MY 3G DATA-CARD (Pre -Paid) modem with Mobile no. [protected] and the SIM NO...[protected] h1 NOT ACTIVATED FURTHER FOR USE. TAKE NECESSARY ACTION FOR THE SAME PLEASE.
on 5th August'12, I recharged with RS.451/- for 2GB Data usage,which has validity upto 03rd Septeber'12. The data usage only worked till 6th August'12(one day only), after that, there was no network support and not able to recharge for any Talk-Time also. I am UNABLE TO MAKE CALLS ALSO, the SIM GOT EXPIRED ON 10th August'12.Afterwards, it is not working and no network support till date. Kindly, look into this problem and do the needful to re-activate for further validity period and help me use the data for browsing and further use of SIM CARD........ thank u.

I have paid airtel mobile bill ([protected]) at Lucknow however I have not received any acknowledgement message for that, instead the customer care people are harrasing and asking for bill payment.
This is third time in a row that , I have paid my bill but that is not acknowledged rather after the bill summation date is over they charge late payment charges.
Please look into the matter I am also attaching my communication with airtel and scanned copy of my payment receipt. Please give me resolution within 24 hours.
