i was on a 899 plan, my monthly bill used to be Rs.992 (incl tax), Airtel have suddenly changed my plan to 999 without my knowledge, on speaking to cust care reps they have access only to 3 months bill, Airtel have sent collection agents from a company call Horizon Collection agency Guttahalli Bangalore, who have spoilt my reputation in my apartment, and tele collections agents have harrased my mother and me over phone both of there are not able to explain the bill to me.

    On[protected] at 11:09 AM, I received an sms by AD-58888 for renewal of caller tune which will charge Rs. 15/- for 90 days for the same song which was in continuation.

    Question is - If a different song is chosen then company can charge the fees but it is charging for the same song which is in continuation since last month. Company is also charging Rs. 30/- as monthly charges except this.

    Is it right practice to charge with availing a new service???

    Please help in this regard.

      Airtel is luring its customers by showing some attractive bill plan on internet and their IVRS (121).
      But when we register to that, a different plan is being activated (on which call charges are higher).
      While discussing with Airtel Customer care, they say that particular bill plan is no more available.

      STD Call to Airtel / Other GSM / LL & WLL : 0.75 Rs./Min
      But the message I received after registering to this plan is:
      STD Call to Airtel / Other GSM / CUG : 1 Rs./Min
      STD Call to LL / WLL : 1.5 Rs./Min

      Why should they show something and give something else.

      Another issue:
      When I was not using my phone for months (but 1 year advance rental was paid). it was due, they re-activated the same plan for the next year too, which I don't want to opt. When asked, my mobile was switched off, so thy couldn't confirm. I didn't receive any call on my alternative number also.
      Later I was not given an option to change the plan also.. I'm forced to use the same plan for another 1 year. Don't know what will happen for the next year :(

        Dear concerned,
        This is to bring to your urgent attention that I have been experiencing difficulty with the viewing quality of certain channels on Airtel DIital TV for more than a month and a half. I have been a vintage customer of Airtel DTH services since 2009 until recently I was totally taken aback by the sudden degeneration and downfall in quality of programming pertaining to certain channels being aired by the DTH services provided by you. I cannot deny the fact that I am absolutely disappointed.
        There are in particular 4 channels by the names: Angel TV, Subhavaartha, Shalom and GOD TV which are aired on channel numbers: 514, 531, 694 and 695 respectively and they seem to have been merged under a single service by the name I Divine displaying four window screens on four corners of the television screen. In other words I am seeing four different screens simultaneously airing four different programmes at the same time in four different channels whose names and no’s have been provided above. Until I see a red button option of my remote commander flashing on the four live feeds. When I press the same I am led into your so called I-Divine services loading page that takes about a moment to load. Eventually what is have on my TV screen is a slightly higher version of the window size screen right at the centre with an I-Divine logo right on top but this time with a single screen view of the channel tantamount to the channel no. For instance Channel 695 for GOD TV and so forth for the others as well. But I am getting a half size view of the channel on my TV screen unlike other channels like Star, Sony etc in which the programmes occupy the entire TV screen monitor.
        I have never experienced such a paranormal activity on my TV since my existence on this planet and I mean it. If there is a problem with the telecast then we usually experience technical glitches which ideally points to un-availability of the channel at that moment under normal circumstances. But this is a new kind of problem.
        Until I call on your PAN India toll free customer care number ([protected]) which guides me through an IVR and all I hear is music being played in the background and I am asked to be on hold. It takes good amount of time to reach one of your customer service aids while I am on hold for about 6-7 minutes. I tell him about the problems, he leads me to his technical team who asks me to perform a few tricks on the set top box which I do so by tweaking the Aspect ratio and rebooting the Set Top box but to no avail. I am back at the same place.
        With great difficulty I succeed at convincing your customer centre guy to book me an appointment with the nearest technical engineer at my disposal. It was confirmed with an SMS sent to my registered mobile no: [protected] which bore the name and no of your service engineer (Mr. Murari, Mob no: [protected]). Apparently the next i.e on 08/03/2012 being Holi the office is on a closure. Upon calling up a day or two later I am told by the person that he is on his way but he does not show up on the committed time. Anyways I am fed up and I call up the call centre guys again telling them that the concerned person has still not shown up for the last 4-5 days. I am sent an SMS again on the same no bearing a particular Docket no. Anyways our tech. guy shows up on a Saturday evening along with his assistant. He performs a few things on the set top box, tries downloading software, completes the software installation process and performs a reboot on the Set top box. But there I am back again with the same problem. I am told that this is a novel problem that needs some background work to be performed in order to be certain about the patterns. In the meantime he tells me that there is a problem with my Set top box since it is an old one. He tells me to call him in another 4-5 days till he can suggest a logical answer to the problem. I do that but unfortunately I am asked to contact his team leader (immediate superior, Service Head) who sits at the Dhanbad office bearing the number: [protected] and name: Mr. Rajan Singh . When I call this gentleman he tries to put up with some dumb and lousy excuse and tries to convince me that this problem will be solved soon. He also tells me the same thing that my set top box needs replacement with a newer improved version which would cost me about Rs. 300 to Rs. 350 in exchange. Sensing the unsavory tone of his conversation I call up your all India toll free customer care no. and tell the person on the line about my experience with this guy who sets a tone of apology for the embarrassment I had to put up with. Well that’s fine. I really appreciate such a noble gesture but I still do not have a solution to my problem.
        He then puts me on a long hold and confirms with the Tech team about the nature of the problem, and then pops out with the generic answer that this is a Technical error. There is nothing that could be done at the moment. Well to be precise he says that it is a Broadcast Issue. It’s got to nothing with the Airtel DTH services. I humbly accept his assertion like a dumb layman completely swept off my feet.
        I am experiencing the same issue even today. In fact people in my family are glued to some of the devotional channels especially GOD TV on Channel 695. I myself am quite a compulsive addict to this channel since long and that is why we have been subscribing this channel since it became paid. But you see we are paying for the services of this channel but unable to view it to a normal size unlike other channels. I have confirmed the nature of this problem with some of my colleagues who avail DTH services of other service providers like Sun Direct etc. They also have access to GOD TV but there seems to be no problem with respect to the screen size of the channel. It is occupying the entire screen area of their TV monitors. And more so had it been a broadcaster issue then it would have been a problem with either one or maybe two channels at best. How can there be a broadcast issue with respect to the size of the screen for all four channels at the same time. Isn’t that strange? Isn’t that a rhetoric answer to someone who supposedly knows nothing about telecast?
        I am sorry to say but in light of the above mentioned problems and the resolution provided I am absolutely disgruntled. I need a clarification to this problem as soon as possible failing which I will be compelled to take this matter to the Customer Grievance Redressal Board. If there isn’t any problem with these channels being shown on other DTH providers then how is that we are seeing it different through Airtel Digital TV. Are these programs being broadcast from some other planet or a distant alien orb?
        On a serious note it shows a sheer lack in your quality of service and decadent state of programming telecast and feed. It also shows your slack judgment in dealing with unforeseen exigencies of this sort and providing a valid justification.

          VERY PLEASED TO HEAR FROM CUSTOMER CARE PERSONS AT THE END OF THE CALL THAT ' SIR IS THERE ANY OTHER PROBLEM' ; ARE THEY SO STUPID TO UNDERSTAND THAT HOW CAN A PROBLEM HAPPEN WHEN YOU HAVE NO BALANCE IN YOUR MAIN ACCOUNT. I AM FEELING VERY HAPPY THAT THE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE REALLY UNDURSTANDS MY DIFFICULTY AND THEY WERE REALLY SORRY TO ME FOR NOT HAVING BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT AND NOT ABLE TO RECHARGE; BUT WHAT COULD THEY DO? THEY WERE ONLY PAID TO PLEASE THE CUSTOMER AND NOT TO SOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS.

          I ported my mobile number [protected] from BSNL which was the best to the most poorest service provider AIRTEL. My porting got active on 21st march and i was able to make calls through airtel, airtel donated me a balance of Rs.5/- on the active porting date. Later i tried to recharge my phone using various denominations through Flexi recharge and card recharge but both of them were unsucessfull. I started calling the customer care from 24th march till today, every time i call the customer care they were pleased to take my complaint and also they were feeling very sorry for the problem that had happenned to me. Every day i call customer care they gave me a maximum day and time(most probably next day) to solve my problem and to arrange a call back. I am very glad to hear the server of sirtel was always so slow that I had to spend around 3/- calling from customer care, i had spend around 30/- by complaining the problem from other mobiles by calling customer care. My balance of Rs.5 is now 0/- only after speaking to the customer care.Every day i call customer care and say them that i had complaint it last day, they responded that they can't see any complaint. Its been around 15 days and the customer care had not yet arranged a call back after speaking thrice to the senior department in customer care.

            I am on international roaming with Airtel Prepaid and received an SMS thanking for my subscription to IPlayer with a balance deduction of Rs.1 a day. I have not consented this subscription, so why am I being asked to pay for it. There is no way for me to terminate the subscription, while Airtel continues to deduct my balance. STOP THIS SUBSCRIPTION FOR GOD SAKE..

            Airtel (Prepaid) — Repetatively wrong deduction of balance

            Sir,
            I am Manish, using Airtel prepaid card, No [protected](MH) It is seen that, Airtel is doing wrong deduction of my balance for the (VAS) services, which are already deactivated from on 21.04.08, Butb till the date my balance is deducted from Airtel. I had comped around 7-8 times in last 2.5 months, but their is no FINAL solution. After complaining Airtel is adding balance to my account & immediately for the day balanced is deducted.

            I have a prepaid sim of airtel punjab.my phone number is [protected].i have recharged my account with Rs.333 on Dec 31, 2009 while roaming in west bengal, I was given Rs.302 as talktime.again recharging with the same amount of Rs.333 on Jan 25, 2010 I got 333 minutes valid for one month only, which are useless while roaming.Now, my complaint is that the service provider did not inform me about the change in recharge option.i have wasted this amount on recharges as I'll stay in roaming for some more time.
            I talked to Mr. Rakesh at the customer care centre on [protected] on Jan 25, 2010.He replied very rudely and asked whether the company has asked me to recharge the account.
            You are requested to intervene in the matter to avoid any such future loss to any customer.

            i am trying to contact the customer service through 123 and 121 as well when i reach a point to be connected to customer care it gives me a automated voice as "number does not exist " this is really shocking as how can it be possible you AIRTEL IVR connecting me to a disconnected service .

            what is the solution . when i reply back to the airtel live 54321 as "STOP" its not even confirming any thing whether it has stopped the service or not hence one thing is obvious it going to deduct the money if i recharge again .

            I am holding prepaid connection of airtel (mobile number-[protected]) my prblm is that my balance is automatically deducted for no reasons i dont hv any vlue added service activated on my no. but still whenever i rechrge my acc my balance gets deducted ! yesterday i got a recharge of 30rs i.e.24min talktime but today its rs18 ! btw i didn even cal sum 1 from 2 days and em 9th class student so i dont hv much money also !             How the hell can U start vulgar services like picture alerts on any person's number. Children also browse thru parent's phones.Don't you Kameena's have any morality.U never ask for customer confirmation. Is it legal to start any subscription witout the customers' consent.
            Or does Mr Bharti mittal want to join A RAJA in TIHAR JAIL. Consumer Court, Moble No portability, Media expose'. How would U like to get entertained. Airtel is the best service provider in the country but for this major problem .Is your staff dumb or trained to this and fool people. Yester day only a friend swtched 62 nos to Vodafone.Due to regular overbilling.Maybe we are next.
            Hope somebody will read all this and take action otherwise Doomsday will be unavoidable.

            I don't want cricket sms on my cell # [protected] through Airtel Prepaid services. However I have tried to check this with Airtel Customer Care, but they did not responded properly. As my balance is deducted unnecessarily. I have not requested these services.             AirTel — Deduction of prepaid balance without consent

            AirTel friends chat service[protected] has been irritating me by calling at odd hours..like 2am in then night. It has also deducted Rs. 30 from my balance (29th August 2011).

            I have no wish to subscribe to this service. I want my balance to be returned and an immediate deactivation of this service. my number is [protected]. If nothing is done immediately, i'll sue airtel in the consumer court in this regard.

              On 4th April 2012 morning Around 8.30a.When i switch my Airtel Dth its started showing massage of first installation procedure even though i was using it from last 2 half years are so.When on repeated trials Dth service not resume so I call the airtel customer care on[protected] for the there help.They did respond and assured me that the engineer will visit my Place by 3.30pm along this i do receive one sms at 9.05am saying"Dear Customer request No 17529854 for STB issues,Happy code 912.share code with the engineer ONCE issue is resolved.For any query pls call [protected]"
              I did try to call on [protected] for assistance the number kept on switch off mode till my last attempt 8.48am on 4th april'12.I did received one call from [protected] at 10.37 am saying that the engineer will visit by 1.30pm.However no body turn up till 1.44pm i did try to call on the [protected] ON 1.44pm,1.45pm,1.54pm,1.56pm,3.37pm,3.38pm,4.48pm,4,49pm and 5.00pm.At 5.14 pm they did receive my call & provided one contact number of Mr Ganesh (engineer) [protected].Mean while I had called airtel dth customer care at 1.58pm,3.38pm,5.02pm 5.04.pm for update however they just told me that the person will come by 3.30pm at start and afterword at 5 pm and 7 pm respectively,
              At 4.50 i receive a call from from [protected] for the feedback of the services which was not yet delivered by them.They did told me that my STB issue was resolved and for further help they will provide me the new request number.
              At 5.17pm another sms come which say that "The service request No.17529854 regarding STB issues for the your airtel digital tv cust id [protected] has been resolved." till that time no body has came to my place for resolving this issue.At 5.18 one more sms came saying"Dear customer ,request No 17546170 For STB issues.Happy code is 401.Share code with the engineer ONCE issue is resolved.For Any query pls call[protected].Regarding the[protected] i have call this number till now 15 times some how nobody has received call for there side it either come busy or they don't pick up the call.
              Mr Ganesh did picked my call at 5.38pm after 4 attempt and respond to reach by place in half an hour time,Even after an hour he did not turn up so for the status i did call him 6.31pm,6.33pm,6.50pm,6.50pm,6.55pm6.58pm,6.59pm7.03pm he did not respond to my call at all.How ever he did turn up for the service around 7.30pm.
              Mr Ganesh did change my STB ask to recharge i did recharge my Air tel by Rs 510.As STB replacement charge-is 350.it took sometime to come in to their data so Mr ganesh left the place saying to call him once the balance came and took Rs 100 as his visit charge.I called him at 7.58 pm for the activation of new STB.He that but on my tv screen it was showing an error code 2.I again called him at 8.03pm for this error he guided me and my Airtel Dth started Working-after few minute again the same error code 1 he again guide my for the solution and my tv again started working.
              On 5th of april morning again the when we started our Airtel dth after 10 minute of working it again started showing same error 2.I tried to solve the problem but it did't happened.I have did call Mr Ganesh His mobile was coming switched off at8.46am.So i called up customer care [protected] for there assistance they again assured to me that they will send the some body for the solution of the problem before 3.30 pm.It will be done free.i did received one sms form Airtel Dth Customer care at 9.22am saying"Dear customer ,request no 17558429 for VC issue,Happy code 720 Share code with the engineer ONCE issue resolved.For any query pls call [protected].
              However no body turn up for the assistance till 5.34pm so i called up for the status of the service at called center they told me that the request no.17558429 has been resolved and they ask me to hold the line to speak to there supervisor. once his supervisor came on line after 15 minutes of waiting he again gave me a new request no and ask me to wait for 24 hour to resolve this problem and if STB has to replace then they will won't charge me other wise i have to pay Rs 100/ to the engineer.Along with this i have received one sms at 6.17pm saying"Dear customer,request no 17579782 for Wrong resolution(domino),happy code 260.share code with the engineer ONCE issue is resolved.For any query pls call [protected].

              AirTel — NOT GIVING PROPER SERVICE

              I LIVE IN MAONDA (R.S.) IN RAJASTHAN. IN OUR VILLAGE AIRTEL'S TOWER NATH KI NAGAL CATCHES BUT IT IS NOT GIVING PROPERLY SERVICE TO US SO ALL VILLAGERS ARE VERY DISTRUB . SO PLZ TAKE MY COMPLAIN AND TELL ME FORWARD STEPS. I SHALL BE VERY VERY OBLIZE TO YOU

              Airtel — not giving service properly

I have paid all bills.but company has terminated the services from july. when I contacted the company (reference no.is[protected] company assured me to solve the problem as soon as possible. but one & haif month has passed the problem is as it was. Being in bussiness it is causing me a big loss of reputation and money because it is affecting my bussiness. Therefore I want justice. Please help me.

              Airtel — Not Giving proper assiatance

              I have register a compalin many times due to problem in message, even i have got many complain number and conatct many time customcare executive, today i have make a call and i am talking with prawshr, an executive he told me agin to check msg center number i told that i have allready register compalin he ask just one time check if it is rit then we definately help you, then agin i have make call then mr shekar pick the phone and then immedaitly he cuts the phone then last time i calling then shanker picks the call and ask me may i call you siddu, i say ok then he ask me may i put you on hold for some time due to checking of details he holds me 5 minutes after that he ask me i am shanker sir tell me how mai i help you what is this airtel worst service in custom care they didnt solve my problem tiill now i dont have any knowlege how to take proper action then i will take actions againts those stupid person

                Hello,
                This is sasikumar and i am using airtel prepaid for last few years.
                From last week onwards my account balance is deducting Rs.5 every day for games mania, but i have not made any subscription for that.
                I talked to the customer care regarding this issue, i didn't get any proper answer.
                Till now the problem is not resolved, daily amount is deducting from my balance.
                This is my kind request to stop that service, or can anyone suggest me how to deactivate this service from my mobile.

                the games mania service on my airtel phone is like a virus for my pocket ...

                i had submitted request to stop it at 3 times but still it is reducing my balance @ rs.5 per day.
                please say airtel that ghatiya company to stop it for all airtel numbers because it is illegely reducing our balance.

                  M complainting last 1 week above no response nothing no refund i get till now pls take it seriusly & urgently i want money back today YOUR COMPANY IS FRAUD.

                  This is to inform u on 18th mar 2012 i have recharge of coupon 98 for interenet pack then also u have debited rs 98 from my balance was 167.59 i want credit on my account today only.
                  then you have debited 98 it gone to 97.59 & on that day u have given 30 rs which was debited earlier & then also u debited that day for internet pack automatically but in morning i have rechage from outside mobile to mobile in afternoon u have dbited to my balance, i want refund why u charging debiting money extra from your side very poor service you giving & just eating
                  money from customer balance amt i want refund asap on urgent basis today only other wise i will complaint daily till i not get refund on my account
                  till now.

                    I am having prepaid connection from air-tel;having mobile number [protected].i have found improper deduction from my account.on inquiring with air-tel office,they have informed me that some amount is deducted for DOWNLOADING.But I have never asked for that service,nor have downloaded anything.I want air-tel to furnish me detail about deduction WITHOUT CHARGING ANY EXTRA COST.
                    I've been using this Airtel number for past 1 year. Last two months, the experience has been traumatic. Even after paying my Bill on time, they disconnected my number. Going to their service gallery is a pain because Customer care executive of this so called consumer friendly company are not so friendly. They didn't co-operate. its like 'we can't do anything till your payment gets reflected in the system'. They refused to believe their own company's receipt. I was without my phone for two harassing weeks, had business impact.

                    I was a loyal customer to Airtel, I airtel's subscriber for Broadband, telephone, mobile. However everything my faith completely changed in the month of MAY 2010, when airtel changed my connection with out my approval. (i asked for change of plan but also insisted that someone from airtel should infrom be before the plan change, for which the customer care agent agreed aswell). however, without my notice the paln was change on 5th july. when i called them to verify the same.. no go.. i spent close to 30+ hrs making 40+ calls to airtel no go..
                    whenever i asked for a superviosr they kept me on hold for 30+ mins and disconnected the call... it happend more than 10 times.. later got confirmation from one of the customer care tech that.. the issue was coz of miscommunication from airtel and i wont be billed for this.

                    again in the month of Aug 2010, i received a bill of 1123/- where in my plan is of 250/- per month.


                    as i had a bad experince, called airtel again at 12:12pm, got accross a RUDE customer care tech.. who actually wants to fight with me.. didnt not tell me what is documented under the complaint number.. upon asking many times ( i had to shout)- then i came to knw that.. the previous tech did not document everything what he told me.. (currently i am on call with them.. on hold for 20+ mins..as i asked for a superviosr.. i am 100% sure that.. they will disconnect the call after some time).

                    the problem is that.. the agents say something on call.. but docuemtn nothing.. for which i had to have a hard time.. whot to complaint regarding this...

                    What is the process to escalte the matter.?
                    Their attitude is "We DO NOT CARE and DAMNED BE THE CUSTOMER

                      i recharged my number [protected] tomorrow 9.56 am.as i recharged i got E-recharged sms. i had urgent call.but when i call its not connected.then i checked my balance there is no balance.so after return to my room i call to customer care at 6.40 pm.he told that during some network problem u will not getting this. after 24 hrs of recharge u will get your balance.but right now i am not getting my balance.already its 1.04 pm.
                      i think i will get immediate result

                        This is guhan.

                        I have activated 60Rs sms pack on March 11 2012. It will be active till may 10th 2012.

                        But they have sent a message that after 60 days it will get automatically renewed..

                        If we want to de-activate, they gave a number to call *330*0# .

                        If i try to call that number , it says that " You are not allowed to call this number"..

                        Then how is it possible for me to cancel the auto renewal??


                        Kindly guide me through to proceed.

                          I have been using Airtel mobile network from the past 5 years. Now I have been facing a lot of problems due to this network provider. From the past 4 years, I am using the SMS booster pack. But now the network provider renewed the SMS booster pack of Rs.36 on 04.04.2012 by debiting the amount from the main account balance automatically without my willingness. That amount has been went off no use, since I'm in roaming now. When I called to the customer care to ask about this, they informed me that they can't do anything, or can't refund money. This is a very crucial situation that many, including me have been suffering and tend to change the network provider to any other. Please kindly do the favorable action as soon as possible.

                          Airtel — Amount Debited Automatically

                          Airtel has debited Rs.99 from my account without any reasons.I got a message saying that I have been subscribed to some service on Airtel Live & they charged Rs.99.When I complained to the customer care people, they say they can't do anything.Need to find a solution for this & also penalise Airtel for cheating people.
                          There is no offer for std sms pack.It was launched but in 5days only it closed.

                            I have received a SMS today from AX-97890 saying that Thanks for choosing GAMES and I will be charged Rs. 3.

                            After some time I received another SMS from AD-54321 saying that Rs. 3 is deducted.

                            I have not raised the request for GAMES ALERTS, kindly reverse the request and deactivate the GAMES ALERTS from my cell. Also credit the amount to my account.

                              I am a customer of Airtel DTH (Customer ID: [protected]). On Mar-31, I registered a complaint[protected] regarding my set up box not working. I was assured of same day service. The technician called and promised to be there at 12. From 12 – 5 I waited and thereafter left home for personal work. The engineer calls telling me that he is waiting at my residence. I told him to come the next day since I had waited for him for 5 hours. There after there was no call from the engineer either on Apr-1 or Apr-2. When I called customer care at 4pm on Apr-2, I was given a new complaint number[protected] to be taken care by Apr-3. When asked why the earlier compliant was not attended to all I got was “Sorry for the inconvenience and it will be attended tomorrow”. I have called multiple times to the customer care to try and talk to a “Supervisor” but every time I get “We will call you shortly” but no one calls. Finally one supervisor comes on the call and all she had to say "Let me look into the issue before committing on any date".

                              I finally wrote to Airtel Nodal office and got a call from nodal office stating the issue would be resolved by Apr-3. I even called a supervisor (Arun) who committed to replacing the setup box by today,Apr-4.

                              Today, Apr-4

                              @ 10am, I get a call now from another engineer stating he wants to come to my residence now. Asking for why he didn’t come yesterday, he told he was told about the issue today only.

                              @4pm, an engineer is at my house, stating that he doesn’t have a replacement and will be able to give it only tomorrow. My wife spoke to his supervisor, Arun and he tells my wife “I don’t know who spoke to your husband, I had never committed to any delivery by today”.

                              Even the officer from nodal office is not reachable on phone as his phone is on “DO NOT DISTURB” mode. Would appreciate if this can be resolved at the earliest.

                              Mr. Rakesh Ranga, I fail to understand how the issue has been stated as resolved. The manner in which the issue was handled was so pathetic that it had left me with no choice but to CLOSE the account.

                                Three days before i put airtel 225 booster pack, as the shop keep said and after saw the chart of the plan i put that pack in that i saw airtel to airtel 10p and other 50p and 6000sms for 90days. but they taking 60p for me for other network and also sms was cost.

                                so i try to contect airtel customercare but past three days im not able to contect them. so i went to anther shop and asked about that pack details, there i saw new chat like airtel to airtel 10p and other 60p and 9000sms.

                                But here im totally different from this two pack. so consider the problem and give the solution for me.

                                  Airtel is pathetic. I have taken broadband connection from it a year ago, and I was given a telephone( fixed line) along with it.For one year everything was sort of okay, no major complaints I must say, but my Feb'2009 Bill was a surprising revelation. The moment I saw the total bill amount I knew something was fishy, and when i looked into the call details I found 80% calls were made to numbers belonging to that part of the country where i never usually call or have called in the past .I dont have any friend, relative or business in that part whom the calls were made to .The most surprising element in the bill was continuous calls everyday for 15 days, when I was out of station with my family and the house was locked.

                                  I called up customer care and told the problem, i even said that i can produce proof that I was away so I could not have made a call from the landline.Every logic fell into deaf ears, no one was cooperative from Airtel side, they kept of insisting the the bill is okay and I might have given the house key to someone who actually used it. More problem, the ghostly calls kept occurring even after I came back from vacation.

                                  The only option remaining for me now is to stick to my principles and dont pay them and take the matter to consumer court or meekly submitting to their fraud.
                                  I chose the first option! the story goes on ...

If you have equipment for giving new connections then what is the issue in repairing the old one or those equipment are only for new connections. Could you tell me who will be responsible for the days without entertainment for my family. are you able to fulfill that valuable loss of me.

                                      AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Poor Maintenance

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I m feeling succourless due to the services provided by the Airtel Digital services.

                                      I am using the Airtel DTH from last 2 years and every month i pay visit charge except the recharge voucher.

                                      When i ask to the engineer , they says the problem will not occur again .

                                      Recently we paid Bracket and LNB charges in last 15 days but the problem is again same today as it was .
                                      At the same place we are using the TATA SKY services ,, and i am surprized to see , even a single visit is not required for TATA DTH services.

                                      Why?

                                      This type of services are really frustating for me and there is no way except termination of my relationship with Airtel.

                                      I didnt expect this type of services from AIRTEL DTH.

                                      I need your kind intervene in this regard

                                        03/Apr/12: After submitting my earlier complaint (written below), I have got a phone call from Airtel today and it was disgusting the way they tried to compensate on my complaint.
                                        The person who called me from Airtel offered me a recharge for 200MB of 3G usage in place of 3GB of 3G data usage.
                                        Can anyone compare 200MB vs 3GB. And they dont have any explanation or any other resolution on my complaint even when the activation of my SIM card delayed because of Airtel backend problem.
                                        Anywaz, I alert all the readers to think twice before you go for Airtel.

                                        02/Apr/12: With reference to my earlier complaint for the activation of my Airtel 3G prepaid number [protected], after lots of complaints I have finally got my number activated after 20 days of taking the SIM card and here is another concern:

                                        I promised by Airtel outlet, Kurukshetra to provide me with 3GB of 3G data usage for 30 days, but as stated in the above complaint my number got activated after 20 days and thus I have used the 3G data services only for around 10 days, and my data validity for 1 month is already expired. After sending emails and complaints to Airtel customer support again and again, they are not ready to increase validity of my data usgae so as to match 1 month in total.

                                        As the above problem was from Airtel and I waited for more than 15 days for activation of my 3G number, they should now extend validity of my 3G data usage for me, but they are not ready to extend validity of my data usage.

                                        I would really appreciate if all the readers of this post will never opt for Airtel in future.
