Hi, this is Ms. Zehra Amreen from Hyderabad having airtel prepaid connection no. 0091-[protected]. I lost my mobile today, hence, I want to request the Airtel team to please BLOCK this Sim card ASAP and try blocking my mobile phone ( nokia X2-02 ) having an IEMI number - [protected].

I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure. Thanking You..

    Respected forum. here i want to highlight un professional approach of airtel towards itd customers..seems airtel has gone in a myth that he is the largest service provider in india and take them for an ride.
    My complain is that i got enrolled for airtel broadband on 05 August 2011..the executive gave an copy of the form (customer enrollment form) no. 2753899..and i was been told that the installation will happen by 15th...max..i also paid rs. 500 as advance payment via cheque.on the same day when i saw there was no communication from airtel. i gave call to the executive and then obly he said that there is technical problem and installation will happen in a day or two....now the fact remains is that i as an custoner was kept in dark regarding the progress of the installation....today again when i followed up with the exexutive he told me that there is technical problem and he cannit give me any commitment of the job completion...then when i called up airtel helpline on [protected] i got an ribotic answer that we have registred ur complain with complain no 4295240 and will get back to u...in the entire episode no one drom airtel posted me any progress...it was me who had to follow up by making multiple calls and wasting my money..secondly no one did apologise for this delay. On top of all this Airtel's installation team leader Sunil Chaudhary - Mobile no [protected] and his assistant Pappu [protected] said that i was free to escallate to anyopne and they were not ready to help.
    Respected forum.. i wud like you to intervein in this and ask airtel when wud he stop majing customers run from pillar to post...pls pass on this complain to mr. sunil mittal so that he can know the realities in the field

    Dear All,

    am not sure whether this mail would reach you but thought I should share my aweful experience with your entire service teams in Ghaziabad during the process of getting a broadband connection. I thought I should be sharing this with you as I was a part of your service team at some part of my career and always bench marked your organization as a company that values customers and service commitments.



    1) I was a high ARPU broadband and landline customer of yours since last 3 months in Gurgaon

    2) On 30th August I raised a request for transfer of my connection to Indirapuram Ghaziabad

    3) After a week your CS team did me a favour by calling me up and saying that my line cannot be transferred

    4) Then I tried calling all your local distributors to get myself a fresh connection and as usual was unsuccessful

    5) When I used my contacts within airtel then I was given a connection - A guy called pandey (Mobile No.. [protected]) initiated it and though he was good in interacting with me he made me run for a week and finally my wiring was done on 11/09/2011. When I told Mr Pandey and his assistant Basant (Mobile no. [protected]) that i would escallate the matter to higher authorities they seemed least concerned and instructed to go and escallate the matter to anyone I wished.

    6)After Mr Pandey and his teams favour I was routed to a team leader of Broad band installations Mr Sunil Chaudhury (Mobile no. [protected]). This guy seemed to be better, on 14th Sept I gave him the first call and he kept telling me that the work would get done on the 15th Sept. but till date the broadband connection is not activated and installed. Now this Sunil character doesnt even have the courtesy to pick the phone and speak. If he is not empowered to resolve customer issues he should not be a team leader and should be immediately refrained form interacting with highend customers



    Just for your information I have always been a high arpu loyal customer of airtel and everyone in my family too uses airtel connections. Hope this mail would be taken in right spirits and some action would be taken to get my problem resolved. Regarding the wrong people that you have in the system I really dont have anything to comment against such irresponsible and useless people since by doing so I would only be wasting my and your time. To add to your installation people have clearly said u can go an escallate to anyone

    Airtel Broadband — Professionalism at its best

    I received a pamplet from Airel which said "Get a life. Get Broadband" !!

    I was happy with my present ISP, but when I saw that I can get a 2Mbps connection at Rs.777 per month, I called the callcentre to check it out.

    Within 2 hours, an Airtel rep came to my house with the forms and collected 6 months rent in advance and said that my connection will be up within 4 days. I was impressed !

    It is now 12 days and there is no call from Airtel. So I called them up. After speaking to 5 different people, I was told by the Engineer that they cannot provide connection in my apartment and I should apply for refund.

    My apartment is in the Central Business District of bangalore. Just 50 meters from MG Road and one of the most posh localities in Bangalore.

    I wonder how many weeks it may take them to refund the money which they promptly collected without verifying the feasibility.

    Airtel Broadband — denied to give connection after making all commitments.

    I have applied for airtel broadband connection on 23rd april 09, and provided all required documents to them but have not got the connection yet. My rec no is 626925 and SEF no is 1651619. On contacted to the person who approached me, Saroj kumar thakur(id 47062) he replied, that he is not in delhi so he cannot do much. Now i am feeling helpless as i dont know whom to contact as they on contacted never gives the correct reply. Plz suggest me something so that i can get the broadband connection as soon as possible.

    Airtel Broadband — No connection made after 8 days of payment

    Hi i am Tushar Sen from Noida. In dussehra i went to my home Lucknow where i think to take broadband connection so i contact to your airtel person name Aashish he took 1000 bugs from me and told me that the connection will be made within 3 days but till now no connection is made when ever i call him he made false excuses.Many times he just switch off his cell.So kindly make strict action against him i option for airtel because you provide best facilites. But because of this incident i am loosing fate from airtel please take strict action.As soon as possible.

    I am one of loyal customer. I got Airtel broadband connectionaltion for the most a year back when i got transfered to Ahmedabad. I renewed my broadband connection for 6 months on advance payment basis. But i am surprised to note that my connecion has been discounitinued for non payment of my bill.

    Can you please clarify that.. Why i am deprivied of basic service...what is the outstanding of my bill ?

    My internet connection has still not got enabled even after a month. They have deducted the amount from the account the instruments have not yet been installed.

    Airtel Broadband — non receipt of payment eventhough paid and acknowledged thro message on the same day of payment

    i applied net connection and paid Rs.500. But till i'm not getting connection. i applied on 4th-feb. the person name i donot know. i know he no [protected].

    I live in lajpat nagar 2 in delhi. I had applied for airtel broadband 1 week ago and i was given the assurance that connection would be fitted within 3 days. It has been 7 days now an still no service. I have called the people atleast 30-40 times but they all keep putting blame on someone else. The y have stopped picking up the calls now.
    I had to work from home for some duration and it has been such a big pain that i have decided to take some other connection. I will suggest all those who want to take up airtel broadband that thr service is pathetic and they dont care about customer satisfaction. They just prefer spending time and money on Ads.

    Same is the case with me too...Within hours(or shall I say minutes) of enquiring about BB services in the ITPL Airtel shoppe, they send a guy to collect the money and required documents. Its been over two weeks and there's been no acitivities from their side. Today, I got a call from the salesman who told that there are no slots free for my building and it will take another 2 weeks to get the connection...

    Its my earnesr request to all of those thinking to take an Airtel BB connection, do not fall into their trap and ask them to do the feasibility before you part off with your money,

    AIRTEL is openly doing a fraudulent business !!! BEWARE., ...

    I plan to go to the consumer court with this issue. Dont mind spending another 1000 buck to brings these robbers to justice.

    Airtel (Broadband) — not activating and installing the facility

    Dear Sir/Madam
    I had applied for Airtel broadband services to be installed in January 2010 at my home premises. The executive was quickly sent and he took the security fees and installation charges from us in cash(RS. 1000/-). He said the service will be installed in a couple of days... After the "Couple of days" passed I kept calling him as to why the service has not been installed, to which he only replied by either saying that it was in the process or by ignoring the call and later messaging me that he was in a meeting. after a week or so of calling him everyday, he said that the service couldn't be installed due to some previous defaulting on our part. Mind you Sir that the defaulting he was talking about was of a couple of years back as we had failed to pay certain amount of bill which was due on our part. After fighting for the issue(previous) for a couple of months we paid the bill and were given a concession of 20% by the then head of the concerned authority. Then we paid the bill and asked for the disconnection of the service, to which Airtel agreed... the service got disconnected within two days...
    Now, that discount which the head issued to us, has put us in the defaulters list... which we were not informed before the company charged usn 100rs...

    This is another reminder of the "eagerness" to be shown by the Airtel Customer Service Team towards the complaint put here after more than 4 months of being harassed on the phone by the Airtel Service Providers for the Broadband Service. The team replied on the forum with eagerness and asked for the contact details to which i have replied and reminded twice but the failure of receiving any call or help has put me in a situation to post here... I'm also posting the email requests i sent to the email provided here in the first comment by the Airtel people, they have not even replied that they have received the mail and are processing the request. This completely shows the "eagerness" by which the want to "resolve the issue to my satisfaction"...

    Hi I am a user of airtel broadband service. I requested for a WiFi Connection on 1 Aug, 2010 and the executive told me that my query would be resolved in 24 hrs but nobody came to my house. I also came to know that the engineer had made a fake report for my request number. This is not the service we expect from AIRTEL and just because of this I am removing my airtel connection. I think SUNIL MITTAL should seriously look for the increasing complaintsfrom the airtel customers.

    Airtel Broadband — Non Installation of Airtel Broadband

    I applied for a airtel broadband conneciton in pune. The engineer collected Rs. 250 and filled the form. Thereafter there is now no connection been done no wirings or no modem installed and these [censored]s are not even attending any phone calls. Bunch of rotten I must say....

    A case history of how an angry Airtel customer site engineer harasses the customer and then the customer care center gives 3rd degree torture.

    12:30 pm 9th October 2010

    Called Airtel about broadband slowing down tremendously and most sites including their own internet website timing out, even though i have 2 Mbps line.

    First time half-way through discussion - call dropped. Around 10 minutes waster

    The customer care never calls back, if your call drops, by the way.

    Around 1pm:

    Called back again and this time, I insist that they first generate a ticket. Finally a ticket is generated.
    Ticket Number 38572324. Explained the whole problem again and finally they said someone will come in. Spent another 15 minutes

    Around 2:30pm:
    Actual visit by an airtel site engineer !! fantastic. He goes through the motions and finally says things are better. Your PC needs a health check, though. Okay fine, buddy. Thanks.

    But please do not close the ticket. I want the situation under observation for 24-48 hours. The last time a problem came and it was fixed, it recurred in 24 hours. The guy is furious. He says, to maintain his SLAs he wants to close the ticket now. I tell him, i prefer to keep it under observation and then close it by Monday. His manager comes on the line, Gautam, and says, lets close it. I explain I would prefer to keep it under observation for 24 horus. He says, close the ticket and if you need help call me on my mobile number !!

    After 15 minutes of arguing, I tell him, i want it under observation and he can still go ahead and close it if he prefers it.

    The site engineer is furious. I try explaining my past experience of problems recurring. He only understands that he has done a good job and I am not letting the case close. His SLAs are suffering and he is furious.

    And then he leaves the premises and within 10 minutes my ADSL Line is dead. Is it possible that the guy was mad and he disconnected the line in the basement before leaving. Old trick in the book. It is called SABOTAGE the network and screw the customer (or the management when u are on strike). Possible ? Yes. Probable ? Definitely.

    What are the chances that the ADSL line which has been stable and okay for four months goes down within 10 minutes after an angry and irritated Airtel site-engineer leaves the premises. I wanted the case to be open for 24-48 hours, so here is a good reason Sir, I will yank your line for 24-48 hours and observe you. Hypothetical possibility. Yes.

    3pm:
    Call up Airtel. Again 10 minutes of explaining and same thing happens. Priya tell me case is open (wow, so it is open for observation). But says "Sir, it was a PC problem and our guy fixed it". I explain the line has been down and I need help. They said someone will visit before 7:20 pm. I also get an SMS from them that this is the case.. Quite professional.

    7:00 pm
    I call up Airtel again. Spend 70 minutes this time.
    After 15 mintues with Jeetesh who says "Sir, it was a PC problem and our guy fixed it". Your case is under observation. I explain that at 3pm I had called to complain that the line was down. Has it not been updated ? aah.. yes is your line still down.. ?? He apologizes, sorry for the inconvenience, but it is now past 7:00 and there is nobody to come to your house now. So we will see it Monday.

    7:30 pm
    Escalate to floor manager :
    Manager Ashish comes online, after 30 minute call. Completely clueless. Not briefed about anything. So "Sir, it was a PC problem and our guy fixed it". I ask him if he has got a briefing before coming on line. No sir, just read the case report. Normally case reports should be in REVERSE CHRONOLOGY. Last update first. So that when you see it, the most recent update is what you need to know before talking to the customer. After i explain everything to him for the THIRD time in a day. He apologizes, sorry for the inconvenience, but it is now past 7:30 and there is nobody to come to your house now. So we will see it Monday.

    After another 40 minutes of discussion I ask him if he is the guy-incharge or anyone else is there to help.

    I ask him to take someone from Operations on the line to understand why nobody showed up. "Sorry sir, we can't take them on the line." But someone will definitely come tomorrow at 3pm.

    In a nutshell, at 3pm on Saturday they say 7pm. And at 7pm on Saturday they say 3pm on Sunday. I ask Ashish, why am I to believe you now ? No answer. What if the guy doesn't show up. No answer.

    Request further escalation.

    8:10 pm
    Escalated to Abhinav Goswamy - not sure who he is. "Sir, it was a PC problem and our guy fixed it". I give him the story again for the FOURTH time today. He apologizes, sorry for the inconvenience, but it is now past 7:30 and there is nobody to come to your house now. But we guarantee you tomorrow someone will definitely show up.

    I insist that the problem has to be solved today. Says he will call back.

    9:15 pm

    Still waiting for the resolution and my DSL link yellow LED is blinking and the browser keeps giving me the same message "DSL link is down".

    So, basically the moral of the story:

    Do what the airtel site engineer wants you to do. Close the case to help his SLAs. Otherwise, bad things will happen to you and you flush down the weekend trying to get your Internet working. You can never prove it, but you will suffer his wrath..

    Wonder if Consumer court is an option...
    actually airtel is not directly handling customer care offices...they outsourced the work to some private companies... (In Chennai its HTML - a Hinduja group of company)!
    mostly in such bpo's the agent has to speak for almost 8 hours a day - non stoping speech..!!
    think about the pressure they are facing..!! no one can speak to customer for 7-8 hrs / day..!!
    more over there is AHT - Average Handling Time..!!
    its less than 2 mins per customer..!! How can a guy close within 2 mins when a customer is complaining about a problem..? if the AHT crosses 2 mins-then it will reflect in their increment, promotion..etc...!!
    so the guy wants to close the call even the customer's complaint not resolved..!!
    and the guys who are attending the customer's call can do nothing...!! they just register the complaint...they even dont know who is attending the complaint and who is reviewing the complaint..!! the problem is with the process of airtel's management..!! they suck the customers money...but not attending the complaints properly...
    I would like to bring to your notice that " I¿m received my Airtel broadband
    bill against My Account No.[protected], for the period of 17.10.10 to
    16.11.10, due date 07.12.10. I was shocked to see my bill because the payment
    of my previous bill which is paid by me on 06.11.10 at E- Sampark (Center -100)
    wide receipt No.18156367 at sector 43 Chandigarh, Rs 550/- & the same payment
    received by Airtel office on 9th November 10.

    Due to non efficiency of e-sampark people why should I pay the penalty?


    To pay Rs 75/- is not a big issue but why should I pay the same for the mistake
    of other people.


    I hope at least airtel will be able to sort my issue at the earliest and will
    allow me to live peacefully.

    Airtel Broadband — Connection not cancelled on time - just wants to pull money

    Dear Sir,

    I have requested a cancellation of my number [protected] on 3-November-2010. cancellation request number 413174.

    But since that date i am only getting calls from airtel. and every time i have told the reasons and that i dont want this connections.

    But even till today i am getting calls regarding this cancellation, and in the meanwhile i have been billed even after 03-November-2010.

    This i think is only to pull money from me. or a bad management at ur end.

    Please look into the matter.

    Airtel Broadband — Pathetic Service

    Airtel being a leader in the telecomincation sector, now a days their service is pathetic. I have been complaining about the contenues drop in the network/link. but from last 20 days it is still pending. when ever i called service center they will send some layman, some of the service engineers have no manners to talk with the customers. DEAR AIRTEL IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO GIVE PROPER SERVICE OR IF YOU CANT KEEP UP YOU WORDS SO CALLED 'BETTER SERVICE THAN OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER' PLEASE TRY SOME OTHER PROFESSION.

    Airtel Broadband — Broadband Service is Down for more than 7 days and Customer Care is not Responding

    Hi,

    I have a broadband connection from Airtel. The landline number for this connection is[protected]. The broadband line and telephone line is down for more than 7 days. I have registered a complain with Airtel Customer Care and am repeteadly following up with them. The line is not fixed. The CC executives can not give update on this. Every time I am calling them I am getting different different reason and nobody is working on them.
    Also the Customar Care dept is disconnecting the call, if I want to speak to higher level.

    and this problem is repetating from last 6 months.

    The service provider is charging a huge amount of charge for Broadband and Telephony service, but I am not getting an uninterrupted supply. And the most harrasing part is the unprofesional way, the customer care dept is dealing this matter.

    Please help me to resolve this matter permenantly.

    Airtel Broadband — Complaint not resolved even after 1 week

    This is regarding a complaint No. 47369432 which was raised/registered on 8th
    June 2011 evening for Airtel Broadband connection with landline number
    [protected]Registered on the name of Mr. Mayank Goyal, my brother, the
    alternate contact number is [protected]) being out of order. In spite of constant reminders almost
    daily the issue that the broadband is not working now for almost 2 weeks, no
    solution has been provided and each time I make a call to the customer care I
    have been assured it will be done the next day. day before Yesterday morning (i.e. 13th
    June) when I spoke to the Manager for Escalations, I was given 100% surety that
    it would be resolved on priority on the same day but nothing has been done so
    far. I need the resolution for the same and the necessary compensation for all the days the broadband is not working as the company will anyways bill me for the entire month.
    AIRTEL-Pathetic broadband service- uncooperative customer care
    I’m using two broadband connections:
    Home use – 5334328
    Office use- 4608888 [Monthly billing of Rs. 12,000]
    Both the connections are not working, I’m writing this complaint using the Vodafone data card.
    After several phone calls and innumerable phone calls, our problems remain unresolved [ who is going to compensate us for the time and business lost?]
    The so called customer care people refuse to take my calls or even call back. I have been in touch with :
    S. Mehrowtra – [protected]- Apparently her phone is “not well” and she cannot see who is calling. She has been asked several times to visit the site but “our office is too far”.
    Nishant Sharma- [protected] – he is perpetually in meetings and only makes false promises.

    I have come to the conclusion that Airtel is of no use to us.
    Therefore I would like to surrender the services immediately- I will advise all our associates in Ghaziabad not to use Airtel.

    AIRTEL BROADBAND SERVICE — Airtel

    Issue relating to Airtel broadband service are :


    Arbitrarily changed the Broadband plan to higher speed plan even though customer never requested any change, In addition charged Rs 100 for changing the plan(no request from consumer).

    When pointed out that no request was made for plan change, Airtel will agree to change your plan to original plan. They will charge another Rs 100 for going back to the original plan note no change was requested by customer to tamper with original plan)asking the customer. Now beauty of all this is that a month has passed when a customer notices extra charges from the new bill.
    Customer is forced to to pay the extra charges(enhanced speed) for atleast a month or more(no request from customer for enhanced speed). Calculate this amount to millions of customer.

    Now the AIRTEL has expanded this scheme further(or what I call a FRAUD) . How?

    Subscriber will receive a pop-up every time they log-in, asking customer to OPT for higher speed. Despite a subscriber deciling EACH time the message for many days. This message is never Acknowledge by Airtel, So a subscriber WILL CONTINUE to get the message for days,Till the time subscriber inadvertently hit the enter button, THEN VOILA, you have Automatically subcribed to a new service. Another Rs 799 will be added to your bill. When you ask the customer service the Blame is on the customer that they have requested this service.

    In Total ,a Rs 700 per month bill has gone up to Rs 1800, through ingenuity of Mr Bharti/Airtel.
    while many unsuspecting customer will pay this EXTRA amount(amounting to many crores) some o[censored]s will leave all work & sort out this mess created by company.

    A definately, very wonderfulful scheme to defaud public at large. Airtel knows that they will get away with this

    Airtel Broadband Review: I once had faith in Airtel. I use Airtel Broadband, Airtel DTH and Airtel GSM. Airtel DTH and GSM are Prepaid and are not wired and I guess that’s the reason I never had any issue with those. But when it comes to Airtel Broadband / Landline Connection the real inside story is laid bare. And which makes me write this review of Airtel Broadband /Landline.
    When I requested for an Airtel Broadband / Landline connection I got the first shock when they didn’t handed me the telephone instrument. May be it was my fault, But I was under impression that they do provide an instrument. Their technician told, it was discontinued. I wished it should have been communicated. So that’s our first point.
    1. Keep in mind that you may NOT get a telephone instrument from Airtel when you apply for a fixed line Airtel broadband connection.
    After barely two days of installation the connection snapped when I wanted it most.
    2. Airtel uses Alcatel Lucent’s services for all landline/ broadband wiring.
    It took 4 days for the complaint to be resolved and the technician asked me not to call customer care again (121) to file a complaint but call him personally and he’ll fix the issue.
    3. Always register a complaint and take down your complaint number. You can sometimes claim waiver for duration when your problem was not fixed. I had to threaten connection cancellation to get the waiver for 8 days. Coz it took them 8 full days to fix another issue (That’s definitely not efficient).
    Ok, I got to admit I was not available at home once during that period but still 8 days is simply too much. Second, when I started having a number of complaints, I started explicitly telling the executive to get the issue fixed first and then I’ll make the payment for dues (if any). It worked to a level. But still the services were not upto expectation so I decided to request a connection cancellation. And it’s when the real face of Airtel was unveiled.
    They made me call repeatedly to register the cancellation request, making excuses of system down & all and asking to drop a mail regarding disconnection.
    4. You’ll be billed for everyday till all the wiring/equipments are removed from your home/office no matter if you have active connection or not. So the more they drag feet on disconnection the more they get from your pocket.

    I had placed a complaint with Airtel Broadband for frequent disconnection of the internet 2 weeks back. Complaint number is : 32059394 nobody is even bothered to look at the complaint. Even if i call the customer care executive they place one more complaint but no resolution yet. Completely unprofessional service from Airtel.

    The worst service i have never imagined from Air. I applied for the connection on 4th-July 2013, after daily follow ups the executive came to collect the documents and Installation, Two days after taking the money they informed me that there is no connection facility in your place and it will take 1 week for the connection. still now 1 week is not over for. After follow up Today they have informed me that i will get a call by 7-PM with the update but dnt think so, lets see.

      I have made online payment of Rs.3290/- on 07.09.11 through my credit card for Airtel DTH HD and the same has been debited in my account thru Vriti-Interactive so far installation has not been done, and no proper response from Airtel customer service also in-spite of several calls and mails has been sent no feedback.

      i have purched a new airtel DTH connection on 12/6/10 from Shell Transource their authorised dealers in mumbai.

      i was promised connection in 24 hours by the dealer. now the dealer is not taking my calls and it seems that even airte lcant do anything about it as the dealer has still not given me my activation code.

      To have a DTH connection I registered in Airtel website and I got a call from the sales desk within hours of my registration in webstie. I got about 4 to 5 calls from the sales desk and once I made payment promptly I received a SMS from them giving my Customer ID and another SMS confirming to me that the installation would be done the next day at 11 am. Since no one turned up I tried to call them to know the status. To my surprise as if trained in a similar fashion I get a same set of reply, same set of false promises and same set of behaviours.

      Its now more than 3 days I made several calls expecting atleast basic decency from the Customer Service executives as well from the compuny side on this issue. I sent emails to the cumpany no action, just a automated reply.

      After making so many calls and so many requests Customer Service executives ask me to prove that I made payment for this connection by visiting the nearby airtel office and show the receipt. Without me paying how they sent Customer ID and how they sent me SMS on installation schedules. They say I have to wait for 48 hours after I visit the airtel center and prove the payment made by me. Thanks god I was not able to make payment online, I paid by cash and have a receipt. Airtel representative visited my house and collected cash from my house.

      Now customer service guys drop my call as soon as I give my customer ID.

      Its day light robbery, they chase prospective target scapegoats and they speak sweetly and once they get paid there is another set of people who are well trained to make false promises and talk politely till you get irritated. Once you reach that level they show their next level of talent "AVOIDING CALLS". You calls will never be attended. You have to out smart them using your skills and reach them and explain all the issues and then tell the customer ID then too they would drop the call.

      Finally their target is cheat customers and make them run away by leaving the amount paid by them with asking for refund worrying about the tension they have to take and the good money they have to spend in collecting the bad debts.

      Nice strategy by Airtel. All Airtel shareholders be happy your company would make more money for you. T

      I am informed that AirTel representative would be calling me soon and the CUSTOMER ID would be communicated through mail.
      But there has been no communication from AIRTEL till now.

      On suspicion, I tried googling with " AirtelDTH ConnectIndia" and was surprised to see that many have reported Fraud dealing with DTH packages very similar to my case.

      I logged one complain for my bad DTH connection where i am getting
      very bad screen on some channels.Technicial visited my home and told
      that set top box is faulty and when you will change this it will work
      perfect but when he changed it after that result was same and problem
      is not resolved and he told that there is problem with wiring and he
      will come next day to sort it out, but he did not turn out. Airtel
      deducted money from my account for new set top box. This is really
      frustrating and i am quite upset,whatever service we are getting from
      airtel tv. i am going to disconnect it and also going to lodged a
      complain in consumer court.

      Technician who visited, his number is [protected] , but when i tried
      his cell he did not respond me.
      I had an Airtel DTH connection for which I have paid subscription uptil November 2013. The DTH stopped working on 16th June 2013 and thereafter, inspite of raising a complaint every day with the customer service, airtel did not send any engineer to repair the connection.

      After following up for 20 days, we asked for the connection to be disconnected and the subscription amount which was to my credit, as per their recorded message on customer service numbers, of Rs.1900/- to be refunded.

      After repeated follow up, finally the set top box and remote was taken by the airtel engineer, who refused to take away the antenna, on 15th July 2013. I was informed by the customer service executives, that the refund will be effected within 15 days of collection of the set top box.

      However, till date, no refund has been effected. Calls to the customer service numbers are a waste of time, as they do not understand anything and talk rubbish.

      It is now a almost a month since the set top box was collected and there is no sign of the refund.
      I have lodged complaint for signal loss for my connection [protected] on 26 th April 2014 which I am using from 2011.But the company could not correct the default and assign different reasons of signal loss every time the new engineer visited the premises for eg. Changing cord checking settings change of STB box twice and they charge me for engineer visit and STB box twice. It is pertinent to note that I was unwilling to change the box as at that time I was having signal loss in only one channel that is star plus but after changing the STB box I was having problem with many channels so within 10 minutes I called back the engineer Juned who changed the box but he was reluctant to bring back as he was aware that there was no problem with the box so he did not return the box and instead different box was changed within 10 days . As the problem was still continuing the complaint was again made for the same issue and I was told that once the issue is resolved the charges debited to account will be reversed and in mail they agreed that after paying the visit charge they will return and also the STB box charges will be reverted .
      But as the problem is not solved and the new and funny reason given by the company is that as construction of tower is in vicinity of one km and the operations of crane when it is moving in my antenna's direction I am having the problem of signal loss in connection. I don't understand if such reason is given by the company dealing in DTH how they will survive and for what they are charging customers if they cannot find solution of signal and that too in DTH business .
      Anyhow I was advised by their engineer Mr Alam to suspend the connection till the work is going on and I ask for suspension and I was told that suspension will be only for 30 days and after that charges will be debited I was shocked to know that even as advised by them I have to pay suspension charges and that will be only for 30 days. As it is pertinent to note that tower work may be for months or years I have no other alternative but to discontinue the services and hence I requested for discontinuation of service as it was no use as the last engineer also broke antenna rod and when I told him for relocation of antenna in the balcony at 2nd floor where I am staying he was reluctant to change as he as sure regarding signal problem.and was therefore unwilling to change there. Now the company even though agreed to return the charges debited are not returning the same under the pretext that same are returned only when services are continued. Even though company is aware that the services are discontinued for signal loss and they have not found out solution and the connection is discontinued due to their default are not returning the visit charges STB box charges and the charges debited to my account for last three months and has also forfeited the balance amount in my above account as discontinuation charges.
      Hence I request for refund of all charges I with damages for tension and harrassment caused during the three months and installation charges which I have to incur for going for another company connection.

      Hence I request for favorable compliance to my rquest .

        working at 10:00 AM yesterday(09/18), I got a message from your executive that

        I spoke with your engineer(refuse to share his name he can be reached on
        [protected]), he told that he will go to office at around 12 noon and will
        revert. I again called him at 12:30, there was no response and after sometime
        we get chance to speak with him and he misbehaved with us. He said he will only

        Around 5:00 PM(09/18) I again called on your customer care number and I was
        told that my problem will be resolved by 1:00 PM tomorrow(09/19). My request

        Around 12:30 PM(09/19) I again called on your customer care number and I was
        told that my problem will be resolved by 3:00 PM today(09/19).

        Airtel is well-known for its service, this is how we people provide services to
        your customers. I am feeling very bad that why I have opted for your services,
        instead of better service providers in the market.

        I will really appreciate if you resolve my problem on a fast note.

          I subscribed to Airtel DTH's South Super Value Sports (123 channels @ Rs.130 pm + taxes) from 14th Sept 2011.

          In this web page it is listed that Ten Action+ channel is available in the package. But I am not getting the channel and when asked, the customer representative(Mr. Irshad) says, "Sir, it is not available". He doesn't know anything beyond that. The call was transferred to his supervisor (Ajay) and he also draws blank. Again the call was transferred to his Manager, who is busier than Mr. Obama himself and never takes the call. After 15 minutes of waiting, I relented and cut the call.

          What is this all about, Airtel. You advertise one thing in the website and you give customers something else.

          All I want is the channel Ten Action+ activated in my connection. I kind of get a feel that Airtel has purposefully done this to avoid people seeing Spanish La Liga tournament as they can charge extra for that.

            airtel has deduct my main account balance of rs 30 in 2 times without giving any imformation .
            From last week i've been getting this message from Airtel saying that full track subscription has been renewed and you are charged Rs.5. i have not subscribed for any offer forget even renewing it. I did try calling customer care but it was of no use.Airtel provides the worst customer care service and i even tried stopping the Full track service for which i got a reply saying it'll be processed within four hours but its been 24 hours and no action has been taken. Kindly stop deducting amount when we dont subscribe for it.
            My number is [protected] and I recharged my SMS coupon RS.77/- on[protected] at 8:41 pm Trans ID [protected], though I have recharged my mobile, Airtel is deducting my balance whenever i send SMS, can I know whats the point in recharging my SMS card when my balance is getting reduced everyday.Kindly look into the matter and STOP DEDUCTING MY BALANCE and take an action into it ASAP.

                I am a Airtel customer ([protected]) from last few years-On 17th September 2011 morning I was downloading a Bhajan song from a music site when I found that an sms (AD-54321) came into my mobile inbox and observed that airtel charged me an amount of Rs.70/- for downloading Java games from Airtel. I was surprised and contact with Customer Service (121).But they were denied to refund the same amount, and suggest me that Airtel sent me a push message which I open by OK button that means I request them to download the game in my mobile where I was not found any games.I want to talk with their upper officials, listen and they keep me hold for 20-25 minutes in several times then that call was ended.

                From my side,

                1. Anytime, I was not given any request for games.
                2.If any message came every mobile set, systemically open with D pad/OK button-Airtel taken that opportunity to income money.
                3.If any, want to talk with CS executives, providers charged for 0.50paise/3minutes. Airtel keep me in hold for 20-25 minutes.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I had requested for an Airtel IPTV connection on 22nd of July '2011. An executive from Airtel came to collect payment of Rs 999/- on 23 July 2011. The payment in cash was made by my father. The deatils of payment are given in the Customer Enrollment Form (CEF) no. - 2768743. The name of the person who collected the payment on behalf of Airtel was 'Sozab' his code is - NDSL140009 and mobile number is [protected].

                  I have been calling the customer care since 14 Aug 2011 and till date no resolution have been provided. When I didn't get the IPTV connection even for a month I asked them to refund my payments. Now even after 57 days, neither I have got my money back, nor I have got the IPTV installed.

                  When I call customer care they say your payment is not reflecting. I am not sure what needs to be done at my end as I already made the payments. Every time I call customer care I have to give the same details time and again. I have provided them with CEF number, emp code of the person who took the payemt even his mobile number. But still no action have been taken.

                  I wrote two mails on Sept 3 and then again on Sept 8 to the following email addresses - [protected]@airtel.in and nodal.[protected]@airtel.in. They even didn't bother to reply to my mails. Only thing that I got was a system generated mail that said my query will be answered in 72 hrs. Now even after 336 Hrs. I am still awaiting reply.

                  I request you to please either help me get my money back or get me an IPTV connection installed.

                    I (Melwyn Sunny Pinto) had taken a prepaid connection from Airtel. There were some documents issues and I was asked to resubmit the documents once again. I did that on September 8 under the guidance of the service person in Airtel service centre on Cambridge Road, Ulsoor, Bangaore.
                    However, even after eight long days my phone was not activated. I went to the office again on September16 and they told me that my documents were rejected as there was some issues with regard to the date. I was indeed frustrated and yet submitted the documents for the third time. And yet my phone has not been activated. i am indeed disappointed with Airtel. I would like this Forum to kindly do something.

                      I booked Airtel DTH when I bought LG LCD TV. It is been more than a month since they said they will install. But no one turned up even after calling them more than 30 times. The service is Pathetic. My sincere advice to everyone is please please mighty please do not book Airtel. its an absolute waste. I wonder why they call themselves as a professional telecom company. Even a third grade lala company will be much better. It has the worst service I have ever encountered.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I bought a Samsung LCD TV. Along with this I was offered a Airtel HD set top box at a offer rate of Rs.750/- The samsung dealer told me to contact the nearest Artel dealer and pay the money to them to receive the set top box.

                      As instructed by the dealer I paid Rs.750/- to my nearest Airtel Dealer (Bhavani Electricals) and the transaction was complete and I received SMS with transaction Id:1181192.

                      I also called the Airtel Customer care and registered my self with Id: [protected].

                      Meanwhile my Airtel dealer gave me 2 local customer care numbers ([protected] and [protected]) to get details about installation.

                      As usual I made call to the numbers on 2.11.2010 and the people told me that by 3rd they will install.

                      Then on 4th Nov I again called them and I got result as it is Diwali and can not be installed.

                      Today the date is 10.11.2010. Till the people are not sure when the things will be over.

                      If I contact the Airtel customer care at Bangalore they say we understand the problem and Sorry but no solution for installations.

                      I request you to look into this problem and solve this at the earliest.

                      Airtel DTH Connection — INSTALLATION NOT DONE

                      We have booked Airtel DTH connection on 28.03.11 especially to see India Vs Pakistan match at our office. We have intracted with lady called Ms.Meenakshi she promised us that the connection installation everything will be done by 29.03.11. but till now(05.04.11) we are not received this connection. i have been contacting 12150 customer care most of them are simply disconnecting the calls. There is no response. Their service level is Zero,

                      So we are finally decided to give consumer complients in Consumer Court by tommorow.

                      Airtel DTH — Installations

                      I am a customer of AIRTEL DTH services, id is [protected] and have been using it for last 2 years.
                      i had this connection of mine at Kochi and wanted to relocate it to Bangalore.
                      I simply placed a request for the relocation and the customer care contacted me on this.
                      They came and de-installed the DTH from my place. Now, i have moved to bangalore and placed
                      a request for the installation at bangalore. 12 days passed to that request but nobody is coming up
                      for the installation. I dont know, whats the matter with them, but i am really irritated with the Airtel Customer
                      services. They are deducting the charges every day from my account for the services, which are not extended to me. As it is not installed at my premises so i am not a user now, but they are charging me for not using services.. thats very strange. They never forget the collect money from you, but they forgot to provide the services.... Every now and than customer care executives call and ask me, for the resolution of my problem, but they are not taking any action. I have been receiving messaging from them, providing me a complain no, and soon after that one more message will appear, which would say that my prob is resolved.. i feel so irritated on receiving those messages.... so please all of you reading this review.. should never go for Airtel DTH.. it will make your life terrible... they have the worst customer care service..

                      I have made the payment on 1 May 2013 for new Airtel HD setup box. Reference no. for the same is [protected]. I was promised to get the installation done on 2 May 2013 but it is not done even till now. I have called junk Airtel DTH customer care ([protected]) 40-50 times and every-time same reply that we are forwarding the complain to installation team and within half an hour you will receive a call from them. It is so stupid to hear the same thing again & again & nobody cares. On top of that this customer care is so junk that even if you choose the option to speak in English they will talk to you in Hindi. It has happened with me every 40-50 times & if you can not speak in Hindi then they will disconnect the call.

                      What a pathetic customer care? I am amazed that with such a junk customer service these so called MNCs are making lot of money. It is all we (consumers) whom does not care attitude is screwing the system and these companies are very much behaving like politicians.

                      I am asking for the penalty if you could not give the service as promised otherwise I will file a case in consumer court and teach them a lesson. I have an airtel broadband connection and if delay the payment for 2 days and have to pat the late payment fee why not these companies. Why all the rules are one sided?

                      If anybody know then please let me know how to cancel the installation request & get my money back. These customer care guys are not even taking the request for cancellation and not telling how to do that.

                            I am writing this letter to inform Airtel and kick starting the legal process against the bad service
                            Airtel has provided, irresponsible behaviour of Airtel employees and Airtel not providing any
                            written acknowledgement for the disconnection request I had been raising.

                            I have an airtel land-line phone (+[protected] which I am using for around 3 years. I have
                            been using the Internet and phone services of Airtel and I have been paying Airtel for the
                            services I have used. Below are the details of what happened with my land-line connection in
                            past one month.

                            I got my land-line phone dead on 17th Aug 2011 and I raised a request for a dead phone
                            17th Aug 2011 (No: 2426176). My phone connection was not fixed till 19th Aug 2011. Internet
                            connection is a must for me to be able to work, so I decided to get a new connection and close
                            the existing connection from Airtel. I raised a request for cancellation on 19th Aug 2011 (No:
                            2541564). As per the Airtel process, Airtel executive is supposed to call me within 24 hours of
                            my cancellation request and the connection should be disconnected within 7 calender days from
                            the time request is raised. I did not get any calls from anybody in Airtel and both my requests
                            (for dead phone and cancellation) were closed saying the connection has been retained. I
                            was still not provided with any resolution on my dead phone and I was not provided with any
                            information about why requests were closed.

                            I raised another request for cancellation of my phone on 21st Aug 2011 (No: 2675364), I was
                            still not provided with any resolution and the request was closed again with the very same
                            reason that “connection is retained”. I raised another request for dead phone on 26th Aug
                            2011 (No: 2966712) and still I was not given any resolution till 30th Aug 2011 and request was
                            closed. I raised another request on 30th Aug 2011 for disconnection (No: 3206024), and same
                            thing happened again, no resolution and request was closed. I talked to Nodal officer, that my
                            requests are being closed without any resolution and nobody is fixing or disconnecting the
                            phone, He said he will talk to people in his department and will get my phone working, but my
                            phone did not work after all. I raised another request on 31st Aug 2011 for dead phone (No:
                            3276688) and talked to Nodal officer again for this issue and after that an executive visited my
                            house and fixed my phone. I got dial tone in my phone but I was not able to make any calls as
                            my phone's incoming and outgoing were still blocked.

                            I raised two request for cancellation on 3rd Sep 2011 (No: 3434942 and 3436948), as phone
                            was still not working, and till date both these requests are in open state and no resolution
                            is provided yet. My phone's outgoing and incoming is blocked and my connection is not
                            disconnected yet. I was being asked to make payment for the period when my phone was not
                            working, so, I raised a request for billing issue on 3rd Sep 2011 (No: 3454680). I was not in
                            a position to continue with the phone connection (it was blocked) and wanted to make sure
                            that It gets disconnected so that I get apply for a new connection. I visited Airtel relationship

                            center asking them to disconnect my phone and give me a written acknowledgement of the
                            cancellation request I have raised. I was given only a promise there as well that my phone will
                            work and I was refused a written acknowledgement for the cancellation request I had raised.

                            I talked to one of the local Airtel executing and he told me that my connection is blocked
                            because I need to make the payment and on the same day 3rd Sep 2011, I made a payment
                            of bill for the month of July. Still after paying the bill, my phone line was not reactivated and I
                            raised a request to reactivate my connection on 3rd Sep 2011 (No: 3456878)

                            I raised multiple requests for reactivating my phone line on 7th Aug 2011 (No: 3669140) ,
                            9th Aug 2011 (No: 3787644) and 11th Aug 2011 (No: 3871264) but my phone line was not
                            reactivated. My phone got activated on the 11th Aug 2011 evening and got it deactivated again
                            on 12th Aug 2011. I have no idea why is my connection not being reactivated and at the same
                            time it is not disconnected also.

                            I had been writing emails all this time to airtel customer care ([protected]@airtel.in and
                            [protected]@in.airtel.com) and I never got any response for those mails. I only get an automated
                            acknowledgement without any acknowledgement number. When I discuss the emails with
                            customer care executive they ask me the acknowledgement number which I have received in
                            response to my mails, but response to my emails don't have any acknowledgement number. I
                            am attaching printouts of emails as a proof that there is no acknowledgement number is given.

                            When I ask the customer care executive why is my connection reactivated, he says that I have a
                            cancellation request in place that is the reason it is not reactivated and when I ask why is it not
                            disconnected yet, he says because I have a reactivation request in place that is the reason it is
                            not disconnected yet.

                            I want to raise a concern on the processes of Airtel that which law has given them write to keep
                            all the request to themselves and close them at their will without providing any resolution to the
                            customer. My phone connection was not disconnected even after raising multiple requests for
                            disconnection and I am forced to continue the connection, take care of Airtel's hardware and
                            pay for the phone connection which is being continued without my will. Airtel takes any amount
                            of time in disconnecting the connection and expect the customer to pay for the extra time they
                            have taken in disconnecting the connection and customer is responsible for the Airtel hardware.
                            When I raised requests for disconnection, I wanted a written acknowledgement for the same, so
                            that, I am not responsible for any of the Airtel hardware and I can not be made to pay for airtel
                            connection which is being continued without my consent.

                            I have wasted more than 500 Rs on making calls to Airtel customer care, I have wasted hours in
                            talking to airtel customer care/nodal officer, waiting to be connected to an airtel customer care
                            executive/nodal officer and writing emails to customer care and nodal officer (at least 50-60
                            hours) and I have suffered huge frustration during all this time. I never received any response
                            to mails, calls or requests I have been raising and I am being forced to continue with Airtel
                            connection which is in blocked state.

                            officers and for the amount of time I have wasted in talking to customer care, nodal
                            officer and writing emails to airtel.

                            I am providing 7 days to Airtel to clear above things and I case of failure to do so, I will take the
                            matter to honorable consumer court in Bangalore and will be asking for a damage of Rs 100000
                            for all the above and for all the expenses and time I will be spending in the case in consumer
                            court (including but not limited to expenses for lawyer, documentation, my valuable time and
                            court fees etc).

                            Airtel — Non disconnection of line even after multiple requests

                            I had put the disconnect request for my line [protected] first time on 2nd March (ref no[protected] and second time on 12th march (ref no 619351). I had got the confirmation call on 13th march and rep confirmed that 13th march onwards, there will be no charges.

                            Still I see line as active and charges being accumulated and agents trying to collect the outstanding.

                            I have called up customer service number of times and sent mail twice without any result. Proof of mails is attached.

                            If action is not taken immediately, I will be forced to discinnect all my HCL corporate mobile lines and put in bad book of company apart from legal action first through consumer forum.

                              Sir, I had a post paid connection on mobile no. [protected] , I filed request to convert it to prepaid on12.09.2011 , i have paid Rs.2820 vide receipt no.J7844 and till date out standing amount Rs.790 vide receipt no.J7847. I had purchsed another SIM from the Airtell office at Gita Bhawan Chouraha , whher i paid all my out standing bill till 12.09.2011, i was charged Rs.101/- without any receipt telling that i will get a balance of the same amount after 72 hrs when my afore said no. will put in to the service, todar i.e. on 17.09.2011, my above no is not put in to trhe service, no. of times a called at 198 service but of np avail.
                              Befor a couple of day i. e. on 15.09.2011 i have e recharged my above no with Rs. 110 from a vendor , in hope that my no. wiil be activated , i did so because when i dialed some no. i heard the voice that my account does not have enough balance, i received a massage that my account is successfully recharged and got a balance of Rs.93.50., even than my no. was not put in to the service , till today.
                              to my utter dismay my above no. is not in service but i received a massage on 16.09.2011 at.0042 hrs from AL hello tunes that i have choosen a hello tune and an amount of Rs.30/- was deducted from my account, instantly another massage that i have changed my hallo tune another Rs. 15/- was deducted , Kindly look in to the matter and resore my amount Rs.45/- and put my no. in service immediatly.reply me on my mail [protected]@yahoo.co.in ( if possible please tell me that how this magic can be done by Bharti Airtel so that i can shre this with people )

                                This is really frustrating availing your services where no body id responding to any mails.

                                Below query is still not been solved yet. Reversal of 30/- is not been done for previous deduction. Again Yesterday 30/- has been deducted for the same service Friend's Chat. Request you solve the query ASAP.

                                Even I had launched a compliant in Consumer forum today. Also I am continuing the Airtel service after the balance is over on [protected].

                                Hello Sir/Madam,

                                I am facing problem with the unnecessary deductions from Airtel in my Prepaid
                                Mobile number ([protected]).

                                Earlier 1 month back there was deduction of Rs75/- for hello tune and Rs 30/-
                                for Chat. Any of such service was not activated by me.
                                Immediately called the customer care and according to them this services was
                                activated by me. I told them to deactivate any of such services on this Phone
                                number. Nothing was happened till date.

                                In the morning again Rs. 30/- was deducted from my account.

                                Also I had make request for "Do Not Disturb" service, but still I am getting
                                many calls from unknown numbers (12 digit numbers).

                                Due to no such good response from Airtel service, it might I will go for
                                "Consumer Forum Complaint" or I may change all my numbers with other service
                                provider (Within 2 Days).

                                Request you to act fast on the two above matters ASAP. Please refund all the
                                money which was deducted earlier.

                                  I have been depositing my cheques for monthly payment of dues at the Kairali Apartments, Panampilly Nagar , Cochin drop box for > a year. For past 2-3 months collection from this authourised drop box of yours is erratic and I have had to pay fines for late payment. Kindly ensure that person collecting cheques from this drop box is regular.

                                    My name is Kalavati m Chigadannavar.... the reason to right u is that i had ported my mobile number that is [protected] from dolphin(mtnl, mumbai) to airtel last month and i have given all the documents to airtel retail center and it was succesfuly ported and it was working properly and even i have recharged it ... but after a week my number is not working anymore it says all incoming and outgoing calls are barred ... and now at present it says number does not exists... i mailed a complaint to airtel service provider many times but they did not replied..... i m totally confused ....... sir i request u to please help me and look into the matter as i m loosing my important contacts

                                    Myself Anoop kumar,
                                    I got my prepaid connection "[protected]" with a Sim no. [protected] packed on june'11 in the month of July last as far as i remember.
                                    Recently i connected a call to a friend of mine but the call get diverted to an Airtel executive who later on make me aware that its a verification procedure on behalf of Airtel checking out whether the customers are authentic or not.
                                    Later after his verification procedure, he made me know that everything is ok in my case.
                                    But by the next very day i got a display on my screen as "Invalid Sim".
                                    Now can you please let me know where the problem was ?
                                    I am highly disturbed by such a sophisticated service of your ; so called "Express Yourself".
                                    If now you find me authentic, then please do the further doings or let me know the procedure to assure you.

                                      complaint:i was being charged for devotional pack and m.bazar_deal_verse which airtel claims i requested it for on 6th of september 2011... i usually use bsnl .used this sim for one day that too for a days internet pack of rs 5 which i could'nt activate because the letters on the recharge voucher were too small... next thing i had this service on by itself and was charged 2 rs /day for the same. i am registered in the do not disturb category...so the customer care guy says i wont even receive this service devotional messages for which iam being charged...
                                      he told me to dial*121*5# to deactivate this service which i did on 16th sep 2011.
                                      i have a querry for airtel when iam in do not disturb category how can i receive the plan idea ????(by itself???)

                                      My mobil No is [protected]. on 17/09/2011 while I was sleeping i receives a call from airtel. when I came to know that it was an unsolicited pesky call I discontinued. soon i received a message that Rs.20/- has been deducted for dialing Firangi music. I do not no what it is and I never heard/availed that service. This is not the first time, previouslt too it happened two, three times. This amounts to unfair/illogical business practice charging customers for unvailed services. I want the Rs.20 to be refunded failing which I will take up the matter with concerned depts and report to media about Airtel's unfair practice which is equalled with highway robbery

                                        My name is Rajesh Ranjan having an Airtel no. i.e. [protected] has mailed you nnnn... no. of times Regarding De-Activation of Total Video Subscription, every time, i received a Ref. No. but nothing has been done, many times, i received the the deducted amount but some times no response.
                                        Today again, 15 Rs has been deducted & I had words with your different Floor Supervisors named Mr. Ajay & Mr. .. actually I didn't remember the name. They said, " If you are unable to deactivate the service then, Company will deactivate the same automatically". Now, I am unable to deactivate the service, now it's your turn to fulfill ur commitment. The Ref. No. today i received is RALDC[protected].
                                        Please deactivate this service.

                                        Actually, a service named Airtel video talkies has been activated at my no. I
                                        made a call to Customer Care Executive on 18/07/2011 But they are saying that
                                        there is no service activated at this no., however Rs 15.00 had been deducted
                                        but they have credited the amt. same day. Today again, I received the message
                                        i.e. Your weekly subscription to Video Talkies will be renewed in 3 days and
                                        you will be charged Rs. 15 for 7 days.
                                        .Again,I received the same message of Video Talkies dated 30/07/2011 at 09.17a.m. i.e. Your weekly subscription to video talkies will be renewed in 3 days and you will be charged Rs. 15 for 7 days.                                         Again secondly on 02/08/2011 at 11.18 a.m., I received the same message i.e. "Your weekly subscription to Video Talkies will be renewed in 3 days and
                                        you will be charged Rs. 15 for 7 days". And Rs.15 has been deducted.

                                        The mail which I received from you side was " We would like to inform you that your concern related to the deactivation of the Full Video service has been registered. Your Service Request number is [protected], in any future communication about this concern. Our team will contact you on or before[protected] with an update on the same." Till today, I didn't receive any call regarding this service. If it's possible for your technical team to deactivate the service, then its OK, otherwise, i think I'll change the Airtel No. & go for some other no. b'coz its not possible for me to sit in a cyber-cafe after 3 alternate day & mailing you for this.

                                        again today, Rs 15.00 has been deducted from my A/c. I[censored] are not able to deactivate the service, tell me, i'll change my no. & in future, never ever, I'll use Airtel. Pareshan kar diya hai aap logo ne, kehte ho ki hamara executive baat karega, aur aajtak 1 ph. tak nahi aaya.

                                        On every complain, they will give us a new request number, but of no use.
                                        Again 1 aur message from airtel,

                                        Video talkies has been activated on my number and was charged with 35rsbfor 12 days. However the moment I spoke to Diksha (Customer service rep-Airtel), she not only credited the balance, but she also deactivated all Vas. And all this was done in 2 minutes. The best part of Airtel is Customer Service. Not like other providers. Thank you so much Airtel for the wonderful services.
