Dear Sir,
i have taken the prepaid plan since 6-7 yrs and timely i have recharged but 3 days back company changed the plan with out my permission/request ,my plan was 1.2paisa/second now they are charged the rupees1/call.
i am very much disappointed from this act please advise the company to revert my deducted money and change the plan as it was earlier.

Soon after converting from prepaid to postpaid, people trying to reach me started receiving message that "phone you are trying to reach is switched off please try back after some time". I have taken a new Airtel Prepaid Connection ([protected]) on 11th August 2012 from Kolkata. Now today (28.10.2012) i woke up and found "SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED" on my mobile. I tried calling from another mobile it says "THIS NO DOSENT EXISTS". I called up customer care thay said " THIS NUMBER HAS NOT BEEN USED FOR LAST 6 MONTHS HENCE THIS NUMBER HAS BEEN BLOCKED, YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE A NEW CONNECTION"....

this is ishu from delhi. i am using Airtel prepaid no in patna. yesterday message came from customer care "thanks for starting service hello tunes . you are charged 30 Rs. then i tried to call customer care for quire they further charge me 15 rs. for selecting song aye jawan. i don't know when i hv selected this song.

it is sophisticated way of cheating.

Airtel provided the service to me voice & 3G service with 1000/- Rs device and 700/- month, I have complained about data service may be around 50 times in 2 months, there is no resoultion for BAD SPEED. they say up to 3mbps, most of the times I got starting 5kbps, very fluctuating.
some one from customer care said if they can't fix it they will waive the bill amout until they resolve the issue.
Now they have disconnected...

My Airtel Digital TV Recorder is not working from last week, i called Customer care they said problem will be solved in 24 hour. their executive came next day and said that its camera problem and promise to come next day with new camera and from then i am calling every next day 4-5 times, sometime they replies, some time they do not pick up my phone.

I tried an international call and it couldn't connect properly to the person who I want talk but my balance deducted as of ISD charge. When I asked CCE they were arguing me by saying you had talked with your friend.

Please help me Sir so that in future I'd call effectively in future.
