I had applied for prepaid to postpaid conversion a monthago . payment and documents were submitted. I was given a new sim and was told that my current prepaid sim will get diconnected within a week. once that happens i can use the new sim provided. now, when this happened, i put in the.new aim only to find out that it doesnt work. Called customer care. they didnt give a damn. went to the nearest store. they manager asked me to submit documents...

Today I went to one airtel easy recharge shop and I asked the guy to recharge with Rs. 36 but he demanded Rs. 38 for that. This is not fair. Then I came to know that in chennai most of the airtel easy recharge shop guys are demanding extra two or three rupees than the actual tariff mentioned by Airtel. Airtel must take some serious action against this....

And i got a call from your executive that your sim has been rejected now that sim could not be activated, and he told me to better buy another sim. If this is the quality of service that you people provide why should i buy airtel there are many more operators.

I am getting nonsense calls from two number one of airtel company i.e [protected] of Maharshtra ,Goa origin. Please take necessary action against these....

My mobile number is [protected] and i loaded a cash balance of RS.100 in my airtel money account but i did not get the amount credited in my account and i am not able to use the service.After contacting AIRTEL relationship center and CUSTOMER CARE, they are giving me misleading and irrelevant information about the matter and are refusing to look after the matter and take any action.It has been almost 15 days i did the recharge....

My SIM card issued number [protected] in 2009 by Airtel, is in my possession. As I am out of country most of time, and now about to travel in next 7 days back to India to make sure before charging I called to find someone answering on my said number.

I had a Airtel landline phone no. [protected]. Around December 2011 i have decided to no longer use Airtel services and disconnected my no. as I needed to move to another place. The customer care representative have agreed to shift the landline to my new adress. I continuously followed up with the Customer Service representative and after more than a month they informed that they cannot shift the line as they dont privide service in the area...

Even after calling to customer care 'n' times, my problem has not been resolved yet. I requested to deactivate my aarti live on 11th september 2012, my call forwarded to mr. Anas ahmed bearing reference no:[protected]. As per the request mr. Ahmed told me that your aarti live service has been deactivated which I never wished to activate. Now in my this billing cycle my bill is again raised with the charges, now on calling the customer...
