No Connection - No Refund

Hi,

I've applied for a broadband connection on DEC 14th 2012 (application no. TBLR. 591597) and paid an advance of around 1500 rs.
After few days I've been informed that the connection is not feasible. ( I dont know why they didn't know that when taking the advance ) and So I've opted for a refund which is still not processed.

I'm given my address clearly, mentioned my phone no....

deceiving with dishonest schemes

the companys unending fraudulent activities shall never end. Here it comes with a new scheme, if at all ur a airtel customer or ur trying to be one, do know abt this? Never use the internet (or so called subscribed packet data) when u have large amount of balance. I[censored]r using the so called data pack, ur entire balance will be taken away before the data is over. If that is not enough further, the care personnel will prove u wrong for complaining...

Now they are auto renewing it every week by deducing Rs 11 from my main balance.
