I am an Airtel Digital TV customer for more than 3 years and was having South Super Value Sports package. 2 months back, with informing me, Airtel changed my package to another package which resulted in many channels being removed from my package. When I contacted the customer care, they simply asked my to switch the package to another one, so I was forced to pick a more expensive pkg South Economy Sports, which had ESPN, Star Sports, Star Cricket channels. Now, within 2 months, again they have removed these channels (without reducing the rate of the package) and now I am being asked to change to Mega pack(the most expensive of the lot) to get these channels or opt for a top-up for Rs. 50. Airtel has failed to deliver even the basic promise of service, and their redressal mechanism is the most terrible with the highest disregard for the customer concerns.

Hello Sir/Mam,I am Joginder and my mobile number is [protected]. Before 1 month, I had ported my this number from Reliance to Airtel. From the date of porting i am facing some problem with Airtel Services.
First, I am not getting balance summary on my mobile screen after doing any call. Due to this i am not able to know how much balance you are debit from my main balance for a particular call.
Second, I am not able to recharge my mobile number online. Even when i registered my mobile number in airtel mchek services, it shows my mobile number is not a valid airtel prepaid number.
Third, Two times a caller tune was activated on my this number without my information. One time they gave my money back but second time they are denied to back my a/c balance. This happened with in 3 days[protected] to[protected].
I have called so many time in airtel customer care, every time they said we have resolved your problem but still i am facing these problem.
please resolve my problem as soon as possible and if your are not able to resolve my problem, give me your high authorities email address or contacts number. I will talk them. Or switch my number back to in RELIANCE.
