Hello AirTel, My digital TV HD settop box has been non-functional since Friday morning. I lodged a complaint (ref#[protected]. Except for promises, no one has turned up even after 48 hours !! With lost weekend time on Sat and possibly today on Sunday, this is giving me extreme inconvenience and grief.
In the meantime, I spoke to many folks..
I've been following up directly with the external agency who was supposed to attend to my case - Mr. Sundar (mob# [protected]), who had promised my case will be resolved before 1 pm on Saturday.
After the airtel deadline of 17:30 hrs y'day, I spoke to the supervisor Mr. Sujeet. He told someone would turn up today for sure. I also tried speaking your manager, Mr. Rajesh (mob#[protected]).
I've been an Airtel customer for years together (Mobile & Broadband), where I experienced excellent service. But, with my experience of Digital TV starting Oct 2010, I must say you folks just suck !! You will spoil the great impressions that millions in India have about Airtel service in general !!
I'm going to raise this at the customercomplaints online website. In case this doesn't get rectified by noon today, I'll also be filing a complaint at the Bangalore Consumer redressal forum for appropriate compensation from your end for absolute slack in your service.

airtel data card — false bill.
this is to complaint that inspite of getting my sim card disconnected on 8 th of feb 2010 in my lokhandwala airtel gallery (andheri-west) from where i got the same card from anwar and swati i am still receiving the bills for the same,i went to my airtel gallery and spoke to now bhushan he checked into the matter and told me to complian on this,look into the matter immediately and revert the charges and stop sending me any further billsas the card is not in use and discontinued from 8 th feb 2010,my airtel no is [protected].
