    Dear Sir,

    I applied for BROADBAND in the first week of AUG, 2011. Application No. is: 1207001

    However, I was informed after several phone calls to CC that my application cannot be executed due to non-availability of cables in my area.

    Hence, I asked for repayment of Rs.500/- advance paid them. I complained more than 3 times still I have not got the refund.

    My latest complaint request No. is:[protected].09.2011) and the due date for the same was: 20.09.2011. Till now I have not got the refund amount.

    I haven't got any message or action taken from anyone from Airtel and I seek your kind intervention to settle the issue at the earliest. I fed up in making calls continuously, which had gone in vain.

    Kindly take necessary action to refund the amount in 3 days time.

      Inspite of full up to date payment of my Airline Landline Account No. 12062212 against Phone Nos.[protected] and[protected], my connection has been disconnected.

      I have visited the Airtel Office at Jalandhar and met Ms. Pooja, their authorised representative and she himself calculated the whole bill as the bill was overcharged due to the fact that I have given the request for disconnection of my Telephone bearing No.[protected] few months back. My son paid the whole bill in office. itself. Then there representative came to my office and calculated the next bill after deducting the excess charges of disconnected phone and I paid the balance in cash. Now no bill is due and today in the morning they have disconnected my phone for no fault of ours at our end as far as payment is concerned.

      I have requested them three to four times through their representative but no positive action or reply is being given. They are just befooling me that your phone will be started within half and hour but more than eight hours has passed but no result.

      Kindly get the needful done and I be relieved from the autocratic rather hitler type behaviour of non-cooperation of Airtel Office situated at Jawahar Nagar, Jalandhar. My email address is : [protected]@gmail.com

        Inspite of my complaints for 3 timesand the solution taken by you, I have
        been charged Rs.5 (15 times) till today for renewal of
        subscriptionVideosParlou subscription service from Airtel.

        I am an airtel prepaid customer. My no is : [protected]. I have not subscribed for
        subscriptionVideosParlou. This message commes from AD54321

        I don't know how my number was known to them. Kindly take some actions
        and to avoid these kinds of nuisance

        I also want to strictly warn for these actions. I also want Airtel to
        refund the amount taken to my prepaid no.my again

        If no actions are taken, I would like to take this complaint to next severe stage and change my service provider.

          i went to Airtel Landline Showroom (Jaysoft) in II Avenue, Anna Nagar & enquired about broadband. I wanted them to check feasibility in my area before taking the application. They said it is feasible & took the application, ID proof, address proof & installation charges of 650/= (cheque). After a few days, when I contacted them in the Jaysoft Anna Nagar office, they say it is not possible to give the connection and asked me to contact the customer care to request for cancellation. Why is Airtel not verifying feasibility taking up the application? When I called the customer care I came to know that my name has been wrongly registered at their end. In spite of giving ID proof, the name has been entered wrongly. What is the use of giving ID Proof & the application. I gave requests for change in name to get the refund cheque in correct name. In the meanwhile, they had realised my cheque & got the money. It is nearly 2 months since I applied & still I haven't got the refund. Though the customer care accept requests, they immediately set it to closed without giving actual resolution. My name is not set correct so far also I didn't get the refund. Whenever we call the hotline number, there is no proper response from the team.

          The airtel hotline is only accessible only from limited places & every time I go to the Anna Nagar showroom, there is a big queue & each customer on the phone having heated up conversation with the customer care.c

            I was using Airtel iptv connection , later i decided to cancel Iptv because picture quality and iptv service was real bad from the standard of Airtel . I raised a request for cancellation of iptv and change of plan to broadband and internet only .they gave me 7 days to sort the problem..after that it took 2 months to cancel my iptv . I have called customer service number of times and mailed them number of times .every time they used to tell that my request is on priority.Days passed away , we were paying for iptv even though we were not using that . I have already taken tata sky connection.After cancelling iptv i came to know that my phone will be disconnected and i will not be using internet until and unless they reactivate my airtel landline number[protected] . I have applied for reactivation,their Representative came and colelcted the form and told me that it will get activated within 2 days ...Almost 1 month passed from then and there is no response from their side.i have called them number of times and mailed them also .they used to say that my request is on priority .My request number is 5502926 .I am frustated now ,my net is not working and i am not able to work.My phone is not working ..Every time they used to make some excuses and say that request is on priority ..problem is with back end ..what the hell i have to do with them ...We pay them and they provide us service and infact airtel charges more than others just in name of service..But such a pathetic response..its really irritating...

              On 26th of September , I availed Airtel Broadband services with Landline number :[protected] . Till now , 28th October 2011 , my Broadband Wifi connection hasn't been activated by Airtel & My profile hasn't been created in their database . I registered my complaints many a times on Customer Care department but they never resolved my compliant and closed my unresolved compliant without solving it. I am staying in a posh locality in Noida which is Sector 19 where Service providers fight to grab a connection. I have lost my Business in lakhs . I request all the business owners to avail services from some other service provider other than Airtel.

              Airtel Broadband — Wifi Connection

              Dear Airtel,
              I had lodged a copmplaint No 43786480 on friday regarding the Airtel Broadband .The problem had been told to many people in airtel like Rohit,Kuldeep,technician Manoj,Shekhar etc but so far the complaint had not been rectified and it is really really pathetic,you people sell the products but your after sales services are worst.

                I had apply for number portability of my airtel mobile no.[protected] to vodafone vide porting request number AM171838 on 18.10.2011. on 25.10.2011 Airtel representative contacted me about this potabilty on phone number[protected].. after discussion with him he tell me they will credit Rs.100/- to my mobile number [protected] & also discontinued all VAS on this phone. Hence, I had sent one sms CPR to 51619 on 25.10.2011 at 10.09.08 hours.After 48 hours my mobile number [protected] still not credited with amount of Rs.100 & also VAS related to ringtone sill not discontinued.From vodafone I had received message that my number portability has been rejected by your currentoperator.Now tell me What is to be done? Can I again apply for number poetability with Vodafone or wait for airtel..............
                dont continue with airtel .. they are looting people .. switch to voda immediately .. u can reapply for MNP by sending port (ur mobile no.) to 1900 ..

                  this is the msg on my cell. You have received a MMS but it cannot be delivered on your phone. Retreive the MMs at http/125.21.241.88/mms. Use your no, to login with password upkiszu.

                  When i went to the site there is no provision for login or password. Only complaints have been registered. If the site is not working then dont send such messages to anyone.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I was using Airtel DTH HD set top box for my TV connection since 2010 August. The set top box is not working from 13th October 2011, and I had tried to contact Airtel call centre on[protected]. It was always gone through IVR system and couldn't speak with any one. Finally I wrote a mail to their customer service mail id regarding the same on 19th Oct 2011. I have received complaint registered No.12815574.Then no one was attended my complaint, still they sent SMS saying your complaint has being resolved and still you have any issue you may contact on [protected]. I have called on this number, one man took the call and I have explained the details. His response was he is not responsible for any complaint rectification and disconnected the call.

                    Again I have forwarded the mail to the same customer service ID. same thing is happening every time.

                    Finally, on 25th Oct-11 7:30 pm I got a call from their service personal and he said he will be attending the complaint same day before 10:00 pm. but no one was attended. Then I have called on that No [protected], his replay was he will attend on next day before 12:00 noon. same way nobody was neither call me nor attended.

                    The last statement was they don't have HD set top box stock, you will get it when the stock arrive and for replacement with a cost of Rs 750.00.

                    Now the holidays for children and TV is not working, so I have requested them to resolve as early as possible.

                    what should I do, Pls help me.

                      This is in reference to the complaints no 4899942 and 6261680. My husband
                      Mr. Ankush Gupta applied for an airtel broadband connection. The forms were
                      duly filled and the payment was made by cheque which was also cleared on time. The customer enrollment form number was 1124954.the cheque was given for 8th Feb. 2008. After a month when we contacted the company then we were told that connection will be given soon. After 15 days we were told that connection cannot be given. this information was provided when we asked .no
                      customer service was given.
                      then repeated enquiries to your office revealed that at the time of getting the forms filled, taking the cheque and depositing the cheque the company and the concerene dexceutive d (Mr.Ahmed, mobile no--[protected]) knew very well that company is not in the position to provide conncetion to the location F-29 hauz khas enclave. yet the cheque
                      was taken. When the company didn't had a product to sell then why it made a
                      booking for it and took the payment.
                      This is against the normal profession work ethics.
                      Does it take more than two months to process a simple case of Rs. 800? This
                      is pure business malpractice and unfair business dealing on part of
                      airtel. When company wanted money form me it came within two days and took
                      the money for a service which it very well knew it couldn't provide. Now it
                      is delaying refund of my hard earned money. Till today the company has not
                      apologized or done anything to make the refund. Its only when I enquire
                      than a repeated complaint is lodged.form past two months i have been haering(that too when i contact airtel
                      ) that my claim is in process. when it will be processed.Secondly i would like to know why Airtel and its exceutive Mr.Ahme dcommited this forgery with me.why i ahve been cheate dwith my hard earned and why is there relectuance to pay me my money back.
                      Besides till today nobody form airtel ahs made any inquiry for my grievances .Due to your negligence i couldnot get broadband installed for four months and lost percious business.yet no aplogy has been tendred.
                      instead when ever i inquired form Mr.Ahmed about payback of my money he always said that iam at mercy of Airtel and if he and company wouldnot wish than i wont get my money back and i can do anything that i want to do. same reply was given to me by your telemarketing female officials,
                      Why executive sat Airtel are so rude and refuse to accpet their mistake. Just to achive his target Mr.Ahmed along with Airtel staff swindled me of my money and yet threatned me with dire consequences.
                      Till today i have not been compensated. your telemarketing excutives suggets that if i try to go to court than it will be my loss as Airtel is too big a company and it can do anything to me and harm my business.
                      It seems like Airtel has made it a business practice to profit from money of innocent people and yet its executive stake pride in threatening me with dire consequences when i inquire for my refund.

                      I had applied for a broadband connection on 10/11/2008 and my subscriber enrollment number is SEF NO:HY 128193 and have also paid Rs 1, 000 by cheque no 296626 dated 10/11/2008 by HDFC Bank, Hyderabad but after 2 days i got a call from the executive that my connection will not be possible as the DP is not installed at that time.I am trying to contact every day to your executive to refund my money and there is no reply.So would request to refund my money and would also say that this is no the correct way to treat a customer.i would also like to say that at the time of selling a service your people will call 100 times but when there is a problem they will not even recieve your calls.Its been now more than a month but did not recieve my money if a do not get my money back in a weeks time would have to move to some higher authority to get this thing settled .

                      I'm calling everyday and no one can do anything. the customer care has no manners and then keep repeating same words "i pologize for inconveniences...sir, you'll definitely receive it by mentions the date( i.e after business 2days) but they never even get back to me...or get a refund. Sometime they even said, your money was already refunded at that address...but doesn't know the corrier service (the third party) they say all theese craps and make me MAD everytime I call up...I would be glad to do anything to make the business unsuccessfull or [censored] the agent.                       I had booked for Airtel Internet Connection on 5-10-09 and paid 3000 advance towards 5 months internet charges .However the internet connection could not be provided due to some technical resasons by the company(they had to dig a road to get the cable which they felt was not profitable ) .When I called the cutomer care they said that the amount woul be refunded in 15 days .After 15 days I again called up customer care and they gave me a complaint # 25750920.They said that the money would be refunded back by 2-11-09 .Till today I have not got my refund back kindly help me with this .I am greatly distressed by this .I shall not recommend anyone to go for Airtel services, their after sales services are really bad.

                      Its really strange to know that you do not have details about my Address, phone number etc, .I have called customer care more than 6 times and verified all the details .This is really bad .If you do not have my details how did you plan on billing me incase the connection was given to me .Any way I have sent an email to Airtel.This is the proof so that you dont tell later that it was not sent .Another funny thing is that yesterday I got a call from Airtel saying that cheque is on the way till now no news .I was wondering how did you guys make that call since you say that you do not have information .I sincerely hope that all airtel departments co ordinate with each other and have a common pool of information .It reflects really bad on the company when you put up such silly responses to complaints.

                      Sir, I have received a message from airtel that ( Thanks for downloading IndoPakCricket2007 from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 99. Movie Pics and Gossip - *321*555# at 2027 Hrs on 13 dec 2009. i have contacted customer care. He has sent the sms as ( Thank you for contacting Airtel. Your request reference number is [protected]. Simplify Life! Just Dial *121# to get instant account information.). But by dialing *121# and dialing 121# no such account information is coming. Then I send sms STOP to 121. Reply came ( Your request to Stop Services has been received. We shall get back to you in a few minutes with the options.) Then ( We have not received any input from you in the last 5 mins. To Stop a service reply to this message with 'STOP'.) Then I send sms STOP to1210. But how to get back my Rs 99 from airtel. By dialing *123# still my main balance is Rs178.96.                       I used to have a post-paid connection: [protected] using AIRTEL service till June 2009. I had to travel outside Chennai and submitted a form to discontinue my services. I had to pay Rs 678/- to close the connection as I was told that the discounts will be applied at the end of the month. The refund amount of Rs 332/- has not been given to me yet.
                      Despite repeated complaints and follow-ups with Airtel, there has been no response from AIRTEL.
                      I request you to take action on this as AIRTEL has been very irresponsible in responding to this.
                      My name is Kiran and I asked for a broadband connection on 5 th Jan2010 whose CEf No-2066070 and due to sales executive misbehaviours and irresponsible behaviour ,I requeted for a cancellation of that on 10thJAN2010.Today is 22Feb 2010 and I havnt recieved my refund till now.No broadband Connection was provided to me in this period.

                      I was told that refund will be in 7 or max 45 days but its exceeded tht time too.

                      Also suggest me in what period of time I will be eligible to take legal actions for this?

                      I took airtel digital tv connection at jamnagar and recently got transferred to Mumbai ,Upon relocation I have been requesting airtel customer care since last 4 months for reinstallation of digital tv services at my new address .Every time I call them answer is " today engineer will attend and solve the issue" .

                      Now when I am asking to refund initial charges of availing airtel hd connection(Rs .3000) , Answer is "back office people will call today and settle the issue".From last one week same story is being repeated.

                      I have purchased a HD dish and three digicomp box thru online on 15th Nov 2011, a representative named "Ms. Suma" has spoke with and told about the offer that was previling till that day. The price of three digicomp box and HD dish with tariff plans costs about Rs. 11,790/- which i accepted to pay and the representative has promised that the installation will be done in maximum of 48hrs.

                      While purchasing thru online she said the limit to swipe the card was maximum of Rs. 10,0000/- only and they instructed us to pay Rs. 10,000/- through credit card and remaining in cash during the time of installation. I have agreed for it and the booking was done and the next day they called again and ask me to swipe for the remaining Rs1790/- thru credit card. The detail of booking and credit card transaction number are mentioned below :

                      As promised by the representative she wasn't kept up her words. No body turned up for installing the dish. When i called to enquire the status she
                      totally out of her mind. Also said that the tariff plan that i chosen was no more active and asked me to pay more. Since i was un happy about the service i have decided to cancel the booking and i had informed the same to the representative. In turn she has responded us that she will cancel our booking.

                      After many followups they have returned Rs. 10,000/- back to my credit card account on January 2012 and the remaining Rs.1790/- was not returned as of now. I tried to reach the representative several times and they cut the call after they put me on 20 to 30 min hold.

                      Please help me out in getting my money back from Airtel.

                      i had paid 1100 rupees for the same Since the connection was not feasible in btm layout it was rejected
                      but it is 3 months they have not refunded the amount

Today I did receive it but there was no voice from the other side hence not aware of the reason why I am getting the calls. Kiran kumar sharma calling from airtel call centre new delhi and my no got 25lac lottery from airtel and to get to draw the amount i need to call another no [protected] to a person named mr rajesh balaji who will explain how to get the lottery amount. Then i got suspicioun and called airtel complaint cell and came to know that it is afroud number from pakistan.                           My number is [protected].Today[protected] i recharged with 35 rs.for airtel internet(500 mb/6days) and i got the confirmation message also.but each time when i access internet my balance getting deducted (the airtel internet pack did not activated) .I contacted 121 and they said to call 198 but they told there is no 35 rs internet pack.when i asked to reimburse the money which i charged they said it is not possible.

                          This is Shiva Kumar M.

                          I was applied for Broadband connection on 6/07/2012. One guy came and checked my area, he said connection feasibility is possible in my area. I submitted my rental agreement, one month plan amount deposit(750/-) and 300/- extra. 300/- for rental agreement. I gave 20/- rs stamp rental agreement, he said 100/- rs stamp paper reuired for that he asked 300/- rs, i gave him.

                          Same day i got call from another airtel guy he said in my area connection feasibility not available. Same thing i asked this guy he told its available, with in 2 to 3 days you will get the connection. After three days i called him he told wait 2 more days. After that i called him he is not picking my phone. After 2 days i got reference number from airtel for connection. I called customer care for the status they told application was cancelled because of no connection feasibilty. I call this guy from another number hi picked and told with in two days i will get the connection, i explained him i called customer care with my reference number they told connection feasibiltiy not there. He said i am in meeting i will call you with in 10 mins, after 1hr i called him again he not at all piking from this number. After two days again i called him from another number i introduced my self and he i am in meeting i will cal you with in 10 mins, after that i called him around 30 to 40 times he not at all picked, this is worst services i faced from Airlet broadband service. This is really consumer iritation.

                          But he said his name is Naveen, after seeing his id card only i get to know his name is Rajesh. (Like this also they are cheating the customers),

                            This is bring into your kind notice that, today i had very bad experiance from your collection agent,
                            i dont know his name and his mobile no is [protected] . today morning he called me and shouted with using very dirty low end words , i didnt expect this type of collection procedures from the company like Airtel,

                            some days before call center persons inform me about the outstanding bill( mobile no: [protected] ) and i was arranged to pay the biil by easy recharge at kollengode palakkad dist, but the dealer who is friend of me told that he doesnt have enough balance to charge so he will charge for rs 1000 and remining will be charged by comming days,
                            then i go to thirupathy for the pillgrame when i came back actually i forgot to inform my dealer to recharge the balance because iam using another number. The aitel number which i used only for the standby purpose and normally my another mobile number bill comes arround Rs 2000 to 25000 . so i was uncared about your 500 to 800rs bills.
                            Most of my airtell bill was computedly paid after two or three months,but no bill is unpaid, that you may check on your systems
                            On today morning the agent called me and said that, he thought that iam a gentelman and now he understand im not and misbehaved me , that time i said to dont call me again im not interested to talk with him. mean while he used the very dirty words and he said he knows how to collcet money
                            i dont know, is this is the collection procedure of airtel mobile, if not please inform the status at the ealiest otherwise iam pressured to complaint to police dept: as well as to the consumer forum towards the agent and the company

                              I am a user of airtel number which is [protected]. I have applied for MNP in august after which i received a call from the airtel executives. I didn't migrated to another network because they offered me 10p/min local airtel to airtel for 6 months which was feasible for me so i agreed to their offer.
                              But after sometime my few local airtel calls were charged .5p/sec which was not according to the commitment made by them. I made my first complaint regarding this on 4th sept for and they promised me a call back within 48 hours which i didnt get so i again complained on 8th sept to manish and i was informed that my complaint wasnt registered and now he said it is now noted down with the complaint reference number CWRCH[protected] and i was again told that a call back will be arranged in 72 hours but nothing happened.

                              So i again complained to an executive Jitendra with reference number CBNRA[protected] on 17th Sept and he said he'll definitely get me a call back within a day but he didn't do it.
                              Then i did that again to Virender with reference number CMBNR[protected] on 21st Sept and again the same things happened.
                              So i thought of complaining now to higher authority of my zone, the Appellate officer o[censored]P west zone.
                              I got the number from the website which was +[protected]. I called that number and i got the message this number doesn't exist.How come they have put wrong information on the net.
                              That is a very big irresponsibility by them.
                              I tried many times but i got the same information.
                              So with no other option left i had to complain to the Appellate officer of Delhi zone. I made a call on 25th Sept and i kept my prob in front of them and they promised me a call back within 5 hours but they didn't do. After 5 hours i made a call again then they asked for 2 hours but of no use and by that time it was 6pm so i had to stop.
                              Next day i again called up and told them what they did to me so the officer forwarded my call to the UP west zone appellate officer Arpit.
                              Up till this date my problem of wrong deduction was continuing. I told him everything i faced and he said that the wrong deduction is due to the night pack and its not wrong.
                              He said for 24*7 you will be charged 10p/min but since you have activated the night pack on your number which gives you 5p/min and in the transition state of both the pack its obvious that you will be charged .5p/min and its logical.
                              i told him if anyone on this earth says that its logical and understood i will take my complaint back and if this has to be there why wasn't i informed when i was given this scheme and even i asked whether there are any conditions in this pack and i got the reply no....
                              And still if this what is by the company why wasn't I told when i contacted so many times to the customer care??
                              He agreed with me that it isn't logical so he forwarded my complaint and asked me 48 hours more time and i agreed.
                              But till date i haven't received any call back and even more than 165 Rs has been deducted and more than 25 Rs has been wasted on calling to Appellate officers.
                              So i again applied to MNP and i again got a call from them few days back and i told them about my problem and he gave me a silly reason that since i was using promo balance at that time when i got my balance deducted so i told him that i every time use the promo balance. I never get my number recharged with the main balance so why doesn't it happen always.
                              i don't how such responsibilities can be done by such a big company. a lot of my time and money is wasted on all this. Its almost 2 months over and still nothing impressive has happened so far. So i will look forward for a good and strict decision plus a handsome compensation for all this.They treated me very badly when i tried to contact them.Their customer care executives are good for nothing they don't even know how to interact with the customer.
                              I sincerely request you to please have a look at it and take a decision as soon as possible. I will be highly thankful to you.

                              Dear Concern,

                              First of all, would like to confirm you that, I am contacting you through details updated in your web portal!

                              I had applied for the broadband connection in the last week for the address ‘A-8, plot no.168, street no. 11, Mahipalpur, New Delhi-110037 or opposite street no 16, Rangpuri, Mahipalpur’. Then after, I got a call from Mr. Dinesh (Area Delegate) and he has confirmed me that Mr. Puneet will contact me soon for the same.

                              After some time, Mr. Puneet has contacted me for the same. And, after final conclusion, next day, I had made a payment of rupees 500 (deposit amount) + rupees 150 (documents preparation), copy of ID proofs (DL and Pan Card) & 1 photo has been mailed (attached mail fyr) to Mr. Puneet for the same. Then after, he has given me assurance that my connection will be installing on Tuesday i.e. on 26th June. But, unfortunately, not even my connection has been installed in-fact, contact number of your authorized person of Mr. Puneet is going switch off constantly. Furthermore, I complained in your customer care department against complain number 17812018 for the same. Your customer care department has confirmed me that, it will take 3 days of time to get resolved this problem.

                              But, now it’s just completing 10days, and very regrettably, there’s no respond form your end.

                              No doubt, Airtel is really big brand in this pasture; but, this kind of issue is really not acceptable. In fact, this shows a very diverse portrait of Airtel which is set behind in your souk image. This is really very very disgraceful for Airtel that as like these types of very pre-set planning, Airtel are making fool to the common peoples.

                              Respective concerns are requested to look into this issue and sort-out the same very soon. Required details are as below mentioned –

                                My Airtel Customer ID # [protected]. My connection has been disconnected after making 10 calls. But my money has not been refunded. I am trying to contact the customer service dept for last 3 days.My calls have been disconnected 5 times and then I was promised by Kiran Kumar that my chq will be sent in a day on Oct 25,2011 and then she would call me in 24 hrs. But I have not received a call till date(Oct 27,2011).I called again and spoke to Angelina who said She would call me in half hour at 12:00 PM and its 3:30 Pm now and I have not received a call yet. Then I spoke to some guys who said they will call bein 24 hrs and someone(Ajay) said the issue will be resolved but someoher said they will investigate and cal me back. Its the question of Rs.2314.
                                I did not get the refund yet. Everybody promising me a call back but no one is bothered. Today I spoke with Mayank Kumar - Escalation Dept for Transaction ID :[protected]. and he promised me a call back in 20mts and he has'nt done so.

                                Where is my money. I am beggar now.

I have been recieving internet messages from airtel smart tracker saying that "internet usage update" which timly disconnects the internet connection while working on the the internet. Regarding this i have given a complaint a number of times. Still i havent got any solutions to that,i tried cheking my computer and it works fine. If in case im being reminded by this message again i will definitely not pay the bill and u might as well disconnect the internet connection.

                                      it is to bring to your kind notice that i have a SIM Airtel vide No. [protected]. I have been harrased often by Bharati Airtel by means of activation of Value Added Services without my consent and illegly deducted amount from my account balance. I made complaint to Nodal officer, Appellate officer, Karnataka and they given assurance to not repeat such type of inconvinnance in futrure, but even after their assurance on 25.10.2011 deducted Rs. 50 illegally from my account balance.
