Not able to pay bill online since a month

I have been trying to contact customer care about this since more than 3 weeks but I haven't got any clear response. I am not able to pay my bill online. Every time I try, it says "Online payment facility not available yet". Today I got an SMS asking me to pay my outstanding bill, else they will cut off the connection and they said I can also pay my bill in airtel.in. Not Working

Dear

I was using one Airtel number from last 10 years from last 10 years Airtel services is Good. But now they are giving very poor services in terms of Customer care & part of that we are also using Airtel Cooperate Lease Line & PRI line from last 2-3 years. But after the personal expires we also planning to change the Airtel from our cooperate use.
My consort it that from May 2011 My IPTV is not working properly...

Faulty set top box

hi,
i brought a airtel DTH with recorder at Rs.5000 in Jan 2011. from the very begning i m facing froblem with that, dealer told me that, that DTH is HD, but later on i came to know that it ordenary. it use to get hang after every 30 mins. thay are charging me more mony of my packege & gitting half of channels of my packege. i want to return back that DTH, but thay refused. last 15 days i m not getting any channels at that....
