    I would like to inform that you I wanted to port my no. from Airtel to vodafon
    that is why i had generate unique id,on 9/6/2011 after one day I have received call from AIRTEL on 10/6/2011 he told me if you retain with Airtel will get best call
    rate .30pase local and 40pase std and 120 min. free airtel to airtel per month for two month these offer will aplicable within 24-48 hours but till now my call rates
    have not been changed I have also called to costumer care many time they
    told me your complained has been raged and problem short out within 24 hours
    but till now my problem has not been resolved, since when I am trying everyday to
    to costumer care and 198 but my call is not receiving, i have called and mail many time to nodal officer every time they told me your problem resolve within 24 to 48 hours but till now my problem has not been resolved

    And another matter related to balance deduction my balance has been deducted many time about Rs.600 I have tried to call costumer care but call has not been received when i call nodal officer they credit some part of amount in my account and they tell me some service activate in your account due to some tacnical fault after that again my amount deducted i have called many time to nodel officer and appallate office and told them all servicees deactivate from my no. til now i did not get any resolution

    Airtel — Calling Rate Problem

    Hi,

    I am continuosly facing problems with calling rates to STD. I recharged three times past 3 days( 34 Easy recharge) even calling rates still the same as previous. I reported several times to customer care 121 regarding my situation didn't get rectified. Please please make this rectified as soon as possible. I should daily call about 100 outgoing STD calls. Understand my situation rectify problem as soon as possilbe

    Airtel — balance & call rate

    good afternoon sir,
    i have compalint against u r customore care & i have some problem,
    sir maine customore care 3time call kia ,every time they transfer my call customore executive & after 10minute disconnect my call,
    i have loss my 10rs balance in customore & plz give me my balance with solution
    becose i have tryed to customer care so many time but my call has not been received
    if my problem wiil not been resolved i will go consumer cort

      I had recharged my airtel number with 1000 INR, which was filled under dedicated account 4 instead of main account, when I contacted airtel costumer care, they behaved negligently and did not pay any heed to my requests. I therfore was forced to report the matter to you. I request to look into the matter urgenty as the validity of the dedicated account 4 is just 1 month.


      Hope action will be taken against it.

        This is for the pthetic service provided by AIRTEL. I have been charged rs 5/- , Rs 25, Rs 55 for some stupid services like Hungama, Airtel TV, which i never activated. DEACTIVATE THE SERVICE FROM MY NUMBER ASAP.

        Also , one suggestion, can you pls close your customer care centers???? coz the dont realy care for the customers!!!! The worst service provided i have ever seen AIRTEL

        Hello!

        Airtel has been deducting money from my balance for some service called "Hangama" which I never ever activated. When called the customer care they say we have taken a complaint and it will be deactivated on 4th Oct 11 at a very specific time, so you mean till then my money will deducted from my balance. They say they deduct Re.1/- which is never true it is always more than Re.1/- for sure.

        And your customer care service is sometimes good because some really put themselves in our place and understand us. But some, that too a supervisor just cut the call abruptly when I was talking to her. How bad! is that what she is there for. Is that what is called a "Customer Care".

        When your customers call you for some problem please try to help them at the earliest and Please stop deducting money unnecessary. And one more problem is that you charge more for 1 p/s.

        I hope there is a way out.

          Dear Sirs,
          I want to report a cheating by Airtel Telemedia services in Bhopal,M.P.
          I am a customer of Airtel Broadband services since 7-8 years and paying my bills every month.
          I am facing severe link drop problem since 3 months(the day i was migrated to new plan of 2 mbps speed).I am not even sit for a single day because of this link drop.I made 100s of complaint to customer care/field staff/Nodal/Appellete,but all wane...
          Now,the bill is coming...see there are so many branches of Airtel...no branches have any linkages/cordination..One branch is stick to marketing,one sticks to billing,one stick for feedback and no one sees the thing that whether the customer is getting there services or not....Really it is a fact.
          They have disconnected my connection due to non-payment, and i receives dozens of calls daily from airtel company for new plans offerings,there good services feedback etc etc...but no one knows that i am not getting services since 3 months till date and my connection is disconnected.
          But,when i discuss that please me services,they tell that i will forward it to the department...& as usual no one turned back.
          No one is serious in problem solving,all want bill hhahahha.
          I am not going to give single penny to them because i havn't got any services.

            I Have a mobile connection in Ahmedabad , from customer care i had got the information that i can add a new Airtel connection to my CUG plan if the name and address dosenot match but the plan matches, I confirmed the same on the customer care 3 to 4 times On 14th June and the asked me to go to the Airtel shop for furthur formalities, on reaching Airtel shop They denied for the same and told that the information given by customer care executives were wrong!!! HOW CAN 3 TO 4 EXECUTIVES GIVE THE WRONG INFORMATION ON 198/121???

            It was a commitment given by the Airtel Executives that the number can be added to my CUG Group, I complained the same on the NODAL Desk, Appelet Desk, And from there i just got a reply that "WE ARE EXTREAMLY SORRY FOR THE COMMITMENT GIVEN, BUT WE CAN NOT PROCESS THE SAME"


            Its Our commitment to Aitrel that we will pay the bills on time and if we give the same excuse which they gave me I think it will work!!!!!!!!!!!


            IF AIRTEL CANNOT PROCESS THE COMMITMENT GIVEN THEN WHY SHOULD WE???????


            I am financially hurt by their mistake!!! I had to call up Nodal and Appelet desk where i was charged! Till date i have not received any reply from Nodal Desk!!! I had lodged a complain on 20th June 10.20 am talked with Lokesh ([protected]), and was given 24 hours feedback time, on not receiving the call from the Nodal desk i called the Nodal desk again and i was told that they need some more time to check the case and asked me to wait till 12.30 wednesday i.e. 23rd June, I did not get the reply from Nodal till 24th of June then again i called up the Nodal desk at 1.33pm, again I had to give all the details to a new nodal Officer and she told me that she will get back to me within 2 hours after getting details from Lokesh still the 2 hours are not over!!!!!


            PLEASE STOP ALL THIS NONSENSE. IF THEY CANT REVERT BACK STOP FOOLING THE CUSTOMERS BY GIVING NODAL DESK NUMBER!!!!
            ALSO CHECK HOW MUCH TIME DO THESE OFFICERS TAKE ON EACH CALL!!!


            I want Airtel to revert all the charges for which I was charged on contacting Nodal officer and even want the third connection to be added to my existing CUG group for which i was been told by Airtel Executives.

            Airtel Mobile — Ineffecient Customer Care Executive

            I have purchased a new sim 4days back and my retailer named as ATLAST MOMENT(mira road) told me that i'll get 150 free sms for 1st month after sending 2 sms to any local airtel user which was fake information.Till that things were bearable but wen i called customer care executives for activation of my internet settings on my nokia handset it took them 5days but till date i didn't recive any kind of internet services from them. on top of that when i tried calling customer care one executive named ATHIKESH was so much in hurry that when i was asking about some solution on the same problem he interrupted me in between and started giving me his closing greeting when i interrupted between his closing greeting and ask him to give me a proper solution for that he ask me to call back again after some times because he wants to attend other customer as well.This is not the only Specimen there are more in Airtel like him namely Chirag, Kapil,Rahul,Chitiranjan Patil And more 8 People whose name i dont remember. One of the executive ask me not to call the customer care centre again and again for the same reason which was so pathetic & dissapointing.This is not Over after that i had a word with the concerend person who gave me internet setting manually but even that was incorrect so this means that the customer care executives working in AIRTEL has no knowlege about the AIRTEL. IT IS A KIND NOTICE YTO TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST AIRTEL OR ITS CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE.THEY DONT HAVE ANY INTEREST IN SOLVING CUSTOMERS QUERY INSPITE OF REAPETEDLY GIVING THEM COMPLAINTS AND SUGGESTION ON THIS I TOOK THIS STEP AS THERE IS STILL NO RESPONSE FROM AIRTEL.             i recharged an offer on my airtel mobile in kerala on an offer they send to my fone, am yet to get the balance they claimed. i tried 100 times to their customer care (121) and they dont give an otion of talk to customer care exec or to register complaint, there is no such option in their website as well. this is pure cheating. i called from land fone in their other number([protected]) a lady responded and asked me to complain in [protected]. but that number never gives an option to talk to customer care executive. they r just making fun of customers. am sure that the moment the number portability is implemented, i will be sitching to some other network

            This is to inform that Airtel is charging Rs.1 for 1 min when my plan is 50p per sec.This problem rises when i called for 59sec, they charged me Rs.1 & for 1min they again charged me Rs.1 when the plan is not so.Twice the compalint has been registered but no action has been taken yet

            The number was also mentioned in the complaint which I made on [protected]@airtel.in, so i think you will have no reason to say that we could not contact you!!!

              I have activated to DND. However, every day i am getting two to three messages from "DM-SNPDEAL1".

              I have logged complaint thrice with Mobile service provider. But no use.

              Can any one help me to resolve the issue....

              I have a postpaid Airtel mobile connection ([protected]) in Bangalore and I activated 3G services in the month of May2011. The plan promised me broadband internet on phone for a monthly rental of Rs.450/- and a monthly upload/download limit of 600MB. I even paid the applicable bill for the usage in June2011.
              Then suddenly in the 3rd week of June Airtel barred all my outgoing calls. I contacted customer care several times to find out what was going on, and I was repeatedly told that my current usage billing was Rs. 16771.50/-. They asked me to make a payment of Rs.8,300/- to continue using the phone.

              I was shocked to find this and I questioned them, if my 600MB monthly plan costs me Rs.450/- and I had not used more than 400MB (they barred my outgoing calls/data traffic), how could the bill be more than the rental...? None of the customer care representatives provided me with details o[censored]sage/MB of data downloaded, charge per MB added on my bill, etc. They all repeated the same old story like a tape recorder and asked me to pay Rs.8,300 or they would not lift the bar.

              Not only did Airtel KK cheated me of service and my money, but they also put my official work/business at irreparable loss as I am still not able to communicate with my business peers for over a week now. They din't provide me the details that a consumer has rights to know, and they are extorting money from me to reactivate the connection. They din't provide me any grievance redressal and all their customer service people are hopelessly uselss, nobody even bothered to find out what went wrong.

              It is not possible to estimate the actual loss I have suffered, but I believe whatever bill amount they are asking me to pay itself is the loss plus my traveling expenses trying to reach-out to Officers.

              I hope this forum will help me get justice and let thousands of other victimized consumers know how Airtel is cheating us.

                Bharti airtel land line connection no [protected] with intercom no 5444 was installed at our premises.Last four nos were the intercom nos. of all the subscribers of this area.Airtel on their own alloted this no to someone else & changed our intercom no. to 6444 without our consent & information.Service provided was very poor in all aspects,be it installing,starting of intercom service,fault repairing,to contact the responsiblle person.Later they said it was due to technical reason.In the third week of feb 2011,the sevice to this connection went out of order.we submitted complaint and got two e-mails that the company is trying to fix the problem on priority basis to resume the services.after a wait of 10 days we connected to airtel.They informed us that there is a cable fault which can not be repaired without the approval of BSES.They also assured us that they will start the billing only after the service resumes fully.In the mean time a bill was sent to us by courier,the deleivery man mis behaved and tore off the letter,containing the bill for Rs 205/= which was paid by us in feb end.Same was the case with the other users of the area.After that no body from airtel bothered to contact us.It was presumed that airtel is either not able or not interested in continuing the service in the area.market association also informed its members that airtel is not able to continue intercom service.Now for last few days we have received the e-mails,that we have not received the payment of Rs.349/=(towards the sevice not provided by us,not availed by the user).We request the land line service provider company to send their responsible person to our shop to settle the matter.We are still interested to avail the service ,if fully functional and faultless,otherwise we are not using the same for last four months,they can see the records.

                  My airtel number was on my dad's name, but bcoz of some system problem from airtel company it got registered on somebody else s name. Now when i lost my sim, i Had to fill a recreation form, n my no was upposed to start aftr 8 days. Its 10 days now n my no is still not working. What the hell shud i do? I need that no.

                    I heard good about Airtel IPTV. But after a months use it generated some fault. I lodged a complaint with Airtel. I know this company is good for their customer service. This time it is not like that any more. It has been seven days but no one visited us. I paid 1700 for the set-top box and everyday when I call the customer care, they just say that someone will visit and rectify the problem.

                    I think the problem is inherent to the set-top box. I am not sure now whom to contact and I am not sure why Airtel behaves like this. I will be moving to the court now.

                      I just recharged my Airtel mobile with Rs.119 Booster pack but for my surprise the 10000 messages for National & local messages have been changed to 12000 messages free for only airtel mobile. this is due to the monopoly of the service provider in the telecommunication sector. Airtel started cheating.

                      Yes.. This is very bad for Airtel. I recharged in last Jan, it has 10K sms to all network.
                      After six months expiry of its validity, today i recharged and found that its 12K sms and only to Airtel.
                      Its charging 10ps to other networks. Thats it very bad. :/
                      I recharged for 98 booster for my airtel mobile.They extended me for 15 days.But on the first day of that 15 day, they had charged me 90rs..till now i can't able to contact the customer care...this is cheating..
                      I just recharged my Airtel mobile with Rs.119 Booster pack, , there is no free SMS pack..its cheating

                        To get Configuration File Name and dial number for Internet through dongle(data card), I have been trying for two months. Cost. Care of Airtel is only prerecorded voices and no Cost.Care Executive in link.In other networks Cost, Care is very much alert but the Air tel is 100% passive in it as it does not care interest of its Costumers. T.R.A.I . should take immediate and exemplary action against this sort of monopolized action of Bharati Airtel .

                          i am using airtel last 4 year .. i purchased that sim with my own id... but know airtel is telling me that your document is not right and he is telling me that your sim will be bloked if you not sumit your document . . and you have to resumit your document again... i sumit my document again last year ... and my sim is runing fine ... but 15 days ago airtel is telling me that your document is not vaild and you have to resumit agian. 2nd time i sumit document ....

                            I have a Airtel dsl connection[protected].
                            Recently Airtel has restricted downloading torrents to 40 Kbps. My broadband connection is freedom 1699 which supports 1 Mbps unlimited.
                            If this continues I'll get rid of Airtel.
                            How can they do this. I'm paying for a bandwidth and the cap is one GB so they cannot restrict speed. If they want they can ban sites they feel are illegal but no more.
                            They should rectify this or I'm leaving and so will other people.

                              I had purchased two Sims from Cochin airport on our arrival from Oman on the 10th of June the Sim numbers are 1)[protected] and 2)[protected].We were promised that they have Black berry services and we have to charge each tel by Rs 500 each. we did carry out the same. It took them 10 days to connect the Black berry and we had made in approximation about 100 call to the consumer number which is char gable and had been kept on hold for some times up to 8 minutes and they would reply that they will connect in 24 hrs. We had missed all the emails plus the additional cost of calling up muscat ad other places to get information where as we could have spent rs 299 and used the facilities of black berry. More over the staff on the airtel office in trissure Mr. sibin on the shornur road was rude, the office never had a complaint book (ISO certified co Ha) when i wanted to lodge a complaint.

                                I am airtel customere with landline number [protected]. When I got airtel I asked for rs 599 plan with 1mb n 4gb download limit. After few days I called customer service I to activate isd it got activated and during that call only I asked the officer to change my internet plan from next month to 1mb unlimited on he said it will cost 1100+ taxes. I told him to activate it. He said its been done and request has been made. Today after more than a month I got my bill of rs 2500 and saying its still on the same plan as before of 599 with 4gb limit. And customer service are saying we can't do anything its your fault.
                                Call center supervisor cant do anything they dnt have power to waiver off bills. They just gave me appelette authority and nodal officers number that's it.

                                And ya one more thing this month my landline got dead atleast 5 times and once it was interchanged with someone elses number and when I told call centre supervisor I m not gng to pay for these days he said ok that's fine. So can I calculate those days n deduct money accordingly.

                                Bad for all the consumers that thr isn't any other landline n broadband provider except for usless bsnl and bossy airtel.

                                One thing I have realised with airtel whether its their landline service or DTH customer service is awful. Until and unless u shout and abuse them they dnt listen they have bunch of dumb people working. Few days back I had problem with my airtel landline bill. Now I have problem with their DTH they were suppose to install it yesterday after calling them ten times they said today by morning 9 someone will call. No one called. I call airtel again they said we will get it done asap before 2.30 got a call from their local guy said I can come around 4 not before that then I lost it and told them to cancel the order and give my money back then he said ok I will send someone right away. Still waiting for that guy to come. Seriously until and unless one shouts at them these guys don't listen.
                                well issue still stands... ur appellette officers cant do anything. nodal officers never bother responding. Airtel is the worst company I haver ever dealt with.

                                  I never asked for MMS service. But Airtel added this service on its own and has deducted almost Rs 500 without my knowledge from my account. This is unfair practice and amounts to cheating ignorant customers. Despite sending SMS requests to 121 to deactivate the MMS service, the loot continues. IT NEEDS TO BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY.

                                  First of all I would like to tell the airtel services that I didn't activate the mms.. but for the past 2 months there have been reduction rs.2 dally from my balance.. I tried to reach airtel services by contacting 198 and 121.. but didn't receive an appropriate answer and put my number in screened list.
                                  I dont know how to against this silly corruption by Mass brands... What a smart beggers they are...

[protected] message have been come from 54321 through airtel services by which they have send a message that ("you have renewed for FHM @ 5 subscription service from airtel.You have been charges Rs. 5 latest games http://gdube.in browing @ 30pc/k") for this message I have contacted many times airtel costomer services but unfortunately they did not disconnect for coming of above message in my mobile number repeatidly. My recharge amount of Rs 5 have been detected from my balance amount for each message.In this connection I request to airtel authorities kindly consider my request and take nessasary action to concernd officers/workers for stoping of message and detecting of balance amount immediately.I appreciate you if all type of messages are stopping froom my mobile number through airtel services.

                                    airtel service is one of the bad service because of they have already been busy for advertising airtel services in each and every mobile when dial 121 or 123 or 198 in these numbers when i want to solve my problems comes in mobile services from airtel but they didnot connect costumer care lines.I puzzled about half an hour in my mobile to dial 121 or 123 or 198 but continously speech comes only fixed as airtel service advertisement not to connect costomer care.Can, I hope to solve this problem by airtel authorities.If yes, please intemate/inform in my airtel mobile number [protected].

                                      I am an Airtel Prepaid (Kolkata Circle) customer - mobile no [protected].

                                      I had applied for a Port Out request using MNP (Unique Porting Code AK984448) on 23/06/2011. I submitted my filled up MNP form to the new operator (BSNL) on 24/ 06/2011.

                                      But today, on 25/06/2011, I received an SMS from 1901 stating that "Your Port In request for Mobile Number [protected] has been rejected by your service provider due to legal reasons -BSNL.".

                                      I want to know on what grounds has Airtel rejected my Port request? I was approached by Airtel Customer Care once or twice regarding the porting (they called today in the morning too) -but even there I have NOT given any instructions to cancel or deny my Port request.

                                      Since I haven't given any written confirmation / instruction to Airtel to cancel my porting request - it is absolutely ILLEGAL on the part of Airtel to reject my port out request.

                                      Please do look into this matter on an urgent basis - so that this whole MNP does not come as a farce to all customers.

                                      Airtel — MNP Porting rejected without valid reason

                                      I have a Airtel prepaid connection [protected]. I initiated MNP port request on 28th Jan 2011, and applied for a BSNL connection wit the unique porting id on 29th Jan 2011.
                                      Today (3rd Feb) I got a rejection SMS saying Airtel rejected the porting request due to legal reasons.
                                      When I contacted Airtel customer care, they informed me that it was a mistake, and I should repeat the process of getting a Unique porting ID, and apply for fresh connection with BSNL again.

                                      This is not acceptable as the rejection was without any valid reason, and the customer should not have to spend additional time and energy due to this mistake.

                                      Please address this issue at the earliest by accepting the original porting request, so that I can move on.

                                      Airtel/ Prepaid Mobile service — Rejection of MNP portability

                                      My name is Gaurav Sapra and i I requested MNP from my airtel prepaid to IDEA on 29-01-11 and got unique porting number AP722393 Today I got an update from IDEA that my request dated 29 Jan 11 is rejected due to contractual obligation. When I called their customer care they dont know about it and even cutting my line after a long wait. Kindly let me know why my request was rejected and allow me to port as i feel these guys are fooling customer in the name of contractual obligation .

                                      Airtel — MNP Rejected without valid reasons

                                      Airtel is rejecting MNP on company paid mobile even though the director of the company is requesting it saying that comapny has entered into special contract. The company has not entered into any special contract and simply signed on the 399 plan which is commonly available. Airtel has been trying to bully the customers without specifics. For first few calls and emails they would simply say rejected due to contractual obligation but there representatives would not tell what was the obligation and when was such contract signed. The airtel trick seems to be simple, harass a customer till he gives up. What legal recourse can be take? does TRAI take consumer complaints directly ?
                                      A nice gentleman from Airtel corporate center Delhi called up today, and said he will be putting my number in the "do not reject" list, and asked me to re-apply again. He also confirmed that this time the port out request will NOT be rejected from Airtel's end.

                                      I'm planning to re-submit my application to BSNL again on Wednesday (29/06/2011), and lets see what happens this time.

                                      Will post my experience (good or bad) here soon.
