Dear sir
I have ordered for Airtel Digitel Tv after thier call executive(prashanth) promised lot of discount and that it will be connected within 48 hrs,on accoerding the payment made by SBI Netbanking on 17/04/13 and as on 18/04/13 they have sent me thier ID no [protected],But till now no connection,
I hereby want to bring to notice thier irresponsible and cheating behavior, I as consumer I feel that Airtel as a whole responsibile company, But thier office bearer feel that online booked subject is not thier matter,
1 From day 19/04/13 I use call thier 12150 but no response from that day onward I felt cheated
2 On 24/04/13 I visited thier Patny Centre office and meet thier officer Mr Yadgir([protected]) and he told me that you will get a call and then the connection, but that to no use and after that he too did not attain my call.Even he too was telling me not book Airtel Digitel Tv on line because they can't anything
3 On 26/04/13 on sreach of thier head office I went to thiercall centre then they told me go to thier opposite office, and from thier they sent to thier HEAD OFFICE in Splendid tower, I reached their office at10.26(Token number-CM0026),I have sit there for an hour (1Counter) After that they were telling me that you have booked this online so you have to deal this yourself they are not responsible, and so they were avoiding me, After long argument they told me to wait, because the executive (Shabaz) was not there in sit by getting his number from the office I phoned him he was still driving his car, After such a long period I went to the respionist for meeting with a senior manager Hoping that Head office there will be response person for customer in need but sorry to say she did not arranged for meeting. Again after arguement she told me to wait that someone will meet me after meeting and Finally I meet the floor executive PADMA, She studied my case and told me with in 24hrs everything will done and the connection, but Again I feel cheated by this Airtel Digitel Tv People.
Now I would like to put a case against them for cheating and losing my peace of mind and time and also for sum of 1 lakh as compensation for all this behaviour,
Hope you will understand my position and do help me to get a conclusion in this regard as early as possible

Airtel Mobile Service — mobile service not activated
Complaint-mobile recharge for rupees 333 not activated yet ,recharge through internet banking ICICI Bank .The transaction no:-BIL/[protected]/[protected]/[protected].This kind of problem priviously also happen to mee .pls cr to my account back .i hope you will be take necessary step again this ,sir
