i have air tel prepaid connection with no. [protected]. from past 5 days , airtel is deducting money without any call from me. even when i unlock my phone, it is cutting money. please help....

My agony with. Airtel continues time and again. I see all your efforts of
improving customer service in vain with un trained field executives. Absolute
no co-ordination between sales n technical team.. I requested for a new
broadband connection, that time I was told our field executive will come check
the feasibility in your area and confirm. For all this drama it took one week.
Later...

I AM USING airtel [protected] FROM 2003 ONWARDS. THIS IS A POSTPAID CONNECTION TILL JULY 2012. There after i have requested you to change it to prepaid and accordingly you have changed after recovering all the dues. Despite that you have again sent a bill of Rs4.88 again and since the amount is less i paid online vide Bill Date 27-Oct-2012,Transaction Ref. EBP13937382,Reference No. IB10327910. I surprise to know that my no is not active...

I have discontinued one of my postpaid connection to Airtel on 07/11/2012 at Airtel Showroom at City Centre, Kolkata. Before discontinuation I have paid all the due amount on this no and Airtel customer care executive provided me a confirmation slip for discontinuation of the Airtel no.
Today airtel sent me one bill and where bill period has been mentioned as 20-Oct-2012 to 19-Nov-2012 and a rental of Rs. 224.00 has been charged.br...

As an esteemed customer of airtel from last around 10 yrs today at around 1;05pm to 2;00pm they people have deducted rs350 from my account stating that i have downloaded games in my phone but sir i even havent used internet at that time so i request you to see in to this matter and help me to get that amount back in my account.

I have taken a connection of air tel broadband in september 2012 and requested several time to register my phone and broadband account and send me the password for accessing my account to view the details of my usage.And every time i get a sweet reply that it will be done and i will be getting the password in next 15minutes and it will be sent to my regd. mobile/[protected].And i am yet to get the password till date.pl do send the password...

I have received message that jokes service is activated on my airtel mobile no. [protected]. (Chandigarh)

I have not subscribed to this service and my balance is getting deducted Re 1/day.

I am asked to send message to deactivate and still service is running I want to file a case against Airtel for harassing me.

I am a ported Customer From Aircel. [protected]
I have been renewed for fusion longue.The thing is i dint get the activation Message .
I called up CC in the evening today and I’m put through to an inexperienced young Man struggling to speak . Fine. Most of Airtel’s CC is of this type anyway. What pissed me off was that even though he had heard about Fusion Lounge, he had NO idea how it was activated, he wouldn’t agree...

Past few weeks we have a serious issue in the network connectivity from Airtel.
Problems faced in the past week:-

• Calls are not getting connected,
• Many people are not able to call our numbers,
• During a call many a times it gets muted and we can't hear anything
• Calls getting disconnected in between.
• Battery draining to less than 40-50% without...

I have purchased airtel DTH recorder set top box. after connection came to know that some buttons of new remote are not working also recorder functionality not activated. I had follow-up with Representative Vinod three-four times but the things are still not working properly. its almost 4 days now.its really very bad service....

I got a airtel connection of post paid they told me it will be plan of 199 RS per month but actually i am getting more than 230 RS.
I want to change it perpaid connection but they asked me to wait for three months.After three months now they are again asking to wait for other month
