UNINOR — Poor network

Facing much prbm due to poor network. After complain had been done in the customer care but there is no response frm them.

I Facing much prbm due to poor network. location all india radio radio trasmitter

Iam also facing network problem with UNINOR. there is a lot of network problem with UNINOR. I talk to customer care representative he assure me to rectify the same within 2 week but still the problem is not solved even when i search manually i did not get UNINOR in the list they said they have congestion free network but in reality they have no network. iam living in Gramam near mavelikara (pin 689645)

aircel docomo airtel and uninor have very very poor network in kumbharjua rambhuvan wada which is 2km away from the tower.only the idea, vodafone and BSNL is getting good network.please take some action against it and let the people enjoy the full network because many people are having problems in making calls and in internet usage we are waiting for your request.

hi i m from kumbharjua Bad network coverage of aircel since aircel launched in goa. if you are not increasing your network strength, then i will port my aircel sim to vodafone or bsnl becoz they are getting a good network coverage. I will wait for one month to check whether we are getting a network or not,

4) Rs.130 2.5GB 1 month

hi my name is harish tari from kumbharjua. IN kumbharjua there is a very bad network coverage.If i stand on my terrace i m getting only 3 bars and in my house i m not getting a single bar. i had three airtel sim card but bcoz of bad network, i had removed it from my mobile and now i cannot use that because of ''registration'' of which has failed.Also there is no network coverage for docomo.i cannot use airtel internet because of network.vodafone also was not getting network but since last 5 months it has a very good network. you can come and check airtel network.

But now i Quit... from ur network bcoz, most of my frndz r using Vodafone with superb network courage even in toilet. with high speed browsing and downloading facilities are given with same value plans of that o[censored]r AIRTEL..
i would like to take the lead and would like to tell u the truth ant that is this- u r losing ur Airtel customers at much faster rate than and any other network..i think if this thing continues then i can guaran-dam-tee u that there will be no one who will except ur services in this kind of reception facility U HAVE D BEST SMS, GPRS, STD, ISD, LOCAL call rates, just bcoz of network ur failing, , so my humble requuest to u this kindly set up a tower at Kumbharjua so as we can enjoy ur services . and i can guaran-damn-tee u dat now der only 5% of them using Airtel i[censored] set up a tower here it will rise up from 5% to 99.100% with ma guarantee.. u can contact me i[censored] want land for building tower..

UNINOR — POOR NETWORK COVERAGE

I am using uninor mobile for almost two years, but till now a lot of problem in network.My cell no. is [protected].So, pls. discuss the matter as quick as possible.
i am fed up with AIRCEL, internet in kumbharjua please do something i am getting very less speed about2-4kbps browsing also is too slow.this problem has occurred since last 3 months.please do something.

YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS 5 LATEST GAMES http//gclub.in.

    I WANT REFUND OF ALL THE UNAUTHORISED CHARGES DEDUCTED BY M/S AIRTEL WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT.

    WHY TRAI IS KEEPING MUMB ON THIS INSPITE OF THIS ILLEGAL WAY OF EARNING BY THE COMPANY.

    airtel gclub subscription — unauthorised subscription

    Iam using Airtel sim with No [protected]. about a week ago sudenly I found that some money is deduccted from my account as subsciption for gclub for which I never subscibed and there after every day they are deducting Rs 5/- as renewal which I never did. Iam Not using this service at all Iam losing this hard earned money every day for these cheeters. I tried to unsubscibe through all the methods given in the website and on mobile also. but there is no response from this people. I feel they are delibarately not responding on the given numbers to unsubscribe.So that they can cheet the people and earn money in illegal way. Plese atleast now unsubscibe this service on my mobile otherwise I have to dump this simcard and change my service providers.

      i have raise complaint regarding network connection for lot of time. for customer Representative. but no action taken for there side.
      I am not getting network signal in my house and just outside. I cannot make any calls or attend any calls inside the house, as soon as i get a call i will have to run outside and attend the call... and this Iam not talking about a distant place away from the town.         Wish to bring to your notice a few points regarding the broadband connection
        number [protected] :-
        1.My internet was not working form 4th May2011 to 25 May 2011 that is 21 days.
        (Though my internet connection was not working even before but i am considering
        only the day from which i raised a request.)
        2.My monthly plan is 899 + taxes=992 which means that i should get a waiver of
        Rs. 694 in total. (calculated as (992/30)*21).
        3.Out of this i have got a waiver of Rs. 116 for the bill dated 12/May/2011.
        4.Hence i should get a waiver of Rs. 578 in the bill dated 12/Jun/2011 as i
        understood from my interaction with customer care.

        But the company is denying to give the waiver for the required days.

        Please be informed that my bill payment is due on 16th Aug 2011 and i will not be paying the bill unless waiver is not processed and neither will i be liable to pay the late payment charges if any due to the delay in processing this on your end.

        Also, please share all the data relevant to this below number as i wish to move to consumer court against the harrassment/improper billing (blatant cheating) against airtel.

          I was using Airtel prepaid and was flooded with calls from airtel to convert to Post paid.

          They said, I need to deposit 300 as a conversion charge and same will be paid against bill on 2nd month of the usage.

          However, after the conversion when I enquire about it, I come to know that It is not possible to convert so and it can only be refunded upon cancellation.

          There is a misquoting of information in the beginning itself, I dont want to stick on to the service further. I've complained about this to the customer care but I have not provided even the complaint number. Now where to track and whom to track, just clueless about their complaints handling ... my number is [protected]

          Airtel — cash wrongly deposited to pre-paid number

          I am having three connections of airtel in my name (two corporate and one personal). All are post-paid. Recently while depositing bill in cash, I wrongly deposted Rs.250/- to one of my airtel's account which I got changed to post-paid recently. Now I want that the amount deposited in pre-paid connection is transferred to one post-paid connection. I talked to customer care on phone, they advised to contact the outlet where the cash was deposited. The outlet say they cannot do anything now. Please advise whom to be contacted who can resolve the thing. No. to which the bill is paid wrongly is [protected] (pre-paid). No to which the amount has to be transferred is [protected].
          Some one called me from Airtel, and said that it is only refunded upon cancellation.
          Now what difference does it makes than telling it again.

          Need a firm response or at-least an apology mail in a professional way from the misleading person. I understand mistakes are part of any work, how ever, giving wrong information for the sake of selling the product is not a good business ethics!!!

          This is to report the flow on the going and how Airtel is dealing my complaint, I've got a call from airtel again.
          This time they are denying being received 300 rupees and wanting me to prove.

          The official said it is not updated in the system that I've paid the amount now, and want me to prove my payment. when I asked how can you convert the prepaid to post paid, the reply was, it can be done without payment also. Now I want to know why should I've been charged when the payment is not needed for conversion charges. Modus operandi of Airtel is totally unethical... can you call this anything other than CHEATING? however i've got one faded carbon copy of the form which they gave when i did the payment.

          The official said he will send an email and so that I have to scan the bill/form and send to them... but I have not received any mails yet. My complaint number is F[protected].

          I truly believe many people are also affected/ affecting on the same issue because dispute/ mis-appropriation / misleading / misquoting information Airtel people are giving to number of Airtel Users.

          How can you justify now that when first they said the amount will be adjusted towards the 2nd month bill and then, it can be given upon cancellation. And now when I press, they are denying the payment itself.

          Last post, I've demanded just an apology for the mistake, but now the flow is changing to a large extent by the Airtel. Now i need answers than just a solution. Why your system is like this? Have you outsourced the new connections acquisition and then letting them charge the customers whatever they want ? and finally denying the payment also? And why the amount is charged when there is no conversion fees is required? then who spoke to me and collected the amount from airtel which is your company?
          Some one called me today, and asked me that "is your airtel working ? " I said "yes", and the voice " we called to check that" ... is that mean, my complaint solved? Any of the above questions answered? Still there is no resolution on 300 rupees initial deposit.

          The airtel guy said on AUG 4, that they will call back next day, why haven't called.
          How can u say the problem is resolved? Showing that you are attending grievances?
          They have not even touched the subject line of the problem!!!

          Its even appropriate to answer it here, coz the response is so poor in reality. I just need solution, and answers!!! see my last posting and please reply appropriately ... and please do not put that the problem is resolved before even seeing the subject-line... Thanks!!!

            Hi Team,

            I was Airtel Broadband customer from Sep,2010 to till date My # is 91-

            I have a list of issues faced while after changing my Broadband speed. I have
            called customer care from Jan first week for changing my broadband speed to 500
            Rs monthly rental, in Jan and half month of Feb I was not used broadband
            service. In mid of Feb 2011, I was starting using broadband service but with
            in one week my limit (4GB) was over and after that I called to customer care
            and changed the speed previous one means 1000 Rs plan. Plan was change but in
            bill it showing plan is 1300 Rs. Means they changed wrong plan.

            The main problem is now, So many times I called to customer care but they not
            provided me right information for changing my broadband plan and some time they
            told application was/is not working call again and some time they told we are
            not able to push your record.

            Problem is my 2 months bill 1465 + 1465, because I was request to change my
            broadband plan to 1000 monthly rental, why they changed to 1300 Plan.


            Defiantly, I will submitting one month bill 1465 - 50Rs late payment but next
            1465Rs bill I am not submitting, if you agree to change this bill to 1000 bill
            plan.so /i will submit on time. please change my bill plan to 1000 Rs if it not
            change and start my service.

            Bill receipt attached Rs 1400 amount.

            The above mentioned issues I want to escalate this as it will not only spoil
            the Good brand image of airtel but also not to happen the same to any other
            customer.

            Airtel Broadband — number changed without permission

            hi,
            i have a airtel broadband connection on the name of ANUPAM TIWARI(my room mate) and my landline no. is [protected]. Now this no. has been changed to [protected] without informing us, without our permission. Tell me what should i do?
            Yes, I am also facing low speed at airtel broadband. They had launch new rate at 649 plan that is at 649 plan(at Faridabad and delhi circle only) I must get 512kbps but they didn't update my plan and I am getting only 256kbps and I also complaint many times but no resolved from their side. So, what I need to do against Airtel service please give me solution.

              Iam Esther Pranuthi working as Assistant manager in Yashoda hospitals in corprate training section.Iam using AIRTEL internet services and applied for shifting of connection
              one month ago and call hundered time to cusomer care, they have taken request on 24th Jul'11. Now the problem is they are giving 22 days of time frame to shift my
              connection and that means i have to wait one more month, they are not at all ready to

              Airtel Broadband — Wrong offers provided by call centre

              My Name is jacob & stay in Kochi. i have a airtel broadband connection at my home. Recently i received a call from airtel call centre . they mentioned all new schemes and top up available for my existing connection. Hearing the offer i had opted they for a Rs 99 top up which permits the user for unlimited downlaod between 11pm & 8 Am. Based on the discussion & confirmation i started using the net accordingly. When the bill came i was surprised as all downloads were charged between 11 pm & 8am. Seeing the same i complained to call centre. They reverted back saying that such an offer is not applicanle & they are not able to trace any calls from their call centre in which we had such a discussion. I was shocked..Feeling Betrayed i started complaining through differnt channel for my refund. SOon i was able to find that the offer was for karnataka cycle & not for kerala. This is a clear mistake from airtel where their call centre executives call u an offers u a scheme without crossing section which circle its applicable. Airtel is not accepting their mistake till date..

              Airtel Broadband — Shifting of Connection Broadband

              Dear Sir,

              We are really sorry to say Airtel calling itself as a brand is not really bothered about its customers. In fact, we have been talking to nearly ten to twenty times. The issue started on December 11,2009 wherein we were informed by your call centre about shifting of line since we are moving within the same area in west mambalam. We were advised to pay the bill and we completed the process online immediately. Thereafter, we spoke to your customers service on Dec 12, 2009 and we requested them to close the line by Sunday and shift the line. We were told that maximum by Dec 16,2009 line would be shifted once feasibility study is over.

              On Dec 16,2009 we spoke to call centre and the call was escalated to Mr.Ramanath Boopalan who promised us that the line would shifted within 24 hours. Thereafter, we made calls to your customer service and the reply was confusing. Yesterday, we called the customer service and we were told that feasibility was checked and port is not available. Again after 10 minutes time when we spoke to another person in call centre he said that port is available and the connection would be given by Dec 17,2009. On Dec 18, 2009 we made nearly 5-6 calls and each time we got different answers and we were told to wait till tomorrow. We made a last call wherein we were told not to worry since the complaint has been taken vide serial number 27675890. We were also told that one Mr.Srinivasan has checked and mentioned that loop line is given and the final connection would be over by tomorrow. Due to this cofusion we have spoken to other service providers Reliance,Tatas and BSNL and we are deliberating to go for new connection with new service provider. During our last call your Customer Service requested me to wait till tomorrow 6.30PM and assure that the matter will be resolved by tomorrow. We would be grateful that matter is given immediate attention failing which we would be forced to take this matter to your Chairman and Managing Director/Consumer forum for harassing us.

              Hope somebody really bothers about customer like us.

              Airtel — Landline Account shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I raised the request bearing no. 133332 on 23/04/2010 to shift my landline bearing no.[protected] to transfer from Bangalore to Hyderabad and till date there is no update. I called to the customer care many times and nobody is ready to take anykind of responsbility and the reason customer care representative are giving is "Technical Problem."
              I got a call from Airtel representative on 26/04/2010 saying that they have verified the area and their service is very much available and connection will be given by end of the day and next day I got another call from Airtel office to keep my documents Rental agreement and Identity proof to keep ready for submission but till date nothing happened. When I raised my voice against customer care representative then next day another Airtel respresentative has visited my place and told me that line cannot be shifted and I have to apply for new connection. As per his advice I filled new form and paid 500 rupess towards the new connection and even till date that is also not done.
              Now, you can understand my situation and this make me to sue against the company.
              I want to file a case against Airtel Broadband. I requested for my connection shift on saturday and it was told that the connection will be shifted in three days - today is the fifth day and still the connection is not shifted and i have been given a story that some other builiding owner is not allowing the wire to go through his building. And moreover, to answer the query - no body is attending the call. If any Airtel higher management sees this request - i would request to take an appropriate action against your colleageue - Manjunath, Wajid and Arun who is just spoiling your brand.

              My point is that when they changed their SLA from 3 days to 22 days, then why the customers were not informed in advance.

              It comes as a surprize when customer calls and requests for shifting.

                I am also facing the same problem but I dint any message regarding the deduction but when I checked my last 5 deduction through sms to 121 I have found that everyday Rs.5 were getting deducted from my main balance for a service namly [protected]@5. I dint give my consent for any such service. I also contacted your nodel officer twice. First time I got a refund of Rs.20 but no use they were again deducted. I again contacted and after some argument they refunded Rs.7, but again the service was not deactivated and whole sum of Rs.7 was deducted. I am scared of recharging my account as the amount will be deducted again.
                Kindly do something in this regards and refund my 20 rs and restrict this service for further deductions from my account.

Daily Rs.5 is getting deducted from my balance.                       I had contacted airtel office in Ranchi, Bahubazar branch on 26th July 2011, 4:00 pm for a postpaid connection.

                      Firstly it has been 78 hours and the number is still not activated.

                      Secondly i had dialed my own number and someone else had picked up and i had a conversation with him and i came to know that Airtel has already allotted the number to someone else before me and its activated and in use.

                      I was promised that the number will be activated within 24 - 48 hrs and moreover I am not able to reach any of your sales person's number as well as your office number is also not mentioned in the Internet.All payment i.e. security deposits has been already made.

                      I am very much disgusted and disappointed with the service provided to me as I was looking for a corporate connection for all my office staff as well.

                        My mobile number is [protected]. I have a prepaid lifetime validity plan (with initial recharge of Rs. 98/-).

                        I am outside Karnataka right now. When i tried to get a recharge with payment of Rs. 100, i keep receiving an sms saying ERecharge unsuccessful. After that when i tried to recharge with payment oSir/Madamf Rs. 200, i got the following message:

                        Recharge Successful. Talktime Rs. 1.00 MRP Rs. 200.00 TransID[protected]

                        But there was no increase in my talktime balance. And on contacting customer care, i got a response that these 200 rupees were used to activate some 3G plan and it cannot be reverted. But i did not ask for that. All i needed was a simple talktime recharge.

                        Kindly look into the matter. Please deactivate the 3G plan if if has got activated and please give me a proper talktime recharge.

                            and again call on 26th I called 5 times they hang up 4 time once I tell complaint for Tadka live and then last time they told same upgrade story but give me 198 number where I can take the info.
                            next day when I called 198 they also don't know much about tadka live services and also dont know which application I used there.
                            So please check my account and let me know which app/service I used in Tadka live and if there is problem please refund my 40 Rs.

                            I didn't subscribe to any airtel live service. On 5/12/2010 i got the message from airtel live. You have been renewed for Tadkalive subscription service from airtel. They are charged me for 20 rupees on 5/12/2010. Also again they charged me for 5 rupees. so i complain about that tadkalive service. I want to unsubscribe from Tadkalive service on my number.                               Harasment by an Airtel mobile number i.e [protected] at midnight everyday. But when I want to complain in Airtel they are not taking any steps regarding the same. I am getting mentaly disturbe by this number and it crestes so much problem in my personal life. In this time this bacoming a social issues and the person never feel guilty for the same. Please do something regarding this problem.

                                i have given a request for MNP from Airtel to aircel one month back, every time aircel is requesting to change the networs , airtel is not giving stupid excuse and rejecting the request. if any body is reading the complaint pls do some thing.
                                I was using airtel fromlast 8 to 9 years.

                                  I am writing this email to bring to your notice and requesting your help in resolving the discrepancy in airtel billed amount for the services of June'2011. The Airtel activated the 3G services on my mobile no.[protected] on 03/06/2011 and got SMS for the same from airtel, immediately called up the customer care and requested for deactivating the 3G connection, restoring my 2G connection and he confirmed me that this request would be executed immediately. But the representative of airtel did not execute my request till 22/06/2011. I was of the presumption that 3G was deactivated on 03/06/2011 itself. On 22/06/2011, I came to know that my GPRS was deactivated, called the customer care and came to know that 3G was not at all deactivated on 03/06/2011. I have been wrongly charged for the GPRS services used during 03/06/2011 to 22/06/2011 at the rate of 3G tariffs (the billed amount for June'2011 is Rs.3274/-), I should have been charged for GPRS services for said period as per 2G tariffs (i.e. Rs.98 for 2GB limit). I have raised multiple nos. of complaints with Airtel & [protected]@airtel.in, but the answer given to me is "the billing is proper" & "on 03/06/2011 3G activation request was given by me. It is really false, I have not at all requested for 3G activation on 03/06/2011, when I got SMS of 3G activation, I called customer care to deactivate it. The airtel officers have not at all verified the voice record of the conversation had on 03/06/2011.

                                  You can look at the June month Airtel bill, wherein there is proof that I called Airtel customer care 4 times on 03/06/2011 itself to deactivate the 3G services. But the 3G services was not deactivated until 22/06/2011.
                                  This mistake is from Airtel side and not from my side. So the charges should be waived off.

                                  Request you to resolve this issue at the earliest as the bill is overdue.

                                    AirTel Customer Service — not attending call bt customer services

                                    i have taken a connectiuon of Airtel. before 14 days activated teh gprs service. bt frm last 7 days i am not able to use the service. after consulting the customer srvices they didnot reply satisfactory and bared my call to customer care executive so that i am not able to talk with airtel representatives on [protected] as i dial 9 to connect customer care executive call is disconnected at the time of starting my gprs service i have faced the same problem then i called from reliance no, because of this i am facing a lot of problem.
                                    any time mostly b/w 2-3 am suddenly i got sms and its mentioned tht u have been charged rs.100 nd rs.95. nd after amt deduction we r unable to make calls to customer care. itni madarchod co. maine nahi dekhi. now after loosing amount of 650 do they co. think tht i will stay connected with. thnks to MNP service, 3 no. have been already moved to co. and 11 no. will more move just wait and watch. i would never ever recommend anyone to choose airtel.

                                      We are facing all of trouble from Airtel.

                                      First we have applied for MNP (Airtel to Vodafone) on dated 12/07/2011. That has been cancelled due to contractual aggreement.Although, we have no agreement with Airtel regarding this. We had gone to Laxmi Nagar relationship agency and met Mr Sunny & Suman for knowing the correct reason for cancellation MNP but they have not given proper reply and told that again you will apply.

                                      We have again requested that please convert my connection in Pre paid to post paid. They told that new SIM is not in stock and avaibale after ten days. We could not understand that. We have again to again requested that they aggree to issue one SIM and fill the requisit form. Now again 4 days has been expired but still it not convered it.

                                      We require your support against that relationship agency and Company.

                                        My unbilled amount showing 7488 Rs and my cradit limit was 2000 rs then how can be it exceed from my limit and airtel make GPRS charge so much although i didn't use so much .

                                        I did complain of SMS issue on 21 July . Request id was[protected] and without intimate and solution airtel did close this Request .Still issue not resolved .

                                        I have taken corporate plan and such kind of service and issue should not be consider as we also work in service provider company.
