I'm really frustrating with Airtel (UP West) because I recharged unlimited Pack for 1 Year or 365 Days in which I should get 2GB Data per day that I am getting but unable to use Data from 5PM to next day 12:30 AM even after I have 1GB Data left each and every day of My worst Airtel I also posted a Complaint on Airtel Android App regarding My Issue but not rectified by Airtel. Nobody should buy Airtel because it is one of the Fraud Mobile Service Provider.

      We are not getting internet properly from past 5 days. I am doing work from home . It is really irritating as my internet is too slow from past few days that I can't even able to send WhatsApp messages. I can't even able to work because my mistake was choosing Airtel for data . please fix this issue as soon as possible or else I will port to JIO.

        I have been utterly disappointed by the service provided by Airtel. In september 2020, I have purchased airtel my wifi hotspot device. It always shows green light instead of blue and when I performed the speed test it is extremely low, most of the times below 1 Mbps which is pathetic as there is lot of hindrance and I have been paying around 900 rupees per month to stare at a buffering screen most of the times. I am a postpaid platinum customer and have lodged complaints on the my airtel thanks app for around 4 times in the past two months and nothing has been resolved. There are several customers who would blame their own selves and their devices but would fail to recognize the horrendous service of Airtel. I would request for quicker and an effective solution to this issue of slow network.

          I have a dth connection ([protected]-001). I have asked for relocation request. The service engineer came and he took my xtreambox saying he need to replace it. But it is almost more than a week, there is no reply or proper response from airtel customer services. They did not return the damaged box as well. My DTH recharge amount is waste as I do not have connection for the the last 15 days. They are giving the new connection immediately next day if you request but for existing customers they are not taking it serious and they are always cheating.             My sim is showing sim access error from last two days as it is with my family they are unable to contact me why it happened only with Airtel the strongest network they canvas

              Airtel network is not working in last few days in my area i.e Manipur, Senapati Dist. Pudunamei village.
              Since last Sunday evening the Airtel data connection become very slow..
              So I request to fixed it fast as soon as possible

                I have been using Airtel services for more than a decade now and when it comes to giving back to customers and helping us AIrtel never helps or cooprates.

                I was in a qurantine and I had to replace a SIM card to get the services activated as I had ported out the Circle which requires the SIM change but when I requested Airtel about it they kept denying and keep sending me the automated responses.

                Its been a month now since I have been writing to them but all they do is to send me an automated response in response to my huge email texts.

                Please take a strict action against Airtel as I have faced a lot if losses due to them and they still send me bills to pay.

                Please help.

                  On 12th of May 2021, I recharged my airtel number in airtel thanks app using Google pay. The rechargeable amount was deducted from my bank account but I received a message from customer care saying there is some technical issue and so on at 12:09 am

                  The message said as below :
                  We are experiencing technical issue at our end. We will refund or recharge with your selected denomination in next 2 hours. Regret the inconvenience.

                  So I waited till the next morning but didn't get any info or refund. Then I again recharged and the same thing happened with same message. This was on 12th of May 2021, at 7:51 am

                  So please can I get my refund asap.

                    My SIM card for prepaid number got damaged having mobile number [protected], there is no method to report a complain for the same. Airtel talk big in media but when in come for customer related issued to post there is no mechanism.

                    During this pendamic i tried all resources, visited stores but no soultion, in the webpage they mention about airtel store, all stores are having the same contact number (Very strange) and when you call the number the same is not available all the time.

                    so how do and from where shall i get a new SIM.

                          I recharged my postpaid no. bearing contact [protected] on 10th May for Rs 598 Unlimited pack using Airtel Thanks App. Instead of receiving an SMS for recharge successful for the said pack the amount of 598 was added on to my bill reflecting -598 in the app.
                          I tried again recharging the same Rs 598 unlimited pack by local shop. Again instead of a successful recharge the total amount reflected in my total bill as -1196..
                          Am really annoyed by this.. its the first time i am facing problems with airtel and my two internet packs worth Rs 1000 have gone down the drain.. I demand a refund of my money...

                            My customer id is [protected] of airtel digital tv not working in a proper manners, it has been a problem with "automatic changes of channel" and with a continuous blinking of below line of channel no. & name and change it automatically from long time
                            i have tried so many times to complaint it at toll free no. but there is no response from other side and it disconnected automatically. please contact me at my registered mobile no. or in my email and do the needful. thnx.

                              Hi,

                              I have tried to do the recharge on 13th May of Rs. 598 using Airtel App.
                              I have done the payment using Paytm, money got deducted but recharge failed.
                              Below is the message which i received.

                              Payment of Rs. 598.0 attempted via Airtel Thanks App through Upi has failed. Order Id :[protected]. If money has been deducted, please wait for 2-7 days for a refund or contact your bank.

                              Afterwards i did the recharge using Airtel App. I have done the payment using Google Pay. And this time everything was succesful.

                              So waiting for the refund for the payment which is done from airtel app & paytm.
