I recently started using a Airtel Postpaid connection.
But since the 1st day, I am unhappy with the services, as i do not get Indoor Coverage in my Building, the time i get back home, i am cut off from the world, as there is absolutely no network...
Have raised multipe Service Requests:[protected], 43893141, but each time the SR was closed saying Issue resolved, without even bothering to contact me and know the actual issue.
I get the feeling that, they have an automated process, which closes the SR within the TAT, without even trying to correct the problem, just to boast of 100% compliance..
Its been more than a month now, and the network issue still persists, and if it continues any longer, will have no other option but to move to a better service provider, who value the Consumers rights and do not take them for a ride by such ridiculous Customer service process...

it has come to my knowledge from Mr.Ashoksinh that due to disconnection application send by some one error code 06 received to my TV set but fact is that I have not sent any request for the discontinuation of your service . I am annual subscriber I had also purchased set up box HD of Airtel with a faith that you will provide me best service but you will see from your record that due to non availability set up box with your local dealer my earlier complain for non availibity of sound was pending for seven days yester day (10/06/2012) it resolved but to day date 11/06/2011 from 9.00 pm code06 received for all channel except 100 and 999 I tried my best to contact [protected] approximate 15 times but no one responded my call up to 45 minutes at 10.45 pm mr Ashoksinh has taken my call and given guidance for email to reconnect your service so I had requested by mal for the same on 11/06/2010 at night but till date problem in unresolved so I contact your customer care division on dated 12/06/2011 explain in detail regarding situation and concern officer has ensured me to solved the problem at the earliest but till to time problem is continue ,so I further humbly request you to continue my connection at the earliest as I am an annual subscriber of AIRTEL and wish for genuine service from your side and request you to assure me to recouped a loss of delay in service as per provision, pl don’t give an opportunity for any complain from my side waiting for the earliest service to solve code 06 problem
