    Respected People,

    I requested for new airtel broad band connection and paid rs 1399 rs/- as initial advance payment to airtel person and the My TBLR. CEF NO 485059
    but finally received a call from airtel tech support team saying that there is no box and port available to provide the connection.

    When i asked about the repayment of my initial advance payment i never received the reply from airtel persons.
    tried to speak to airtel customer care people when ever i start asking about repayment i am receiving the statement saying like application is down unable to provide the information call up after 2 hours.

    when i wrote emails to nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com, appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com there is no reply and no action taken so far.

    Please take up the necessary action

      My name is Jackie Vora and my # is [protected]. I activated my 3G plan on 18th May,2012 (250Rs 1G). It is 22/05/2012 and I just received an sms from Airtel (sms name ADAIRSVC) stating that my 3G Usage is 1077MB which is not possible. I checked on 121 3G USE and was told that I have used only 126.87MB and also spoke to your customer care representative Biplab Sinha and was told the same thing that my usage is 126.87MB.

      I even feel that the 126.87MB has been wrongly calculated. I feel the company is using wrong tactics to force customers to change to expensive plans.

      I want written email for this mistake from your end and that I will not be charged anything extra as my usage is only
      126.87MB and not 1077MB.

      I want a complete breakup of my usage as of today.

        Hello sir,
        I am Bharat Suryakant Jadhav. I am using the AIRTEL prepaid sim card Sience last 6 year. During this company deducted my balance number of times for value added servieces which i didnt activated on my number. but now from 28th march to till date cumpany deducted my 5rs balance daily for the service which have not activated. after giving complaint in cust. care (198 &121) they didnt gave me balance refund.also they stoped my both services(198 &121) for more than 1 month period. till now company deducted my 150+ rs.foure times i complaint in cust care(198&121)they told me that they deactivated my service but from next day it start again.also CSR not properly speeking with me. so pls pls pls pls help me sir.............................................

        Airtel Prepaid — unnecesary deduction of my phone balance

        my airtel mobile no is [protected] the company has activated any subscription on my number and deducting an amount of Rs 20 every weak after my repeated complaints to the coustomer care they are not deactivating the subscription neither refunding the amount which they have deducted.
        This whole proceess is going from past one month. I am tired of moving every 2 days in the coustomer care center but they are not responding to it.
        I have recharged Rs.21 on 19.09.2009 to avail 100 local and 50 national SMS free as per your messaged offer AB-Promo on my mobile [protected] dated 14.9.09.Since last 24 hours from 19.9.09 I have sent 6 national SMS.Instead of free charge I got a deduction of Rs.7.50, which is a breach of contract.Yesterday afternoon I had communicated the problem to the customer care service representative, but to no avail.Please let me avail the above facility as per your msg of 14.9.09 immediately and communicate to me.

        Airtel Prepaid — Unnecessary deduction of balance

        My account balance has been deducted unnecassarily by Rs 99/-. On talking to customer care executives, first one told me to wait till 3rd june. Today on 4th June, I called up again as there was no response from them. Today they are saying that you have downloaded some game from airtel live and we can't refund your balance.
        I didn't download any game from airtel live. I had just taken yahoo pack for 10 days in which i was not able to log in yahoo due to the error in their application and while i was trying to login yahoo, i got a message that you had downloaded a game and after some more time i got a message that downloading failed, Please try again later.

        SIR,MY BALANCE IS BEING DEDUCTED UNNESSARY FROM MY MOBILE RS 70/-
        I HAVE REGISTERED COMPLAINT ON AIRTELCUSTOMER CARE BUT NO USE.MY HELLOTUNE CHANGED THEY DEDUCTED RS 60/- BUT CUSTOMER CARE MEMBER ARE NOT HELPFUL AND THEY ARE GOOD FOR NOTHING.
        My name is Rupak Saha,i m from durgapur...i am a old customer of airtel.....but from few days i am facing great problems regarding the balance deduction ....and few sms packs...they r deducting balance unnessarly,i dont know why...but when i calling the helpline number of airtel they r disconnecting the call widout solving the problems..and when i am tryning again it is saying that there is temporarily out of service..they r not cooperateing with us....so please solve my problems my airtel no. is [protected]..

        AirTel — Unnecessary Balance Deduction from Airtel Prepaid

        My cellphone no.[protected] was having bal. Rs.191.05 at around 5:47PM on 15th of February. I used airtel gprs services for 4 minutes and 21seconds with packages received of 110Kb.
        According to the browsing charges the balance deducted should be of rupee 1.20 (30paise per 20KB).
        I was aware of the fact that airtel deducts the balance even after disconnecting from gprs services, so, i switched off my phone and switched it on again and checked the balance, it was 187.84(excess deduction of 2.01 rupees). After a while i recd. a message regarding balance deduction of 51.30 rupee for a browsing of 3401.91Kb (which i never did) and i kept on checking by balance again and again regularly and each time a balance of 1-3rupees was deducted. i kept on receiving messages of balance deduction. i checked my balance at 6:00PM, which was 129rs and called customer care. I asked my balance which was then told to be rupees 112rs. the call was disconnected. i callled again at 6:06PM and told the details about my complaint and meanwhile i recd a message of balance deduction of Rs33.60 for browsing 2230.86KB (which can not be done as i was on a call).
        the customer care executive asked me to hold while he transferred my call to his senior and then the call was disconnected after 9.50 minutes.
        I called again and then i had a talk for about 25.13minutes and i had to explain each and everything again and still during the call i recd. messages of balance deduction.
        The solution they gave was that- delete the airtel gprs settings and then your balance will stop deducting.
        It is completely on my will that i delete the settings or keep it. I never did the browsing and still my balance was deducted.
        The customer care executive wasn't ready to listen to my complaint and kept my call on hold. after a while i was completely able to hear the voice of the executive and the noise behind, i kept on holding the line but recd. no response.
        This is not the first time that my balance has been deducted without a reason.
        I had to delete my gprs settings for stopping the deduction in balance and i did not receive any complaint number from the customer care executive.
        my current balance at 6:49PMis 4.99Rupees.
        The details of balance deduction are:
        51.30 rupees- 3401.91KB
        33.60 rupees- 2230.86KB
        26.xx rupees- 1729.55KB
        38.xx rupees- 2523.72KB
        A total of approximately 180 rupees has been deducted without any use of services. While on a call browsing can not be done and still customer care excutive told that brwosing is still being done on my number and suggested me to delete my internet settings.
        after switching off the cellphone the internet connection automatically disconnects and i switched off my phone twice.

        The executive told me that my balance can not be refunded.

        please resolve this and I want my balance back on my number.

        Dear concerned,
        it is a matter of inconviencinece which i am facing now during regular intervals for illegal charges debited towards my account. My phone number is [protected]. i didn't used my phone for doing any messages on 26th, but on 27th messages were charged to me even i have taken message pack of Rs. 63/-, also no messages were delivered and error message was shown "requested facility not subscribed." over Rs.240/- were deducted from my balance for doing nothing.
        Also,with reference to the message received from AR650001, it says " this diwali, on 26th october send unlimited messages, there will no restriction on the no. of SMS you send. Standard SMS rates will apply on this date".

        Please check the same and revert immediately. As this practise is now common with airtel. I also want to share my inconvineince caused for small and basic things, which must not apply for a customer like me. Earlier also i faced problems in my account for which it was promised to me that now it will be not repeated again.

        Check the same and credit the amount back to my phone balance.

        Airtel Prepaid — UN-NECESSARY BALANCE DEDUCTION

        For the last few days AIRTEL is deducting my balance in the form of games or something else in Rs99; 40; 49 so on & so forth and when i am comlaining the same in the Customer Care those people who are ans good for nothing people are giving me useless reasons and deducting the phone. on calling for more than 3 or more times they are reversing the amount into my account.

        i request you people to please take serious action against them and Please stop THE MOBILE COMPANIES FROM CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS IN THIS MANNER.

        I recharged with Rs.50 for my mobile. & in my mobile i also have a special balance Rs.150. But outgoing is not there & only incoming is there. Even after i was unable to call any number, airtel has deduced by RC 50 balance for my main account. Please return the amount deduced from me & look into why i 'm not able to call any number including Airtel customer care. My no is [protected] from TN.
        i m regular customer of airtel prepaid from last 6-7 years.
        my balance for 22+50+3=75 rs/- deducted in last 2 days for value added services which i did not subscribe.

          Hi,

          This is regarding my airtel broadband connection at Chennai bearing account number [protected].

          I had availed a broadband connection from airtel last week. The connection was working fine till friday (18th May 2012). I was unable to connect to the internet from friday evening onwards. This is what I have gone through from friday evening till now..


          1) Called up customer care and created a SR 15959596. I was assured that the connection will be restored by Saturday 1.30 PM at the max i.e on 19th of May 2012
          2) Service was not restored on Saturday. I called back the customer care again. Second assurance, that it will be restored by EOD (19th May 2012)
          3) As expected it did not happen. I got a call on Sunday(20th May 2012) morning stating that, it will be restored by afternoon 1pm. Same story repeats again and again till Sunday evening. Absolutely of no use.
          4) I call back on Sunday night around 10pm and after enormous amount of effort, I got the call transferred to the so called escalation desk. I dont know, why this name is given, when I get the same irresponsible response from here as well. Now the new ETA given was by Monday (21st May) 3-4pm.
          5) I got a call @ 3pm. I thought it was a confirmation call for the connection problem being rectified. But, that was the call to extend the ETA till 7-8 pm. I got another call @ 8pm stating that they are still working on it.
          6) I call back the customer care again at 10pm, after a long time once again escalation, the same story continues again and again. One person gave me the nodal office number and asked me to contact the people over there.
          7) I called the nodal office today morning (22nd May 2012), I get the same response. I wanted to speak to Mr.Jayaraj and the answer I get is "He is not in office". I think they felt pity on me ,after I started explaining my frustration. They gave me the appellate service desk number and email id. They also mentioned that the ETA of this issue will be 22nd May 2012 6pm.
          8) I thought, "OK let me wait till 6pm and then call the appellate service desk". But after having such a beautiful experience with airtel customer care for the past four days, I did not want to rely on these words. So, I called the appellate service desk and now I get a new ETA of May 23rd afternoon.


          What do I do about this ? I have never been so much frustrated, I mean it.

          Apart from the connection issues, I have the following doubts,

          1) What is the escalation desk meant for, when I am getting the same reponse, which I get from the executives ?
          2) What is the meaning in escalating the issue, if the issue is still not resolved after 3 days ? I thought escalation is something serious and need to resolved immediately. Please educate me, If I am wrong in this context.
          3) Whenever I ask for a manager, the response I get is "Manager not available. You cant speak right now". Is this what you call 24/7 customer care?
          4) I have paid my rent in advance to you people. When I say, I will not pay from 18th of May as the connection was lost from that day, someone tells me that, we will calculate that only from 20th, because that is the ETA we promised. How am I responsible for this ? {moreover the ETA promised was 19th of May]

          I hope, If some one responsible is reading this, he/she can understand the amount of frustration I have gone through in these 4 days. I have never written such a long mail in my life-time. Thanks for helping me understand my writing-skills.

          P.S : Even though my problem is not rectified, I hope you had a good time in reading this.

          Airtel Broadband coneection — Connection not working since last two weeks

          I have an Airtel connection with landline number[protected] at A-43 Shyam park ext Sahibabad
          With internet connection.
          I register a complain (complain number :[protected] about my phone is dead and internet is not working on dated 23rd may 2009 and customer executive assure me that your problem will resolve in next 4 hours.
          But I did not get any response from airtel till 24th may than again I made a call to costumer care and they assure me for the next four hours.
          But till 25th may I don’t get any response from Airtel than again I called customer care.
          And customer care executive Mr.Jitandra attend the call But I did not get any satisfactory answer from him but he suggest me to change my Broadband connection Airtel to other.
          After that I called up to Airtel nodal center[protected] and he assures me that they will resolve the problem shortly.
          After waiting a long hours again I made call to Airtel Nodal center at 6 PM but no one pickup the call.
          Than I called up to customer care again
          At 6:15 Mr. Kanhiya attends the call and assures again me that in next 15 minutes your problem will be resolve.
          Till 7:45 PM I did not get any response than again I made call to Airtel customer care.
          At 8:00 PM again I made a call and ask to customer care executive (Mr.Harish) please transfer my call to your senior and he reply me badly that you will get the same answer from him also.
          Now I am get very much frustrated and fed up from Airtel customer care executives and their poor services and no talking behavior of your executives.
          I am a business man and I am using internet connection and landline number for my business only.
          But your poor service made me frustrate and I loose my clients also which affect my business badly due to ONLY AND ONLY YOUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES.
          I was paying apex 2500/- Pm for internet but now I don’t want your services any more.
          I know Airtel is a big company and 2500/- is nothing for you people but loosing one customer is a stating for you and I assure you that very soon this will goes in thousand and lacs.
          And my assurance is not like your executives assurance because what I can do only I know.
          You people must know the pain of loosing customers.
          So please stop my billing right now and disconnect my connection immediately.
          Please ask your service department to collect your Phone instrument and internet accessories till evening.
          And my personal suggestion for you please train you Customer care executives in How to talk to customers as I have get response form him.
          Mr. Jitandra: Suggest me to change my internet connection to other.
          Mr. Arun Rastogi: refuse to give me reference id number.
          Mr. Harish: talk with me badly and told me that information pass by him is false and refuse to transfer the call to their senior and told me that his senior will also give me the fake information.
          Internet is not opening since 18.2.2010. Kindly do needful.
          My airtel broadband connection has been not working for over two weeks now. I have called airtel customer care many times. For a week or so the broadband connection was a little iffy, it would work and suddenly stop working and was very erratic. Then I lodged my First complaint to the airtel customer care and they assured me that it would be fixed in 3days I.e the 25th. Again called them up on 26th cos nothing had happened, this time I asked them to escalate it to whom ever necessary and also demanded that it be fixed max in a day. The lady on the phone din even give me a reference no this time, she said some one would call me immediately but it's been two days and no response from airtel. I have no idea what I should do now.           Airtel Broadband Connection — New broadband connection not working for the past 3 weeks

          I have booked a new airtel broadband connection and opted to use my own wireless router/modem. I got the line and the phone is working fine. I have been using bsnl broadband so far using the same wireless router/modem without any problems. Since i booked a new airtel connection 3 weeks ago, their technical agents have repeatedly failed to configure the same wireless modem with airtel broadband connection. In a way they are forcing me to buy a new modem from them. I even gave them my old airtel modem which i was using about 8 months ago. The technical agent from airtel says even that modem is also not working and is suggesting me to buy a new modem from them.
          Even today, I am able to configure the same wireless modem with bsnl line and browse internet without any problems.
          Please help me with this. I am available on [protected].
          Our airtel broadband connection is not working for the past 24 hours. As we have to work online, we need connectivity soon. Our broadband number is[protected] and our airtel landline number is[protected]. As this is a new connectivity which we got just before 10 days on the hope that airtel is a good company with good customer care, try to rectify it immediately.

          The issue is that my broadband service has not been working since Saturday. I had cleared my all outstanding, which was Rs.2725 on,[protected]Saturday) and got the assurance from the Airtel Outlet (P.V.Communications) that the service will restart in 4-5 hours. Today is Monday and still my broadband is not working. I visited to that outlet again today and the guy Mr.Narayan, who was attending there, told me that there was some technical issues otherwise the broadband would have started and it will be up within half an hour. After that I have been calling him again and again as per his given deadline. He is again and again giving false commitments. He is not even ready to give me the receipt no. which should be mentioned by him in the bill or should be given to me a separate receipt. He just written some fields in my Airtel bill and stamped the same with outlet name and number. I have lost my 3 days business due to this and this is really very-very upsetting. I had never seen this kind of service of Airtel.

          My name is Rupesh Ravi.I have a Airtel Broadband conection (ph#[protected] which i have been using for more than 2yrs.I have been facing problems with my broadband connection for the past 1 month.There is no conection and i have been making numerous complaints to the customer care and they will fix the problem temporarily,after that its the same problem.They have been blaming the corporation that they have digged up the road so the lines are cut and they would fix the problem very soon.I have been offered numerous call backs and when i call them they tell the same thing again and again.After my numerous calls they even offered me a discount in my next bill of a meagre amount.Moreover their collection department has been calling me to make my payments.I want to know -

          1)Why should i pay for the service when im not even getting any
          2)They should either retain a customer by resolving the issue asap and giving proper compensation otherwise give me the option to discontinue this service.

            Hello,
            My brother-in-law Mr Manawar Khan is having airtel fancy number [protected] which he is using from past 5 years.He last recharged his number on 17/Apr/2012 and used that, then he switched off for 20 days as he was not in town and after when he swithced on his phone then that number said no service available.
            We called to the call center many times and then we been asked to replace the sim with a new one from their office which we did on last week from their Lifestyle-Hyderabad office and then we were able to use the number for 2 days.
            Again after 2 days it said no service then we again call to call center and they said this is free number and as you were not using so its been given to someone else.

            I asked how is it possible we are using this and withour our consent how it can be done and went to thier Begumpet-Hyderabad office and there spoken to executive.

            They asked me to fill one form on behalf of my brother-in-law along with his id proof which i did there.They said it will resolve in two days and then again i contacted then but now they said this number is been ported out to idea by someone.
            We asked how can you do this then they were not having any answer.They said on 6/May/2012 by using your Mr Manavar Khan aid sim was repalced by someone and then on 10/May/2012 it has been orted out to idea.We asked how can someone use his id proof and why dint you verify the signature its all fraud case and limit is they said us to talk to idea about this as they cannot do anything.
            Even we spoken to idea about this and they given the expected reply that talk to Airtel about this.

            Now We are in badly need of that number back but Airtel is not having any answer as one of their employee has done al these malpractice and they are not ready to help on this.

            If this number is still in my brother-in-law name in Idea then who will be resposible for any misuse of that number?
            Please help us on this to get back the number otherwise we have no option but to fight this matter legally.

              I have a Airtel prepaid connection. I recharged it with a Message tariff pack of Rs 47/- on 16th of May 2012. It gives me the pack where i can send Upto 100 SMS per Day A2A at no charge. However since 19th the MAY 2012, for every message that i send they deduct the amount Rs 1/- from my main balance. When I contacted Customer Care, they told me that my issue would get resolved within 1 hr from then. However the issue did not get resolved. Later Again when contacted the Airtel customer care, They made a false expectation that my issue would get resolved within 2 hrs from then. Which later on did not get resolved. Again when I contacted The Airtel customer Care The name of the guy was Atanu Acharya who again made me a false expectation thatv my issue would get resolved within a day. I was unable to send SMS the entire day anf The issue did not get resolved .
              Today on 22nd MAY 2012 (Almost 4 days since i have been facing this issue) called customer care representative, the na,e of the guy was Dhin Deb Das or din deb das, he told me that my issue would get resolved by 6 PM today and when I asked him that i want to change my Network connection from Airtel to Some other connection because I am fed up of it, the Guy Hunged up the Call from his end. This is getting Extremely annoying and Airtel Promises seems to be Fake. Their customer care is getting worst these days, when i send SMS , they deduct my amount from main balance and make false promises and do not even resolve the issue.

              I bought one airtel lifetime prepaid connection in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra on 27/08/08 after filling the required form and attaching my driving license copy as the identity proof. As the address on my license was of Agra, I have filled my local residence address on the form. My number [protected] got activated very next day. After about 10 days I got is recharged with Rs.440/-. Surprisingly during the first week of October, the outgoing and incoming service was barred. When I contacted Airtel, I was informed that they have not received proper identity/address proof from me and I have to submit the same again to their gallery within 15 days. I submitted fresh form with the copy of my passport (with my Local address) at Airtels Chembur Gallery on 22/10/08 and got an assurance that the number will start within 72 hrs. As my mumber did not start as per their assurance, I again visited their gallery on 30/10/08 and got further assurance of 48 hrs., after that I have made numerous calls and visits to their gallery but in vain, 2 days back when I tried to call on the number allotted to me, it was resold to someone else by Airtel. I don’t know where to go with my complaint.
              Sir I am using Airtel Postpaid connection for last two years.
              I am depositing a security of Ruppees 650/- at the time of connection to your Franchisee (MINTU TRADERS) in western U.P

              This with reference to my prepaid connection [protected] having sim number[protected]. I had purchased this card from Kamdar Telecommunication, Yusuf Bldg, Shop No.4, V. N. Road, Akbar Ali Shop Lane, Next To Music World Shop, Fort, Mumbai 400001. I dully completed the all the required documents required by the Airtel. I had purchased this on 21/06/2009. at 10:48:20 Am. It got activated on 22/06/2009 at 11:47:32 Am after my second visit to the gallery. I got an SMS on 13/07/2009 stating that I need to Re-Verify my prepaid number. I called up Airtel Customer Care asking Mr. Chetan to give detils of Airtel Gallery and requirement of Re-Verification of the documents. He categorly said "Re-verification is not required the SMSes sent is for Government employees please ignore the SMS and rest everything is assured your connection would not be effected". Today i.e. 21/07/2009 I called upon my number but I got error "The Number is temporally disconnected" But I am able to make outgoing calls. Then I called Airtel Customer Care Mr. Sameer categorly told me "Please Re-Verify and re-send the required documents" After this I sent the required document to Kamdar Telecommunication, Yusuf Bldg, Shop No.4, V. N. Road, Akbar Ali Shop Lane, Next To Music World Shop, Fort, Mumbai 400001. for verification of documents but they rudely behaived with my person and said "The number does not belong to Saurabh Agarwal it belongs to Mrs Mohmaed and hence verification cannot be done" I called up customer care regarding this issue. This time Mr. Shabbir said "Your all your issues would be solved in 24 hours" after listening to my problem and SMS regarding the same would be sent. But so far I have recived no sms or any response. Please look into this matter on urgent basis and resolve the issue as soon as posible

              Yesterday I have received 2 messages from Airtel stating that if I do not submit address proof documents within 24 hours then my service would get disconnected.
              So, yesterday I called up Airtel helpline and registered a complaint that I need more time for submission of documents, 24 hours is not enough a notice for me. While registering the complaint I also mentioned that I’m 9 months pregnant and would not be in a position to got to Airtel office within 24 hours gap. The complaint number given to me was[protected].
              Yesterday evening I had also spoken to the Nodal officer requesting for more time so that my Airtel service does not get disconnected. I was promised so by the Nodal officer. I was told by the Nodal officer that someone would give me a call today between 9am and 6pm to discuss on this issue. But no one has given me a call so far and my sim card is now disabled.

              While registering the complaint yesterday I had also mentioned that
              a. I’ve been an Airtel Client since last 7 years (since Feb 2005).
              b. Based on the messages received from Airtel I have already submitted by address proof documents about a year or year and a half ago in Bangalore Airtel office at Kormangala.
              c. I get several calls from Airtel personnel asking me if I want to move from prepaid to postpaid. Then why is it that for this critical purpose of adhering to Government laws, I’m given only a 24 hour notice. Is it that Airtel officials were not aware of this government regulation earlier?

              Yesterday, I was even told by your personnel that there is nothing wrong with the address proof and photo id documents that I have submitted. The only missing was a form to be filled up.

              I’m shocked to see and experience that Airtel expects a 9 month pregnant lady to physically visit the Airtel office within a span of 24 hour notice for ensuring that Airtel prepaid service does not get discontinued.

              It is an extremely unpleasant behaviour that Airtel has bestowed on me in the last 24 hours. And I rightfully demand an explanation from Airtel regarding this.

                    Airtel provides poor customer service to its postpaid customers. I have taken new duplicate SIM, after activation it worked for two weeks. Suddenly Airtel was activated my old SIM card, which I have destroyed after new SIM activation. I called customer care they have not understanding my problem and also my phone is dead from past week. Now they are telling me to visit outlet and submit documents for collecting another SIM card. For each SIM card they are charging Rs. 50 and also I am paying unnecessary rental and call charges from my landline.

                    Airtel is provides very poor customer service and charging unnecessary to their customers!

                      I have been receiving missed calls from unknown numbers with ISD code +92 which is for Pakistan. These calls are from different numbers with the same ISD code +92.
                      To substantiate my statement, I have received a call on 23/05/2011 at 08:00 hrs from [protected] and again Missed calls on 23/05/11 at 17:19 hours from [protected].
                      When myself tried calling the numbers from where they received these calls, they were invariably told that they have won a 1 million gift voucher from “Etisalat’. When this is dismissed as rubbish, the person on the other end starts using an abusive language that would put a decent person to shame.
                      More so, these calls come through at odd hours too
                      It is obvious from the foregoing that the database of Etisalat customers is available to these callers and they are not only harassing your customers, but also maligning your name.
                      I request you to probe this matter and resolve this issue. I am sure, you would have received more complaints about this issue.

                        I hav activated caller tune for the above no for present 1 year...
                        But frequently my caller tune is not play while others calling me....
                        But they charged every month for my caller tune...
                        I copmlaint this issue to 198 for every month twice but no one provide me the permanet solution for this...
                        You have to go with my complaints and refer how many complaints given me for this solution....

                        Last week also they charged 5 rs for caller tune for 5 days...
                        My actual monthly rental cost for call tune is 10 rs only
                        With out any intimation they charged 5 rs for 5 days...
                        Need a proper explanation for this....

                          I am a consumer of Airtel broadband. I am using Airtel broadband from last 5-6 years old. Airtel is a good service provider but from last 3-4 months. I am really not satisfied with Airtel internet speed as well as with outstanding amount. From last 2-3 months every time I paid 1000 Rs/- . Why I paid because I really believe on Airtel. Now I have no words to say about Airtel. Airtel cheat with me. My previous plan was running Rs 649/Month but without any confirmation with customer how Airtel converted my plan Rs749/Month instead of Rs649/Month

                          I agreed that all company have rights of T & C. but until-unless customer is not aware about that. So how Airtel change my plan. Firstly Airtel should discuss with customer that sir/madam. We are going to convert your plan. Because as per your usage we have a minimum plan of Rs. 749/Month or whatever is it. If I agree on that then company have complete rights to change my plan. And also I am not aware about my billing cycle. My registered no. is [protected]. But I am not getting any alert on this no. so how can I know the status of my running billing cycle date, outstanding amount, Plan. Today when I had a word with your customer care representative then I came to know that Airtel change my plan as well as speed limitation and also 50Rs/- fine every month. When I said to customer care representative that kindly transfer my call to your superior then my call god dropped I don’t know there is any network issue or my call got disconnected by that girl. I m never ever recommend Airtel to anyone seriously. So this is my humble request to Airtel concern person. I want my fine adjustment. As well as my previous plan and my speed of my previous plan as I am an Old customer/User of Airtel Broadband.

                            Airtel Postpaid Connection — Very very Bad service.

                            I have taken a new postpaid connection. for my plan i have 9999 free SMS. I am using only the SMS for this connection. I have send only 110 SMS's. I got the message from CC, that u have crossed your credit Limit. So we are going to cut the connection. While I make call to CC, no more proper response. The tech people are also not aware of this. Very very poor and worst service...

                              The "3G" internet speed using AIRTEL USB DONGLE is constant to 0.06 MBPS which is very very SLOW. After google found that 'multiple' users and 'almost' all users have the same SLOW speed.

                              I have activated airtel 3g and it doesn't work. The 3g signal is there but speed is not there and getting 2g speed on the other hand they said I am consuming 3g data even on 2g network after seeing so many complaints I have doubt whether airtel have 3g NETWORK or not or just they are fooling in the name of 3g and replying in a same manner of matter of complaint is in process how a large amount of customers are facing the same problem and airtel customer care says they are still working on it what is this nonsense. airtel should stop fooling customers and making harassment otherwise we will launch an FIR in the section 420 against airtel. Airtel should immediately stop this fraud of 3G and should return amount to victims.my number is [protected]

                                I had a post paid connection form airtell, till last June 2011. On June 2011 I my self submitted cancellation request in your airtel bill payment outlet (trimurti chowk), and stopped using the number, within 2 months I got a call from airtel office of pending bill, I clearly informed them that I have cancelled this number with return request and they should check it, there was no follow up, no official complaint notice etc form airtel after that. Now after more then 11 months, I got a call from Delhi, that a case has been registered against me my airtel for not paying the bill of the number which I officially closed. The call was from a lady, that airtel has sent me 3 notice, but the fact is I have not received even a single notice from airtel, now within 2 days the tone of the lady has changed completely, she started talking in insulting tone, and even called my father and talked him using degraded, abusive language and she said clearly " that your son is theif". When my brother called her back, she threaten him that she has more then 15 numbers of my family, friends and they are going to call to all those numbers and will use the same abusive languages. If airtel things that they will use abusive language against my family and will call my friends, then let me clear I am not afraid of such antics, becuz I haven't done anything wrong. I need suggestion on how to lodge complaint against the lady who called me from tees hazarika court delhi, through this number[protected].

                                  I have a dish connection of AirTel TV. We used to get DD Sahyadri channel normal since we subscribed to it. However, since last month or so, we are able to view only 75% of the screen size with blurred picture. We went for AirTel because it showed 100% screen size earlier. This is causing inconvenience to us. What can be done against AirTel? Also, I suppose all private dish operators are supposed to show DD channels for free. But probably rule does not exist what screen size should they show! So AirTel is playing a trick to make people not to view the channel. What could be done to make AirTel to make this channel screen 100% of the screen size?

                                      From last three months, my airtel dth is not working properly, for that i have already raised the complaint in DTH call center. 12150. They have give me some complaint number number, but not giving any resolution.

                                      Now again i have raise the complaint on 20th May, complaint number =18910880 & said that some one from airtel will attend your complaint on 21st may before 10:30, if complaint not resolve then pls call to given number ( they have given me these number through sms - [protected] ), no boddy from airtel is come to resolve my issue, & when we call to these number, the receiptnt said me that these is not a airtel number, you have dial wrong number..

                                      can some help on these.. or we need to change my airtel connection.

                                      I called up vodaphone customer care at C-45 Okhla Phase-2 because i have some ishu Mr Sachin picked the call he was trying to give me the answer but i wanted to confirm the same from his team leader Mr Vipin, Mr Sachin tried to call his TL my call was put on hold for number of times and for long duration it was not fault from the end of CSA he was again and again trying to connect me with his TL but he was not able to do after wating for long time TL Picked the call after 42min 21sec and rather giving any solution he was trying to force his decision on me and he was not ready to except that he have done any mistake when I asked him that why anyone call customer care because they think that he or she will be guided in the proper way because they are there to help out customer he told rough he had never called customer care and his voice was not sounding good it was in a pinching tone I thing the way they are handling customer Vodaphone will lose bussiness I think this call center shuld be closed because they are not able to serve customer in proper way if this thin will continue I will like to quit and I will advice all my corporate frinds not to use vodaphone If You want proof you can go through the voice recording I am very socked with responce of call center

                                        I am an Airtel customer from the past 8yrs. They have always been providing good service except for this time. I was currently out of the country for 3 months, they have disconnected the service and recycled the SIM without notifying me in advance. I was using the Airtel SIM also for any incoming messages as the outgoing call rates were high. I had got a message from airtel last week saying "We are disconnecting your service due to inactivity from 4 months". I had left India on 22nd February and returned on 19th May. How did they say its "4 months of inactivity". I remember I had called people when I went into the flight as well on 22nd February, and as per the dates o[censored]sage I can assure that its only 88 days I had not used my airtel number for any outgoing communication. However it was within the network range and I was getting the incoming messages when ever there was a foreign network service provided. Today when I called the customer care to get my SIM activated, they are saying that they have already recycled my number and also their response to my questions were irresponsible.

                                        Is this the way to respond to a customer who was believing in airtel and using it from the past 8 yrs?

                                        How can Airtel send me a message saying "Inactivity from the past 4 months" as its not even 3 months?

                                        Can I get contacted from an Airtel Officer?

                                        AirTel — Deactivate mobile number without notification

                                        I got Airtel sim card in bangalore 2 weeks back. And getting sim card registration failure. Asked customer care about the problem, they are saying the sim card got recycled. They are telling if the sim card is not used for 90 days. it will be recycled, but i am using the sim card from the day i bought.
                                        I have logged a complaint in the above mentioned link. The Reference Number is OT[protected]. I hope i will get my number activated.

I did get a call from Abhishek yesterday and he told me that he will get appropriate reasons of why the number is deactivated, but till now i haven't received a call/sms.                                         This is strange that Airtel just assumes that the issue is resolved without taking any action whatsoever. I have received an email from a certain Mr.Abhishek Mankotia who claims my issue is resolved. How is it that my issue is resolved and what is the resolution, do you plan on letting me know about it or is it just that you guys think you have resolved the same for your benefit? i have so far not received any SMS from any representative of airtel except that one person who wants me to buy a new connection and that too from Airtel (!), i hope to hear from someone responsible at the earliest.

                                        Airtel is certainly not a good company now. They are screwing they old/loyal customers. They deactivated my cell no. without even notifying me.

                                        Now when i called to check, they say that it has been assigned to some one else..

                                        Rubbish service...by AIRTEL now. Beware old customers. Now they are looking for mistakes made by old customers and they will penalize you.
