I have 2 airtel mobile connections (one in Mumbai and one in Madhya
Pradesh) and 1 idea connection which I use for Internet.

My number is [protected] and yesterdar I bought a pack for Rs. 9 which
gives 3G internet for half an hour. In fact, I have used this package
earlier as well and it worked quite well for me. However, this time It
gave me a problem once the pack got activated. The 3G network was not
showing up. It was giving me Internet only through "G" and "E" which
are GPRS and EDGE respectively. On the top of that, I got charged for
using the Internet when it was supposed to be free as per the Rs.9
pack of 3G internet for half an hour. So, I called up the cust serv
onlt to encounter one of the horrendous customer service I can ever
remember. First of the two calls were disconnected by the customer
service agents. I called up at around 12.15 am in the night. The third
call and the agent couldn't understand anything about the problem. IN
fact, he started to say something like that I have used a dongle. etc
when I dont even have a dongle or a laptop with me. When he was unable
to solve the issue, he connected the call to his senior executive
"ZAHID". Now, this chap turned out to be rude and he simply stated
withou any reason that I was supposed to be charged and when I asked
why he said that he cant help me and he call up the 3G technical
tream. I was so frustrated that I asked him for the MNP port out
number and this Zahid was more than happy to give me the MNP number,
He asked me to call 1901.

If this is the way your so called customer service to work then, I am
sorry I will never like to associate myself with airtel. Now, its not
about the Rs.25 which I have lost as its not a big deal for me but its
the principle. I have been humiliated by your customer service and I
will make sure that I will continue to raise my voice against it
unless you people call me and apologize. Also, I want actions to be
taken against "ZAHID" and the previous agent. Also, I would like to be
compensated.

my self is Rajiv singla.i used the Airtel [protected] from june 2007.My credit limit according to company telecallers is 3500/-.but yesterday A person Subhash Comes from sangrur office after calling me for bill collection i gave him cheque of 2500/-.but from today morning my outgoing call facility cut by company.i submit so many complaints but no response.
at 3.30pm i call at [protected] their Mr Narinder pick take my call as customer care.when i complained them he told me you go only in consumer court if you want to continue your service.
so please tell me where i go.
i am in marketing line and i loose 5000/- today are you pay this?

Airtel Mobile — Horrible Services of Airtel

Hi,

I'd recently changed my address and informed airtel well in advance of same and requested my new bill copy to be delivered there which they just claim they've have dispatched but provided me no proof of same when i asked them to do so.

I then asked them to re-send again once more and that complain absolutely fell on deaf years.

I'm with airtel for past 3 yrs and such horrible service by airtel is totally unacceptable.

Airtel in past too are famous for late to very very late delivery of the bill

Can Airtel wake up and improve their services and provided atleast a bit of satisfaction to customers rather than JUST FOCUSSING ON MONEY

Airtel Mobile — Rude and horrible horrible service

I am a 68 year old woman in Bangalore. I have obtained a Mobile connection 2 months ago. After properly submitting all the documents Airtel required, I was given a SIM card. Immediately after, Airtel ran address verification checks and authorized my service. Two weeks after that they disconnected my service without any information. I had to go through local repair stores to figure out why it was disconnected. Finally when I called they said we have to rerun a address verification again, and that my line would be active in 24-72 hours. I was without phone for 48 hours. Three weeks after that (March 30th), again they disconnected my service, again their answer is Address verification, again it took 48 hours. The service came available on April 2nd. Now today is April 6th, and they have disconnected yet again for Address verification. I was really upset on the phone with them, and their answer is "we will have your connection ready in 48 hours, and HOPEFULLY it will be the last time". I have been asking them to refund my money left on the account (900 rupees) without any hope. I wuld be very happy to some other provider if they can refund my balance. I need some Govt (Indian or some World Human rights) to protect my basic consumer rights. No where in the world have I seen such blatant abuse of citizen rights by the Corporate .

Airtel — Irresponsibility - 3g Activivated without Informing

Hi,
It is a shame on Airtel's Part that they are not able to manage customers. Whenever we call Serv Desk, they promise a call back which is always a false promise. I have been facing a lot of problems with airtel.

1. No proper Account IDs - For one number they have created n number of account IDs which they themselves are not sure which number is actually correct.
2. They donot know how to manage Account IDs at all
3. When I check online which AIRTEL calls Customer SELFCARE (a stupid website from airtel which is of no use to customers) has a different Account ID and the Bill I am receiving has a different Account ID. So whenever I try logging in to Website and check my Balance, the Balance always says 0, But end of month I get a surprise Bill of some Rs. 5000 even I am in a plan of CUG 499.

Number - [protected] which is in my name was purchased in the Month of November 2011. Just because this Sim was inserted in to a Handset which has a 3G facility, without sending any communication nor taking a confirmation from My end Airtel has activated 3G on my account and when called them they say it is a benefit for customer while it is a cheating practice/technique that Airtel adopts to cheat its customers.

Unfortunately I have 3 numbers with Airtel and now I am planning to get rid of Airtel for ever.

    Thrice in the past month I have recharged my Airtel prepaid phone from Airtel's proprietary website. All three times the transaction failed and the money was debited from my account. Supposedly the transactions had failed due to some "technical reason".
    On repeated complaints to the Customer care, the money was refunded to me in 4 working days(for the first 2 times, the last - yet to be seen). On inquiring as to why the online terminal was kept open when obviously there were some "technical" issues ailing it, she brushed my question aside by saying that my complaint was noted and that it would be rectified given time. From there we entered a loop, where I kept repeating my question and she kept giving me her standard responses (as, I suppose, she was trained to do). Honestly its times like these that you realize how helpless you really are. Given the situation, you have 2 choices. You can either switch to a different service provider and experience the same fiasco all over again, or you could live with the horrible service they fling your way.
    Here's hoping that this helps the situation get better.

    Airtel — Repeated Delivery Problems

    I am getting some serious problems about my delivery of bill. I have contacted Airtel costumer care many a times and lodged many complaints but i think they are taking those complaints seriously. 10 months have passed and every month i have to call costumer care and demand a duplicate bill. I don't know how i am charged and every month I am spending money on costumer care calls. So this is getting worst from a re-putative mobile company in India. I really don't know which door should i knock for help, so i just want to go through this and want them to fix this problem.

    I logged on to m.airtel.in, it automatically detects your number which it did. So I recharged my cell no [protected] through m.airtel.in. the first recharge was a bonus recharge of 110 on 100 and it went successful. Second recharge of rs 449 went to another number automatically. [protected], of Mr Narenender. The website is automatically generating numbers randomly. I want my recharge back, customer care is clueless. Even at this moment, the website is generating dummy numbers

      I purchased Airtel's RC11 SMS pack on 15-02-13 and[protected]twice). I have received message that RC11 SMS pack with 120 local/ STD SMS for 30 days has been started only once on 18th.

      However, all SMS's are still being charged at Re 1 per SMS.

      I have complained to Airtel but they have not resolved the issue so far.

      Would be pleased if you can get Airtel to resolve it immediately and
      1. get the SMS offer started immediately
      2. I have already sent around 100 SMS's so far from 15th which was charged at Re 1 per SMS to my main balance. The amount should be adjusted appropriately or reimbursed.
      3. Since I paid for RC11 twice, one of the payments should be adjusted appropriately or reimbursed.

          Hi,

          I had bought an Airtel DTH Connection online on Sunday, 24th Feb. However, the connection is still not active today (Wed, 27th Feb). I had been calling Airtel's customer care and they have been regularly "assuring" me that the issue will be fixed in 24hrs, 2 hrs etc. I have called them at-least 10 times already and 4 times since yesterday.

          I am terribly appalled by Airtel's service. All I want now is to cancel this connection and get the amount refunded. Could you please help me out? Please ensure necessary steps are taken so that in future consumers don't get into trouble like I did.

          Airtel — dth not working from 4 days

          dth not working from 4 days and tired calling the call center but not yet they have resolved the problem.
          i call them everyday and they say give us 24hours to resolve the problem and more over company like Air-tel don't have new set top box to replace the old faulty once .
          totally tired and the same problem had occurred few months back and the same story has repeated again

            I have ported my number from Idea to Airtel. My number is [protected]. The verification guy of Airtel had come and I was in my Boss cabin. The verification guy enquired and was told by the office caretaker that I will be back soon and that he could also call me but the "arrogant" person replied I don't have time to call everyone and he left marking me " Not found at address". Next day I had to go to Pune for office work. I receive a SMS from Airtel warning about stoppage of Out going calls and it was also mentioned in the SMS that I should contact my dealer to avoid stoppage of outgoing calls. I immediately contacted my dealer who told me that verification will be done again on some date. I felt relaxed but to my surprise Airtel after one day completely stopped services NO incoming calls even no SMS I am left in lurch being in Pune I have to often go to STD booths which are also hard to find or borrow somebody Else's phone for contacting to my family and to enquire about the health of my ailing father. My family could also not contact me as incoming facility was also barred. I really felt it was " totally unjustified" to stop the service when I was in roaming and i needed my phone the most.

            I demand that my connection may be restored immediately. I am also having another connection from Airtel number [protected] which is lying at my home now. If verification is so sensitive I hope that Airtel puts some sincere employees on this duty and not careless people which can cause problem for Airtel customers.

            Was told on taking a new simcard for blackberry that the verification department would take 48 hours to verify the address . They came to my house , verified the address but havent uploaded the same on the database . They are going to take more than 360 hours which seven working days ( by the words of their customer care , escalation officer ) , The company is running a con job in the guise of a phone company .
            VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS ARE BEING DONE AGAIN AND AGAIN,THAT TO AFTER 7 TO 8 MONTHS.EVEN AFTER DEPOSITING THE DOCUMENTS DOCS ARE BEING ASKED AGAIN .THIS IS HEIGHTS OF INCONVENIENCE.

                In The previous complaint I have clearly mentioned the delay done by Airtel Outlet Present at Hydernagar, One of the Customer care executive speaking in hindi (unfortunately i could not ask the name) asked whether I am interested to shift my service provider. Now I clearly understand how inefficient customer care executives are and how inefficient the Airtel Outlets are working. Very pathetic on their part.

                    Sir I got a connection of Airtel 6-7 month ago as a part of my company policy i.e. Cug 99 plan. According to plan my billing cycle were 6th of every month. But I had to submit my bill against my reimbursement till 4th of every month. So that I requested to Airtel customer care countless time to change my billing cycle but they did not respond and charged late fee on my no. While it was their fault. After that there was 1000 excess billing in novermber month on the name of gprs. But I requested them contacted to their nodal officer regarding that but they didn't respond positively. After all this I got the call from them executive of Airtel regarding bill payment. I told them a lot more time about all the above problem they were only have the words ''my system is error free'' nothing else they response positive. After all they they stopped my services without information while it was my life line because being a journalist I need the mobile too much for my profession. I faced a lot more problem. Daily I am getting all the repeated tape of their customer care executive. After that they were saying how much you think the real and actual bill. I told them that I am ready to pay the bill i.e. I will not pay the late fee and not that excess charge of gprs what I have not used.
                    They became ready and said me you got a waiver amount of rs 2094 and rest 3200 you have to pay. We will start your services. I asked them the proof of waiver they send me a mail and I paid the amount of rs 3200 and they started my services. But within 24 hrs the services of my no. is again withdrawn. So I will like to have a legal action against this cheat, fraud and the mental pain what have been made by them.
                    I hope I will get justice.

                    Due to lot of dissatisfaction and cheating attitude of your representatives, I am forced to write you. That Airtel Services in Noida is more than worse.

                    Recently I have taken a connection No.[protected] on 30.01.2013 though Airtel Sector-58. After 3 days my services were stopped saying that some bill of 2 years back was due. I have shown all my emails and letter from Airtel showing that my full and final payment was already given in airtel. That time also, some representative came to my home gave me full and final payment letter and took cheque. That amount was credited in airtel account.

                    Now, when after some time when I have taken a new connection, they said we have disconnected your this connection because still some amount is reflected in our account, it is red tagged, etc.

                    I have a talk with Mr. Kunal phone number- [protected], who apologies that we have verified our previous records and by mistake this are red flagged and due to that your line is temporary disconnected. You just pay some 270/- Rs. For your 3-4 days operational line charges, we promise within 4 hour it will be connected. Many times I told you send me some email, he said That I cannot send until you pay this outstanding 270/- . I was again cheated by Airtel people. When I called him, he gave call to some one else or maybe he cheated and name was also wrong.

                    If there was anything due at my part and it was red flagged or black listed..Why Airtel has given me new number/connection? Who will return my money that was taken for new connection? I have recorded voice of your representative and the number which is taken against airtel call centre at okhala-III new delhi, which can be produced in the court of law to prove that Airtel do cheating with its customer.

                    Still and I am getting messages and email for some more bill..you think one side it is disconnected another side sending bills..always Airtel does like this and after some time you people will say pay some more bill.

                    I appeal to all users that Never listen to any executive over phone get everything in writing from fixed email addresses.

I am still waiting airtel to respond.... they have only activated new postpaid number, but no response in prepaid to postpaid request. When i call the customer care they are asking for the order number, when i have my mobile number why should i provide them the order number (which they did not provide me when i requested ) to track any requests? is this the service we expect from a leading telecom provider?

                        Sir i request you to take severe action against the service provider and do the needful.

                        My concern is not that i lost 300rs its more to do with:

                        - The way customer is TREATED
                        - BOTH the customer services paid number DOESNT work
                        - I have not received any resolution from your meticulous team
                        - Got an auto mailer of receiving resolution in 24 hours however NO calls & No emails from Airtel team

                        This is the most ridiculous customer service i have ever got. I would rather RECOMMEND you to CHANGE the call center service provider who is bring BAD name to your brand.

                        I am DEFINITELY OFF Airtel network for life and will blog this where-ever possible.

                        This is with regards to pathetic services Airtel is offering. I have Pre-Paid connection Mobile#[protected] which is used by My Mother and due to some issue at your end she is getting some senseless Cricket updates which she never opted for and her account balance (Rs 300) is getting deducted for no reasons which stands NIL now.

                        I tried calling you from a different network number however both your customer service numbers [protected] & [protected] says its a wrong number so i have no one and no ways to reach you guys to complaint even.

                        I myself work for service industry and understand how customer service works but this is absolutely hopeless customer experience which i got.

                        I need a call back with resolution on Mobile No#[protected] within next 24 hours and in case of no response i would go ahead and switch on my services with number portability to one of your competitors who are atleast sensitive enough to such customer grievance and would ensure to reach the top level in Bharti (Sunil Mittal).

                        AirTel — Very Bad Service

                        Hi,

                        I had applied for restarting my airtel internet connection 2 weeks before and someone from airtell called and promised to restart the connection within 3 days.
                        That 3 days went on till 2 weeks and i never got a call from them. i had to call them every time to get an update and today they tell me that they cant give me a connection.
                        A person comes from Airtel and tekes all the doccuments, promises to give the connection and after making me wait for 2 weeks just tells that we cant give the connection. They made me waste my time and money and in return giving nothing.

                        I would suggest all the people reading this to thing twice before applying Airtel Connection or try some different connection rather that going for Airtel.

                        I'm prepaid User of Airtel from more then 1 year. From Last few days I'm checking that my airtle account balance getting debited by Rs 3. So i called Airtel's customer services. Now I'm shocked that what daring people are there. I talked to a lady. I told her my problem. She told me that you have been subscribed for something (which I don't know). I told her that I have not subscribed anything then refund my money back. Then she told me that your account will be debited like this, we will not processed any refund. I asked her name then she hanged up the phone.

                        I'm really shocked that a CSR can talk like this. what a customer services that Airtel is providing. They debit money from there customer account n when a customer call customer services then they behave like this.

                        Please anyone help me. I want to file a case against Airtel. I have the recording of that call too as evidence.

                            Today feb 26.at 5 pm i recharged my airtel mobile account with 20 rs & i was having data balance of 110 MB. After 6.15 i lost both balances' leaving it to 0.66ps & 10MB respectively .i frequently vulnerable to this balance loss problem ,but i am not referring earlier issues.customer care didn't solve the complaint i raised so i kindly request to solve my complaint by giving my amount back.

                            from 2 days the company is charging me 20 rs. For downloding some stupid hooters nd thay r saying that i m using airtel live. Nd the good thing that i have nevr used it even today they send me msg at 5 a.m nd i complete my sleep at 8 p.m so how it is possible to use airtel live at 5.am . I dont like the way whn they say that we cant do any thing about this problem .if they cant thn tell me who will help me tata docomo or idea????????

                                I received a bill[protected] dated[protected], of Rs 5715. This amount was for usage of data, where as my mobile was not working.
                                The Amazing thing about this bill is that it shows usage or down load of data every minute or so for 30 days. The down load is of 10 to 130 kb every time through out the 30 day bill cycle. My mobile was not working because of battery backup problem.

                                  I am using airtel connection from last 4 years,being a regular customer of airtel i was very impressed with your network.
                                  one of your airtel representative from ajmer comes to me with a RAILWAY CUG plan...There were two plan one of 99 Rs n other is for 149 Rs...He explained the whole plan(of Rs 99)as:-
                                  1. the rental is of 99 Rs.
                                  2.They will provide complete talk value of 99 Rs.
                                  3.If the bill comes out above 99 Rs then you have to pay only that charges(including rental of 99 Rs).
                                  4.Net pack is of 50 Rs monthly(which includes unlimited downloading and surfing free).
                                  5.Net pack activates automatically as soon as your Sim starts.No need of activation.
                                  being a very cheap plan we repeatedly asked him to confirm the plan.But he assure us that the plan was correct since its a facility provided by railway.
                                  So i decided to switch to airtel postpaid plan.
                                  My Sim starts on 26 December and since then to 6th of January my bill comes out with 600.02 Rs.during this period i have asked him several times about the bill n ask whether the net pack is activated or not.He was assured of the plan n suggest me to ignore and said we will see when the bill comes...
                                  when we went to customer service center(ajmer) to deposit the money they asked to pay 600.02 Rs.For this we explained all the detail that was provided by your representative. they called that representative and a short talk occur between them and at last they asked us to deposit only 100 Rs n assured us to give the concession of 500Rs...
                                  now when after 1 month again a bill of 319 comes,we again went to airtel customer service center they explained that u were charged the bill as:-
                                  1. 99 for rental.
                                  2. 99 for Internet(the net was of 50 rs per month as per the representative)
                                  3.100 for late submission fee(why late submission if they assured for the concession????).
                                  4. and rest for the calls.
                                  Then we asked to stop our Sim.but they force to pay the bill first.
                                  sir,
                                  Since last one and half month it was a complete mental torture given to me by airtel. I was very patience, cool and calm but after almost one and half month I am very frustrated and want to do a court filing in CIVIL for a compensation. I am ready to spend unlimited money for this endless fight with airtel but I can't leave them like this. I am shocked that airtel feel that they are serving free of cost and don't be greedy even if airtel will offer a cug plan.
                                  so please give us a best solution for the compensation...
                                  And a necessary action should be taken against all these types of representatives of yours.

                                  I opened a broadband connection with Airtel fixed landline number [protected].After they fixed up the connection at my home , they took the cheque from me and it was cleared after few days , but since that day the internet connection has not been activated nor has been the landline .When i call up the Customer Service they give me lame excuses , sometimesthere softwares are not working and sometimes they say that they have activated the services and will begin in few minutes which is never true.Now a days when i call the customer service they give me a new number to call which is [protected]and [protected] , they amazing thing about these numbers is that if you call these numbers it rings but no one picks up the call.
                                  Every day i get the confirmation that my services would be activated but that is a Myth now.I have loads of work to do but my internet does not work and if to go to Cyber cafe , which is 5 kms away from my place.
                                  Bharti Airtel has not activated the services and seems that they have forgotten me but they have not forgotton to give me call through out the day and talk about promotional offers and refrences.
                                  I am being harrsaed to the extreme point and i am thinking of moving to File A FIR , File a RTI regarding the procedues and definately i am going to Consumer Court for Sure.
                                  If any one from Bharti Airtel is reading this , please be aware that my next move is Court and Consumer Court.

                                  from last few months, my regular balance decution takes place, i filed more than 10 complaints in airtel customer care, but they take no action. they deactivate one service and next day other service gets activate it self. when i call customer care again they say thay cant do anything.

                                  My name is Ananda Das Sarkar. My prepaid Mobile number is [protected]. I am now a member of your esteemed Mobile services, as I have taken a Prepaid connection on 5th March 2011. However, today being 21st of March , 16 days after the connection, my connection is still barred because of the untouched and unparallel customer services rendered by you.

                                  Here are the series of incidents that happened with my connection.

                                  - I purchased a new cell on 5th from Nokia Priority (Behala, 149, D.H. Road, Kolkata -34, Ph – [protected], Mobile -[protected]). There was an Airtel agent (Mobile No – [protected]), who offered me this prepaid connection. I submitted all the documents along with the photographs. The connection got activated that night itself.
                                  - On 9th March, Airtel agent (Mobile No – [protected]), the called me up asking for signature in the photograph. He never bothered to inform me that I need to sign in the photograph produced on 5th. However I told him, that I will submit the a same on 12th of March. He accepted.
                                  - On 10th the account got barred due to non submission of documents. I called up the Airtel agent (Mobile No – [protected]). He unblocked the same after some hours.
                                  - On 12th I submitted the photograph along with the signature.
                                  - On 13th the account again got blocked. I tried calling up the agent, his phone was switched off. The Nokia priority was closed.
                                  - On 14th I called up the Nokia priority. They got that unblocked again on the latter half of the same day. ***** please note it was blocked from 13th Morning to 14th evening.
                                  - On 16th the Nokia priority called me up asking again for another set of documentation since the Airtel agent (Mobile No – [protected])has gone absconding and they want to send the document fresh. I again submitted my documents on the same day.
                                  - On 17th my connection was again barred. The Airtel agent’s phone was switched off and the Nokia priority started giving me false promises. I called them as many as 5 different times. I called up the Airtel customer care, they told me that they can’t do anything and I need to submit the documents again to the Airtel shop.
                                  - On 18th , no resolution still, the Nokia priority told me since the courier guy is not coming, they were unable to send out the documents. They told me to call somebody from Airtel (Atanu Chowdhury – [protected]). I called him up and throughout the day. Every time he has given false promises and never called me back. It was me who called him again and again. MY CONNECTION WAS STILL BARRED.
                                  - On 19th - MY CONNECTION WAS STILL BARRED – NO support from the Airtel agent, the Nokia priority, Atanu Chowdhury – [protected]
                                  - On 20th - MY CONNECTION WAS STILL BARRED – NO support from the Airtel agent, the Nokia priority, Atanu Chowdhury – [protected]
                                  - On 21st - MY CONNECTION WAS STILL BARRED – NO support from the Airtel agent, the Nokia priority, Atanu Chowdhury – [protected]. I visited your Shop at the Saltlake City Centre and talked to Kunal Ghosh – Ph No [protected], I talked about the problems that I am facing. I again submitted all the documents along with the photographs signed in it for the third time. It was promised that the account will be activated within an hour, however…. Its more than 2 hours and its still not done.

                                  Few observations:

                                  - As per Kunal, they have not received any document. So my question is where are my documents? What kind of fraud you guys are doing by taking my PAN. Driving License information.
                                  - Since the courier is not there, the NOKIA priority has not send the documents in time and let the customer suffer ………... is that is what you mean by a customer service cycle?
                                  - The nokia priority has told Kunal that they had send the doc on 18th while my account was barred from 17th. Its good to know that, you and your partners are so reluctant about customers. You guys are so good with off shouldering responsibilities.
                                  - You have an agent who can go absconding. It proves the trust we should have on you while giving our personal information.
                                  - The best part, Atanu Chowdhury – [protected], your own guy….. who promises and promises… …. a person who shows that who is taking responsibilities ……but the end result is …….after 18th , not even bothered to call me up. You should have more persons like these in your so called 3G age for the fast service.

                                  Anyways …the end result still now is ……………………………..M... CONNECTION WAS STILL BARRED

                                  I would expect people at the senior management will take my mail as a proper customer feedback and look into my issue with immediate effect. I will wait till the end of day today to see a resolution. If not, I will launch an official complain at the Consumer Forum.

                                  Airtel — Harassment by Representatives

                                  This is to inform that even after 3 months, the complaint regarding the billing for the airtel number: [protected] has not been resolved.
                                  I had taken this connection in the last week of December 2010 with "Super Saver249 Plan" and "GPRS 2GB [protected]@30p/50kb Rental 98/-" plan. While taking the GPRS plan I was not informed by anyone from Airtel that the plan was on pro-rate basis.Even in Airtel's customer care mail dated 15th January, 2011 I am being told that 2GB is free for this plan.
                                  Airtel India website does not indicate that this plan is on pro-rate basis.
                                  Therefore I should be charged for data usage only beyond 2GB.

                                  After numerous calls to Airtel customer care center and highlighting the same, I am being told that I have been given a discount for 2GB.
                                  The bill clearly states that the volume for the period is 2107229. This when converted to MB comes out to be 2057.84 MB (1GB=1024MB,1MB=1024KB). Now I am bewildered, as to how can I be charged more than Rs. 6000/- for using data of 10 MB more than the 2GB/month free of data, when the charges are Rs. 0.30/50KB.

                                  Despite making repeated efforts to resolve the same, I am being harassed and threatened by Airtel's representatives for making the payment for the past 3 months.

                                  And Airtel-Hyderabad has stooped to low levels and arm twisting and has threatened me with legal action and dire consequences if I don't pay the full bill amount.

                                  AirTel — Harassment from Airtel

                                  This is to complain about poor service of airtel I am having a broadband connection of airtel for over 15 months now However my broadband stopped working on 20 oct 2011 I made a complaint on 21 oct 2011 but even till date which is approx 75 days or so no one has bothered to call or visit to fix the issue I have made repeated calls to the customer service to get this issue resolved everytime i call i was told that it will take couple of more days because of some technical issues I made another request in december to disconnect the line and the moment I did that I started receiving calls everyday till today to clear my outstanding payment and that too till 9th nov This is highly unacceptable why do i make payment beyond 20th oct when it stopped working the customer service people do not understand the basic thing and have been arguing with me numerous times most of the times they have been unprofessional and rude in their behaviour and has been harassing me for over a month now I do not want to continue my services with airtel anymore because of pathetic services but ready to clear the dues but only till the time i have used it send me the details. I have had to incur losses due to this as I work from home most of the time and instead of claiming my losses from airtel, i am only requesting them to either fix the issue or send bill till the day it was working.

                                  This is my second complaint regd Airtel.I had an Airtel prepaid connection - [protected].One day, I got a sms - if I don't submit my necessary documents, they will terminate my connection.Then I directly enquired about this to the nearest Airtel customer care.They said nothing to worry, please ignore that kind of sms.But that night itself they terminated my connection along with Rs.484 balance amount. Next day itself, I went to the same customer care and complainted.They said they didn't know how this happened and it was not possible to get that connection or refund my lost money.In emergency, I take a new Airtel prepaid connection - [protected].Now another problem arises.Regularly receiving a sms - Thanks for downloading Fashion Show from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.5. They deducted Rs.5 many times without download.Is it possible to refund my earlier Rs.484 and present Rs.25 to my present number.Also I want to stop these unknowing money deduction.Now I'm totally fed up with Airtel.Need a solution.
