Regarding my call rates

Recently I submitted request from post paid to prepaid service on 25/Aug.2012, at their Lokhandwala, Andheri west customer care outlet. Wrong Bill Generation every month

over 2 weeks, Internet still not working 0120-4264143

This phone was dead for over 2 weeks. It has started working now. The engineer took more than 3 hours to sort out the internet issues, yet the internet is not working yet.

AIRTEL....you may enjoy it, but customers don't want to wait weeks, that is soon going to turn into month to sort out these basic issues. Fix it or take it away, we don't want it to be a pain it has become.

Poor 3G service & Worst Customer Care

Deduction of balance and poor customer care services

My balance had been deducted after two consecutive top ups. I had never opted for any scheme and airtel is charging for it. I had tried contacting the customer care but they had not given any satisfactory response to me.
