Airtel,

This e-mail in regards to mobile number [protected] which was ported from vodafone to Airtel approx 15 days back & i have been experiencing problem.i feel like moving to airtel was mistake as airtel services are poor than other providers & i am regrating to my discission to port my number into airtel.

i have been trying to recharge my number & money gets deducted without any reason.
I did my first recharge with airtel of 50 rupees however 45 rupees have been debated from it. I have been trying to contact your customer care since than & i always get a different information form everyone.when i dialed [protected] they asked me to dial 121 & vise versa.

please help !

I have submitted a form to convert from relaince to airtel on 30th january.Reliance has disconnected my connection and Airtel yet has not activated my connection.
i have done phone no potability from IDEA ([protected]) to AIRTEL . it has to be done in 5-6 days but after 7
days the outgoing call is not started till date
CAN ANYBODY PLZZ TELL WHATS THE PROBLEM

After MNP the Airtel has become the worst mobile operator of India. I would advise all Airtel users to port out before it is too late

i have applied for number portability from aitel to docomo on 4 th march 2011.. from the day i applied i got continues calls from airtel asking me to state the reasons ..

i have told all issues im facing ..now airtel has rejected my request on the basis of legal reasons with out intimating the reason for the same ..

when airtel is not giving the freedom to shift to number portability whats the use of passing this regulation ..
i strongly oppose this and ecpecting you to take action against network providers who forcefully making them to stay with them ...

I have a mobile connection for the past 5 years with Airtel. For the pathetic service of Airtel. I have requested for portablility of my number. I went to Aircel and submitted my documents along with Porting code. But after 2 days i received a message from aircel stating that Airtel is rejected your request. After 2 weeks again i went to BSNL and i have paid Rs. 300 for Postpaid connection with number portability of my same number. But once again airtel has rejected my query. When i contacted Airtel they were not responding me properly. I hate Airtel. If anyone can help me how to file a case against Airtel. Please kindly help me out to leave airtel immediately.

My number is [protected]I have been requesting airtel people to port out my number from their service and switch over to tata docomo. I have sent a message and received the UPC code also. Purposely this poeple are sending the wrong UPC code to tata docomo, because of which the switch over is hung. I have complaint a couple of times, the customer care is asking again to repeat the same procedure which i have done twice and thrice. I really do not know that whether this is a problem of aitel or tata docomo. Kindly resolve it as early as possible or i will bring this issue to all media.

so i apply a connection in airtel office Hisar , he get all mandatory documents from me and said ur no. would be port in airtel after 10 days . but after 15 days i call him and asking about porting he repled me that your porting code is wrong . i again gave him a new porting code . after done all that still today my number is not port in airtel . so i request to you please provide me a better solution or returned my documents.

I have changed my network from Vodafone to Airtel by number portability scheme.. After 4 days, my vodafone network is disconnected and my request has been approved by airtel.And So while i started to using my Airtel SIM, I am having the big issue.. I couldnt recharge my number and if any one call me, they are notified that 'Wrong number'. I also couldnt call to anybody using that SIM...I mean, No incoming calls and out going calls..Even icouldnt recharge..But i am receiving SMS..

This is to inform you that i am changed my network from bsnl to airtel with this number [protected] and i am submitted the documents on this month 10/05/2011 but till the SIM Card is not working whenever i place the SIM on my mobile is show "SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED" massage. I am already completed to the customer care department but they are not responding correctly..so please solve this problem immediately.

Your team and your customer care employees are vest fellows because they not not talking responsibility about the customer. if any customer giving complaint about the their problem the they giving answer like this

-->We are not responsible the number is not work you can take new number.

--->We don't have such type of options you goto other Airtel show room

--->We can not solve this you can go to head office.

--->That section person not available you can come ofter 2 hours or after 2 days..

---->If any complaint is given from any airtel number then next time that number will not connect to customer care...

like this answers cumming from your employees then why do i call to customer care or why can i visit customer relationship center...


I am giving one idea to you and your company that is shutdown your company and take one cloth and put it into water then place it into your face then take a deep sleep...

This is to inform you that I tried to change my connection from Airtel to docomo because of excessive charging by Airtel. Thats why I sent a msg PORT<mobile no> to 1900 as it was suggested in the docomo official website. But everytime I sent a msg it replied to me saying the format is incorrect and everytime I sent a message, I was charged at the rate of 50 paise. Then I searched in the internet and found that Airtel never sends the PORT number because it does not want its customers to shift to other service providers.Even the customer care executive did not help me in this regard. Please help me regarding this.

Resp. sir,, i have applied for number portability from Airtel to Reliance telecom,, its been in process from last month and my number still get ported to my desired network that is reliance telecom.. airtel customer service called me several time and i refused them to continue in Airtel but still further process has been held by the Airtel services..
please do the needful for the above said.

Bharti Airtel — number portability

i requested for the port of my mobile no. [protected] Airtel to BSNL by sending a message on 1900 number dated[protected]. at this date i cleared all the dues pending toward s airtel i paidRs 115 in excess to what the bill outstanding was threre. till date 21.5.2011 my number has not been ported out to bsnl . when i ask airtel about this they say we have done all the things but when i ask bsnl they say air tel has not allowes to prt out your mob. number . what should i do please ?

    My name is Vijayaraghavan. I am from Chennai.

    I am undergoing a humiliating treatment from the Airtel DTH People especially the Customer Support. I paid through net banking for the multiple connection and it is more than few days the executives are not responding to answer us with surity. They either cut the line or just to put us off, give some dummy commitment which actually goes to other executives as news. Knowing our problems better, they disconnect when we start raising a complaint.

    Here are the details:

    My customer ID is [protected] and I have my Transaction Number IGB1803258. I approached Airtel on 16th June 2012 to get the Multi-connection.

    Stage 1: When I ordered for Multiple COnnection, one of the support executives asked me to recharge for Rs.1200/- and then asked to speak to her. Believing it, I did the same through internet banking and recharged the amount. In the next call, the other support executive said that it has to be paid through cr or dr card or net banking. I did that too. Now, I have already invested Rs. 1200/ in my account with Airtel, which was unncessary. Again for the new connection, I paid Rs.1190/-. For the new connection, there is no reply until now.

    Stage 2: My request was WRONGLY taken as "Transfer Request" (which I came to know only at the end of dubious transaction) and one of the Airtel Engineer by name Prakasan visited my house on Sunday 17th June 2012 around 1 pm. He said that the charges would be Rs. 200 + he wanted to buy some clamps and switches. He took off my switches and open all cabling racks at my house and vanished on that day. I had to beg and threaten him to get my switches back on the next day without any money given to him.

    Most Calls are wantonly disconnected or dragged with unwanted music for a long time ( In my case it has gone beyond 12 minutes at one time) just because they are unable to give the commitment. Leaders of Airtel are just watching the number of increasing complaints in all sectors. In fact, people at the Appallette level (for my mobile phone complaint) are not replying our calls or not responding to mails. The call Tickets are closed without talking to us. I believe Airtel is getting affected by these ineffective Call Center people and it is high time they need to realize this fact.

    I am with Airtel for the past 8+ years and almost in all services of them. In the last 6 months time, the customer support is extremely bad and it is going beyond escalations. Shame that they could not provide any other escalation matrix in the website and none is coming for rescue.

    Can anyone let me know how I need to take it to the last level of escalation especially in this DTH Division of Airtel? Support and services are PATHETIC. Please help.

    Only request is to adhere the SLAs given to clients. Also, train your customer support to get the best from them. Also find out methods of calculating their number of disconnections that you have during such escalation calls. That will Improve Airtel further more.

      My mobile number is [protected], I raised a complaint regardign the signal issue I am facing 6 months back, But till no resolution is given, When ever I call Airtel they say they will send a technical person to visit my office, but till now no one visited, and thrice my complanint is closed without any resolution.

      Please some one help me on this.

      Hello, How much time still you need, you need 6 months to resolve. Till now I have raised complaint 4 times in 5 months but no reply, and now you are telling still need time.

      Hopless service.

        Hi,

        I had purchased airtel 3g connection and I was promised the will get a minimum speed of 2MBPS and max of 7MBPS however when I got my connection activated the max speed that I got was less that 4Kbps which is far below standard of a dial up connection, Informed the same to Airtel on their welcome call and asked to disconnect if they are not able to provide promised speed. there was no response from the company hence logged a complaint on in the month of Feb and Apr which was not attended either I had also mentioned on the complaint mail that would like the company to refund the amount collected as they are not able to provide the promised speed from day one and the same was reported on their welcome call however there was no response from airtel for the above complaints made hence I did not pay my bill as I had requested for refund and cancellation. I was shock when I got a mail and a threatening call from airtel saying that they know how to collect the money. please help with this concern

        called thrice to ur customer care [protected] from my mobile number [protected] due to facing problem of speed on my airtel dongle [protected] every time my call has been disconnected after the telecaller says im transferring ur call to high authorities last time call was received by kalicharan hari and he assured my we will not discconect ur call i have chosen airtel 8 days back as my internet provider but today im disgusted and higly unhappy with my expierence im getting tortoise speed on my laptop kindly get my speed issue resolved asap or i have to register an online complaint against airtel

          I recently started using a Airtel Postpaid connection.
          But since the 1st day, I am unhappy with the services, as i do not get Indoor Coverage in my Building, the time i get back home, i am cut off from the world, as there is absolutely no network...

          Have raised multipe Service Requests:[protected], 43893141, but each time the SR was closed saying Issue resolved, without even bothering to contact me and know the actual issue.

          I get the feeling that, they have an automated process, which closes the SR within the TAT, without even trying to correct the problem, just to boast of 100% compliance..

          Its been more than a month now, and the network issue still persists, and if it continues any longer, will have no other option but to move to a better service provider, who value the Consumers rights and do not take them for a ride by such ridiculous Customer service process...

          Yesterday i had made a STD call to Airtel Number and i was charged 2.40 rupes per min. instead of 1 rupee per min.
          As per the details give to me regardin this pack i should hav been charged only 1 repee per min.

          This complain is in accordance to NETWORK PROBLEM of Airtel in P/O:- SARMERA, Dist:- Nalanda State:- Bihar, INDIA.

          I am having regular problems with the network problem of Airtel since day 1. The signal in never weak but remains dead. Altough my residence is only 3 km. from the nearest Airtel tower which is situated at Sarmera. I never get my signal.

          Altough having complained to your customer care division for nearly 50 times of the same nothing has been done to stop this. This careless attitude of Airtel made me write this complaint through the .mail

          If the same continues I am sorry to say I will not only quit myself to some other network but will make all effort that can be done to switch all the existing customers to the same.

          1. The callers to my phone are complaining that my phone is switched off even though it's always on. This is happening for quite sometime now and it got worse since the past few days. Due to this I am looking forward to pull out all your services and move on to another service provider.

          I'm sorry to say but I'm going to through a very bitter experience with Airtel. Its almost 7-8 months that I've moved to Pimple Saudagar Area in Pune, Maharashtra in July 2008 and I've started facing network issues. It continues for almost a complete day or two. So I'm loosing a lot in the ground of business and personal communication. It not only stops here. As there is no signal for long time, my cell phone's battery gets drained out very frequently searching for the same. I've lodged several complaints calling 121. They say either they are looking into it or they will agree that there is actually a network issue and the customer has to bear the pain with them. But no specific action is being taken. Previously it used happen once in a month or so. Now the frequency has increased and its happening almost every week. And this week it reached the heights. There is no signal first of all. So I can't call 121. I searched in the net and tried calling [protected] along with my telephone pin from my other landline. I tried almost 10 times. Every time it either didn't connect or connected to the product department which could not help me in any way. Not even transferring the line to the correct department. There is no point talking to them it seems.

          So I'm left with no choice but to discontinue my services from Airtel and move on some other reliable provider like IDEA. My wife s having IDEA connection and we have never faced any issue with that. Hope Airtel takes all these issue a bit seriously. If guys boast of being the No.1 private mobile service provider in India and then live up to it or learn something from other providers. Just making big ads won't keep the customers with you. Please see to it that you are actually doing what you are saying.

          I'm appealing to the Airtel BOSS es, if you guys do record all the customer issues, please take out some time and listen to get the real picture. Else it lies in the dustbin.

          I am facing Network Problem from 12th Dec, 2008. There is zero (no) network at my home and very poor network in surrounding area. I had made complaint regarding the same on 16th Dec, 2008. My complain reference number is 19787849. Approx 2 months 12 days (75 Days) has been passed but there is no solution. In respect o[censored]pdating complain again and again there no solution.

          I had launched for the poor network service since october 2009 which was accepted on nov 2009. to confirmed they had conducted the survey for that locality.
          But still till date that problem is not being fixed also had informed them that will not be paying until and unless this issue is resolved.
          They had called on january 2010 that this service issue will take another week to fix it, so i waited but still not fixed finally i had to discontinue the service cause not able to pick up the call from inside the home. To recive or make call every time i have to get outside.
          Now they are asking to pay the bill.

          i am ganesh.. residing in tambaram.. my no is [protected].. for the past few months, sometimes i get my friend's forward 10times.. if a single sms is sent from the sender it comes to me as min 5 msgs.. i dunno why its happening..

          i contacted the customer support and they are telling like the issue is with my mobile phone samsung star.. i even changed my mobile and saw that, it do happens.. i dunno what to do.. really sucking my mobile storage and network..

          regarding the hellotunes too i wish airtel to have an online portal where the customers can upload their songs and choose it.. because many of the top songs from old films not available in their database..

          Airtel — No network coverage and customer complaints are not valued

          There is no network coverage in my area melnallathur. The response from their customer care is so poor. As they not taking the issue seriously, i'm going to change my network,not only me i prefer my sister,friends and relatives to do the same. I waited three years with mere network(lot of time no coverage) thinking that they'll improve their network but they didn't. They charging for complaints too. so they taken steps to stop complaints but not to rectify it. If you can't give network then why the hell you telecasting the ad seeking you are the best in network. Stop giving false information and cheating people. When you can't give signals to mobiles while you can give signals to television inside home. If you can't give a network just message me that you can't provide network to my area where more than five thousand living and famous for Caterpillar company, so i'll act accordingly.

          This is the 4th time i am writing to you. This is with regards to the network issue at my are.
          I reside at Shanti niketan society, behind Aditya garden society, warje, mumbai pune highway, pune.

          I am facing lots of problems with you poor coverage. As i enter at my sociecty network coverage is very low and at my flat i am not able to talk.

          All that i came to know from a local vendor is that that previously there was a tower installed near my society which was removed later without any reason and that is the reason of poor coverage in that area.

          I have recieved so many confirmation massege from airtel that we are currently working on your request. and the last msg i have recieved is showing my service request number is CINDL[protected].

          But unfortunately all that i have recieved is just messages and now I am so fed up and wish to change my number. Please if you can do something or else i will left with no choice changing my service provider with same number.

          Hope this message will have some impact and you guys will take care of this matter seriously.

          Airtel — discontinuation of incoming calls after change in service provider

          there was a call on my mobile for the change in service provider, as i was not happy with my past service provider i opted for Airtel, the service provider has not changed yet but when i call on the number, it says that the AIRTEL number i am trying to call is switched off, though i can still make calls from my dolphn number.

          il like to resolve the confusion and get my incoming calls activated and want to know the required procedure if any.

          I have a complaint with airtel service provider (Network Problem). The issue is facing near Trivandrum International Airport ie in between Karikkakom Chamundi Temple and Chackai. Here we are facing real coverage problem. I have complainted this issue many times to airtel but there no respone. I am very disappointed with this attitude.           Airtel — Not rectifying the network problem since last one year even after many complains

          Sir,
          more than a year i am giving complain regarding the network service to air tel customer care, nodal office but there is only false promise to rectify the problem. I got a BSNL will phone,but before one year they changed the code number,from that day onwards i am not able to connect to bsnl will phone from my airtel mobile number which was working fine before the code was changed.Even i talk to Bsnl people but they told me tell airtel people to give the network connection.My mobile number is -[protected] and my bsnl will phone number is[protected].please do the necessary .           have Airtel postpaid connection for more than 5 years. There is a serious network issue i'm facing in my home for the past 1.5 years. I can't speak continuously for 5 mins due to fluctuating signal and call gets disconnected. I may have to make 3~5 calls to speak 5 mins and Airtel making lot of money out of this. I have raised a complaint in Dec 2010 and they did a survey. The survey results revealed that the signals are week. But still Airtel is not capable of fixing a network issue for the past 21 months. I have called Airtel customer care for more than 100 times and no use. In my past experience Customer care executives, Airtel Nodal officer and Appellate authority are telling lies and false commitments. Really irritated customer of Airtel.
          I am also agreed that the service of Airtel is down day by day and they are not bothered to customers complaints. I am also facing the same network problem at my home and so many times compalined to their customer care but no improvement is done so far

          This is regarding the network issue in my area, I am facing this issue from more than 1 year. I have forwarded many complaint, my last complaint was in April and that has been closed. As per the status updated by Airtel it says it’s know week coverage area and site it planned but no visibility for site. It’s being more than 3 months but still you people have not done anything and my problem is as it is. I have already spoken to Nodal and Appellate but I am not satisfied with the answer.

          Today I called again to know the status but the same answer that we have to forward a new complaint[protected] and wait for some time. A new SLA has been given to me and I am 100 % sure that again nothing is going to happen.

          I am using this number from more than 3 years. I was happy with the services but now I am thinking to change the provider.           Few weeks ago, I ported my [protected] number from Vodafone to Airtel postpaid. Since, I have ported my number, I am not getting the network even do not receive any calls because of network issue. Also, if phone connected then phone was automatically disconnected.

          After that, I sent an email to Airtel about the problem and they told me that there is a new site planning in your our area and will take 45 to 90 working days to solve the problem.

          It means I need to wait without network for 90 days and they will be charging me the bill without providing me the services. Also, they are unable to port my number because of 90 days norms.

            (as per company it has been de - activated permanently on 26the may,2012)
            there was a balance of rs10722.48 last checked by me (as i keep record in my diary also)
            thee number has been directly de - activated permanently without any intimation or information from company
            thee last message i had received from company was on 25/26 may,2012 - it says in case of any assistance pls dial / call particular number
            last time i had received call on this number was on 9the may,2012 within 17days thee number has got de- activated permanently
            there is a procedure thee number is temporarily de- activated and after certain period it permanently de- activated
            thee number withe such a huge balance, as i have been recharging it regularly, it kept on increasing
            i have already provided my alternate number also and thee same has been communicated number of times
            i have received thee call also regarding de- activation, as per company they had tried to contact me on 25the may,2012
            before de- activation (just few days back i had received a call from airtel office)
            but my dedicated handset of nokia does not have any missed call on it

            AirTel — permanent de-activation

            sir,
            my mobile number was permanently de-activated on[protected], the reason was non usage (no incoming, no outgoing, no sms, no data usage)my number is not registered with DND also so is it possible that there is no incoming also.
            there was a balance of more than Rs2400/- and the validity available was also upto[protected]
            when contacted nodal officer they had only one thing to say there is no usage in 90 days, now that i have a proof that there was call made from this number within 90 days, they are not ready to accept.
            please provide advice
            or the consumer must unite and file a case against such companies

                Fake call from pakistan at least country code say so (+92)
                I got missed call from number [protected] on 20th june 2012 .when i dialled the number he told me that that i won a lottery of 25 lacs.

                  I had applied for an Airtel broadband connection in September 2011 and paid first month advance as 1600INR.
                  However no connection was installed. I kept badgering them to install the connection but to no avail.
                  Since then they have generated monthly bills for a connection that is not even installed.

                  Once they said they'll waive the bills and install the connection but still failed to act on it..

                  Fed up, I asked them to cancel the connection which does not even exist and to refund my initial amount that I had paid.

                  Since then I have sent mails to their appellate officers, nodal officers, customer care but all I get is a reference number saying the issue will be resolved but no resolution till date.

                  Last week they said they'll start legal proceedings for non payment of bills. I told them that I can't be expected to pay for a connection that does not even exist. They said they'l make a note that the connection is not installed. But yesterday I again received a notice saying legal proceedings have been initiated.

                  The court date has been set for 28th June but they have specified resolution date as 12th July. It is clear that their different departments do not coordinate.
                  This behaviour on Airtel's part is absolutely despicable and I would like adequate compensation for the ordeal that they put me through since the past 10 months.

                    Iam Mahaveer jain from chennai tamilnadu and my Airtel prepaid number [protected] ..I was having my balance of Rs.202 in the date of 19.06.2012 & my auto renewal of rs.36 for sms pack was done & my balance should be Rs.166 but it was not there & all my money got deducted automatically ...so i called up 121 for enquiry and the person who took my call couldnt answer properly & he told that he will transfer to his senior executive to clearify my doubt so he transfered the call but i waited for long time but no reply so disconnected the call & tried again but the computerised call dissconnected automatically ....so i here by request you to please clearify my doudts ...i hope i will really get cleared of my doubts

                    Airtel Prepaid — deduction of money everyday

                    i have complaint frm last 3 mnths but no action is been taken for deduction of mney evrday frm my balance of airtel prepaid.... i dont use the airtel live but deduct the mney ant time may be in the late nights.i have complaint so mny times. last i had complaint on 26th jan abt the same.1st 2 time they canceled my call.and 3rd time they spoke to me...when i told abt the deduction of mny they are saying tht ur using the net......they have told me tht they have de activated the airtel live now it will not deduct the mney but the same day after few hurs withut using the airtel live my mney was deduct im really...fed of this service.plz do take action for this. idont have so much time to complaint alwys to customer care....and anytime they active any plan on my number. evn i dont active also. i have told abt this... but again same reply now it will not happen. plz help me out for this...my number is [protected]... name on abhishek singhvi

                        I am using airtel Co-operate connection from last 2 years approximately, In the month of April a guy from Vodafone contacted me and said that we will provide a better deal for Blackberry Services than Airtel and Truly speaking I like there deal for Blackberry services, as you guys charge a lot for Blackberry Services. So I placed a request for number port , I got the port ID via SMS. Later I receive a call from airtel they asked me why I want to port the number and I told them the reason.
                        They informed me that they will not charge me for the Blackberry Services(EDGE) for three months by that time Airtel will come up with better deals. So I agreed with them which I think was a big mistake.
                        I called to your Customer Service Dep't. in April and they confirmed yes you won't be charged for 1st three months.
                        But that was not the case I was being charged 499 rental for the package of 899 which was not the package which I was told.
                        I called many times regarding this to the Customer Service but they failed to help me and advised me to contact you. I don't want to repeat this again and again, so I am writing a formal Complaint to look into this to resolve this issue so that I can pay my outstanding bills and can port this number to some other Service Provider.

                              I lost my airtel sim for post paid mobile no. [protected] while in malaysia. I called up the airtel customer care center in 4th june 2012 and asked them to deactivate the number fearing misuse. Later when i returned back to India, i purchased a new SIM from airtel office in bannerghatta road near jayadeva circle on 12th june 2012. This sim card has not been activated yet. Each time i call up customer care, nodal zone care or walk into customer care center, they only ask for 6 hours - 24 hours time to activate it. But even after a week, nothing has happened so far. Request you to look into it.

                              Hi,

                              I have already replied to you with an email containing my alternate phone number. The email was sent to me by Pooja Kataria from the airtel presence team. Kindly recheck and get back to me. Airtel has disconnected my phone number completely.
                              I have been travelled abroad for the past eight months, my airtel sim card has been blocked, i am not getting signal at all. kindly let me know the procedure for activation of the sim card. My mobile no. is [protected].

                              Kindly help me on this.

                                Sir,

                                This is with ref to my mobile no [protected] (postpaid). I have activated GPRS for 98rs and Airtel executive told me that I can use 1GB internet access for the next one month. After variopus call from me Airtel Executive has confirmed me that my internet is active and no more extra charges will be billed for next one month, but I receive bill of Rs 6500/- stating usage of internet in my mobile. Now nobody in Airtel is helping me clarifying this issue rather they are treating me to pay the amount without any clarity. Airtel executive given wrong information about GPRS activation and billed me wrongly.

                                Please intervene in this regard.

                                Please note my number [protected] incoming is blocked so how do you think you can contact me.

                                And I haven't received any mail stating that the mentioned problem is resolved. I am deeply hurt by the Airtel Management in dealing with customer like me.

                                First please be informed my number i.e [protected] is blocked by Airtel. I am not able to receive incoming calls or it is blocked my Airtel.

                                Regarding the outstanding bill I have today also received calls to my other number from Airtel and explained very thing to your executive once again.

                                Time and again I have requested all your executive that whatever bill is raised is done falsely by Airtel.

                                  Hello.I use the zong facility in my airtel phone to make online payments.
                                  But yesterday while upgrading my membership in a website using zong, the process couldnt be completed.
                                  Everytime i texted ZONG to the number specified, Rs.3 was deducted from my airtel account.But the actual payment didnt happen and i couldnt upgrade my membership in that website.Today when i try again it shows 'spending limit reached'.I dont have a credit/debit card to use.
                                  So please tell me how to increase my zong spending limit in airtel account.

                                    Please take action for this. Each time i have to call the customer care and loose 3-4 rs for deactivating this. Further more they wont deactivate in a single instance. They make me to call them repeatedly 2 to 3 times and after loosing my temper and shouting at them, they deduct the auto renewal and credit the balance into my account. This is cheating. For ex if the rate of a booster is 18 this includes service tax and processing fees. But they deduct 18 rs from our original balance. This inturn has a processing fees because if we topup for 50 it only gives 43 as talk value. So they are placing tax over tax until my money gets drained.

                                    For others who have lost money in auto renewal just shout at the customer care exec..

                                      Hi,

                                      I have taken this corporate connection from Airtel.He has activated a wrong plan for my number ( [protected]) .After 7 days I got a call from Airtel Customer care regarding my plan details , then I realized that they have activated a wrong plan for my number.I enquired with the person who has given me this plan , he showed me the form and the same plan which i demanded for was written on the sheet which i signed. He made my plan change and told me that the issue is resolved and the bill will get generated according to . my new plan. But, after few days when the bill got generated , it was according to my previous plan. I raised the concern again with them on Emails and on mobile . But they didn't replied . Then one of their employees told me to pay the present bill and from next bill cycle your issue will get resolve. But, after getting the next bill they have added the extra amount along with the late fees. They are not replying on calls and also my emails.

                                      I have the detail of the person who gave me this connection along with the Emails copy.
                                      Its been more than 1 month I am fighting for the solution. The amount the have cheated on me is more than 500 Rs.

                                      Please help me out with my issue.Below are the details mentioned about my plan.

                                      Plan applied for:- bill plan charges super value cug 349 plan

                                      Wrong plan activated by your side :- bill plan charges -super saver 349 cug plan

                                      I want you take the necessary actions as soon as possible.

                                        Hi, I am vipin dixit from south delhi moti bagh would like to file a complain against bharti airtel as i received a new postpaid connection few month ago and i got oraly confirmation that i will receive 5 gb internet data pack with the connection so once i received the sim after verification i start using data services and i was aware about my uses limit of 1000 so next day i receive the sms unbilled amount 2500 somthing i surprised so i call to customer care and agent told me that i will credit in my billing as per my plan at that time agent did not inform me about my data plan also i was too aware about the my data plan which i got informed earlier so i continued to use GPRS services of my number finally after two days i got msg o[censored]nbilled amt apprx 4500+ so i was shocked and had some doubt so i called again about it at that time agent told me the same and third day i called again customer care to know my data plan as i had doubt about it that agent told me that first 2 days my data pack which was informed to me 5 GB not activated and it activated on third day so o have to pay first two days amount which is arround 2750 after 200MB discount i asked them to waive it as i was not aware about it and as i am a geniune customer and really would like to keep the service and ready to pay all my calling and rental in bill but that much amount i cant pay but he dinied and provide me there upper complain office email address i sent them email so many times about it as i was not aware and how come i got bill more than my limit which was 1000 also i really would like to keep the service and number with airtel but i recieve the same repply like they dont see my request not even want to read it and all three email like from aitel.in nodelofficer or one more email address for complaint or customer service i got same copy past on my arround 10-15 email request and also they disconnect my service and after my so many request they did not restate it and after 2 month i start geting calls behalf of airtrl to thrretning me to file case and to pay the amount and today I got court notice under IPC 405/406/420 from one of advocate behalf of airtel bharti about to pay the amount 2750+500 for this notice charges,I have a request please assist my this request and help me in this situation as I did not do any crime and was received wrong commitment and information and I was agreed still agree to pay what ever legal bill amount agaist my uses but that don't want to here from starting and look like want to use legal notice to get the dues no Matters about the customer complaints.this is the worst experience I got with airtel customer service and I disided to do complain agaist them as I can pay the amount but that way that approach to collecting it which is not in right way so please help me on this issue if you can as I am a service man with family have so many problems to face the legal fight so suggest me what I should do in it.
