Wrong Delivery of the purchased service

In a promotional call on 04/june/2011 Airtel asked me to activate the caller tune with various songs...I opted my desired

one (MANGAL BHAWAN FROM GEET GATA CHAL MOVIE). Instead of the selected song as it was in male playback singer's voice

they (Airtel) activated female playback singer.

I complained the customer care but they kept on saying me in a very rude way that the song is in male...

Need to stop unwanted services and messages

can't deactivate

Deducted chargers for MO but NO account balance is 0

Network Issues - Not resolved

I have been having issues with Airtel network in my residence regularly and in office some times in last 5-10 days. Issues is am not been able to reach and talk to the customer care office as it gets disconnected. Most of the times it gives connection error, call not allowed issues.
