I have activated the Rs.125 Internet package on 8th April, 2013. Still my talktime balance is getting deducted on Internet usage.
Before 8th April I had the Rs.98 Internet package as well. But still since 4th April, 2013 my talktime of almost Rs.240 has been deducted for Internet usage inspite of activating the provided internet packs. When I tried calling the ustomer care yesterday, they said the deduction is not due to GPRS usage, it might be due to some value added service activated but I have also verified that no value added service is activated no my number. Though, when I recalled the customer care today, they accepted that the deduction is due to Internet usage.
I wonder if the Support system used by customer care is the same for all. I want my deducted amount to be refunded.

Airtel Mumbai — service not activated
i 've prepaid connection, on 18/4/09, i 've done topup of 33 rs. which reduce call chg to .60 paise. but even after activation of topup i been chg @ normal rates, i made complaint several time from 20 apr to till dt, but every time i got only assurance of solution within 24 hrs-9 hrs but not the solution.is there any solution to this matter?
