I am using the Internet mobile. sum services has been activate in my number. i am do the complaining Ariel customer complaint no.198 in 3 time but Ariel has been renewed services & deducted the charges from my mobile no. bollywood. fusion service is activate in number.i want close this service but Ariel has been renewed this service and deducted. the charges after 5minutes or some time before complaint.

    DIGITAL CONNECTION INSTALLED ON 20 JUN 10. NO DEFECT WAS OBSERVED TILL THE TIME NEW SATELLITE POSITIONED CHANGED. COMPANY TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO SOLVE THE ONE TIME FREE INSTALLATION / FITMENT OF DISH ANTENNA AS THE SATELLITE POSITIONED HAS CHANGED. REPEATED COMPLAIN WAS LODGED FROM THAT DAY ONWARD. IN THE MEAN TIME COMPANY TECHNICIAN MR. SHAM MOB NO [protected] (AIRTEL) HAS CHARGED 260 FOR REPLACING THE ANTENNA RECEPTOR (ATTACHED WITH ANTENNA TO RECEIVE GOOD SIGNAL) , BUT THE PROBLEM WAS STILL EXISTING. AT LAST AGAIN COMPLAIN WAS LODGED ON 13 SEP 12 AND WAS RESOLVED ON 21 SEP 12 BY CHARGING 350 AS SHIFTING THE ANTENNA TO 05 METER DISTANCE OF SAME AREA, WHEREAS IT WAS SHOULD BE ONE TIME FREE AS THE SATELLITE POSITIONED HAS CHANGED. IT IS REQUESTED THAT THE AMOUNT FOR THE NON OPERATIONAL DAY TO BE CREDITED IN MY AIRTEL DIGITAL ACCOUNT [protected].

        i have ordered for Magnum1M790 plan and paid Rs.1790/= on line, which is yet to be installed and I intend to change it into Mega Pack 12 Month plan for Rs.4680/= and ready to pay difference amount of Rs.2680/= before commencement of connection. I tried twice on Customer Care number, but
        nobody knows how to do it, even a senior executive, who asked me recharge online, which is for existing running plan, whereas I want to change my plan before installation. I do not know what type of customer service they are providing and to whom I should contact in airtel. My registered e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and registered phone 91+[protected]

          All family member have airtel connection. And we have problem with network. Now it is regularly reduce low frequency of network. We are not easy to talk each other. If this action will not take by company then we have to move other. Do as soon as possible. And reply within one week.

            I shifted my house on 01 Aug 2008 & requested to transfer my MULTIPLE connection (phone no [protected]) on 07 aug 08 vide request no 31339 dated 07 aug 08 Application recieved by DS Tomar in Airtel Webworld at Phool Bag Gwalior (MP) I contected many times at Phone No [protected] but got reply that it is not possible because of objection by your neighbour as he did not permitt us to lay the cable. I spoke to my neighbour he was agreed. once again I visited the Webworld after a week and requested them to do it faster he took action at the same time but their was no response from other end. I also conformed about charges. He told that company reserve seven days for work but if not able to connect than there will be no billing against such connection. Now after a long wait I have taken connection from BSNL As I checked my old account of Airtel I saw a bill for Rs 616/- for the period from 02 aug 08 to 01 sep 08 So I request you to look in to the matter seriously & resolve this issue.

            I have fixed airtel line [protected] at C-2625, Sushant Lok-1 in the name of Mr.R.P.Sharma. I visited your office at Galleria, DLF paid Rs500/- for a new connection. When the installer came we called 121 to cancel the old connection. But the person responding from other side argued as to why should I disconnect my fixed line which is more than 8 years, instead I will be provided a router free of cost and paid my pending bill of Rs.1670/- This matter is hanging fire since last seven days and no body is responding and my SR is cancelled. I am told that the phone number they have on record [protected] is not responding. I have advised them this phone number is defunct and belongs to my wife who is divorced and does not live with me. I updated my phone number [protected] umpteenth number of time but in vain. I do not want to be at your mercy and would like to severe connection with airtel and go to IDEA or my a data card if this service is not provided within next 6 hours. Let me tell you your staff is dumb with zero IQ.

              Hi

              I have a 8 mbps 30 Gb connection. Even though I still have 3 gb left in my balance and only 3 days remaining in my billing cycle, I am constantly getting the Airtel Smartbytes redirects hijacking my browsing experience. I have already opted multiple times that I would like to continue using my plan and not use smartbytes options (atleast 15 times in the last 2 days). It has also resulted in a failed credit card transaction where my card got charged and transaction didn't get completed thanks to the very timely smartbytes redirect. In the last 10 minutes, I have gotten these alerts 6 times which is ridiculous. Which part of "I want to continue as per my plan" option you dont understand? I would like to disable the smartbytes alert as I dont intend to use this service ever.

              Please cancel/deactivate the smartbytes alerts for my connection immediately.

                AirTel — Airtel Mobile TV

                Hi,
                On 28th may, Airtel TV activated from my mobile.I deactivated the service on the same day. But on june 2nd i got a meesage from AD-54321 saying "Thanks for using Airtel TV subscription service from Airtel.You have been charged Rs 30.". I called airtel customer care and deactivated the service again.The amount (Rs 30) also refunded.Again on 6th june i got a message from AD-54321 saying "Thanks for using Airtel TV subscription service from Airtel.You have been charged Rs 28." When i called customer care they said, they will deactivate the service and will refund the amount. But till now i didnt get the deactivation message or refund amount. just got a message saying request reference number is CBDMT[protected]. Now iam not even able to contact customer care. It seems like they blocked my number.Could you please help me to resolve the issue. My Mobile number is [protected].

                  Hi Team,I got a sms every month say my sms pack is on auto renewal even though I do not want this plan repedly since last four month but unable to deactivate it.I called up customer care so many times and they asked me that they did it and will be affected within 24 hrs but again-again airtel is charing for activation without taking my confirmation if this is the way to implement the plan I think this is very rediculous way and one more think airtel is not at all customer friendly....Request you please look into it and de-activate this service as soon as possible and re-fund my all deduce mony.

                  Airtel — renewal of Brazilian pack

                  Despite informing 5/6 times for stoping renewal of subscription of Brazillian Pack on airtel customer care on 121 , I get a SMS on my mobile [protected] that subscription has been renewed and I have been charged Rs 1 for the same. Pl stop renewal of brazillian pack and refund the money.

                  AirTel — deactivation of sms

                  sir i'm chared by rs 1.5 per day for love tips sms i really want to deactivate it but your customer care agents not doing so, i never activate this it automatically activated on my number.

                  At now my won 100 sms pack not update,so I cant use sms.In previous day, I won 100 sms but no use this sms,when i connect customer care,I could not connect custmor care.so please solve my problem my MO -[protected]

                  I, Tarapada De am an Airtel customer (Mob No [protected]).My mobile is registered for Do Not Distrub. Automatically Airtel has activated so many packs like Pooja Room daily alerts,Devotional Combo Pack,Com Jnc,Cricket Commentary pack, Advanced Cricket Pack etc on 16 Jan12. When I have spoken with the Customer Care Execuitive for the reason they replied that a request had been generated from my mobile. I have not given a call for the pack. I am harassing by Airtel Mobile service provider.Please investigate and take proper action.

                          as per she is talking with me her name is neha malhotra & she is calling behalf of airtel company Delhi. She is using abusive language with my family with my friends with me also. i dont know what exactly airtel company is going to do b coz of this kind of things i have not experienced ever with any company. & i am going to disconnect all numbers.


                          and most important thing she has my all call details. & she is calling every one and using abusive language..


                          So please kindly take a strict action againts them.

                            Myself Gian Chand Aggarwal. I have purchased 4 Nos. Airtel DTH HD Connection online direct from Airtel dated 14.8.2012. As when I have purchased, your Sales Executive Mr. Rajesh Ram & Qyamraja Sayyed in Mumbai offered me as following :-

                            1) 4 HD Connection price will be Rs. 8869.00
                            2) He offered me that 2 months for Rs. 275/- subscription will be free
                            3) 4 Rebok Watches Gift purchsed payment online.
                            4) Gift Vouchers upto Rs. 1500/-
                            5) My booking ID 116700


                            But its a matter of deep regret to inform you that when I have purchased 4HD connection following offered given to me to buy HD from you & I also agree for this conditions only. Mr. Rajesh Ram has irrevocably confimred me that these offered will be fulfil to me & He assured me that our online telephone has recorded in there system & if found any wrong then can me claimbale from airtel. But after pasing one month, neither I have recevied my gift nor any response from you. I am getting message from you that my subscription has expired & recharge it. Please note when your reputed sales officer committed for 2 months subscription, why this messages arise for recharge.

                            As your company is worldwide organisation & you should fulfil your commitment immediately. I have purchased 4HD Connection only for your commited offered otherwise I was not interested to purchased your HD Connection. I am facing problem since I have purchased them. all the connection has problem, 2 connection are in service, one connection till not activate./running, second one has misdirection/signal problem. I am facing so much mently problem to purchased them.

                            So you are requested to please send my gift offered to me without any delay & depute your enginner to check the connection properly. Please do urgently otherwse matter wil be goes to in the consumer court & you have to pay all the charges for your misguide.

                            Now airtel customer care has told me that Mr. rajesh ram has left & he making false commitment.

                              Hi,

                              I have an Airtel Prepaid connection. I was receiving some Internet based SMS Ads to my number. On opening the SMS some amount of money was deducted from my balance. On requesting multiple times by calling the airtel customer care executive to de-activate these SMS Ad messages, I continued to receive these SMSs regularly. I even lodged 2 complaints through the airtel customer care executives with the complaint numbers. Customer Care executive assured me that I wont be receiving these SMSs in future but it dint happen so. I continued the receive the SMSs daily and money getting deducted from my balance regularly.

                                  I have an Airtel no. [protected] which i have been using for more than a year as a post paid service after which i changed it to prepaid service and then I did not use my Sim card as I was abroad then. I tried inserting the Sim after i got back and found that it is not working.I tried contacting your customer service twice at your Anna Nagar Showroom but they said that they will check this matter out and reactivate my service but they have not done it till date. Could you please look into this matter ASAP as This has been my only mobile for the past three years. I am sure there is more than 800 Rs in it and Validity was till 2012. i request you to please handle this as a priority and please reactivate my Sim card.

                                    Dear Concerned,

                                    This is to bring into your notice about your employees attitude towards resolving customer problems.

                                    We have put up the first request to airtel on 8th of september Request number-(pls refer to our calls)

                                    Engineer came up at our place and we have realised that there is main wiring missing in our apartment and we have requested engineers to go back.
                                    Post that we have been informed by customer services people that we have to put in request again to get our set reallocated.We have taken their advice and did so.

                                    We have put in request on 17th again Request number[protected] .Engineer by the name Aman visited our place .Post checking the requirements first he refused to install the same and given us information that airtel has given strict instructions that they will not be doing installation wherein internal wiring is there in flats in multi-story buildings. They would install the DTH dish in the balconies only.

                                    As per the Society Rules, any flat owner can not get the DTH installed in balconies and the same can be done on the Top floor and all the necessary arrangements have been done by the society. I went to the TOP FLOOR where 20-25 dishes are already installed on the top floor of other DTH vendors.

                                    In the meantime, Aman was in constant touch with us and despite of giving promises to visit our place he never used to visit.On 20th morning Aman has called up and confirmed airtel has given me instructions not to install but still I would visit at your place on my holiday and see what could be done. He has visited our place at 5:30 in the evening and given us budget of 800 Rs for the installation since there would be lot jointers & connecters would be needed. We called up customer service and asked for the prescribed rate list, Customer care exec. refused to share with us and claimed that customer services people do not hold actual information regarding the connectors and jointers.

                                    Aman did half of the work till 20;00 hrs and DTH was still not in operational mode.He kept junction box and the pointers opened and went back. When we have told to rectify it properly he refused as he said he would visit again next day and do rest of the work.He asked us to pay 500 Rs immediately and rest to pay next day. We trusted on him and paid him 500 Rs.

                                    We were surprised at that time that is why he was trying to misguide us by giving us wrong information that airtel has given them instructions not to reinstall in flats where internal main wiring is there.

                                    At the same time, we have never put in request to close our request but without our confirmation request has been closed.We believe this all is being taken care by Aman and he is getting our complain closed by his own ways as there was not even single call which has been made from customer services pre closing our complaints.Customer services was in constant touch with us till the time Aman was not into picture.It clearly shows that employees have access to all screens and controls wherein they can manipulate and close customer complaints.

                                    I called up again Customer Care on 21st Sept'12 and asked the reason of closing the request however nothing has been done. Explained everything to customer care executives once again. Executive promised to resolve the problem in 4 hours but nothing was done on 21st Sept. I called up again on 21st Sept evening and asked for the resolution and put me on hold and disconnected the call. Then Called up the customer service number several times but everytime the call was put on HOLD.

                                    I again called up on 22nd September Morning, it was confirmed by the executive that the problem is not resolved from Airtel end. they would get back to us with in 4 hours. It's been 2 hours now, no call has been made as of now.

                                    Would again like to highlight the employees attitude towards customers.

                                    1)Engineers are more interested in making their own money despite of resolving issues.

                                    2)Customer services people have their own access to close complaints request without checking customers.

                                    3)Despite of complaining again and again nobody takes initiative to actually resolve issue.

                                    4)How can Airtel give this access to employees that they can use their knowledge and cheat people for their personal benefit.

                                    Would please insist to take strict action against Service Engineers as they are not interested in resolving issues rather more interested to make their own money.

                                    Airtel Digital DTH — Despite paying advance, its not working

                                    On 27th August 2009, I recharged my Airtel Digital DTH for 12 months, paying Rs.4200. I recieved intimation of recharge on my mobile thru sms. My connection started working after that.
                                    since last 3 days it stopped working. I have sent 3 e mails to their customer care, called them atleast 5 times. every time I get a message that my connection has a negative balance of Rs 98. Its despite the fact that I have paid for one full year in advance.
                                    It seems Airtel Digital DTH are the biggest cheats.

                                    Airtel Digital DTH — Animax Channel Back

                                    Its a humble request to you that please start broadcasting Animax channel asap . I love that channel and only because of that particular channel I've opted to go for Airtel DTH .
                                    Me too! I used to watch that channel also and was shocked that it got removed. They didn't even use to show very good programs, but please bring it back and better! And of course new shows with subtitles and reruns of old animes, not sitcoms.

                                      On Sept 11' 2012 a massage recd. on my mobile as "Thank you for downloading game. Rs.99.00 has been charged"
                                      But in real I was not download any game. For this purpose, I many times made complaints to customer care but they not returned the amount of Rs 99.00.

                                      I hope you will consider my complaint and arrange to credit Rs. 99.00 in my phone account.

                                      Airtel telecom. — charged without reason

                                      i am airtel postpaid user i use GPRS service of 98 plan but when i use this services in my mobile or laptop without any reason or download of chargable file they charged sometime 40 sometime 10 Rs. and say that you download java games and give other irrelevent excuses . and when i call customur care they say your call is transfere our senior and they disconnect phone many time its happen .I AM NOT SATISFY THEIR SOLUTION AND SERVISES

                                        I am airtel customer last 8 year's and my no is [protected]. last thrusday my balance was deduct in my phone so i was call to help line in 198 complaint help line number and coustmer excutive was miss behave with me and not give information properly and last some month i was comlaint about network and costumer care excuctive give me a complaint no and till now my problem is not solve tell me what's the reason and i am not satisfy with airtel customer care service.
