I recharged an airtel prepaid number using ngPay mobile app. The recharge amount is 300 (Transaction Id NGPAY[protected]). My sister(Nancy Aggarwal)was called up yesterday by Airtel(Delhi NCR) staff to pay her outstanding dues of Rs 2300. During his conversation he called up my sister and my wife and used cheap language. My sister however is ready to pay the dues and asked him that she will pay Rs 1000 this month and the balance in Rs. 1300 next month.

This is to inform you that airtel automatically activated his some services at my no [protected].after complain costumer support didn't deactivated this services and they deduct balance regularly.i am mentally harass from two week.i kindly requested you to take action against my complain.

Airtel deducted my balance regularly and they subscribe caller tunes to my mobile without my permission. So guys Airtel is not good for middle level customers (because they subscribe any service to consumer mobile without permission.). if i call to customer care they are not telling truth to me and telling unusual answers and disconnect my call.

On 08.05.2012 at 22 Hrs I (K.Rabbani) started recharge of Airtel DTH on line through paytm. for Rs.620/- while the transaction is going on some descripency happened after that I have received a message from Axis Bank stating that payment Rs.620 made to PUR/PAYTM MOBILE SOLU/NOIDA/080512/16 03 has been debited. But there is no message from paytm that they have received the money for DTH recharge.
