I was using the airtel number more than 8 years, how come you people blocked and deleted my number without informing or sending text. When I went to your customer service they said it was informed to me by call and text, and later it was deleted from our system. Airtel Lairs

I am Vijay Praveen Kumar & i have the airtel sim with number - [protected], which is andhra pradesh number & is currently under roaming in karnataka & on 1/3/2012 morning i got an sms from airtel stating that as this number is not being used since 3 months i need to start using to avoid disconnecton of the same. with immediate effect i have started using the number & made calls as well....

Im a resident of Bagh Amberpet(R.K. Nagar), Hyderabad...myself and 4 of my family members are using Airtel service and we are not receiving any calls ,sms due to signal problem inside my home....we phoned to customer care several times but there is no proper guidance from them...so plz suggest us a solution on this.......

Inspite of paying the entire annual rental in advance for airtel landline number [protected], the line has been disconnected since last 45 days which is creating a very bad image of airtel. The customer care team along with “Appellate”, “Esupport” and “Nodal” is purposely avoiding this issue and not replying.

Unwanted Plant Upgradation

unnecessary balance deduction and consumer ignorance

on 24th of february,i had activated a 3g plan costing rs 43 on my number and for that company deducted rs 43 from my main balance. since then my plan has not been activated till today. i registered a complaint to the costumer care executive regarding the problem and company promised me to solve my problem till 27th february evening. Two bills for same period

This is to inform you that i had my airtel no.[protected] working since 5 years but all of the sudden it got disconnected.
Before disconnecting they used to steal my balance and when i complain they used to give me excuse that its a irrecursive process.
after disconnecting the sim When i check it with airtel they tell me that it was disconnected due to no activity since six months but it was a lifetime...

Deduction of Rs. 149 without any reason.

I was charged Rs. 149 for two things that I did not even down loaded it. When I called up the customer care they were of the view that customers are liars that can be referred from from his statement.
He said that the customer are not going to tell the truth.
This incident have happened with me many times. Every time i have asked the customer care executive to stop sending me any such messages but the same keeps on happening...

Stealing money in 3G services
