I recently started using a Airtel Postpaid connection.
But since the 1st day, I am unhappy with the services, as i do not get Indoor Coverage in my Building, the time i get back home, i am cut off from the world, as there is absolutely no network...
Have raised multipe Service Requests:[protected], 43893141, but each time the SR was closed saying Issue resolved, without even bothering to contact me and know the actual issue.
I get the feeling that, they have an automated process, which closes the SR within the TAT, without even trying to correct the problem, just to boast of 100% compliance..
Its been more than a month now, and the network issue still persists, and if it continues any longer, will have no other option but to move to a better service provider, who value the Consumers rights and do not take them for a ride by such ridiculous Customer service process...

i have applied for number portability from aitel to docomo on 4 th march 2011.. from the day i applied i got continues calls from airtel asking me to state the reasons ..
i have told all issues im facing ..now airtel has rejected my request on the basis of legal reasons with out intimating the reason for the same ..
when airtel is not giving the freedom to shift to number portability whats the use of passing this regulation ..
i strongly oppose this and ecpecting you to take action against network providers who forcefully making them to stay with them ...

I have a mobile connection for the past 5 years with Airtel. For the pathetic service of Airtel. I have requested for portablility of my number. I went to Aircel and submitted my documents along with Porting code. But after 2 days i received a message from aircel stating that Airtel is rejected your request. After 2 weeks again i went to BSNL and i have paid Rs. 300 for Postpaid connection with number portability of my same number. But once again airtel has rejected my query. When i contacted Airtel they were not responding me properly. I hate Airtel. If anyone can help me how to file a case against Airtel. Please kindly help me out to leave airtel immediately.

" Hello ! Your Porting Request AG227547 dated 25Mar11 has been rejected by your current operator due to There are subsisting contractual obligation from the Subscriber agreement. Pls contact your current Operator for further details. "

so i apply a connection in airtel office Hisar , he get all mandatory documents from me and said ur no. would be port in airtel after 10 days . but after 15 days i call him and asking about porting he repled me that your porting code is wrong . i again gave him a new porting code . after done all that still today my number is not port in airtel . so i request to you please provide me a better solution or returned my documents.

This is to inform you that i am changed my network from bsnl to airtel with this number [protected] and i am submitted the documents on this month 10/05/2011 but till the SIM Card is not working whenever i place the SIM on my mobile is show "SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED" massage. I am already completed to the customer care department but they are not responding correctly..so please solve this problem immediately.

like this answers cumming from your employees then why do i call to customer care or why can i visit customer relationship center...

This is to inform you that I tried to change my connection from Airtel to docomo because of excessive charging by Airtel. Thats why I sent a msg PORT<mobile no> to 1900 as it was suggested in the docomo official website. But everytime I sent a msg it replied to me saying the format is incorrect and everytime I sent a message, I was charged at the rate of 50 paise. Then I searched in the internet and found that Airtel never sends the PORT number because it does not want its customers to shift to other service providers.Even the customer care executive did not help me in this regard. Please help me regarding this.

Bharti Airtel — number portability
i requested for the port of my mobile no. [protected] Airtel to BSNL by sending a message on 1900 number dated[protected]. at this date i cleared all the dues pending toward s airtel i paidRs 115 in excess to what the bill outstanding was threre. till date 21.5.2011 my number has not been ported out to bsnl . when i ask airtel about this they say we have done all the things but when i ask bsnl they say air tel has not allowes to prt out your mob. number . what should i do please ?
