Hello sir,
I have send porting msg some days ago,so on next i got call from service provider Airtel, and they ask me reason for switch, i tell all the problems and their executive offer me a plan in which call rates are lesser than my current rates in which they offer all local call 0.30 paise / min and 0.40 paise / min but they not clear me my first call charges is 2 INR. this is not acceptable for me.so they not tell me this main point in that conversation.
So they try to fool their customer and dont make privacy in their plan. so i m very frustrated from this plan and services. I also try to call on customer care but they also respond the same and put my call on hold and some time disconnected without intimating from me.So i need a solution from this service, they also bound me call again on customer care services.I request them to change my plan but all wastage.

    I am already communicating with the support team of AirTel for they stopped my service without any reason. This is the e-mail I sent them. But each time I'm getting a reply from them saying that my sim no is not a valid airtel number. This is a pain. Worst customer support, not expected from AirTel atleast.

    Dear support team,

    I am feeling really frustrated for I have to do a written communication with you, I wonder the complaint should have been solved verbally. This is my worst experience with any mobile operator.

    ISSUE:
    My prepaid airtel SIM# 9929736xxx (hidden on this online post for privacy reasons) stopped working suddenly on yesterday evening. (evening of 13th Dec 2012)

    I called your complaint helpline number (198) thrice. And each time, I was given a different reason for this. It seemed to me that your complaint handling team is very poor in customer complaint handling and they hardly had any knowledge of what the problem actually was. Any support from them can't be expected at all.

    Anyhow, today I called a few of your nodal officers, there responses were even worse. A lady nodal officer (I don't remember her name) even put off the call in between the conversation when she couldn't handle my complaint. This reveals how customer friendly you actually are.

    One of your nodal officer told me, that this no. is not registered with airtel, this is an AIRCEL no. !!! I was shocked to hear this, as I had ported this number from AIRCEL to AirTel 3 months back!!!

    I surprise why I wasn't told this when I was recharging my cell constantly during these 3 months. I must have recharged for more than around Rs. 1000 during this period, and was using your services seamlessly. (I even got a top-up of Rs. 200, a day before.)

    I request you to provide me an acceptable reason for this, and start my service as soon as possible or I will use all the legal options I have.

    Consider this mail as warning not just a request.

    A reputed name like yours isn't expected to be doing such things.

      Hi, I'm Raghavendra Hebbar and my mobile number is+91-[protected]( Air tel).
      I've opted for M N P on 4th Dec. 12, a lady from Air tel, called me, offered a good plan and requested to cancel the Porting. She told that the plan will be activated within 4-5 days.
      Today I called customer care service to confirm that plan has activated or not. But the executive by name Naveen didn't respond properly to my concern and with out my permission activated 225 Rs. GPRS pack and deducted it from my balance. After that I was not allowed to call customer care.
      Now all I want is that executive should be informed about what he did and has to be terminated. Because the customer care is there to solve customer problems fully or partially. But that executive's behavior is not bearable. If he do the same thing to a poor or/and innocent person, what would he(person) do? I hope you understand this and do the needful. And I want to know the result also. Thank you.

          I have customer of airtel postpaid connection from last 2 years. I was shocked to see the overcharged amount in the bill period of 26/10/2012 to 25/11/2012 after analyzing the bill thoroughly I found that I was overcharged for MMS Charges of 400MMS on 14/11/2012. I had sent only 1 time MMS to selected 100 contacts but Airtel charged for 5 time (500MMS) for same MMS on same contacts on same day within 10 minutes. I logged complaints which No. is 47513062 dated 11.12.2012 but I didn't get any help from the complaints.

          Air tel / Mobile service — Overcharged

          Dear sir

          I am using airtel postpaid mobile ([protected])since last 2.5 years.But during the last 6 to 8 months i am facing lot of problems by the company e.g. call drop, customer care service, value added service active & deactive, late fee, wrong information, & over charges.
          In the issue i have talk with their representative of chandigargh but am not getting a sattisfeid reply . i have given mail to them in the matter of last bill over charge on 23rd & 25th april-09 but still i am not getting any reply.

          Airtel — Overcharging Bill Amount

          My mobile number is: [protected] (Currently not working - disconnected by Airtel)

          I'm using Airtel Postpaid connection since almost one year and more. But till May i have no any complain. But after May for the month of June and July, they dont send my bill at my mail id. I have done couple of complain but i have not received any response from them.

          At last in the month of July I received call from Airtel telling that I have paid the amount, same time I requested them I have not received any bill since last two months. They told me that we will send in 24 hours. This has been happened couple of times and at last they send me bill at my emailid on 20-july-2009. On 21st of July I again received call from them and heard that I have to pay my bill by the end of day 22nd July. But when i seen that Amount it is overcharged and Its not be possile to pay that amount immidiately. And they have discounnected my account on 31-July-2009.

          Please look this into this issue.
          Airtel overcharged in my my billing . my plan Rs 198/month -3072 MB . on 29th jun'13 i ahve sent SMS to airtel that STOP my GPRS not my plan which has to run until my confirmation but airtel have changed my plan without any intimation . when i have started mailing to airtel than they reduced amount from Rs 8815.88 earlier now Rs 7165.05 . if airtel was not wrong than why they have reduced my bill amount /

          * I have sent sms on 29th jun'13 to airtel that STOP GPRS at 16:47PM.
          * I have received sms from airtel on 28th jun'13 at 18:44 pm that i have used 2898 MB till 7:45 am till 28th jun'13 .
          * airtel revised plan 2457.6 MB at RS 158.05 . how than revised ' pl read above two question .

          The offer on occasion of independence day (15 August 2013) online offer was of Rs1947 with 2 month subscription free, I booked it, but they have debited Rs 2249.00 I need to have as per the offer or return the set with 100% refund.

            Sir,
            On telephonic canvasing from one of Airtel agents/dealers, I have agreed to convert my prepaid connection to post paid mobile No [protected]. One rep came to my office on 08 Nov 12 and collected required application form/ID proof/address proof and a sum of Rs 300. I got an sms
            stating verification of my address. One person came and verified my address on 10 nov 12. Since there was no further info I had visited three airtel custome certres in Indiranager and Ulsoor area who had expressed inability to solve my problem. On regular approach to all available complaint procedures i got an sms saying the conversion has started and will be activated within 4 hrs and I should insert the new sim at 1710 hrs on 23 Nov 12. SO FAR NOTHING HAPPENED.I was forced to approach the nodal officer on 26 Nov. Complaint No CPTP[protected] registered.Neither the nodal officer or appellete authority had solved the problem till date apart from autoreply and asking me all details again and again.My email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com

              i recieved a phone call from customer care [protected] no
              the representative told me that there is a scheme for ur airtel digital tv that i[censored] recharge for 6 months (i.e 1220) and u will get 3 mnths extra free with this channel package
              i didnt recharged due to some problems
              then i got another call on 11-12-12 three- four times
              the representative ask me to recharge with an ammount of 1220 (i.e. 6 months) and i will get 3 mnths free
              after this confirmation i recharged my airtel digital tv with 1220
              but till date i got only 45 days extra free scheme
              and the customer care didnt replying to my quary
              thje representative told me that i[censored] recharged online then only u would got this scheme.... but while calling me he didnt told me recharging online.plz resolve my problem and extend my validity

                    Airtel is a network of completely useless and poorest service providers. A common man wont be able to deal with their charges which they charge for the unselected services and undialed numbers . I m actually fed up o[censored]sing the same whether it is landline or prepaid mobile. I have been trying to talk to talk their their customer executive but they are disconnecting the phone again and again without responding to my queries.

                      Dear SIr, My name is M.L. Rathi. I m using a airtel number [protected] since 2002. This number registered as my son's name MITESH RATHI. Now i need to change the registered name means Ownership details. Address will be same but the name instead of MITESH RATHI it should be MANAK LAL RATHI.
                      I went to airtel office from last 1 months but they refuse to do what i want.. Every time they said that TRAI stop these kind of services right now. But from Reliance & Vodaphone do the same thing (name change) only in 10 days.

                        i was an airtel broadband customer in early 2012. due to pathetic service, i cancelled my connection and opted for ACT broadband. initially, the airtel people didnt bother, but now that they are losing market share, they keep calling 2 to 3 times daily and keep asking me if i want to re-activate their connection. they call from a number that starts from +91 140926.... Each and every time i have clearly told them that i dont want their broadband connection ever again, but the calls keep coming. Now, i'm getting a call from a lady from the number[protected], who is harassing me telling that i have already asked for the connection to be activated and that an agent is going to come to my house to activate the connection. I'm clearly telling her that i have not told anyone to activate it, but she's yelling at me. i cant take this harassment anymore, and i want these people to be punished immediately!

                          AirTel — unwanted sms for which i am charged!

                          Sir, dialy i get 2 messages on my mobile [protected] - 1) from Jumani zodiac services that i am charged Rs 10/- per week. I have not asked for this service. It just cannot be disconnected. I have tried informing 121 (Airtel customer care) and i was told it will be disconnected in 48 hours! It has not stopped even after 100 Hrs. It is terrible harassment. Do i have to make a police complaint against airtel ?

                              I have called customer service on 3rd Nov 2012 to disconnect my Land Line and broad band because i relocated to UK and i have paid my final bill of 1845.10 rs in adyar the showroom rep confirmed that this will be my final payment to airtel. But on 12th dec 2012 my friend received a bill on my name and the bill amount was 613rs its a big surprise for me.. I called my neighbor conferenced the call with the Customer service rep his name is manikandan he cant understand english nor the phone number i gave more than 4 times finnaly i pissed off and asked him to transfer the call to his supervisor he denied it. He gave me a interaction id[protected] and he said i will get a call from his supervisor on my alternate number.. her argued with me that the line got disconnected after 20 days and i need to pay for it. Its not my fault that u guys have not disconnected on time and more over am not going to pay for the service which i have not used... Hence i request to stop sending me the bills and the collection sms and calls. Thanks in advance...

                                sir i was serving in airtel bhopal as canteen caterer for six years.since last year the services are stopped due to office closure.the administrative staff has also left and this has led to stoppage of my payments.now they are saying to go to indore office for the payments.it has been more than a year and i have been there for more than four times.i am not getting response from the office there.the scm officer is saying that we are wrong and not listening to us at all.the amount is very huge and we are facing many problems.please help and say to where to go for justice .we have all the required documents also.
                                My name is Deeksha Sharma and I have a Airtel broadband connection with DSL number [protected]. I had submitted a cheque a ICICI cheque number 358829 on 25th of October for 1200 Rs to make the payment and it was cleared from my bank account on 28th of October.i have spoken to my bank and they have confirmed that the money has been cleared and has been collected by Bharti Airtel but still Bharti Airtel is denying receiving any payment.Infact they have disconnected my services and inspite of calling them again and again my services are still not working and they are still denying receiving any payments.I offered to send them my statement via fax , email , post or in person but they said that they do not need it but do nothing about my services. I have been calling them since 28 th of October and have spoken to many representative and their supervisor but they ask me to call later and say that they concerned department is closed , doesnot matter what time of the day I call them. I am tired and frustrated of calling them againg and again and not getting any positive response.
                                Please help as I am thinking of moving to court.

                                  IN MONTH OF JUNE AIRTLE ON IT OWN DISCONTINUED NOP PLAN AND ON ITS OWN MIGRATED ME TO 2G INTERNET PLAN .
                                  I RECEIVED TWO INFLATED BILLS 12TH JULY 2012 12TH AUGUST 2012 WITH NEW PLAN CHARGES AS 2169 AND 936.20. I COMPLAINED TO AIRTLE AND GOT THE 2G PLAN DISCONTINUED IMMEDIATELY.
                                  I REQUESTED AIRTEL TO REVERSE THE 2G CHARGES OF rS 2169 AND 936.20. AIRTEL ACCEPTING ITS MISTAKE REVERSED 936 BUT IS REFUSING TO REVERSE 2169.

                                  AIRTEL CANNOT CHARGE ME FOR A PLAN WHICH I NEVER OPTED RATHER 2G PLAN WAS FORCED UPON ME.

                                  AIRTEL SHOULD ALSO REFUND 2169/-

                                    Airtel has been sending me bills after I had sent in a request for cancellation of the line. On refusing to pay the bills for which there was no usage, they said the cancellation request number that was given to me by their own executive was invalid. They refused to accept my cancellation request and a very rude executive insisted that I pay the entire bill amount or face legal consequences.

                                    Now they have sent a legal notice for the same to appear in court and pay twice the amount and the legal fees they have incurred!!

                                    Has completely put me off Airtel which up until this had given me great service!

                                    i have been paying bills as high as rs.4000/for broad band without any dispute .As a refrence you can check bill number[protected] and[protected] dt.18th june 2009.,bill no.[protected] dt.18th sept.2009.All bills were paid regularly on due date without any fuss.Ireceived a call from one of your employee suggesting to switch to unlimited download plan costing about Rs.1100.This was somewhere on 10th of Sept.Iconfirmed for the change.Again i got the confirmation on 20th Sept 2009 wide complaint no.98817314.Iwas assured that plan was changed to unlimited use.Italked to customer service number of times vide ref.number[protected] and was again confimed that dispute will be resolved by 3rd Nov.2009.I received no reply.You can now convey your final decision by EMail otherwise i will assume you want me to pay for wrong bills in total disregard to customer complaint which is totally unacceptable to me.Iwill wait for your immidiate reply failing which i will be forced to change the service provider without any payment to AIR TEL

                                    I am Arvind chavan I have a Air tel broad band connection to my office, the bill were been sent late and for that Late fees is collected and same i informed to the local office and last month i have not received the bill and the executives were call me daily for bill payment on my cell regularly same i said to them and said same to them now today i received the bill of June and in that they have added the late payment charges for May and June. Sir Kindly do needful in this matter.

                                      I am an airtel user, i have get deducted my 106 rupees from my number [protected] one by one. First i lost 3 rupees from my account on 4th december, and i checked whether a plan activated on my account by dialing *121# it showed one video service activated, and i canceled it. On the next hour i lost my 50rupees, i called CC but the call didnt get connected,when i press the button to talk to the executive it says 'thank you for calling airtel' and call disconnects, and then i complained from my alternate number [protected], they told me that a plan activated from internet,that was the reason for 3rs cost, a game downloaded from nazara,that was the reason of deduction of 50Rs, i never browsed at that time from my phone, and i didnt use this phone to browse, i have using this phone only for 'whatsapp'. I did not recieved any message from nazara or airtel, they told me that it was charged for the content downloaded, and it can't be refund. Then after two days i got again deduction of 50rs.. When i tried to call CC, they again banned my CC call from my alternate number.. I want a legal reply, hope it will be solved soon.. Contact me on [protected], or [protected]

                                        Got a link stating Rs.125 for mobile data+sms (Chennai region selected). Recharged through online. But got different plan activated . On asking them, they are said that airtel has activated the correct plan (125 call booster) and it is not an issue. They even failed to take this as a complaint.

                                        They are saying it is my fault for reaching that website through Google. Am i the moderator of the airtel website to say its my fault?. At last they said they cant fix the issue. I want my money to be refunded.
