but I am already on DND so why re-register? Anyways he went ahead and re-registered my number for DND. Then said in 5 days I will stop getting spam SMS'es. I was already angry by then because this guy was just trying to get rid of me. I went out tried calling the 121 and told them about why/how they re-registered my number for DND. The lady on the phone said nothing had changed in DND and that my number is already active, so she didn't know why their office exec had said a new process was in place. I asked her if she'd talk to the exec and she said yes. So went back to the office and asked him to talk to her, to which he flatly refused saying he was NOT going to talk to anyone. This clearly says that he was initially trying to get rid of me and when I caught him red-handed he could not bear it...so I decided to write a written complaint in that office (to which I have not heard back from Airtel) and I also write to the email address, to which I got a polite apology (which seemed like a pre-typed template apology) and I still keep getting spam SMS'es. Recently I got an SMS saying 4/5 paise to send SMS'es including to DND numbers...wow, what a blatant violation of the laws...Today I got a call from an Airtel exec, that they are coming out with a new sw that will fix my problem and that I should wait for 15-20 days more...I said I can only pray to GOD that this stops...because there is NO legal recourse to such a menace...Finally, beat this. One newspaper correspondent decided to call such spam SMS providers to see if they could actually send SMS'es to DND and they said "sir we can charge more money for DND numbers" so yes they can and that this is a great business...Imagine 322 crore SMS business in the country TATA being the largest service provider, why would the carrier want to stop spam...what will happen to their business. The only way you can be out of the spam directory is if you are a big shot like Pranab Mukerjee, he got a spam call for a home loan, he took up this issue and it seems the providers have made sure that the big shots/politicos are not on the spam list...wow what a country...

                            Govt. enterprises are gone but they have created monsters like Airtel that have no scruples about troubling customers. They just dont F*%#@ care!

                            I hope Mr. Bharati Mittal reads this write up decides to experience his companies own customer service....

                            I had recharged my phone with an amount of 95/- rs on 9/1/2012 for availing message service of airtel but the same was not activated and when in evening i gave a call in their customer care they told i have not recharged only so when i gave them the Transaction ID they told it is reflecting now and they told they will be giving me a resolution by 13/1/2012 but i nvr got any update nor my service was activated so i called again and they told we will check and asked me to bve on hold and while i was on hold they disconnected the call and then i called again but they did not receive my call and even if they receive they disconnected the call.

                                    I had airtel broadband connection at my home. At that time of new connection,I paid Rs. 2150 (as 3 months
                                    advance payment). Later i disconnected the connection. Airtel executives also came to my place to take the modem & phone instrument back.They also have provided the receipt for the same.

                                    Now i am asking for refund of my deposit amount, airtel customer is saying they do not have record of deposit amount with them.
                                    Its been four months, MY PROBLEMS ARE NOT RESOLVED. I have provided all the details like deposit receipt & bank statement of withdrawal by airtel.

                                    Its very disappointing that such a big & branded company(Airtel)is doing such things to their customers.

                                    Airtel — NOT refunding my deposit money

                                    This mail is with reference to the amount of Rs. 8000/- deposited against my mobile number with Airtel. Although I have surrendered both my numbers and they are no more operational as I moved to Bangalore but I still haven't got my money back. I have been speaking to various representatives
                                    but no help so far. Few weeks back I got to know that on Dec 24th 2007, a check of 8K was sent to my Secunderabad address where I do not live anymore. I do not understand when before leaving Secunderabad, I had informed Airtel staff that I have moved to Bangalore and gave my Bangalore
                                    address in writing, why are they sending my money to Secunderabad?

                                    Till date, I have contacted Airtel AP circle through STD calls and through mails and everytime, they give me false promises that they would help me. It's been 7 months now since I have surrendered my numbers but still haven't got my money back. Also to my surprise, they have deducted Rs.1000 which they are unable to explain. I need your help to get my money back.

                                    I have deposited 600 INR for a Broadband connection on jan -1, 08 but the local executive did not gave the connection until 18 - jan. After 18 jan they said there is no slot available Now there have been 6 months and no money no connectionPlease any body DO NOT GO FOR AIRTEL...

                                    Bharti Airtel — Did Not Return Deposit Money on disconnecting the Number

                                    I had been using an Airtel number [protected]. I used this number for 5 months and on disconnecting the number after that, Airtel was supposed to return the Deposit money Rs. 250 which they had initially taken as security deposit.
                                    However, they paid me only Rs. 102 out of 250 in spite of myself clearing all their bills in advance.
                                    Thanks for the clarification on my query.

                                    Request you to please take care of my second complaint also that I talked to you about yesterday. This complaint is of prime importance. Please treat it on priority.

                                    Airtel Broadband — refund money

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have applied for airtel broadband on 15/06/2010 through an executive by paying cash of Rs.1000/- and my application no. is SEF No. CH 1036652. After receiving the money they totally neglected about giving connection and later after 10 days when I called them they told area exceeds the limit etc.etc. I was told that the refund amount of Rs.1000/- will be delivered through cheque/DD directly to my home.


                                    But it has been 2 months already I did not get any refund amount from airtel broadband. Kindly make arrangements to refund my money or kindly let us know what action can I initiate to stop entertaining these fraud commitments. Kindly do the needful or let me know where to contact to get my money back.

                                    Note: I shallprovide all the proofs along with required details as soon as i get response for this complaint.

                                      I was holding a postpaid number [protected] in Noida. ON 12th Nov 07, i personally visited a customer care office and put a request to discontinue the same number as i was moving to Bangalore on 15th Nov 07.
                                      WHile coming to Bangalore, Packers and Mover stole my cell on 14th Noc 07.
                                      I was told by the customer care officer that my number will be blocked with in 72 hrs.SO it should be blocked on 15thNOv.
                                      Very recently i got a call from Airtel, asking me to pay the bill that were generated in the months od Dec, Jan, Fab and March.
                                      After all this, i talked to the Airtel for hrs to send me the bill details, but they are not providing me and creating problems. They have a pathetic service. Even do not reply the mails.
                                      I am asking them to provide the bills and my request details that i put to discontinue the Airtel post paid number.
                                      Even i had the same experience with airtel. I feel like sueing them. On march 24th i personally went to the customer care office in vashi in mumbai and submitted all the documents and NOC to transfer the account holder name. They said verification would be done within 15 days and god knows wat happened till now no person has come to verify and even the account holder is the same. Inspite of me calling to the customer care people guys they say u need to go and contact the office where we submitted the documents.
                                      And how do they think like that. To submit the documents i have taken leave and again to meet them regarding this again i have to take leave bull .
                                      People in the office dont respond correctly . They dont listen to customers. It is not the case with me only, it is the same even with my friends who use this airtel service. I dont know whether they will be a change in their service.
                                      I have card of Virar Area, but i cannot call from Mumbai since 15 days.10 times i have call customer care but no response

                                      Airtel Postpaid — Postpaid not activating

                                      Dear sir i want to inform u that a few days ago your customer care executive called me told me about some postpaid plans i liked the plan and told her to send a field executive to collect my documents and money he came and collected all the documents on 24-07-08 and told me that i ll get the connection in 24 hrs but till now i have not got the connection and more over when i call them they disconnect the phone.sir r u making us fool by all this if this is the condition then i ll have to quit airtel and take some other connection more over i ll also log a fake case in the near by police station regarding my money.so sir may u be kind enough to look into the matter.

                                      Post Paid — Sim Based Services not functioning

                                      It Has been brought in notice that the services of airtel are not up to mark since app last 3-4 months where the company executive tries to missguide and are trying all funny techniques.

                                      Letter Initiated on 19/1/2010 & Service Request Form dated 20/1/2010 No 249054 Goes as Follows


                                      A, Refer Old Complaint noted Some 3-4 months back regarding Call not able to connect on Code197 ( A no provided by BSNL for Telephone Dictionary) Had to pay for contacting the Regional Manager Mr Tejas Mankad & The Appelate Authority where I was not only miss guided by the Applet Authority but was also surprised the way she had handelled the issue. Where she atleast had no knowledge what went wrong .An issue at Airtel Side

                                      Because of which i had to loose rs 700/- when met with an accident as was not able to contact 0281197 for contacting the values for knowing estimated losses at Rajarshi Bajaj.

                                      B,Last mont the MMS & Airtellive services were sudenly stopped .Atlast after contacting the Regional Manager Mr Tejas Mankad & Appelate Authority Mr Ganpat nearly after trying 4-5 times got the settings manually at the busiest hour and was litrally on the edge to lodge a complaint as different executives were handelling the issue in an un organised manner.But Airtel Live never was started.

                                      C,Same time even after N nos of reminders the team is not able to start the sim based services & different executives gives us fake commitments that the services are started ,which has not only left me frustrated as loosing time ,money & mental peace in informing the same issue for nearly 13-18 times each time the call received or call made to the concern .Wasted nearly 8-10 Hrs till date contacting the concerns & the charges for which Airtel or associate is responsible.An issue at Airtel side because of which not even a single customer of Airtel Gujarat can use the Service Aitel Live Sim Base Service.But charges gets deduced for the SMS sent .

                                      It's a high time when the services/Faults are arise at such a time when needed at the utmost.

                                      Loss of approximate 300/- have been incured just in visiting the stores or the regional Manager.Loss of about 275/- in talk time in informing the concern within this 3-4 months.A claim of 50000/- for mental harrasment is also charged as not considering the matter important ,The ignorace to the above noticed problems leads me to apper here on the consumer forum.

                                      Kindly look in to the matter as really am fed up with the above pressures faced .

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        Me and my wife was using airtel corporate connections of mobile and later She wanted to change the ownership of one mobile number to my name(Husband). We approached a Airtel relationship center located at Sanjaynagar Bangalore(Pooja airtel Treasurers) 6th March 2013. They took all the documents and without acknowledgement they hold without processing for one month but they promised to do the process within 24hours. I was in a assumption that they have already changed but when I went to pay the bill I came to know that they have not even started the process.

                                        I had a long discussion with them but they had sorry faces without reasons I warned them and insisted to process. They started and again they promised the same saying that your account name will change within 24hours and before that they will call and inform.

                                        Later without information they have disconnected my number. After I visited the same relationship center, they said its on process thats why they disconnected it will activate in 24 hours. But later as per their instructions I was waited so many times nothing progress happened. I had called customer care 6 times after waiting so many times, but nobody responded with a solution or nobody has given complaint reference number for my acknowledgement.

                                        They have disconnected my number on 10th April '13 and till now (14th April'13 9.45am) its not activated and no confirmation when it will happen.

                                        I am facing lot of difficulty and lost many business calls due to this problem and still facing. This show Airtel pure negligence of customer service and they are least bother about customer. If any one of the employee in airtel still feels that customer is important they will call me and say sorry for the inconvenience and activated the number and confirm the same.

                                        Dear Sir
                                        I would like to inform the "Negligence of Service "offered to me regarding Shifting of my DTH service from Madurai to Chennai.
                                        On 9th April I contacted 12150 regarding shifting.They adviced me to recharge to Rs 500.
                                        On 10th Apr I recharged for the said amount and informed Ms.Sangeetha and Mr Farhan of Cust Care and they provided me the compliant No 2370749.
                                        As your Engineers at Madurai not responded Mr Farhan adviced me to remove the DTH on my own.
                                        On reaching Chennai ,again I reminded the Cust Care ( Ms Anila ) on 12th for installation of my DTH thru service req no 2397138.
                                        At 2.47 pm I am getting an SMS that it has been resolved.
                                        On 13th Apr I called up Cust care ( Ms Lavanya ) and she assured me that DTH will be installed at 6 pm on 13th.
                                        As there is no response I escalated this issue to Mr Mallika Arjun and Mr Rajesh.
                                        Mr Rajesh gave me the complaint No as 2406271 on 13th April.
                                        Sir I want to know when it will be installed at my new address at chennai.
