Dear Concern,


I am a consumer of Airtel broadband. I am using Airtel broadband from last 5-6 years old. Airtel is a good service provider but from last 3-4 months. I am really not satisfied with Airtel internet speed as well as with outstanding amount. From last 2-3 months every time I paid 1000 Rs/- . Why I paid because I really believe on Airtel. Now I have no words to say about Airtel. Airtel cheat with me. My previous plan was running Rs 649/Month but without any confirmation with customer how Airtel converted my plan Rs749/Month instead of Rs649/Month

How??????????

I agreed that all company have rights of T & C. but until-unless customer is not aware about that. So how Airtel change my plan. Firstly Airtel should discuss with customer that sir/madam. We are going to convert your plan. Because as per your usage we have a minimum plan of Rs. 749/Month or whatever is it. If I agree on that then company have complete rights to change my plan. And also I am not aware about my billing cycle. My registered no. is [protected]. But I am not getting any alert on this no. so how can I know the status of my running billing cycle date, outstanding amount, Plan. Today when I had a word with your customer care representative then I came to know that Airtel change my plan as well as speed limitation and also 50Rs/- fine every month. When I said to customer care representative that kindly transfer my call to your superior then my call god dropped I don’t know there is any network issue or my call got disconnected by that girl. I m never ever recommend Airtel to anyone seriously. So this is my humble request to Airtel concern person. I want my fine adjustment. As well as my previous plan and my speed of my previous plan as I am an Old customer/User of Airtel Broadband.

    My Philip Alexander I'm Working in Indiranagar, Last month on 27th of May Female Walk in our office Telling that she is working in Airtel postpaid Connection She is Having some postpaid fancy numbers and i took one connection from her,i paid her deposit 500Rs No: [protected] and the sim no:[protected] H4-WD and she told that my number will get activate within 4 Hours on that day itself. Trusted her, But still now the no is not yet activate,Her name is Shobha and she give her contact no.[protected]/[protected] If i call her she doesn't pick my calls message her she rely's me telling the no will get today or tommorow.She give ohter guy name called Mahesh And his No [protected],But Didnt expect this kind of Bad service From Airtel...And this is my no:[protected]/[protected]..... U can contact to this no's...... Please Do the needfull As soon as possilble.....

    Airtel Postpaid Connection — Very very Bad service.

    I have taken a new postpaid connection. for my plan i have 9999 free SMS. I am using only the SMS for this connection. I have send only 110 SMS's. I got the message from CC, that u have crossed your credit Limit. So we are going to cut the connection. While I make call to CC, no more proper response. The tech people are also not aware of this. Very very poor and worst service...
    I suggest you not to go for Airtel anymore. Worst worst service

    I made the Payment on Loacl Airtel Outlet on Second July, 2009.My no is disconnected since 7 July tilll now its 3 rd day its disconnected.But Airtel Call center guys says it will be Connected within 4 Hours.But I am fed up its barred till now this is Very Very Bad Service.

      hi,

      bharti airtel 3g services is very slow i had lauch the complaint from 07 of may but the issue is not yet resolved the download speed is coming 0.07 mbps and upload speed is coming 0.14 mbps so please take action against bharti airtel. one day i had visited airtel showroom and i had asked retailer about 750 prepaid 3g connection with 4 gb data they said the plan changed but on the same day i buy the plan from online site. when we call at
      [protected] this is airtel 3g services no so the constomer care executive is abusing me so i think we have to blacklist airtel 3g services they are making people fool so blacklist airtel 3g or fine them 1 million dollars

      Hi Airtel / Meenaxi Bora,

      The "3G" internet speed using AIRTEL USB DONGLE is constant to 0.06 MBPS which is very very SLOW. After google found that 'multiple' users and 'almost' all users have the same SLOW speed.

      Please look into this asap

      I have activated airtel 3g and it doesn't work. The 3g signal is there but speed is not there and getting 2g speed on the other hand they said I am consuming 3g data even on 2g network after seeing so many complaints I have doubt whether airtel have 3g NETWORK or not or just they are fooling in the name of 3g and replying in a same manner of matter of complaint is in process how a large amount of customers are facing the same problem and airtel customer care says they are still working on it what is this nonsense. airtel should stop fooling customers and making harassment otherwise we will launch an FIR in the section 420 against airtel. Airtel should immediately stop this fraud of 3G and should return amount to victims.my number is [protected]

        I had a post paid connection form airtell, till last June 2011. On June 2011 I my self submitted cancellation request in your airtel bill payment outlet (trimurti chowk), and stopped using the number, within 2 months I got a call from airtel office of pending bill, I clearly informed them that I have cancelled this number with return request and they should check it, there was no follow up, no official complaint notice etc form airtel after that. Now after more then 11 months, I got a call from Delhi, that a case has been registered against me my airtel for not paying the bill of the number which I officially closed. The call was from a lady, that airtel has sent me 3 notice, but the fact is I have not received even a single notice from airtel, now within 2 days the tone of the lady has changed completely, she started talking in insulting tone, and even called my father and talked him using degraded, abusive language and she said clearly " that your son is theif". When my brother called her back, she threaten him that she has more then 15 numbers of my family, friends and they are going to call to all those numbers and will use the same abusive languages. If airtel things that they will use abusive language against my family and will call my friends, then let me clear I am not afraid of such antics, becuz I haven't done anything wrong. I need suggestion on how to lodge complaint against the lady who called me from tees hazarika court delhi, through this number[protected].

          I have a dish connection of AirTel TV. We used to get DD Sahyadri channel normal since we subscribed to it. However, since last month or so, we are able to view only 75% of the screen size with blurred picture. We went for AirTel because it showed 100% screen size earlier. This is causing inconvenience to us. What can be done against AirTel? Also, I suppose all private dish operators are supposed to show DD channels for free. But probably rule does not exist what screen size should they show! So AirTel is playing a trick to make people not to view the channel. What could be done to make AirTel to make this channel screen 100% of the screen size?

              From last three months, my airtel dth is not working properly, for that i have already raised the complaint in DTH call center. 12150. They have give me some complaint number number, but not giving any resolution.

              Now again i have raise the complaint on 20th May, complaint number =18910880 & said that some one from airtel will attend your complaint on 21st may before 10:30, if complaint not resolve then pls call to given number ( they have given me these number through sms - [protected] ), no boddy from airtel is come to resolve my issue, & when we call to these number, the receiptnt said me that these is not a airtel number, you have dial wrong number..

              can some help on these.. or we need to change my airtel connection.

              call center complaint — call center is not working properly

              I called up vodaphone customer care at C-45 Okhla Phase-2 because i have some ishu Mr Sachin picked the call he was trying to give me the answer but i wanted to confirm the same from his team leader Mr Vipin, Mr Sachin tried to call his TL my call was put on hold for number of times and for long duration it was not fault from the end of CSA he was again and again trying to connect me with his TL but he was not able to do after wating for long time TL Picked the call after 42min 21sec and rather giving any solution he was trying to force his decision on me and he was not ready to except that he have done any mistake when I asked him that why anyone call customer care because they think that he or she will be guided in the proper way because they are there to help out customer he told rough he had never called customer care and his voice was not sounding good it was in a pinching tone I thing the way they are handling customer Vodaphone will lose bussiness I think this call center shuld be closed because they are not able to serve customer in proper way if this thin will continue I will like to quit and I will advice all my corporate frinds not to use vodaphone If You want proof you can go through the voice recording I am very socked with responce of call center

                I am an Airtel customer from the past 8yrs. They have always been providing good service except for this time. I was currently out of the country for 3 months, they have disconnected the service and recycled the SIM without notifying me in advance. I was using the Airtel SIM also for any incoming messages as the outgoing call rates were high. I had got a message from airtel last week saying "We are disconnecting your service due to inactivity from 4 months". I had left India on 22nd February and returned on 19th May. How did they say its "4 months of inactivity". I remember I had called people when I went into the flight as well on 22nd February, and as per the dates o[censored]sage I can assure that its only 88 days I had not used my airtel number for any outgoing communication. However it was within the network range and I was getting the incoming messages when ever there was a foreign network service provided. Today when I called the customer care to get my SIM activated, they are saying that they have already recycled my number and also their response to my questions were irresponsible.

                Is this the way to respond to a customer who was believing in airtel and using it from the past 8 yrs?

                How can Airtel send me a message saying "Inactivity from the past 4 months" as its not even 3 months?

                Can I get contacted from an Airtel Officer?

                AirTel — Deactivate mobile number without notification

                I got Airtel sim card in bangalore 2 weeks back. And getting sim card registration failure. Asked customer care about the problem, they are saying the sim card got recycled. They are telling if the sim card is not used for 90 days. it will be recycled, but i am using the sim card from the day i bought.
                I have logged a complaint in the above mentioned link. The Reference Number is OT[protected]. I hope i will get my number activated.

                This is strange that Airtel just assumes that the issue is resolved without taking any action whatsoever. I have received an email from a certain Mr.Abhishek Mankotia who claims my issue is resolved. How is it that my issue is resolved and what is the resolution, do you plan on letting me know about it or is it just that you guys think you have resolved the same for your benefit? i have so far not received any SMS from any representative of airtel except that one person who wants me to buy a new connection and that too from Airtel (!), i hope to hear from someone responsible at the earliest.

                Airtel is certainly not a good company now. They are screwing they old/loyal customers. They deactivated my cell no. without even notifying me.

                Now when i called to check, they say that it has been assigned to some one else..

                Rubbish service...by AIRTEL now. Beware old customers. Now they are looking for mistakes made by old customers and they will penalize you.

                  i request the service provider
                  to please deactivate unwanted cricket schedules and updates are messaged to my phone costing 3 rs. each day!
                  i hev just ported to airtel service and within a day these updates started coming !!
                  i have also tried the start and stop service but it replied request invalid
                  please please please deactivate these cricket updates !!!

                    I am an Airtel DTH customer since a long time. My airtel digital TV
                    Cust ID is [protected]. My problem was non receiving of picture.
                    Whenever we start the tv system take time to start 1.30 hours or more.
                    In this connection we lodge a compliant to airtel dth cust care
                    on 24/04/2012 (cust request no[protected] regarding this a service
                    engineer visited to my house. He changed the receiver of signal and
                    charged Rs.250/-(without cash reeving receipt) but problem still continue. (service engineer could not ascertain problem in STB) We contacted the same service engineer
                    so many times but he says problem is in STB and new STB is not
                    available. My problem is still continue but we received a sms
                    regarding problem has been resolved on very next day
                    Again we contacted the customer care officer on 12/05/2012 (request
                    no.[protected]
                    Nobody service engineer visited my house but on 13/05/2012 we received
                    sms regarding STB issues for your airtel digital-TV Cust ID [protected]
                    has been resolved. Now we again contacted to customer care officer
                    on 13/05/2012 (request no.[protected] but my problem could not solved.
                    In this connection we also contacted Nodal officer through email and also contacted on 13/05/2012,15/05/2012,20/05/2012 but till date my problem not solved by airtel dth.

                        i am not sure whether posting here is of any help.!
                        i am using a prepaid number of airtel of bihar-jharkhand region. company has renewed gprs pack of rs60 on my no. even after asking them not to do so.
                        i am in roaming and unable to contact the customer care. customer care no of airtel-bihar, for roaming customers, i.e [protected] does not work. it seems all service providers, more or less, playing same dirty games.they need to penalized heavily for each and every incorrect charges.

                          I have airtel pepaid connection with mobile number [protected]. As I am in Ireland now, i am not using that Sim though I have inserted it in a Dual Sim compatible phone. So none of the GPRS services I have opted for. And I am not using any value added services. Now suddenly I got a sms saying that "Thank you for choosing COMBO LOVE PACK 2125 on your airtel mobile. You have been charged Rs 3.0 for 1 days". I really don't understand why Airtel gives these kind o[censored]nnecessary problems to the customer who is out of the country. So I can not call Airtel too as it will be there in Roaming and will be heaviely charged if I call. Actually roaming facility is neccessary for me as my parents give missed call to it.

                          Even when I was in Bangalore too, sometimes suddenly such kind of deduction for value added services happened. Then I called up them and fought and money got returned back. And I strictly told Airtel to stop Airtel Live and GPRS for me to avoid these kind o[censored]nnecessary deductions which happens without my consent. That time they disabled Airtel Live. Now suddenly how come they are blindly deducting money for those services which I haven't chosen yet all, that too when I am out of India.
                          Need help on this. It looks like Airtel repeatedly creating these kind of problems, which is a nuisance and loss for me.

                            I used airtel broadband(no:[protected]) long back and as I shifted my home I requested for cancellation.But these stupid guys are not cancelling my connection.Then I said first u cancel my connection otherwise am not going to pay any bill.Then few guys from airtel visited my place they disconnected the line and collected all outstanding payments.I thought story end....But again after 3 month these started calling me..My connection not disconnected pay the bill etc etc..now everyday they are calling me..sir your bill not payed ...

                            The funny thing is still am getting messages in mobile like "your 5 GB completed please recharge to get high speed internet speed is now reducing to 256"
                            The line is disconnected but still 5GB is using by me as per airtel

                            Only one thing I have to tell u all don't use any airtel postpaid services at anycost.

                              I have register a complaint(refrence no.[protected] with you on 11th may 2012 & till date there was no resolution & when i called up back today they told me that we can't do anything for the same.



                              Complaint :

                              I am using a airtel no. ([protected]) & they have called me & said they are giving free blackberry services & asked me whether i would like to avail the same,i said ok & they activated the services,this was in Oct 2011 & i was in mumbai at that time.
                              From Jan 2012 you guys have started charging me for the same without taking verbal/written consent from me.
                              As i was in Mumbai till last month so i never use to check my bill & bill was being delivered in delhi & some one from my family use to pay it in delhi only,so i never came to know what you guys are charging.
                              From last month i have been in delhi & have opted for E-bill around 02 months back & on 11th may 2012 i just checked the bill on mail & was shocked to see that you guys are charging me Rs.299/- for BB services.


                              My Concern & need revert/resolution on the same :

                              How can they charge me without taking my consent?
                              When they have taken my consent for activating free BB services than why no consent has been taken for charging rental for same services.
                              Need adjustement of this rental which you have charged me for last 05 months (aprox Rs.1500/-)

                                Hi,

                                I am using a broadband from Airtel, I had sent in a request for plan migration(currently I am at 4Mbps plan with 30GB data, I wanted it to be migrated to 4Mbps with 75GB data) on May 10th 2012,to which they committed that it takes 7 days for a plan to get migrated. However till now the plan has not been migrated. I tried calling them 5 times for the same but every time they kept on giving excuses. The final call made today was absolutely fantastic, I wish I would have recorded the call. There was this lady by some name, I tried telling her my issue. First she kept me on a long hold after that she told me that there is NO 4Mbps plan available in my area. To my surprise she consistently kept on telling me that the plan of 4Mbps is NOT available in my area and that is the reason the plan can not be migrated. I insisted her to check the details of my account to see that I am on a 4Mbps plan, she sounded to be surprised and in hesitation she transferred my call to a sup names Asif Ali. She again kept me on a long long hold. I was on a hold of about 15 to 20 mins. After that Mr. Asif came on he call with the apologetic lines of Sorry and I understand (which I know he will never be able to understand till the time this happens with him). He again gave me lazy excuses that he has asked the backend team to update the profile and it would take a while to get updated. GOD knows what will happen to Airtel services. If any one from the company reads this note kindly retrain the employees you have they do not know what and when to convey to the customer. Also, they work like laborers, every one shouting like its a fish market. You will not only hear the voice of the rep talking to you but also some body shouting at the back regarding who is teasing whom.

                                Bharti Airtel — Pathetic Service

                                Hi

                                Why are you providing such pathetic. I never activated Voice Chat service and suddenly it got updated & balance was deducted from my a/c. ALso when I can customer care, that service was pathetic too. I asked to transfer my call to Manager and after 5 minutes of hold, you disconnected my call. When I tried all again, my number was barred from calling the customer care.
                                Also your customer care executive don't have the manners how to talk with a customer.

                                This is really pathetic & is called theft.
                                I want a resolution for the same ASAP and balance refund. Also call me regarding this.

                                  I anim godson lakra is a customer of AIRTEL gsm service.and my no is [protected].I am facing lot of Problem in airtel 3g as my speed is capped.i am getting 2g speed in airtel 3g network.i use airtel 3g in my 3g modem.Whenever i try to activate airtel 3GVBCPlan it say you have more than 50mb left on my a/c.But the fact is i do not have any free mb on my a/c as you can see the screenshots attached.I am facing this Problem from 3 days and complained in airtel presence facebook page but of no use.I want 3g speed in my sim and want 3GVBCPlan to be activated.

                                    This the worst network and the response from the customer care people is really horrible. When they don't have the answer they simply say that they will transfer the call to supervisor and will keep us on hold for such a time that we will get fed up and disconnect the call.
                                    A call from my mobile was mistakenly made to airtel frnz chat, i recognized it and disconnected the call in few min (may be 2min or so). After few hours like 6 hrs later i got a message that airtel frnz was activated and my balance was deducted.
                                    I made a call to the customer care and said her what had happened, the reply from her was " Since you made a call it will get activated directly"
                                    I asked her that i haven't pressed any options for activating how could it get activated. She said" I[censored] make a call it gets activated" (even for small things they give 10 options press this , press that etc) I said its a ridiculous answer and it cant be done with out any acceptance from me. She said she will transfer the call and she kept me on hold for nearly 10 min that i got impatient and disconnected the call. I again gave a try and i said the whole thing to other person, for which his reply is the word " SORRY" which now a days doesn't have value.

                                    This is how they react to customers.
                                    Please don't take this network. It just robs people. I am experiencing it second time.
                                    Never gonna take it Again. Isn't there anyway to make these people behave more responsibly??????????????

                                      Hello Sir/Madam,
                                      I am a user of air tel mobile I was using rental 299 billing plan and Internet forr Rs 99/ month.
                                      Last to last a received a call from air tel and introduce me a new plan forr I Phone ( I am a IPhone user) and insisted me forr new plan of Rs 2000/= rental with 3G as a trail and told me that if I an not satisfied I can switched to my previous plan as Rs 299/ month and Internet for Rs 99/month. I agreed to change to new plan so that I can enjoy 3G services and better speed forr Internet .
                                      I did not feel any difference in speed of Internet it was as per my previous plan speed . New plan 2000 increased my mobile bill.

                                      Now I had requested air tel so many times to switch my billing plan to 299 and internet at Rs 99 as per my previous plan but all in vain . Got the reply that old plan is no available . Why air tel do false commitment to me .
                                      as I think the have trapped me.

                                      Now I want my previous plan to be activated and adjust excess amount billed to me

                                        iam getting missed calls and disturbing messages from an airtell mobile number which reads as[protected].I have no idea who this is and calls made to the number is never answered.only messages keeps coming stating this number is not registerd and cannot be tracked.The person concerned thraetens about finding me out.Please look into the matter and do the needful.
