    espected sir,

    I have submitted my residential certificate duly stamped and signed by the authorities and also a copy of my PAN card after the sim vendor made me sign the APEF. but still im getting messages stating the the form is incomplete and please resubmit for extended services. i dont understand what is going on?. my number is [protected].

      I had bought an Airtel corporate connection for my office, Under an unlimited plan of Rs. 3,999/month which gives 2 mbps speed without any usage-policy.

      I bought the connection thinking i will start my office in few days, but due to some other issues, I was unable to start the office. So i thought of placing my number in safe custody so i wouldn't get billed as per the plan I'm subscribed to.

      I called up Airtel customer care, told them i would like to place my number in safe custody and the executive said I'll be charged Rs.400/month until i request to release my number from safe custody, I agreed to pay Rs.400/month and asked him to place the number in safe custody, he confirmed the same and told me the number has been placed in safe custody and from the next bill I'll be getting Rs.400 bill instead of my plan charges.

      Since the office wasn't started and i didn't go to my office location for about a month or 2, Airtel had generated bills and sent to my office address as per the plan i was subscribed! I had no idea the bills are being generated as per plan and are being sent to my office address until i got a call from collection agency asking me to pay the outstanding amount of Rs. 4,000 (Approx. including taxes.etc.), I told them i had placed the number in safe custody and how can they generate a bill as per the plan. They said they will check and get back to me. I kept on getting calls for about a week, Random people calling from collection agency and asking to pay the outstanding amount, I had to explain the same thing to all and they were all saying same thing "they will check and get back to me". But no one ever got back to me with the details of safe custody request i had placed.

      Then suddenly i stopped getting calls from Airtel collection agency and i thought they checked my request i had placed for safe custody and this is why I'm not getting any calls. This went on and Airtel generated another bill for another month of Rs.4,000 (Approx. including taxes.etc.). Once again I'm not aware of the bill being sent to my office address as i was not going to the site and was busy with my other work.

      After few days, Once again i started getting calls from Airtel Collection agencies asking me to pay outstanding amount of total Rs. 8,000 (Approx. Including taxes.etc.) for 2 months bill. I told them the same thing about my safe custody request i had placed on my account and they were saying the same thing that they will check and get back to me but no one ever got back, then finally i was bomber-ed with lots of calls from airtel (like 3-4 per day at wrong timing) and this time threatening me to take legal action if the outstanding is not paid and the connection was already disconnected, I never used their line even once and in spite after placing the request for safe custody they repeatedly generated bills as per the plan and continued to call me and ask me to pay them.

      Since the time was going and i didn't pay the bill all because of their collection agency telling me they will look into this matter of safe custody request and get back to me as soon as possible, Once again another bill was generated and a total sum of Rs. 12,000 was my outstanding and more calls started this time and one of them even scammed me!

      I asked them how much i need to pay to get the connection activated, they said i need to pay only Rs. 6,000 and they will activate my line again, After few calls (They wanted to discuss with their seniors), I agreed to pay the amount they asked me and they agreed to activate, when they sent their person to my place to collect the payment, I paid him cash and he called up his manager to confirm and that manager spoke to me and promised to activate the line within 24 hours or i can call him up if it doesn't get activated.

      48 hours pasted, I kept on waiting and then i called up customer care to see if the payment was updated and when the connection will be activated. The executive confirmed the payment and here's the shocking part, he told me i still have an outstanding amount of Rs. 6,000 and the number will never get activated until i clear the remaining outstanding amount on my account, I explained him everything about the conversations i had with that manager, executives who called me up to ask for the outstanding and about the safe custody request i had placed but they still generated bills. He took note of everything and placed a complain and told me one of their executives will get back to me on this matter.

      He gave me request number, i noted that and was waiting for their call, I never got any call, so i thought of calling up CC myself and follow-up on my request i had placed. When i said i had placed a request about my matter (Had to explain him everything all from start), he said there is no request on my account, I quoted him my request number and he said the number shows no results and there is no request placed whatsoever.

      I was so pissed of this and he took the request again and told me I'll get a call within 7 working days, Same thing happened again! No call from airtel and now i started to get calls from other collection agency for the remaining amount and this time i spoke directly to the manager from start and he said I'll get a letter from airtel saying the outstanding is settled and there is no balance against the number i had, I had to explain him everything about the previous manager and the amount i had paid and he just said the number cannot be activated until the payment is cleared and if i don't clear, they will take legal action against me. Now I said I'll talk to the other manager and get back to them. I called up the old manager several times and he wasn't picking up any calls, after trying repeatedly for few days, he finally picked up my call and when i explained him about this another outstanding amount airtel is asking, he said he doesn't know anything about this and he has just uploaded my funds and had forwarded the request to activate my number.

      Again i was pissed because of all these things happening and airtel never got back to me on this matter but those collection agency used to call and trouble me, I decided to clear the outstanding amount as i didn't want any legal issues because i usually have to travel abroad for my current business and if i had this legal case, then i wouldn't be able to go and everything would have been messed for small amount, When this manager called up and gave me guarantee saying they will activate the line and I'll get the settlement letter from them and there will be no problems hereafter. I agreed to just end this matter by paying the amount, so i asked him to send his person to my place with the letter copy and i had told him to mention that they will activate the line after the payment is cleared in the letter, he said he will mention and when i got the letter, he didn't mention they will activate the line and it had just mentioned the payment is fully cleared and there is no outstanding, seeing this i called up that manager and asked him why he didn't mentioned and he said this is a settlement letter and that cannot be mentioned and he takes guarantee for activation and all the stuffs, After disagreeing to him as the other manager had told me the same thing, He started talking roughly and threatened me saying if i don't clear, I'll end up in a legal action and they know how to collect the payment from a legal way, As i mentioned early i didn't want to get into any legal fights, so i just paid him and again same thing happened, the line never got activated and 1-2 months went by but no one is there to care, when i called up CC, one says different story and another says something else, some guys used to say the line will be activated after i place the request over the phone, so i placed the request and they give their so called request number which are just fake, this went on and after following up with them after 14 days (they had told me within 14 days the number will be activated from the day i place the request), quoted them with my request number and again there is no history and no request, I just wonder what these CC people do, either they don't know how to place the request properly or the whole system is built to cheat customers by simply generating fake request numbers which have no history as per other CC executives.

      So yeah, I had to place another request and i got no response for my request. When again i called up CC, this is the time when i came to know the number has been fully removed from my account and it cannot be activated whatsoever. I was pissed once again to know that i ended up wasting time, calling them and even paying for the number i never used. Since the payment was cleared, the guy told me they can give me a new number if i request them. I had no other choice other than placing this request and anyhow the number was not distributed to anyone, so that was really not a problem for me, He placed request and told me within 3 working days they will send their people to my place to collect documents again!

      It took them over a month just to call me for the new number, but anyway the office was not yet started, so i was not in hurry and the delay was fine with me. They sent 2 guys to my location and these guys collected my documents, submitted and it got processed normally like a new connection and I got a call from installation guy to config the BB. I asked him to visited my office in evening time as i was busy with my other work. He visited my office and the BB was activated, then as usual airtel called me up to confirm he installed and asked few questions and at the same time, I once again told him i won't be using this number and would like to place this in safe custody, he once again explained me same thing (Rs.400/month charges..etc.) and this time i had subscribed for Rs.1399 plan as the corporate plan was withdrawn. So the person who had called me up asked me if he has to place the request for safe custody and he can do it if i tell him to do so. So i said okay place the number in safe custody and he said he has successfully placed the number in safe custody and they won't generate bills according to the plan but will charge Rs.400/month.

      So once again, The office is not yet started and i don't usually go to the site, Bills were generated by airtel as per the plan (Rs.1399), they had sent 1 month bill and since i wasn't knowing they were sending the bills, the due date for the first month crossed and I was still unaware of this. They generated second bill and this is when i came to know as airtel started to call me and ask for the outstanding amount, I asked the amount and i thought it would be Rs.800 or around that including taxes.etc. because i had placed the number in safe custody, but the lady told me it's around Rs.2,000+ I was confused at that time and told her I'll first talk to CC and then pay them. When i called up CC asking them for more details on how many months bill it was and why it was Rs. 2000+ they said it's as per my subscribed plan. This is when things started to go wrong. I explained him about the safe custody request and once again same thing happened and he said there is no request in my account and this is when i really came to know the process of safe custody!

      He explained me i need to first clear the payment, then go to airtel outlet and give them written request and then only the number will be placed in safe custody, I told him the first guy never explained me this process and he had told me he has placed my number in safe custody and then i told him i would like to file a complain against this matter as this was the second time they attempted to leach money from me and he said i have to email airtel at [protected]@in.airtel.com, I sent an email explaining the whole matter and this time i threaten them to take legal action if they don't resolve this issue.

      I got a call from a guy called Anoop and he seem to be nice and then explained me the whole process and i explained him the old matter and this current issue with them and he said there is no request for safe custody hence the bills are normally generated and there is no issue with my account and i told the guy whom i spoke to at the time of installation didn't explain this process and just told me he has placed the number in safe custody, He wanted me to prove him, He said he can't help me if i don't get any proof for that request i had placed, Now i never thought they would do this again and scam me, otherwise i would have just recorded the call between me and the person whom i spoke at that time.

      Their whole system is built to scam people!

      Summary:
      1. They won't explain the process properly to place your number in safe custody and just ask you if you would like to place it or not and if you tell them to place the request, they say they have successfully placed the request and they will also give you fake request number (Though i never got any request number from them for safe custody, but for any other requests, they give you the number and when you follow-up, there is no history on their systems)
      2. They will generate bills as per the plan you are subscribed and if you explain them and tell them you had placed the number in safe custody, they will just waste your time saying they will check and get back to you, this is their tactic to generate another bill, they do their best to make sure they generate as many bills as they can to leech more money from you.
      3. If you don't pay the amount, the collection agencies will trouble you full day asking you to pay and if you explain them the matter, they simply don't care about anything and just say they will check and next day same thing repeats and you yourself end up paying the amount after they threaten you to take legal action and you get pissed of getting so many calls from them.
      4. If you threaten them to take legal action and ask them to resolve the issue, they ask you for the proof and tell you there is no request on their system, since the systems are owned by them, controlled by them we can't do anything and just end up having no proofs and even if they give you their so called request number, they won't have any history, So basically they scam and then clear the history and blame you only saying you didn't place any requests.etc.

      The above issues is still going on and I'm still getting calls, now i just decided to clear the payment and just disconnect their service, since i have nothing to proof (obviously they didn't explain me the process correctly and on top of all this, they blame me only saying that's not how the safe custody request is placed and asking me to prove them.)

      Conclusion: STAY AWAY FROM AIRTEL, THEY ARE THE NUMBER OF FRAUDSTERS IN INDIA AND YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING UNLESS YOU HAVE THE WRITTEN PROOF.

      P.S. If they want written proof of your request, then why the hell they have Customer Care in first place! And If they call you, they don't record your call and if you call them and place the request, they do record but they will never give you the clip if it proves them wrong, but if you're wrong, then they will bring up all the call logs/recorded clips/account history.etc. and prove you wrong.

      Airtel — Won't fix bill

      Airtel charged me Rs 4500 for GPRS that I did not have.
      I brought this to the attention of their customer service agents and this is what happened
      1) First response - "The charges are valid ma'am." (Bbb but I don't have that service dummy)
      2) Second - "I'll forward your complaint, we'll call you back regarding it." ( but they never do)
      3) "Please pay bill or we'll disconnect your phone." (But they haven't fixed my bill yet.) "That's your problem ma'am please fix it as soon as possible" (But how can I?)
      4) Uneducated, rude people call you to pay the bill, you ask them for their ID and they hang up on you
      5) Your phone is disconnected, your bill STILL not fixed (But my resolve is strong to fight it)
      6) Customer retention calls to tell they value your patronage. You tell them about your problem, they say they'll call back but never do
      7) More rude, random calls. Now on your home phone.
      8) Collection people call. Ask you to meet midway. Your patience has worn out and you probably give in.

      It's shameful that AIRTEL does not have a customer service department. They have a bunch or untrained and unintelligent people who pick up calls to waste the customer's time. No complaint I've made has ever been resovled. Even when they themselves call to ask if we're satisfied with their service. It's such a sham.
      I'm so frustrated with their billing. It's the second time it's happened to me. And I can't bare to go through tihs frustating sequence again, hence i'm disconnecting from them.

      Landline Broadband — Forgery of cash payment of bill

      Dear Sir,
      We are using Airtel Broadband, Landline, Mobile connections& DTH services of Airtel since last 11yrs. You can see the past records that the payments are well paid on date always. This is the first time we are facing inconvenience from ur side.On 7th June after 6pm at Aditya Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad Branch, I have paid Rs. 1066/- for the no.[protected] & Rs. 2060/- for the No. [protected]. On asking of Payment Rect. the staff collecting the payment said that they are on the "Go Green Move & I'll receive sms from their side". Till date i haven't received any messege. They are showing the payment of Rs. 2060/- for the no. [protected] and it seems that the another money goes in her purse. I am receiving 10 calls everyday about non payment of bill but i cann't expect this type of irresponsible action from a big company like airtel. I'm requesting to look into the matter.

        I got an SMS saying 'Thanks for choosing RE1_IPLAYER at Re. 1/day' even when i hadn't done anything. And then my balance keeps decreasing every day. I sent the SMS 'STOP iPlayer' and 'STOP RE1_IPLAYER' to both 121 and 1210 but it says it cannot find any services that i've subscribed to. This is clear cheating. Please remove my subscription immediately and restore my lost balance.

          I am a prepaid customer of Airtel services since the last 4 years. There have been many instances where an additional service was started without my knowledge & later on charged for it. Recently i have faced a similar situation and was forcefully charged for the service which I had never selected. On interrogation I was not explained in detail regarding it and in turn i was treated rudely buy the call centre executive.

          I have the reference of the services & the call made to stop it.

          Service id= ITW.Sizzling.Celebs_AD-54321.
          cal reference= COVWC[protected]-Airtel IMO.

          This took place on 28 March 2012.

          Please let me know if this is enough information to taje action or give feedback to the company.

          Airtel — Regarding Additional charges and poor service

          I am an Airtel lifetime prepaid user mob no [protected].An additional charge of Rs 1.50 was being deduced from my account per day without prior information ,when I complained about this to Airtel call center I didnt recieve any satisfactory reason for this,instead I am being charged Rs3.0 for each call.I have written this complaint to Airtel Malad office but did'nt recievd any response.

          I am frustrated about the kind of service provided by the company.

          Sub;- Deactivate Masti Pack From Cell No [protected]

          Sir,

          I have got Airtel Connection No[protected] since long time and sorry to note that after repeatedly request Masti Pack has not been deactivate till Date while since July 20, 2008. I am requesting for same.
          Detail as given below:-
          SMS Sent
          UNSUB MASTI to 53030 Dt.20/07/08, 24/07/08, 2/8/08, 26/08/08, 5/09/08, 13/9/08 &15/11/08
          As well as every week I requested to customer care on 121 but I am very much dissatisfied with your service that after several assurances give by your customer care as well as by your local Airtel Office of Gurgaon still this Masti Pack has not been deactivated.
          Please noted that as per 121, SMS recalled on 13/9/08 intimating that complaint registered.
          On NDNC S.[protected] and within 45 days all promotional communication should be stopped.
          Meantime I requested you to please de activated Masti Pack From my Number at once and credit what ever amount has deducted since 20/07/08 in my account.
          You early reply awaited

            Transferred Rs. 330 = 00 towards mobile recharge from HDFC bank at 3:50 pm today[protected].But the mobile was not recharged. On enquiry on their phone no. [protected] I was told that the process will take four hours. at 9:30 pm i contacted problem not solved at first attempt. again i tried four times but i could not reached the attendent. Usless manerless dirty service.

              I would like to inform you that my mobile number [protected] has been diconected for last one week. Alt without informing me they have disconected the line. I have written them (AIRTELhough I had recharged the number as it is prepaid line and also took internet conection in the line.
              , they disconected the same. I have written the company for the same and they assured me that they are lookng in the metter, but I did not get any Respected Sir, would you please look in to the matter and let me get the number back as world wide I have given this number to my relatives, friends and BUSINESS ASSOCIATES.

                I have a DTH cinnection of Airtel. But from last 3 month i am not using the DTH service so an executive from customer care of this company call me and instructed that if you are not using this DTH so have to recharge it with 150 Rs and put it in a safe cusyody mode . I agreed i recharged my DTH connection by 200 Rs on 7th feb and call at customer care for put my DTH connection in safe custody , he told me ok i have done it.But yesterday on 29th march a massage came to me from Airtel service that my balance is zero and and my service is suspended and i wiil have rechaege , Icalled to customer care and answered me that the safe custody is not activated in my account , i told to him how it is possible Your executive told me that your safe costody is on at that time, but they didn't give me any satisfied answer also they not responce properly their executive told me that our seniour will call you but they didn't call me till now

                Exactly the same thing happened with me. I recharged but in vain.
                Need to mae a serious comapint again them. And I actually feel these people are fake but I wonder how do they get our info?!

                  We have called to customer care lot of times and informed about signal loss in both the connections from airtel.
                  We have two connections from airtel and since two days we cannot watch TV as there is no signal to these antennas.
                  even after repeated follow-ups no body visited our place.

                    Hello, This is pradeep M C. I was using vodafone service with number [protected]. I have applied for number portability from vodafone to airtel. Porting to airtel is done. but they have not provided the SIM card. And all the plans are activated as I got messages to vodafone number day before porting day. So, some one may be misusing this. Please block the airtel number [protected].

                      Hi, i am prem sutar, user of airtel service provider since many year, my mobile no. is [protected], last night i recieved massages from AD54321 saying thank you for downloading software and charged me 50rs. Whereas i did not download any software, i just do my regular updates but i have not charged anytime, please i request do needful to me as soon as possible, thank you in advance.

                        My self Aravind Kumar with consumer ID no [protected].I purchased the connection on 31-Oct-2011 and got the connection on 1-Nov -2011 services started with bengali/oriya regional pack ,were i requested for telugu regional after repeated calls they changed to telugu.
                        when i Purchased the connection free validity was mentioned for 6 months but they disconnected service on 24-mar-2012 which a head of free period.
                        when i call the lazy/mum service center they have given service request no 17326280,17257078 ,but till now there is no response regarding this, even i have submitted the copy of date of purchase receipt.Now they are saying vendor has cheated me,how can vendor activate the connection before i purchase,does the airtel should have common sense.
                        i request no one should opt airtel and Zeetv -Dishtv which are worst among the service provider.

                          i am having this probnlem of frenzo internet services from a long time. today a representative from ur company called up and informed me that services are activated from his end but i am still having the same problem. an error of mismatch o[censored]sername and password is coming inspite of entering the right password and even changing it in case of wrong memory. on reporting this problem, the representative is asking me to talk to 121 customer care. nw they r telling me to talk to 12118 or 12116 and i am getting no help whatsoever. pls look into this matter and solve the problem or else i have to take stricter action.

                          i not open mobile internet in day time
                          I using airtel internet on mobile No [protected] last 10 Month. I unable to connect internet in day time last three months.                           I have been facing issue with my mobile Internet. The problem happened 2 months ago which was solved after repeated complaints and in 20 days.And today again, my mobile internet is not catching network.                             This is to inform that Airtel was deducting Rs.1 daily for the past 1 year from my mother-in-laws number without our knowledge. Last week we had some doubts that the balance in the prepaid mobile is reducing quickly. Today I called the customer care and inquired about it. They said that its been deducted for the past 1 year. They also mentioned that she might have received a automated call from Airtel and she pressed some number as per the request in the automated message.

                            THIS IS REALLY NOT FAIR

                            Is India a complete 100% educated country?

                            Here in India 50% of them are illiterates and my mother-in-law also included in that. We gave her a mobile just because she is aged and for emergency contact purpose as we both are living at different places.

                            But the telecommunication companies are misusing this.

                            I have the recorded conversation of Airtel customer care for proof, but unable to attach with this.

                            Please, Please, Please take steps to stop these type of calls and save the people of India.

                            Note: Reaching Airtel customer care is very hard and it will take nearly 20-30 mins

                                Surprised to see the services of Airtel.
                                I had past connection with Airtel for which F&FS was done in 2011.
                                In 2012, new conncetion was provided and few days it worked fine and suddenly it was blocked.

                                After discussin on helpline, they asked the letter F&FS which i provided on Sunday.
                                Its been 4 days and they are yet to provide a solution even after assurance that it will be restored in 4 hrs.

                                Now their support has reverted to be resolved by 5th April. For restoring services.. 10 days??
                                Tried calling the fiexed line IVR but no option available from the ususal 121-5-4 i used to dial since yesterday ,,, very strange.

                                After repeatedly mentioning that I had settled the same last year, nothing constructive was done.
                                Fortunately, I have been able to find the settlement letter, payment slip and all the voice recordings made between the Airtel and Me during that time.

                                I will like to mention, it is very unfortunate for people like us who have to go through repeated harassment for no good reason.

                                To Airtel Business Heads & Quality Managers,

                                Few points that Airtel needs to consider:
                                1) If the new connection is been provided, why no previous checks were made in context to the history of the registered name and the address
                                2) After discussing with support, it was also observed Airtel does not have linkage between fixed-line, mobile, digital connections , hence mobile was not blocked.
                                3) For good conversation, SMS is sent for feedback, but for heated exchange of words, I never receive a SMS for feedback? Are only +ve feedbacks are taken for higher CSLM/CSC?

                                I am holding now only 1 post-paid connection – [protected] , digital TV and other mobile # [protected] (on my father’s name which is mostly on international roaming).
                                This is very upsetting that nothing worth is done to look into the process gaps in your critical activities.

                                I am attaching the settlement letter and the payment made on 7th May 2011 of Rs.3500/- against Rs.7701/- as Full and Final before the validity date of 8th May, 2011.
                                Also, as I am assured that the number of days the services have been blocked, it will be compensated with extension of days accordingly.

                                I also requested Shivam / Ankit to arrange a call-back to me and they have promised me to have the connection functioning in 4 hrs. receiving this mail.

                                  My name is Rohit and this is in regards to my service request nos. 11664922 and 12105122 against my broadband no.[protected]. I have been using airtel 649 p/m rental broadband plan and in the first week of Feb, I received a letter stating my plan is revised to a 749 p/m rental. FYI - {649 p/m rentals include 10 GB high speed data limit with 512 kbps and rest 256 kbps unlimited} {749 rental include 10Gb high speed data limit with 2mbps speed rest 256 kbps with few calling benefits}

                                  Feb 14 - I have placed a request (no.[protected], that 749 p/m rental plan does not suits me and it has been changed without my consent. Also I do not need those free calling time & high speed. I placed a request to change my plan back to original 649 p/m rental, executive said that plan is not available at present however i can place a request for our billing department to get a suitable plan for you or change it to old one. I was advised by him that I will get a resolution before 22 Feb.

                                  Feb 20 - I called airtel customer care support to check on my request, the executive said he doesn't show anything worked on the request as of now and the status of request is still open. he also stated that billing/payment deptt will get in touch with me on or before 22 Feb. I told him to place an additional request with it that I do need a resolution on 22 feb as my billing cycle starts from 23 of every month and in case I do not get a suitable plan, I would like to discontinue airtel services, in no situation I will be continuing with 749 p/m rental. He assured me for a resolution on/before 22 Feb.

                                  Feb 22 - I never received any call or resolution in any form from airtel.

                                  Feb 24 - Hardik form airtel called and advised me that 649 pm rental plan has been discontinued by airtel. I asked a resolution from him and he came up with a 599 pm rental plan with high speed data limit of 10GB at 2 mbps and rest 256 kbks unlimited, no calling benefits. I reiterated this whole plan atleast three times may be more on that call with Hardik and he confirmed same and said I have placed a request for same and you will be receiving a call from airtel for plan confirmation. I told him to go ahead with the request.

                                  Feb 25 - Rinku from airtel called and wanted a confirmation for 599 rental plan. I asked her the details she said high speed data limit will be 5 GB with 2 mbps speed. I told her that i have been advised by Hardik for a 10 GB high speed data limit, she said she does not have any plans of 599 with 10 gb data limit. When I questioned her about hardik information she advised me to get in touch with complaints department and could not be very helpful.

                                  I dont really know where would this complaint end up at, but let me put it on anyways.. maybe it reaches the right ears...

                                  I was on a limited usage tariff plan for airtel broadband connection.
                                  and two months ago, i started receiving invoice on a changed tariff. when I expressed my concern to the call centre... & when it was identified that the change is implemented after they received an email from [protected]@gmail.com. when I told them this is not my email address.. .please check my registered email address & do the correction... they dont seem to bother about it... and go on to bill me once again on the higher tariff.

                                  & they even chase me for payments... & payment agent is 'amit dubey' who is so dumb that even after repeating my concern... he just dont seem to hear anything... and keeps calling me like a fresh call all over again... there are instances when i have received 8 to 10 calls immediately after one another after i disconnected the phone after finding myself talking to a wall...

                                  hello sir i m using airtel broadband INTERNET for last one year .and being a valuable customer they changed my plan which i was using, without any prior notice and the new plan is costing me more as well as not suiting my usage..my account no is 15557791.This is the way a company like Bharti-Airtel is bluffing with its customers..

                                  Airtel — without my permission airtel increase my tariff plan

                                  i am kuldeep jha. simply a user of internet services of airtel company. i take a internet plan of Rs 699 and after adding some taxes of Rs 70 to 80, bill reached at around Rs 780 .till 23 may all was fine after that increase my atriff plan.they make it a plan of Rs 936.
                                  SIR i am not capable to pay it.i will pay bill according to my condition,my plan that i take.

                                    Hello Team,

                                    I would like to draw your attention to my experiences with Airtel.

                                    1) On March 18, 2012 I recharged my account online with Some of Rs:-50 , Transaction id:[protected]

                                    2) Once the rechanre the compleated I got SMS form 5555 saying you account has been recharged with Rs:- 43.00

                                    3) After this when I check my account balance I noticed the account balance was Rs:- 3.00, which means the account was not rechared and the balance was not added in to my account.

                                    4) After this when I called your customer services (Mumbai) on 20/03/2012 (I was hoping that, balance will come in to my account, but since nothing happened in two days, I decided to call on 20/03/2012) , I expalined them with the details, I helped them with the Transaction id and all my details and you CSR infoirmed me that, you will get a call from our end on 21/03/2012.

                                    5) Since I never received any call from your end, I again called your customer service (Mumbai) and I asked them for the complaint I have logged (complaint no:- conrc[protected]).

                                    6) On above call airtel CSR informed me that, due to incomplete information you complaint was rejected.

                                    7) Here when I called them I helped them with all the details which they have asked me for, then on what basis my complaint was rejected.

                                    8) When I ask the same question to their CSR, she said it was our fault and we are sorry for the same.

                                    9) It means if I have not been called on 21/03/2012, I will never come to know about the status, that they have rejected my complaint because of their fault which is unjustified, unwarranted and unacceptable.

                                    This is how they provide service to their customer?

                                    10) Airtel CSR then logged one more complaint for the same issue with the complaint no:[protected] and when I asked her to mentioned my old ticket no which was rejected by them because of their fault, she simply denied that and told me you will get a call now on 23/03/2012 instead 21/03/2012.

                                    Now tell me why should I wait till 23rd March, 2012 because of your fault? This is how they avoid your mistakes? this is how they treat their customers?

                                    I told them If you regret what has happened with me and would like to take corrective measures, I would still be willing to provide an opportunity to airtel for the same (in that event I would like to have my balance added in to my account by today itself (21/03/2012) )

                                    But if you feel that the problem is something that can't be fixed, then i have to take the necessary action.

                                    I also marked Sunil Mittal in CC and told him that, I hope you would personally look into this matter and take the necessary action promptly. The following are the my details :

                                    After this on 03/22/2012 With reference to the above, I got SMS from their end saying your issue has been resolved for complaint no:- conrc[protected], but when I checked my balance nothing has been added in to my account. So I asked them may I know on what basis was this issue considered resolved ? .
                                    This is getting increasingly frustrating.

                                    Without me being credited with the talk time for which I have paid for, how could the issue be considered as resolved.

                                    On the telephonic conversation with the customer Service representative, I was informed that, they tried calling me and that my no was not reachable.

                                    I informed them I have received several calls since morning and my number was not out of coverage or switched off. So what I was informed by the Customer Service Representative was false ans incorrect information was provided. And if you would like to still insist that my number was not reachable, obviously, there is a serious problem with Airtel Network Coverage and you need to resolve it.

                                    I then told them that, to summarize, my primary concern of not being credited with the talk time for which I have paid for becomes the secondary concern and the poor customer service I have been receiving becomes the primary concern. The customer service representatives must get some lessons about professionalism.

                                    Coming back to the initial issue, I have not being credited with the talk time (a service or product) for which I have already paid for. I told them Please be aware that this accounts to fraud under section 420 of IPC.

                                    If I fail to get a quick response on this I would be compelled to initiate legal proceedings against Bharti Airtel.

                                    After this on 03/26/2012 I got the call from Nodel officer Sapna chavan (No:- +91-[protected]) and she informed me that, we will resolve your issue on 03/28/2012. I waited for their call on 03/28/2012 but they didn’t called me and they didn’t even updated me with the satus.

                                    I then mail them with the following and still they haven’t done anything.

                                    Hi Sapna,

                                    With reference to your email, given below my issue has to be resolved by 03/28/2012. But if I check my account balance nothing has been creadited in to my account yet. Also per your email, i should get the call from your end on 03/28/2012 but nothing has been done yet.

                                    I am not at all getting why there is delay is resolving this issue? I facing this issue since 03/18/202 and nothing has been done yet, even after providing all the proofs.

                                    This is how Airtel provides services to their sutomers. it;'s one of the worst customer services I have received in my life.
                                    I wanted to know why you are not taking this issue seriously? I have paid the amount still I am not getting my balance back then what exactly you people are doing now? what else you want from your customer now?

                                    This is totally frustating me now?

                                    Mr. Mittal, Kapil Sibal and Appellate team, please do let me know if you do not want to interfare this issue.

                                    Your people are the authoritis, if you will not do something then it it is obvious that, every CSR will do what they want.

                                    If this is the case, then I am sorry but I think you are good for nothing?

                                    I am a customer of Airtel and my number is [protected].I had recharged my balance with Rs.100.The account was not credited.When asked from the shopkeeper he asked to report it to the company.Since I was travelling I couldn't.I reached Indore and again recharged for another Rs.100 on 4th June,2011.Still the balance was not credited.I request you to look into the matter and credit my account with the sum as soon as possible.

                                    my airtel postpaid mobile no.[protected]. i credit my payment Rs.250/- by cheque date on 21/03/2012 at bhathinda office but cheque s clear from my bank account and this payment s not credited on my airtel mobile account . so pls strict action against this company.

                                      I'm very disappointed in the way my case has been handled.

                                      I had asked for my services to be discontinued on Jan 30th post which your technician came home either the same day or the next (I don't remember exactly). He took the set-top box, hdmi cable, charger etc and said that I will get my cheque in 20 days or so.

                                      When I called your center on Feb 7th I was shocked to see that my services were still active and the your customer service rep said that he'll follow this up and resolve. Today when I called back after a month, I was shocked to see that my services are still active on your system and my credit balance which was INR 7,500 when I disconnected my services is now at INR 6700.

                                      I'm furious now and the delay in getting my own money back has been annoying. I spoke to your senior supervisor today Mr Puhin Pal and he said he'll speak to his team and get back to me in 2 hours. I asked him for his supervisor or higher up and he said they were busy with other errands and said he'll ask them to call me back. I insisted that I have their name to which he said that he cannot give out their name. How can that be a policy where they cannot give out their supervisors name when he is going to call me anyways in 2 hours? Is this true? Can they not give the customer their names?

                                      I feel that your company is just shying away from responsibility and am sorry to say that I will never go back to Airtel in the rest of my living life.

                                      I will give you an opportunity to resolve my case and if I don't hear back from you'll I'll go to the consumer guidance society and also sue you for damages and mental harassment. My contact information is below.

                                      It's been 2 months now and I've still not heard from Airtel reps or supervisors and no one is talking about refunding my money. I need my money with damages paid for for all the agony and frustration and long hours on phones and MORE.....

                                        Dear concern,
                                        Myself Dr.rumit patel, I am customer of airtel dth, currently I was upgrade my normal dth with HD dth from airtel service dep. They committed to give me 10HD channel free for 15 days. After installation any HD channel was not display hence I was call them and they was demanded 24hr for activation.
                                        Although after 24hr my HD channels are not activated and when I call them those people disconnect my phone after listening complains. I was calling them already 15 to 20 times.
                                        I was purchased from credit card and Miss Anupama Mishra was involving as a airtel dth sale executive.
