I was not getting TV reception from 20th April 2011. After repeated complaints, (complaint nos7312982, 7344089), a technician called Sanjay from Dharmasagar Enterprises( supervisor Baburao, [protected]) determined that TV Set top Box was not working and that it would be relaced. It was not replaced for 3 more than days ( earlier in January 2011, I had the same problem. it took 7 days to replace set top box and I did not have TV reception during those 7 days). So I asked for disconnection and refund of my subscription that I paid for 1 year in February 2011. Airtel calculated the balance and said an amount of Rs.3210.31 was due for me.
By complaint no 7377784 they intimated me that the complaint is resolved and money will be refunded. It was not refunded. On 11th May by another complaint no 7841388 they said again the complaint is resolved and money will be refunded in a week. It was not paid. on 27th may2011 I wrote to [protected]@airtel.in that they should pay me 3% per month interest as they are holding on to my money. They have not replied me so far.
On 28th may I contacted their local customer care cell phone number[protected] and requested for satish kumar their manage. Insted a gentle man called Salauddin, came on line, talked to their accounts department and said that money will be refunded by end of may 2011 by a cheque. to day is 14th June I have so far not received my refund.

Airtel DTH Disconnection - No Refund

Hi,

I was trying to disconnect my Airtel DTH connection after a series of disappointments with their service and the way they are handling customer requests more worse than a local vendor. Not sure why Airtel is not focusing on the maintenance of its DTH service. If they cannot maintain, why not shut it off.

Now the great thing I have learned is that they will not refund money for the STB and antenna, i[censored]ser requests for a disconnection. While giving the connection they told that my money will be refunded for STB and antenna.

So, not just a bad service, but they have also grown to cheat people.

My customer I'd no[protected].STB not working.Service person attended at my request and without touching stb said it to be replaced and collected rs150 saying he would comeback in a moment and replace the stb.It is five days.Iam calling him and office many times daily.Every time he says that he would come and replace the stb.I requested that the stb cost would be borne by me.My problem is not solved.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have tried my best to find a solution to my problem through Airtel GPRS Helpline but it is of no use, they always say that everything is okay from their side. My problem is that whenever i leave my state i.e WB my GPRS stops working and a message saying "Packet data connection not available" pops up whenever i try to connect to internet through Airtel GPRS (i.e Mobile Office). I am using Samsung Galaxy Fit (S5670) as my handset. Its OS is Android Froyo, connection to data while roaming is activated in my handset menu. I have also tried it with nokia E5-00 handset but the problem persisted. My mobile number is [protected].
    Please find me a proper solution as early as possible.

      i got the worst service from the bharti airtel
      it bearing A/C num[protected]
      mobile no:[protected], i am not got the expected service from you.
      i have made compaint on the month of Noveber-2009 about my service
      issue such as call drop, call failure, network problem their is no
      action is taken till date i used the number.

      1: i made the complaint on Novermber 2009- service issues( call drop,
      call failure, network problem).- no action taken.

      2: i enquired in month of the december-2009, their no action is taken
      on this issue. again i made the request to correct the issue.

      3: Feb/march once again enquired about the issue no action taken.


      * beceuse this issue, i lost couple of my business deals which is
      worth of 2-3 lacs rupees.
      i am in station, but i am not reacheable to my mobile because of this issues.


      * i wanted you to notice another thing here is that i am making
      payment of 80-90% mobile bill. assuming that aleast u will get noticed
      and rectified my issues.

      but no progress happened only i am getting the payment reminder.


      * u can think how much i lossed business because i changed my mobile no,
      but their is no another option.

      * sad part is your not rectifying the service issue only asking for the payment
      if this things continues i will look into other services, which i
      am taking from the Bharthi-Airtel.

      * i ask you to pay my business loss due to service issues

      Hello Sir/Madam,

      On 16th Dec 12, I called on this no. *****23104 around 10:30pm for 8.52mins, where I got charged 1Rs/min i.e. 9Rs as per 8.52mins,
      But till 16th Dec 12 my calling charges were 1paisa/sec.Since 16th Dec I don’t know why I have been charged 1Rs./min. and don’t know why airtel has provided customer care number 121 and 198 where customers are unable to reach customer care help desk whenever I call to Help desk, system (auto system) disconnects my call, I have already complained about help desk service now I am very frustrated with this services.

        I had paid forAirtel Digital HD TV with recorder online on 06.06.2011 & as per the website installation was promised within 72 hours.

        As I did not get any feedback I called their customer helpline number , where I was told to send a mail as they could not help me ( find attached the mail sent on 10.06.2011), I recieved a call from airtel side on 11.06.2011, where I was promised that the installation will take place in next 72 hours.

        Again there was no intimation on time/date of installation till today i.e. 13.06.2011, so I called the customer care , where these people told me to contact there SDE on 020 - [protected].

        On asking for my refund back ( I would not have anything to do with such a company as if thats how they treat new customers , you can understand the plight of a regular subscriber) , I was told by Rashmi , Escalation Superwiser that they would need my transaction details, where I provided them the details from Credit Card account , but they still need transaction number.

        I would appreciate if I can get my refund back.

          It has been a hell out of experience with Airtel Customer Service this time. I was promised to be given a WIN CUG 149 Plan activated by 1st June on my 4 Airtel mobile numbers however the promise was not kept for my Airtel number [protected]. I would have requested them to resolve this issue by sending atleast 20 e-mails and double the number of calls. However, there has been no resolution given.

          Hope, through this I may be able to reach the higher authorities and get what I wanted.

            hi all,

            my cust id :: [protected] this is to state that the so called service provided by airtel is amatuer and needs revamping immediately! Crappy service was what i have always got...when i called cust care to solve my installation problem and they gave me a local number of a renowned shop in my town who did not receive my calls when in fact i called up the man two days in a row, probably at least about 20 times but to no avail. I was left with no other choice but to call in another mechanic who finally fixed my dish tv.
            Towards the end of every 30 days when my top-up for the month is almost over, airtel cust care calls me up repeatedly unnecessarily and asks me stupid questions like..."why arent u recharging ur dish tv? is it because you have no money?'...i was absolutely stunned and irritated with such idiotic conversation that i hung up the call... who is airtel cust care to question my decision to recharge my dish tv or not...dont i have my own free will to decide as to when i want to do so? arent we living in a democracy here? i got Dish Tv connection at home and we got no problems of any sort with it whatsoever, if my recent problem of SM2 doesnt get solved soon then dat will be the end of airtel dish tv service as far as im concerned! I just recharged it with Rs. 400 two days back and suddenly SM2 problem is flashing on my tv screen... money doesnt grow on trees for anyone we work real hard for it... now its like i've flushed the money down the drain cos i have no hope whatsoever of getting the problem resolved...cos the last time i called cust care they were askin me yet some more stupid questions like wats my name and blah blah blah when i was in fact on an STD call as i dont have airtel phone connection, finally i was so frustrated that i ended the call without getting any resolution! people please beware of airtel dish tv i hope y'all dont make the mistake of buying one like me!

              Dear Concern

              I am having a Airtel DTH HD connection account no - [protected] from November 2010.

              From the last one month I am facing some problem or the other on the Setup box and finally decided to surrender it back.

              The issue is, Airtel does not respond to my request and also neither has it refunded the money back as promised on surrender. I have also requested them to change my setup box in case they wont refund the money as it is still within a warranty of 12 months.

              There has been no response from the service provider party.

              Kindly assist on the same so that I can log a legal complain seeking compensation for the harassment and forgery they are doing.

                We have been receiving calls from one person who talks rubbish and fearless. He calls from different numbers to Airtel mobile of my wife.                     This is Siva from Electronic City, Bangalore. I am facing problem in broadand connection for the past 15 days. I already gave complaint regarding this on May 31, Without resolving the problem they closed the complaint. Again I gave the complaint on 9th June. Still no one contacted me. Their service is very worst.

                    Please resolve that problem immediately. or better cancel my connection and pay the compensation.

                    I have not used the internet for 15 days. My work fully depends on Internet. Because of this problem I lost lot of money. I am not going to pay for the next three months. If you are ready to give that compensation. I will continue with your service.

                    Also for the same month my bill amount is 740 Rs. I have 3GB data plan (Rs599). My bill amount should be 660 ( including Tax ). I used only 1.5GB for that month. Also I have not used the connection for 15 days. I dont know how they calculated my bill amount.

                      THis is with great regret of choosingAirtel Broadband as a service provider i am writing to you people,
                      I had applied for a new broadband connection on 18th of May 2011, i had submitted all the necessary documents to the sales representative Mr Dharani([protected]).

                      The representative committed mt a connection within 4 working days after checking the availability at my place. I waited for the same and since i didnt hear anything from Airtel or the representative, i called him to find his number is disconnected. I raised a complaint with Airtel Braodband Customer care[protected] and the complaint number is 46769446. Every mangaer i spoke to kept on giving a new date and time and with a promise that someone from the installation backend team would call me and follow up.

                      Eventually no one called and the same repeated for over 6 times spanning 20 plus days.
                      Airtel does not have any professionalism and has no value for customer. I have already lost around 200 rupees speaking to the customer care executive. on 6th of June when i called to know the status, the escalation manager informed me that the application that i have submitted has been rejected.And someone from the refund team would call me to refund my money.

                      What a disgusting experience, Who will refund my 200 rupees that i wasted on the calls following it up with the customer care, they dont even have a toll free number(I even asked the manager to update this in the complaint),

                      I had had the same experience with airtel an year ago, and after a long wait of two months they had refunded my money.

                      I would like to warn you that Airtel is a fraud when it comes to deliverables, they have no professionalism, I would not refer even my enemies to go for an Airtel Broadband.

                      I am so disgusted with the experience that i dont find words to describe it. I eventually am waiting for the refund amount to reach me and ofcourse with a loss of 200 rupees which i wasted talking to the executives.

                      Airtel Broadband — DISGUSTING SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

                      GOD FORBID IF YOUR AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION HAS PROBLEMS - THERE WOULD BE NO ONE TO SORT OUT THE ISSUE AND YOU WOULD BE ASKED TO PAY FOR IT ALL.

                      I have had my airtel broadband connections for around a year now. The problems started around Jan this year, I would have issues with my connection, customer service would not be able to help and would try to give you an engineering 101 course and throw the ball back at you, and ultimately, it would turn out to be ALL on their end! I ignored the first two issues, and heck, even paid for those 121 calls I made (yes they charge you if you need those of-no-use support). I didn't know what i ignored initially, was going to catch me so bad. My internet was not working for months from march end - may. Customer support as expected was of no use. Even mailing multiple people on airtel and nodal officers or appellate officers was of no use. They kept on charging me for their non-availability of service. I wrote saying I was/am willing to pay for the phone calls made during march end/april (when atleast the phone line was working - it hasn't been working since mid-april now).

                      I am filing a consumer court case against Bharti airtel for cheating customers with shoddy service, and harassing them for money when all the while they were not providing service anyway! If you notice my payment records, I have ALWAYS paid on time and way before time. So, there's gotto be a reason when a customer finally gets this frustrated. I hate bharti aritel so much now that i am switching out of airtel tv and airtel cellphone connection to tatasky and vodaphone.

                      I hope someone knocks some sense into Airtel - i understand they have built a good market share in India, but they have really gone down in terms of quality. At this rate, Airtel would be losing its market share in another 2-3years at the max. As for me, I am through with Airtel.

                        I am trying to disconnect my Airtel Broadband connection since 22nd April 2011. Everytime i call customer care, they register my complaint and assured me that my connection will be disconnect within a week. But its more than 45 days and still no action is taken.
                        Every month the generate the bill. we are not using their connection for the last 2 months.

                        I have logged my complaint to Airtel Customer care on[protected],[protected] and 1 more time in May 2011 and Today[protected].

                        When i call them they say that your complaint has been logged and your connection will be disconnected in 1 week. But next time when i call them again, they say your connection is active.

                        This results in loss of money, mental peace n torture.

                          The person concerned,

                          I had an Airtel Kerala Postpaid connection with the following details, acnt [protected].I had discontinued it after 2 months from the day I took the connection. The reason was that I have not satisfied with my billing & the explanation I got from the customer care. You can check my call logs & can understand that I was not making much calls from the number though I have been billed too much( you can view my bill & can understand the mistakes like I have been charged for the same service multiple times). So on receiving the first month's bill itself I called the customer care in order to help me to get my postpaid converted to prepaid. But the executive told me that I must use the connection for 3 months before making any changes, when I told I want to change the plan he told it's not possible which eventually became possible when I told to discontinue the service.I paid the hefty amount on the assurance that it will be reflected on my next billing. Even though I changed my plan( from 349 to 99 plan), the second bill was also too heavy, as you can check I barely made calls from the number since I got my first bill. I again contacted the customer care & asked for my options, all I got was an assurance every time that the bill will be corrected on next cycle. I requested to terminate my service, but in vain. The only option left with me was to discontinue the service. Even though I requested to terminate, the same number was being billed every month then onwards. I told the customer care executives many times that I will pay for what I have used, that is the genuine monthly bill, requested for a discount on the fine amount though I definitely deserve more & want to make the number a prepaid. Although the number is barred in the third month itself (its funny the billing is now also active for my number & the bill amount is increasing day by day & have passed over my credit limit).

                          The actual issue was different. Yesterday (05/08/11) I got a call at 5.11 PM from the number [protected], from Miss.Remya said to be from Airtel customer care.She was very rude & used unethical words which made me to cut the call( you can monitor the call which gets automatically recorded at your end). Then she called my colleagues & friends(whose numbers are 95xxxxxxxx,96xxxxxxxx), whose number I think she got from my call logs & said to them " I have cheated Airtel & not paid the money & I have given their number as contact with Airtel & Airtel is going to take legal action which will affect them also." These panicked them which eventually harmed my reputation. I don't know the consequences that will arise as they told they will take up the issue with my new firm . At first I thought it might be a prank call, later I confirmed it was from Airtel. I didn't expect such an action from a company like Airtel, what she done was in way my character Assassination.I definitely want an explanation for these action as I haven't cheated you & it actually happened viceversa.

                            Hi,

                            I purchased an Airtel World Calling card from Bangalore International airport on 28-May-2011. I reached USA and tried calling using this card. When I dial the Access code o[censored]SA, at the tone, I am asked to enter Card number and Pin. When I enter the 14 digit number that I have on the card (after starching the hidden area), I am asked to enter the card and pin again, when I reenter, I will be redirected to MCI operator. The MCI operator will ask me to contact the Customer care as my card is not valid. Please assist on how do I overcome this issue.

                              HI,

                              We are the customer of airtel since 7 years and we are using the airtel services like Landline, Postpaid Mobile Connection, Broadband.
                              I want to deactivate this Hello Tune Service on my Landline connection - [protected].
                              When i called the Airtel Customer care to deactivate this service he said i have to call 54311808.
                              I unable to call this number because on my landline outgoing connection is off & i told this to the airtel customer care executive, he said if your outgoing is off than you can't deactivate the Hello Tune Service. Than how i can deactivate the hello tune service?

                              i m very upset about my airtel prepaid connec no=[protected],about 4:45 pm i was change my hello tune ,becoz i already had a hellotune of murder movie bt i was calling cust care 198 for deac my old hellotune and continue my new hellotune "sham o sehar".bt airtel excutive deac my all hellotune subcription. and when i call again call is disconnect or no response .
                              i m very old custmor of airtel ,bt if i don't get my solution than i change my network.

                                sim card recharge(prepaid) no:[protected]

                                I have been using my Airtel number from 4 months, yesterday (10/6/2011)I received sms from airtel that "your airtel mobile number is not under use for the past 90 days. kindly recharge with any amount by 12 th june, to avoid interruption of service" dated on 10 th june 2011.
                                i recharged my number on 10 th june. transaction id is[protected].today 11 th june again i got the same sms from airtel that "your airtel mobile number is not under use for the past 90 days. kindly recharge with any amount by 12 th june, to avoid interruption of service". yesterday(11/6/2011)again i recharged Transid :[protected] Rs .50 at 11.55pm .then again today i receivcec the same and this is not first time. already i had lost 3 Aitel sim cards like . .



                                .dont give any interruption and allow me to continue this service.

                                  I have recharged my prepaid mobile with 0.5 paisa per second offer at after 20th(i dont remember exact date) of May 2011. it has validity of 30 days. it worked fine untill 8th Jun 2011 after which it started charging me on usual pulse rate which i didnt observe and so far i had to pay over RS.150 for their mistake. i have complained on it 2 days back.. no response so far. They gave me some reference number[CMBNR[protected]]. IF I DONT GET THIS RESOLVED AND GET MY MONEY BACK, I WILL STOP USING AIRTEL AS MY PRIMARY SIM AND WILL OPT FOR SOME OTHER PROVIDERS WHO DONT CHEAT CUSTOMERS.

                                  I also have airtel broadband[1 MBPS UNLIMITED PLAN- 800 PER MONTH] and i will see what to do on that one too based on response from customer care.

                                    Hi , I bought a new airtel digital tv connection 4 months back , recently one airtel technisian came to my home and he told airtel providing 40 channels free of cost for that need to change signal direction , he changed direction next day onwards we are getting signal problem,again we call same technisian he simple removed antena and lmb . he said he will come next day , but he didnt came , past 9 days onwards i made calls to customercare gave lot of complaints as wellas i escalate this issue 10 times no use .its very wrost customer services from airtel digital tv. today senior manager gave bangalore technisian team numbers they didnt pick the calls . one person pick the calls he is saying its reinstallation issue . how its reinstallation . who told to first technisian to resmove lmb and antena ..i can say 100% wrost customer support from airtel digital tv .they are sucking customer blood. its past 9 days issue , its ashamed of airtel customer support team .

                                    i am customer of airtel digital tv my customer id is [protected].my setup box is not recieving signal for this i had complaint to my dealer and cutomer care but they are not giving any responce.kindly do me the favour.

                                    They will never help you out. You have to fight for this. Call on their call centre and don't disconnect the call untill you will get proper resolution.

                                      I had subscribed for Airtel services in Pune a year ago (2010) considering savings as the most imperative fact since the plan offered by the Rep appeared economical compared to my existing plan, however after being served for several months I found Airtel to help itself by overcharging me instead of helping me to get some benefits. Initailly I used to pay my bills between Rs.[protected], but few months later my bills suddenly went upto Rs.[protected] regularly when my usage pattern was still between the above mentioned figures.

                                      I tried to communicate with Airtel's pathetic customer service people to understand the reason behind the charges and unfortunately after many exhausting hours of interaction the solution was to pay the complete bill everytime, despite of several complaints Airtel continued to do it's job and finally in the month of May 2011 I received a bill for Rs. 5600/- to which they usually had one explanation (Typical Airtel CS Response: sir aapka bill aapke usage ke hisaab se hi aaya hai).

                                      Being helpless I decided to not pay my bill at all till they consider my concern and anticipated a solution from them, but instead of providing me a solution they found a solution to let their collections team harass me and my family to make payments...

                                      Let me make you'll aware that Their collections teams aren't following any guidelines of the goverment stated under the FDCPA - Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (http://www.delhilaw .firm .in/debtcollection-india.htm) or stated as per Airtel's collections code of conduct http://www. airtel .in/wps/wcm/connect/airtel.in/airtel.in/home/foryou/mobile/postpaid+services/kno... briefly mentioned below; They are calling everyone I know using my call details to embarrass, threaten, crticize (called me a thief) and annoy my family and me, they even threatened my grandparents...

                                      therefore in this helpless situation I need someone to help me understand how to take imperative measures against this shameful act of our mostly hated company Airtel and it collections team.

                                      A Debt Collector CANNOT:
                                      ■ Telephone you an unreasonable number of times
                                      ■ Telephone you at an unusual time/ unusual place
                                      ■ Disclose information of your debts to third parties
                                      ■ Use profane or other abusive language
                                      ■ Contact you after written notification that you do not want to be contacted any further
                                      ■ Claim to be affiliated with any governmental organization
                                      ■ Misrepresent the character, amount or legal status of a debt
                                      ■ Threaten of to take any action that cannot be taken legally
                                      ■ Accuse you having committed a crime
                                      ■ Threaten or communicate false credit information
                                      ■ Attempt to collect, until he honors your request to validate
                                      ■ Use deceptive methods to collect debts
                                      ■ Call you before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m.
                                      ■ Call you, but not announce who he/she is

                                      My Mobile No. is [protected] and using airtel prepaid service yesterday (i.e.21.01.10) my balance suddenly got reduced by Rs.50/-. When contacted they had given a reson some inter net button had been pressed. Kindly let me know the exect resaon as this has happend earlier also.

                                      Airtel Prepaid — Sudden Debit

                                      I have tried in vain to stop the airtel cricket pack. The number Airtel has provided to stop this pack does not work and give me the message saying this is an invalid number. U guys suck!

                                      Unsatisfied customer
                                      I have also faced similar problems.
                                      They cut Rs.30 saying you have browsed internet even though my phone does not support it.
                                      I lodged complain twice .#[protected].
                                      After 2 months they still have no response.

                                      AirTel — sudden debt

                                      I am prepaid customer of the AIRTEL since from so many years, My No. is [protected]. i came to notice that the said servjice provider is deducting the amount from my prepaid account on daily basis. You can say the AIRTEL is stolen the amount from my prepaid account on daily basis. and when I am giving the complaint to the consumer care center, I am getting reply that the any VAS ( value added service ) is activated on my number. For which I never given any request for the activation of so called VAS.So Please help me to avoid such type of CHORI from my account. and ask AIRTEL to refund my amount which they have debited to my account since so many years.
                                      I am miss ASMITA TELI using ur airtel company's prepaid connection with number [protected]. and i want to remitt my account balacne suddenly debited. if possible as soon as early send me detail and my accounts balance. thank you
                                      i am with devashish. there should be some action taken against these people how can they call up sumody's grandparents. sue them in all possible manners use all the code of conduct and harrasment articles.

MY MOTHER HAD SUBSCRIBED A AIRTEL PREPAID CONNECTION ( NO [protected]) IN YR 2006 FROM MANJU TRADERS, CHAKDAHA, NADIA (WB-741222) AS LIFE TIME AGREEMENT FOR RS 999/-, SUBMITTING ALL VALID DOCUMENTS I.E. VOTER ID, RATION CARD ETC. THIS MOBILE CONNECTION HAS BEEN THE ONLY WAY FOR HER TO COMMUNICATE WITH HER TWO SONS, WHO WERE POSTED IN J & K AND RAJASTHAN. ALL RELATIVES WERE ALSO CONNECTED ON THIS MOBILE NUMBER.

                                        3. AFTER FIVE YEARS O[censored]SAGE OF THIS MOBILE CONNECTION, THE SERVICE PROVIDER (AIRTEL BENGAL AREA) HAS BLOCKED THE SIM CARD IN FIRST WEEK OF MAY 2011 WITHOUT ANY KNOWN REASON. THE NUMBER WAS LATEST RECHARGED ON 27-28 APR 2011 WITH RS 50/-. THEREAFTER, AFTER BLOCKAGE OF SIM CARD, FOR SEVEN DAYS MY MOTHER COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM WITH THE CONNECTION. SHE COULD NOT CONNECT ANY ONE AS ALL INCOMING AND OUTGOING CALLS WERE STOPPED. BEING WORRIED, SHE VISITED RETAILERS FOR THE NEEDFUL. SHE AGAIN SUBMITTED THE ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO A RETAILER FOR RE-INSTATEMENT OF THE CONNECTION. SHE WAS CONTINUED TO BE HARASSED BY VISITING RETAILER SHOPS IN THE HOT SUMMER DAYS AGAIN AND AGAIN. WE, THE TWO BROTHERS, SERVING IN THE ARMY AND POSTED IN OTHER STATES, COULD NOT DIRECTLY COMMUNICATE MY MOTHER FOR ONE AND HALF MONTHS. WE TRIED TO CALL ON THAT MOBILE NUMBER (I.E. [protected]) AGAIN AND AGAIN, HOPING THAT THE SERVICE WOULD HAVE BEEN RE-INSTATED. BUT IN MID MAY 2011, WE HAVE COME TO KNOW THAT THE NUMBER HAS BEEN ALLOTTED TO ANOTHER PERSON BY THE AIRTEL.

                                        4. THIS ACT OF EXTREME SMARTNESS OF THE AIRTEL HAS BREECHED OUR TRUST BESTOWED ON THEM. NOW, I, ON BEHALF OF MY AGED & WIDOWED MOTHER SOLICIT THE HONOURABLE COURT TO INVESTIGATE ON THE CASE AND INITIATE NECESSARY ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION AGAINST THE SMART & RICH AIRTEL COMPANY TO COMPENSATE THE COST INVOLVED AND HARASSMENT CAUSED TO MY MOTHER.
