Fraud with Rs 200 Topup
I am based at Bangalore and have been a loyal customer of Airtel prepaid mobile for almost two years.

I opted for RC26 (sms pack - 100 sms per day) for a month. Then I came to know about RC36 which gives 200 sms/day. When my RC26 got over after a month, I went for RC36. I have registered for DND more than 3 months back. But I still get SMS ads. I complained to the Airtel customercare many times. Each time they would come back with a "your problem has been solved".
