Respected Sir/Madam,
Complaint: Other network provider numbers (except airtel number) are not able to call to my number [protected], calls getting drops “Disconnecting”. But the airtel numbers people can do call to my number [protected]. I can do the outgoing calls to any network operator from my number ([protected]). I can send and receive SMS from any network operator.
Excise: I have done this excise.
1. Changed the handsets and choosing network selection
2. Changed the SIM
Duration of problem: 28th September 2011(from 1st day activation of this number [protected])
Model of handset(s) : I have tried with both Nokia 2600C and Nokia C2
Error message : Other people(Other than Airtel users), while calling to my number [protected], their calls get drops “Dissconnecting”
Sample numbers via which you are not able to receive incoming calls: [protected], [protected] and [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and etc.
I have given my complaints to Airtel people several times, but without resolving problem and my concern, they are closing my complaint request.

Kindly request you to raise SIR (Special Investigation Report) and send one technical executive to my palace & rectify the problem.
Otherwise organize to meeting with technical team; I will directly meet at their place.
I Request you to take high priority and do the needful as soon as possible.
