My no is [protected](airtel), i have activalted 98 Rs gprs 2Gb scheme, my credit limit as directed by airtel is rs 800/- only, everytime it reaches rs 800/- they cut down my outgoing services and my gprs,most of the time i am paying money before i receive my bill for any month. Suddenly they have sent me a bill amounting Rs approximately rs 4400/ for month of april-may claiming my gprs usuage to be rs approx 24378 with discounts of rs 21326. so still they want me to pay rs 3400/- for gprs services. and additional voice calls, totaling rs 4484/-, right before i received bill, i got a call from a person from airtel that my bill amount is rs 950, it has to be paid immediately to resume my services. i finally paid rs 1000/- before receiving the bill, now 4 days back i got the bill in my email, and later call from airtel to pay 3400 immediately, after i complained, they told me they will waive of the charge, but just now on 30th may 2012 a person from airtel called me and behaved in a very rudely manner and said they will not waive of the bill. kindly look into the matter, i feel i am cheated, or else i will switch to some other mobile service provider.

I got a call from one lady 31st May regarding my complaint she was telling that there is no lose in money. Am I lying regarding small about of money that I lost? I would like to have an explanation regarding whenever I use access points like 'Airtel Live' and 'Mobile Office' my balance has been deducted and one of your customer care supervisor told me the same; I had lost money on 24 to 25 May.
This is pity for you people to replay to customers like this.
I was totally afraid to continue as an Airtel customer, to be very honest with you my brother was using Airtel post paid SIM from past seven years this year only he has changed his operator from Airtel to another. Now I'm also feeling the same. Customer satisfaction was no ware else in Airtel.
