I AM 72 YEAR OLD WIDOW AND VERY ILL. I HAD BROADBAND CONNECTION WHICH ON MY REQUEST WAS DISCONNECTED ON 16TH APRIL 2012. I HAD LEFT A SIGHNED CHECK BOOK WITH MY FRIEND TO PAY MY BILLS BEFORE I LEFT FOR USA FOR TREATMENT.
THE BILL OF AUGUST 2012 WAS PAID AND BY MISTAKE BILL OF SEPTEMBER 2012 WAS ALSO PAID THOUGH THERE WAS NO INTERNET SERVICES. SINCE THEN BILLS ARE BEING SENT WITHOUT ANY SERVICES.MY FRIEND WHO HAS MY CELL PHONE IS BEING...

some one activated call diverts and diverted their calls to my number.I called AIRTEL but they said they don't have any options in their side regarding this.Now where the heck i need to complaint.really worst mobile service providers....

By activating unwanted service, the company is deducting amount from the balance.
and the customer care service is also not responding.

Not transferring the call to customer care executive....

I had an AIRTEL connection[protected] which I had taken in 2009 in Indira Nagar. In November 2011, I had shifted my house to Kaggadasapura. Air tel officials were asking for too many documentation and hence I decided to disconnect the connection. I made the final settlement in January 2012 and there was no further bill generated thereafter. In the month of September 2012, I suddenly started getting SMS for bill payment on this account....

my self Prabhat kumar. my prepaid airtel no. is [protected]. my balance 100 rs. deduct on[protected] without my information or without i do any no. dialled....

Can any one suggest on this issues. Please let me know what I can do further ?

Initially my broadband plan was 10GB FUP, 2mbps/256kbks for Rs 799 per month. I spoke to customer care to get a better plan. The customer care representative shared me the details of a plan having 30GB FUP, 2mbps/512kbps for Rs 999 per month. I asked him to take the request for change of plan. Today I received a message saying that my plan has been changed and it is having 9GB FUP, 2mbps/256kbps. So basically they reduced 1GB from FUP and...

I had lost the Airtel Sim and had blocked it after losing it. Since I was not interested in further using dint claim for another and had mentioned the airtel representative of not interested in continuing with Post Paid plan. I paid all the dues until tehn.

But still they kept me billing for 6 months and I dint notice that , but they started calling to my other number and kept pressurizing in paying the bill.
So finally...

Hi, Today, 15 january 2013, tuesday at 06:45 pm, i got a miss call from [protected]. It came to my knowledge that call is from pakistan.
but i am concerned about how
did the calling person got my number. I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter. Please look into matter

Faulty bill which include some advance for 3G services (h 4 yearly adv rental 5gb 3g gprs free, 3p/10kb(after 5gb, 100% [protected]@80kbps)@840 13" i.e. Rs. 8400.00 + Taxes.)

I given a request for Port In to Airtel which has been happened successfully on Sunday 13 Jan 12 at around 1 AM. I was very happy at I got good service but next day on Sunday morning at around 10 am when I tried to call STD number I got to know that on my connection STD and ISD facility hasn't activated. Then I called Airtel Customer Care number (121) at around 11:30 am (not sure exact time) then call center executive...

On my transfer from Pune to Chennai, I have been requesting the customer care to re-install my connection since 12.12.2012, but in vain. Every time they note my request and assure me sending engineer with in 8 hours to resolve my complaint. My balance was Rs 150,within two days become rs 109.I hardly called those two days except two /three local numbers.Enquiring my last 5 transaction,found Rs 17 has been deducted on VAS.By calling customer care told me someone has mistakenly recharge on your account,and we just deducted from your account.They are fooling me.Purely false.Disgusted....

I got tel mobile pre-paid recharged from airtel outlet for Rs 350/-. They refuse to give me the BILL and say this is Airtel policy. How do I show the expenses in my I Tax returns? They (Mr Pavan is very rude.).
