    Hi,
    I am Ritesh Mittal and my airtel mobile no is [protected], I had 760 MB(approx) of net surfing in my account on the 4th of September evening and Rs 318(approx) bal in the main account but on 5th of September morning when I checked the balance it was showing 0 MB in the net surfing account and Rs 29 in the main account. When I inquired why the balance had been deducted from my account it was said to me that it was due to net surfing from the number. When I checked the amount of last data usage in my mobile it showed me around 220 MB. Then I again called up the customer care and they took my complain (Complain No CBDCC[protected]) and told me that my issue will be solved by the 6th of September 2pm but the issue still exist and facing a lot of problems.

    I also have one more point that if I was haivng 760 MB of net balance on the 4th of September(which was agreed by Customer Care) then according to airtel's surfing speed which is at the most 18KB/s it would take near about 12hrs minimum to finish up the net surfing balance and then to deduct my Rs[protected] it would take another 1 hrs.
    In total it would take near about 13hrs but the difference in my checking balance was only 6hrs.
    So how is the deduction possible.

    Calculations:
    760MB*1024= 778240 KB
    778240/18(KB/s)=43235 seconds
    43235/60= 720 minutes
    720/60= 12hrs

    Please Help me out.

    Does it really take so long to resolve the issue???
    I am sorry to say but I still have not received no resolution towards my complain. I am still standing where I was. I even tried contacting customer care at 121 but was of no help either.
    Please help me out or suggest what should I do.

      Hi All,

      I have a corporate postpaid SIM from Airtel mobile services.
      For the month of August 2011(20Jul-20Aug) i have been charged unreasonably.

      I had enabled a 2G connection & after 2 weeks i enabled 3G mobile services.
      For 2G i had selected a 99RS package with 2GB of data download free.
      For 3G i had selected a 250MB free download package.

      However, airtel consumer care have been disconnecting my calls when i ask why i have been charged extra. The issue is that once the 3G package was enabled they have disabled the 2G package which i had chosen and the worst part i was not informed.

      I was under the impression that i have both 2G & 3G package enabled. They have stated that i have used 380+MB of data for august out of which most are on 2G network.

      It has been days now that i have been escalating this issue but with no help.
      Also as per the itemised bill that i have attached they claim that i have used internet upto the 12th of Aug 2011. But i remember getting a msg from them that i have used 92% of my limit on 18th Aug 2011.

      Please help me as the billing is unreasonable and i feel helpless now.

      This query is regarding my Airtel mobile bill dated: 20th August 2011.

        Dear Sir,

        I am using Airtel DTH services for TV programs since 2009, Oct. My Cust ID is [protected]. I want to compalin against the pathetic services of Airtel DTH. My set top box went bad on 31st August and I filed a complaint on their toll free number[protected]. THe complaint no is 11481673 done at around 5:45 PM on 31/08/2011

        However inspite pf their telling me that withing 24 hrs someone would call up, no one did. I again called at the same toll free number[protected] and they again assured me within 24 hrs service. When no one called up again till 2nd Sept, 2011, I got hold of their baroda office and asked them about my problem then a service engineer truend up in the afternoon and changed my set top box. Now so many days elepsed when they just had to change a set top box, it took 10 mins only.

        I was charged Rs 350/- from my account for this. However, The set top box has 3 months warranty. I could use it till the night of 4th Sep. In the morning of 5th sept, when i turned it up, the thinh just hung and the status is same now. I called up unmpteenth time to their Baroda office (No[protected] and they assured me that they will solve my problem by 5th evening. However nothing happened. I am calling them today too and now they say they dont have thje set top box in their warehouse. It will take another 2 days for that to come from Ahmedabad. I am trying their local no and the phone no given at the time of purchasing the system in 2009 of one My Paresh Patel ([protected]) but either he is not picking up or cutting the call.

        Calling their toll free number[protected] will be futile again since they will go through their routines of giving a Complaint no and telling me that it will get solved in 24 hours.

        The ground situation is different. The Airtel is not bothered about my waste of 5 days, my waste of time by calling them around 25 times appx. and my Rs 350/- amount still charged against a faulty replacement.

        A problem which just need a replacement of set top box (which doesnt take more than 10 mins) has taken 5 days...and still counting. and we complain about pathetic government services ?...How about Airtel.

        I would like to put this complaint through you so that this gets noticed and get proper redressal and people should not suffer.

          Mobile no. [protected]. I recently bought a Nokia N8 and was given an offer by Airtel that I will be receiving free 2 GB of internet usage for next 6 months. It was received for the month of August but it got deactivated for the month of Sep without any prior information and my consent. I was not aware of it and was using net as usual. My balance was unnecessarily deducted for the service which was offered to me for free. I called Airtel customer service "198" on 2nd Sep 2011 and lodged a complaint regarding same. They told me that my issue will be resolved by 5th Sep 2011 by 6.00pm. I didn't received any call and my problem was not solved till today, 6th Sep 2011. I called again today where the executive told me .that my problem is still not solved and he will transfer the call to a senior. The call got disconnected at the same time and again disconnected when I called 2-3 times. Till now I am unable to contact them. I have lodged complaints regarding unnecessarily deduction of balance and activation of services on my number, earlier also with Airtel. I don't why Airtel is not keeping their customers satisfied being the most trusted company.

          Airtel — unusual balance deductions by activating unnecessary packs

          i have been calling airtel customer care since 12.2.2011 regarding activation o[censored]nnecessary packs by themselves. on feb 12th, Rs.50/- was deducted from my account by giving me the message that i had activated java games. the same thing happened on january 16th. however, when i called customer care on january 16th, they told that this deduction is one time only and no further deductions shall be made due to this cause. but, when again Rs.50/- was deducted on feb, on calling customer care, they told that this would happen each month. again on 13th feb, at 6.00 pm, while i was using e-buddy mobile messenger, i received a message saying Rs.20/- has been deducted for downloading some Babes and Bikes game. whereas, i did not do any such thing. again that night at 10.40 pm, i received another message saying Rs.50/- has been deducted for downloading the same Babes and Bikes game. the same thing happened with two of my friends and one of my colleague at office. now, we are thinking of approaching Consumer Services and we would directly approach Department of telecom for their help.

[protected] is me aap ki compny se coll aaya tha ki 250 me 1 saal k liye hello toon activet kara chate ho to 250 me ho jayegi to maine karaya tha mere account se 250 rupay kate phir mene 5 alag alag flesh tone karaya tha custmar care se... phir maine aap k compni k custmar care ko coll kiya tha use bola tha ki 1 tone hata k usme mudar ki 1 ton daldo to usne meri puri tone kaatdi aur sirf 1 naw ton mudar ki daldi..to maine phir coll kiya ki ye aap ne kya kiya maine 1 tone badalne ko kaha tha aapne puri tone kaat k sirf 1 ton daaldi to usne kaha ki ab phirse use chalu karna hai to aap k 15 rupay k hisab se phir paise katege...aur usne jo nai tone daalithi wo bhi dusre din apne aap band ho gai... to maine aap k custmar care me 121 aur 198 me jab coll kiya to unhone mere nambar se custmer care se baat ho sake us sistam ko hi band kardiya... lagbhag 15 -20 din tak to chalu hi nahi huwa tha to maine lagana hi band kardiya... phir mai bhilai me airtel k office se 121 me baat kiya to unhone 15 k hisab se 45 rupay wapas account me dal diye... aur 3 tone k 45 nahi dale aur jo 250 saal ka kate the wo bhi nahi dale... mere mobil me 1 mahine se jada se jada 3 mahine tak hi tone chalu huwi hai... mai chatahu ki mere mobil me hello tone phir se chalu ho jaye aur aaj jitne din band raha uska charg na kate... maine 121 me aap ki compni ka addras maaga to unhone de se inkar kar diya kaha ki hamare indore me kai office hai... agar aap nahi chalu kara sakte to mujhe address dedo mai aap ki compny ko notis bhijwauga apne wakil se..

            I never expected that I would be cheated by entering my details on airtel website.
            Only reason I went for airtel dth is that I can manage my mobile, broadband and dth all at one place.

            I am from Chennai. I had updated my number and name on airtel.in website for getting new HD DTH connection.
            I got call from Ashif Khan (ashif.[protected]@vriti-interactive.com) from this number[protected].
            He told me that I will get connection (South economy sports with aitel HD dth + telugu regional pack, 3months subscription, 250rs cashback) for 2600 Rs.
            I paid 2600rs with icici credit card on 3rd September using Payment Link connectindia.in/checkout.htm. Reference number is 3879235.
            He promised that by 4th September evening I will get the installation done but nothing happened till now.
            There is no customer id generated for me till now.
            All my STD calls and emails to vriti interactive were unanswered.
            No idea why airtel is entertaining such fraud illegal thrid party fellows.

            I have googled for vriti-interactive and my heart dropped by seeing the number of complaints registered on it and airtel dth combined. That’s the reason I am writing this email.

            Hope this email finds the right person.
            Please see to it that I receive the connection with specified package as promised. If not please return my money back.

                I would like to REACTIVATE my Airtel IPTV.
                my iptv connection has been disconnected from last 15 days despite paying all bills .
                and complaining many times at airtel helpline i got the following request numbers:-
                2253584 dated 02/09/11
                19695428 dated 01/09/11
                3231688 dated 30/08/11
                and many more complaints throughout.....but none of the times was the problem resolved and they even fail to give any answers why this happened.and the airtel representative who visited to check the payments if due said .''sir we are as helpless as you are ecaue airtel just tells us to collect bill and in your case bills are already paid so you should file a case against it.
                i visited airtel hub(center) dc chowk,rohini sector-9, they said their own office airtel phone is not repaired since 3 weeks how can they help me.''
                this kind of service is not expected from a company like airtel.

                They said that from our end a request to discontinue the connection was made which is not true....soo i would like my connection to be working again asap.
                and wolud like to request airtel to improve their billing and customer care services as they are full of errors and have to be borne by the consumer.

                Airtel Postpaid — Misleading customers by wrong SMS's!

                i m very much frustated with your message of contast,changing hellow tune,etc regularly .
                so stop sending me such kind of messages.
                regarding refund of rs.1646/-on my airtel number [protected].

                I HAVE TAKEN YOUR POSTPAID CONNECTION , THE SCHEME WHICH YOU HAVE PROVIDED FOR GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE. IN THIS YOU GAVE ME THE INFORMATION REGARDING THE FREE TALKTIME AND ALL. BUT MY BILL RATE IS MORE THAN I EXPECT. I HARDLY MAKE 10 TO 15 CALLS A MONTH WHICH IS VERY LESS THAN THE FREE TALKTIME YOU HAVE PROVIDED. BUT MY BILL RATE IS ALWAYS HIGH.                 i had 999 executive plan.when i try to renew my account, u said by mid of april and may mid 2008 that u dont have such plan any more and made me to choose power 150 plan.but now i could see u r renewing 999 executive plan for other customers.
                y does it for others and not for me?
                i want to change my plan to 999 executive where iam comfortable with.

                Bharti Airtel India — Cheating Customers During Migration From Prepaid to Postpaid by giving wrong Commitment.

                Before Migration From Prepaid to Postpaid, I was told that from Airtel Department that:

                All STD Call Charges: Rs.1.00 INR per minute
                All National SMS Charges: Rs.0.50 INR per minute
                All Local SMS Charges: Rs.0.05 INR per message

                Based on the above received information (commitment), I migrated to Postpaid and then my Bill got generated as per below:

                All STD Call Charges: Rs.1.50 INR per minute
                All National SMS Charges: Rs.1.50 INR per minute
                All Local SMS Charges: Rs.0.50 INR per message

                So many emails I sent to [protected]@airtelindia.com, nodalofficer.[protected]@airtel.in, appellate.[protected]@airtel.in. But no one is responding with regard to wrong commitment, Whilst I was getting the information regarding the bill plan (Which has no meaning for my email).

                Just Airtel Cellular Services in India, is cheating the customers like anything.
                And in these cheating ways, now they are feeling proud to announce that they are having[protected] customers in India. But they don't know that, they reached that goal in a shameful manner and by cheating the customers.

                I'm Feeling very shame to be one among those customers of Airtel.

                Airtel: Number one in India And Number one in Cheating in India.

                Airtel — Misconduct,Unnecessary charges, Wrong Information, Harassment

                I never requested for any WIFI however in the current month bill I have been charged with 1000 Rs for WIFI charges while talking to CSR They said I have been delivered this WIFI on 7th July which is an untrue statement whenever I try to talk to service provider they keep disconnecting my calls and therefore i spoke with several people like vivek pratiksha and vikas suri and many.They all misguided me which is unfeasible I have been using BB since march I already had WIFi why would I ask for it again if nothing is wrong.Your people are keep misguiding me I am planning to go to consumer court because I have proper evidence please check this concern and resolve it ASAP I must not have any interruption I am also having the print screen in this email which is being sent to my lawyer if it is not resolved I would ask for huge penalty which might cause problem to airtel and on the top of it please take care of your CSRS who are keep disconnecting our calls. This email is sent to airtel however they are not responding me, please look into that

                Bharti Airtel India — excessively charged , no compensation and mental harass

                i had to renew my bill plan EIL 150 ion jan 09 but they renewed some other plan which did nt have the discounts which i get in my EIL150 scheme.Even several requests to change the scheme they finally activated in june after gap of 6 months
                compensation is against the monthly rental and call discounts though i have been compensated against monthly rental but no monthly call discount has been provided. my phone was cut several of times even though i had rs 2000 credit limit and even the excessively charged bill were less than that so it was misbehavior and misconduct on their part. its been year they have been treating like this
                its torturous and mental harassment extreme indifference.
                i want strict action and due compensation be provided

                bharti airtel india — Misleading and fooling to buy new plan

                I have a landline – internet connection at home with a Rs.1099 unlimited plan. Till about 2 months back I had a Rs.699 Unlimited Plan with 256kbps speed and a download speed of 30kbps( I was totally happy and satisfied with it for the past 4 years). In April, i was told that I could upgrade my plan and move to Rs.1099 and get a speed of 60kbps for download. It’s been 2 months I agreed to change the plan and I have never got that download speed of 60Kbps till date which I was told I would get. I have called 9 times to put forward a complaint from the past 1 month (1 complaint No.[protected] and no one had even come to check on the same till someone turned up on 10.07.2010 and says – Sorry sir you will not get the desired speed and we cannot do anything about it.

                And when i checked with Airtel on this statement, they said it was right and will only get that speed on particular sites and not all: which was never told to me beforehand. And when i asked the same to that Airtel Executive on the phone - he mentioned that if they start telling this to everyone how will Bharti Airtel they make money and this is how Sunil Bharti Mittal Chairman Bharti Airtel is a big man today.

                And regarding the plan, when i asked to put me back to my old plan, the answer was - the old plan is discontinued and i cannot do anything about it. I will have to continue like this - i like it or not.

                I think this is a total rip off and I never expected this from Airtel. As what I can understand was that Airtel just wanted to close that plan and move people on to this new plan and if they are not happy with the service later on also, they can’t do much as the earlier plan has been withdrawn.

                I havent paid any bill of theirs till date for past 2 months and would not like to pay it also as that is like giving to their demands as and when they feel comfortable. And now, Airtel has even started sending their recovery agents and threatning me to pay those unpaid bills.

                Airtel — Wrong information and harassment

                This is regarding the document resubmission for Airtel postpaid connections. I have had this connection for 8 years now - and I got a call from Airtel that I would have to resubmit my documents. On asking whether a letter on my company letterhead is valid as address proof or not, they said yes (this was from a customer care person). When I went to submit they said it's not acceptable as a residence proof. This is a clear contradiction between statements made by their own people. I had spent considerable time to get the letter, and then skip office for half a day to go to submit it.

                This is as low as a lack of customer service goes - and whatever service Airtel has - is by stupid people.
                I've mailed you my contact details. However, it is quite surprising that you are so responsive and willing to solve customer issues on online public forums, but the same cannot be said for you when I contact you directly. Why is that? Is your management listening? Are they going to take away anything from this conversation?
                So, any updates?
                Any updates on this issue? Or are you still working on a resolution? It's been a week.
                You were waiting to hear from me? I've mailed you once and you said you're looking into the issue. The ball was in your court - you were supposed to respond.
                I had mailed you on 13th October at [protected]@airtel.in with the subject line "Regarding doc submission". And you say "You've not written in yet". Do you check your mails?
                No response from you, either to the mail I had sent to your [protected]@airtel.in id, or here. What am I to make of this? That you're full of false promises?

                my airtel iptv has been deactivated without any reason and despite requesting many times it is not being activated and now they are asking us to give my id proof and address verification proof and apply for a new connection with monthly plan of rs.1099 i.e. as per the scheme on new connection.
                My current plan was of Rs.999 per month....and i am an existing customer then why should i pay more...this action of airtel representatives clearly depicts that they intentionally did this so that they can charge higher......and even after clearing my billing issues airtel is liable to pay me some amount then how can they directly shut my account....so that they don't hv to clear my issues.
                this is a very serious offence.........
                i would like to draw attention of higher officials at airtel's end to look into this matter and resolve it ASAP
                this kind of ill treatment is not expected from a reputated company like airtel.

                  Hi,

                  I bought a new postpaid connection with plan 199/- Rs per month plan. And also, on the same day, I activated 2GB GPRS plan of 98/- Rs per month. According to the plan, I have to 98/- Rs per month and I will be able to use 2GB of GPRS data without any extra cost.

                  My GPRS usage for the duration 8th Aug to 20th Aug was 1.76GB. But, in the bill, I got around 11,000Rs for GPRS usage only.


                  These are the exact things which happened in sequence:-

                  1. 8th Aug 2011 : Bought the number with plan 199/- Rs per month.Activated GPRS plan of 98/- Rs per month
                  2. 11th aug to next few days : I started talking to customer support guys for inquiring about the GPRS unbilled amount. They said you will not get charged until you use more than 2GB GPRS.
                  3. Aug 22nd 2011 : Airtel gave me bill of 7177/- Rs in which 7000/- was only for GPRS usage which was not more tha 2GB.

                  I haven't used GPRS more than 2GB And I already activated GPRS plan for 2GB.


                  I have contacted customer care, nodal officers and appellate officers for the same for n number of times. Every time I call, they will say, they are trying to get the information from concerned department and will revert back in 2 days. And after 2 days, they will mail telling the charges are valid. I am getting sick of these guys. They always deviate the matter by giving stupid excuses and when I counter argue, they will not have an answer and they will say, we will get back in 2 days.

                  Now they are saying that you have been charged on the pro rata basis which charge me 30paise per 50Kb. When I was contacting customer care center at the time I was getting[protected]Rs unbilled amount they said you will not get charged below 2GB. And if airtel is charging on the prorata basis why shouldn't they tell me before. Even no one told me that they will charge on the pro rata basic for the 12 days?

                    इन दिनों लोगों को अर्जेट नाम से उनके मोबाइल फोन पर एक एसएमएस आ रहा है। इसमें लिखा होता है कि आपका नंबर लकी ड्रॉ में चुना गया है और आपका पांच हजार डालर का इनाम निकला है। इनाम की रकम प्राप्त करने के लिए मोबाइल धारक को एक आईएसडी कॉल रेट नंबर [protected] पर फोन करने के लिए कहा जाता है। जब मैसेज रिसीव करने वाला व्यक्ति इनाम के लालच में इस नंबर पर फोन मिलाता है तो फोन करने वाले को आईएसडी रेट चार्ज के हिसाब से रुपये खर्च करने पड़ते हैं। जैसे ही दिए गए नंबर पर फोन मिलाया जाता है तो फोन रिसीव करने वाला बधाई देता है और कहता है कि आपने पांच हजार डालर जीत लिए हैं। लेकिन लोगों की यह खुशी उस समय काफूर हो जाती है, जब फोन करने वाले को बताया जाता है कि उसे इनामी राशि पाने के लिए कुछ रकम एडवांस में टैक्स के रूप में इनाम देने वाले के खाते में जमा करानी होगी। इस पर अगर कोई झांसे में न आकर फोन काट भी देता है तो भी वह खुद को ठगा-सा महसूस करता है, क्योंकि आईएसडी कॉल रेट के हिसाब से उसके फोन का अच्छा-खासा बिल बन चुका होता है।

                    एक अन्य तरीके से भी फोन करने वाले को ठगा जा रहा है। फोन करने वाले को पूछा जाता है कि वह मोबाइल से फोन कर रहा है या लैंडलाइन से। मोबाइल से फोन करने वाले को फोन पर ही कुछ बटनों को दबाने के दिशा-निर्देश दिए जाते हैं। उन निर्देशों को अपनाते ही फोन करने वाले का सारा फोन बैलेंस अचानक हैक कर लिया जाता है। इसके अलावा कुछ लोग अधिक लालच में आ जाते हैं तो उन्हें सीधे अकाउंट नंबर बता कर टैक्स की रकम को उनके अकाउंट में जमा कराने के लिए कहा जाता है।

                    इसी तरह ठगी का शिकार हुए शाहदरा निवासी अजीत ने बताया कि उसने एसएमएस आने के बाद इनाम के लालच में दिए गए नंबर पर फोन किया और फोन पर बात करने वाले व्यक्ति से दिशानिर्देश पर कुछ बटन भी दबाए। उसके बाद उसके मोबाइल का पांच हजार रुपये का बैलेंस पलक झपकते ही गायब हो गया। उसके बाद उसका फोन भी कट गया। बाद में उसे एहसास हुआ कि वह ठगी जा चुका है। चूंकि गलती खुद उसकी थी, इसलिए उसने मामले की शिकायत कहीं नहीं की।

                    ऐसे की जाती है ठगी

                    फोन करने वाला व्यक्ति जिस आईएसडी कॉल रेट नंबर पर फोन करता है, उस नंबर की कंपनी के साथ मैसेज भेजने वाले का कमीशन तय होता है। ऐसे नंबरों पर फोन करना अन्य आईएसडी नंबरों पर फोन करने से कुछ अधिक महंगा होता है। इस तरह जानबूझ कर फोन करने वाले व्यक्ति को लंबी बातों में उलझाया जाता है, ताकि उसका बिल अधिक से अधिक बने। अधिक बात होने पर जितनी चपत फोन करने वाले को लगेगा, उतनी ही कमाई ठगी करने वाले को कंपनी के जरिये हो जाती है।

                      I am having Airtel Broadband connection no. 0124 – 4001575 name of Mr. Amit Dhawan, since last 3 to 2 month. Now from last one month the company is harassing me a lot because we have call many times in airtel customer care for activate my Centrex service (First request number 2596234 date on 20/Aug/2011, Second request by call on 29/Aug/2011 number 3173782 and customer care executive give me SLA time, first 24/Aug/2011 but now my request in open status, second SLA time give by customer care after closed my first SLA, 31/Aug 2011, now today date is 5/Sep/2011, status of my last request is open) on my broadband but service yet not activate. The company official always made an excuse that the Centrex service is activated on your broadband but now service still not activate. Unfortunately I have no proof to show them that I have not started any service.

                      Further I request you to activate my Centrex service on number[protected] as I require it very urgently and take necessary action.

                        I had purchased an Airtel DTH HD in the month of february 2011 in delhi . I had to relocate to Mumbaiin the month of july , so i lodged a request in the month of july for relocation of the disc but after waiting for 10 days after the complain I had to remove the disc my self , but i guess airtel still had a lot against me because when i reach Mumbai i lodged another complain for re installation at my new residence I spoke to almost almost a dozen of telecallers from the customer care but to my surprise they showed me a very unprofessional behaviour by sending engineers to my delhi house address even after updating the adress in the system . I wished i remebered the names of the telecallers so that i could have mentioned the same here but ,, even this was not the end I have been calling airtel continuously and every time i get a new complain number, is this the way to treat a client when he is relocating to a new city . By the customer care I was given the number of Mr Atul who is the head at the navi mumbai area but to my surprise the manager started acting in unprofessinla manner by switching off his mobile .

                        I am still waiting for someone from Airtel to fix the problem but I guess Airtel forgets after selling the products or else the reason may be they are too big now to listen to the compliants of the customer but trust me i will never recommend Airtel to any one from now on wards .

                        You people just know to give fake promises to your customers...what a vague reply you are giving to this particular issue...he must be getting the same response from yuour customer care also...but surprisingly since july nothing have been done other then makeing fake promises...

                        One thing is for sure your aftersale services are very bad...even if you promote your product big time...what makes adifference is your aftersale service which in Airtel's case is ZERO...

                        No one should recommend AIRTEL DTH because aftersale service is REALLY BAD and its more imp than the product ...

                        Hi,

                        I bought an Airtel digital TV connection from the airtel website on 26th April 2012. Same day I got a call from Airtel office and they generated my customer id ([protected]) and took all the details confirming that installation will happen within 72 hours.

                        Since that day I have been making repeated calls to customer care and my local airtel dth office but the installation is not happening.

                        This is ridiculous. First of all they take the money and then they make a fool o[censored]s. I would like any help to get my amount refunded as I dont want this airtel anymore.

                          IT IS PREPAID CONNECTION OF AIRTEL (MP). MY BALANCE GOT REDUCTED BY RS.99/- ON 04/09/2011 AT 11.58 PM. FOR NO REASON.
                          I HAVE CONTACTED AIRTEL COMPLAINT NO. 198 AND GET CONNECTED WITH THEIR REPRESENTATIVE, AFTER HEARING ME HE DICONNECTED MY PHONE IMMEDIATELY. I HAVE TRIED AND KEEP TRYING THEIR PHONE SINCE THEN BUT NOT GETTING CONNECTD. THIS IS NOT HAPPENING FIRST TIME WITH ME. THE SAME TYPE OF DEBIT HAPPENED IN MY ACCOUNT IN PAST ALSO.

                          PLEASE CREDIT BACK THE AMOUNT WITH PENALTY AS COULD MAKE IMPORTANT CALLS TO MY FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS YESTERDAY NIGHT.

                            Airtel network connectivity is very poor and i don't know what happen to them cutting unecessary charges.

                            On saturday night rs 50 was gone from my balance account without informing me and this is not the first time.

                            their customer care is also very poor.

                            From last 2-3 months airtel service is very poor.

                            I m thinking now of shifting to another operator and is influencing a lot of airtel customers.

                            Airtel is forcing its customer to spread bad word of mouth about them.

                            It is loosing its trust.

                            I Active a new connection 5th September from airtel sim three month internet free of cost 18 hour my internet start
                            On tuesday evenig rs 36 was gone from my balance account without informing me and this is not the first time.
                            their customer care is also very poor. Please do Action for Airtel Company

                              I am Lakshman, I just relocated to Salem and fetched a house for myself. I wanted a DTH Connection for entertainment and so surfed Airtel DTH's Online Portal. Since i was impressed i showed my interest by providing my mobile number [protected]. I received a call immediately from an outsourced outbound marketing call centre Connect India. Mrs.Jothi and Mr.Kapil Taneja convinced me to make an online payment and since I trusted Airtel i had made the payment and also gave them the transaction number. Astonishingly the one hundred phone calls which came before making the payment did not come after making the payment. They had promised me a connection within 24 hours but its 5 days as of today but the delivery of goods and services has still not happened.

                              I tried contacting the customer care atleast a two hundred times and they never attend or give some other number and ask me to call that number which is also a bogus number.

                              Numbers used to call customer care were [protected] and [protected]. I knew calls would be recorded for internal training purposes. Kindly trace the calls to all your toll free numbers and listen to it and do take necessary action to avoid customer dissatisfaction. The company which endorsed the impatient world concept is to abide by its values.

                              The Payment i made was Rs.1540 and the transaction number is 3869487 and temporary customer ID is [protected].

                              Only i know how it is when neglected eventhough you have made a payment. My First Impression is i know how hard its going to be untill i use the DTH connection of yours.

                              Please answer
                              1) What happened to my payment
                              2) When will i get the connection
                              3) Why false commitment
                              4) Why the untrained call centre executives
                              5) Why dont connect india people attend phone calls or reply to e-mail
                              6) Why dont you guys reply to mails.

                              Vex................................................................................


                              I know its hard to give 15 Rs worth quality when you get 10 Rs. Please charge call centre calls. Please make call charges for Airtel Customers at 1 Rs per minute get how much ever money you require but please provide good customer after sales service.

                                For the past 2 weeks the Airtel 3G network is very slow. If I call the Call center, no one gives proper answer.Every time you call with the service request number given, they put on hold and come back to say, will give a call back.obviously, never call back. If asked for reason, they come out reasoning saying, network is slow, network problem. Why are these problems not officialized in papers, magazines,???? Is this how Airtel treats their customer ? Its A shame to have used the Air tel USB 3G Service. Its been 2 weeks, no one is able to provide a solution at call center.. It was quite ok for 2 months, since then, the speed started to fluctuate at the lowest possible worse than a dialup.. If i call, they say server maintenance, network problelm..etc... if it is at a bigger level, why it does not come in paper...

                                I feel bad of having chosen airtel.

                                I have the same problem, my airtel 3g modem is giving only 0.06bits/sec when it says 60kbps I have some urgent work to do and i cant even surf the net easily!
                                NO reply from the customer care makes this situation even worse.
                                Very disappointing service from AIRTEL 3G connection.

                                Hope that the people concerned do something about it ASAP.

                                  I have taken a Airtel DTH and have been crying with it since that day. every month it goes down for 7-10 days and everyday i need to call the customer care where they promise to fix it in 24 hrs, just that for airtel 24hrs is usually 24days. Pathetic.

                                  Now my connection is down since last 12 days & have call up customer care 40+ times and there is no sign of resolution. every day they close my ticket saying its resolved where as problem persists, again i need to call them & they reopen ticket.

                                  Please have some mercy on your customers & stop saying lies that you are the best service provider. I think you can honorably congratulate yourself as the worst service provider in India.

                                  My airtel DTH connection is not working since last 7 days.. even after lodging complaints for 9-10 times, nobody from the authorities are responding to our complaint.. i keep complaining every day since last 7 days but nobody is bothered to solve it.. they keep on committing days after days but none of their engineers or technicians turn up ever..

                                    I got a phone call this morning regarding airtel winners zone ,after that i disconnected the phone with out selecting any option.but at night i got a message saying that it is deducting 5rs every day for subscription of airtel winners zone.its a big cheating by Airtel/OnMobile Global Ltd..

                                        I had called customer care 121 from an Airtel Service Center about stopping this Subscription Video Parlour Service, which was activated without my consent at a rate of Rs 5.00 per day (Req. Ref. No. is ROVDE[protected]) on 3rd Sep 2011. She said that the service has been stopped immediately. But today 4th Sep 2011, I again got an SMS saying that "You have been renewned for Subscription Video Parlour Service. You have been charged Rs 5.00".
                                        I would strongly request to stop all these services with immediate effect once and for all and credit-back all the charges to my account.
