Last time i have filed complaint on costumer forum and i got call from Airtel and they were assuring me regarding Solution of Dth problem, But after approximate 8 days my dth problem is not resolve.
The person who assured me(Airtel Representative), some of them are not responding Like there Territory sales Manager and some of them talking with me attitude like i am there employee or responsible...

I have received the following SMS on 06 June, 11, from Airtel (Sender : AT - 650003):-
"50% Cash back on RC 69! Recharge with Rs. 69, Get Local mob calls @ 30p/Min,STD [protected]@60p/Min for 30 days PLUS Rs. 35TT (in 48hrs) in main A/c! Call 121311".
Accordidngly, I have recharged for Rs. 69/- on 10.06.11at 6.26pm. TransID[protected]. But even after 48 hrs, I have not got recharges for Rs. 35/-, as mentioned in the SMS. ...

Airtel Money Merchant executive "SUNNY THAKUR"had visited our shop, then he had offered us a scheme on my no.[protected], he expalins that we will get free 100min. per month airtel to other number and he said we'll get full talktime on any recharge amt. till one year and my sim will also get changed on same no..

Iam a user of bharti airtel mobile services my Mobile No is ([protected]) till 16/06/2011 my unbill use amount is 7.20Rs. but when check my unbill amount till 17/06/2011 it shows 940.10 also i have got an sms on 18/06/2011 that you have use airtel live service and i have charge by 99Rs but when i take this conection and activate this Sim i have got airtel live settings but i delete that settings on that time and not save...

I was cheated of over 1000 minutes by them just tonight. They are closing the end of the month and advertised that all new minutes must be purchased by June 5th and all minutes used by June 30th 2011.
