It is really very shamefull that after being a MNC company they are unable to give the proper resolution to the customer.

I am using airtel no. is [protected]. They activated so many subscription without my consent. eg dance club etc. I tried to deactive that by callin airtel customer care (121) rather than giving me any resolution they told me to ring on different-different no.

On 13'th august,around 530pm Rs 55 was wrongfully deducted from my account.First of all 10p was cut.I was using Facebook(which is free on airtel under the new free basic facebook plan).I thought, they cut money for that. Airtel have no concern or respect for their customers. I purchased Airtel Digital TV some time ago. Since this is ramzan month, we wanted to see the religious programs that are being telecasted in Peace TV. But I notice that the Airtel Digital TV does not have the Peace TV.

I would urge the Airtel to please provide Peace TV as we are a big fan of that.
