I lodged a complained on 5th of April, that my Airtel broadband connection is not working as there is no internet connectivity from ISP. As we have more office work to do at home and it’s stuck due to no internet connectivity since last 8 days and no resolution has been done till now.

I don't know which type of resolution they are doing, that is taking more than a week?

By that time we are following up to Airtel customer care center and each time they picks up the phone and says “Sir issue will be resolved by end of the day”. I am getting the same response from the past 8 days. But it’s not resolved yet. I am unhappy with the service being provided to me from Airtel.
Please look into the issue, otherwise cancel this connection.

Hi ,

Still I am not able to get resolved with the issue.
As I am seeing in the middle of the mail that the issue will be resolved by 13/04/2012, 04:00 PM but still the status is same from past 8 days i.e 06/04/2012.
Also from past 8 days I am calling the customer care regarding the issue all the time I got the same response that your request will be completed and resolved by EOD tomorrow but I don’t know when this tomorrow is going to be come and also I have contacted cancellation department as well to disconnect my broadband connection but in this also they are not able to do anything .
So just want to know that this problem will be resolved by Airtel or not and by what time?
Also I am not going to pay for the period for which I am facing the problem so this also a concern that how I will be taken care regarding this as I had already received a bill for this month including the period for which the issue is currently going on i.e 06/04/2012 to the till date and so on .
So this is a humble request to you people and teams that please help me out in this matter as due to this I am facing many problems and also lagging behind with my office works as well.
Please give me a quick reply with the positive response.

Airtel — problem not resolved in 10 Days

Sir,

I have the Aitel digital TV and The customer Id id : [protected] and the name is Ashok Kumar Sah .
I have lodged the complaint to the customer care of Airtel Digital TV on 1 nov 2010 for the no signal, the engineer visited the House next day and told that the settop box is faulty which is only 2 months old,
but from that day i have done the complaint to the customer care almost daily regarding the problem but the problem is not resolved yet(09/11/2010) i m not getting what to do, every time i call to customer care the keeps o telling that "sir your max resolution time is extended to next day, and your problem will definetily get resolved till that dead line" but in vain, please suggest what to do and the toll free number of airtel doesnt work and i have to keeps on calling them from personal mobile number.

      Dear Sir/Madam

      I am using Airtel prepaid connection. My no. is [protected]. There is some service called 'Big fat free store' which has been activated on my no. since 09.04.2012, although i did not subscribe for the same. I registered the complaint with Airtel customer care on 9 April(reference no. - ROVAD [protected]) and 10 April(ref. no. - COVWC [protected]); to deactivate the service and refund of my money.But it has been of no use.Every day Rs.5 or more is being deducted from my balance. I have already lost Rs.35 till this time.
      Kindly help me in getting the service deactivated as soon as possible, and refund of all the wrong deduction of the money in the process till the matter is solved.

      Airtel — Wrong deduction as well as lots of mental harrasment

      From this mail i would like to drag your kind attention towards my grievances :

      1) I sent two mails on 21.01.2008 at 52567 for the "Mobile Office" settings, after confirming from the Airtel Customer Care executive that the number is a toll free number.

      2) Rs. 6.00 (Rs. 3.00 for each) has been deducted immediately for the messages.

      3) I brought this under notice of the customer care department on 22.01.2008 (as their records are updates after 24 hours).

      4) After 22.01.2008, i have been continuously following up my complaint. I called many times and talked to different executives and team leaders and they always asked time and assured the resolution within the time .

      5) When i called again, after the end of time which they them self demanded, I found that my case has not resolved yet and the new Team Leader say sorry about the previous Team Leader about his false commitments. He said " Sir, chodo na ab, usse hua nain, aap mujhe aik chance do".

      My grievance is that the treatment as explained in point number 5 has been repeated at least 7 to 8 times by seniors as well as Juniors and now i don't see any hope from their side.

      I am feeling cheated monetarily as well as mentally again and again.

      I can produce call recordings in support of all the above information, if required. Employees of AirTel have also accepted the mistake in the recordings.

      Airtel Chennai — Not refunding the amount that was wrongly deducted from my account

      Airtel had a recharge offer on 22-Mar-2008 which is 777 Rs topup and 800 Rs talktime. I have done a mobile prepaid recharge from my ICICI account for Rs777. The amount is deducted from the account and has been deposited with AIrtel. As a confirmation for this I recieved a message from aiterl immediately, statign that the amount is recieved, but the number is invalid because it is a special offer, and hence cannot be done via internet. Following this I contacted customer care and got assurance that the amount will be refunded to my account qithin 36 hours. After 36 hours also the amount was not refunded, so I have contacted Airtel again from Relatioship center, Adyar. They gave a new deadline, which again is not fulfilled. I have already contacted Airtel 4 times now, but with no effect other than wasting my money and time. No action has been take whatsoever. It is high time that the firm is awarded a customer complaint.

      AirTel — wrong deduction of balance without using services

      Dear sir
      Now i feel that making complaint against any wrong offences is just a formality, Even I think that it is my duty that i respond any kind of wrong offences against me.
      The communication company AIRTEL deduct more than 50 rs of mine in one month, even when i not using any VAS,
      Sir lot of times i have make requested to please avoid this wrong deduction but there is not any response from that side


      you are requested to please check and take appropiate action so that in future the deduction is not repeted for 500 rs

      hi i am ankit.My balance is deducted 30 rupees and i got a message that theme is downloaded which i dont. the customer care service is very poor, it never connected. I have been trying for last 3 months same wrong balance deduction occured before. Where i consult or complained if customer care is not connected.
      i dint got my 100 rs talktime after 30 days also and my mobile no is [protected]

      This is really true and also happened with me. on August 19, 2009 two messages came informing about the balance deduction of Rs 15/- and Rs5/- respectively. the balance of my number was Rs.20.07 and after the deduction the balance was Rs0.07. As I own more than on mobile I didn't recharge the number and used the other one and complaint about the above mentioned deduction, which was not given any heed by the customer care executive. Today, on 1st Sept, 2009 I recharged the number with Rs.15 which gave a balance of Rs.11.60 and the total balance Rs.11.67 After the recharge, a call was made of Re1/- and just after that a message informing of a deduction of Rs.10/- arrived. On calling the customer care service it was told that GPRS is used on the number while I use NOKIA 2300 handset which is not a multimedia handset and GPRS cannot be used on the same.

      what can be done to avoid such future deductions and can the wrongly deducted balanced be reversed or to what agency should the complaint be made.

      i got one SMS to my mobile informing me that an amount of Rs.30/- has been taken from my account for AIR TELL RADIO . i never asked your radio service at all. this is absurd and reduculous and not fair on the part of airtell taking money forcibly.

      i phoned up chennai customer care and requested them to credit back the amount, but till date no action has been taken even after 3 days.

      this is the second time happening in 2 weeks. this is not the way to swallow somebody's hard earned money in this way. will any responsible person in airtell look into the matter and refund Rs.60/= fraudulantly taken from my account.
      It is the matter of shame that airtel is deducting fraud charges of downloading game which i did not download. I have been charged Rs 99 for downloading game.

      I want my money reversed.

      Dear Sir,

      I have Airtel mobile prepaid connection. On 18th April I registered for two services
      1. Misscall alert(MCA) which is valid for one month.(service charge Rs 15 for 30 days)
      2. Buddy finder (Activated by me by mistake) whcih is valid for 10 days( service charge Rs 10 for 10 days)

      On probably 23 or 24 April , I received a sms from Airtel stating that my MCA alert will be renewed with 3 days and 15 rs will be deducted. I calle dthe cutomer care to clarify it and they told me the sms has been send by mistake.Hopefully nothing will be deducted.
      On 25th April I deactivated the "Buddy finder" Service and confirmed with customer care that it has been deactivated.
      But for my surprise, on 27th April Airtel deducted Rs 15 for my MCA service renewel . I straight way called the customer care and again they said it is by mistake Airtel deducted the money. They refunded back it immediately. Though I felt little unhappy for the fact why it deducted the money at the very first time.
      But my horror started now. After airtel refund my money, my balance was Approx Rs 170.74 .
      I made two call for a total of 20-30(not sure exact) minutes. To my surprise My balance became around Rs 143. My call tariff is 50 paisa for any national call. So it should not be that low.It should be near about 155 to 160. I called the Customer care again and they admitted that there was indeed some wrong deduction and they will revert back to me with the refund. They did not mention the reasin why it became 143 . Only said there is some system flaw.
      On 28th April, I got a sms stating that Rs 15 has been credited to my account with regards to My complaint. But actually nothing has been credited. One of the Customer care person called me at the evening on 28th to confirm that money has been credited. I told him nothing is credited please check the system. The guy confirmed there seems to be some problem he will revert back to me with in two hrs. But no one get back to me. On 29 Th april I again get a sms sattaing that Rs 15 ha sbeen credited to your account but again nothing is credited.
      On 29th April, I contacted the customer care.This time i am totally frustrated with the whole thing. Again one of the cutomer care executive told there seems to be some wrong deduction and they will refund it to me whcih they still have not. But I wanted to know why do i need to call them several time to get my refund. The guy told me he will connect to the superviser but it is not and the line get discoonected. With talking to the customer care several time yields nothing and i have still received my money back.

      Please help.
      I am feeling very regret to inform you about the very poor response of Airtel GPRS Customer Care Helpline.I am a long time customer of Airtel (earlier to present also) and using the GPRS servies. Last time in June, I had sent a message to Airtel No. *567# and selected the option 2. Upto 2 GB/[protected]@98.I got a message from AY-Airtel stating
      "Rs. 98(Free 2 GB) daily rental GPRS pack is activated.Post 2GB/30p/50Kb will be charged.Next deduction is due on 17/07/2010 00:00hrs.To deactivate dial *567#".

      Since i was willing to continue the GPRS service continuously to have the GPRS service cycle & don't want to deactivate this plan, i didn't dial *567#.
      When i checked my balance i found a wrong deduction of amount apprx.Rs 85/- (apart from Rs. 98 for GPRS existing plan).For this I had logged my complaint with Airtel GPRS Customer Support Executives and get the request reference no. [protected] and target time 20th July,2010 upto 6.00PM.I didn't get any feedback upto mentioned time.I request to repay the money to my no.[protected]

      i am prakash using the airtel number [protected]..sir,yesterday around 3 pm about 15 rupees deducted from my account without any usage.
      when i called customer care then the reason given by him was not satisfactory. they told to me that you have used airtel live services.....
      but i have accessed only 0.facebook.com and it is known well that this service is free from airtel live....i m accessing 0.facebook.com totally free from many days....bt this wrong balance deducted yesterday......

      Airtel — Wrong balance deduction & Poor customer services.

      This is regarding balance deduction of my cell no. i.e. [protected], i am calling customer care since 4 time my balance getting deduct from my main balance automatically, but i m having a message plan active in my same number and my Local & STD messages are totally free because of this my main balance going to deduct when i m using my messaging plan but customer care representative tell that problem will resolve in 4 working days and u will get money back too. i never seen such poor services. Really now i understood i am using a bad or poor services which will take long long time.
      And in the morning the Lady (Harmeet-Customer care executive) told me that we are unable to resolve your problem and the way of talking is very poor.i m using this number from last 3yrs & now i m very unhappy with Airtel Services

      My balance is being deducted wrongly when there is no network connection or the keypad is locked. On contacting the customer service they say I am using the internet which is not possible when there is no network. After complaining thrice, nothing has been done by Airtel. They are deducting Rs. 5-10 everyday.

      AirTel — Wrong balance deduction from Airtel

      Dear Sir / Madam,

      Myself Soumik, I have recharged on my mobile for GPRS on 10.03.2011 for Rs 98 to get upto 2GB download for 30 days. On 11.03.2011 I was surfing the GPRS where I saw one advertisement for car racing games. As I click on the advertisement a message comes to me that "Thanks for Downloading Hungama Content Game from Airtel. You have been charged rs 99". Instantly I disconnect the GPRS and Rs 99 got deducted from my main balance. There was no price mentioned on the game and I have not even download the game to my mobile. Next day I talk to customer care 12118 to get refund the money and they confirmed that can refund the money and told me to talk to 121. After that I tried for so many times but I cant able to talk to customer care representative and still my money has not been refunded to my main account balance. My complaint reference number is CMOBI[protected].

      since that day i have also received 3 more messages saying "thank you for using WCVideoPack service and you have been charged with Rs.3" on 25, 26 and 27th march. I called up the complaint number and those guys are just not ready to accept it blaming me that i must have done it. They said that these services were activated using internet so i even disabled GPRS on my number and yet I am getting these messages. Also, I must say those complaint center guys were really rude.

      Airtel — Incorrect balance deduction

      I am Priyanka Aggarwal using Airtel Prepaid Connection from almost 1 year. I was really happy with the services but from the past few days my balance is being deductedwithout any reason. I have been receiving different messages saying that my money is deducted for activating different packages & downloading different stuff from airtel but i have not done any such thing.
      1st message i received on 26th mar where Rs 99 were deducted from my account for downloadingdirt Bike Africa from Airtel. i have not downloaded it.
      2nd message i received today where Rs 3 were deducted from my account mentioning the use of WC video pack subscription from airtel. Again i have not used any such pack.
      3rd message i received today for renewal of tadkalivesubscription charges from airtel, Rs 20 have been deducted from my account.

      And most pathetic I am not able to get in touch with airtel call center. This is really pathetic.

      Before arriving to Singapore, I had enquired with Airtel Relationship center & Airtel Customer Care Service about the charges laid for monthly rental, call and sms charges for incomming and outgoing for International roaming (from Singapore). As they prescribed that monthly rental will be charged 99rs and the incomming of the sms will be only free. Rest outgoing per minute will be 150rs/min & incomming will 100rs/min as per their terms. As I have not done any activites from the no like Outgoing, Incomming or Sms. I came in Singapore on 25 February 2011 and till today the charges are anonomously deducted from my account balance. The only activity is incomming of Sms. When my parents inquired at the Airtel Relationship Center, they replied as 'None of the value added services are been active and are unaware of why there is deduction of balance from my account?'. I m still in Singapore, so unable to speak with them. I also have no other options to complain about the issue. So please help.

      I have bought a new phone of sony ericsson on 16 apr 2012 and I have called to cc executive so many times after that finally on 24 apr 2012 my call was picked by abaso (cc executive) and I have told him please activate 2gb GPRS plan on my no [protected].In nov 2012 i bought Nokia C3 and 2GB data is free under offer and which is completed on apr 2011.So after I have told the CC executive that please check the plan on my no and please activate 2 gb plan on my no as I want 2gb of deduction in my bill. He saw the wrong data of apr 2011 and told you already have a plan and 2gb deduction will done once you receive the bill and again I have told him to please crosscheck but he was given me the same no as I already told that my unbilled is going high.After that i have recived my bill on 6 may 2012 and internet charges were 2062 rs/- without any deduction of 2 GB data so after that I have called 100 times on 198 and send many mails to [protected]@in.airtel.com but always they put my call on hold for half an hour and told me that you will recieve a call back in 4 hours and 48 hours have been passed to this and I have not recieved the call.I do not want to pay for the mistake of CC executive that is why i am raising a complaint here. My due date is 24 may 2012 and very pathetic service by airtel.

      On 3 May, Rs 13.60 was deducted from my account for reasons unknown.Its happening every few days; within a month its 3rd time that wrong balance has been deducted. I have registered complaints with customer care so many times, but it has been of no use as no action has been taken.
      Terminating the Airtel services looks like the only solution left now.

      this is to inform that myself Susanta Das (holding the phone no [protected] with the service provider bharti airtel) have suffered a wrong balance deduction of Rs 76.00 from the main balance inspite of having a internet pack of Rs 48 activated alongwith a validity till 6th october.The balance was deducted due to over usage of internet according to the customer care of airtel,whereas my internet usage dint cross the limit as i never attempted to do so and making a useless complain to the customercare. As i have checked my balance at midnight 12.30 my prevailing balance was Rs 76 which this early morning was made Rs 0,i tried to cantact the supervisor for a valuable feedback as the amount is not a few bucks and as per my knowledge i have not made those usage last night but i dint find anyy from them rather they are forcing me to believe what their system shows. To get a positive feedback i have made this complain and i believe to receive a positive response to it.

      This is to inform that myself susanta das with ph no. [protected] has been again experiencing the inconvinenience of balance deduction on 22/01/2013.
      There has been a internet pack of Rs 149 activated on 1st jan 2013 with 1 month validity but using the internet i have been deducted with a balance of Rs27.38.I am neither able to call the customercare helpline 198 from 1st of jan,13.
      while once connected the executive were not able to give the proper description of balance deduction and disconnectd the phone.

        I have complained to Airtel by email on 13th March 2010 that their TV Satellite Reception has gone dead.

        Till today they have not set this right.
        They do not have qualified staff to do the repairs. The persons whom they send are so incompetent and they do not come with any equipment or helper.
        They ask you to help them out.

        I have spent hours an hours on helping them out in my previous complaints.

        Something is very wrong with this company. I had terminated their cell connection too for very bad technical performance and cheating.

        Whenever their satellite reception has gone down, I had to waits fro months to get it right. They refuse to give me credit for the lost period saying that they have no such policy.

        Therefore Airtel in my Opinion is a cheat company.

        Today after one month I have received a mail from the rascals that they could not contact me on my number registered with them.

        No other company is capable of such lies.

          Dear Sir,
          I would like to bring to your notice the sorry state of Airtel Network, one of the best networks in India and quite contrastingly the worst when it comes to porting out numbers from their network. I am using this Airtel No. [protected] for more than a year now. I have applied for number portability as I wanted to port out from Airtel to TATA DOCOMO T24 Network. I received the UPC code (AX795263) on 14th of March and on the same day I submitted my documents to the nearesr TATA DOCOMO T24 Network outlet. The next day I received a call from Airtel asking the reason for my porting out. After convincing them I was assured that within 7 working days I would be ported out. I waited for more than 7 days and decided to contact the Airtel Customer Care to check the portability status but in vain. I kept calling them time and again just to get different reasons every time. Sometimes they used to keep me on hold for minutes and would disconnect the call midway. Due to repeated calling they diverted my call to Automatic Telling Machine. I had to borrow my friend’s mobile to contact them. Every time I call them they come up with invalid reasons saying there is no issue from their side and asked me to contact T24 customer care. After repeatedly calling them I was promised that within the next 7 days I would be ported out without fail. Again I waited for 7 more days to hear the same reason that they don’t have the details and even refused to let me know the valid reason for the delay. I contacted them 2 days before the expiry date of the UPC Code to check the status. I spoke to the supervisor (Ms. Karthika) to know the reason for the delay and made clear the expiry date of the UPC Code, she convinced me that the validity expires in case I fail to submit my documents in stipulated time of 15 days and doesn’t expire after submitting the documents. She even asked me to resubmit my documents and as per her insistence I resubmitted the documents but to avail same result. The next time when I contacted the supervisor (Mr. Sharath) he told me that my UPC Code is expired and asked me to reapply for the UPC Code. I again the received the UPC Code (AX666642) on 3rd April and on the same day I submitted my documents (Thrice). I contacted them after 7 days but avail no response. Now they have even diverted my other mobile no. to Automatic Telling Machine. Every time I am contacting them they are coming up with same reason and not processing my request. The other day I.e., on 12th April I received a call from Airtel Customer Care informing me that my request has been processed. But to my shock when I contacted them regarding this the same old story prevailed like the old wine served in a new bottle. In the process I registered 32 complaints ( for which I have the screen shot of the complaints registered ) and have contacted them more 100 times. All my attempts were in vain.
          I am not the only person facing these problems but if you browse through websites( consumercomplaints.in and complaintsdesk.in ) you will come to know there are many more people who are in similar situation. I request the authorities concerned (TRAI) to personally look into the matter and take stringent action against the perpetrators.
          Last but not least, this is my second complaint with consumer complaints.in. ( My first complaint was on 3rd March ) and I humbly request the authorities concerned to consider the complaint as a high priority one and raise the issue. This time around I hope and expect better results and my problem would be sorted out at the earliest. And please find an attachment with this complaint.

            Hi,

            Last month i did re-charge for Rs.18/- with reference from the recharge shop pamplet, as it provides 2500 SMS for 30 days and 200 max per day. But later only i came to know that the rate cutter is limited only to a time duration in a day. Till date i did not get any information about it. To de-active this service, i was asked to dial *333*0#. I called the number several times and i always received "Sorry, currently we are unable to process your request. Please try after sometime." Even i tried to reach the customer service personal, due to lot of changes in Airtel toll free service, i could not reach.

            Today without any prior notice the booster pack of Rs.18/- is renewed and i tried dialling the same number to de-activate the service, again i am getting the useless message.

            Please help me out to stop this service and refund Rs.18/- back into my talk time balance.

              I was told that my airtel broadband plan will be changed from 1999 to 599 but it has been a month but my plan has not changed .
              While calling airtel customer care i am being told that not to use airtel broadband connection but earlier the same thing happened i was told not to use the connection and i wont be charged but after six months the bill came along with the executive and i had to do a settlement and i had to pay 9000 rupees for not using the airtel broadband connection for six months. Same thing is happening again and i am being mislead by the airtel people for paying the unnecessary payment for again not using the airtel connection.
              Please find some solution to end my problem.

                Sir,
                It is for your information & necessary action that we are very old customer of your Airtel mobile connection users. We have four pre paid cell phone connection of Airtel those numbers are as under.

                But it is regretted to inform you from last year we are facing problem of adding & activation of value added services without our demand and consent and deduction of our money.
                As on today on our one of number [protected] at 8.10 a.m. the following message has been appear " 340 local sms pack has been activated on your mobile @ Rs. 34/- valid for 30 days. whereas we have not asked for such service".
                It is very objectionable and against any rule & law.
                Therefore, you are requested to please take strict action against the concern, failing which we were bound to approach to consumer forum/court and also choose other service provider.
                Hope you will look into and refunded our amount that has been deducted wrongly & un-lawful.

                Airtel mobile connection — I was cheated for recharge of Rs 200 on my mobile

                I have recharged an amount of Rs 200 on my airtel mobile connection on 29/11/2011 at 8:43 pm but the talktime is
                only 1.00 MRP.I can't make calls,could this be an offer as my dealer told me after the recharge was done and he was like"DAMN YOU, I CAN'T DO ANYTHING WITH THIS--GOT TO HELL".

                  It is intimated that I have procured a Airtel Prepaid Sim with MSISDN No.: [protected] and SIM No.:[protected] and IMSI No.: [protected] from Peyling, West Sikkim, Sikkim on 05.03.2012. At the time of purchasing sim I have submitted copy of my Passport, PAN Number and later I have submitted my employee certificate too (which are also attached here). But even after one month my outgoing call is still barred. I don't understand that what you need now from my side to activate my number's outgoing call. Although I have recharged my number with Rs. 250 and Rs. 36 for STD Calls and Rs. 98 for Internet access.

                  AirTel — non submission of documentS

                  I had already sumitted my documents along with the form and photographs to Mr Sandeep - an executive of Airtel for the postpaid connection. This is a corporate account. After which there was an address verification done by the airtel i.e both Residence and Office . My card was activated too. But after a week or so my outgoing was deactivated on the pretext that my documents and form was not submitted as Mr. Sandeep had left Airtel and joined some other organization.

                  This negligence attitude of Airtel has disturbed me a lot

If I make a call Voice "Non-Subsimssion of Documents". Twice I am submit my Documents (Photo & Voters Id ). In The voice Message "Non-submission of Documents. Your Service will Resume after 8 Hours. Then I make call 121-Airtel Customer Service, Customer Service told me After 72 Hours Your out going calls Activated. There is Difference Between Voice Message and Customer Care Executive (8 Hours & 72 Hours). What a Joke ?. First Time Then Customer care Executive told Me to submit your Documents to Nearest Dealer your service is activated. No Response. Then next time Customer care Executive told me your Dealer is Deactived your out going calls. I raise the question why Dealer to block out going Calls? . What'a Joke ?
                  I really fedup. Then Next Day Dealer told me your photo is not clear in the Document. Then Another Day
                  I submit the document for Clear photo Document. Last Day 16-july-2009 . There is network problem

                    I want to register a complaint against airtel digital tv. I have prepaid connection enrolled a package of 320/325 rs per month .I am regularly recharging my airtel account every month before balance gets zero. Problem is - Every month I am getting message on screen that my balance is low. This messages starts coming on screen when my balance is more than 70-80 rs (validity is more than a week). message displays in center of the screen and occupies half of the screen of my TV. This is really frustrating when you are watching programs , especially live events. I am giving my account details below and want to request to airtel people to make a practice to show message once balance is nil Or below daily burn rate(validity is 1-2 days) . overall stop customer to remind to recharge account week in advance. I told this to customer care lots of time but these guys we all know.

                      With due respect and humble submission I Pankaj Bisht (Sub-Inspector(Min) 103 BN BSF presently deployed complaints against Airtel Company for your kind consideration and legal action please. at Indo-Bangladeh Border and serving for nation in extreme hard area of Tripura would like to bring following
                      I installed a internet connection from Airtel Co. along with landline connection during the month of Dec 2010 vide cash receipt No.114203 dated 02.2.2011 , rep of the Company intimated us about the various attractive schemes , accordingly I have purchased one scheme of Rs.650/- per month along with land line connection for education purpose of my school going children but after 02 months on enquiry it was apprised by the Co.rep that all attractive schemes have been finished and the rates of normal schemes have been increased from Rs.500/- to Rs.700/- with in 02 months. Which clearly shows that fraud and false schemes are being projected by the Co. in initial stage to attract and making customers and after that customer compel to continue the service on higher rates? I am also a victim of these schemes and compel to continue the service for education purpose of my children and regularly paid the amount of monthly bill. During the month of Oct 2011 suddenly net connection was disconnected. In this regard I have made so many complaints to Airtel customer care service upto 03 months, but no any action was taken. After facing 03 months harassment I immediately stopped the payment of landline telephone bill as company was not paying attention on my problem.
                      Now Airtel customer care service threatening to my family on phone to pay the landline bill. One threatening call received at 1126 hrs on 27.3.2012 from telephone No.[protected] on my mobile No.[protected] from Airtel customer care service namely Amit Kumar. Amit Kumar is a very fraud and corrupted person and his by name complaint has also been submitted by a customer in consumer forum web site.
                      Keeping in view of above it is requested that strict action may be taken against the defaulter who are using threatening language with customer and serving in Airtel customer care service and also against the Company for providing fraud and fake scheme and harassing to customer and a heavy penalty may be imposed on the Co. to avoid corruption.
                      A suitable compensation may also be provided to me for facing harassment by me and my family and heavy loss of study of my children due to very poor /bad management of Airtel Co.
                      .Your Kind co-operation in this regard will be highly appreciated and I shall be very greateful to you for this act of kindness.

                      Airtel Broadband — told me wrong information about schemes

                      sir,

                      one day an employee(sanjay singh [protected]) of airtel (alambagh office lucknow) came to my home,and he told me schemes about airtel broadband.he told me that for internet connection i need to give 1500rs,and if i dont need instrument phone then ihave to give only 1250.so i gave a checqe of 1250 to Sanjay.
                      but when my airtel bill came then it has a additional 250rs on bil.
                      sir i am feeling cheted from airtel.5 days gone airtel do nothing on my complaints.
                      Sanjay used abusive language agains me,when i ask this to him.

                        It's been 13 days and my complaint for iptv not transfering/working has not been resolved.

                        I have been following up for last 4 days and everytime the CUSTOMERCARE EXECUTIVE reading same script written to them that it cannot be transferred due to choak in the DP box. But the truth is that the executives doesnt bothered to come & see the situation as the new building where i have to get the IPTv transferred in behind my old and existing apartment. I dont know how the choak is applicable if i am switching the connection in my end with the other end terminating to the DP box.
                        Again if choak is there who will come and solve this problem, Reliance, BSNL or Myself has to do it with my own effort. As a service offered by Airtel its Airtel responsibility to give service to the customer who bought the product and paid money to Airtel but no one is bothered in respective department nor any management is taking care of the service request which has been raised 13 days before.What a pathetic service !!!!

                        Thank god that billing is happening regularly even without transferring and working.

                        Do you want me to wait for years and years to get the choak in the DP box reduce ? Do you think that there is no other service (Broadband & Dish) available for the people in the country ? I am using the Airtel mobile connection for the past 2 years. Now i have to re-think about it and i have to take a decision against Airtel so that i wont get in to these trouble later.This non performance and behavior has made us suffer a lot and caused a lot of mental agony and tension.

Par pack activate na hua.. customer care ko phone karnese 15 min, fir 6hr, fir 1day tak time extend kiye.. avi 3day ho chuka he par paisa katne k wabjud pack acttivate na hua he..Avi phone v na lag raha he..                           Airtel Prepaid — paisa taken without activation of gprs pack

                          Nowadays airtel is the worst mobile service provider.Because they can take different types of ways for charging without our knowledge.So respected airtel users please change the sim or take any action immeditely.
                          Dear ,
                          I have been using Airtel Connection ([protected]) since May 2007 and before
                          that my sister was used this number.

                          I have been Suffering from so many problem since last year
                          like automatically Activate Miss call Alert, My Tone & automatic deduce my balance.

                          If make a call to customer care then they told me that I had used GPRS
                          but I never save GPRS settings on mobile.

                          Tonight[protected] suddenly I got an sms at 11:20 PM that:
                          your last call charge Rs. 0.30.......

                          Then I called to 198 then some one told same sentence that I had used Internet.
                          Then my balance had been deducting during calling to CCE then he connect to my call to Sr. Executive.
                          He refund Rs. 10 but did not stop deducting balance.
                          When my balance was Rs 0.21 then it was stopped.
                          After that I called to 198 on 01-09-10 they told same word.

                          You can see that I had so many Complain in Aug month

                          Now I am fade up with Airtel Connection.
                          I would like to CHANGE my no.
                          Kindly reply as soon as possible.

                            out of Airtel last month and wanted use the MNP feature . when i sent the
                            message to 1900 and got the Unique number for porting, i got a call from Airtel
                            number portability department and then asked me to stay back with airtel , the
                            Team Leader KIRAN spoke to me on the call and Promised me a Wavier of 50 % of
                            total bill for next 3 months from January , but its still not activated ,
                            recently 2 days back when i tried to port the number again i got a call from
                            Airtel number portability department and then asked me to stay back with airtel
                            , when i told that i had spoke to Kiran the Team Leader last the Agent passed
                            on the Phone to Kiran and promised to check the Call records and call me back
                            in 30 mins , its been 4 days as of today i have not Received the call .
                            i have 2 airtel number [protected] , [protected]. kiran in January had
                            promised a Rental wavier for 3 months for [protected]

                            Recently, after speaking with Appellate authorities and and the nodal office and Relationship managers they just denied for giving any wavier and blocked my outgoing calls and forced me to make the Payments immediately . AIRTEL REALLY CHEATS PEOPLE

                              i got a call from customer service regarding post paid connection ,
                              then i said "yes " for converting my prepaid connection to postpaid connection ,they charged me 300 Rs as a security money ,and also give a post sim card ,
                              and he told me that your prepaid sim registration will expire ,
                              after 10 to 15 minute,your New postpaid sim will be activate ,
                              but till now (passed 4-5 hours) ,it is not activate ,
                              Please activate my sim ,i have no other Sim card to connect to u and also to others ,i am facing lots of problem cause of it,
                              i am a marketing field person ,
                              tomorrow i have very important meeting with my client .

                                I would like to file a complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd. for
                                'financial harassment and mental torture' for the following matter.
                                I filed a telephonic request to Airtel on 121 for cancellation of
                                Airtel DSL Connection No.[protected] on June 12.01.2012, & your
                                executive happened to say that i have to pay the outstanding upto date
                                of 12.01.2012 , which i have done paying the amount by cheque on 12.01
                                2012 for RS 1619=00 at R.T.nagar Airtel outlet Instead of
                                disconnecting the phone, they called me exactly 10 times on
                                mobile no. [protected] while making various new offer rather than terminating
                                the connection. I confirmed it 10 times that I would like to discontinue
                                with this landline no. 41275739, yet they have calling me for the
                                Bill with complete
                                charges monthly charges. I wrote an email and they did not respond to
                                my email & also i have been to the different outlet for the same .
                                even today i have received a call from[protected] at 4 pm by name
                                Radha who happens to say that they will send me a legal notice , i
                                would like to inform that i should have send u legal notice to harass
                                a customer , where in related to my bill issue i have visited to your
                                outlet number of time & each time i get a assurance that they will
                                sought out this issue with there higher up & get back to me . i would
                                once again request you please kindly look in to this matter & revert

                                    dear respected sir .. i have purchased one airtel postpaid mobile connection (sim). i have paid 1000rs advance rental for one year. in starting i have paid all bills . after that in my mobile there is a problem arrived of call drop in bulandshahr there airtel had solved my problem. after that same problem faced by me in meerut .for that i had complaint many times but airtel not succeed in solving my problem. if i had to talk for some minutes than i had to call again n again. i have faced by this many problems and in my business i had lose by this problem . by being frustrated i changed my number without paying my bill. now the one employee of airtel is giving me threat. and he is saying he will see me and abusing wid me. today he came to my office without giving me any legal notice .and created a scene in a bad way.this incident have make my office atmosphere very out of the work . he had gave me mentally harassement. i am not in a condition to pay full amount of bill. so that i request to you to take right action. my airtel bill no.                                     My mobile number is [protected].
                                    I am facing the call drop problem since 15 to 20 days. I had also call two times to your customer regarding that call dropping problem.
                                    But yet this problem is not resolve by your side. Every time they give some excuses.
                                    I have also registered the complain regarding that whose Reference No’s are:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], &[protected]
                                    Which yet not have been resolved and even god also don’ts know that how much time you will require to resolve this problem.
                                    I suppose you are not the single telecom/mobile provider in India so that you are to be supposing to established monopoly in the market in this sector. I will switch to another better option and also try to make aware of my friend circle and collogue to not use the AIRTEL service in future.
                                    Please tell me the process and total due amount I have to pay to surrender / disconnect this connection.
                                    One thing more it’s my personal suggestion please change or give more training to yours Customer Care Executive.

                                    I hv been going through lots of Call drop issue in my Area, which is one of the posh locality of Delhi.
                                    After making several complaints for the last 6 months no action has been taken by Airtel, and neither any Network Discounts is being provided.

                                    I have been using this number for the last 5 years.

                                    I would like to warn everyone using Airtel, because if the worst experience i hv gone through.Even after asking for the customised bill for the call drop numbers they are not able to provide.

                                    AirTel — Call drops

                                    I stay at Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad.

                                    I use two SIM cards of different service providers. One being Airtel. Facing call drops only on this Airtel and not on the other one. I complained to the customer care two months ago. Till today i have not got any change in the problem.

                                    Call drops mainly in the evening and network connectivity to other service providers.

                                    This is the second time i am facing, let after changing my mobile on their advice only for overcoming the problem.

                                    I don't know what hell is going with Airtel.

                                    Can Airtel change its stance.

                                    I am using airtell mobile connection from last 15 years but of late there is a major issue of call drop or voice not reaching to other party at all like from last few days i am making ISD, STD or LOCAL calls but my call will not get connected ( my voice will not reach the other party but their voice is very clear ) after trying for at least 3/4 times i will be able to talk to other party. Means for all calls in which MY VOICE IS NOT REACHING THE OTHER PARTY let it be ISD ,STD or LOCAL i will be charged minimum for 1 min each time .

                                    MEANS AIRTELL IS MAKING MONEY FOR ALL THE CALLS WHICH ARE NOT CONNECTED BECAUSE OF THERE ERROR IN THEIR CONNECTIVITY CONSUMBER IS SUPPOSE TO PAY EXTRA TO AVAIL THEIR SERVICES .

                                    I can prove from my itemized bill that how much extra i will be paying just to make one call to get connected.

                                    not mentioning my mobile number because it might be misused.

                                    am sure if you have some time and want to really solve the problem then can go through our itemized bill and you will be convinced that with in 1 min if a person is calling ISD two to three times there has to be some problem in the system of airtel
                                    why a customer should be penalized for your faulty system.

                                      When I took the connection I had taken North Mega Pack,. But last year you people has introduced new mega pack and switch my package to it.
                                      Today I just browse the channels in my package, I saw that I am not getting many channels which are listed in my package.
                                      Like itv,comedy central, SADA channel, zee classic, Sony channel8, Fox Action Movies, ETC, Sony Mix and many more.

                                      Above mention channels cost Rs94, as specified on airtel website.

                                      Last time also I raise the same issue. I think airtel people are cheating customer in many areas.
                                      If everything is controlled from airtel server so why the channels in the package are not updated.
                                      This is not the customer responsibility every time browse airtel website and check the list of channels.

                                      I want you to forward this feedback to higher authorities so that they will get to know how customer is getting cheated by airtel.

                                      Airtel DTH — not receiving channels

                                      We are not receiving any channels since 23.5.2011 till date.we have lost watching IPL matches . Regarding this we have contacted airtel customer care several times and our complaint number is 8484551.Our airtel ID number is [protected].In this regard we are requesting you to take necessary action at the earliest on this complaint.
                                      I sent this mail to customer care as well as airtel presence. I got a call from customer care. I ask that lady to connect me to her manager. She told that I will be getting a call back within 1 day. But I didnot receive any call..

                                      Sorry is not a correct word of apolizise, if you cheat someone multiple times. This is not the first time I am cheated by the Airtel DTH service. Everytime you people say sorry but again cheat me. If you people not able to provide good service, please shut down your business. I am paying for the service, not for fraud services. One of the person at airtel DTH called me at around 9pm. I asked him to call me in the morning around 11am, but till now no one called me.
                                      Can someone tell me how to file issue in consumer court. I did not get any response from airtel people till now.
