At 2100 hrs on 22/02/13 I called up customer care of AIRTEL because I was suddenly charged Rs.5 for downloading an Airtel fashion Hunt, which I have not done. I called up to inform that Why I was charged for something which I have not done. The Customer care Person( a male Guy) was talking in bengali and in a very rude accent.
1st he asked me if I use internet, I said sumtimes I do But I use a prepaid connection. I told him I had not downloaded this thing but He kept on arguing with me that i have done the download, I told I have not done the download from the internet, Then He suddenly told me "How come you say you have downloaded from internet when you have not downloaded from internet?'" He only asked me at first whether I use internet. He was behaving very rudely and he seem to have not got a little bit training how to talk to women. I asked him the final question whether I can retreive back my amount. I think he does not understand English. I had to repeat two times and then very Bluntly he said NO. U may think why I am writing for such a small amount but I was charged wrongly and that too greeted with A VERY ILL BEHAVED RESPONSE. Thsi has happened earlier also with the customer care many a times with my family and other friends for which they have left Airtel.

    Dear Sir,

    We have purchased Micro SIM card of Airtel from telecaller of Airtel with Mobile no.[protected]. The SIM with printed no.[protected]. Two week later card is not get activated under reason that address is fraud where verification person has personally visited from Airtel and take 300/- and electricity bill and confirm the address. Even after too much followup we got no response.

    Second, we go to Airtel gallery at old Panvel (Opp. MTNL bldg.) and purchased new card @ cost of 300/- rs. with new number [protected]. All required documents are provided and confirm by Airtel gallery executives. Micro SIM card was out of stock hence they ask to wait for 6 days or go to New Panvel. We got same response and ask to visit Vashi, Sect-17 gallery. After visiting I got card cut in to micro size and number starts working.

    Immediately on 2nd day received a acll from old-Panvel gallery from number[protected]. Since I was on duty with my Boss, I ask lady to call me after sometime. I have not received any call from same number and my number got deactivated immediately. I have called on same no. 20 times but not get call pciked-up.

    I'm totally helpless because of no number is active now.

    Please provide me any suggestion.

    Airtel Sim Card — complaint for cancilation of chating serice by service provider

    Hello all,

    I am also very disappointed with the services provided in airtel old panvel gallery
    i am working in a company and purchased 30 sim cards with 3G unlimited in lot till date we are facing problems with the same.
    we wanted to make corporate relationship with them but they are treating us like daily customer.
    for every new connection they ask documents, verification 3 days to activate the same.
    The branch owner Mr. Ganpathy should look after it as they are loosing goodwill and image of bharti airtel because of the same.
    they had given us one of their employee contact number for co ordination but most of times he did not picked up the call.

    I am using airtel sim in my personal phone also and from last 15 days i can not access my internet in home network, i had visited this gallery many times called on 121 thousand times but nobody gave me solution for the same till date i can not use it in my phone.

    REALLY AIRTEL SERVICE IS VERY POOR...GUYS PLEASE DONT BUY AIRTEL...VODAFONE IS BETTER OPTION THEN...

    Moreover I started getting emails for bill payment. I also got a call from Airtel where I mentioned that I am not using the number because I did not receive the Dongle.
    Today at 4:30 pm I got a call and the guy says - "I am a government lawyer and Airtel company has registered a case against you for not paying Rs.630. Pay your bill by 5pm or else warrant will be issued against you."
    I dont understand how a reputed company like Airtel can behave so irresponsibly.

      Hi,
      I want to mention here one very pathetic experience which I would have never expected from giant AIRTEL.
      My customer ID is [protected] . This HD setbox restarts after every 4 minutes while watching some program. Here the signals are fine and clear but this problem is there. So I registered a complaint for this on 16th Feb 2013 but till now 22 nd Feb no one visited my home to look at this issue. Everytime I gets call from some guys "Sir what is the problem". I have to re-iterate this problem to all of them and at last they reply "Sir, we do not have setup box for HD now so it will come in next 2-3 days." So now it is been 7 days but no one ever has visited my home to look into the real issue. This is the worst service I have seen in my life time. Then again I registered complaint with customer service on 18th , 20th, 22nd but no outcome. They just mention "sir we will resolve this in next 24 hours" . I don't know why they are behaving like as if we are all foolish customers???

      I have decided to change the connection finally and will remove my both connections and will also try that no one in my close contacts and friends buy AIRTEL DTH connection ever.

      In July, 08, I had complained to your call centre regarding stating problem.A mechenic visited my place, downloaded the softwear, and I paid the stipulated charges.The settop box takes lot of time in stating .The problem was not solved.The machenic had informed me that the settop box is an old model .Again I contacted Call center within a month time.I was told that they will look into again, but till date there is no result of my complaint.I have paid you much more than what you are charging from the new customer[ to whome you provide latest equipments].I fail to understand your treatment to your old loyal Customer of not providing proper service eventhough I have already paid.Pl. repair my settop box to reduce the starting time or replace the same.Pl. note I have already paid the charges in July, 08, and I was told by call centre that I wii not be charged again.Kindly inform me the time to be taken and the action from your side.The roll of your callcenter also needs to be reviewed for falls promises and no action.

        With reference to the above subject I have the following package:
        Magnum HD 3M ADV Rent Pack Oct-12 - NRC

        On 20/12/12 I received an SMS from you that wef 24 Dec you are removing ESPN HD and Star Cricket HD from your platform. Rs 50 will be credited to my account towards Advance rent charged. I checked my account to find that you have not credited the amount of Rs 50 to my account as on 25/12/12. What kind of joke is this? You collect advance rent and then don't credit the amount after removing the 2 HD channels.
        What you are doing is cheating. Are you going to credit the amount or not?

        When I have sent you a grievance by email and you want to reply by phone, it leads me to believe that you do not want me to have a record of your reply. Your reply below is rather ridiculous as the alternate number was given in the subject line of my email. Your reply also does not address the issue of refunding Rs 50 for deactivating ESPN HD & STAR CRICKET HD from my Magnum pack wef 24/12/12.
        Furthermore, I paid in advance for 3 months pack from 24/11/12 to 23/02/13, You are supposed to refund Rs 50 for the 2nd month and another Rs 50 for the 3rd month.
        What nonsense is your Company trying?
        I want your reply in writing to clarify the issue and I expect to see the refunds in my account.

        We understand that the non availability of ESPN HD and Star Cricket HD channels would have inconvenienced you.

        We would like to inform you that ESPN HD and Star Cricket HD channels has been replaced with Zee Studio HD and Sony Six HD. We are not providing any adjustment of Rs. 50 per month to any customer as we have replaced but provide two channels also. We assure you that the feedback and comments regarding the same has been forwarded to our concern department.

        We would also like to inform you that from time to time the commercials are revised between Airtel and channels. We are carrying 15 HD channels on our platform including a few from Star TV group. We would have no problem carrying two more. We are still trying to commercially negotiate for these channels. If successful, we would bring them back on our platform and inform you through relevant media.

          I am an Airtel mobile prepaid customer. On 20Fed 2013 around 3a.m at night I received a sms saying I have downloaded something called 'fashion show' & for that I was charged Rs5/-. I was neither downloaded such thing at night, nor connected to internet on that period of early morning. Next morning I called twice to 121 airtel customer care & requested for refunding money which they deducted. After 2nd request they refunded the money. Next day on 21st Feb 2013 same sms appeared on my mobile & Rs.5/- was again deducted. Again in the evening I called 121 customer care, & requested to refund the money. But this time they denied to do so. When I asked if they'll continue this type o[censored]nethical activity, the customer care guys promptly replied, they'll continue such Unethical activity. More over that guy said- I can go to Consumer Forum & they care a damn. I eventually recorded entire conversation. The conversation was in Bengali & the mp3 file is attached.

          Airtel Postpaid Mobile — Harassment by Customer Care of Airtel

          Dear Sir/ Ma’m

          For the last 5 Years I am the Loyal customer of Airtel. I am very sorry to say that the Customer Service of Airtel is not working properly. On 3rd Sep. 2009 I requested the Customer Care executive for the STD Pack Activation (for STD @ 1 Re) but I was told it would be activated within 2-3 days. I Checked with Customer Care again in September but the response was that Pack was not activated and Bill was made as per STD Call @ 1.50 Rs.

          I have wasted so much time talking with the Customer Care Executive. They sometimes give assurance that the extra amount charged will be adjusted from my bill. Most of the times there System is down and they give excuses for this. Even sometimes they don’t write the details of telephonic conversation properly.

          Actual amount: (1263*1)/1.5 = 843/-
          Adjustment to be done= 421/- + Taxes Appx. Rs. 44/- = Rs. 465/-

          Last month also I paid the bill despite mistake in it, but this time I have followed up the matter with Customer Care but no response from there side even after regular commitments. Also I have not paid the bill for this month and the wrong charges may be deducted immediately so that I can pay the balance,
          dear sir i am pradeep from ulhasnagar i hav connection with airtel last 8years i hav paid my bill 2900 rs but whenever i go to airtel gallery o[censored]lhasnagar they talk so rude and bad that we cant even stand also they make stupid faces the names are sonali and ambika plz take some serious action against them
          i have been told that after payment i will get my num back but now they are telling we have sold that num and talking rudely my number is [protected]

          AirTel — Harassment from from customer care

          Dear Sir,

          I had Airtel broadband connection Account No 15179106. Since i changed my place in same area i applied for
          transfer my connection to new place, i got a promise that connection will be made in two working days.But i didn't get any response. when i called back they informed me that i have pending bills to be cleared. I cleared immediately and informed them make connection. No response from any one. I dropped mail to customer service for details. Finally they stated

          With reference to your e-mail dated 23/12/2010 regarding the shifting of your Airtel fixed-line[protected], we regret to inform you that we are unable to process your request for shifting due to non-availability of network.

          It is our endeavor to provide the very best of services to our valued customers. In pursuance of this objective AIRTEL is extending its network, which would enable our customers to fully utilize and enjoy the benefits of the services.

          However your concern will assist us in planning our future network augmentation.

          At last i called customer care told them to disconnect complete connection. they agreed placed request.

          after six months i got call from lawyer airtel saying that i have bill payment due , they already sent a legal notice to my old address. She was rude in words threatening me to come and attend court.
          Notice that i have cleared my bills for tranferring the connection, but still this very bad they harassing me in phone.

          Kindly act and do get me compensate on the same.

          AirTel — Customer care harassment

          Am Rajavel Kannaiyan
          I have a mobile in Airtel a post paid connection [protected]. Have been using 3G since its
          Launch in Airtel.since 2 weeks I have issues in my Airtel mobile that my 3G hasn't been working up to the speeds. It shows only 0.05kbs in speed test. Thus I complaint the same on 7th of feb, for which I was given a ref no as 42000627 and was told that it will take 48 hrs to resolve. It was so cruel to take them 48 hrs to resolve it, but it didn't get resolved and no one called back, hence I called back after 2 days and they said there is some issues with their activation problem and some software error showing in my connection. I raised them a complaint stating that no one is calling me back and every time I had to cal them .
          One 121 Customer relation manager stated that they can't do anything that my complaint I'd closed without my knowledge and they can't give a explanation. So I wanted to cancel myaccount along with 15 more accounts I have in Airtel.
          Then that cancellation guy promised he will resolve it within 2 days and that I will get a call from Airtel 3G team within 1 day, which i didn't get
          Yesterday my 3G also got deactivated andes today I again called up, they reactivated my 3G,
          Again the speed was the same. So this is the response to customer fromairtel
          They won't bother u suffer they say their managers or any higher officials won't speak on Saturday or any working day after 4 pm and the customer will have to wait for just a call from them to just to speak to a suffering customer.
          This is pure harassment and mental torture to me.... As am a busy surgeon here have to speak with this stupid Airtel connection so many times........ I want justice for this

            Airtel promised me unlimited data usage per month for Rs 350. At that time there was no 3G and all 2.5G. The name of the plan itself was "unlimited data". I continued that plan for 2 years with the hope when 3G will come I will be able to use same plan even when less costly plans were available.
            When 3G launched they simply changed the name of my plan to 2G plan and did not gave me 3G.

            Also they kept increasing late fee bill payment fine without any intimation.

            Airtel — fake billing

            Sir, I m very fed up with airtel for their fake billing in my no.[protected] connected at wright town jabalpur . once I have complaint also but they have waive my half amount but again I faced the same problem with airtel
            In my last invoice I was shocked to see some 4 ISD call charges worth Rs. 633.60.One call was for even 1 hr.All these numbers take you to some IVR in Austria.

            Since activation of my number [protected] in Feb 2007 I have never opted for ISD services.Only God and Airtel knows when it got auto activated and even auto calling started???

            I paid the bill minus these ISD charges.I have written and spoken to Airtel but they are playing the tape that I have called so I have to pay.When asked for proof of my calls if at all I have done; they cannot do anything?

            Now I am getting SMS's that either I pay or services would be discontinued.After 8 years of association and championing Airtel this is what was in store.

            Airtel customer care is as usual a piece of .CAn anybody suggest a way of settling scores with Airtel now that I have decided to move away to some other service provider.

            Obviously never will I pay those fake ISD charges.

            AirTel — Fake Charges

            i have notice a one thing with Airtel Mobile. when i cut the phone on 59 Sec. But Amount is Deduct of 2 min. i have talk with Customer care executive in this matter no any satisfactory action from their end. its happened twice time

            i agree yaar, inhone loot machaa rakhi hai, main bhi "friends chat" services of charge rs 30 per month ke hisaab se 3 mahine ke liye de raha hoon, uar customer care ko to haal ha - cust(takleef) + mer(marna) + care (dhyaan se). matlab custmer ke ma kasst se marne ka dyaan rakhane wala department.

            Bharti Airtel — fake billing charges

            I'm Aniket Kumar, Engineering student from PESSE, Bangalore. I want to file a complain against BHARTHI-AIRTEL.

            I took airtel internet postpaid connection bearing phone no. [protected] with account no. [protected]. The connection got activated on 22nd Sept and after 4 days i started receiving sms from 54321 charging me Rs.99 every now and then. This continued for 14 days. And currently outstanding amount is Rs 7170. I haven't made any calls nor did i send any sms. All i did was download stuff and browse using this UNLIMITED 999 plan internet connection.
            This huge amount has been charged against me in 14 days.

            The proof has been shown below.. These are the actual sms. Nothing has been modified.There are still more of these. Kindly help me. I'm so tortured mentally. I'm helpless. I'll be on my knees even if i have to. PLEASE!!!!!!

            I have been charged Rs.70 since two days and i have not subscribe any airtel forge plz help me out

            Really Airtel doing a fake bills on my mobile usage. When i checked a last time(one week before on sunday) my unbilled amount showed is 55/- rs but after one that is monday i got received the message from airtel and they people showing the bill as 355/- rs.
            Really the airtel people doing the fake billing on me.
            And even when called to customer care also they people will not responding me correctly and First time i called to Customer care people they told that the problem will resolve within 4 hours. But after one week also i am facing the same problem. Really the Aitel people doing me a cruel.

            From last 4 months i am using the same number and i don't know from when they people doing fake bills on me.
            Pls help me out from this problem.

The Airtel Tower has been Installed in the personal Land of Mr. Ajit S/o Balbir Singh, V.P.O.-Bassai, Distt.- Mahendergarh ,Pin-1230292. This land is our shared with Mr.Ajit who is my cousin brother and he and his family is a fond of dishonesty from long times.
              Mr.Ajit & his brothers (Pardeep & Rajesh) is doing some illegal job like selling out the Fuel to the people which can be used in the Generator to supply the electricity to the Tower. And this is unknown to the Airtel Management. Some how this is corruption.3. Use to charge the mobile phones at the tower of their known persons and waste the electricity allocated to the tower.4.He himself intentionally run the generator set by opening all its cover which creates lot of noise and it leads to the sleepless night.
              There is no Responsible person from the Airtel company at the tower from starting and Mr.Ajit & his brothers (Pardeep & Rajesh) do as they would like to according their own will like doing some illegal job like selling out the Fuel to the people which can be used in the Generator to supply the electricity to the Tower.
              There is also sharing of some other Tower company likes VODAFONE AND Other on this tower.
              They also sell other item of the tower which are made of costly metal.
              We already complain about this to some Airtel person who are coming to supply diesel.But they are not taking any step against them.I guess they are also corrupted in this matter.

              unknown tower — ILLEGAL MOBILE TOWER

              Respected Sir,

              I would like to lodge a complaint on behalf of the community residing at # 8-1-398/A/12/1 Tolichowki Hakeempet HYDERABAD-8 AP
              against the mobile tower installed in residential loacation. recently put up a tower adjusant to
              the houses on hakeempet main road upon Lima cafe.

              Conidering the health hazard caused by the EMW from these towers , request that this tower
              be relocated to a loacation away from residential loaction.

              I would also like to know how the tower can be installed at such poximity to residential premises
              when a minimum distance has been stipulated for installation of such towers by Our Government
              at residential locations.

              I humbly request that considering the serious health hazard that these towers pose to our human
              life, neccesary action be taken.

                Dear Sir

                We are living at S-1/214, Gali no.5, old Mahavir nagar, Tilak nagar, New delhi -110018 actually from last seven years mobile tower of Airtel has been installed on the roof of above given address and it is residential area. There is radiation hazard by it because they fixed it in residential area. Also there is no any cleanness due to garbage rain water stuck on the roof area and damp (seelan) has been started in the given address and POP started fallen down from celling. It may be cause of big and dangerous disaster.

                actually lots of people are facing problem from mobile tower.

                Some people is saying that we are getting pain in head.

                Some people is saying that we are getting pain in chest.

                I have complaint to Airtel but they have not taken action on this matter

                Please remove mobile tower from above mention address so that we can save our life.

                Airtel — mobile tower rediation

                Near my house which is generaly residantiol area. Airtel company had installed there tower on second floor. We are suffring lots health problem please take action against them.

                  i have submitted proof for a Mobile Number Portability change in January 5,2013 and paid Rs.75 in an Airtel Show room ,Karur and i have given request for a change of network to Airtel from Docomo.Still now i haven't received a single message regarding this MNP change.When i called Airtel Customer care they told me that they haven't received a request regarding this. I have called Docomo Customer care 4 times and they told me that problem is with Airtel and today(22-February-2013) when i called Docomo Customer Care they told me that "your request reached us after 15 days from UPC code request and hence we are cancelling your request".I have lot of network issues in docomo and hence facing mental stress. Please take this complaint seriously and provide me a solution.If i dont receive any feedback then i will fire a case against these two companies in Consumer Court.

In the meanwhile i contact customer care continuously. so they first stop my customer care contact option. when i used another number to discuss about mnp, they said that "today(02.06.11) we confirmly disconnect ur network. but they did not take any action. when i contact on 04.06.11 . the customer care simply said yesterday (03.06.11) you cancelled ur MNP. But really i didnot do that. they easily tell lie... REALLY AIRTEL HAVE POOR CUSTOMER CARE...

Regarding this port out i have also recieved the msg from 1901 on dated[protected]" Reuuest for porting your number to airtel has been recieved and your application is in process" but today "[protected]" my Aircel number showing "Aircel number not valid" it means my number ported out to Airtel. But till date i have not recieved any MNP Sim card from Airtel after having the word with the same guy who come to me fro MNP said it will deliver to you shortly. now i dont have my number with me. I am very harreshed with the service from the company like AIRTEl. please do the needfull.

                  Airtel — Airtel to docomo MNP related Problem

                  I had an Airtel prepaid number [protected]. I decided to switch provider out of frustration with Airtel's poor customer service and their unnecessary value added services automatically getting activated on my sim. I lost lot of talktime due to their hidden services.
                  I ported it to Docomo prepaid (via MNP) which ultimately completed on 3rd April 2012.
                  But since then, all calls from any Airtel number to my docomo number are failing. It says "number does not exist".
                  I am able to receive incoming calls from all networks except Airtel. Airtel has specifically blocked all outgoing calls from any Airtel number to my number.
                  I have called customer care of both networks. I am certain that this is an Airtel problem.
                  I dont know what advantage Airtel gets by doing this. Not only could they not hold on to a customer, but they are also driving customers away for life.
                  Please resolve it, else I will have to escalate this to higher levels.

                    Today (21st Feb, 2013) I have seen, my mobile balance is very low. I viewed my last 5 transaction for VAS. I was just astonished to see, a value added service is activated from November, 2013. And rupees 5/- is being deducted from that month. I can see only 25 rupees is deducted from the history of last 5 transactions.

                    I have never subscribed for this. What kind of fraud is this. If I have to call customer care they will charge me again for that too, which means I have to lose some more money. If the educated are being cheated like this what about the uneducated in the village who doesn't even know English SMS. They even will never know that they are being fooled.

                    I need the total amount which was deducted for this cheating.

                        I have requested for a new broadband connection on Feb 9, 2013 via airtel.in website. A person named Suthagar from airtel called up on the request and visited the house after 5 days on Feb 14, 2013 and took Rs.500/- as advance for installation. He promised us to finish the installation by Feb 16th. It has been more than 5 days since the promised date, but we have not seen any progress with the request. When called him, he kept promising, the connection would be available the next day failing which he would return the money back to us. But, till today nobody has visited the house to setup the connection nor responding properly over phone as well. This is really painful to go behind them everyday for no action.
                        Ironically, we received a msg today saying, "The connection has been setup along with user details", which is ridiculous.

                        I would like to take necessary actions immediately on the concerned person and the team who is responsible for this and am expecting immediate refund of my money.

                        AirTel — New broadband connection

                        I registered on 30/07/2008 for Airtel Broadband connection at Airtel office near church, ramamurthy nager. I also made a payment of Rs1000. After not hearing from them for two weeks, i went to the AIRTEL office to enquire and was told that connection in bhavani street is not feasible (contrary to what they said before registration????). I asked for refund and was told that DD would be sent through post. I dint hear from them for a long time and now its been a month - I am still waiting for DD. Hopefully, i hear from them and get back my 1000. After going through my mail, some of you may be aware of the problem i faced and will be cautious of the Refund process. I heard Airtel Broadband connection is fast and good but REFUND process is very very slow…… hahaha —–

                        My name is Harcharan & i am a resident of 46-B Janta Flats, Krishna Enclave, Ahok Vihar Ph-III New Delhi 110052.
                        I have previously applied for a Airtel Broadband connection about 6 months ago. These people were provided with all the requirements (as in application form, money, & documents) about 1 month after they mentioned that they can't provide a broadband connection as there is no wire there. I got the refund back after 4 months after getting back to the lives of Airtel outlet which is near my house.

                        A few days back about the begining of Sept., a lady by the name of Tanisha called me to know if i am interested in applying for a broadband. I informed her of the case which happened earlier. She got my address & said she will callback after checking.

                        She called after 5 minutes assuring me that they will be able to provide with the connection with 2 to 3 days. I again filled up the application gave them the cash & the documents requested.

                        For the last few days i tried calling them but nobody is picking up the phone, if someone picks up they say they will arrange for a callback, but no one calls back. I had a word with Isha, Amit & Tanisha but they arranged a callback but nobody called. I am really pissed of with the kind of treatment given & the customer service received. I would like to formally register this COMPLAINT.

                        Could we please check if something can be done.

                        I had applied for a new broadband connection on 20/4/2013 online on airtel website after paying rs.50 with application number CH1345547 and ACaf - ONCHENN00336572. An agent came subsequently, collected rs.1599 towards the connection and provided a receipt for the same and took the details required. No feedback was received though a connection was to be provided in three days time. A complaint was registered on 30/4/2013 with a complaint number 32130414 at the airtel office. I was told that the agent had run away with the money and they were trying to trace him. I told them that the receipt clearly was from airtel and that i cannot be held responsible for their administrative issues. A connection was promised in three days which did not happen. Nothing materialized. Two complaints were registered online, Lb[protected]
                        LB[protected] which yielded nothing. A mail to http://121.in.airtel.com/ and to appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com yielded no response. Multiple calls to [protected] which is airtel broadband service number with the following complaint numbers,[protected],[protected], 33378590 did not provide a response. A final registered post to the office for refund in june and a call to airtel broadband ( complaint number[protected] also did not have any outcome. A standard answer of there is no information about you in our database comes from the online call center employee. This is despite my airtel mobile number being provided in the application. NEVER apply for airtel broad band as they do not have alternate application methods.. The company will take you for a ride. Am filing legally to recover the same.

                        I msd an enquery through a direct web enquiry in Airtel portal. Someone call me from Airtel and assigned a Sales executive.With him I booked a new Airtel broadband connection + Vice Plan on 9th May 2015 by paying 1100 rs as installation charges. The Sales executive Umesh +91 [protected] came to my home collected the Money and also the required documents and promised to have the installation team contact me by monday.

                        No update from him I keep on calling he is not attending my calls. Not sure whom to follow-up for the installation.

                          i was at office so that executive meet the land lord there. Same day i

                          active on that basis and then i take appointment for the dated
                          [protected] at 12.00pm and had taken leave from my work and waiting for
                          the executive but the executive not come to home. i tried many time

                          up my phone. i am following the same from[protected] but till now it
                          is not yet resolved. Past history of my same mobile no ([protected]) is
                          very clear and all fine and still i am facing this problem for so
                          long.

                          i request you to please look into this matter and get this resolved as
                          soon as possible because i was using this number for more then 4 years
                          and i block this no due to my visit to indonesia and also inform that
                          i will need this no after around 3 months later.i need this no because
                          all my contacts have this number to contact to me and without this

                              I would like to launch a complaint against airtel for charging money for a service which i didnot ask for. This is 3rd or fourth time they are doing so. Every time airtel activate some service and deduct money from my account and when i complain about this they refund the money and if i don notice it for 3 or 4 days they sart continuing the this. This time airtel started a service of job alert on my mobile on Dec 22, 2010, i noticed it today, Jan 6, 2011, i contacted costumer care and got the reply by Mr. Avinash, Sr. Executive that he can provide me only 3 days charges. I request you to look into this matter.

Its been more than 20 days since my application and till date they not realised my number and have stopped all customer care services at my number particularly. as a consequence of which, Idea cannot allot me its number; i want to switch network to Idea. i am finding myself helpless and my bills are running in thousands.                                 Dear All,

                                I have given request for number portability from Airtel to Idea. My number is [protected]. This request I had given almost 2 weeks ago. I have got 2 call from Airtel for confirmation. I have confirmed that I want to PORT OUT. Still my Airtel number is active & Idea Sim is inactivated. I got call to pay outstanding amount that I had paid 1 week ago. Now who will be responsible for this week bill.

                                    Rs. 46 have been deducted from my prepaid account about 10 days before without any request for any subscription/extra service. I have thrice talked to customer care (on Jan. 13, Jan.18 & Jan.22). Though I was told that complaint would be addressed within 48 hrs and customer care executive will contact for an sms will be sent by them, but nothing is happening. They do not even honour the registed complaint and every time I had to repeat the story. It is horrible customer care and money is wiped out from account unethically. You are requested to do something to prevent such cheatings..

                                      I was using Airtel Broadband Service till November 2012. In November, the Airtel broadband service was unavailable (5th November 2012 -

                                      18th November 2012) due to some technical reasons as told to me by Airtel support executives.

                                      The service was restored on 18th November's night and worked for couple of days. On 24th November 2012, I got an SMS regarding Airtel

                                      fixedline & broadband service outage. Till, 26th November the service wasn't restored.

                                      I had written about the unavailability of the service to their support executives, Appellate, and Nodal officers.

                                      On 26th November 2012 I requested (email) them to deactivate the broadband service.

                                      On 7th December 2012, I got bill for the period : 05/11/2012 to 04/12/2012 (1,292.14/-)

                                      I requested them to send me corrected bill (amount based on the number of days the service was available). I didn't get any response. I

                                      also contacted their support for the same over phone. Whenever their customer support executives called me for the Bill payment, I told

                                      them to send me corrected Bill and their reply was they will check the records.

                                      Now they have doubled the amount (2391/-).

                                      On 8th Feb 2013, I received an email from Collections.[protected]@in.airtel.com which is as follows:

                                      will take legal action.

                                      Airtel — Call details and improper billing system

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      Kindly refer my mails dated 28.10.09 and 30.10.09, for which neither I have received any reply/acknowledgment nor solution to the problem reported.

                                      Today also I called to customer service care (121) but no satisfactory reply, rather the executive told me that the call details for the current bill has been uploaded, which is wrong.

                                      According to my plan call rate is Re.1.00 per call but I am being charged @1.20 (see the attachment for previous months call details).

                                      Further, I paid last bill on 05.10.09 but despite this I have been levied Rs.50/- for delayed payment.

                                      I once again request to upload my call details immediately to enable us to pay the bill in time.

                                      Further submitted that in case call details are not uploaded by tomorrow and my previous bill is not corrected (as mentioned above), I will not pay the current bill by due date for which the Company will be solely responsible. This is causing me mental agony.

                                      Airtel Broadband — Service & Response

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I am and Airtel Broadband customer. I had been pretty happy with their service in Hyderabad and I moved to bangalore in December 2011.

                                      I wanted broadband services and obviously Airtel Came to my mind. Somehow I am not happy with their service, response and treatment here.

                                      Time and again I have maintained good relationships with Airtel or any other service provider and followed up, enquired and paid pending bills.

                                      Here in Bangalore I have two complaints

                                      1. The connection was given to me after 20 days taking 1500 Rs advance, I needed it urgently but I said nothing much and there was no communication and I had to follow up several times to get it sorted. I kept quiet and took it as first mistake.

                                      2. Recently I realized they are not sending bills and in between they called me up and told me bill is pending and we are sending the bill when I told them I did not recieve it. I waited for bill and just 3 days back I sent a mail to them to make it clear regarding bill.

                                      One night I came from office and had to do official work at 10:00 pm, I realized the connection is disconnected and I needed to do the work urgently.
                                      I called customer care and told them I need connection, if Payment is issue then give me 30 mins connection, If I dont pay take it off but they said they cannot do anything. I told them how can I pay the bill if you are not going to send me the bill , it is not my mistake alone, you are also responsible for the mistake as much I am. Having no choice I walked all the way back to office and resumed my work and sent them a mail how much inconvenience they caused me. They then send me bill and sent a mail that they hope they have resolved the issue. I refuse to pay them anything till they apoligize to me properly and I told them paying is not the problem but they have to take up responsibility for sending late bills and causing me inconvenience and we can sort out legally if required.

                                      I also told Airtel , I have issues with their service in bangalore, I never had in Hyderabad.

                                      Obviously I cannot be accused or held responsible for not paying bills if bills are not sent to me and communication is not done before suddenly terminating the connection. Also when I called up customer care, I was ready to pay instantly but they could not do anything then why disconnect all of a sudden without intimation, what is the point in paying when you are caused inconvenience.

                                      Please advice.

                                      Airtel Broadband — Billing and Service Issues

                                      I have airtel connection which was activated in the month of July 2011. I had received bills till November and then I had decided to change the service provider so that i could get better rates. then airtel gave me a better plan and i decided to stay. i was told that the last connection would be disconnected and the new one activated. i have the mail in wiriting and they also ahve confirmed over phoen. i realized that i am paying for two connections and then they said it would be resolved-surprisingly then didnot know that this was going on. i refused to pay for two months , they disconnected the line twice and i shouted to get this activated. i then told them again about the problem and each time they told me that the new bill will have the rectification but again the same thing is happenning. they are harrassing me to pay and sending me messages to pay and also calling in between my work. i think they should be taken to task about the same. and the most important thing there should be someone in kolkata to come and resolve this issue.
                                      The point is that I am being made a fool of the same thing where they are supposed to follow up. I have multiple connections of Airtel and Vodafone and I don't have a history of payments issues, but why this harrassement.

                                      I too faced similar problems from Artel.

                                      I was using the Airtel Broadband for almost 4 years without any single dues.On 30/09/2012 I have vacated my house and moved with my friends as I need to travel to abroad within 2/4 months.
                                      I have contacted the Airtel customer care and requested for cancellation after clearing the monthly bill of September.After 3/4 days I got a call from Airtel CC asking about the reasons for cancellation and informed the reasons. Upto this point all went well and by 25/10/2012 I got an sms stating that my October bill has been generated. I contacted the Customer care again and I got a response that I have promised the retention agent that I will be continuing with connection. Again I explained the scenarios and they said that they will take care of this issue. After that I had received at least a call from Airtel CC every day from 12/11/2012 asking about the payment. This repeated up to 25/11/2012 after generating the November Bill. Now the unpaid amount is almost double and I was getting 2 calls every day for bill payment. I was explaining the same stories and getting many replies from CC that I promised to continue/I was ready to transfer the connection to somebody else/Migrated to a lower plan etc. Meantime I got a call from a collection agent and he was in front of my old house and asking the payment .I explained all the details again, the he said that he understood the problem and he already got the information from the house owner(Stays in the ground floor) that I had vacated the house on 30/09/2012.
                                      At last on 30/11/2012 I got an sms that my connection got cancelled on 30/11/2012. From that day onwards I was getting calls from CC for reactivating the connection and they will waive the dues as I am a very ‘Valuable’ Customer for Airtel. Again repeating all the stories to them. Today I got a call from Airtel that they are going to send a legal notice for my dues.
                                      I searched in google and found that I am not the only one with this type of problems witn Airtel.I think they are doing this to all good customers.
                                      I have many service request numbers which I used get after each call from CC

                                      We too faced similar problem with airtel . Making fake bills and robbing money of people is their business . You should join hands with other customers in your area who are victims of airtel and file a criminal case in police and consumer court against them . you shoud also claim compensation from the company for the harrasment you faced .

                                        This is regarding Airtel 4G connection and unjustified bills for Mobile number [protected] bearing Account number [protected]. I know that there is some outstanding amount pending from my side, but that is not 2480.15/-, the reason why i am saying this, because i could not use your services properly due to bad network connectivity and which is also accepted by your technical team that in my area services/towers were down for more than 25 days. This i have informed to your customer care multiple times, that why i have been asked to pay the amount for the services which i have not used?

                                        I hope you will understand below points and help in getting this closed as soon as possible:-

                                        First of all, i never said i am not going to pay the amount. The only point is i am ready to pay the amount for the services which i have used. I hope you are with me on this. The services which i have not used due to Airtel's technical problem, why i have been charged for that?
                                        Please check my payment history which i have been paying it on regular basis till 17th Jun, The day when i called up your customer care and asked them to temporarily cancel my services since i will out of country and will not be using this for another months. Customer care agreed saying that 150/- will be deducted and then services will be discontinued.
                                        But, then also i can see, in Jul bill 449.44/- being charged (150/- + some 250/- monthly charges). Why this monthly charges once i have requested for discontinuation of services. Similarly happened for Jul and Aug month they have charged some amount with late fees. Why is this late fees once i have discontinued the services. Discontinuation of services means that i should not be able to use the services.
                                        Please do all these calculation once again and request you to remove that late fees component and the time period for which your services were down.
                                        I have called up your customer care to disconnect the services multiple times but this has not been done till date. Which is very disappointing.
                                        Let me know the final amount what has to be paid from my side, which i am ok to pay. There is no issues at all in that.
                                        Even i want to get it closed as soon as possible.
                                        If you want i can forward you the mail chain which i have been exchanging with your Nodal officer.
                                        Anticipating a positive reply from your side to get it closed please.
