unwanted cricket updates

i request the service provider
to please deactivate unwanted cricket schedules and updates are messaged to my phone costing 3 rs. each day!
i hev just ported to airtel service and within a day these updates started coming !!
i have also tried the start and stop service but it replied request invalid
please please please deactivate these cricket updates !!!

Non receiving of picture

I am an Airtel DTH customer since a long time. My airtel digital TV

Whenever we start the tv system take time to start 1.30 hours or more.

renewal of GPRS pack ever after asking not to do.

i am using a prepaid number of airtel of bihar-jharkhand region. company has renewed gprs pack of rs60 on my no. even after asking them not to do so.
i am in roaming and unable to contact the customer care. customer care no of airtel-bihar, for roaming customers, i.e [protected] does not work. it seems all service providers, more or less, playing same dirty games.they need...

I have airtel pepaid connection with mobile number [protected]. As I am in Ireland now, i am not using that Sim though I have inserted it in a Dual Sim compatible phone. So none of the GPRS services I have opted for. And I am not using any value added services. Now suddenly I got a sms saying that "Thank you for choosing COMBO LOVE PACK 2125 on your airtel mobile. You have been charged Rs 3.0 for 1 days". I really don't understand...

Airtel the corporate Frauds

I used airtel broadband(no:[protected]) long back and as I shifted my home I requested for cancellation.But these stupid guys are not cancelling my connection.Then I said first u cancel my connection otherwise am not going to pay any bill.Then few guys from airtel visited my place they disconnected the line and collected all outstanding payments.I thought story end....But again after 3 month these started calling me..My connection not disconnected...

I am using a broadband from Airtel, I had sent in a request for plan migration(currently I am at 4Mbps plan with 30GB data, I wanted it to be migrated to 4Mbps with 75GB data) on May 10th 2012,to which they committed that it takes 7 days for a plan to get migrated. However till now the plan has not been migrated. I tried calling them 5 times for the same but every time they kept on giving excuses. The final call made today...

Airtel friends chat and regarding customer care

This the worst network and the response from the customer care people is really horrible. When they don't have the answer they simply say that they will transfer the call to supervisor and will keep us on hold for such a time that we will get fed up and disconnect the call.
A call from my mobile was mistakenly made to airtel frnz chat, i recognized it and disconnected the call in few min (may be 2min or so). After few hours...

guaranteed deduction of Rs 1000 from bill not fulfilled

airtel had offered a deduction of Rs 1000 from my internet bill for the month of april.. this was offered after i had logged my intention to disconnect the internet connection because the speed of 2mbps for 30gb data transfer as per the plan was not delivered on a regular basis.....now after i decided to continue with the connection specifically due to the guarantee of deduction of Rs 1000 and 20% discount on the bill for three consecutive...

AIRTEL - BROADBAND - CHEATERS

Suddenly few days back when its MODEM stopped working I came to know that it Company has chenged its policy of replacement / maintenance of MODEM even without informing customers AND I have to purchase the MODM from Market from my pocket....

Towards mobile no [protected], Airtel have on their own de-activated GPRS @10p/10KB without Rental " on 20.02.2012 ( which was initially activated on 20/09/2011 ) and, activated “ 500 MB 3G Free for 1 month After 0.58365GB 100% Free, 10p/10KB(Handset Bundle 3G offer) on 20.02.2012 without our consent.

This resulted in Airetl billing us for Rs. 7597.12 which we find very incorrect and exhorbitant as the referred number...

Airtel Broadband booked online but no connection since 40 days

Hello, I was looking for a broadband connection to my house and i booked a connection through online from airtel broadband by paying 500 rupees advance online. It was booked almost 40 days ago, no one bothered to check the feasibility test or installation of broadband.

Called up airtel customer care many times either they put on hold for a long period and disconnect or they say its an invalid application number or payment reference...

unnecessary balance deduction

on 14th may 2012 i realized that my balance was unnecessarily deducted around 250 bucks...
wen i called them to complain they only gave me a complain number and dis nothing til 18th may(they had promised that they will revert the balance til 16th may by 6 pm) nothing has been done so far... i called them twice and the put me on hold to talk to some senior and in spite of me not willing to talk to any senior they forcefully transfer...
